It was a fabulous agratourismo - beautiful grounds, great facilities - an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a spa area with a sauna, hot tub and ice bath, table tennis and pool tables, and the option to try the wonderful wines from the vineyard. The manager and staff looked after you really well and organised a fabulous kayaking trip and the breakfast basket was enough to feed you for breakfast and Lunch. I would highly recommend!

This was the perfect combo, pool and jacuzzi outdoor, and the rooms has their own jacuzzi. Super comfortable rooms, the pictures match exactly what we found. Breakfast baskets were sweet and good. Was a rainy week and was perfect, staying in hot jacuzzi outdoor and feel that rain falling. Awesome. They are wine producers and you can have wine tasting. You can also order food from some places and they deliver into the rooms. You can stay and enjoy full time. Definitely a place to return.

Casa do Beiral was wonderful, and felt like you were sleeping in the treetops. Breakfast was full service and amazing, best enjoyed at the private outdoor patio area. The pool and games room were nicely appointed and the views from the entire property were stellar. Beatriz is also amazing, rapid fire communication, full of initiative and attentive to our questions and requests. We can't recommend Peso Village enough!

Peso Village made our visit to the Douro Valley a trip to remember and wonderful o every way! The house with its spacious rooms and indoor pool were so very relaxing, we had a romantic dinner by the fire one night.. I’m so glad we did not stay in Pinhao, but chose Peso Village instead. The day exploring Amarante was lovely.. and the drive to Pinhao was beautiful.

It’s a hidden gem that has beautiful apartments, very friendly employees, amazing pools with breathtaking views and breakfast deliver to your apartment every morning. We loved it so much that our kids did not want to leave. We loved property cat Mia and peacock too.

The hotel was in a great location. The pool and outdoor area was relaxing, clean and well decorated. The apartment was spacious and clean. Views from the pool area were great. Staff were friendly and very helpful - communication via WhatsApp was very easy. Morning pastries was a treat as breakfast isn’t included.

Our superior apartment was really big and spacious, it was super comfortable like a one-bedroom home. The rooftop bar and pool look amazing and was great to relax there with attentive staff checking in occasionally to take orders for food and drinks - reserving the pool area for hotel guests only was a lovely touch. The food in the hotel restaurant is really good quality. The details and aesthetic of the hotel is very impressive.

Beautiful hotel with great roof top pool and bar. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly at all times. Rooms were perfect. We loved the food in the hotel and appreciated the fresh croissant left on the door each morning. There was always room round the pool and the location was great for exploring Funchal. Hope to be back!

We had a lovely stay at Three House hotel. The staff where very helpful, gave us advice of visiting spots and places to eat. The room was very clean. Every day we had new set of towel for pool use and room. Coffee and tea choice where good and also where refilled if running out. Loved the juicer and smoothie maker in the room with made our breakfast top notch. The roof top heated pool, sun loungers could be used at any time in the day. Have enjoyed our morning swim.

Lovely apartments for a stay, good location and great pool and rooftop area. All equipped and super clean! The staff were very helpful and friendly, attending to our needs and requests. They explained everything and gave a tour upon arrival. The WhatsApp message option is brilliant and a great way to communicate if you want to. The free pastries each day were such a lovely touch too. Supermarket is 2mins away as well which was brilliant. The views and the pool area were beautiful. Stay in, go out, its entirely up to you. Highly recommend!

My 13 year old son and I had a fantastic stay at the 3HB hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The hotel is perfectly located in the town centre, clean & spacious rooms, breakfast offered a great selection of food, we loved the infinity pool at the rooftop and fire pit in the evenings. The pizza restaurant at the bottom was delicious and super convenient. I particularly enjoyed the white sangria cocktail at the pool bar. Staff were all incredibly friendly and efficient. We didn’t use the spa facilities but they looked very nice. We would 100% recommend and hopefully come back.

Immaculately clean hotel that is based right in the main area of Faro. The bed was comfortable and had a choice of pillows. Nice breakfast and Lucas our waiter on a couple of mornings was a delight. It has a beautiful roof terrace and restaurant with an infinity pool. Cheerful and helpful concierge staff.

Vila Vita Parc is exceptional! It exceeded our expectations! Stayed at the apartments - event though located outside of the hotel walls, it is a 5 min walk and always can request a shuttle if needed. Apartment was as luxurious as the hotel grounds! More spacious! The breakfast and the food is excellent. The pool and the beach very relaxing, always free loungers and no kids allowed at the main infinity pool. Will visit again.

