The apartment was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and very modern. We stayed on the third floor and enjoyed a stunning view of the city, especially magical in the evening. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always quick to respond to any messages or questions we had, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Although the pool by the apartments was quite small, it still brought our daughter so much joy – she spent hours in it and absolutely loved it.

Very beautiful and clean apartment with high standard. Small but beautiful pool area. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We rented a car for the whole week, so the location worked perfectly for us (without a car we might have preferred to stay a little closer to the beach). I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic apartment, great host, spacious appartment and swimming pool. Great view over Makarska and sunset in the evening. Big balconies where you can sit and relax. We had a superb staying here.

It was a nice modern apartment with great bathroom facilities, a kitchen with everything you need (stove, microwave, coffee machine) and a big balcony with amazing views. The (shared) swimming pool downstairs was very nice and clean with parts in the shade as well. The host Niko was an amazing person who transferred us from and to the bus station with love! We enjoyed our stay a lot and wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Lovely spacious modern apartment . On arrival there was water , milk in fridge, there is also a coffee machine with pods . The swimming pool is nice and refreshing. Apartment right by a supermarket and bakery so very handy. The terrace is a good size with lovely furniture. They were very helpful gave us lots of information, they even picked us up from harbour after our boat drip. On departure we were given a a bottle of their own brandy and olive oil .

The host was very nice and pleasant and the apartment was so beautiful and clean smelled nice and it was quiet. The pool was open all the time, clean and it was deep enough to get a good swim.

Very generous welcome gift of drinks, chocolaté, fruit, crisps and enough coffee pods to last us all the week. Yolanda, our contact was extremely attentive offering good advice on restaurants and trips. She replied very quickly to any text messages. WiFi shut down one day however someone was around in less than an hour to fix. Nice sized shared pool. Nice local bakery and small supermarket 1 minute from apartment. Lovely view from penthouse apartment. Room cleaned and towels/bedding changed midweek. Large balcony with room for the 2 sunbeds and table with 6 chairs. Short walk of 10 mins to beach and old town. Finally, we also had a leaving gift of local liiqeuer, chocolates and olive oil.

Wow! This is an exceptional apartment, situated a short walk from the Old Town. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. The views from the balcony were incredible!! Jolanda was the perfect host, she was extremely helpful and communication was outstanding. Fridge stocked with complimentary refreshments, coffee and a bottle of wine. A high standard of cleanliness. Highly recommended.

Just WOW! The villa is absolutely amazing with wonderful views from both the pool and the balconies. The villa is spotless with amazing furnishings and has everything you could possible imagine. Branko is an amazing host, who welcomed us at the villa and took a couple of our group for a tour of where the restaurants and supermarkets were. He even waited and had a coffee whilst we stocked up for the villa. Branko organised the transfers from the airport and gave us recommendations on restaurants to suit our group of 8. He also provided us with a local taxi number so we could arrange directly when we did day trips. Highly recommend the sunset tour to Brac island and the inflatable waterpark was such fun. Branko thanks for making our trip so special, your personal touch shows what a truly amazing host you are and the pride you take in your work.

Branko was the most wonderful host, hospitality was exceptional, just amazing! The villa is just beautiful. Everything was more than perfect, including Branko’s helpful tips and recommendations with local transport, restaurant (best local authentic - non touristy places to dine), boat hire (we took a private boat from Makarska - Brac - Hvar) and it was one of the highlights of our visit, just magical and highly recommended. The Villa is more than well equipped with pantry staples, toiletries, laundry detergents, welcome food items - milk, beer, fruit, sweet biscuits. The bedding, linen, towels are luxe and so comfortable. Just awesome We can’t wait to return again sometime in the future. Villa Perka is a spacious apartment with beautiful sea views. A perfect place to just watch sailboats float by. We were there in the off season and it was nearly dead in town by the pier. There was 1 restaurant open and a very small market right up the hill. It is best to bring your own food since it has a full kitchen. Very relaxing and the owner was very helpful suggesting hidden beaches.

I had a very delightful stay at Villa Perka. Vilma, the hotel manager is possibly the most wonderful and helpful host that I have ever encountered in the forty different countries that I have visited. The accommodations are modest but comfortable. If you're looking to stay in Hvar city, you might find this location to be inconvenient. We were traveling in a large group and in order to get to Hvar we had to take a taxi that was 700 Kuna one way and about a 50 minute ride. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this place for a romantic, secluded retreat on the beautiful island of Hvar. And again, if you are looking for a helpful host, you couldn't find a better place!

