The spa pools indoor/outdoor are great, the outdoor pool with poolside bar is also v nice although the pool is a bit cooler. The room was quiet and the aircon very quiet. We had a balcony room which gave a magnificent view across the valley / lake.

Generally this hotel is a really good one. We loved our holiday there. The view from the hotel is amazing, unforgettable. The spa and the pools were perfect. The staff at the reception and at the pool was always extremely kind. There are a lot of possibilities to spend your time - in the hotel and nearby too.

Both Pools are great. View from the terrace fantastic. Public transport right at its doorstep. No screaming kids so you can actually relax by the pool!!

We were allowed early check in as our room was ready. The pool is fabulous. The breakfast was exceptional. Staff was highly professional. The shared areas outside the rooms were elegant and welcoming where you can relax and read and enjoy a drink. Very good location by the lake with easy access to city. We had room with view of pool and terrace in back.

Breakfast was reasonable. The 24 hour coffee/tea/water facility on the 1st floor was excellent, and the hotel was very characterful. We also liked the swimming pool and pool bar facility.

Fantastic hotel - Breakfast room food, lounge with honesty bar and gardens/pool excellent. Shame no room service or drink service around pool. Would benefit from lunch/dinner service. Definitely recommend in Lugano.

The hotel is stunning. Historic, gorgeous, comfortable, perfect location and view to the lake. We are a family of four with two teenagers and we booked the family room that's off the terrace. It was spotless, spacious, comfortable, great air conditioning. Marcello is the best! So friendly! We loved the rooftop pool and outdoor ping pong table.

We would highly recommend this hotel. It is lovely, located perfectly for restaurants, shops and scenery etc The staff are friendly and very accommodating of requests. There is a beautiful garden with a pool which is great during the summer. The breakfast is plentiful and something for everyone. There is a self serve honesty bar with a selection of drinks including coffee wine and fizz. We had a lovely room with balcony looking across the lake.

A beautiful experience, end-to-end. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool & sauna area. The restaurant serves excellent food. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Can't wait to visit in the summer and enjoy the outdoor pool/facilities as well. Also, delightful walking paths starting right at the hotel. Don't miss the local Grottos!

Pool area is simply superb. Very rare to see a pool area surrounded by green and mountains. Breakfast is very good though freshly squeezed juice would be more in keeping with the overall context of the setting and the wonderful narrative around much of the produce which is grown locally or brought in fresh etc

Breakfast was very good and service was excellent and friendly. Spa is small, clean, well maintained. Ourdoor pool was closed when we visited.

The staff were really armazing, so friendly! The location is fantastic with stunning views and really good hiking opportunities for different levels (nothing super flat though). a great pool and good treatments at the spa! Food was delicious too!

Overall we had a good stay at Villa Sassa! The good: - very quiet - great breakfast - very large suite - very nice onsite restaurant - great view from room, pool and restaurant Not so good: - bed was uncomfortable (hard) - pool hours were not clear - rooms/decor were a bit dated, but not a big deal overall

Staff is exceptional from the front desk to the wait staff to the pool attendants. Pool deck, restaurants and grounds very pretty.

Excellent view of Lugano, great outdoor pool that we didn't not use due to a summer storm so we used the indoor pool which is lovely.

The hotel had a lovely view of Lake Como and only a few minutes walk from bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The reception staff were very helpful. There was an underground car park with a lift! Pool was lovely clean and refreshing. Breakfast was moderate. Part of the walk into the next town Tremezzo was a little tight on the road but worthwhile as it's a beautiful village. There is a hopon hopoff open train/bus that can be used to get around.

We had a wonderful room with plenty of light, comfortable beds, and ample space for our clothes. The bathroom was good - it was well lit and the shower had fabulous water pressure. The pool was perfect, the staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. We appreciated being able to have a spot to park our rental car. We also enjoyed a wonderful meal at the on-site restaurant.

Probably the best value hotel on Lake Como. We have been few time at hotel Lario for business. And we absolutely love the friendly & helpful staff, the pool is good! Beautiful view on the lake from the Balcony. Yes, the main road is just in front of the hotel. It’s a great place if you are not planning to chill on your balcony. Very centrale too. Easy to walk and take the boat. The green way walk is great!

This is a good hotel. Spacious room for three with a good shower and aircon. The parking is very handy and a reasonable swimming pool. Breakfast was also good. The staff were welcoming and happy to help - we were late for breakfast but they did not rush us.