We have stayed at many 5 Star accommodations, but Vila Vita Parc surpassed them all. Starting with the welcoming staff, moving to the beauty of the rooms, the beauty of the grounds, the utmost care shown to guest comfort, several restaurants to choose from, a divine breakfast, transportation around the large property. The pools were inviting and sparkling clean. There was also an adults' pool (under age 12 not allowed) which is appreciated. Beautiful views, beautiful everything.

This is by far the most beautiful, relaxing and hospitable resort we have ever stayed at. Every bit of food and drink we ordered was a 10/10 in artful presentation and delicious taste. We loved all of the pools, the dreamy beach and beautiful grounds. The staff was absolutely lovely - we especially want to thank Osvaldo for the incredible hospitality, kindness, and pool side service. This was our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond with a welcome surprise in our room when we arrived - rose petals on the bed, champagne and a tart. WHAT a dream of a place!

Beautiful property! We stayed in the apartment adjacent to the property which was really more like a townhome with two levels and private entry. It was very spacious with a wonderful rooftop patio with two day beds. We finally made it to the health club on the last day of our trip and wish we would have made it there sooner. The indoor pool has a swim through to an outdoor pool with a patio and lounge chairs that were not very busy. The sauna, steam room, cold plunge and freezer room were great! All in all, great service all around, wonderful amenities and a fantastic property!

Amazing hotel. There is not one thing that could have gone better. The rooms were beautifully decorated, beatutiful bathroom, beautiful terrace. The infinity pool was amazing, there are seperate terraces created for the louger chairs, so they feel more private. Also the restaurant was very good.

Everything — the breathtaking view over the Douro Valley, the infinity pool at sunset, the delicious food made with fresh garden ingredients, and the unbelievably kind staff (especially with our baby!). The hikes, the peace, the wine, the quinta, the museum… paradise in every sense.

This is a gem of a hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. From the moment we arrived the staff welcomed us so warmly and they were so happy and friendly towards us. The location is great, you can easily walk around and find your way around the city. The facilities are amazing especially the pool area which is like an oasis in the city. The restaurant and bar serve amazing food and drinks. Breakfasts were delicious and the room was clean with an exceptionally comfy bed. I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Hotel for your stay in Lisbon!

really special hotel. love the location, looking out over the ocean, no other houses in sight. the staff were exceptional. so friendly, helpful, patient and understanding. the rooms were great - beautifully and simply decorated; very comfortable beds (and even decent pillows which is often not the case!); plenty of hanging/shelf space - with a private deck with warm sitting pool. the dining area and bar were also very tastefully and beautifully decorated with some of the owners' private collection of arts and crafts collected from around the world. the food was very good and made relaxing and spending time at the hotel worth it, which helped cuz we had a few lazy rainy days. but best of all were the cocktails made by a clearly very talented bartender working from a very well-stocked bar. the spa area was almost brilliant - love the indoor salt pool, the outdoor infinity pool (great cold plunge after the sauna!), and the sauna was nice and hot (easily customisable; tho cedar wood would be nicer than pine). the spa treatments we had were all good (tho mine could have been deeper), and the setting and attention we received were top notch.

Amazing boutique Hotel & SPA with beautiful views, comfortable rooms and great staff. The outdoor pool is so beautiful and great for a sunny day. They also have a indoor pool and sauna for cooler days. It’s not far from Sete Cidades and some hiking trails around that area. The restaurant is great and the bar views to the sunset are great. It was a very relaxing stay and I would definitely stay there again!

Staying at The Yeatman is like gaining access to a secret club; you’ll feel like royalty. The facilities are fabulous, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the view is unfeasibly lovely, especially from the infinity pool. Oh, and the best restaurant in Porto is right there on site.