What an amazing hotel, in a fabulous location! Lovely big comfortable rooms, with l'occitane products in the bathroom. Room cleaned daily, with fresh towels. Gorgeous Pool, with the best views - Towels also for use at the pool. Breakfast each morning was the best, fresh & plenty to choose from. Really relaxed vibe in the Hotel with attentive staff.

I loved everything. Room was clean, very nice and big, beds were super comfy, bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had a great variety of options to start a day, swimming pool was nice and cozy, the pool bar was working - what more do you need ;) Parking in garage is great for the hot weather.

Everything in the hotel was great (pool, pool bar, breakfasts, room ammenities). The reception staff were polite and helpful and went an extra step to accomodate our needs (bike storage).

Lovely quiet location just 100 metres from the seafront. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The pool on the rooftop is amazing with spectacular 360 degree views of the Biokova Mountains and the sea. The breakfast has a vast range of food, from cold meats and fish, fruit and cereals and a lovely range of cooked food, so something for every taste. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The beaches down the hill from the hotel are beautiful and a little quieter than the more central Makarska beaches.

Modern, quiet and lovely apartment when visiting Hvar! Christina is a warm, helpful and incredibly responsive hostess. She met me across the main square from where I arrived and helped me move my luggage over to the apartment and show me around. When there was a slight hiccup in the Wi-Fi connection, she came over straightaway to get the WiFi back up for me. Christina also has great local recommendations. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a memorable stay. :)

Our room was amazing, really clean and the location was perfect. Christina and her son were really helpful with any kind of questions. Christina prepared a guide for Hvar which includes bar, restaurant & beach recommendations. We have picked most of the places from that guide and all of them were perfect & less touristy :)

The suites are bright, clean and comfortable. Had an amazing stay, with an even better view! The check in process was smooth and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable central stay in Hvar.

Excellent location and in keeping with the history of the island with the design of the property. Very comfortable mattress and turn down service each day if you need fresh towels they are available. For 70HRK PP (Discounted from restaurant rate) there is a lovely buffet breakfast at a local restaurant on the square each morning. Christina is an amazing host who met us in person and offered some wonderful ideas and locations for the duration of your stay in a charming written guide in the room. Definitely worthwhile exploring these to make your stay even better. 10/10

Loved my stay at History Hvar Heritage Suites, the room and decor was just gorgeous, modern , sophisticated with everything you could need. Bed was so comfortable, room was so quiet, and the view directly to the fort was just amazing. You couldn't get a better location, smack bang in the middle of the old town with amazing views and a 2 minute walk to the sea. Christina was a wonderful host helping me with my luggage and she was always on call for any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hvar suites again.

Great breakfast, sitting right on the marina. There were 3 different types of sauna, an indoor infinity pool and lounge areas with great views, all included in the room price. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

Fabulous helpful staff, especially Iwona and Ivan on reception, excellent facilities, stupendous views (even the dry sauna and little terrace adjacent to it has the best view in Hvar!). Spa staff are amazing, especially Linda. Sasha the massage therapist super professional healing hands, book him as soon as you check in! Steam, salt and dry sauna, resting rooms, infinity pool, adjacent bar with awesome views. Breakfast is plentiful and with the amazing seaside views, can also be taken on the terrace with the best views of the island (perhaps with exception of the Hvar Castle if you hike up). I got upgraded from deluxe room i booked to a Seaview Spa Suite, which I greatly appreciated- such a fab room. View to the sea, town, mountains and the Castle (room 503) - just unreal. Fluffy towels, robes, havaianas all provided. Water in the room on arrival was appreciated.

We spent seven days at the Adriana, in a suite facing the harbor. It was magical! To be able to throw open our windows and listen to the sounds of the water, boats and people enjoying their vacation on Hvar was something special. We opted for a more luxurious suite (as it was our honeymoon) and it was money well spent! Some may think that it may not have been value for money but you only honeymoon once (hopefully :) ). The hotel staff were faultless from the outset, picking up our luggage at the ferry to the front desk welcoming us with Prosecco at check-in. Although we arrived quite early, we only had to wait an hour for our room to be ready. To be able to enter our room before noon was a bonus indeed! The hotel's facilities were impeccable. My wife took advantage of the spa and said it exceeded her expectations. She is still raving about the facial to received there! Even though the infinity pool was indoor it actually made for a more refreshing experience, after spending time out on the sun loungers. What seemed a little odd turned out to be just what was needed. We only ate breakfast at the restaurant, so cannot speak to the lunch or dinner experience, but we enjoyed our breakfast buffet. I think that by the end of 7 days, we were ready to opt for something different to eat, but for a week it was perfectly fine. All in all, the hotel was a great destination in and of itself, and a great base for exploring Hvar. A truly wonderful experience.

