The staff was excellent - very helpful, excellent English. The resort is well maintained and provides quiet respite from Bali's traffic. There are two swimming pools and the water doesn't heat up. For me, a cool swimming pool is important The room was very comfortable with a view of the pool. Quality linen provided Bottles of water, not plastic, provided everyday. The hotel restaurant served good food. They also offer room service Prices were OK.

We had a great 5 night stay at Chesa Canggu. The staff were all incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were spacious with many thoughtful touches, like drying rack for swimwear. Beautiful pools and gardens. Room and poolside food service, as well as the brand new onsite restaurant, Thara. We were lucky enough to enjoy the opening night at the restaurant, which offered delicious food. Great location, near beaches, shops, and other restaurants, though very private and quiet, too. Highly recommend 👌

Lovely rooms and hotel. Comfortable beds. The staff were so friendly and nice. Pools were very clean and plenty of loungers. We didn't eat in the restaurant but coffee/drinks by the pool were very good. Location was excellent, 2 mins walk to shops and bars.

The rooms were very clean and nicely designed. They have multiple pools, so pools weren't overcrowded. Very good location, between two main streets. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance.

The hotel is new, and in a great location. There are two pools, so there is always enough room on the sun loungers (you don't have to worry about people reserving them). Every room has a view of the pool which gives it a nice feel. The staff are super friendly and will remember your name. The only downside (which is not the hotel's fault) is it's situated on a road which has yet to have footpaths built, but it's so close to the heart of Canggu you're only walking on the road for a short period of time. I would 100% stay here again.

The setting is stunning and the villas beautifully designed and furnished - in perfect harmony with the surroundings. The infinity pool area is gorgeous - overlooking the gorgeous valley, and the breakfasts were delicious. The floating breakfast is also a special touch by the hotel.

This hotel is amazing, the location is good, right next to the old town, but a little outside so it’s nice and quite. The room is beautiful, clean, cosy, and just like the pictures. The TV has Netflix. The bathroom is a great size with a nice big shower and sink area. The pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from, with pancakes and fruit, and we had passion fruit juice every morning which was delish. The staff were super friendly. If I returned to Hoi An I would defiantly stay here again!

From the efficient airport pick up to the warm and friendly greetings when we arrived at the family managed Mint Hotel this stay was memorable. All the facilities were spotless, our room exceptionally clean, spacious and well decorated. Breakfast was super, a nice menu and served with thoughtful presentation sitting by the small pool. The staff helped with arranging tours and taxis and made phone calls for us. It is located an easy five minute walk to the old town. BTW, treat yourself to their home made iced coconut coffee - amazing. So, overall a wonderful stay. Thank you ladies.

This is an independent hotel which has such a great atmosphere. Ran by three amazing ladies who literally could not do more for you. The hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained, breakfast was custom ordered each day and very tasty! Lovely cocktails by the pool. Couldn't speak more highly of this hotel. Whilst it is a little walk into the centre (10 mins) I also think this is an advantage as the centre is very busy and loud. If you are stayin in Hoi An, stay here!!

We actually stayed at Kimpton Maa-Lai twice in August because once just wasn’t enough. This place feels like home… if your home had an infinity pool, spotless rooms, and the friendliest staff on the planet. Special shoutout to Grape, the superstar guest manager, who made our girls feel like VIPs, and Mew, who runs the show with such warmth and class. Honestly, they’re half the reason we came back for round two. The pool is amazing, the hotel is super clean, and somehow it manages to feel both luxurious and cozy. Every little detail was handled with care, and we laughed, celebrated, and relaxed the whole way through. We’ll be back again, no question.

Excellent stay. The restaurants are first class, the staff are professional and courteous. We were shown to our room by Han, who made every effort to accommodate us during our stay. The adult only infinity pool was a bonus especially as it was high season.

This place really is breathtaking. Our room had a beautiful view over a rice field. The room itself was very well furnished - clean, modern, with a really unique aesthetic. The staff were really lovely, Ting went out of her way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. While we didn't get to use the pool, the pool area was stunning. The breakfast was good with decent variety. They had lots of free bicycles available for cycling around the area. The hotel is just far close enough to all the main highlights but far enough from the main town.

Two day stay. Excellent interactions with all staff: reception, management, restaurant, and pool bar. Beautiful swimming pool set in well landscaped surroundings. Local food offering a wide variety of vegetables, seafood and meat. Delicious! Easy access to boat ride through limestone caves on local river. Spectacular! Safe countryside walks available.

My partner and I wanted a place where we could relax by the pool while also having the opportunity to explore the area, and this was the perfect place. The pool was clean, the rooms were excellent, and the staff was attentive. A great place to go if you are willing to spend a little extra.

the amazing staff, friendly made you feel so welcome we arrived in the middle of the night after a pretty rough night bus, they welcomed us so warmly and we were so pleased to arrive hearing only bird song and nature around us breakfast was delicious the two bar men (so sorry unsure of names) were fabulous delicious cocktails and so friendly pool area is amazing! the view is incredible we had planned more activities but cancelled stuff just to stay and enjoy the resort it is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed at we will be coming back thanks all!

The villa was clean and had a cozy feel. The garden and pool area were beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and really enjoyed the mostly local dishes. The staff were exceptionally friendly. A great bonus was the free bikes available to explore the surrounding area.

It was the best place we stayed while in Bali! The staff was so helpful and friendly, and the facilities was so great. The pool was fantastic and so instagrammable, the room super clean and the food amazing. Apart from the breakfast which was delicious, we ordered dinner a few times and it was just as great. The cocktails were simple, but their non alcoholic options were quite fancy! Lastly, one day we ordered the floating breakfast and it was the highlight of our stay! Next time we visit Bali, we'll definitely stay here again!

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing value for the cost. An absolute steal! We were in the newer section on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Absolutely gorgeous room with balcony where they brought us the most beautiful breakfasts, awesome bathtub to fit two people and great shower with huge shower head, the most kind helpful staff who made us feel at home and go out of their way to be helpful. Service was out of this world. Free shuttle around town. I cannot emphasize enough that this hotel absolutely rocks. 20 out of 10 stars.

Beautifully decorated rooms, clean, comfy beds, lovely views from terrace, attentive and friendly staff, good lay out of pool and rooms, free shuttle back and forth to centre of ubud, what is there not to live about this place! Highly recommend this hotel, which is next to a yoga retreat and other hot spots, yet it is quiet and off from the beaten track, I would definelty stay here again when next in ubud💖

Very kind and welcoming staff, beautiful place design with the pool and vegetation. Very good customer services, you feel really taken care of. Clean and beautiful rooms. Perfect location, near all the restaurants and town center, but also quiet . There weren't many vegetarian options in the restaurant menu (I liked the ones that were already available) and they introduced a vegetarian breakfast when I stayed there, so I'm grateful.

The hotel is nicely decorated, has a calm atmosphere, refreshing and clean pool, great breakfast, daily afternoon tea, bottled water for the room and also a refill station near reception (great for people trying to reduce their plastic waste!), friendly resident cat, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. Location was good, about a 15min walk to the monkey forest and plenty of food and drink options nearby. We'd gladly stay here again.

Wonderful location with fabulous staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We did a couple of trips arranged by Willy which were wonderful. I don’t think there would be a nicer place in Munduk. The infinity pool set amid the beautiful rice terraces is unbelievably wonderful!

Le song is a wonderful property. The room was immaculate with everything supplied for the guests comfort including a yoga mat Tidied every day The view from the deck is extraordinary. I lay on the surprisingly comfortable couch for one whole day filling my eyes and just relaxing The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Willy Yoga and Mana did their utmost to look after us along with their team. Lovely breakfast stunning infinity pool Cannot recommend this small hotel highly enough!!

Gorgeous new five star hotel. It's still being finished so we didn't expect there to be a pool / rooftop bar when we visited and were happy with that. Big rooms, massive beds, good working TV and all the amenities you need - kettle, water etc. The high tea you get in the afternoon is amazing! Firstly a massive spread for the included breakfast in the morning, then in the lobby 12pm-6pm there is a high tea with cakes / fruit / tea / coffee etc which was so nice. Super friendly and helpful staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the delightful afternoon tea – such a lovely touch. My room was very spacious, and the new bathtub was a real highlight – perfect for unwinding after a long day. I can’t wait to visit again when the gym and swimming pool open soon. This place just keeps getting better!

The check in welcome was warm. The staff was courteous and rooms were-very clean. Breakfast was good and every evening they served a high tea at the lobby. The lobby was beautiful🤍 No cons but I missed the pool and roof top bar. (Still not operational) The spa facilities and offers were good but I don’t get a chance to try them. Good location and nice property 👌

We moved here as we were not happy with accommodation had originally booked in Hanoi and the Legend served our needs just well. It is a new quite classy hotel, excellent customer service. Doesn't have a pool, which we would have liked. Only 10 minute walk to train street (south) but you need a grab to get elsewhere. Really liked the free afternoon tea served between 2 and 5pm, a welcome anecdote to the craziness of Hoi An. Excellent breakfast. Comfy beds. Some construction work going on down the street but not too noisy.

This Place is a piece of heaven. I have booked Tongsai Seaview Pool Villa. At our arrival the reception was so amazing with the welcoming smiles and drinks at a view of the trees and vast sea. When we entered our villa i was amazed with the set up and how spacious the space is, starting from the breathtaking view of the infinity pool, the set up of the jacuzzi and furniture around the outer area, and ending up with so amazing set up of the room inside. The pictures attached will explain more. We have enjoyed dinners at both restaurants of the hotel, their food and taste is really superb. The breakfast vibes and service is beyond description to me, the smiles and humbleness of the service crew is something to be commended. They also have free water activities like paddle board and Kayak. They also have wind sailing with instructor at a very fair price that comes with coconut drinks and fresh fruits, highly recommended. The location itself is really great for an isolation and long stay at the resort. In many ways just excellent. The staff was amazing and helpful. The breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip. The pool and pool area was great - plenty of sunbeds and large pool. The staff provides water to you all day while at the pool. Hotel is located at a secluded private beach/bay which was also lovely. We stayed at a Beach front suite, which was very convenient when traveling with an infant, as it was located just next to the Beach/pool area. The area is hilly, however there is a complimentary pick-up buggy service that can take you around the premises whenever needed.

