Staff are very friendly, helpful, they booked taxis for us to the airport and a day trip to San Marino. Great service at breakfast and plenty of choice. Towels provided for pool and beach. Great location as well, 2 minutes walk to the beach and loads of restaurants around.

We loved Hotel Aqua! Extremely friendly staff, even the ones we hadn't met before gave us impression that they knew who we were. We actually think they did! Nice breakfast, nice pool, nice sun terrace in the rooms. They even let our bikes and luggage stay for a night when we went to San Marino (by bus). We will definitely search for Hotel Aqua when we come back to Rimini.

Fantastic hotel, great location, staff very friendly and accommodating, room clean and comfortable, wide range of breakfast items, would definitely stay again. Of note - swimming pool is in the shade until late morning. Bravo hotel aqua!

We stayed for two nights as a family of three and had a very pleasant stay. The facilities were very good, the outdoor pool was great and the hotel is very close to the beach, just a 5 minute walk. The room was large and very clean and the breakfast was great, lots of choice.

We loved that they cleaned our room every day. We loved the swimming pool and the lounge area outside. The hotel was new. There was a fridge in the room which was very good. The staff was so nice when they gave us a room on the highest floor (we asked for it since it was our anniversary), so the view was amazing over the beach. At the swimming pool there was an animator for guests and he was the star of the hotel, he was really cool.

We stayed at this hotel with our family for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The rooms were spacious and functional, perfect for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and we especially enjoyed the coffee – it was excellent! The kids' area and the pool area were both fantastic, offering lots of fun and relaxation for the whole family. We were really impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were – everyone made us feel very welcome. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back!

Lovely hotel! As you walk in all the marble is lovely and it smells so fresh and clean Staff really nice. Room very spacious, very clean and comfortable- bathroom lovely too. Dining room very modern & clean - waiter service at night, a la carte with 4 choices at every course. The food was fabulous! This hotel was perfect for our stay of three nights. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The room was large with a well equipped bathroom. We were in room 226 and we had a balcony with double aspect, one looking over the pool and one looking to the river and sea. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was perfect for all tastes, bacon, scrambled eggs, home made breads, cold meats, cakes, pastries etc. The pool was not massive but big enough for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. It was really nice to have staff on duty 24 hours.

The managers are incredibly friendly, the night manager who doubles as bar staff is a fantastic host and the breakfast staff are super helpful, initiating gluten free recommendations. Altogether a warm family hotel. The quadruple room has a bit of a dismal view on one side of an abandoned hotel, but sea glimpses from the other side. It’s well furnished and the shower is ace. Easy 10 minute stroll to the beach and about 30 mins stroll to old town. Pretty garden and coffee terrace. Nice looking pool.

Quite place, cosy room with all facilities needed and furnished in a smart way. Variable and tasty breakfast. Although the hotel is not new, it is in a very good condition and is very clean! Swimming pool is clean and well shaped. the Balkony has a drier and chairs with the table. There is also a bar inside and very cosy yard to chill out. Both paid and free beaches are very close. Would recommend this place for sure.

That hotel, accordingly to the owner of it, has been run for 90 years by several generations of one family. Wonderful location, enormously friendly and helpful stuff, clean rooms, very tasty breakfast, gym space, bar and swimming pool at your disposal! It was amazing start of my vacation in Italy. We loved our time at the Alisei Palace, breakfast was amazing. View on the sea from the room and from the breakfast room. Swimming pool was nice too. And the location is good, you can come to the hotel with no car. From the airport we took the metromare which takes you not far from the hotel. And then we rented bikes to visit everything in Rimini. The city is perfect to be visited by bike. Then to go visit San Marino, there are buses. So really, you can visit different places from the hotel without any car.

I was very happy ,everyone was so nice,the pool is great for kids ,we were very close to the beach and had a wonderful view from the balcony.Breakfast was very good with a lot of options.Will definitely be a guest again.

The room was spacious, the view was nice (if you lucky with room selection you can get even better!). The hotel is right on the beach. I use it as a base to visit San Marino, Ravenna, Urbino, Riminni. You can get secured parking right at the hotel. Option outside with cameras or in garage. Staff is nice. Workers are glad to help you if you ask. Breakfast amazing. Have nice view toward beach in the restaurant. Alot of food to choose from. I tried mostly everything and all was tasty! I had overall good experience and I would reccomend to stay here.

We flew into Bologna and took train to Rimini. Outside Rimini station to the left we got on the MareMetro which is a trolley bus. Just two stops and we were at Pescoli stop. 10 minute walk from here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Request for extra pillows were taken care of. Rooms were spacious and we had a view of the beach. Breakfast which was included gave a good choice of food and coffee/tea was available. It was my birthday on our second day and at breakfast I was presented with a mini cake and candle. A lovely thought.

Great location, in the front row to the beach, with a nice heated pool, generous and delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and polite and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The view from the apartment was great. We had 2 large balconies, one perfect for drying swimsuits and the other one perfect for enjoying the view and watch the sunrise.

The local area is busy but has many good restaurants and coffee bars and access to the beach is excellent Rimini is a lovely resort. The beach is large and has lovely sand and sea. The general rule is that you rent beds for the day at a cost of about 35 euros for two beds and an umbrella

Everything :-) We had very good experience. Nice, clean and spacious apartments. Great pool area. Nice breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Super close to the beach, some minimarkets around, a lot of restaurants.

The hotel was situated near the beach and close to the Palacongresso where we went for a conference. The breakfast was exceptionally rich of choice with pastries and delicious coffee as well as fruit, toasts with jam, honey, cheese or ham, eggs in all forms and shapes and a beautiful view over the pool from the terass. Staff were helpful booking taxis and helping us find our way in Rimini.