The hotel is just off the road down to Biloševac beach, and just a short walk away from it. The surrounding area has numerous restaurants and small shops along the promenade. There are large stretches of beach that are great to swim at. Hotel Antonio itself felt very modern and comfortable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and had a view of the ocean. The included breakfast was excellent. While we didn't make use of it, there is also a pool and a gym.

We were very impressed with this beautiful and near new hotel. It is modern and cozy at the same time. Breakfast was fantastic, you can even order omelets or fried eggs to be prepared at the moment. Our room was a mini suite, with a big balcony with pool view. The room was very bright, the bed super comfortable. The bathroom very nice. Staff was very friendly and nice, too. We highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to the beach or in between cities, it is about 2 hours and a half from Old Town Dubrovnik.

I really liked the breakfast. It was a smaller breakfast but entailed what’s most important including omelettes. Small but very nice pool, sufficient for our 11 year old boy. Very friendly staff. A nice room with sea side view and mountain view.

What a lovely hotel with a little relaxing swimming pool, and fabulous friendly staff. Perfectly located to explore Makarska and beyond. Our room was just lovely, and kept very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and the views from the terrace spectacular. The bar area outside the hotel was gorgeous and looked out to the marina and mountains, perfect to enjoy a pinà colada or two. I would definitely return.

The room was clean bed comfortable our room had a wonderful view of the sea and mountains, we walked to restaurants in the town, lots of beaches you can walk to. The pool was nice, bar, restaurant and breakfast were all good. Parking was easy we reserved a spot when making our reservation. The staff very helpful a nice hotel in a beautiful part of Croatia

This hotel was in a brilliant location, near the centre and there is a beach close by ( 3 minutes walk). We used the pool for sunbathing and the beach to swim, it was perfect for us. Breakfast area had such a beautiful view and good selection of fruit. We had a sea view room with a balcony, it was like being in Monte Carlo.

This Hotel is set on the Marina, a stones throw away from all the local restaurants and a quaint square. The staff were extremely friendly, The hotel is very modern and extremely clean everywhere. The pool area is small but we were able to get sun beds most days, only once did we have to go to the pebble beach due to the beds being in use. They could add more beds an remove the chairs that don’t seem to be used at all. I will be returning next year for sure.

We are a family of 14 ages 8 to 78 who stayed for three nights of our 11 day Croatian vacation. Makarska is a fun, bustling beach town, and Central Beach 9 is at the heart of it. The hotel staff are welcoming, professional, and very accommodating. The rooms are big, bright, comfortable and well maintained. We had four rooms and each had private bath and kitchenette. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff did a fantastic job. There are a multitude of restaurants and bars right outside the hotel door that accommodate every taste and diet. Due to it's proximity to the promenade, there is so much to see and do from this property. We enjoyed time lounging on the beach, shopping and playing on the massive blow-up play-place. We took a full day boat excursion to the islands of Hvar and Brac and enjoyed every minute. We hiked a portion of the Biokovo Mountain trail and will always remember the amazing views (not for inexperienced hikers, and bring plenty of water!). If you're looking for fun and adventure, this is definitely the ideal hotel to enjoy it from. I would highly recommend Central Beach 9 for those planning a trip to Makarska.

Booked 2 nights at Hotel Central Beach 9, Makarska mainly based on the location and sea views shown online. The hotel is right opposite the beach however, what wasn’t known was that the view is of a huge green inflatable assault course in the sea. The location is ideal for young families which was not what we were looking for, we would have preferred somewhere less commercial. The hotel itself is clean, modern and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods to chose from. Internet was not great and the smart tv did not work which was reported but not sorted. Parking was reserved at €14 a night which in my view should have been included. The marina is a short walk from the hotel with a range of nice restaurants and bars to chose from. Overall a nice hotel but the views are not as advertised.

