We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place is absolutely amazing — spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The large swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The kitchen was fully equipped with a lot of beautiful and high-quality dishes, which made cooking a pleasure. There are plenty of cozy lounge areas around the property, offering both sun and shade throughout the day. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Everything was well-organized and the host was very helpful! The garden was larger than it looks in the photos, and the house was spacious, comfortable, and modern. It had more amenities than you'd normally find in a rental, which made our stay much easier. The pool with the jacuzzi was perfect!

Great place with ample room outside and a amazing pool. The balcony gave a nice spot with a breeze during the day seeing as it was way too hot to really do anything outside. Clean and stocked with some supplies from before aswell. Overall a great place to stay!

The villa looks exactly as pictured. The swimming pool is amazing and the villa in it’s whole is super clean.

Our flight was delayed by 5 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 2am — but Billy still made the effort to meet us at the villa to ensure we knew where everything was and felt totally comfortable. He greeted us with pastries and had even done a food shop so we were fully equipped for our first morning. One of the best stays we’ve ever had. The villa was stunning, incredibly spacious, and had everything we needed, especially while travelling with a baby. Located in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to shops, the beach, and the strip — it was the perfect balance. I couldn’t recommend it more! We would love to return! Thank you so much!

The villa was beautiful, and in a perfect location. The beds were comfy, air con worked great, and pool was amazing. We had a wedding at Nissi beach hotel, and could walk there in 5 minutes. Owners were responsive and very helpful. Shops all within easy reach. We cant wait to come back.

The house was lovely, clean, really well equipped. Beds were comfortable, the pool was really nice and clean. The owners were just great. We really enjoyed in villa. We will definitely come back 😊 Highly recommend!

Pool is the best part of the house. It's very close to Nissi beach. The owners were always friendly, available and willing to help out.

Good communication, host was very friendly and helpful, property was excellent, quiet and very spacious. All amenities provided were satisfying. Everything needed during the stay was provided, the beach is really only 5minutes away, and stores as well as bus stops to Ayia Napa and other locations around the city and area are all within walking distance. Perfect for a summer vacation with good friends or family at sea. Would definitely recommend!

Communication with the administrator was perfect.

Nice spacious living room and kitchen area. Comfortable bedrooms. Nice poolside area with easy pool access.

Stunning villa and very modern. Amazing views during the day and for sunsets from the rooftop terrace or the 3 balconies. The pool although not huge is more than adequate and is so nice. Huge kitchen and living areas, so plenty of comfortable places to just chill out in. Great location, two minute walk away from the beach and beach bar. And 30 second stroll away from the strip area with plenty of really good restaurants and some really nice small bar/pubs.

We had a great time — A stunning place! The villa was tastefully decorated with a modern and fresh design. Clean and well-equipped. The pool was clean and beautiful. Friendly and courteous service. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful quiet place. New, modern, spacious villa with private pool 5 min walk to the nearest beach Everything was really great

Some say the villa is far from the beach - well it is not true, there are 2 amazing beaches in a walking distance -5-10 min. The pool was amazing, the green trees around was great, the specious living room with kitchen was SUPERB.

Very modern hotel with exceptional view from the balcony. It is perfectly located, literally just a few steps from a stunning beach with crystal-clear water. The beach is wonderful and not that crowded. It’s perfect to relax by the pool. The room was clean, and got fresh/new bottle of water everyday. Both breakfast and dinner both were quite delicious. I'd like to highlight the restaurant and pool staff as they were always incredibly nice and welcoming. Around the pool the there's plastic(fake) grass, which we really liked. We'd definitely come back.

Superb location, very clean, modern vibe, lovely food but the thing that makes this such a great place is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble they are friendly and approachable. Reception, pool staff, cleaners and restaurant staff (both breakfast and dinner) are amazing Alesya, Chris, Varna, the server at the pool, and Michael and his team in the restaurant couldn't do enough for you . Travelling alone I felt safe and comfortable.

