Highly recommended!! Great place to stay in the beautiful town of Metsovo. The hotel is lovely, well kept and clean. The hotel owner (Yurgos aka George) is gracious and kind. The home made breakfast is AMAZING, great verity and everything is delicious! Rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable - we slept so well... :-) The hotel also has many cool facilities such as a pool, hot tub, sauna and huge balcony with the best view.

Super location (100m from city center / super quiet), rooms with amazing views (facing mountains), great buffet breakfast, nice equipments (exterior swimming pool and jacuzzi with mountain views) and above all Dimitra and Yorgos are wonderful hosts (kind, helpful, great tourism tips). We loved our stay here.

The hotel is amazing, very nice room witu balcony to amazing views, we enjoyed the spa ,jacuzzi and pool, the owner was very friendly and gave us good tips. The best breakfast we had in Greece and overall.

Das Litftplatzl was amazing! If you enjoy ski-to-door, this is the place where you want to be! The Spa area is so relaxing with a heated outdoor infinity pool and a great sauna with a view. Ski room is convenient to leave your ski equipment and be ready to go the next day. The apartment was well-equipped with all the cooking equipment. Big thanks to Sonja, Birgit, and Mario for making our stay special and see you next year!

Das Liftplatzl is an amazing place to stay! The sauna is very nice and perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The outdoor pool stands out with its modern design and stunning views, offering an excellent spot to unwind after skiing. The ski resort is conveniently located right outside the entrance, making it ideal for ski enthusiasts. Every small detail in the room is thoughtfully prepared, ensuring a comfortable stay. The friendly and welcoming staff truly make the experience even more special. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable winter getaway!

A beautiful new modern apartment-type hotel with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a balcony with a view of the mountains. Amazing outdoor heated pool and warm sauna. Modern ski storage. Friendly staff. Cabin lift 50m from the entrance. Great place for a family vacation. We can recommend them.

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, we had a nice balcony which had sun for most of the day. The heated rooftop pool was great for relaxing at the end of the day and had lovely views. We were made to feel really welcome and the ladies in reception were very helpful.

The owner is a fanrastic lady, she helped us day and night to find a restaurant and anything we asked for. The apartment is very well equipped, very confy beds. The pool is warm and the view is nice, overlooking the snowy mountains, inside wecould relax. The whole place is very modern, clean and trendy. There is ski rental shop and ski depot downstairs. There is a restsurant right below the apartments and several other restsurants nearby. We could ski in and out since the ski slope and lift is right outside, that was very comfortable with the kids.

Incredibly nice hotel with amazing staff What was mind blowing is definitely a breakfast with a view. Breakfast was buffet with a lot of choices! Infinity pool is just next to the restaurant, everything was just how supposed to be for one enjoyable stay. Definitely would love to go back again!

Great location at Paradise Beach! Infinity pool was amazing and buffet breakfast well worth it! The drivers and staff were friendly. If you want to party at Paradise this is the place to stay.

this hotel is like a resort!! they have everything you need. from an amazing restaurant to a crazy infinity pool. the beach is a very short walk with a restaurant and day beds, which are very Affordable.

The infinity pool was amazing and view incredible. Great how they organised taxis into town for €35 for our group and picked us up from the airport. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Stunning accommodation and facilities. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they treated us and provided complimentary Prosecco and dessert on our first night. The views and infinity pool was a real selling point! Very clean and maintained the room throughout the day for us.

We stayed in room 11 for three nights from 2nd May and it was simply wonderful. We loved the terrace with the huge bed, magnificent view. Infinity pool was wonderful, perfect temperature and we usually had it to ourselves. The service from all staff was on a different level, they are such a credit to the hotel. The breakfast is probably best hotel breakfast I’ve had, three courses which you order, it’s like being at a very nice restaurant for lunch and you really could have whatever you liked. Great location, easy to walk to town, or get the buses which run constantly. I cannot wait to return.