They have two pools, The Half Moon Pool is just for adults. Both pools are huge and well maintained. The Staff was so welcoming and attentive and so quick to see to any request.

Gorgeous resort. The staff were so lovely every single time we saw them, and were very helpful. The resort itself was lovely and you were treated like royalty when at the pool and restaurant etc. Our room was lovely, and a gorgeous view. The private beach and the pool are fab. Hotel always organised taxis at a very fair price, not ripping us off like other hotels. Best part was the cold towels they give you when you go to the lobby, a very nice touch when it’s very hot!!!! Breakfast had a great selection and was very high quality. The BBQ buffet was AMAZING. Definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. They have wonderful infinity pool with the view over the forest. It is very peaceful here as opposed to crowded Ubud. However, if you want to go to the Ubud center it is a few minutes drive, they also offer a free shuttle service. Their service is the best, rooms are always spotless clean. They offer the brekfast that is included in price which is served all day long - which is great if you plan some early morning trips.

We were the lucky ones to be the first guests at their brand new villa, Soka. It was my birthday, and the team did not hold back: decoration in the room, cake with candle at bed time. It is an amazing property: the shared pool is wonderful, and comfortable. Relaxing music on the background, a great place to read a book. The villa itself is out of this world. The private infinity pool, rain shower, bath tub. All out of a magazine. Breakfast is really good, and served at a slow pace. Plenty of options included in the rate (fresh juice, coffee/tea, croissants, fruit platter and a la carte item of your choice). It’s 10min away from town, and a handy shuttle takes you back and forth to a drop off spot just by the Ubud Palace. They come and go 4 or 5 times a day, and you can reserve a spot via WhatsApp or at the lobby. We had a wonderful time, and wouldn’t look anywhere else when coming to Ubud again!

The staff were the standout, which is saying something as the hotel is beautiful and does everything right. From before we had even arrived, the staff were extremely communicative and friendly and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a wonderful 3 nights there. The food and drinks were excellent, with a great selection. The pool area is beautiful and the other facilities such as the gym and spa were excellently equipped. I used the gym twice and my partner had a couple of treatments at the spa. Both were excellent. Our villa room was stunning. Well decorated, well stocked and with a beautiful view of the jungle from the private infinity pool. We were a quick 5 minute shuttle ride into the town centre. The hotel puts on a shuttle service which we used. The WhatsApp communication was great for organising things and the staff were quick to respond and always accommodating. We loved everything about our stay there and would definitely go back.

From the moment of reservation to the very departure to the airport we all were surrounded with sincere care and support! Every personnel here had their first priority to make our stay the best of the best in all possible ways, and the same time giving us enough privacy. The hotel itself exceeded all our expectations!~ Room interior, garden, infinity pool, signature balinese spa, roof top bar with complementary afternoon drinks… And we could use all these facilities except for the room even after checking-out. Tablespoon restaurant offers a variety of well-being oriented menu, and there was a live music at dinner time. Ah, thank you for a nice decoration of our room for the occasion of my mom’s 80th birthday! Very touching and memorable gesture that my mom highly appreciated!~ She actually placed this hotel the best among all other more expensive high brand hotels we stayed in Nusa Dua in Bali, LA, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong-Kong, Seoul, etc.

This was our final stay after long 3 weeks in South East Asia, and we are glad we chose Adiwana. The staff are simply amazing, from check-in to check-out, they were ever so friendly, polite, hospitable and highly professional. There were a few staff members we interacted with during our stay, all were amazing, just to name a few, Puspa and Sibi were great! The pool villa we got was perfect, private, cosy, amongst the wild it was all contemporary. The pool was amazing, the complimentary mini bar, top notch. We will happily stay here again!

Beautiful room and comfortable facilities. The infinity pool was great as well. Very nice staff, very good English too. They helped us book a driver for our transfer, and he was the best driver we had! The restaurant food was pretty good, but not as good as some other places.

Feeling of old school jungle glam, being in nature, away from the business of Ubud center but still just 5’ away in a Grab ride. The infinity pool flowing into the jungle.

The room was spacious and comfortable and looked over the infinity pool and forest. The staff here are exceptional and could not have been friendlier. Ely’s restaurant was excellent. I loved the complimentary afternoon teas. Free shuttle into Ubud. Even though it rained during our stay, we enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the peaceful surrounds.

Pics just don’t do this place justice! Infinity pool? Yes, absolutely! Spacious rooms? Yes, definitely. Manager, waiters, chef…you guys should teach others (mostly others in US and Europe) on hospitality, service, good attitude… I knew your country was beautiful, but people are even better, and you presented yourselves as Bali’s finest! A very peaceful place to stay. All the staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Easily booked tours with the staff and they also arranged a massage for me! Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are big and very comfortable with ginger and lemongrass tea available in the rooms and also coffee. Pool is also beautiful and our room had the pool view with a little sitting area at the front so very easy to access pool. Food is delicious and very well priced. Everything here was wonderful and would highly recommend 🙂

We loved our stay at The Nature! The property is so beautiful and peaceful. It’s outside of the city centre, but there is a tuktuk available to shuttle you into town when needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. The staff are lovely and helpful. They helped us to organise an Angkor Wat tour and were very responsive to any of our needs. They have great food and drink options and you can order to your room or the pool. This was our favourite stay in Cambodia, and we can’t wait to come back!

Everything was amazing. The Nature as accomodation, staff, Veasna is great host. Tuk tuk driver Nat, so polite and kind and friendly. Actualy everybody were extremly polite and helpful. Reception 👍 Accomodation has a pool. Cleaning rooms. Clean towels for pool. The best pancakes :) Inside of accomodation is restaurant so whenever you are hungry, you won't be needed to go in city, there is everything in one place.

The room is extremely spacious, featuring a great shower/bath and each room has a very nice terrace/view point on the pool. The swimming pool is one of the best features of the facility: well kept and extremely relaxing after a long day visiting Siem Raep.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for us. They upgraded us to the top level. The first impression from the staff was lovely as we were greeted with a friendly man who helped us take our luggage from the car. The room was clean and the view was amazing. The infinity pool at night with the view of the skyscrapers was something to behold. My partner and I overstayed 20mins and the staff were understanding and also allowed us to keep our luggage there for 5 hours before our flight back. 10/10.

Everything! Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location on the river! Fantastic views from the room and the infinity pool. We had a luxury suite overlooking river with a double aspect window and 2 balconies. Free use of bikes for a short and fun cycle into Hoi An old town which we loved. Staff were so helpful and welcoming...thank you Katy and Vi and everyone else too!Breakfast was delicious with a huge choice. Honestly can't fault it and wish we had been able to stay longer!

When you first enter the hotel you are greeted with a large smile from the recepionist and it continues through our 2 night stay. Modern hotel with a spacious room and balcony - very quite location. Simply gorgeous comfortable bed with superb quite A/C - all amenities you need are in the shower room. Breakfast is buffet style - plenty of choice and great value. The hotel has a small grassed are for sunbatghing along with an infinity pool overlooking the river . Gorgeous. A great place to sip coctails during happy hour. Overall great value for money and we will return next year for a few days.

So helpful and welcoming, they gave us so much useful info, arranged trips, organised early breakfast when we had a tour with 7am pick up - and always smiley and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the Peridot Grand Lucury Boutique Hotel. The staff is incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating. Upon arrival, Leah checked us in and suggested different activities and places to eat around the city. The rooms are decorated beautifully and are very spacious. We enjoyed eating food at the ignite sky bar and spent a couple every day at the infinity pool. Big plus was the breakfast buffet that offered a large variety of food and drinks. Thank you so much for making our trip special!

We are a couple who would like a peaceful vacation. We had a great time in centara, spending most of the time at the adult only infinity pool which was beautiful. Yes, hotel is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are great & luxury. Service is just great – everything you asked happened at once. Gym is maybe the best i saw in hotel: big and well equipped. but it's just not worth it as its way over priced.

Beautiful resort on a great part of Chaweng beach. The hotel has two great pools and beautiful grounds. The shower is just out of this world, so we used it more than once a day and named it’s the “Angel rain shower”. The staff were fantastic and super helpful. Loved their focus on sustainability, glass refilled water bottles, refillable soaps, free glasses of water by the pool, and pretty much no plastic in sight. As the hotel wasn’t running on full occupancy we didn’t have problem finding an empty sun lounger by the pool, as others reviewers have commented on.

Our stay at Centara reserve was the highlight of our honeymoon. We felt so loved and cared for, and the breakfast was incredible !!! So filling, quality food and we wished we could eat it all day long. Pools were immaculate, facilities so clean and the beach only a few steps away. We loved the drinks at the pool, and the little bar on the right, and I wish I could get one more Long Island iced teas, as they were so good! Big thank you to all the staff at Centara reserve, they were so lovely and welcoming. They even left us a cute surprise in our room! Will definitely be coming back!

WOW. What a resort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The resort is idyllic, the pool is just stunning and there is something magical about swimming in an infinity pool in the middle of the jungle at night! We were also offered a guided free walk down the ridge walk into Ubud - with collection at the other end. Highly recommend if they are running this (season specific). The food is also first class, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in

Pure heaven. A lot of resorts in Ubud claim to be luxury and all for the guest, but are actually tourist traps where they over charge you at every opportunity. This is not the case with Chapung SeBali - the resort is pure luxury, private room overlooking rice fields, private pool and incredible facilities (spa, infinity pool over the mountain side, restaurants and shuttle servce to Ubud) and all of the extras you may want to indulge in are reasonably priced, excellent service and excellent quality - a rare hotel in a very tourist area where you are treated like a guest and not as a walking credit card. Would infinitely recommend again.

The Chapung Sebali resort was a terrific jumping off point to explore Ubud and a great Oasis when it was time to relax. We are a family of 6 and their family Villa housed us all luxuriously. It is a small resort and never feels crowded. Our entire family had a very reasonably priced massage. The beautiful pool is open to the public during the afternoon so it is lively with guests from resorts in town with lesser pools. You can also have privacy in your own villa pool. Don't miss the great 45 minute and scenic walk to Ubud along the path that leaves from just out front.