Very friendly staff. The food of the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were very good. The location is a top location in a very quite village Colonno, away from the busy villages (Bellagio, Mennagio, etc.), ideal for a relaxing holiday with your partner. The infinity pool and jacuzzi are very nice with amazing view on the lake and comfortable relaxing spots. The room was clean with comfortable bed.

We loved the customer service, the quiet location and views, the comfortable bed, the food, the facilities, the large smart TV with streaming facilities, and the good clean housekeeping. Every team member played their part to make our stay special. The kitchen teams were fabulous both for breakfast and evening meals. The excellent food was all freshly prepared and cooked using many local ingredients. We loved the infinity pool and the hot tub and exploring the terraced gardens.

My family just spent two days at Villa Clementina. It's a beautiful boutique hotel, we've travelled all over the world and this place is exclusive and beautiful in every way. From the scenery, the infinity pool that overlooks all the views of como to the staff and the beautiful restaurant. Everything was top-notch. The service was incredible and the owner was hands-on - something you very often don't see in a business very involved with the guest. We would highly recommend this to anyone considering it. The location is perfect to be able to go to Como or Bellagio. We will be back!🙏

This hotel is nestled in the serene landscape of the Colonno region of Lake Como. It is unique in how peaceful and restorative the sense of the place is and how lovely and kind the staff and owners are. They saw to every detail of our stay and did it joyfully. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here our first night in Como while traveling for a friends wedding. When we arrived we had the perfect welcome, a deliciously fresh lunch and a recommended local wine. The dining area is encased in glass walls that are completely retractable - giving full view of the lake from every table. We spent the afternoon lounging beside the infinity pool (again the view is incredible). In the evening after dinner we retreated to the lounge overlooking the lights on the water with an equally wonderful local wine, played cards and talked into the night. In the morning, we walked into the charmingly idyllic local town which has a little waterfall running through it and the most timeless views of the Lake. We did not want to leave and will return for sure!

We can’t say enough good about villa Clementina. The room, the restaurant and the staff are amazing. The room is so perfect (bedding, temperature, cleanliness) we slept till 11 am one morning! The chef is fabulous and the setting to dine around the pool is incredible as the sun sets. So romantic and peaceful. We would stay here again and recommend to everyone! You are right on the greenway de lago for a beautiful walk to Lenno. The view from the room and pool are exceptional of lake como. Love this place!

Lovely apartment and beautiful location that wasn’t too touristy. We weren’t expecting to have a balcony so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw we had a large one! Main positives: Very clean Great location Well sound-proofed rooms Friendly staff Main negatives: The pool was quite cold and wasn’t heated, but guests do have use of the main hotel’s pool (we didn’t use this and so cannot comment) The pool jet in the photos has been removed The negatives are extremely minor points that did not detract from our stay and we will definitely be returning!

Hotel lovely and staff very helpful, breakfast, food and pool were great. Apartments at the rear were spacious and clean but beds very hard and pool a bit dated. But overall a very enjoyable stay, will come back but stay in the hotel.

Firstly thank you Italy for a beautiful experience, lenno is a small little town with very few restaurants. The appointment is only 2mins away from the stunning lakes, the appointment we're spacious and has everything you need for your stay, plus side it has a car park with us convenient. We didn't get any housekeeping which we do regret as we struggled reusing the towels, the floors were really dirty so we kept our flip flops on and we didn't use the pool as its tinny and needs redoing. Other than that We had a great stay, used the hotel pool.

I spent a week here with my wife daughter and mum place very clean and modern supermarkets local market and restaurants and bars to hand ferry terminal 5 mins walk gets you around the lake pool quite small but very quiet when we were there had a very enjoyable stay recommend any time

A great small hotel. We expected a restaurant, but it was only for breakfast. Nice small pool, but note that there is no service by the pool (no drinks, no coffee, and no snacks). Our room was nice, but it would have been better if we had air-conditioning and a fridge. The staff was very service minded. The view and the balcony were awesome. The city of Porlezza is small but has the things you need on a vacation: Beauty, the lake, a Beach, and some restaurants.

Et virkelig dejligt hotel med den skønneste beliggenhed. Lækker morgenmad, strand i gåafstand, hyggelig by med gode restaranter, skøn pool. Personalet var meget hjælpsom og venlige. Det eneste som manglede var et køleskab på værelserne og parasoller ved poolen.

Great morern and clean hotel with amazing lake views and pool. Very professional and helpful staff, provided us with space to store bikes within the hotel. Breakfasts were delicious, especially the coffee.