Last minute break . Booked 4 nights and we loved it so much we extended our stay . New hotel ( it runs extremely smoothly ) rooms are well equipped . We had an ocean front … worth the extra the view is priceless . Staff very attentive and nothing to much trouble. Loads and I mean loads of upmarket sun loungers by the pool . Breakfast has a good selection, something to suit everyone . We ate lunch at the pool bar most days . Good menu and the food was always hot and fresh ,,

Very nice modern hotel on the beach, nice pool, and pool area, great location, very clean, good breakfast , stuff is helpful, mostly recommended

Hugely attentive staff, excellent breakfast (including real honeycomb!), quality sunbeds and an exceptionally large swimming pool. The pool bar is classy and drinks are reasonably priced.

The best beach/seaside hotel we have stayed in - everything is excellent- rooms, allocated sunbeds, pool, sea, the food is fabulous- Kalemera restaurant for breakfast lunch at Akti and dinner at Ipenema and The Deck are special ( there is a buffet restaurant for dinner but we didn’t try) - the staff are amazingly efficient and very very friendly- no faults at all - very sad to go home!

Best view, proximity to the sandy beach, and the staff was amazing. We also enjoyed all the food on-site, especially breakfast and the pool bar. Was just a relaxing holiday, hardly left the hotel and beach area.

Wonderful family stay – the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food at both the pool and deck restaurants was excellent, and the spa experience was truly amazing. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

From the moment we arrived, staff was very friendly and generous to offer us a welcome delicacy and whether reception, pool or restaurant, all personnel were very friendly and.kind The hotel is very nice, our room was super and the sea view just.amazing ! We were extremely satistifed and it was.top notch stay for us Would definitely come back 😉

good experience nice hotel a bit off center most of the shops closed when you come off season. nice beach and pool. we were half board good breakfast and dinner although they charge even for water . pretty small room and balcony . it was disappointing we had just a shower and no bath.

Wonderful hotel, in a lovely peaceful location , very friendly and welcoming staff , the beach is great as well as the swimming pool & other facilities. The breakfast was quite good , with a large variety of food and drinks offered plus the service is professional , warm and courteous. Very nicely designed rooms with beautiful sea and pool views, the outdoor areas are wonderful , with a lot of greenery , vast spaces and many places to sit or lay on the sunbeds…

Beautiful gardens, view to the sea from the room, squeaky clean pool, exceptionally friendly staff. Very good breakfast too, and the poolside restaurant was very accommodating with my husband’s special diet. Perfect stay. We never stay at the same hotel twice but this one may just change our mind.

the hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. the food was really good a big variety and perfect taste. the hotel has green territory, heated swimming pool. nice pool bar with snacks. the entertainment program was quite loud, although nice music (live), but they were finishing at 11. If you are not going to bed earlier it is ok.

Absolutely fantastic! We’ve never been to Cyprus before but will be booking next year. Andreas by the pool was amazing! The pool bar for food is amazing. Most people there had been many times before , which speaks for itself. Can’t wait to return!!

Excellent modern hotel with good breakfast, large sunny pool area and great view to sea and city. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. Decent sandy beach and couple shops and restaurants are very close by and there's a bus stop near for a direct bus to central and nearby towns every ~20min. Pool bar prices were on higher side, as you can expect from a 5-star hotel. Soundproofing between rooms is pretty non-existent and own luggage rack for each guest would've been nice, but those are only minuses I can think of. In overall we were very happy that we chose this hotel.

A wonderful couple's vacation, in a perfect adults-only hotel. Everything was great, especially the perfect service from the staff, at reception, customer service, housekeeper, in the dining room and pool restaurant, at the spa reception and in every possible parameter, everyone goes out of their way to give you a pampering and good stay. Amazing breakfast, excellent dishes at the pool restaurant, everything is simply delicious!

From our arrival on the first day to the last day, we were welcomed very warmly by everyone from reception, to all the staff around the hotel. Excellent aspect to every detail and without a doubt will return. Very relaxing, great pool, opposite beach, food very fresh from the breakfast and pool bar. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Best in Cyprus...Nicola/Adam

Comfortable loungers by the pool and service at the pool bar to your loungers was excellent. Cocktails were of a good quality. Non sea view Rooms are not great- luckily we were moved but we would stay again. They don’t serve eggs Benedict or suchlike from order at breakfast like May other up market 5 stars do in cyprus (like Park Lane in Limassol or Columbia Beach in Pissouri). They only Offered omelettes.