This is one of the few properties where you can actually get everything you need: shopping, amazing food, spas, great service, and an epic pool area. When people are looking to have a great poolside experience, they come to Chapung Sebali whether you're a guest or not. I will definitely be back next year.

Hotel is very nice, the pool villas are beautiful, the nature surrounding the hotel is also very nice. Good food for breakfast and plenty of choice for snacks at the pool.

The hotel has one of the best pools I have encountered so far. No weird shapes or unnecessary gadgets. Just a proper pool to get some lines done. And there is no annoying music playing at the pool. It is quite. There is a beautiful garden to relax. Furthermore the hotel is located just outside the sometimes overwhelmingly touristy area of Hoi An Old City. Just get on one the bikes provided by the hotel and go just before sunrise to see the city without the masses have a coffee and return. Staff is genuinely attentive and you can feel that they are proud of their work.

The property was lovely. Really great location, so close to the old town in Hoi An and all the attractions we wanted to see were only ever between 10-20 minutes walk away. The pool and spa were fab and the staff were so helpful, especially Nhat who worked down at the pool bar, so attentive. We had the breakfast included and that was certainly a highlight of our stay, such an expansive buffet and delicious.

One of the highest points of our Da Nang tour. The location is beautiful. Services were attentive and all the staff members were nice and helpful throughout our experience. The main pool, the beach were post card perfect. The hotel decorations were so beautiful and insta ready. The Long bar has a great beach setting with delicious and balanced drinks and topnotch services. Breakfast at the club was spectacular with an incredible view. You cannot go wrong picking this place to stay.

It was magic. Room was gorgeous, and the staff were amazing. Almost too friendly. The private beach and pool were our favourites to hang out in the day and pizza and margaritas at the long bar were our afternoon treat. It was expensive of course but for us well worth the 4 days of luxury. We made some wonderful memories. We hope to return again.

I highly recommend this hotel for anybody with any personality. The restaurants are exquisite the food is incredible five star food great prices incredible view fantastic beach heated pool unbelievable service the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. This Hotel is very New Still. It was only open 3 months at the time of our stay and it still had the "new car smell" in all the rooms and Lobby and other facilities. Customer Service was exceptional . All staff went above and beyond to ensure the absolute perfect stay at the Bay resort Hoi An. The Hotel lobby was very modern , luxurious and spacious but at the same time we were able to get a cozy and relaxing feeling while we enjoyed a delicious welcome drink while the front desk Swiftly handled our check in process. We were quickly taken to our room by a golf with our luggage. The staff were incredibly professional and detailed while also keeping it brief while explaining some rules about the hotel as well as the features and amenities. The room we stayed in was the Junior Grand quite. This Room was incredible to say the least. Very Large and Luxurious. Perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway. The hotel has only been open about 3 months at the of our stay and it was very evident. All the surfaces and finishes were very Clean and modern feeling. The room design was well thought out and really gave me the feeling of a beach resort in Hawaii. Bed was clean and very comfortable. The Bathroom was very spacious and clean. The Pool is beautiful and provides and infinity edge with a picturesque view of the river and all the Beautiful buildings of Hoi An. The breakfast Buffet was excellent and there was a very good selection to choose from.

1) Friendly and caring service. I had food allergy and the staff helped me to get the medicine in the middle of the night. The following days, every staff that I came across with was checking whether I have fully recovered. 2) Spacious room with great view over the pool, the river front and the old town. 3) Well-designed swimming pool. Our 2-year old son enjoys the 60cm pool so much that he wouldn't like to leave.

This is a beautiful hotel very close to the centre of Hoi An. The hotel facilities and rooms were beautifully maintained and it was a very relaxing experience with the option of relaxing by the pool or walking into Hoi An. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be that the food and drink at the poolside restaurant is severely overpriced even for a hotel. So we didn’t use it and instead walked into Hoi An for lunch and drinks.

Breakfast was included and was a great buffet. In your room they gave you estimated times of how busy the breakfast would be and they were very accurate. We loved the pool and pool bar, fabulous view over the river. Great location to walk over the bridge to old town.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The main pool is shallow (1.2m) with warm water (26C). You can do laps if not many other swimmers. Gym is basic. Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast and pool bar lack options for vegetarians but otherwise are ok.

Everything. This hotel is much more beautiful than what it looks like in pictures. I was expecting to be in for a treatment but it far e creder my expectations. The staff is incredibly nice, really really nice. Everybody seems to really care about the guests and is so friendly. The food was phenomenal, with particularly the beach grill restaurant offering absurd quality for hotel standards. We loved the beach, the spa, the gym and the infinity pool at the horizon… what a beauty! We will certainly come back 10/10 Value for money 100 / 10

Classy beach resort with the best infinity pool I've ever seen. The ocean front villas are superb. The restaurants have a good selection of vegetarian food. Hai yan which serves chinese food was marvelous with scrumptious selection tofu curry and rice ,mushroom soup and cucumber salad, The staff at Horizon and beach grille were very courteous. Special thanks to Mr Aidil for looking after all the arrangements at the villa and always being exceptionally prompt and helpful.

The friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff were amazing in all areas of this lovely boutique hotel. Friendly faces at every turn. Room was spacious and comfortable, with quality amenities. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter but a quieter area. But the gem is the rooftop infinity pool and bar with amazing views over Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped and the Spa massage was wonderful. We hope we can return to experience the wonderful service again.

The hotel is in a perfect location with walking distance to an array of restaurants bars and shopping. The hotel is really well appointed with great facilities. The infinity pool at the top offers amazing views of Hanoi especially at night. The breakfast buffet is high quality with a wide range of options. The rooms are big and the beds super comfy allowing wel earmed rest. The SPA massages are very good - peferect fpr aching busy muscles. The best part is the womderful staff who cannot do enough for you. They are attentive yet discete. We will be back for sure.

My husband and I would recommend staying at this hotel for good service and a great location in the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff were very accommodating and friendly! They have a nice infinity pool on the rooftop with a rooftop bar that serves good drinks and food. We stayed at Oriental Jade Hanoi for 2 nights. It was our first trip to Hanoi and we wanted to stay in old town, walking distance from most sights we wanted to see. We read the reviews before booking Oriental Jade and they we were fantastic. The hotel did not disappoint in any way. It is in a great location and really just 15-20 minute walk from all major tourist destinations. It’s also on a quieter street so not much noise in the rooms. The hotel itself is gorgeous - great decor and the rooms are very well equipped with excellent bathrooms. The staff was always attentive and courteous, always willing to go out of their way to help. We loved the breakfast every morning. It has so many choices, and it’s all delicious. The welcome drinks and cookies were so good that I almost asked for the cookies before we left. Every evening we went to the rooftop bar and enjoyed drinks and snacks while watching the city over the infinity pool. That indeed is a great view of the city and the sunset. Who would expect a boutique 5 star hotel in the old town that offers a great price, great rooms and excellent service? The Oriental Jade does for sure. I highly recommend it and I will definitely stay there on my next visit.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a grand and impressive lobby. The staff provided excellent service, and check-in was quick. The room was elegantly decorated yet cozy, very spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed and sofa, plus a balcony. The large bathtub filled up quickly, and the water temperature was easy to adjust. They thoughtfully prepared amenities for children, including a bathrobe, slippers, and a small step stool so kids could use the sink by themselves. The swimming pool is large with an amazing view, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food.

Beautiful elegant hotel. Check-in was seamless. 1 bedroom apartment is big, quiet, great views and overall very comfortable with all services thought through. Breakfast services was delicious, quick turnaround in room service time at any hour of the day, lovely attentive staff. Pool is well maintained, the delicatessen is refined, Flourish restaurant is great. Its a calm soothing experience in the middle of an always bustling city (with easy shuttle service provided by the hotel!). Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay, especially because of the enthusiastic and friendly team! Beds are comfortable, rooms are very big, breakfast was great. The setup within the jungle is unique, it created unforgettable moments. The infinity pool and seating possibilities were also a pleasure. Highly recommended! One of our best hotel stays!

Great Deisgn! A lot of wood and very Thilandish ( a word I made up for thiland looking things). Amazing staff! They were very nice and professional. ( They remembered what we liked, and they alawys asked us if we were comfortable). There was always at least one guy at the reception, giving advice on how to have fun on the island( I think they were part of the staff. shout out to you, Philip). The hotel had a lot of services with great value for money. (Massage, free taxi service in the morning to the city, food, drinks, yoga, etc) I had like 3 massages in my 5 day stay there, hahah. The restaurant was great! It has alllll the types of thai food you can order at a very reasonable price. Great cocktails. The view from our room was insane!!! I will add a picture to the review so you can be jealous as well. The pool was Instagram level fine!! Infinity pool overseeing allllll the island.

Lovely bungalow, with comfortable bed, very good shower, wonderful view. The pool area is beautiful, we had a great time enjoying the pool and drinking very good cocktails. The manager and all staff is amazingly nice. We loved our stay there!

Clean rooms in an incredible setting! We had the standard room with ocean view, which we highly recommend. The pool area is really the best place to relax on the island in our opinion. It’s so nice to have your breakfast there (great coffees!) or take a dip in the pool. The Thai man behind the bar was such a nice person, as was the manager.

La Vela is an upmarket Hotel, about a 10-minute taxi ride from the center of Hue. There is a free shuttle twice a day into town and back again. The infinity pool on the rooftop is amazing, and the food at the restaurant was 10/10 with exceptional presentation. We enjoyed a free full buffet breakfast with more options than you could imagine. everything! Jaya House is outstanding. the property is in a lovely setting with 2 beautiful pools. rooms are large airy and so comfortable. breakfast and the snacks and drinks around the pool were super. and the team, outstanding. faultless.

Staff are superb. The free massage is lovely and the free laundry service is very helpful in a tropical climate. Tuk Tuks on call when you want to be dropped off and picked up are great . swimming pool area is lovely and verdant and the pool is large and has pleasant water that doesn't leave you smelling of chlorine.