Pablo runs a three generation business, he is there from early morning to late at night and made us feel very special. He attends to your every need pool towels to taxis. All staff are delightful and we were mutually upset to leave Excellent location, food. People return for decades to this hotel. Thank you Pablo for making our stay so wonderful

Secure gated parking featuring nice gardens. There is a relaxing area with infinity pool too. We had a great stay! thanks you all the staff!

The pool view is phenomenal, very relaxing and quiet, area and rooms are super clean and spacious, comfortable bed, delicious fresh breakfast, very kind and professional staff (Maria was exceptionally kind to us as well as the driver Arial!!), the village down is also lovely and a simple ferry port takes you all over the lake wherever you want! We loved our stay <3

Modern, very clean and comfortable. Limited number of quests and good space around pool. No fridges in rooms but reasonable prices at honesty bar (fridge) - beer, water at 5€. Also wine, sparkling wine etc. Car parking available. Reasonable breakfast with good coffee options as per order. Egg based food (scrambled, omlette etc.) for additional 5€. Pretty good wifi. Good and friendly service by local staff.

The rooms were amazing and the views breathtaking. each morning Anastasia and her staff prepare a great breakfast. She is extremely engaging and made dinner reservations, boat reservations, etc. The pool was fantastic and again, the most amazing views of the lake. the overall location in Cernobbio was highly convenient to everything.

The property is large with plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner plus a grill outside. We had a big group and everyone was happy with the place. A beautiful view no matter where you stand at on the property. And Luda is amazing and so helpful. She helped us plan our travel to the winery, which was really worth the trip. I would recommend that to everyone. Also the bus stops right by the villa so if you choose to use it, the c120 bus is what you wanna take up or down depending on where you wanna go.

This is a very great location! It's very proper, the view is astonishing, the air is very clean, one of the most clean areas of Italy. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. We've travelled a lot, but never stayed anywhere with hosts like this. There's a great garden, nice and big swimmingpool, the rooms and bathrooms are fabulous. When you want to stay anywhere near the Como lake or Lugano lake, book this place, you won't regret!

Ludmila was a fantastic host, who went above and beyond. When we were on our way to the villa we got stranded half an hour away with 2 flat tires on our rental car and no taxi service available. She came with her neighbour and picked us up. During our short stay she was very helpful and always on hand The villa itself and the garden was charming and nicely located. Very comfortable beds, well furbished bathroom and good coffee machine

The location is fantastic. The view is absolutely incredible. The natural pool is great, especially with the view. The staff and owner are very kind and helpful. He is an amazing chef and you should definitely eat there as well. The fact that they grow most of their ingredients on the property is very nice and you taste how fresh it is. The rooms were comfortable and they had everything we expected.

Wonderful environment, modern and well equipped kitchen, new furniture and bathroom as well. You can use a natural filtered swimming pool, Wifi was good. If you would like to have a fine dining dinner from your host, who cooks with "heart and soul" from plants grown in his own garden and animals he has raised, then don't miss this opportunity!

Awesome pool side with an incredible view. In addition there are only three units so you share the general spaces with not a million of people. Even more: it is cool to sit there and meet the owner and his wife to talk about the Agriturismo and Italy and the world. :) Absolute highlight: the diner.. it is incredible. Try it.

Highlights are the view and the natual pool. The Appartement is well equipped! It is a unique place to enjoy.

Beautiful hotel in lovely location. Very clean. Our room was big, roomy and comfortable. The views are fantastic. We had a lovely dinner at their restaurant. Breakfast is ok. There is a great interior swimming pool and also an exterior one. I preferred the interior one because it was quiter and had loads of bubbly masage thingymajiggies.

Absolutely amazing grounds and hotel overall. Very modern and clean. Pool and Spa area was a highlight. Really recommend if you in the area. Only thing we didn’t enjoy much was a restaurant, 7 course menu was just ok…for €80 per person. We were very tired to look around the for place to eat. Still hotel is beautiful

The hotel has nice spa - wonderful pool and suna area. breakfast is excellent - the dinner (paid) we excellent - room is clean and - staff are friendly. It is in the nature nothing near the hotel.the village is about 10 min down the mountain. Good for relaxation

This is really a luxury hotel. The right place to be spoiled and relax. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the spa amazing - in particular the different pools and 'exploratory showers', and the restaurant a top experience. We will be back!!!

Absolutely fabulous view from the rooms and especially the restaurant area and outside on the roof terrace. Great service when dining. The matress in the bedroom wasnt very soft though, and wellness area closed at 20.00 - could be open longer, or even just the pool area.