Stunning small hotel, with extremely friendly courteous staff. Very quiet. Most rooms seem to have views over the sea. Good main pool area with views over the cliffs both sides, with a small pool in addition elsewhere. The food was amazing, an exceptional breakfast and we had dinner one night which was fantastic. Large rooms, lots of little touches like a bottle of local wine, caramelised nuts and biscuits, Rituals products in the room. Lots of steps which may be difficult for people with mobility issues. Not the most design conscious of rooms but perfectly nice, more smart than cool!

Great location with stunning panoramic views on the mountains. Near to Brixen and Plose cable car (entrance included in guest card that received on check-in) The interior design of the suite is very impressive. Hotel owners and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. SPA facilities, SPA treatments, infinity pool and gym are absolutely superb. On the bar you can order a variety of liquor and cocktails. The dinner service on very high level, truly exceptional.

We had an amazing vacation at Santre in the Italian Alps. First of all, the scenery and the ambiance of the hotel were incredible. The food was fantastic, and I want to thank the chefs. In such a cold place, the heating system was designed exceptionally well. The infinity pool was stunning. I hope we can come back again. Thank you to the entire Santre team for this wonderful hospitality.

There is only one word that can describe the hotel - wooow! Location, facilities, food, staff.. I don't remember the last time I had such a nice stay. The hotel is very chic and elegant. Food is one time, gosh the dinner deserves a Michelin star, I felt the umami there. You have to go and experience it yourself, you won't regret, I can promise you. Wellness area was amazing, too. The infinity pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna.. all with a view towards the mountains. Respect to the Goller Family for creating such a jewel and for taking an active part in running the hotel. My birthday happened to be during my stay in the hotel and the whole staff made sure it is a birthday I will never forget. Looking forward to my next visit.

We had a luxurious and relaxing stay at this hotel! The spa area was stunning, and the views of the mountains were breathtaking. The pool was enjoyable, and there were several great saunas to choose from. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, complete with a cozy seating area overlooking the scenery. The restaurant and spa staff were amazing, and the owners personally engaged with guests, providing a wonderful touch of hospitality.

When you enter the room, you find a sweet handwritten welcome note with a sprig of herbs from the garden, such a delicate detail. The room was simple but very lovely. Even the bathroom was very chic. The owners are very sweet and go out of their way to help you. Breakfast is an array of homemade healthy breads, cakes, buns, and pastries, freshly baked by the owner. All food offered is nicely presented and delicious. The garden is well taken care of and with plenty of beds or armchairs. The infinity pool is not big but deep enough and very pleasant and relaxing. Not a place for children though, especially if they are boisterous. These people know how to do their job and enjoy doing it right.

Lovely garden and swimming pool for quiet, relaxing moments. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was delicious with home baked products... quality and quantity exceptional. Very clean with comfortable beds and a lovely detail in the room upon arrival. A great little stopover when travelling around. Plasencia is close by for a visit, and also the National Park if you have time.

Beautiful space, very kind people, thoughtful touches in the rooms, unbelievable breakfast. Lovely yard and pool. A quick drive to hikes in Monfragüe Park. I had to work for some of my stay and the wifi was fast. I left at 4am on my last day and they packed me a very sweet to-go breakfast.

Very warm welcome by owner. We received all tourist information concerning bird watching. The owner provided us with a breakfast at 7.00 am because we went on a tour (birds). Nice room, good bed, good A/C. Nice cosy garden with swimming pool. Breakfast is very good.

Atmos is a really beautiful setting for a relaxing stay. The architecture of the building, covered by green roofs and tucked into the hills is beautiful. The gardens, pools and buildings are beautifully kept. Our room was modern, spacious and always very clean. It is not a huge hotel so it feels peaceful and relaxing. Staff were very friendly, if very busy across different tasks. Would highly recommend staying in Atmos if you want a rural escape in comfort.