Staying at the Royal Purnama was absolutely incredible and completely worth the money for luxury. Adults only and very private accommodations. The atmosphere is above and beyond luxury. They checkin daily to make sure there is nothing more that can be done to improve our visit. We met management at one of the happy hours and she enlightened us in so many ways about the culture and the development of the resort. She even took amazing pictures for us in the infinity pool. Beautiful sunsets, crashing waves made for great photos. Every staff person was friendly and helpful. The bartenders at happy hour poured healthy pours and told us lots of stories and gave us helpful hints. The food was fantastic and the breakfast Tropical Playa Smoothie is out of this world. They offer lots of specials and the menu is extensive. It was worth every penny to upgrade to a villa with a private pool and cabana. We didn’t want to leave the villa and stayed there the majority of the time. The pool was clean and chemicals checked daily. The kitchenette was perfect for lunches and the mini bar was a nice addition. The villas furnishings were in perfect condition and the outdoor bathroom was spacious. The huge bathtub was a real treat. Absolutely we will return and encourage others to do the same.

The restaurant is extremely good. The food is of high quality and delicious. One of the best restaurant in within a hotel. The room is clean, tidy spacious. The pool in the room is clean and nice. The staff are very helpful and nice. Just one minor point is that the main swimming pool next to the restaurant is a bit small. (but who cares when we have in-room pool!)

While the property is somewhat remote it is very self contained offering superior comfort and service. We had a one bedroom unit with pool(a real 30 metre pool not a plunge pool) surrounded by high walls for privacy. The bathroom is large and modern with sunken tub and rain shower. We loved the spa services which were a bargain compared to US prices. Restaurant was excellent and staff are top notch. The only slight negative(not for us) is that the nearest beach town of size is about 25 minutes by car.

The view of the ocean, the pool and garden was superb. The food was excellent with a great menu. All staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. Rooms and pool were amazing, everything was comfortable and relaxing.

We stayed in a spacious and luxurious four bedroom villa facing the crashing waves. The common room is spacious and comfortable. There is a wonderful private pool with many reclining chairs, tables, etc. You also have a choice of two hotel pools and restaurants. The spa offers massages and treatments. You could not ask for a nicer staff!

What a delightful place to stay! The room was large, beautiful and very comfortable! It even had a water cooler/heater to refill bottles or make tea and coffee. The pool was so clean and relaxing. We could walk to Devil's Tear and Dream Beach and several restaurants were also within walking distance. Breakfast was made to order and was an excellent start to the day. We took a snorkeling trip to Manta Bay and Crystal Bay. Be wary of the waves! I got seasick and fed the fish!! The staff were amazing, always with a smile and so helpful! Thank you so very much!!

We were so impressed with everything. We were greeted by friendly & helpful staff. Our villa was spacious, comfortable, clean and we had beautiful towel art & flowers on our bed when we arrived. The gardens and pool are so lush. Breakfast was delicious each day and we loved the coffee & fresh fruit. It was easy to organise a taxi and scooter thanks to the wonderful staff. We loved our stay and wished we could stay longer! Highly recommend this place and cannot wait to go back.

The villa's are lovely, well looked after, very clean, everything working, aircon was great and the pool area was a great place to relax. The location was perfect, very quiet and yet walking distance to great beach clubs and good coffee or Warungs for dinner elsewhere. We are a family of 6, with 4 teenagers, (wide age range) and the villa suited all of us. The staff were very helpful and thoughtful, always available when needed.

We had a fabulous stay at Akah Cottage! The cottages are well maintained with comfortable beds and very clean! The pool is beautifully situated in a lovely garden and exudes an oasis of tranquility. Most importantly, the staff are so friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. We celebrated our 20th anniversary, and as a surprise, they baked a cake! How thoughtful. We highly recommend Akah Cottage and hope to return in the future!

This hotel is stunning. The infinity pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop is spectacular, especially at sunset. Breakfast is exceptional, the best we had on our month long trip around Thailand and Vietnam. We had a corner room that had incredible views.

Its a magnificent hotel, one of the best stays i have had. It was made special thanks to Mrs Uyen’s assistance and professionalism. Everything was perfect, the dining / breakfast staff were super attentive and professional as well. The room was beautiful, with amazing views and to top it off the roof infinity pool and steam room. The rooms are modern and clean, the view from the balcony is amazing. It was quite chilly so couldn't use the beach or the main pool downstairs because it's not temp controlled. The pool on top is temperature controlled but the pool area is quite small.

this hotel is just beautiful, all of the details are stunning and everything has been thought of. there are three swimming pools, two restaurants, a rooftop bar and bar by the pool. an amazing beach is at your doorstep. sunset views every night. the Japanese restaurant was 10/10 delicious. breakfast was amazing - there was even someone making fresh crepes. the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Being able to enjoy the beach and the pools with an amazing view was absolutely wonderful! The location is very central but far away enough from the city noise. The service was great, just the pool bar wasn't really worthy.. The restaurant is great, definitely way more expensive than eating in the city but the high quality was there. I ate the best gnocchi of my life. We loved our stay! I will recommend it to friends and family!

Potato Head is a great location for seeing the more social side of Bali. It's in the heart of Seminyak, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. PH is clean, the decor is awesome, and the pool has beautiful view of the beach. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making me feel right at home despite me being thousands of miles away. I enjoyed my stay there and visit again.

The Island suite were large with great wardrobe space and a big bathroom. The breakfast was great with a very good choice. Great pool with amazing staff to help with everything! Good for going to all the lot shops and restaurants. Great sunset bar on the roof!

Potato Head is honestly my favorite hotel on the island, and I've been going to Bali often for the past 15 years. It's quiet, clean, warm, and the service is impeccable. From the bellman to the pool staff, everyone is amazing, and they will become your friends if you stay long enough. I go back every other month just to relax and stay at the hotel and will continue to do so.

Located close to the restaurants, night market, and entertainment areas. The room was spacious and the A/C worked great. The rooftop infinity pool was great to enjoy after a long hot day touring temples. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The whole experience was faultless! From the welcome by the helpful, friendly staff to the room (clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, very comfortable), the gorgeously refreshing rooftop pool area/pool, perfectly equipped little gym, the sensational rooftop bar with excellent, friendly staff and the delicious breakfast. We had a truly wonderful stay here and wish we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Meritel Hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of all main attractions. The rooftop pool was lovely and refreshing. The pool and seating area is quite small but comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at Meritel Hotel Hanoi. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful from start to finish. My room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a great bonus – peaceful and with lovely views. The breakfast buffet had a great mix of local and international options. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. Overall, an excellent hotel that offers great value, comfort, and service. Highly recommended!

The view from the pool and rooms was well above average, there were always clean dry pool towels available and plenty of seating. The pool was in a lovely location with views to the paddy field and the main reception staff were really helpful and spoke and wrote good English. Having free bikes was great and made it very easy to get into town and explore the surrounding countryside.

Exactly as described in the photographs 5 minutes walk from the town so all restaurants , shops and bars near to walk but far enough away for quiet . Looked out in paddy fields , so relaxing… Lovely pool , pool table lots of beds , chairs and beanbags to relax and take in the views The breakfast was nice too , and plentiful The staff were AMAZING , helpful, kind , just really nice people .

Absolutely loved staying here, the place is intimate with only a few rooms and therefore super quiet / chilled. The views are beautiful, the pool and surrounding area was very pretty. Bean bags, swings, a pool table, free bicycles to use and 3 little puppies running round!! What more could you want. The host was really lovely, super helpful and speaks very good English.

Great staff! Breakfast was awesome and could choose from the menu, the view was the best part of the stay! My husband enjoyed the pool table, the staff even joined us while playing. They work hard to keep the pool clean even in the cold months. They assisted with transportation and if we needed tours.

Beautiful setting, great pool, pool table, nice breakfast with a view, bicycles to ride easily into town and our room had its own private, large balcony with its own outlook to the rice fields and karsts.

Beautiful colonial style building with centre courtyard gardens and an amazing 50m infinity pool. Dining options however are limited which is a pity given the hotel is somewhat isolated and you will need to travel at least 20mins to get to a town with other restaurant/street market possibilities. Staff were very helpfull. Not enough sun-loungers around the pool which leads to the usual dawn grab by people. The hotel should actively discourage 'booking' of loungers to make it more equitable for all.

Great infinity pool and deck chairs, amazing and clean beach, nice spacious rooms with especially nice bathrooms, comfy beds, very very friendly staff at every encounter (the porters were exceptionally helpful!). Although the check-in process was somehow lengthy, it was a lovely gesture to start the stay with a quick shoulder message while you are waiting.

The property and the room was kept clean, maintained well and the facilities were great including the pools and the pool bar - the staff we’re out of this world kind and attended to everything requested to make sure you were comfortable. The pool area was fabulous and the buffet breakfast was good also, I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were super helpful and friendly, the little things they thought to do for you, the ease of everything, the pool/pool bar area, the location (out of town but quick and cheap ride into town), the upstairs rooftop bar (with live music) was a fun way to unwind one night, the quality of the beach towels they lent you. Nothing was a problem. They also had a local guide for private boat tours - Jherome - he was fantastic and super helpful to all levels /ages and stages in our group (70 years of age, 50s and teenager).

Roofdeck sunset view is amazing!… and it has 2 small pools on both sides. The foods at the restaurant is awesome. You will dinner/breakfast on the poolside! Above all the staff… they are extremely friendly, and always ready to anything you need. Highly recommended!

The Funny Lion has an excellent rating and for good reason. This is one of the most special places we have ever stayed. The staff were so friendly and helpful but without being overbearing. The facilities are beautiful and clean and never overcrowded due to several different pool options and there is an amazing roof top car/pools for sunset. They really go above and beyond, leaving fresh juices in the room and a night time sweet treat! We would 100% stay again and recommend you book early to avoid disappointment because this is where you want to stay in Coron!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pacific Club Spa Resort. The rooms are spacious, clean, decor is lovely. The king size beds is very comfortable. Not too firm and not too soft. The staff are amazing and attend to your every request. We loved the infinity pool. Was never overcrowded, in fact often we were the only ones there. The view from the pool was breathtaking. Beautiful green mountains to the back and ocean view to the front. We loved ordering food and eating lunch or dinner all while sitting in the water tables. The water was clean, cool and relaxing. The spa facilities onsite was very convenient and prices were reasonable. Food from the restaurant I could not fault. We loved every meal we had bar 1. (And that was because we misread the information that it was spicy). The included breakfast buffet was exceptional. (You have to try their omelettes they are the best I've had). There was toast, Asian food selection as well as eggs every way, banana bread was so good. A selection of fresh fruits and canopies etc. There was definately something to suit everyone. We were very much impressed with this resort. We will definately come again. Our 2 favourite staff were Sun and Ron. They always made sure we were having a good stay and very welcoming.