We arrived by train and took a taxi from Rimini Station. Check in was smooth. Room was spacious with a kitchenette. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was served in the bar area near reception. There is an outside pool with some nice water jets for relaxing tight muscles. Good local transport to Rimini old town - Well worth a visit. Plenty of local shops and places to eat.

This was my third stay at the Club House, and I shall be returning again in the future. It’s a great hotel. The location is good, the Staff are always friendly and it is spotlessly clean. It has a nice Pool, breakfast is always good, and has a nice lounge and Bar area.

Breakfast was wonderful everyday, even the coffee was fantastic (ussualy not in every hotel you will get good coffee). Room was good, we booked partly seeview, we spend evenings in the balcony. Location is just next to the sea. Heated pool was very good option then the sea is too cold to swim.

Location was great. Beach access as well as being right on the main strip for dining and shopping. Rooms small, but very clean and updated. Nice outdoor pool and the daily breakfast included in our stay was wonderful.

We stayed at our hotel for 11 nights and enjoyed our stay here. We were lucky to park just beside the hotel since there were available slots when we arrived. It was convenient for us to come and go, especially when we went on excursions. The rooms are air-conditioned, cleaned daily and are of a good size. The beds and pillows were comfortable enough and were of a good size for a good night's rest The staff was nice, friendly and attentive to the customer's needs, especially the breakfast room staff. There was buffet breakfast everyday with a variety of cakes and brioches. The location is great, very close to the beach, both public and paid. Outside, there are activities for the children (paid) in the evenings like carousel, bump cars and trampoline. The hotel also has partnerships with some restaurants and you can get a discount if you dine there.

Very good, clean hotel, tasty breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable location (beach, restorants variety, transport). You made our vacation wonderful, thank you!

The hotel facilities were very good, especially the pool area and the pool lady. Staff were excellent, especially Ligia at breakfast. Location on the beach and the boardwalk.

Once you get into September seaside resorts in Italy are much quieter than say Spain for example and Rimini is no different. If you want a huge beach practically to yourself and very warm weather then it's perfect for you. Most restaurants are still open, but the odd one and some bars will have closed for the season. Rimini goes on for miles and really surprised me. The hotel had a nice pool and area around it and the breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Everything was great, very pleasant and helpful staff, they contact you on whatsapp with instructions before arrival. Great breakfast, swimming pool with warm sea water (only they have it), free marked outdoor parking, nice, clean and cosy rooms. Great location, right next to the beach number 149 with special prices for their guests. Definitely recommend!

Staff where brilliant, cortious and helpful. Hotel is well equipped and well located very close to the beach and convenient for bars and restaurants. Pool area was very nice and food and beverages were all very nice and well priced and lots of complimentary services.

All good, excellent service all round. Restaurant very good for breakfast and evening meal. Pool area slightly on small side. The only thing which lets it down is poor air conditioning. Would definitely return.

After I made the reservation, the name of the hotel changed from Hotel La Plata to Hotel Consul. The two hotels are located across the street from each other. The receptionists who greeted us were friendly and helpful. We communicated in English. The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful. We are very grateful to all of them. The hotel is close to the sea, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the sheets and towels were changed daily as well. Swimming pool was a saver for families like us who have children. We were satisfied with the value for money.

Position of hotel 1 min away walk from the beach. Breakfast, very tasty and fresh patisserie products. All good overall. We only had one night.

Terminal Palace is ideally placed just outside Rimini, but still within the main beach area with lots of hospitality around. Bars, cafes, markets shops, beach bars, all within a short walking distance. The food was excellent and varied,the staff fantastic ( especially reception), and generally you could want for no more

We stayed here for three nights at the end of September. It’s very quiet in the area at this time and this means you get undivided attention of the hotel staff. They made sure we had everything we needed and beyond. Exceptional service. The hotel room itself is nicely decorated, it’s quiet and comfortable. The pool was nice, especially at the end of the day when you can enjoy the sunset from the rooftop. We used the relax area with the jacuzzi and that was a cherry on top. Highly recommend! The hotel is also very close to the beach (2 minute walk) and walking distance from many restaurants. We had some great recommendations from the hotel on where to eat and we were not disappointed.

Nicely decorated, newly renovated rooms. Extremly close to the beach and to Riccione. The staff was very friendly. Sound-proofing was very bad, you could hear everything from everywhere. We had to change rooms once, because me and my husband had kids as neighbours and we could not rest because they woke up several times at night. Then we got a room with an almost newborn baby as neighbour... So room management of the hotel should be improved in the future.

This was our second stay, and it was just as perfect as the first. We are absolutely in love with everything about this hotel. The beachfront location is fantastic; the rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff and owner are incredibly hospitable and do everything to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. They even organized a free transfer to the railway station for us, which was a lovely and much-appreciated gesture. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were really delicious and varied! For us, this hotel is the perfect place in Riccione! We look forward to returning again and again.

We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival as we had our baby travelling with us. That was much appreciated. We had a beautiful view of the sea and beach. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast and dinners at the hotel and it was delicious. Lots of variety. The hotel is located right on the beach, so we enjoyed strolls every morning and afternoons. We were with friends that were there on a cycling trip and they appreciated that this was a cycling focused hotel.

Absolutely amazing! We received a warm and hospitable welcome, complete with a complimentary room upgrade. The room was brand new, beautifully designed, spacious, cozy, and sparkling clean with a side sea view. The dining experience was equally delightful, and the hotel's prime beachfront location was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to come back!

Nice staff, free bikes (for 3 hrs). Food is very good, both breakfast and dinner, good ingredients, varied choices. Hotel caters to young famiies with children, wonderful facilities (animation teams, etc) for them. Very close to a free beach so I did not use the paid umbrellas, etc.