We love the Yeatman! This is our third time and we plan to keep coming back. The hotel is beautiful, very grand and well maintained. There are stunning views over the river and the bridge. The indoor and outdoor pools are both immaculately clean and well maintained. The pool loungers are comfortable and generally in good supply. Clean towels are always available. The pool bar is great for food and drink, although rather expensive. You pay for the privilege of eating lunch by an infinity pool with stunning views! Staff are always helpful and mostly speak good English. The rooms are very large and clean, with very big comfortable beds. Good soundproofing from other rooms. Breakfast does not have a particularly large selection but everything is fresh and well prepared. There are lots of fruits, salads, breads, cereals, omelettes made to order and hot food eg sausages and bacon. There are also luxury items like caviar, fresh honeycomb and champagne. Rooms are equipped with kettles and fridges - request fresh milk if you like to drink tea. Overall we had a fantastic time and highly recommend this hotel, especially for couples or other adult travellers. Also good for solo travellers, very safe and welcoming. It probably isn’t ideal if you are travelling with small children as there isn’t much for kids to do and the facilities all have a pristine air to them that doesn’t feel very child friendly! Although there were some children there so it’s it as if they’re not welcome.

Amazing view looking across the river to Porto. Very comfortable rooms. Walking distance to Taylor's port lodge. Outdoor pool was a little chilly but indoor pool was very warm. Food and drinks were very good. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Parking was 20 euro's per night.

the view is spectacular, but the whole place is perfect. during winter you can enjoy the indoor pool, the bar and the spa. sooo relaxing. during warm months the outdoor pool.

The location and the view of the Douro river. The infinity pool with the view was fantastic. Service was excellent as were the wines. We enjoyed our personal wine tasting and the walks around the vineyard. The gardens and terraces for sitting outside were beautiful.

Location is amazing sounded by vineyards and the river view. The rooms are nice and comfortable, great pool for hot days, and breakfast was delicious. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great snacks to the pool along the day and finally the wine tasting was very good.

The views of the river and surrounding vineyards was mesmerizing and the property so peaceful, tranquil and romantic. Highly recommend it to any couple. The wine and port tasting was very good. Staff was very attentive, the pool cool refreshing and the view! Please enjoy a gourmet meal from the restaurant on the terrace!

We booked this hotel for a night because our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to stay for the night close to the airport. We enjoyed our stay. The natural pool was great and fun! The outdoor pool was also nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the service was great and the food was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable and had a lovely view.

Very friendly and guest-oriented staff who do their best to make us feel at home. The hotel grounds are well maintained and green. The outdoor pool is heated to a comfortable temperature. The ocean pool offers a magnificent panoramic view of the ocean and Santa Cruz bay. Breakfast and dinner were incredible. Thank you for a lovely stay. Everything was 10/10.

This is a fantastic hotel and suited us perfectly for our stay. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent, with an outdoor heated Jacuzzi and heated pool, plus the beautiful salt water pool which we swam in, in mid March. The bedroom was really spacious with a sea view, huge bed and extremely quiet so much have good soundproofing.

This is an amazing hotel. I would give it 12 out of 10 stars. If I could, the staff was beyond amazing they knew about my allergy before I even opened my mouth to say anything. Our servers were excellent. The food was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The surrounding area is lovely and won’t get airport noise, even though you are a two minute drive from the airport. There is a heated pool and a lovely bar by the pool. The only thing that we have to say that was negative is we wish we could’ve stayed way longer.😃

My wife & I stayed here with friends for a long weekend to visit Porto. The hotel is in a good situation . Close enough to the old town but not too close so you get too much noise. The hotel is well appointed & is very clean . The staff are all wonderful and really went out of their way to make our stay a good one. Attentive but not to the degree it becomes intrusive. There is a nice infinity pool but more for cooling off than doing lengths . We would all definitely stay here again ! Thankyou

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is ideal, with a stunning view that you get to enjoy every morning from the perfectly positioned infinity pool and restaurant terrace. The pool itself was the perfect temperature—very refreshing and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering us great tips that led us to some of the best restaurants in town. The welcome process was smooth and warm, making us feel relaxed from the start. Our room was upscale, comfortable, and high quality—everything felt thoughtfully designed and well maintained. The food and drinks were also top-notch, with great attention to both flavor and presentation. Overall, a beautiful and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay during trip to Porto. The location and view from pool and breakfast balcony were phenomenal. Lunch was also excellent with creative menu. There are a few minor but important things the hotel can sharpen up on given 5 star; poolside service during the day could be improved, the soft cushions around the pool area need to be cleaned more frequently, the service was nice but super slow for lunch, and randomly the toilet flushes needed fixed / replaced.