Really nice remote location, a perfect hideaway (if you look for extensive beach life then this is probably not the right place) hidden in a side valley. The entire location is very well designed, especially the pool area and the entire vegetation is very nicely done.

Great calm place with great facilities (pool, jacuzzi, garden) and placement of buildings. In the evening you can listen to several animals in the neighborhood, generating a relaxing atmosphere.

What didn’t we love about this place…!!! Such a beautiful palace very well decorated and detailed. The room was lovely as expected, pictures and real life were matching. Breakfast was amazing and the pool was amazing.

All the staff were very friendly. The room was lovely and clean, with a picturesque view from the balcony. The rooftop infinity pool was refreshing and had beautiful views. All the food was great; breakfast and a la carte lunches by the pool. The hotel is also a 5 minute walk to the beach with some lovely beach bars.

Amazing hotel for relaxation and traveling in the area. The staff was so friendly, attentive, professional and helpful. The half board is extensive and exceeded our expectations. The room designed very modern and luxury. The facilities, pools and the sauna are just stunning.

The magnificent view, the Spa (excellent and very professional massages, fairly priced too), the pools, the dinners, cozy room design with lovely daybed area and full-length glass window; great airy feel around and very silent (if tourists won't be that chatty themselves..). Good choice of original house mocktails (albeit pricey - 12-14eur each, with a LOT of ice inside). The service at the dinner was very friendly, fast and followed my dietary restrictions ultra-accurately, as well as spoke perfect English. Also, pre-arrival communications were well organized and handled.

Spotlessly clean. Tasty food, a nice selection for breakfast and dinner. OK for lunch. The pool is nice. The spa area is not the biggest one, but large enough.

What an absolute delight. My Arbor is one of the most incredible stays, every detail has been considered from the spacious suite designs, to the complimentary healthy snacks prepared by the pool to the unique sauna experiences. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, they even went out of their way to arrange for my husband to watch his ice hockey game at 2am from their conference room! The dreamiest hotel ever, we can’t wait to return.

We had an incredible spa day, where we could just relax. Both of us had the best massage ever and I also received an amazing facial and pedicure! The pool was great and never too crowded. Our room was gorgeous and super cozy. We had an amazing time. We can't wait to come back when it's snowing!

The hotel was in a great location. The pool and outdoor area was relaxing, clean and well decorated. The apartment was spacious and clean. Views from the pool area were great. Staff were friendly and very helpful - communication via WhatsApp was very easy. Morning pastries was a treat as breakfast isn’t included.

Our superior apartment was really big and spacious, it was super comfortable like a one-bedroom home. The rooftop bar and pool look amazing and was great to relax there with attentive staff checking in occasionally to take orders for food and drinks - reserving the pool area for hotel guests only was a lovely touch. The food in the hotel restaurant is really good quality. The details and aesthetic of the hotel is very impressive.

We loved the food in the hotel and appreciated the fresh croissant left on the door each morning. There was always room round the pool and the location was great for exploring Funchal. We had a lovely stay at Three House hotel. The staff where very helpful, gave us advice of visiting spots and places to eat. The room was very clean. Every day we had new set of towel for pool use and room. Coffee and tea choice where good and also where refilled if running out. Loved the juicer and smoothie maker in the room with made our breakfast top notch. The roof top heated pool, sun loungers could be used at any time in the day. Have enjoyed our morning swim.

Lovely apartments for a stay, good location and great pool and rooftop area. All equipped and super clean! The staff were very helpful and friendly, attending to our needs and requests. They explained everything and gave a tour upon arrival. The WhatsApp message option is brilliant and a great way to communicate if you want to. The free pastries each day were such a lovely touch too. Supermarket is 2mins away as well which was brilliant. The views and the pool area were beautiful. Stay in, go out, its entirely up to you. Highly recommend!