The room was big enough for three of us and we had a wonderful sea view. In September the room was not too hot. The breakfast was plentiful, mostly sweet. The surrounding was quiet and the hotel is very closed to the beach. The swimming pool was ideal for our little child.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. Great swimming pool in a nice setting with flowers, trees and statues. Good restaurant in the hotel. Just in the center of activities and close to the beach in Riccione. We had sea view from the balcony.

The staff was warm and friendly, food was great and the room was very clean. The kids loved the pool and the beach was a 2 minute walk across the main street. There were bumper cars, trampolines, a swing ride (for little kids) and an arcade, just a few minutes walk, for some evening fun with the kids!

I was completely satisfied with this hotel; it was excellent value for money. The staff, without exception, were all pleasant and helpful. My room (single) was small but with adequate space. It had a balcony overlooking the beach with was a real bonus. The air con was almost silent and effective. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice including scrambled eggs and bacon. The pool was good and I often had it to myself. I loved the fact that the hotel offered bicycles for free. (Just a tip - bring your own bicycle lock as sometimes they couldn't find the key to the locks they had).

Super ophold på Apogeo i Rimini. God lokation tæt på by og strand. God pool, hyggelig poolbar og god morgenmad. Værelset og bad var lidt småt, men god værdi for pengene. Personalet var utrolig søde, venlige, hjælpsomme og gjorde alt for at vi fik et dejligt ophold.

Fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet. Lille pool i stille og rolige omgivelser - dog lidt irriterende med ensartet musik dagen lang fra poolbaren. Små værelser uden den store komfort

Ultra friendly staff, great service with a smile. Very helpful with very welcoming attitude. Breakfast is amazing, lots of tasty fruits, barista-quality capuccino, lots of different freshly prepared cakes. It takes 2 min to the stores and bars and 5 min to the beach. Rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. Outside area around the pool is well maintaned with lots of flowers and other plants.

What was a negative surprise was a 18 year old limit to enter the pool (which they do not tell you on the website). WE were with our grandaughter, who was really looking forward to dosome swimming, but sadly she had to stay in front of the door (to the empy pool). Please go elsewhere, if you are planning a family trip.

Ein schönes Hotel und man ist ganz schnell am Strand. Gut, die Zimmer sind etwa hellhörig - aber so ist das halt in Italien :-). Es war jedoch immer sehr sauber, es war geräumig und man hat einen schönen Balkon. Auch das Bett war gut. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte nur mit Frühstück gebucht und das war sehr gut. Man hatte jeden Tag ein vielfältiges Angebot. Der Kaffee war auch gut. An dieser Stelle ein großes Lob und noch einmal herzlichen Dank an Monika von der Rezeption. Für mich die gute Seele des Hotels. Sie stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

We stayed in the floating suite and are very happy with our stay. Clean, comfortable, great whirpool, and separate pool for guests of floating suites. Super friendly personnel. Very pet friendly place, our four-legged travelers were very welcome ❤️ Vegan friendly, they baked extra vegan cake for me :) The grocery shop and great pizzeria you can reach by foot.

This hotel is great and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice and very comfortable. The wifi is good and the pool is nice. The breakfast was great also. The most impressive thing from our stay was the showers....they have by far the best shower I've seen in a hotel. They have several different rain showers. They have a parking lot, but charge for it, we parked on the street without a problem for free.

Family owned hotel. Completely renovated recently. Very, very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Small, but very nice and cool pool area. Easy to find parking. Easy to get there by car. No view from the hotel rooms but very short distance to the beach.

Staff was amazing- everyone was super nice and trying to make our life easier. Hotel is located 3 mins walking distance from the beach and 5 mins from good restaurant, couple of minutes from buses to the city centre. You can borrow bikes from the hotel for free.

We had a really great experience at this hotel. All of the staff members were really helpfull, friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned every morning. Breakfast was good. There was a lot of choices of juices, fresh fruit anf bakes. The staff every morning welcomes you with a smile and serves you in a way that makes you always feel welcome. The location of hotel is also good, the beach is just a few steps away, a lot of restaurants, shops around and if you want to go somethere more far away - it's super easy to reach by public transport. Thank you for the stay!

The building has this unique style which we really liked. The staff is very kind, and they spoke perfect English so it was easy to talk. The breakfast always had great variety of choices, everything was made fresh. All the salty and sweet choices were delicious. The beach is only 1-2 minutes of walk from the hotel, also the bus stop is close so we could get to anywhere easily. It was perfect for our honeymoon, and I am sure we will come back in the future (also to bring some Hungarian pálinka to the general manager 😀)

Big, spacious rooms with a youthful vibe. There is a living room and a bedroom. Very thematic with “up” branding everywhere. New decor, proximity to an amazing seafood restaurant and the beach. Easy parking access for 12 euros. The breakfast was decent, but not buffet style so it takes a while to be served. The town itself was a bit dead when we came in March. The location accessibility by car was so-so, narrow roads and pretty cramped.

Warm and helpful staff, specially Giovanni was really professional , welcoming , effective, quick and positive. Made my stay even nicer . Really loved his vibe and energy😊 Hotel has personal approach, letter of welcome written by Giovanni , so nice gesture ( you don’t get it often). Nice shower gel / oud and argan, loved it. The location is perfect, close to the seaside, the darsena and the city center. The hotel is new and the rooms are comfortable, super clean and with a nice balcony. The roof top swimming pool is really cool, the view is amazing and you can have aperitivo there, highly recommended. They have a private parking, if you have a car, it’s important. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with many different options, every day fresh, really luxurious. Staff was very welcoming and nice. We will go back for sure.