Very beautiful hotel with a slightly removed location from the hustle and bustle of Porto, but very accessible at a 15-20 minute walk from the city center. The pool and outdoor restaurant overlook the Douro River and Gaia region. The rooms are well-furnished with clean and modern amenities, and room service was prompt and professional. The breakfast buffet was very good. Would not recommend eating at the restaurant for dinner, as there are many nearby restaurants with cheaper and more authentic cuisine, but the ambiance and service were both excellent regardless.

The staff all round were excellent, and that applies especially to the cleaning staff. We were impressed by the fact that the room was made up multiple times each day. Waiting staff were always friendly and helpful as were the staff at the top pool and the fitness centre. We loved the food. The scrambled egg was consistently delicious at breakfast. We enjoyed fine dining at Flor de Lis on our first evening. We loved the infinity pool on the 9th floor. A luxurious experience.

GM Mencucci's welcome gift (champagne and charcuterie plate) was a wonderful touch that complimented our amazing suite view! I recommend Suite # 1028 every part of the suite (bedroom, living room and the bathroom) all had incredible views of the city! Nightly turndown service with quality chocolate treats, slippers left bedside and curtains drawn. Daniela Anceriga front desk receptionist was personable, informative and super attentive during our entire stay. She would greet us every time we passed by the lobby. Food service manager Jose Figuerida and his assistant manager Lilliana were very proactive when we had a relatively minor inconvenience (with eggs benedict) on a busy morning. After they acknowledged and apologized for the miscommunication they both took responsibility and provided personal attention to insure that the rest of our dining experiences the rest of our week were 5 star quality service. Rooftop pool and bar area staff manager Phillipe , Bartender Goncalvo and staff member Marya provided great service and created a cool vibe to the rooftop area dining and drinking experience, plus you couldn't beat that amazing view from the heated infinity edge pool!!The spa and indoor pool area was serene and relaxing, we enjoyed the hot sauna and the massage therapies. The entire staff and hotel lived up to the Five Star rating they have earned. We Loved it all! This hotel really "Wowed" us! We would gladly stay there again.

Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and replenished regularly. The rooftop infinity pool and bar offer stunning city views, perfect for winding down at sunset. The wellness spa was serene and professionally run, and the indoor pool was a great touch. The fitness center was well-equipped and clean. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. From check-in to restaurant service, everything ran smoothly and with a smile. EPIC SANA Lisboa is exactly what its name suggests—epic. Modern, comfortable, and perfectly located, it ticks all the boxes. And with a breakfast like that, you’ll leave every morning satisfied and ready to explore the city.

Large stylish hotel with wonderful staff who couldn't be more helpful. Large rooms with super 'bath'room - an excellent shower. A nice touch -when you leave the room the curtains shut automatically (to keep the sun out) and open when you check back in (even if nightime!) The infinity pool on the 9th floor has great views down to the estuary - it is shallow and mainly used to sit in rather than swim. There is a pool in the basement too (I don't go there). Breakfast offered wide selection of choices with attentive service. The hotel is a little way from anywhere - 10 mins walk to M de Pombal metro or a brisk 35 minute walk downhill to the old town.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooftop pool and bar was amazing with views over the city out to the river Tagus, with a mix of nice cabanas and sun loungers, and the indoor pool and wellness suite had the most relaxing vibes. Would visit again in a heartbeat. The hotel made a weekend in Lisbon truly memorable.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely location between Porto and the Vineyards of the Douro Valley, elevated and overlooking the river and it's own vineyard (as does the infinity pool!) The rooms are modern and well appointed. We had a room in the original stone building so, as others have said, these are small, but perfectly adequate for us with a fantastic view. There are also new, modern buildings, and separate villas too so, if space is required then these may suit better. The whole place is spotlessly clean and managed by friendly, English speaking staff. Car parking is plentiful, free and secure. The restaurant is small and informal with an excellent menu for lunch and dinner as well as great wines, as you might expect. If we'd had the time we'd have stayed longer. We hope to return to this lovely place on another occasion and explore this region further.

Beautiful grounds on the river, nice pool and jacuzzi, and tasteful designer rooms with great views. Excellent breakfast! However dinner entres were a little subpar but excellent appetizer and vino. Overall, the perfect last night in Portugal and easy access to the car rental return location at the Oporto Airport.