Excellent in everything. Loved the pool area. Great food in the pool restaurant.

Also i want to refer to the two guys at the pool, the lifeguards, (Andreas and Marios) was excellent, very professional and very kindly, we all felt safe with two guys around the pool, they followed all the pool hotel regulations with great professionalism.

We loved everything about our stay. It was expensive but you get what you pay for. Lovely rooms, lovely view from the balcony, delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Nice bars. Great pool area. Spotless. Nice indoor pool - cold but perfect to cool off. The location was far enough from Ayia Napa square for myself, my husband and 13 year old daughter but close enough for my 17 year old to get a taxi to and from there. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

A true full service hotel with a 5 star rating within the all inclusive Hotels. Beautiful surroundings, clean environment and wonderful views to the ocean. The staff, service as well as food are outstanding and worth any stay. We have never seen so much cleaning in a hotel as with the NissiBlu. From the pool, to the lobby, rooms and eateries, it was clean and well maintained. A big shout goes out to the wonderful staff in the breakfast area, the pool area as well as all the restaurants and reception. The Managment is very attentive and worth a little chat.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, assisted me to change the room to one with accessible toilets. Nice inner pool, peaceful early in the morning. Great outdoor pool, sunbeds and bar. Delicious breakfast, anyone can find their taste, very good service and friendly staff at the restaurant.

Amazing location, 4 min from the nissi beach and the isola beach club. All the equipment is brand new, the the stuff is very welcoming. Good pool size, and nice bar in the pool 7 min driving to ayia Napa Main Street

Really lovely hotel. Great breakfast, pool with a view and good size, modern rooms. The sea view room was also lovely, though if I returned I'd try get a room over the pool as it had a slightly nicer view. We'd also recommend eating at the restaurant, it's some of the best food we had in Aiya Napa.

The room was clean, the swimming pool was beautiful but only open till' 18.30. The bar at the pool had very good drinks. The food was delicious and they had live music every night at the restaurant. Nothing to complain about the hotel, everything was great. The location is a little far from the city, so you have peace and quiet night and day.

We were offered a free upgrade to a better room type. All the staff were very polite and pleasant. There were enough sun loungers no matter what time of day we went to the pool. Pool towels, bottled water were free. Breakfast was rich and had a lot of choice. We were very satisfied. The view from the hotel room was also wonderful. You could also make coffee and tea in the room.A very good value for money hotel.

We have had the most amazing stay. The hotel is absolutely stunning and has a lovely relaxing vibe about it which was everything we had hoped for for our “baby moon”. The pool area was great, lovely and quiet - a nice place to relax. The room was great (we got upgraded to a junior suite which was a lovely surprise on arrival!), really comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly, warm and welcoming. Breakfast buffet has lots to choose from. We will definitely return if we are back in Ayia Napa again.

3.rd time we are staying at this hotel and we keep coming back. It’s cozy, and the staff are very friendly and helpfull. The Elia Restaurant is fantastic- actually one of the best restaurants in Ayia Napa! VERY Nice pool-area and good breakfast buffet. Always clean and we like that this hotel is a walk away from downtown. Glyki Nero Beach is 2 minutes walk from the hotel and this Beach is so clean with clear water and light sand. (No Stones, Algae or seaweed at all) We Will come back again and again :)

Everything was perfect! Very kind and helpful staff, room was great and clean, breakfast was amazing and very clean pool. The location was perfect!!!

Very clean, staff very polite. The breakfast buffet is very good, big selection and everything is tasty and fresh. There’s a very nice looking pool that we haven’t had the chance to use since it was a bit cold, but it looks very clean.

Loved everything, super friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist. Tasty pool bar food, and a clean pool that was never crowded even on a weekend day, although it is a bit small. Great beach access, easy parking, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of Ayia Napa but still very good for a good night’s sleep.