Staying here was one of the best decisions I made coming to Thailand. Everything was perfect. Rooms are great. Large bathrooms. Kitchenette with a microwave/grill. Huge balcony. The rooftop infinity pool with the incredible view. Steam room and jacuzzi in a tranquil setting. Restaurant food was some of the best food I’ve had here. The staff are amazing especially Sun, the manager who makes you feel this is your home. Feels like you don’t even need to leave the hotel. Spa onsite. Same prices as in town. Laundry same. Easy to get to anywhere from here. Short walk to the action. Close to everything. Easy to take a bus if you prefer, to Kata, Patong or Old Town. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you Sun for making my stay so wonderful. I didn’t want to leave. As I write this I’m still in Thailand and it was by far the best place I’ve stayed on my journey

This place makes u not want to leave. The pool was so good on the roof top with the bar. 🍹 Food was so tasty. Thai side was yummy. But other 2 things had not so. I ate there every night. Breakfast lots of options. Staff in restaurant, pool bar, reception all made my stay. And Mr Sun. Room was great. Nice linen. Bathroom shaped and set out was great. Bed so comfy. Overall our stay at Kastara was amazing. We stayed at the rooms with pool and really enjoyed everything about the room. The highlight was of course the view and infinity pool. The restaurants were also great(with europe prices).

Beautiful modern spa style rooms, and view over the jungle. Great cocktails and nice infinity pool. It is outer from Ubud central, which makes it more peaceful, but you do need a scooter or taxi to go anywhere

Unbelievable stay, everything about the place is stunning. Incredible service all around the resort, room with a view of the jungle valley, sunrise every morning. Amazing infinity pool with gorgeous views, great outdoor feel yoga/gym. Perfect for couples. Definitely coming back next time in Ubud.

Everything, from the amazing view (it's better than what you see in the pictures) to the daily performance at night, to the welcoming staff, and the infinity pool, their prices are generally good for food and drinks.

Location was great. Close to many excellent restaurants and Bingin beach. Grabs always came within minutes to take you anywhere else! Pool and loungers were top quality. Almost always had the pool to ourselves. Security there at night to keep the monkeys away. I loved that they send you lists of recommendations for food, becahes and activities. We just worked our way through the resturant list and everyone was great. Banana lounge next door is really yum and you get a discount. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast is huge! Recommended the banana pancakes.

Fabulous little hideaway in a beautiful location. We loved the garden, the rooms and the pool. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The little beach is a short walk down the cliff and is stunning. We hired a scooter which was easy to get around. A couple of restaurants were recommended and they were fabulous, Banana Lounge next door was a great spot to chill out at and drink cocktails and swim. Laggas was an incredible Asian fusion restaurant. Really lovely location and so quiet and calm yet nearby to every thing.

Beautiful cottages with an amazing outside bathroom. Great atmosphere, nice pool and amazing breakfast. The personnel is the best. They go above and beyond and are super friendly. It is a really quiet and relaxing accomodation. You will need a scooter or taxi to get around, which is part of the fun!

The interior of this hotel is so amazing! All is right, spot on. The rooms, the ps, the art, the decoration are amazing. Loved the pool and pool area and the service is 100 out of 100. What an amazing hotel and staff! Breakfast is a must as well, what a great experience!

It was an excellent weekend getaway for our family. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. The pool staffs were super nice. Down side, the food and beverages are too pricey.

The staff was incredibly friendly, they let us check in early, I had told them when I booked that it was my sister's birthday, when we arrived to the room they had personalized "Happy Birthday" greetings written on the window, and a delicious chocolate cake set out with card. Restaurant was very good, we got spa treatments which were wonderful! Pool area is beautiful. Room was large, huge bathroom and very comfortable beds!

Our whole stay was perfect. From arrival till check out, the staff was so nice and always there for us. The hotel looks beautiful, the suite is very big and got every comfort you need. Wonderful & friendly staff met every request we had. Our pool villa (E03) had the most amazing views and we highly recommend it. The food was great too (no need to go elsewhere to eat). Very clean & comfortable room. We also enjoyed the SPA. The beach and hotel pool area is quite nice and peaceful.

Most wonderful, attentive staff. Gorgeous, perfect beach with bathwater temps. Breakfast buffet was unique and well done....not a normal hotel buffet. The Villas are large and super comfy. The views are just breathtaking, private pool is a nice touch. Private hotel beach is very clean with crystal clear water (not always, depends on the weather). Personnel is always smiling, very helpful and responsive. Food is decent, although Saffron is clearly 1-2 points above The Edge. You get to experience „being in a jungle” while staying at very luxurious and comfortable place.

Superb service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left from all the staff. The villa was the best we have ever stayed in with everything you could need with a pool with a view you would never get bored of looking at. We had 5 wonderful days here, the location is fantastic only 5-10 minutes walk from jetty, it’s very close to Turtle beach and away from the busy part of the island. Our aircon didn’t work on arrival, issue was promptly addressed and the unit was replaced within 24hrs. The pool was clean and of a good size. Wow, we had the BEST time at this hotel! After our other booking canceled last minute, they were so kind to fit us in and honestly, we’re so glad they did. The room is so spacious and the bed and pillows are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The bed ia the best! Breakfast amazing. Pool and poolside lounges are so cool. I didn’t want to leave the pool area.

The location in downtown Bangkok is great for shopping, food and as a hub to start exploring the city. Our stay was in April, so it was to hot to do anything else but lie on pool and relax. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, also large enough to work on laptops and quiet enough for conference calls. Gym and pool area were great, we used them on a daily basis and they were never overcrowded (we stayed for 6 days in April) Notworthy: the view from the rooms and hotel is amazing. Also: We loved the food, it was really good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The ambience was lovely esp at the breakfast dining and pool area. Landscape around the pool was beautiful, soothing to the eyes and we didnt feel that we were on the 10th floor with towering buildings surrounding us. A very important aspect. The staff serving us at breakfast were very attentive and one quickly informed me that the steamed crab Siew Mai dish was not halal cz it contains pork. Note: pls write down ingredients of the dishes prepared or have non-halal signs on it

The lady that checked us in and took us to our room, the front desk and bell staff, the restaurant staff were all top notch. Although Marriott owns the hotel you get Asian style friendliness and service vs. the "service" you get from Marriott in the US. The the hotel was obviously designed and built before Marriott got involved. The front desk staff set us up with some great drivers/guides that drove all around the amazing region. Although it is a quiet river setting you are only minutes from town via TukTuk or private car. The fare to the airport about $2.50 and although the airport is close, flight noise was not an issue. Even at resort prices which probably double the in town prices food and drink were delicious and still much less than what you would pay for average food in the US. We stayed a few extra days and were upgraded from the normal mega room to the super mega room. The contemporary style is out of Architectural Digest and unlike some even 5 star room there were no rough edges or signs of wear in our room. The 3 level infinity pool with the infinity river lagoon pool and then the river with all the landscaping. You need to visit there to appreciate the design, attention to detail and superb maintenance. Even the maintenance stop there work to greet you. DON"T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE IN CHIANG RAE!

We had a pleasant stay, peaceful, quiet, all staff were very polite. Bfast choices were limited, could have had more variety. Housekeeping was good, but the balcony was not cleaned during our entire stay. The pool water was too murky, it should not be this way. A large fountain in front of the pool would be nice. Dinner at the Favola did not feel like Italian. Some big koi fish along the walking area around the lake would be nice. Overall, I would return.

Beautiful resort with large, attractive rooms, beautiful (unheated!) pool, generous varied breakfast. Staff were consistently attentive and helpful. Easy to explore Chiang Rai via Grab or similar. This is a very nice oasis to return to after busy days out touristing - or just a nice place to relax by the pool.

The rooms were spacious and clean - with big showers. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel appears newer than many in Ubud, with the lighter furnishings giving a clean & fresh vibe. It was a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

We loved this hotel and would 100% recommend it. Were a couple in our 20s who stayed here for 2 nights before traveling the rest of Thailand. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The pool is gorgeous, and there’s a bar just inside where you can order drinks and snacks. We didn’t spend too much time at the pool as we wanted to explore Bangkok. The hotel is in a great location with many bars/restaurants/shops within walking distance. The skytrain is really easy to use and there’s a station very close to the hotel. We used this a lot to get round Bangkok, and to get to Khao San Road.

Small hotel with great rooms and comfy bed, fab helpful staff, visited spa and massage and facial was brilliant , excellent location. Breakfast ok. Pool small ( more like a large plunge pool) but good for a quick cool off.

Very comfortable stay with amazing service from all the staff, from the sky bar to the restaurant to the front desk- especially from Tony and Tom. I was also allowed to shower in the spa after I checked out as I had a late night flight to catch. Comfortable bed, nice and spacious room, really good breakfast selection, great location. The pool was lovely for a morning/evening dip as well. Lots of good places to eat around (train street is just a few minutes walk away). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is thinking of choosing here.

Location was great, an easy walk to ‘Train Street’ in the heart of Hanoi. The room was spacious and clean. It had a small balcony which provided a good view. The staff were very attentive and those we spoke to spoke good English. The breakfast offered reasonably good selections, although some other hotels we stayed at were more generous. There was a rooftop pool and bar which, with more time and better weather we might have better utilised. Overall our stay was a very enjoyable one, if only for one night.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable and clean. We were especially pleased that the windows completely blocked the noise from the streets of Hanoi allowing us a great sleep every night. All the staff were amazing including both the reception and restaurant staff. Breakfast was delicious and generous with a great variety of food. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat.

The EQ Kuala Lumpur is a huge luxury hotel with an amazing infinity pool and a great rooftop bar. The EQ also provides a great breakfast buffet and the hotel prices are reasonable. It truly deserves all the awards and I would absolutely stay there again.

Wow what an incredible stay we had. The hotel is amazing with sweeping views over the infinity pool. We stayed for my partners 30th birthday celebrations and were upgraded upon arrival to a suite. The perfect room at the best hotel. The food was amazing, everything we could have hoped and more. Breakfast has plenty of options with staff on standby for all of your requests. They couldn’t have been more helpful and caring, especially Dian who made our stay!! We would recommend this hotel to everyone! Always plenty of sun beds, rooms very comfortable and we loved it!