It was a fabulous agratourismo - beautiful grounds, great facilities - an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a spa area with a sauna, hot tub and ice bath, table tennis and pool tables, and the option to try the wonderful wines from the vineyard. The manager and staff looked after you really well and organised a fabulous kayaking trip and the breakfast basket was enough to feed you for breakfast and Lunch. I would highly recommend!

This was the perfect combo, pool and jacuzzi outdoor, and the rooms has their own jacuzzi. Super comfortable rooms, the pictures match exactly what we found. Breakfast baskets were sweet and good. Was a rainy week and was perfect, staying in hot jacuzzi outdoor and feel that rain falling. Awesome. They are wine producers and you can have wine tasting. You can also order food from some places and they deliver into the rooms. You can stay and enjoy full time. Definitely a place to return.

Casa do Beiral was wonderful, and felt like you were sleeping in the treetops. Breakfast was full service and amazing, best enjoyed at the private outdoor patio area. The pool and games room were nicely appointed and the views from the entire property were stellar. Beatriz is also amazing, rapid fire communication, full of initiative and attentive to our questions and requests. We can't recommend Peso Village enough!

Peso Village made our visit to the Douro Valley a trip to remember and wonderful o every way! The house with its spacious rooms and indoor pool were so very relaxing, we had a romantic dinner by the fire one night.. I’m so glad we did not stay in Pinhao, but chose Peso Village instead. The day exploring Amarante was lovely.. and the drive to Pinhao was beautiful.

It’s a hidden gem that has beautiful apartments, very friendly employees, amazing pools with breathtaking views and breakfast deliver to your apartment every morning. We loved it so much that our kids did not want to leave. We loved property cat Mia and peacock too.

The hotel was perfect! The stuff, cleanlines, comfort.. all of them. The view of the hotel is incredible... It was especially enjoyable to swim in the infinity pool in the afternoon as the sun goes down and It was one the best breakfast we've ever eaten!

Having stayed at multiple 5star boutique hotels world wide, this hotel just amazed us and exceeded all our expectations! The location is out of this world, with serene and beautiful views, the service is impeccable with love to detail in every sense, the interior design, an amazing spa, an infinity pool and direct beach access made our stay even more perfect! We will definitely be back and want to thank the amazing staff once again for the great service!

Everything was amazing and it felt like a true luxury experience. The infinity pool was a delight and all the staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was so tastefully decorated and we really enjoyed all the amenities provided. We went for a couples hamman treatment which was excellent and I highly recommend it. Everything was just PERFECT! we loved the view, the infinity pool, spa and relaxation area. Breakfast was delicious, we enjoyed making fresh apple and carrot juice every morning. The Linner concept was perfecf for our stay, was so much food so that you do not need dinner.

Absolutely amazing experience at Pan Pacific London. Every single touch point with the hotel was incredible and service was top notch. The rooms were spotless and provided a comfortable home base during our travels. We arrived super early in AM and had a late PM train hours after check out - the hotel was very accommodating with holding our luggage and allowing us access to the lounge in both occasions. We felt so welcome and well taken care of before, during, and after our stay. We stayed with our 2 children (aged 7 and 10 years) who loved the property, including the infinity pool during family hours, which we noted and worked into our schedules. It was a perfect way to break up the days of sightseeing. The hotel air conditioning is also very strong, which really made this property a standout in the summer. I want to give specific mention to Antonio at Straits Kitchen, who memorized my children's many food allergies and gave us brilliant service during Sunday Roast and subsequent breakfasts each morning. He went out of his way to make them feel special - bringing out feasts of allergen safe foods that were not on the menu. Not only were they kept safe from allergens, they had the best meals of their life! Can't say enough about the experience. We hope to be back!

Awesome hotel. Great service and very well maintained rooms. Clean bathrooms with great access to pool,spa and gym. Pool could be a bit warmer but excellent all the same. Great views from the pool. Note it is a long way from Heathrow airport so take the underground to Liverpool Station which is just over the road.