Air-conditioning was needed and well recieved. Balcony was a nice touch, we had a lovely seaview. The staff couldnt do enough for you, very friendly and accommodating. Some of the staff got to know our drinks choice in the mornings, which was nice, we didnt have to ask, it was being prepared, as soon as we walked in. Would definitely recommend. Fantastico!

I loved this hotel. We stayed 2 nights, for the beach. Although the beaches are busy and only available when you rent a bed. If you drive 15 mintues you will find local beaches for free (and more quiet). The breakfast is a real fest (for me!). There's so much choiche and even a menu for additional wishes like pancakes. I really could have stayed longer here. The hotel is located at a nice, but not really busy, street with small shops and bars/ restaurants. It is a small touristic area wich is nice to walk through in the evening. Ask for room 112, it has a very large balcony wich was really comforting! Conclusion: the reviews and high score are truly earned! Don't go to Rimini, this is the place.

Everything was amazing and we will definitely come back here. We were leaving early morning at around 3.30am and they offered us packed breakfast and coffee! Suite we rented was very comfortable for a family with 2 kids (3 and 6 years old).. Size is very good, plenty of space, everyone could have it's own corner if needed :) Small kitchen in the suite was very nice to have in order to prepare some food for kids as they don't always eat on same time as us and restaurants don't always have a food they like. There are 2 conditioners in the suite, which was great in hot weather. There was such extra as loundry room on the floor, where washing mashine and tuble dryer are available for small fee (4 eur washing and 2 eur drying), iron is available for free. For us who traveled with car already for one week before arriving to this hotel, this was super convenient. Breakfast is excellent! Especially good is that you can order variety of omlettes, scrambled or fried eggs, pankakes. Also buffet is available with variety of foods and pastry. Stuff is very polite and smiling. We felt very welcome. We have traveled with a car and it was great that there is also parking for free in hotel's backyard. Location is very central in Gatteo a Mare. So 10 from 10 points goes to Romania Suite Hotel! Thank you!

Rooms are very cosy and clean and they were cleaned up every day. We had a balcony with a sea view because the hotel is just by sandy and nice beach. There You can get discount for sunbeds and umbrellas. Also free parking for Your car. Very good location for everything: shops, restaurants, train station, city center. But the most impressive thing in this hotel is breakfast. For all tastes, for children and for adults. Various things: eggs, fried and boiled, vegetables, meat, sandwiches, various fruites and sweet cackes and a lot of other tasty things.

We spent a fantastic extended weekend at a charming hotel, where everything was just perfect! The rooms were recently renovated and cleaned daily. Located just a few steps from the beach, parking was available. But the highlight of our stay was the fantastic breakfast buffet, with a variety of homemade treats that were simply divine. And let's not forget the incredibly friendly hosts, always cheerful and with excellent ideas for day trips.

Omg this hotel is such a wonderful surprise, we booked this place just because it was priced well and we wanted to visit Rimini, to our surprise we had booked a fantastic hotel. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need, the breakfast is bloody marvellous and has the best bits of everything you would want and more! Finally, the pool is to die for, a beautiful rooftop pool with jets and airpools that you have turn on and off at your leisure, why would you ever want to leave this rooftop pool!?

The staff is over the top friendly. We only had one night but we felt like we were home. The rooftop pool was a huge plus after backpacking from the train station. And the drink service to the pool was a plus. Just several blocks from the beach. Fabulous breakfast! Stay here - you won’t regret it.

High: Friendly helpful staff, the sun beds on the rooftop, however the pool is not heated. Low: We stayed in deluxe room and bathroom is quite small. Surcharge for a swimming pool towel In general: nice walking distance to the beach boulevard, hotel offers free bike loan which is an easy bike of 15-20min to the old center

This is not our first time in this hotel and we are always happy to come back - very helpful and attentive staff, big comfy rooms, this time we were granted with an extra terrace and a balcony in the room! Comfy beds, amazing very various breakfast with fruits, salty and sweet selections, pool on the rooftop and sweetest garden for breakfasts. On top of all breakfasts are till 12! Same as checkout. Parking valet service in a covered parking - just leave your car outside and get it not hot on a hot day is amazing. And it is silent in the night!

By far one of the best stays i ever had. From start to finish everything is perfect. Breakfast is phenomenal and presented like true art, staff is super friendly and know their stuff, especially how to make awesome coffee like a true barista, the rooftop pool is great and hotel is super fancy and smell awesome. Will for sure come back! And what a awesome idea to allow breakfast until 12:00! Just great and relaxing!

I loved the modern and new interiors, the balconies, the AC, the friendly staff, the sofa bed was really good size and easy to assemble, I preferred the blankets to be thicker or may provide a Duvet, but that wasn’t an issue. Also I would suggest adding utensils, plates, bowls etc and a small sink in the kitchenette so guests can clean up their used ones. The whole experience was fantastic, and thanks to the staff. I highly recommend the hotel.

Everything. The quality of the rooms the fixtures and fittings, and design touches and attention to detail are superb. Honestly, one of the best places I've had the pleasure to stay in for a long while, and I travel a good amount on Business. Directly opposite the convention centre, and close to some excellent shops, restaurants, cafes and beaches. Comfortable bed, great lighting, fabulous shower, well appointed throughout, quiet... Just perfect.