Great location right on the beach with sun loungers on the sand, plus lovely pool area with same. Free parking, buffet breakfast was great and a la carte food was good too. Food a bit expensive but same everywhere in Ayia Napa. Good shower, comfey bed, nice balcony overlooking the sea. Separate towels provided for room and pool/beach. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival!

The property is located in a calm place, I loved it. Direct access to the beach. The pool is adorable. Just chilling vibes. I really liked staff services in the room, pool and hotel in general. Clean rooms, clean hotel. The view from the room is brilliant. Breakfast was enough good. Will recommend for sure

The hotel is close to all the good places in Ayia Napa. Very quiet and relaxing. The pool is perfect. 1 min walk to reach the beach. Clean and modern rooms. Staff are very nice. Breakfast buffet is delicious. It was a very good stay at Okeanos Hotel.

lovely hotel with everything you would need for a chilled stay . Pool ok size plenty beds along with the grassed area .Pool bar easily accessed with a selection of local spirits or branded . Mind if your all inclusive branded spirits are not Included . Good variety off foods available in the buffet restaurant. Little Italy Restaurant is a must try

We booked last minute and were really impressed. The room was clean and comfy with a nice balcony—and the clothes rack outside was perfect for drying beachwear. The pool and view were lovely, and the staff were all super friendly. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The sea near the hotel was absolutely breathtaking—clear, deep, and ideal for confident swimmers. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent hotel – perfect for a relaxing holiday! Very clean and beautiful hotel with functional spaces. The pool is large, with plenty of space around it for sunbeds. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very polite and always willing to help. The breakfast is great, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, as it’s an adults-only hotel. There are daily activities like fitness sessions and games. Also there's plenty of space for parking. Highly recommended!

I really loved the room. Very clean, very modern. Super comfy with all the amenities. The staff were very friendly and we loved the fact that there were no kids around. So much more relaxing at the pool. We also tried their spa and it was amazing. We would definitely come back!

Very clean hotel area and rooms, very friendly staff. Always space & silence at the pools, no sunbeds reserved. (A small minus of that; during the week, we did not notice that the swimming pool had been cleaned. There were tissues and garbage at the bottom of the pool.)

Everything was great except the weak WiFi. Clean, cozy, well-equipped for a family stay (kitchen with all essentials). Breakfast is simple but fresh and enough. Nice clean pool, beach towels provided. The walk to the beach is hot, but the large pool and plenty of sunbeds make up for it.

We stayed in a suite with a pool view. Our suite as well as the whole hotel area was clean and well-equipped. We had a easy access to the pool, which was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. There were so many supermarkets and restaurants near by. Beaches were in 10-25 mins walking distance, which we enjoyed walking to and from.

We really enjoyed everything! Excellent accommodation, facilities, confort, Air Conditioning, kitchen, pool, staff, services (cleaning, internet etc), nice view, perfect garden, great location near the sea and lots of supermarkets, excellent restaurants and nice people everywhere. Mr. George was very very kind to us - Thank you, sir! He helped us enjoy the afternoon at the pool, after our check-out, because our flight was at midnight, he let us take a shower in the fitting room, he got us a taxi for the transfer to the airport. Chapeau! Really wonderful stay in Cyprus!! 🥰

Friendly and helpful staff with a relaxed and quiet atmosphere and wonderful pool close to lovely beaches and some restaurants. The pool is idyllic. Also they give you a free comementary bottle of water every day which is a very nice gesture.

What can I say, Melissi Beach Hotel & Spa is incredible. We’ve gone for the all inclusive package and upgraded to executive suite room with a jacuzzi on the balcony and sea view. All the Staff are amazing, you’re spoilt for choice with all the food options and facilities are on point, the swimming pools are very clean and inviting, the hotel also has its own private beach which is a nice touch. I especially like the pool bar where the main man Sotos is serving up some of the finest cocktails in Cyprus, you have to try his special, it’s the best on the menu!