I adooore the decor which has a vintage and elegant charm with the antiquities (old phone, phonograph, radio,et.) and the chandeliers. The mangrove garden has a beautiful terrasse where I ate all my meals. Food is good. They will serve the food anywhere you want to seat. The team hotel is sooooo polite, helpful and efficient. 3 nice pools. My room (baroque #7) was by the pool and spa. Big studio with balcony and safran draperies and high ceilings. Comfy bed. Very nice garden with mature trees, flowers, bamboos. One of the best decor, site I stayed in. Safe as solo female traveller.

The food was excellent; Jimmy the manager was always attentive; all the staff were friendly. There was so much space - love the landscaping and the abundance of outdoor seating options. There were 3 pools so we had one pool to ourselves pretty much all the time. With only 22 rooms, there was never a crowd anywhere in the property. Their shop has Bali-made jewellery. And another highlight was the vintage car ride with Agung to Jimbaran Beach and back!

Breakfast exceeded our expectations. The pool was wonderful. We spent lots of hours reading, relaxing and swimming in the pool. The afternoon tea was excellent. We ate in the restaurant a couple of nights, and the food was terrific. We also enjoyed sitting watching a couple of movies, Ladybird and a film about Balinese culture which while a bit old, we learned a lot from.

The hotel was beautifully situated in gardens. The 3 pools were separated into different areas of the garden making you feel as though it was your personal pool. The restaurant was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The whole place was like stepping back in time, with very tasteful Javan decor.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was central to all we needed in PP. The room was large and very comfortable with double-aspect view. The breakfast was extensive and well presented. The roof-top pool was always clean and there is a bar for drinks and food at the pool. The accommodation was good value and is highly recommended.

The staff were incredibly welcoming. It was some of the best hospitality we have received in Cambodia. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was quiet. The pool area was lovely, (if you can get a sunbed). Drinks from the pool bar were delicious too. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and drinking water was provided daily. The decor and ambiance in the breakfast restaurant were excellent.

The welcoming staff really made my stay amazing. They were helpful, courteous and the best I have known in Cambodia. My room was comfortable, the pillows and bedding outstanding. The daily buffet breakfast was delicious and filling. The spa and pool are great, the Oasis Skybar on Level 15 has a Happy Hour and you can order from the restaurant menu. The hotel is centrally located and a doable walk to many attractions or order a Grab.

This is a brand new hotel with clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms and a great rooftop pool and bar. We enjoyed the food from the restaurant and the cocktails at happy hour. The staff were all very nice and helpful and you are walking distance from restaurants and shops and only a short tuk tuk away from some of the main sights of the city. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is the definition of 5 star luxury. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with two amazing infinity pools and a large family pool, luxurious room and delicious food. Our room was large, with a large balcony and bath overlooking the largest infinity pool, but the landscaping makes everything private. We loved everything even down to signature scent. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the Black and Ginger restaurant is simply a magical experience offering exquisitely crafted tasting menus in a romantic venue fit for a Hollywood blockbuster. The staff are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The Spa treatments were wonderfully relaxing. The Slate was everything we wanted for relaxing holiday yet close enough to the beach and restaurants to walk in a few mins, although we didn't feel the need to venture too far. There aren't many places in the world that we would go back to, as we love exploring new places, but when the experience this good, we will definitely be returning as soon as we can.

Incredible rooms. Beautiful design throughout. My room was enormous! Laughably big! Very helpful friendly staff. The food was amazing in the breakfast buffet. Great facilities for kids (pool and kids club). The whole place smells amazing. Would come back, without a doubt. Local area has quite a lot there. Close to airport. Poolside service very friendly and easy.

There are 3 pools :- huge children/family, adult only with swim up bar and an adult only quiet pool which is perfect. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Despite being a big resort you don’t feel it’s crowded apart from breakfast time which can get busy. Guests are encouraged not to reserve loungers. Excellent local restaurants within a very easy walk from the hotel.

The service in the hotel was exceptional and the facilities were great! We loved the pool bars and pool staff. Also, the jazz singer at Rebar was great and a lot of fun. Rooms were amazing and always kept cleaned.

So nice to see a hotel that has interesting decor and isn’t just a cookie cutter hotel , back of hotel accesses beautiful beach with swaying trees, sun loungers, and the most incredible little restaurants - no shopping at all - just a couple of 7/11s, a Chemist, ATM, money changer . Note there is no water views but that’s not important - there are there good size pools and two of them are for adults only - constant supply of iced water to pool guests was much appreciated

I chose this as my fancy birthday hotel. Very pretty main infinity pool at the restaurant/reception, and amazing pool villas overlooking the valleys (on the highest ones, where we were, you have the best jungle view but look down partly on other villas’ roofs as well). Perfect for my husband’s and my romantic candle light dinner on our private terrace when the kids (baby, toddler & preschooler) were sleeping. The massages were very good, too! We also attended a nice Balinese themed bbq. Breakfast was yummy a la carte, and all of the staff were really friendly towards my family even though it’s all clearly geared towards couples. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Excellent, sprawling property with vast, expansive and beautiful beach. Very low density development, so never feels crowded. Three excellent restaurants, especially the Indian restaurant (Hava) was the best for us. Service is excellent - they are willing to go the extra mile with a smile! The beach villa with plunge pool is directly on the beach - this is the best way to enjoy this gem of a property.

Lovely relaxing haven away from the hustle and bustle but just a 15 to 20 min walk from the busy centre. Beautifully landscaped pool area. Enjoyed the 15 minute free massage. It was so good we treated our selves to a great spa experience. Afternoon tea was nice to have around the pool each day.

Attractive garden environment with lovely pool and private location of a variety of different rooms. We had a Suite again which provides a large area of accommodation. The dining area overlooking the carp pond is a delight and all staff are always smiling and ready to help and advise on guest requirements. The swimming pool in the garden is a lovely place to spend the afternoons. Has always been our favourite place to stay in Ubud.

Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The welcome massages were amazing! I wish I had booked for a full massage. Breakfast was delicious with decent coffee. All the staff at the property were welcoming and informative. The afternoon tea by the pool was a lovely treat. The location is set away from the main street so it is quiet and relaxing.

The boutiquet hotel was green lush quiet oasis not far from busy Ubud centre. Breakfast was from a la carte menu, everything we tasted during these 4 days were delicious, they had special menu for kids. Pool was warm an clean, separate shallow area for kids. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, nice small fish bond. Room especially bathroom was spacious and clean. Spa was very relaxing and interior had real Bali vibe, a lot of natural materials used.

I loved everything. This is a truly beautiful family run hotel and gorgeous place to be and stay and everything is perfect. The staff are so friendly and professional, the grounds and pool beautiful, the rooms spacious and comfortable with exquisite bathrooms, breakfast is delicious as are all meals and location is ideal in the artists quarter.

It’s in a good location and area, the staff were very pleasant and polite, room was good and very spacious, infinity pool was nice.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I love the location as it’s got easy access to shopping and restaurants. The one bedroom suites are luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is the best in town with a great variety of food. The infinity pool is the perfect place to relax and I like that they have chill music playing and a nice pool bar with a great staff. Other amenities like a fabulous spa with affordable massage and body treatments and an onsite medical clinic and a top notch gym make this place the perfect stay for business or leisure.

The best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. I felt so cared for even though I was only here for a few days. The infinity pool is beautiful (I just wish I had better weather!) and the room service dining is excellent. The rooftop bar also has a lovely view. I’ll definitely be staying here for my next visit to Manila. Salamat po ❤️

HAIAN Beach hotel and Spa is in fantastic proximity to everything Da Nang has to offer and boasts stunning beach views from both the rooftop infinity pool and the hotel room. Everything was very clean and maintained and staff were very friendly! Also tried out the restaurant on level 3 and was absolutely delicious with a very reasonable price.

Location is very amazing really close to the beach and amazing food joints. Staff is really sweet courteous and accommodating. Taking good care of us throughout our stay here especially Subeo Senior Supervisor who took care of our each need. Rooms are spacious and clean with an amazing infinity pool.

Hotel right on seafront and we had a lovely sea facing room. Breakfast was vast with so much choice and afternoon tea a bonus. The rooftop infinity pool was gorgeous and all staff in the hotel very friendly and could not do enough for you. Spa in hotel lovely and worth a visit. All I'm all a lovely stay.

HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa in Da Nang is a solid choice for a comfortable and stylish stay, even if the weather doesn’t play nice. Located right on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, it offers easy access to My Khe Beach and local attractions. While I didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop infinity pool with a sunset view thanks to non-stop rain, the hotel still delivered on comfort and convenience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfy beds and all the modern amenities you’d expect. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff making sure everything ran smoothly. The breakfast buffet had a great mix of local and international options, and the rooftop bar was still a nice spot to relax, even if the view was more grey skies than ocean. The afternoon tea provided was a great way to start the afternoon. Despite the weather, the hotel made for a great base in Da Nang, and I’d happily stay again—hopefully with some sunshine next time!

The staff are all lovely here and so helpful. The rooftop pool was great and the views were so nice from above and the beach is just across the road and they provide beach and pool towels. The breakfast had a good variety and it was satisfying for us. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were so clean every day. It was perfect for us for 3 nights.

STAY HERE! The Hotel is pure luxury. The setting, the rooms, THE VIEW! The staff are like family, efficient, helpful & proactive. The Restaurant food is delicious, from Thai to wood fired Pizza. Without doubt it has the best view of any restaurant i've eaten in, beats the Splendido in Portofino. The reception will hire you a scooter for 300 baht per day. Airport transfer is 600 baht. Worth it. The gym is larger than the website shows, it's very well equiped. Finally, the infinity pool, combined with the view & you can swim up to the bar. Perfect Hotel.