Absolutely everything! It's a hotel you rarely find! The location, the cleanliness, the staff are superlative! A new, modern hotel with a lot of good taste and with all the necessary amenities! The property is fantastic, the staff is fabulous, and the beach is gorgeous! We stayed here for three nights, the GB restaurant is top notch, all dishes we tried were excellent, we dined there two nights in a row. Paulo was our server both nights, he was exceptional and knowledgeable all I can say is we started one evening with Manhattans and caviar and it was the equivalent to walking in the clouds. Breakfast was also wonderful and included! The beach was perfect and the room was comfortable and quiet with a large shower. We did get some weather while in house so did not get to ride bikes into the Town Center but did take a taxi there the last night for dinner at L'Ingrata which was outstanding service and ambiance. I cannot say enough about the front desk personnel, they helped us many times from laundry to olive oil from the restaurant to the private driver we hired to take us to Rome. Omar was the best, but so were all the ladies who I forget their names. We will stay here again without a doubt!! Five stars all around from the Birks!!

We had a corner room with sea view. The room was spacious with 2 balconies, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom. The shower was spacious with an incredible shower panel system. The staff was very welcoming but professional. Nice beach. Excellent breakfast with many options. Ample free parking was a plus! The on-site restaurant is fabulous and rated the best in the area (ate there twice). Would definitely stay again.

Amazing beachfront location with a beautiful sunrise view from the room. Super easy bike rental and a safe bike path right outside. Staff were warm and helpful. Rooms and common areas were beautiful and very clean. Breakfast on the terrace with sea view was generous and tasty. Quiet at night and good value.

Hotel Baldinini was much more than we expected. Personel was very friendly and helpful, room was amazing ( we had double delux with sea view) -absolutely amazing view. We spent only couple of nights there ( far too less) but room cleaning was beyond the expectation. Free parking and great breakfast adds only positives to our stay. Great drinks and restaurant. We have been in few hotels in Italy but this one is on the top of the list. Definitely will come back.

Great location, on the beach. Amazing and very helpful staff, always very friendly. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of delicious food. Very quiet place (maybe end of season), but we did love it. A big plus is possibility to rent hotel bikes for free of charge. This is cool. Close to public transportation, you will be in Rimini Centro in 20 minutes. We will come back. Love this place

Perfect location to stay in riccione, the suite was amazing and the breakfast as well. If you want to go to the beach, their beach club is super convenient, few minutes of walk from the hotel!

They kindly let us park our motorcycle around the side of the hotel, which was covered by CCTV. Breakfast was great, a large selection. Nothing was to much trouble and although we didn't use it, the roof top pool looked lovely.

August's Hotel and Riccione was a very pleasant surprise! The hotel in the whole has definitely exceeded our expectation. The staff was super kind and went the extra mile. On arrival they upgraded our room which was a bonus, two balconies instead of one! The hotel is very close to the train station but absolutely in a quiet area surrounded by pine trees and leafy streets. It's also very close to the beach and the shopping area, for the ones that likes the buzzing and shimmering of the evening strolls! The roof top swimming pool was larger than what we expected and the views from there are truly stunning! The breakfast was more than exceptional - we were really taken by the infinite selection and extremely good quality of the "spread"! Unfortunately we couldn't stay more than one night and that is our regret! Looking forward to going back again one day in the future. Highly recommended!

The staff was lovely, very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed communicating with them, they gave us a lot of tips about local places to visit and how to get there. We also got a free breakfast the first day, I think it was a special offer for May, and since we were going on a day trip they packed it for us to go, which was a super nice touch :) We also paid for the breakfast the next day and it was amazing, really huge and delicious, especially the little pastries and pancakes, plus of course good coffee :) Thank you for everything, we had a very nice stay in Rimini! 😊

Everything was exceptional: my bed was comfortable enough, the room wasn’t small at all, I had enough space for everything I needed, breakfast was so tasty and they had every morning such a great choice of dishes and even pies and lemonades, my room was always clean, the balcony was really cozy in the evening with the sea view. At the end of my stay I received a small compliment from the hotel with tasty cookies from the kitchen, that warmed my heart even more.

I absolutely loved my stay at this cozy, old-school hotel! My room had a small private balcony that overlooked a quiet street — perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. The place was super clean, the bed was comfy, and despite the low price, the service was warm and welcoming. It’s nothing fancy, but that’s exactly what makes it special. If you’re looking for something affordable, authentic, and peaceful, this spot is a total win. Would definitely stay again!

Staff is very kind and polite. They welcomed me very warmly. Uppon arrival they offered me homemade iced tea and homemade breakfast. It was beyond my expectations. As a person who's traveling a lot I could say that this is not a very often politic of hotels. Room was very clean, wifi was working perfect. I was offered a free complementary breakfast which unfortunately I couldn't attend but still that speaks a lot. I was allowed to leave my luggage at reception for a couple of hours when I ask if that's possible uppon check-out. Location of the hotel is great. Many restaurants, coffee bars, shops and a supermarket close to the hotel. Beach is within 4min walk. If one I decide to come back I would choose again this hotel.

I stayed 4 nights with my family and it was excellent. Rooms were clean, had everything we needed. The location is perfect, being in the middle of the Rimini beaches and shops, close to the Centro Storico of Rimini. It has private parking which costs only 15 euros/day. You can also buy 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 20 euros per day for beach 56, which is the closest at only ~200 meters away. The breakfast is good and also quite cheap for a buffet. One more thing to add, the service was perfect, everyone is friendly and ready to help with anything. For the price it's a no-brainer to come to this hotel. Try to book it at least 2 months in advance.

This property has 2stars but really is serving like a pro. The decorations all over the building and in the rooms r adorable. The room was very clean, spot on. I had a small double room, now that really small tho but was okey. Had a balcony aswell. It had a small fridge, safe, shower, aircon, toiletries, towels. The staff were friendly and always helpful. They even bought a gluten and seeds free bread for me. So the breakky for me was a bit weird, cause it wasnt a buffet and everything was in a small size but all what u can do is going back and ask for more. The owner lady was lovely aswell. Oh the location is perfect. Its on a smaller street, so the high street’s noise wont disturb u. And its on walking distance with lot of restaurants. To town u can go with a bus, costs 2.50€. The taxi is extremly expensive if u go for example to a shopping centre.