The hotel is very nice. Staff is friendly, everything is clean. We liked the location - close to everything. Also, the hotel is located in front of the beach, so you can swim either in the pool or go 5 min to the sea and combine it. The beach was very nice too, the sea was very clean and the beach was calm. We also enjoyed pool area for adults only as it was very calm and relaxing there. Overall, recommend it to stay :)

Really nice hotel. Super clean and well looked after. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food buffet was fantastic. Locstion is perfect. Right on an incredible sandy beach and also walking distance from the town centre. Also short drive from lots of other lovely beaches if you want variety. Pool area is really jicr but pool water was very cold at the end of October but we were expecting that. Sea water was a surprisingly good temperature for swimming, and I'm usually not very good with cold water!

The hotel is located at a really great beach and has really nice pool area, so you can easily switch between. The beach is public. Hotel sunbeds are free of charge; if you want to be in the first row, the price for the set is only 7.5 EUR. Beautiful spa, several activities. Our rooms had a perfect pool and sea view. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Beach towels free of charge every day.

The hotel is pretty nice, good located with nice pools and close to the beach. We stayed in a apartment which is about 3-4 min walking outisde the hotel zone, but is was quiet and there we also had acces to a pool. The apartment is spacios and the view is great ( the aparment was on the groundfloor) and we had acces to the garden directly. On the restaurant the food was varied ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) each night had another speciffic ( italian, greec, mediteraneean, grill )

The hotel is in the center of Ayia Napa, close to the street with all the restaurants and to the main square. The hotel has a private beach, where all cruises take off. There is also a pool with a good restaurant nearby.

Very good location close to the harbour and all the bars and restaurants , nice breakfast with good choice for everyone , clean and quiet room with a balcony. Decent view overlooking pool area with sea in the background. Bed was comfy.

Quiet location overlooking harbour. Friendly and helpful staff. Although on b and b basis in house restaurant is good value for money and lovely setting. Swimming pool clean and family friendly as not too deep . Had junior suite room which was spacious with all amenities available and in working order

The staff were very friendly and helpful, great food (breakfast + dinner), the swimming pool is always very clean and comfortable, fantastic location

We had a great stay and the staff were great. The blond woman in the reception stood out extra service minded and proffessional. Great staff in the restaurant and bar, made my mum and me feel special. They were helpful, service minded and funny. Rooms were great. Pool great. The location in ayia napa is perfect.the pool is big and lovely and clean with a pool side bar. The hotel rooms are big with a separate living room and balcony.lots of free parking.breakfast is amazing and so much choice both hot and cold meals.definitely recommend this hotel.friendly hotel and so clean and modern

The staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Furniture a bit dated but fine. The room was huge for me as a single traveler. Nice pool and the pool bar was very good. Well priced and very nice bar meals. It was not too busy when I was there. Breakfast was good. Most things one would want. Not as much fresh fruit as some other hotels. Tried the themed evening buffet a couple of nights. Excellent value for €14.00. It was good that you could look what was on offer and decide if you wanted to eat there or not.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds really soft and comfortable. Towels were changed daily and we were even provided with separate pool towels. Pool facilities and breakfast was also good. 10 min walk into towncentre and to the beach.

It was a great vacation in Euronapa!Everything was excellent - staff, food, pool and location. Dinners are very tasty, every evening you have a cusion of different countries. Breakfasts hadn't such a variety, but they have everything you need. The pool is big, clean. Rooms are rather big, cleaning was every day! The perfect beach called Pernera is 10 min by walk. I highly recommend this place.

Very good value for this price. Close to the Nissiani beach. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very clean and comfortable. You get everything that you can expect frim a 3 star hotel. Not luxurious but very nice. Pool is realtively big and clean. Staff is super patient and helpful. The location couldnt be better.

This is our second time in this hotel. We loved it even better. Stuff was welcoming and good-natured. Tasty food and good coffee at breakfast (!). Beautiful, well-kept garden. Our small kids loved children's playground. Location is close to the Nissi beach, but far from the noise (we stayed in bungalows). Pool is clean, there is space for all types of swimmers, plenty of sunbeds around. This hotel provides everything for recharging holiday.