Nice hotel directly at the Douro river with a nice pool area, big garden, restaurant and a bar located at the river. Rooms had been very nice with comfortable beds. Parking spaces available at no charge directly at the hotel. Good breakfast with many choices.

Room was stunning. Pools were lovely but cold! the best pool was the spa indoor and infinity pool, these were much warmer. We absolutely loved the hydro pool and the whole spa in general was amazing, I had the best pregnancy massage I’ve ever had, it is on the pricey side though. Breakfast was delicious! The staff are incredible here, so attentive and friendly, super helpful and seem to remember everyone’s names which for a hotel of that size is very impressive. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be retuning.

Staff were excellent, so polite and helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and comfortable. We loved the cleanliness of hotel, room and breakfast area. The location is close to Faro airport, 20 minutes at most in taxi. The bar was very good and cocktails excellent. Perfect location for golf as numerous courses on the doorstep. The shuttle to beach was great, 15 minutes each way. The hotel's infinity pool was lovely and it was good that there was another pool which catered more for children. Good base to visit Faro, Vilamoura and other popular places.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this bright and spacious hotel. Room was large with balcony overlooking garden. Lovely infinity pool. Friendly and attentive staff. Generous buffet breakfast to suit all tastes including a far-too-tempting array of pastries! This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back.

WOW!! This is our second year at staying at the Conrad. The staff make this place and your stay special. They are so friendly and welcoming and are there to help you out. The building itself is beautiful to look at the the swimming pools and Spa are fantastic! The poolside staff cater for your every need bringing you your drinks and food so you don't need to move from your lounger. The staff in the lounge bar... WOW just so super. We were lucky enough to eat at Gusto Heniz Beck the Michelin restaurant there and their own Louro restaurant but absolutely amazing! Our room was as good as last year and overlooked the infinity pool! Roll on next year.

What’s not to like? Customer service goes way beyond expectations. EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional. The amenities: pools, gym, spa, basketball, tennis, golf and shuttle. Top notch poolside drink and food service. The food was consistently excellent. Rooms were much larger that most Euro Hotels and have nice patios. The front desk staff gave us great Restaurant recommendations and did the bookings. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The landscape is beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at Epic Sana Hotel. Staff was helpful and nice, the hotel itself is beautiful and we were happy with our room. The hotel app which you can use by TV/scanning QR is very helpful: room service or laundry can be ordered straight through it. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of food to choose from, all fresh and high quality. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to visit infinity pool, but one that they have inside spa is also great. It was my birthday so I received a bottle of wine and dessert as a compliment, absolutely stunning.

Staying at the hotel was an exceptionally pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly kind and ready to answer all your questions and assist with any uncertainties. The rooms are luxuriously equipped and impeccably clean. The top-notch spa area includes well-maintained saunas and a pool, along with a rooftop pool offering a stunning view of the city. The hotel's restaurant serves an excellent and abundant breakfast.

Yes, IT has 5 Star, and some things are on spot. However they simple is best. Electricity things in our suite so cimpleceted, that maybe we figure them out next Time. Elevators crazy slow at busy ours, and pool so packed that after a while nobody can't get chairs. People start to book them and don't come four hours 😳 Personal are very nice, but prices crazy hihg. I can understand this in lobby bar, but at pool when just hotel guest. Yes very nice, but Leena Kivioja

The location was very central. We ubered our entire trip & didn't take long to get to places. Hotel is very clean & sheek. Staff are friendly and house keepers very friendly and helpful. One of rooms there was issue with the AC. Breakfast buffet - has alot of offerings but found that it was not very hot - temperature wise. We were down at breakfast for 8am. Rooftop pool lovely! We arrived 9am and had whole place to ourselfs before we started the day! Would definitely recommend staying here!

It was a wonderful experience. I was very close to cancelling my next trip to Porto so I could enjoy this hotel for longer. The breakfast was quite varied and eggs were made fresh to order. There were lots of beach chairs in the yard to lounge by the pool, with plenty of sports in the shade or the sun to choose from. The pool is small but still good for a little swim. The yard is very green, with large treed and many song birds. It feels like an oasis.

The hotel is nicely located. The courtyard is weel protected from the surrounding streets, offering a pool and space for sunbath. The hotel has individually equipped rooms with nice arts. You feel like at home and not in a hotel. The service and personnel were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was quite unique with several local meals. Unfortunately I couldn't not use pool or hammam, but at my next visit I'll certainly do so.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They also helped us with warming up our baby food and made our stay comfortable. The room was spacious, noiseless and clean.The breakfast was tasty and there is a good spread to choose from. The pool and garden are comfortable and cozy.