Any time you have a questions they always there with a big smile on their face. I have really enjoyed my stay and definitely at some point I’m going back there.

Staff throughout are very friendly and helpful attended to all our needs; we're very quick to reply to my messages on the day I checked in ( my train to Riccione was delayed by over 100 minutes, Davide assured me every thing was in place which was comforting to know). helped me book a taxi for my wife to get over to the hotel. very fluid in check-in/out procedures offered to prepare us a breakfast/coffee before we checked out on our last day at 05:30am! The location is very close to the beach front and a 15 minute walk from Riccione train station. The hotel is very clean and quite. The rooms have all the amenities included in the description and all in working order. Room is spacious, bed is very comfortable and as a whole very clean. A very diverse breakfast buffet, with a wide assortment of freshly prepared pastery/bakery (the pistachio/cream croissants were especially delicious) add to that a complete oats/muesli station with all the toppings you could crave. Freshly brewed coffee and fresh orange juice available too.

The hotel had great staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly. A very nice breakfast attendant who made our wishes come true. You could order freshly squeezed orange juice, cocoa, cappuccino, etc. The owners of the hotel and their lovely dog were also happy to greet us every day. The hotel had cooperation with one beach, but unfortunately there was no free place there in August and we used beach No. 98. We were also very satisfied. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It is convenient to travel to Rimini by Metromare. You can easily get to San Marino by bus from Rimini.

The hotel is situated in a very good and quiet area, not so far away from the beach. Close to restaurants/ bars/ disco clubs/ places for shopping. Well equipped and very clean. The personnel was very friendly and always willing to help. I recommend it with pleasure.

The room was small but cosy, with lots of storage places, big and small, hooks in the bathroom, three mirrors in the room. The small balcony is a find! They offer cheap and really good breakfast in a hotel opposite the street. Super comfy to come here by plane, you can walk here from the airport, it's around 20 mins, we definitely come again! Staff very friendly and helpful, full of honest smiles. Rare find altogether!

A beautifully appointed hotel on an estate with vineyards, fruit trees and other agricultural produce. Lovely views of the countryside and of the historic town of Santarcangelo di Romagna. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated and furnished, as well as very quiet, so we had a great sleep. Our bathroom was modern, large, and spotless. Breakfast was a feast, with home-made cakes and a great variety of other fresh food, and fruit juices, teas, and more. The staff were all highly welcoming.

Very nice location not far from the sea. We also liked the breakfast on the terrace. Rooms are simple but comfortable, spacious and clean. Last but not least, the host Barbara was friendly and helpful.

The estate is located in a dreamy location! Olive trees, winery. So quiet and cozy! Very easy to get there, coming through a very small italian town. We were tired from the road so had power only to enjoy some wine in the court yard. Lack of bugs were extreme bonus! Easy to communicate for the check in and they were very kind to leave us the keys in the box as we were arriving late in the evening. Walking the dog around the property was so pleasant! Breakfast buffet was to the point, but must say that no water or coffee was readily available and you would expect that in such a small place attention to detail is a must.

Upon arrival, our first impressions of the hotel were very good. The reception staff were friendly and helpful when we checked-in. Our room was gorgeous; modern decor, clean, overlooking the outdoor pool and the sea - wonderful! The buffet breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice which included: scrambled eggs, bacon, assorted cakes, pastries, yogurts, fresh fruit, fresh bread, cheese, meats etc. There were assorted teas, coffees and fruit juices to choose too. We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this beautiful hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The location was perfect- beach on one side, shops and restaurants on the other side. Room was modern, beds were comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Lovely pool up to 3m deep with jumping platform. Bus stop just outside the hotel, metromare 5 min walk. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Free water refill throughout the day. Our rooms had lovely sea view.

The room was modernly decorated, had a mini fridge, the shower had hot water at all times, bed very comfortable, the staff was very attentive. Air con worked well and so the WiFi. Breakfast was ok, lots of variety, from cakes to fruit, to eggs and bacon. The coffee from the machine wasn’t bad at all. The pool area was clean, always had available lounges. Beach just in front.

The location is perfect – the hotel is literally right on the beach, and there are plenty of good restaurants, cafés, and gelaterias nearby. The view from the hotel is simply stunning. :) The old town/center is a bit farther away, but it's not a problem at all – you can easily get there by car, bus, or the little tourist train that goes around Rimini. All are convenient and easy options, with stops (for both the bus and the train) right in front of the hotel. Our room was always clean, spacious enough, and well-equipped – very comfortable for two people. We especially loved the balcony and the amazing view. The private parking was also a big advantage and made everything easier. Breakfast was another highlight – the selection was generous, with fresh and varied options every day. There was both sweet and savory food, and the coffee was really good too. Special thanks to our hosts – everyone was incredibly kind from the very beginning. We’d especially like to thank Alessandro, who was always genuinely helpful with any questions we had. It was great to know that we could always count on him. Also, it's worth mentioning that the reception is staffed 24/7, which was both reassuring and convenient. Thank you for everything - you truly made our stay unforgettable! :)

We are very happy that we chose to stay at this hotel. The hotel is comfortable and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the bed linen and towels were impeccably fresh, and the daily cleaning was of high quality. The housekeeping staff were friendly and welcoming And most importantly, the hotel has an incredibly warm, hospitable, and welcoming atmosphere. I constantly felt like a valued and truly appreciated guest. Each time, Mr. Alessandro La Lampa and Ms. Michela greeted us with a sincere, warm smile and a heartfelt welcome, always ready to help and care for the guests. The hotel even took care of our leisure time – they provided very comfortable bicycles – that’s awesome!!! The coffee prepared by Mr. Alessandro was excellent – the best we’ve had anywhere. Firstly, we were welcomed by the amazing hotel manager. He was always smiling and was ready to answer all our questions. The room was very nice. Very spacious with a nice balcony with a view of the sea. The hotel is very close to the sea and is thus perfect if you like to go for a quick swim before breakfast. Breakfast was amazing with a wide choice and plenty of food. Prosciutto was amazing. The receptionist were very nice and there is 24/7 bar at the reception! You can rent bikes for free. Location is very good.