We had an amazing stay, the rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing in the sun. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable vacation experience.

We had a great stay at Nissiana. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away, breakfast was varied enough and the pool was clean (with a lifeguard present). We stayed in the bungalows and the only downside would be the timing of lawn mowing, which overlapped with the afternoon nap. Other than that, everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice new hotel, with a huge and beautiful lobby. There are 2 outdoor (pretty cold for the beginning of March ) and 1 indoor (warm) pool. The room was big with a pool (and sea) view. We have a bathtub in the room and it was amazing =) The room was cleaned every day. The staff is friendly! There is huge underground parking + ground parking. The location is just next to the Vathia Gonia beach and the color of the seawater was amazing there. The breakfast buffet was pretty regular and there was everything you want/need for breakfast. We enjoyed staying in Chrysomare hotel =)

Taxi from LCA airport to the hotel was about 65 euros and took 40 minutes. The staff was friendly, and Alexandra welcomed us. Although check-in was at 3 pm, we got in at 1 pm with a room upgrade to a partial sea view. The room was spacious, clean, and automated. We only had breakfast at the hotel, which was enough, and enjoyed the live music in the lobby in the evenings. The sauna, massage, indoor heated pool, and three large outdoor pools were great for relaxing. A very pleasant stay overall.

The hotel has superb location direct on the beach. Beautiful hotel, very friendy stuff. The room with the sea view was stunnishing - big, clean, great bed, big bathroom with bath, there was a bottle of water in the fridge, and also tea/coffe machine. Great gym area! The spa also has two saunas - steam and finnish sauna. 15 eur/person for 1 hour (privat rent!). The outside pools and resting area is gorgeous! The music during the day on the poolside area was sooo relaxing! We had a great relaxing weekend, would definitely come back.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable with a lot of possibilities for couples or families. Pro: big room with comfy beds, 3 big pools, indoor pool for free, direct sea access with amazing water. Food was good with plenty to choose from for 1 weeks stay. Special congratulations to the pizza chef. Lots of parking possibilities with free parking. Good gym with everything you need. Cons: room cleaning could be better with more details. In conclusion we definitely will come back!

The staff - especially in the pool and snack bar 3 beautiful pools The view from our balcony We absolutely loved the food which was very varied throughout the week The bed was incredible The location close to Sandy Bay

Spacey, clean and modern apartments, with pools, playgrounds, tennis courts and kids club. All a family needs. Location is basically on Malama beach, which was also the perfect spot for young kids, with zero waves and clear water! Though there are restaurants around the area, I found that the all inclusive option was well worth it. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was all very nice food, and the kids couldn't get enough of the mocktails and ice cream by the pool! Staff were super friendly and welcoming!

The most significant property value is staff. The people at the pool bar, as well as those at lunch and dinner, were so friendly, professional, and pleasant. People make you feel nice, not the room, pool, or beach—all recommendations for this hotel. Additionally, the reception was professional; they assisted me in renting a cart from a company recommended by the hotel.

It is spotless, perfectly maintained. Pools are super clean as well as pool area. Restaurant is excellent. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and polite.

A very good hotel with a lot of different contents. A quiet place, which was important to us because we were with a baby. The rooms are cleaned regularly, the pool is nice, the food is perhaps the best I've ever tried in hotel restaurants (11/10 for dinner). The view from the pool to the beach and the sea is wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The whole hotel was spotless and the staff were excellent, especially with the children. It’s right next to the beach and a short walk (5-10 mins) from bars and some amazing restaurants if you’re not all inclusive. The pools were great, with a lovely pool bar. There was so much to do there and pool time/ evening entertainment. We had a double room and it was so comfortable and there was so much space. We couldn’t fault the hotel at all- our stay was everything we hoped for and more.

Amazing hotel, huge pool, breathtaking view from the balcony. Very good food in the main restaurant and pool bar, exceptional cocktails. Highly recommended. There was even entertainments for adults and children- aqua-aerobics, quiz, disco, etc Just in front of the sea.