I have stayed in most of the hotels in Makarska over the years, and this is my new favorite! First of all, location-wise, this is the best you can get in Makarska. It is just 5 meters (!!) from the beach, and it is right in the middle of Makarska. The historic town and harbour is a 5 minute walk to the left. And to the right you have 3 or 4 kilometers of beach bars and restaurants. Just perfect! Second of all, (and this is most inportant) you have the comfort of your own home, as it is a fully equiped and comfy 1-bedroom appartment. All the space you need. When you enter the large balcony, you will have a breathtaking view of sea (if you book the right room ofcourse). The room is cleaned very good, every day, and they even did the dishes! What more could you ask for? Well, they also have these adorable sweathearts at the reception, who are always smiling and eager to help you and greet you. Thank you ladies! For parking, I recommend to reserve a parking spot at the front of the hotel. You pay for it, but parking space in Makarska is scarse and I am too lazy to walk far with my suitcases. Upon arrival they even offered me to help unload the car and park my car for me. Ofcourse I did that myself, but this is really 5 star service isn't it? Where do you get such service these day's? Oh, and you can also use a small breakfast buffet in a restaurant in the building. Included in the price

Great start got our apartment early friendly receptionist, fantastic apartment with a great view, very spacious apartment comfortable bed and spacious wet room and good kitchen space. The balcony was well furnished and what a view. Breakfast was good and pizzas very good value. Very clean everywhere, beach just yards away and very good restaurants nearby.

The location was fantastic; across the beach with restaurants below and a balcony looking onto the beach which was aesthetically pleasing. The reception staff Matea and Lucia were extremely friendly and helpful and were always a pleasure to see at Reception. The hotel was very relatively new, it was very clean, rooms were decent size and there were tea and coffee making facilities with a fridge which was convenient. The main town was by and harbour as well and it was only a few minutes walk which was convenient, especially when boarding boats to go to the other islands, everything seemed very close. Also the pick up point for the Skywalk was a few minutes walk which was great.

This smaller family-run hotel is exactly what you expect from your holiday. The staff is super kind and polite at every position. Rooms, as well as the whole hotel and surrounding is super clean and smells fresh. Absolutely delicious breakfast with a various choice. Beach is right across the sea-side promenade, 10m from the hotel. The meals at the hotel restaurant are fresh and tasty.

We had a breakfast at the hotel's restaurant Cvit soli, at nice mediterranean terrace with great food and top service. We would recommend a room with a sea view overlooking the harbor. Our two day stay in the superior king sea view room (with green decor) was excellent in every way. Hotel Porin is perfectly situated overlooking the sea and right in the heart of Makarska. Photos on line are accurate and the renovation of this building is first class. We walked everywhere apart from catching a taxi up to the nearby (closed) fort for amazing views of the town and coastline. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby although we did enjoy dinner at the hotel one evening - food was delicious with generous portions. We appreciated the excellent individually controlled air conditioning in our room and the plentiful included breakfast. Loved the freshly made vegetarian cheese omelette and orange juice straight out of an orange (not bottle). Coffee was superb. Staff were friendly and so helpful. When we needed to withdraw cash a staff member ran out into the street to tell us not to use a particular machine due to its exorbitant commission. The sunset view from our room was stunning. Two days was just right to get to know this charming town and was a pleasant stopover between Mostar and Split.

Sadly we were only able to stay one night at this fabulous hotel. It is right in the front with lovely views of the marina and at the back you are in the old part of the town. Lovely decor and amenities including bathrobes, water, and the usual tea (and black tea not herbal), and coffee facilities but most importantly a very comfortable bed in which to sleep. And a shower with strong water pressure Breakfast was buffet style but freshly made eggs to order. And Prosecco for breakfast. Champion. We were able to park our car directly opposite the hotel and use one of this daily €20 passes. We were advised on arrival that the bar behind the restaurant played loud music. We heard it very faintly when we came back to the room after dinner but it didn’t stop us sleeping or wake us up at all We were told

We had such a great stay at this beautiful, modern hotel on the marina — just a short walk from the beach. The place is spotless, stylish, and perfectly located. The girl at the front desk was so nice, friendly, and amazing — she made us feel really welcome from the start. The restaurant on the first floor is also lovely! Breakfast was delicious, and dinner was just as good. The waitresses were so nice and professional, always ready to help, suggest dishes, and give great food ideas. Overall, such a wonderful experience — we’d definitely come back!