I had the best experience at this resort. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The property is clean and beautiful and the rooms are spacious and modern. The infinity edge pool has an incredible view. The gym has a variety of equipment, too. I loved this resort so much that I came back and stayed a few more nights. I have nothing negative at all to say and I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to relax and unwind. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Great facilities, beautiful views and amazing service. Hotel offers great breakfast, large rooms, fully equipped gym and a marvoules infinity pool. The only thing to take in considiation that it is on a top of a hill, therefore, getting in and out of the resort will always require a taxi (unless you have time and you are adventuress )

Fantastic hotel and service. We stayed in a room with direct access to the pool, it was out of this world. The figure of 8 pool was lovely to swim round with a bar pool, swing chairs and slides along the way. The VIP access that came with our room was a massive perk and made our stay, as did all the staff. We’ve never been treated so well at a hotel, thank you. Room was very comfortable and the extra activities were great, we tried yoga and kayaking. There was also paddle boarding and table tennis and much more. We’d love to come back. It looked like plenty of people go every year.

The place is magic, the staff is very helpful and friendly. We loved that you have from where to see the sunrise over Phang Nga Bay and you have the same view actually all the time. We stayed 2 nights to relax at the pool, view the sunrise and take a boat tour. The pool can get quickly crowded as the place is small, however it is amazing! Excellent food choices and breakfast. Very comfortable bed. To arrive there they offer transport and you pay at the reception cash or card, as well other tour activities. 1 free mocktail and ice cream.

Staff are the most amazing people ever! Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Rooms are comfy and a lot of thought has gone into the added extras….like mosquito repellent. The mini bar & fruits were included which was a nice add on & we got surprised with a desert for our honeymoon :) also it was an easy communication for pickup/transfer to & from the hotel. Very luxurious hotel with beautiful infinity pool. Room was very spacious and breakfast buffet was really well done. It is right next to the Fanzipan cable car. It is further out from the city but the hotel provides shuttle service which was easy to plan around. Special thanks to the staff who I was able to connect with on WhatsApp to book transport to and from Hanoi.

The breathtaking views. The infinity pool from which you can appreciate the vistas from. The modern spacious feel of everything but particularly liked how the old and new came together with the craft work displayed amongst the mod coms from the indigenous people of Sa Pa. The people running the hotel were all very welcoming and human.

Well I am not sure where to start...this was the most luxurious resort we have ever been to and with the best mountain views including Vietnam's highest mountain Fansipan. The resort is brand new, opened last year and all the amenities are in pristine condition including the jacoozi, Himalayan salt sauna, gym, infinity pool, etc. We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and baby. The food was delicious, being vegetarian, there were ample options in the buffet breakfast and also for lunch and dinner. The hotel manager John is amazing along with all the hotel staff. They gave so much love to the baby and went beyond to make our stay wonderful. Really enjoyed the amenities specially the Jacuzzi and the infinity pool. The resort location is the best with cable car station for Vietnam's highest mountain just outside the resort. And also to visit the glass bridge, heavens gate, waterfalls, etc. This was the best decision especially considering the price we paid for such luxury. Would highly recommend their mountain view room with balcony! Thank you everyone for an amazing experience! Will definitely visit again.

Very attractive hotel, with artistic decor, with a laidback tropical vibe. Really liked the waterfall of plants draping the front of the hotel from top floor to bottom floor. Breakfast was good and Vietnamese dishes were rotated daily for variety. Staff were efficient and friendly. Pool on rooftop was a welcome retreat from the heat, and we had fantastic views from the pool of surrounding mountains and ocean island views. Lots of restaurants and coffee places just metres from hotel door. Main attractions in Con Son town were just an easy ten to fifteen minute walk from hotel.

we were so impressed with our experience at this hotel from beginning to end, very good communication beforehand, prompt airport pick up. our room was immaculate, well appointed and spotless, no grim in any corners or round the shower door which is fairly common. the staff were all so friendly and helpful, breakfast covered all tastes with fresh cooked eggs to order, scooters available, and the roof top pool just perfect for a plunge at the end of the day with a great bar also on the roof.

Everything was pretty great, and excellent value for money. Quite luxurious overall. Breakfast was an enormous buffet with many options. Room was large, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Outdoor shower was a plus! Lovely view from the rooftop pool/bar area. Excellent service from Ngu and the team. The hotel is in a central location which makes it easy to get around on foot, otherwise they also have scooters available for hire at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

It was the best choice for us (a couple of eastern europeans), since the hotel is very clean, the room is spacious, the bed comfy, very friendly staff, the food was always fresh and the location is also nice! The rooftop pool and bar are a nice touch, we spent some time up there :) The island is perfect for those who want some peace and quiet and this hotel was the best option for us. Totally reccomend!

The Mystery Con Dao is a fabulous hotel in a perfect location to discover the island. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the roof top bar and pool is a perfect place to chill out.Breakfast is plentiful and the whole place is very clean indeed. We had a beautiful room with a balcony which I would highly recommend booking for a little extra.

Breakfast was included - catering for a vast array of tastes and cultures. Pool bar with infinity pool had a variety of seating - sofas, loungers, soft recliners etc. Prices reasonable for this type of hotel.Location was close to the sky train, only a few stops to the ferry at Sathorn. 7-Eleven right next door for SIM cards and anything else you've forgotten/need. Other restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, especially for the value. Stayed four nights. Rooms are clean and quiet, comfy beds, updated. Fantastic breakfast - so many options (egg/omelette bar, noodle bar, fruits, cheeses, stir fry, dumpling bar), high quality and excellent service. L-shaped infinity pool on the 16th floor offers amazing skyline views. Short walk to the above and below ground rail systems - less than a ten minute ride to the Chao Phrya River. 7-11 right next door. Highly recommended all around.

This rooms are great for the families with kids. The breakfast is amazing, the staff was very helpful. Although there is many hungry guests in the morning, the hotel has great solution, you can drink morning coffee waiting for your table in comfy spaces. That was awesome. And the hotel offers many little things that made our stay perfect.

We really liked the location, it was right in front of a big shopping mall and the facilities were really nice, everything was mostly made out of wood and there were lots of rocks and greenery in the hotel. The breakfast area was nice because there were two sides and you could choose to either look at the sea or the forest. Our room was comfy and we enjoyed the fitness room and the pool, the pool is a rooftop swimming pool so it was a nice experience.

Fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and well planned. The staff were very friendly, attentive, polite and professional. The bed was very comfortable. The pool on the 23rd floor is just amazing with a view of the water on one side and Mt. Kinabalu on the other. Beautiful bar with wonderful staff and very good cocktails on the 23rd floor as well. Very well located within walking distance of many good restaurants and shops. This hotel is exceptional value for money and one of the best we’ve had the pleasure of staying in as of late. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect!! Right opposite a really big shopping mall, the staff were amazing and really accommodating. The pool view was beautiful, breakfast was amazing and so many options to choose from, my room was exceptional and the bed was extremely comfortable. I did book the sea view but I do wish I had booked the mountain view instead as the sea view wasn’t that great, other than that everything was absolutely incredible.

The bed was very comfortable and we loved the filtered water at the sink. Great shower too. Loved the area, close to the MRT and Chinatown, and the building was gorgeous...reminiscent of a rainforest, with an infinity pool as well (although it was small).

The building itself is amazing and is the key selling point. Beautiful plants everywhere. The infinity pool is very nice. The staff was super courteous. The location right next to the mall and the Chinatown MRT was very practical.

It is gorgeous and an icon of the Chinatown area with its luscious gardens and infinity pool.

We weren't guests at the hotel but wanted to visit the gardens because we knew they were beautiful. We asked security if it was possible and he said he could do a little tour of the hotel instead (because the gardens are for guests only). It was very nice, we got to see the view of Singapore on the 16th floor and the infinity pool ! The security man, Sylvester, was very nice :)

The villa was like a small paradise, with a private infinity pool overlooking nature. The bamboos and the sounds of birds were simply magical.

The architecture of the buildings and the beautifully kept garden, nestled in the Jungle made this place very special. The staff were very friendly and upgraded us to the honeymoon villa with private infinity pool overlooking a jungle clad ravine. Location wise this place is off the main strip and as such was nice and quiet however good restaurants were just a short walk away. Would certainly stay here again if we come back through Ubud.

Friendly staff, pleasant gardens & pools, good breakfast. The pool in the large Pool Villa was lovely and private and we enjoyed this sanctuary away from Ubud’s busy streets.

The whole resort is beautiful, the most incredible gardens all around and the staff were amazing. Amanda was particularly helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the private pool villa and it was excellent. The villa is spacious, super comfortable bed, private with a beautiful garden and the pool is really nice! I had a fantastic treatment at the spa as well. The breakfast was nice, and the accomodation is away from the main road so really quiet and peaceful, but also close enough to walk for dinner etc. so I found the location to be perfect.

We were Relaxed and calm at the resort. Breakfast was reasonably served a bit different at each day. Pool was spacious to enjoy a day and beach was next to the pool. Menu at the hotel was simple at the afternoon/dinner, so we went out to the restaurant at the outside of hotel once.

Fantastic breakfast spread, fantastic service staff. It’s children day in Vietnam I see lots of family with kids…wonderful children day for the young kids. Close by the beach, and 4 or 5 swimming pool in this hotel. You can swim and watch the waves as one of the pool is closer to the beach.

Everything is good! service is standardize. My kids really loved swimming pool and Lemongrass restaurants where has adorable staffs. it will be better if every room is equipped a non-woven bag ( as laundry bag) for dirty/ wet cloths, because it is clearly that almost guest will go to the beach or use swimming pool, and it takes a lot of time for stuffs totally dry.

Great breakfast choices, the rooms were clean and comfy, great location and the pool was fantastic to cool off in BUT the best thing about Soleil is the staff! All the staff are just lovely and so helpful, they all made my kids feel at ease and happy - gave them yoghurt of an afternoon by the pool and also when we were going on a tour. These small gestures just make all the difference. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

We were in a suite which was a lovely big room with a balcony. The hotel is just on the edge of the Old Quarter so great location and it is like a cool, calm oasis from the bustle and heat of the city. The pool is small but lovely, breakfast was good. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff who couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant, especially Jenny, Zoe and Charlie on reception. The day we were leaving we were in the city for 10 hrs after check out time and still able to use the pool and showers. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The property was in a great central location close to train street - rooms were great and breakfast had a good variety. The pool was ok. Only negative was the pool bar facilities- no one to serve you no matter what time of the day - no happy hour - would have been nice to sip on something cool in the heat.