-Wonderful unobstructed pool & sea view. -Spotless clean. -Breakfast was excellent with freshly prepared omelette and pancakes. -Very nice pool area. -The property is located at Nissi beach which is probably the best beach in Cyprus. -Reception staff very professional and swift checkin.

Our 3-night stay was very enjoyable, in a spacious 5th floor room with sea view balcony. The pool was beautiful, and we had lovely lunches and frappe coffees at the poolside bar/restaurant. Wish it had been open past 6pm so we could have had evening food and drink there too!

We stayed at the Royal suite which was perfect with a huge balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The spa service was good and we enjoyed the breakfast and food at the pool restaurant. Also staff is friendly, special thanks to Samantha who was very welcoming. Overall very good experience.

Good Location, clean, lots of choice at Breakfast, lovely Spa treatments, nice pool area.

friendly service, nice pool-area, excellent food, great access to long beach pavements.

Everything. Should out to Dave, Monica & cal at the poolside. So accommodating & welcoming. The hotel is well worth the cost. We would return tomorrow.

This was my second stay in Sunprime’s Royal Suite. I had an incredible stay—pretty much everything was perfect. The suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered an incredible view with very easy beach access. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat!

A very lovely hotel! The hotel is in a prime location in Agia Napa and just a short walk from the main bar and restaurant street and the beach. But surprisingly the rooms are quiet and you can’t hear anything from the buzzing night out life. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Because mid of October we’ve been lucky and could enjoy the nice and big pool almost alone. Also the lady Viktoriia on the reception was very friendly and helpful, also the manager of the hotel :) we felt very welcome and will definitely come back !!

Awesome hotel🥰. The staff super kind and friendly! The area , pools , restaurant and room was always cleaned comfortable with wonderful view! Nearby everything seasides, restaurants, bars, party places ( the square 🥂🍾) shopping…Thankfully

Spacious and clean rooms, clean pool and facilities, perfect location, very polite and helpful staff in all positions. Thank you for a lovely and relaxing stay New Famagusta Hotel

- The location is fantastic, less than 10 min walk to everything, bars, restaurants and the beach. But far enough not to be on top of all the noise and action - The pool was lovely. - All of the employees have been very welcoming and friendly

Absolutely love it here! Returned to enjoy a mini honeymoon after celebrating our anniversary here last year! Love the design, the cleanliness and the amazing and friendly staff. The moment you enter, they take care of you and you feel like on holiday. The pool facilities are great and it’s a short walk to beaches nearby. Breakfast is great, variety of things to choose from. We got lucky and got an upgrade, highly recommend room #625 (it’s a junior suite) you have a huge terrace overlooking the sea and the hotel pool - absolutely stunning 💙🫶🏻

- nice and well equipped rooms - hotel's services (pool bar, reception, welcome drink, cleaning) - we got a free upgrade to a very nice room with see view - pool area was very nice, with enough space - entertainment services - comfortable beds

We liked everything except the food. the personnel is highly trained and supportive. facilities work properly. big swimming pool outside and cold pool inside helps a lot to fight with the heat. Clean rooms, beds and towels. bathroom accessories are high quality.

Beautiful location, quiet, next to the sea, promenade & beaches nearby. Welcome Prosecco, beautiful design, comfortable bed, very fresh and clean, nice spacious bathroom, tasty, great breakfast & dinner-buffet at 27€ very tasty. Nice spa. Comfortable pool area. Nice staff of hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect in a nice, peaceful area by the sea, with a beautiful promenade and several good restaurants nearby, and the municipal beach is only a 3-minute walk away. The hotel has all necessary facilities, I especially liked the good breakfast. There is a playroom for children, and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great stay , I would happily come back!

Hotel is big, modern and clean. Location is great, close to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. The adult's pool is very big and the children's pool is excellent for toddlers and children. My daughter loves it. Staff is super friendly and food is very good. We were on all inclusive which is highly recommended during summer period. Rooms are on the side small but comfortable. Definitely recommend for families with small children.