Absolutely cute and modern accommodation for a stay in Makarska! Me and my partner stayed there for 7 nights and was pleasant every single night. We stayed in the room with the sea view and was worth the extra £90pp for the view of the sea/harbour alone! The room was modern and contemporary with more than adequate facilities. Kettle and coffee machine supplied but the pods are supplied 2 at a time and they only make an espresso, which is very tasty being Lavazza pods and a Lavazza machine! Bathroom facilities are stunning with rituals toiletries provided free of charge every day and are replenished without issue by hotel housekeepers. The room was cleaned/made up every day upon request and housekeeping staff were polite. All hotel staff were polite I'd like to say they said hello every time we went into the hotel and were helpful and friendly as you would want. At the end of the 7 days there was a £18 tourist tax fee to pay but no other charges. But there is a mini fridge of alcohol and snacks available in the room for extra charges. Location of the room was really good also especially if you're looking for active night life, we wasn't but you can definitely hear the activities going into the early hours of the morning so be aware if you're a lover of an early night. Didn't bother us as we were aware of this due to other reviews! Overall I would definitely recommend Heritage Hotel Porin!

The location in Milna was fantastic. It was quiet, relaxing, right on the beach. Sorry we couldn't stay longer. The hotel staff were very hospitable. Buffet style breakfast with lots of choice. Also excellent value for money, the room was clean with a balcony view over the beach and the bathroom was luxurious. Ordering cocktails from the pool via whats app was also very cool.

Host was amazingly friendly and helpful. Parking was on site and great to have as parking seems to be at a premium in the area. We booked the Hotel Park Makarska at the last minute (4pm that day!) and were pleasantly surprised with what we got. The hotel is waterfront and our 4th floor rooms gave us an excellent view of the beach, the Adriatic, and distant Hvar & Brac islands. A wonderful location with the beach and many cafes, restaurants and bars within an short stroll from the hotel. The hotel staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was a comprehensive buffet, and the pool area inviting. The rooms were clean, comfortable and adequately sized. If we ever go back to Makaska, we would definitely stay here again

Location was fabulous. Short easy walk to the Port, Old Town and the beach. Plenty of food on offer along the beachfront. The breakfast was fabulous, with a huge selection to choose from. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a great balcony. I found the beds hard but slept well. Having a fridge was great. The beach was very crowed but it was a weekend and gorgeous weather. The pool was wonderful, small but very relaxing with views of the sea.. No iron in the room but we were given one from reception. The air conditioning was excellent. We loved our stay here.

This is a great spot just to relax, walk through town, spend days on the beach and eat well in the surrounding restaurants. Upgraded to a large suite with lovely balcony views. Enjoyed on-site pool and beach just in front. Clean and easy, elevators.

Also rate the expedition team who organised everything for us and every trip was great. Pool was good with lots of choice and the location was great with private pool and beach.

We got two double bedrooms with the sea view/ half-board. Rooms were comfortable and clean with a stunning sea view and big balcony. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Tasty food and a good choice for vegetarians. Nice swimming pool and direct access to the beach ( towels and sun loungers free of charge). Free car park. Excellent location if you have a car or if you plan to stay on the beach.

Our first visit to Croatia and we're blown away. The Medora is modern and comfortable. We enjoyed the facilities and especially the private beach. Bit, foremost, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always wanting to help. A middle aged man at the reception in the second shift was very kind and professional. All the others as well. Great selection of food, a magnificent view, excellent rooms and balconies, good pools, amazing beach. This was our second time in this hotel, will come again, this is for sure.

We had a lovely stay here at Riva Marina, located right off the ferry terminal of Hvar Croatia. Our room was clean and we had a nice view of the harbor, with sound proof windows that made it nice and quiet for us indoors while there’s hustle and bustle outside. Breakfast was included and the food was delicious. Our waiter Nikola was attentive and courteous. Other waiters we’ve had here were also service oriented. Added bonus was being able to use the sauna, spa, gym, and pool of sister hotel Adriana a short walk away. We’d come back for another visit.

The hotel is in a great location right on the port, a short walk from where the ferry docks. We had a room overlooking the port and apart from the lovely view, the soundproofing in the room was excellent, and with the comfortable bed we had great nights sleep. Breakfasts were the best since we arrived in Croatia, plenty of choice and hot food freshly prepared. The staff were all friendly and helpful. As others have said, guests have access to the pool and spa facilities in the Adriana Hotel just across the harbour.

Our stay was sensational, the facilities, breakfast, location and staff were all fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable - they even surprised me with a birthday cake! The rooms are small but very luxurious. It was also a nice surprise to have access to a pool, gym and rooftop bar at their sister hotel just a short walk away.