Excellent place with excellent location on the marvelous beach of Rimini. Hotel accommodation was very good, clean, comfortable, courteous staff. Breakfast was excellent. There are many beach restaurants, offering delicious italian food close to the hotel. Beach is well organized and there is an agreement between the hotel owners and the company which manages the beach and you receive a good discount for lounges and umbrellas. As soon as we arrived, we were approached in a very friendly manner. Our rooms were ready way before the official time which was great since we had been up all night travelling. The room had the perfect size for two people to share and our balcony had plenty of room as well. It was clean and nicely put together. We felt comfortable. The staff were very helpful, courteous and patient. The patio with our room was wonderful giving the room a very spacious feel. We enjoyed the view of the pool and the street below and sat out there relaxing. Fabulous location and the beach facilities and staff were top class. We looked at the local shops where all the retail staff were very kind and helpful. Love Riccione for a regional getaway with friends. Easy access to San Marino which was definitely worth the effort. Excellent artisan ice cream.

The hotel was very very clean, comfortable, good price value. The room was not to big, but enough, on a good location. The breakfast was very good, a lot of options. Sweet, salty, fresh croissants every morning and the coffee was amazing. I am picky about my coffee and the coffee at the hotel was just perfect. All of this is thanks to Rob, the host. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He makes the hotel feel like you are at home. He made sure I always had a coffee during breakfast, and if anything was missing, I could just let him know. One of the best places I ever stayed at. If I am ever in Rimini again, I’ll stay again at this hotel :)

Roberto was an amazing host! He was always super helpful and made our stay absolutely carefree! The breakfast was very good and tasty, with a lot of local very delicious products and great variety of options for sweet and savoury lovers. The hotel was super clean and tidy, we would get new fresh towels every day. The location is exceptional - around 100 m. from the beach, there are a lot of great restaurants and shops around. Overall one of our best vacations, we will be visiting again for sure! :)

We stayed at the hotel for five days, in one room for four people and even if it seems like we had not enough space, it was actually quite okay. It was a really rainy day on one day, so we had to spend the whole day at the room, but you didn't feel trapped at all. It was also possible to go downstairs at their lounge or at the terrace, because it was covered. The room was always made while we were at breakfast or in general out. They even repositioned my skincare on my nightstand (perhaps not for everyone but I was really happy about it!). The breakfast was amazing too. So much to try and eat! The location was also really great, while eating breakfast you could spot the ocean and beach. And there are local restaurants and other shops until late at night! The stuff was really kind, always has a smile on their faces and even interact with the children of families. The children really loved it, so I just knew how family friendly they are.

Loved the more mellow vibe of this area (compared to the main hotel strip closer to the center of Rimini). I would definitely call this a “boutique” hotel, but in the best sense. It’s small, but the rooms are very well kept, modern and clean. And the service is exceptional. I would absolutely recommend the two rooms on the fourth floor that have a larger balcony and more seating. Great views from any floor, and even the smaller rooms with balconies have enough room for two people to sit and look at the beach. The front desk staff is very accommodating, and will even make drinks at the bar and bring them up to your room. We had them served on the balcony. Perfetto!

Facing the beach with a good view, this hotel was a real find. Quiet and clean with a plentiful and good quality breakfast I had an excellent night's sleep on a very comfortable bed. The staff, especially the management, went out of their way to be helpful - for which I was really grateful. Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would be very happy to return.

We had a nice time here. Hotel keeps a very good staff. Location is fine (a little bit more that 1,5 km from center). Not far, and a public bus stops close to hotel - so you can go to many places of Rimini by bus. Hotel is on the shore of the sea with nice promenade. Very good, small, warm pool + jacuzzi to relax outside. Tasty breakfast. Many restaurants in the street nearby for dinner

What an unbelievable stay we had. From the moment we got there and were allowed to check in much earlier than normal and on our last morning a lovely receptionist drove us to the station in her own car as there was a taxi strike. Outstanding service, friendliness and going above and beyond what you would normally expect. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful and with a great choice and we also enjoyed the spa and outdoor pool area. Would definitely return to the same hotel again. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality.

Baring in mind it's a 3-star hotel the experience was very pleasant. Staff is very friendly, and even though some of them are struggling with english they always immidiately provided with everything needed or asked for. They are really helpful with everything. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was very tasty, good and diverse enough. We loved the beach view from the balcony. Pool adds to diversity of the hotel. It's big enough to jump in to refresh. Cleaning ladies did their job very nicely as they always nicely cleaned the room and provided fresh towels daily.

The small, clean hotel at the beach with lovely people who work there. There is a pool and the breakfast was great, a lot of choices. My impression are lovely hosts who make you feel so welcome.