Nice hotel .. friendly stalff .. very delicious breakfast modern room and amazing pool .. just the burger at pool wasnt really good

This is my fourth visit to the Nestor hotel. Its clean, comfortable and the staff are exceptional. The vibe around the pool is great and Christina who works in the pool side is very professional and goes the extra mile for you. Will definitely be coming back again.

1. Great pool/ big and warm and jacuzzi in pool 2. Has activities for guests 3. Nickelodeon/ comedy central tv 4. Nice big bathroom with nice shower head 5. Nice rich breakfast 6. Not too difficult to find sunbeds

Fab hotel, prime location, sunset views from the pool area and sea view balconies are to die for! Food is great, hotel is immaculately clean and I would highly recommend hiring the sun loungers on the poolside decking (although there are plenty of free sun beds to choose from). Booked again for October 2025 🎉🎉

The pool area is amazing, all rooms have a view over the pool and the beach which is a little further, but easy to walk to. The hotel feels new, the staff is very good and the breakfast was very very good. The hotel rooms do not face the street but the pool area and the sea direction - so no street noise. In any case the area is relatively quite being ~5-10 minutes from Agia Napa center. Right across the street you have 2-3 restaurants, and a relatively large minimarket. We had a rental car and there was always ample parking at the hotel grounds.

The Amethyst delivered so much more than expected. It's a lovely bright clean hotel with great helpful staff. There's a peaceful vibe around the hotel and the pool area is brilliant with a large pool and plenty of sun loungers which is an added bonus for sun worshippers. We stayed in a large terrace room which overlooks the pool with the added bonus of your own sun loungers and it's a really big space to enjoy the early mornings and late nights. The food was fabulous and plentiful. My overall experience was 10/10 and I would definitely return. Well done Amethyst

Breakfast - it was okey, there were so many types of food. Room - it was cleaned everyday. Pool - there is a big pool. There is a beach volleyball curt. There is an "animator / show man guy" who does the morning activities (e.g. sand volley ball, dart, yoga, pool gym, biliard race) and night shows (e.g. fire show, bingo)

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Amazing views! The pool area is calm and relaxing and the pool is never crowded. Amazing location next to the best beach of Ayia Napa, makronissos beach.

Comfortable bed and very spacious rooms, with a good room layout and nice that each room has a balcony. Hotel is modern and clean. The outdoor pool is large and a good temperature, and the sunbeds are very comfortable. Nice to have the pool bar. Hotel location is very good

The hotel was really nice, room was okay with big shower and balcony. Really nice amenities - pool with beds and restaurant. Staff was lovely. Food was great, good variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. Location is great, close to the beach and everything nearby, with quiet streets. I was a bit worried about complains about noise, but i requested room facing the opposite site as the pool, and it was truly quiet and great. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Loved everything about this hotel location, food, all staff. Shops are really close by and the nightlife is a 2 minute walk away. Special thanks to Katherina who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome 👏👏👏 Pool area is great loads of sun beds even at busy times and the Cabanas are a really nice touch, nice to have music playing all day around pool area 👍

Everything was perfect. The location of the Hotel is amazing. 7 min. Walk to the beach and clubs street. The breakfast was very good. The pool area was comfy. The staff was so friendly. Beach and the pool were wonderful, also the service by the pool was excellent! The view from the room balcony was amazing!

We stayed at this hotel, which is located in a beautiful spot. All the main tourist attractions are easily reachable on foot or by bus, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The harbor and numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are just a 15-minute walk away. The hotel has a private beach with the possibility to reserve sunbeds, as well as an outdoor pool and an indoor pool.⠀ ⠀

Excellent hotel, worth every penny, rooms were great, bathroom was clean, stunning views from the balcony, excellent breakfast, excellent restaurant options, family friendly, excellent beach and pools. The staff were very friendly.

Fabulous location, on the beach but close enough to walk to restaurants and bars. Clean, Seaview rooms big and beautifully furnished. Lots of space around the pool and the option to choose loungers which will be reserved for the duration of your stay until 10.30am each day..no mad rushes at 6am...breakfast was good, staff polite and professional...shop onsite had lots of pretty things....as well as some essentials and sweetie things.