Stayed in the family room, was beautiful and lush. The amenities and products in the room have been meticulously thought out, from the best brands! Diptique products and shower gel was definitely a plus. Will be back ! Pool was lovely! Only downside is in the day, the pool is very busy with kids specifically which is understandable with summer time. So had to result to taking a swim in the morning! Thank you

Hotel is beautiful! We stayed last year and loved it so much we booked again this year. We chose a suite and were looking forward to an amazing experience . However we were disappointed in this years visit. Hotel staff seem new or untrained. Each one was confused when asked questions or gave different answers. Pool was freezing. Only used once for an hour. Family swim was a joke. They gave two pool noodles and a kick board. Will try another hotel next year.

The hotel Staff is exceptionally kind and helpful- Whether at the reception, restaurant, pool or beach, we found very hospitable people. The breakfast and overall quality of the food was remarkably good. The beach is also very nice, never too crowded. The pool is well protected from the wind. It's an ideal place to relax in Mykonos.

The staff at the front desk, transfers and pool/restaurant are absolutely amazing. So helpful with anything we needed. Around the pool and restaurant they all pitched in and we’re constantly checking to make sure everything was perfect.

The beach and the service were heavenly. The main swimming pool is nice but the additional 2nd second pool made our day. The breakfast was so delicious especially the cooked to order omelette, the fruit platter and the pomegranate pan cake. Chora is walking distance away but if available the hotel provides a private shuttle to downtown. Also included in the price is free to and fro airport transfer. The staff are super friendly and strive to please. They serve with their heart, especially towards children. I will recommend staying here at a heartbeat.

Super friendly staff and very welcoming - nice to be offered a glass of bubbles when checking in! Room was lovely, very clean, comfy bed, really nice large shower and double sink - very high spec rooms. Breakfast was the best we've had in any hotel for a long time - loved the separate coffee bar! Nice hotel bar are and seating, also lovely pool and pool bar. Overall really great value.

This hotel is very nice with super friendly staff. We spent 4 nights in Sevilla (2 adults and 2 kids at age 5 and 4). The room was spacious and luxurious. I really like the design of the hotel which is really a nice style. The hotel has a lovely pool with a nice pool bar. The hotel restaurant is also great with good food. We loved the breakfast! Again, all staff was super friendly! For Sevilla sight seeing it’s easy to travel by taxi or tram. We used both.

The property is gorgeous with an amazingly delicious restaurant. The room itself (junior suite) was spacious and had a shower and bathtub which is not overly clear in their descriptions. It was a pleasant surprise. The room decor was cute and the bed was comfy. I noticed the patrons were younger (and by younger I mean mid-30s+) which was refreshing. They also have a smedium sized pool (by my standards) lol. It’s not a plunge pool but it’s not as big as I am used to but, it was a perfect respite from 93F heat.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in while traveling. Spacious bathroom had great stand alone tub and stall shower. Some strange things for an upscale room- wall stains and torn towel? There is a grocery and bike rental stand just across the way, very convenient. The pool is beautiful but the day we visited was very understaffed and pushy guests were getting service ahead of us. Ultimately we left the pool area because we were hungry and thirsty!? They need more staff there.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. Having the pool was amazing, especially on the very hot days. Our room had a small terrace, which was just perfect for reading our books before the pool area opened at 10am. The room was very clean and well equipped. We loved the breakfast, so many choices and freshly made coffee by a barista. It is a bit of a walk to the city centre, but it was definitely worth it.

Amazing hotel. There is not one thing that could have gone better. The rooms were beautifully decorated, beatutiful bathroom, beautiful terrace. The infinity pool was amazing, there are seperate terraces created for the louger chairs, so they feel more private. Also the restaurant was very good.

Everything — the breathtaking view over the Douro Valley, the infinity pool at sunset, the delicious food made with fresh garden ingredients, and the unbelievably kind staff (especially with our baby!). The hikes, the peace, the wine, the quinta, the museum… paradise in every sense.