A very pleasant family hotel, in the first row to the sea. The friendly owners provide a great atmosphere, especially Fabio, who is also an excellent host at breakfast. We enjoyed sitting on their terrace in the evenings. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, our own swimming pool behind the hotel, the presence of a life guard from morning to evening, which means that we parents can not worry about our children. Parking for a few cars next to the hotel (€10/day), the rest of us parked approx. 700m away (€5/day), there is a free shuttle. We spent our vacation on the Italian Riviera for the first time and we will definitely be coming back!

If you don't wanna walk to reach the beach this is your place! from the B&B to the beach there are probably 8 meters... Elegant in a different way, mixing old and very modern design, with a fantastic owner and staff that treat you like an old, much loved friend, but always respectful of your privacy. They are so different from others that they have the "Trustee bar"..... because they are not there all the time (another thing that make you feel like you're in your home) you can take drinks from the fridge and write on small notepad what you took and your room number.... My room (103) was a good size with double bed, spacious bathroom with the chair and handrail in the shower, very clean. Excellent WI-FI (free and everywhere) and good size TV with great channels, no sea view but or a balcony but I didn't even ask for it and somebody has to use the bedrooms in the back! There is also an elevator. You can reach the railway station with a 10/15 minutes walk, lots of restaurants and bars in the area and a good size supermarket. Breakfast: the best I ever had in my life! Freshly squeeze orange juice and eggs are made in front of you, bread-brioche-donuts mignons are soooooo good, and at least 3 cakes often home made are waiting for you and the Nespresso coffee maker offers you the best coffee/cappuccino possible on the market!! The weather was horrible but Vito, his son and the two lovely ladies made my stay fantastic! Thank you!

Small family-run, cozy hotel. Wonderful view from the window. Just cross the road to the beach. Nearby there are shops, restaurants. Everything works until late at night. Good soundproofing in the room. Comfortable beds. Clean. Cleaned every day. The staff helps if you have any questions. About parking or where to eat. Cozy homely atmosphere. The staff is very open to communication. Easy and interesting communication.

Alberto was an amazing host and we had true Italian breakfast every morning. The view from our room was amazing. The location is perfect. There were 100 restaurants and little shops within easy walking distance. Even a small supermarket and there is a kitchenette in the room so we could cook our own meals and save money when we wanted.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with minimalist but great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Alberto who was attentive and went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Everything was wonderful. The breakfast is fabulous, tasty, and homemade. Cleaning every day, towels changed daily. It's a quiet hotel, perfect for a family vacation. The staff is friendly and always attentive to the needs of the customers. Thank you for a nice stay 🤗

Super friendly reception, we felt welcome. Beautiful renovated room with a spacious balcony. The breakfast was very tasty and varied, you were served the sandwiches and homemade cakes that is certainly a plus.

The hotel had excellent positioning, great view to the sea, modern look with well organized rooms, safe space for car parking and a comfortable and fast elevator. The staff were absolutely incredible, especially the owners, Paolo and Luca. They greeted us with warmth and took care of every single step we made across our stay there: from recommendations for our time spent in the city to serving my mom a special breakfast which didn’t contain milk. If the hotel itself doesn’t impress you, I bet that you’ll fall in love with these guys’ energy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—central yet quiet. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always available to assist us throughout our stay. A major highlight was the hotel’s dog-friendliness; our furry companion was warmly welcomed and even provided with a dog bowl in the room. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the breakfast was varied and perfectly sufficient for our needs. We particularly appreciated that the breakfast buffet was adjusted according to the number of guests, which helped prevent food waste—a consideration often overlooked in other hotels. However, the room size was a bit of a drawback. For three people there wasn’t enough storage space to fully unpack our suitcases. Additionally, having breakfast in the room was a bit challenging, though we were able to enjoy it on the balcony instead. Overall, we felt very welcome and comfortable, and we would gladly return.

Very nice staff indeed, everyone was extremely helpful, nothing was too much bother. My room was exceptionally clean, very modern with a good shower, a fridge with cheap mini-bar and space to add you own things, and air conditioning that kept the room at a pleasant temperature. Continental breakfast was really nice. The hotel is in a quiet area yet close to beach, restaurants and shops. I stayed for three days on business alone and was very happy indeed. Would definitely return.

Lovely stay – peaceful and welcoming! We had a great time with my dog Kevin at this beautiful, plant-filled hotel. Tasty breakfast with vegan options and great coffee. Friendly staff 😌 Quiet at night, close to the sea, comfy room. dog-friendly! All this made me want to stay longer. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

Everything - Staff was wonderful from check-in to check-out and always kind and helpful (thanks Filippo!) - breakfast was very good AND served until 12!!! How amazing is that!? - Checkout at 12! If only all hotels did this! - Our room was super clean, peaceful with a natural decoration, eco friendly and the bio products supplied were of great quality. Loved the Blackout blinds, extra pillows and blanket, efficient heating (December was cold!) Also we had bathrobes which is a nice touch (no slippers though). Huge bed with lovely fluffy pillows, safe incl. and plenty of wardrobe space. Our room had a little balcony - Premises are clean, decorated in a very calming & natural and neutral tone.

The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of organic products. Parking was also convenient, with spaces available right in front of the hotel. Overall, I can definitely recommend this place!

This is definitely the best hotel in the area! Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are big and clean. Lots of choice at the buffet, the swimming pool is great for both kids and adults, the beach just in front. Also the surrounding area is nice with some shops, bars, fun things to do for kids. This was our 3rd time that we stayed at the Oxygen Lifestyle hotel with our family and I cannot find anything they need to improve on!

Great place to stay. Enjoyed time by the pool, staff was very attentive and helpful! Breakfast was full of options. We loved the view from our room - you could see San Marino in the back! Overall - great value for the price:)

If you are traveling with children, this is the place to be! All is perfect. The halfboard was also excellent. We loved the breakfast and dinner. The pool area is great and the animation team outstanding.