Can definitely recommend Riva Marina. I felt location was great as is on the Riva promenade and 30m from ferry. Thought it would be noisy but I had a lovely Seaview room and with double glazing it was extremely quiet. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was included and off the a la carte menu with champagne if you so desired… and I did! Great spot to people watch all day. Close to everything. Oh and they have a sister hotel with a pool that guests can use. I did, it was great.

Exceptional hotel, we had all our needs meet, great luxury place, beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, nice pool bar, great restaurant at the top, all of the personell were very kind and helpfull, special thanks to the guys carrying bags and parking cars.

Very modern hotel with a great view on the beach. Spacious and stylish rooms. Very good breakfast, though the buffet restaurant is very large. We did not have dinner there - only in restaurants in Makarska and in the a la carte restaurant on the rooftop, which offers a stunning view. Also the rooftop bar is great. Good value for money when we were there. Pool area was quite crowded though.

After reading some other bad reviews we have been pleasantly surprised and very happy with our stay here. The staff have been amazingly friendly especially Sara in the dining area who regularly made sure we were happy with service, Nikola at the pool bar and Nana who always served food and drink with a smile. The bed was large and comfortable with an excellent sea view room, the hotel was clean and modern. The food had plenty of choice and always tasted perfect. The roof top bar was a bonus. This hotel deserves its five stars

The location is very good close to beach and town . All the apartments are very well spaced out and the complex is very well maintained. Apartments are new with a lovely comfy bed ? tv with some English Chanel’s and a lovely balcony . Pools are lovely and fresh towels are provided every day . The food is excellent always something different to try . The wine or beer that comes with the meal is very good too and the staff work so hard in the restaurant.

I definitely recommend Bluesun Hotel Borak. First of all, staff was welcoming and friendly. What I appreciate the most was that everyone had a smile on their face which is really nice to see. All compliments go to the staff working at the kitchen. The food was delicious and varied! Rooms were very clean. Other than that, pool and place around the pool was nice and clean as well. Location of the hotel is as well good as the hotel is practically 10 meters from the beach.

This is a private room, with a shared bath, in a private home in Hvar. You do not go through the private home to get to your room, felt super private. That being said, the owner, Bruno, is awesome and feels like he could be a friend. helpful/informative/friendly, etc. I booked super last minute and he picked me up in his car from the ferry, which was so helpful. House is at the top of the hill, easy walk to town every evening, and little path down to the beach on the other side. Perfect location for me. He has coffee/light snacks out, and it's just overall a really warm place to stay. I extended my stay as I decided I love Hvar, and the whole experience was perfect.

This is one of the best hotels so far, Bruno was so available and kind he waited for us in the ferry took us to the fortress by his car for free and we were even upgraded to a room with a balcony during our stay. The room was clean, the balcony had an amazing view and it was close to everything (The best beach in the island is only 10min from his house) Bref c’était Top

Amazing host, Bruno is very friendly host. He meets his guests near the ferry. Can bring you to the fortress for free. He gives a lot of nice tips about Hvar and makes all that you get pleasure from a vacation. The room was very clean and cosy. Free tea/coffee. Shared spaces are cleaning everyday. Good location, only 500m to not crowded beach, and 7 minutes to the center.

Bruno is a fantastic host. He picked me up from the bus station when I arrived, I changed my arrival time several times because of disrupted plans and he dealt with all communication very patiently. He even offered me a free room upgrade to a room with a balcony! He also provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat nearby. The property has 2 bathrooms but my room had its own sink, which is handy since it meant that there was no bathroom queue in the morning. The room and bathroom are really clean. The property is located in a nice quiet residential area, just a short walk from Hvar's centre and close to a beach as well. Clean

Really nice small hotel near Hvar city, but tucked out of the way. Gorgeous view from the balcony. The staff was exceptional. Mariana at the front desk was particularly helpful and a pleasure to work with. She made you feel like you had a friend in Hvar. Good breakfast on veranda with great view. Eggs made to order, which is always nice. Small pebble beach is immediately below the hotel. This location doesn’t have a pool/spa, but they Have a sister hotel a short walk away that has all of those facilities which you can use. Really great experience!