I highly recommend this place, and look forward to return in the future. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. The staff is very friendly, able to assist with every request, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The pool area is clean and serene. The rooms are very clean, and the neighborhood is very quiet. The location is very good.

We loved everything about this hotel -the rooms were very comfortable, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the swimming pool was great at the end of a hot day in Lisbon and the breakfast delicious! The hotel had a relaxed, friendly feel to it and it felt safe and comfortable.

Gorgeous facility. large clean room. many activists. stuff are friendly and helpful. amazing spa and in door pool. breakfast is wonderful with A la carte tasty dishes.

Beautiful hotel, stunning conversion, views lovely. Pool area stunning, and terraces for breakfast. Hotel has a great gym and spa area, room was spacious and we overlooked the river. Loved this hotel!

The resort is located in a breathtaking location in the Douro Valley. It looks as breathtaking as in the marketing pictures. A lovely staff and gorgeous surroundings. The food is amazing and the breakfast buffet is out of this world. The pool area was gorgeous. The only issue we noticed the slipperiness of the stairs going in and out of the pool. Several guests fell and it could have turned out badly. The room (416) had a gorgeous view down the valley, but the furnishings were just ok. Considering the price tag, one would have expected nicer furniture and a better room layout. It was quite poorly designed. The bathroom shower had mold in it. The robes were tiny and didn't even fit me (5 foot 6; 126 pounds). Not trying to be a stickler, but considering the heft price tag, it wasn't at the level we expected. The Alchemy class was fantastic and the staff in general was super helpful and knowledgeable.

What a beautiful hotel! Everything was nearly perfect! The rooms are lovely (although our river view room didn’t really have a view of the river because of the trees). We did have a terrace however which was lovely in the morning with the sun (shaded in the late afternoon) If you want a proper river view I think the rooms on the higher floors without a terrace might be a better option. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in with down pillows ….. The food overall was excellent and the breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The service was occasionally a little sporadic with items being forgotten. A beautiful pool area with a lovely bar and restaurant (again slightly sporadic service) and the staff were lovely. A great 4 day stay…..

This is an extraordinary property and we had a wonderful stay. The views are spectacular and the staff incredibly helpful. The breakfast experience is amazing. Wonder dishes prepared in a wood burning oven that are unique and not just the typical omelet bar. Dena in the breakfast room made us feel welcome each morning. The indoor pool and steam rooms are very therapeutic and relaxing. The welcome snacks and port are delicious and refreshed during our stay. At 3:30 they put out finger snacks that are free and fun. And we had dinner one night in the bar with creative drinks and snacks. The concierge helped line up a car to take us to town and pick us up one night which was great. And the room amenities are equally terrific. One of the nicest spas anywhere in the world!

Prime location in a heart of the old town. Hotel is well designed. Food in the restaurant is delicious and is not overpriced. Infinity pool with a view, hot tub and pool bar. Staff is super friendly.

We came for the carnival and the hotel was in an excellent location with everything being a few minutes walk away. The hotel itself was lovely and the staff amazing. The infinity pool at the top of the hotel had amazing views. The breakfast buffet had a great choice.

Great Hotel in the heart of Funchal. Location if perfect, amazing amenities, spacious rooms. The infinity pool on the rooftop is a gem. The restaurant Tipograhia is a must. Dont miss it. Very accommodating staff. 5 stars.

Beautiful rooftop bar and small infinity pool. Excellent mojito. Very centrally located, perfect for exploring Funchal. Convenient little kitchen in the room.

The hotel is very well situated in the centre of Funchal. The rooftop infinity pool was lovely for swimming, with views of the town all around.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, in particular Adriana. She gave advice on local restaurants and organised taxis for us; nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were courteous and seemed genuinely happy. Our room was very comfortable, quiet and had all the amenities required. Breakfast offered a wide choice, well presented and delicious. We enjoyed using the gym and swimming pool.

Fantastic service, comfortable and spacious, incredible staff, delicious breakfast, indoor pool and areas to stay were very chill and clean.

Modern and high standards hotel. Room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable (sometimes is difficult to get) Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Gym and swimming pool was a plus.