Everything. Whole resort is stunning. Really great breakfast. Lovely beach with plenty of beanbag sun beds & double loungers. Plenty of loungers round the lovely main pool too. This time we stayed in a superior loft room which is more towards the road than the beach but we loved it. Our room was directly overlooking the smaller swimming pool & every time we stayed round it we had it all to ourselves. Lots of great restaurants a short stroll along the beach. We have stayed in many hotels on this beach (& more expensive ones!) but this is definitely our favourite & we will be back.

The resort is very nice we were pleased, the staff is very kind, the pool is nice, they have bean bags and sunbeds on the beach. The beach is very long so you can go for a walk. They have an open bungalow for massage and the massage was very good. The breakfast is so good and you have a lot of options. And the resort has pinkpong table and pool table. In the evening they have fire shows, every evening is different. And the rooms are very spacious.

Beautiful, tranquil resort just minutes away from busy Ubud. The private villa with pool is the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate with nature. Friendly staff, great food. Nice waterfalls close by.

This property is tucked away in Ubud, so getting anywhere will be a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour, plus traffic. Expect almost 1.5-2 hours to get to Canggu/Seminyak. However, it is very quiet and quaint. The area is safe and wonderful to walk up and down the rice paddies. Staff were super kind. Wish the pool and gym area was bigger but honestly, it still did the job. Food is good and lots of healthy options. Highly recommend booking a massage and a yoga nidra session.

Loved this little Gem! I stayed in the little house with its own pool. It was Private and Beautiful. The bed was really comfortable. Loved the hotel had flowers on the bed and also in the bathroom. All the little extras like the fruit basket was much appreciated. The food was good too! I needed to chill for a few days and it was perfect for relaxing. Thank you to all the staff. Sumer and the front desk crew, the cleaning crew was so efficient. Everyone at the hotel wanted you to have the absolute best time. So sweet. Had a massage and it was really nice too! Loved the breakfast in the room. 🙏 thank you .

An Unforgettable Escape Amidst Rice Paddies This property was nothing short of amazing! Its stunning location nestled within the rice fields provided a truly tranquil and picturesque backdrop. The resort facilities were outstanding, and the range of activities on offer was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the wonderful dance show, the adventurous waterfall cycle ride, and the incredibly relaxing spa facilities. The daily shuttle to Ubud was, as always, a great convenience. The food from the restaurant was simply incredible, a real culinary highlight. However, what truly elevated this stay to the next level was the staff. Their attentiveness was exceptional, and their genuine warmth and care really made my experience memorable. I can't recommend this resort highly enough for a truly special and unforgettable getaway.

New clean hotel with very and comfortable rooms, very well equipped. Good location close to My Khe Beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. There is a clean pool with jacuzzi on the roof, from where you can see the fire and water show on the Dragon Bridge in Danang at night. Good WiFi.

Very nice and spacy hotel room with all the necessary facilities including washing machine. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was served, offering both local breakfast options as well as European type of breakfast and was tasty. The stuff is very polite, nice and helpful. Very nice pool with a view with long opening hours which was mostly empty. The location is convinient, close to the beach (ca 5-7min) with a smaller supermarket right accross the street. The dragon bridge and the market are ca 20 minutes walking.

The front office manager was incredibly kind, as was all the staff, especially Tiana, who helped with restaurant recommendations and Phuc, who kindly served me breakfast each day. The premium studio suite was so well furnished and comfortable. Great to have a washing machine and a fully fitted kitchen. Everything seemed brand new! The swimming pool on the roof was fun! Very close to the beach and many nice restaurants and bars. Most of all, the staff made me feel like a member of their family. Such great hospitality at such a very low price. I will be back!

Great little boutique apartment hotel close to surf patrolled clean beach. The staff headed by Huang, Front Office Manager, were so helpful in organising tours, transport and information. Breakfast was served in downstairs indoor or outdoor settings. The level of comfort was exceptional with comfortable bed, kitchen and dining areas etc. and having a washing machine was just a bonus! Supermarkets and restaurants close by. Although rooftop pool not large we had it to ourselves most of the time.

Villa was exceptional - clean, well appointed and quiet. It felt very luxurious. The staff were wonderful and friendly and always very accomodating. The villa is in a fantastic location - about 3 mins to the beach/beach bars, 3 mins to the lawn and maybe 5-10 mins to the “centre” of Canggu (thought it felt like all the good stuff is within 2 mins of the villa!) The pool is great, the breakfast and afternoon tea was delicious (and they offered vegetarian options). Highly recommend this accommodation for a couple who wants a bit more of a luxe stay.

Everything was perfect - location less than 5 minutes walk from the best surf beach and beach front bars & restaurants in one direction, and 5 minutes walks to great shops in the other direction. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautifully designed, with private & sunny areas, and the pool perfect. Restaurant food was delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Best spot in Bali.

Eco Luxe offered complete privacy with their individual villas, from a large sized pool and daybed to a comfy bed and couple sized bath. The staff were amazing and helpful without a fault because it needing to organize transport, to picking out tourist spots or even selecting breakfast for the following day. The accompanying restaurant was great with a generous happy hour that always left us satisfied. The villa is in the heart of Canggu with you being walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

It was an amazing stay. They provide everything a person needs for luxury stay including welcome treat, afternoon tea with delicious pastry, private pool and so on. Location is the best. You are in 2 min distance from the sea. Staff is kind and helpful. I would explicitly highlight the 24/7 breakfast option in SARI caffe, their smoothies might be the most delicious ones that I have ever eaten. The restaurant itself is 10 out of 10 with friendly staff, yummy food and ambiance.

We arrived late and were welcomed warmly by the reception staff and given a lovely cup of ginger tea. The receptionist gave us lots of useful information and took us to our room. The decor was very nice and we particularly enjoyed having a bath. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the entrance to old town along a paved road, or a very short grab ride away. You can also hire bikes from the hotel. Breakfast was really good with lots of freshly cooked Vietnamese options available and plenty of other options. We particularly enjoyed eating breakfast by the pool. We were very impressed by the sky bar (with pool table) and infinity pool. The hotel offers laundry service at a very reasonable price too, although we ended up using a service right next to the hotel for slightly cheaper. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 5 weeks in SE Asia!

Very nice hostel close to The Pub Street yet on a quiet street. The room is large and comfortable, also the bathroom with a bathtub was great. AC worked great also WIFI was good. The all place is clean and looks new ; cleaning in the room was made on request, also changing towels. The pool area and the bar looks great and it's a nice place to relax. It was very convenient that they offer shared or private tours at good prices, also pick up form airport and bus station. The music at the bar was not loud during the day so it was really quiet in the room all the time.

The atmosphere was super chill and welcoming—perfect for relaxing and meeting other travelers. The pool area is definitely a highlight: clean, inviting, and great for cooling off after a hot day. he staff were all very friendly and helpful. They really made me feel at home and gave great tips for exploring. My room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches that made it feel cozy.

This hostel is awesome, seriously, you won't find better for the price! It's super central, a short walk to the pubs and river. The pool is great, dorms are spotless, and the common area comfy. The Rock bar is an epic restaurant overlooking the ocean. The food was outstanding, and the infinity pool was unreal.

We stayed at Ayana Villas as a family of 4. Amazing week at Ayana! The property is just beautiful with over a dozen pools, and more restaurants than we were able to visit. We also used the spa, gym and thalasotherapy pool. Our villa was perfect, a great size and beautiful pool, view etc. most importantly, the staff was just amazing and almost as everyone we spoke to was long term at Ayana. Nothing was too much to ask for and the app was super helpful. Our concierge/ ‘butler’ (Bagus) was amazing…our kids loved him! Thanks Bagus! Would definitely go again.

It was just amazing the view from the ocean pool from the main pool. The lobby the entrance. The room view everything was just exceptional. The lift which goes to the ocean pool is just amazing. The huge property three days should give at the property is just amazing. The view is breathtaking from every side of the hotel. It’s just fantabulous.

The resort was so luxurious, the variety of pools was amazing, there was so much to see and do. The kids club at rimba was ideal for my two toddlers. It’s all modernised and happy went off with Nannie’s to play for a few hours. Ocean beach pool is breathtaking as is the rock bar at sunset. There are really good water slides in the kids pool but a little too big for my toddlers. We loved watching the monkeys and the sunsets from our balcony too

The breakfast is served in an outside area, which was also nice with pool view and Bali vibes.

Ecozy is such a great place to stay. It’s close enough to walk to restaurants, beach, clubs etc., but also far enough away to get some peace and quiet from the chaos of Canggu. The staff are amazing and s friendly. The food is also very good and the breakfasts very generous. My wife and I had the villa with our own private plunge pool which was so nice to relax and enjoy. The main pool area is also very nice. All in all great value, great service, very clean and safe.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure you have the perfect stay. The breakfast was really good, with lots of options suitable for vegan/vegetarian too. They have a small public pool, but we had a private villa, which had its own pool, so didn’t really use the main guest one, Our room was clean and really comfortable.

The staff were so nice and very helpful, they really made our stay perfect and the best part is the breakfast until 5pm, a very good breakfast of 3 courses of our choice with a drink!! Really one of the best hotels where we stayed in Bali, we booked the deluxe room with a private pool and had a floating breakfast served in our pool. We totally recommend this hotel!!!!

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was perfect and I loved my private pool. Great value for money. Some nice restaurants nearby and a great spa so the location was great for just relaxing by my pool.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast was ok. We had a balcony towards the sea and you can hear the music from the club further away on the beach until 11pm. The water in the pool is quite chilly (21C) but the pool is little too short for laps. Gym is basic. Very helpful and friendly staff at reception and restaurant.

Everything. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view. Breakfast had a lot of options. The gym had all the equipment we needed with a great view of the pool and the beach also. The staff was amazing and helpful all the time. Special thanks to Quyhn (receptionist) as she went above and beyond to help us get tickets to attractions, set up appointments or anything we needed. Definitely recommend this place!

The family room was perfect and had a great view of the sea. Spacious, clean and very modern room. Great selection at breakfast buffet and lovely pool and steam/sauna facilities.

The hotel comes with very great spa services. Enjoyed do much. Thank you to the therapist, Ms Thu. Wonderful customer services, nice beach view, the spa is fantastic and fabulous. Breakfast is good. Super view at the 26th rooftop bar. Nice pool with beach review.