My husband surprised me with this booking for our 1st wedding anniversary so I came with zero expectations and this place was amazing. We were welcomed with some prosecco. And some gifts in the room. The location was perfect! Right in front of a nice beach, but also right around the corner of the city center. The place was spotless and the service was amazing! I will definitely come back! Oh also they were partners with this other hotel and you could use the pool which honestly i wasn't planning on using since the beaches are dreamy but we also checked it out and it was perfect as well!

Hotel overall was very nice. Beautiful location and it was very good for relaxing vacation. Really liked that room was quiet and we loved our infinity pool from our room.

We loved everything about our stay: the room, the food, the service. It was an incredibly peacefull vacation, as the hotel is quite outside of any populated area, and the hotel is quite calm even when there is a lot of people. Swimming in both the pool and sea was great, depending on what you're in the mood for, and even from the beach it's not far to fetch a drink from the pool bar. The view from our room was great (we had a superior double room with balcony and sea view). The staff is also super polite, friendly and helpful. We hope to return to this hotel in the future.

In general we were very happy with our accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you can afford opt for “swim up” room with private pool. Pool was cleaned every day and with beautiful views reflecting of crystal clear water. Meals were pretty diverse and tasty. Cocktails could use a bit better quality alcohol and sodas but in general were tasty.

We thought the food was great with a lot of variety, location right by the beach with amazing clear water, decent drink selection, pool table and ping pong and other games/books, most of staff very friendly and helpful, fabulous sea view from our room, Thea's coffee bar amazing! (we ended up using it a lot as the machine coffee was so so), TUI rep is there daily if you want excursions (we had a car so did everything independently).

Absolutely everything! The location was perfect. We booked Unit 3 which had a balcony overlooking the square. We had an amazing time sitting on the balcony after spending our days outdoors. Watching people strolling by, sunsets, sunrises, everything was perfect from there. The silent aircon was a life-saver. The attention to detail is clear. It is an upmarket apartment, with everything and more that you might need when on holiday. There were a few stairs to climb outside the apartment but compared to the rest of the steps in town it was a breaze. It is easily accessible from the harbour, literally a casual stroll away. You don't have to carry your luggage all over town. As it is in the square, access to shops and restaurants was easy. Downstairs are a number of restaurants, bakeries, general supermarket, pharmacy, everything is right there on your doorstep. Check-in etc was easy and the hostess kept contact from day 1. In a world where one is always afraid if an establishment exists or will you have a booking, it was nice to deal with Zorina. All that I can say is that the apartment enhanced our experience and we had a wonderful time.

The combination of price and location makes this property stand well above much of its competition. Although unit #5 provides a view of the square, our unit (#4) had a wonderful, large terrace that offers great entertainment space for relaxing under the sun while drinking a nice local wine. As for the location, the property is merely steps from outstanding restaurants, a wine merchant with a knowledgeable and approachable host, and a little grocery store for any needed supplies. Although there isn’t a waterfront view, my family was able to take a few minute stroll to enjoy all the waterfront amenities without having to make any sizable trek. Finally, the host was extremely attentive and made sure our stay was as relaxing as the island itself.

Check-in was super easy, with the host sending a helpful video beforehand to find the apartment. The place was very clean, with basic amenities, and a lovely balcony offering a nice view. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need. While there’s no on-site parking, a public lot is just a 5-minute walk away. The only downside is occasional noise from nearby restaurants, but it wasn’t too bad. It’s also pet-friendly, and the host’s communication was excellent. Sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest, but that’s expected.

The property was perfectly located and made my stay much more comfortable as I could walk into the town in 2 minutes. The room was modern and very spacious. Tea and coffee were also provided which was a great in the mornings and evenings and the kitchenette was fully equipped with everything I needed. I was also able to check in early which was very helpful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

This apartment was wonderful and perfect for a family of 4 (but I think it can comfortably accommodate one extra person)! It is on the top floor in a building right in the center of old town. You walk out and you are on the Main Street, right by Orlando’s monument. The rooms were surprisingly quiet with closed windows. Air conditioning was great (it was so hot in the city!) The hostess was lovely and very helpful! It was the only apartment in our trip in Croatia (we visited 4 other places) that had beach towels, laundry, water, snacks, shampoo and conditioner available for our use. Sometimes these little things matter so much when you are trying to pack light. The hostess was very helpful and gave us some tips and a map to the city. The directions to the apartment were easy to follow. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks!

We had a fabulous stay with Marija who is an amazing host - giving us delicious cake twice! The apartment has a balcony with an amazing view over Hvar. It's a ~10 minute walk from the waterfront, so one is out of the busy city streets but can still get there in a few minutes. The area around is pretty quiet with occasional through-traffic on the road but it didn't bother us (bedroom is to the back of the building). The apartment has everything one could ask for, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living room, also air conditioning. The kitchen is small but well equipped for a holiday place (two-plate stove, fridge and freezer, pots, pans etc.). We always ate outside on the balcony, breakfast in the sun with the view was fantastic (see pictures). The closest beach is just down the hill through the park, though we typically took a water taxi from the harbour to one of the islands. The old city is also super beautiful, we loved just strolling through the streets. We had a great 4 nights - would love to be back any time!

What we loved the most was the view from the balcony. Although the apartment location is up a ton of stairs, it is worth it for the view of the harbour. It was magical at night. The apartment is clean, quiet, has a large refrigerator and ac in both the main space and the bedroom. The deck has comfortable patio furniture. The hostess Marija was lovely, she greeted us and gave us the keys and a tour and left us a wonderful desert in the fridge. We picked up breakfast groceries at the Konzum in town and made our own breakfasts which made it easy. The pier is magical at night when the Yachts come in and a hike up to the fort on the hill was not far from the apartment and had great views. We loved Hvar and would recommend this apartment if you are ok with stairs.

Wow, this was such a wonderful stay. Our host was flexible with our check-in time, and her son was so sweet with making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The homemade cake in the fridge was such a thoughtful and delicious touch! The view from the balcony absolutely cannot be topped, it was beautiful and we loved spending the morning and evenings relaxing out there looking at the ocean. The city and beach clubs are within easy (5 minute) walking distance, but you're still far enough away in a quiet residential area to get some peace for the evening. The room itself is huge with a large kitchen, comfortable bed, and good bathroom facilities. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, we wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return.

It is the best stay we have in Croatia so far. The view is amazing from balcony. The host is absolutely friendly. She is so responsible to contact us in advance for check in arrangement. Also, she made us welcome cake and it is so delicious. The room is spacious and so clean. There are full kitchenware for us to cook and washing detergent to wash dishes. Everything is clean and the linen has good smell. The bathroom has enough hot water and no smelly toilet. We have been some Airbnb which toilets smell. We can stay all day jn that room. We must come to stay here again next time and recommend people to stay.

We had great views from our room. Didn't use the beach because the pebble surface but found a very nice infinity pool. Weather great almost too hot! Staff very friendly and efficient. Very clean hotel. Plenty of good musical entertainment. Room slightly on the small side. Only slight weakness. There was plenty of choice with the food but I didn't think that the quality was great. Also too many repeats, especially on starters. Overall though, a very enjoyable holiday.

The location is extraordinary and the staff is more than friendly, especially Petra and Marin at reception are very special. All facilities such as bar, gym, pool are excellent and the place maintains a very familiar atmosphere. The food is very good and the service staff do their umtmost to make their guests happy. All in all a wonderful experience.

We loved the staff, the views from our room/dining area/pool area. It was lovely being in an adult only place, and was peaceful.

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Ort für uns zwei und dennoch die Möglichkeit unter Menschen zu sein. Das Zimmer war etwas klein aber dennoch sehr schön! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direkten Pool was sich tatsächlich als sehr wertvoll herausgestellt hat denn hier kann man sich gut zurückziehen. Zum Arbeiten sollte man nicht kommen da das Wlan wirklich schlecht ist. Zum Entspannen 👍 TOP! Das gesamte Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und das Essen war auch gut. Die Poolanlage könnte tatsächlich etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein aber der Rest ist wirklich schön! Danke für die tollen Flitterwochen. Ps. Unser Zimmer war zum Empfang wirklich liebevoll mit Rosenblüten, Handtuch-Schwänen und verschiedenen Desserts geschmückt. Das war wirklich toll - DANKE.

We booked this as a one night stopover en route to Split, not realizing this was a closed/all inclusive type of resort rather than just a hotel. Resorts that create their own atmosphere insulated from the local community aren't really our type of travel experience, but the room was clean and comfortable. The beach was a delight, with ample lounge chairs on the pebble beach available for guests. What the resort lacked in local charm, it made up with in its gracious staff. The breakfast buffet was massive, so it was nice to have a substantial meal before heading out for our day. If you enjoy a resort environment, then this would likely be a good fit. If you enjoy a little more character and local charm like we do, then there may be better options in the surrounding area.
