Hotels with Infinity Pool in Yogyakarta

We stayed for 4 nights at the Novotel Suites Yogyakarta Malioboro. The staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. We stayed on the 9th floor, the breakfast was in the 8th floor and the Pool and Bar was on the 10th floor. The breakfast was a buffet with a large selection of very good food. The room was cleaned and comfortable. The pool was large with a infinity pool overlooking part of the city. There is also a bar beside the pool, the staff were very friendly epically the bar manager (sorry I cant remember his name) he talked to us and took some good photos for us on our last night. Some nights they had some music. The location was perfect. 15 mins walk from the main train station and 2 mins walk to JL Malioboro street.

about the fitness center to small not like my expectations and the second one about the swimming pool close to early 7 p.m and when the swimming time there is a function there that's way I can not do nothing cancel my pool time I don't want to bother that function thank yiu

Everything was perfect. Location is very convenient, both as a starting point for trips outside the city and just to walk around the Malioboro area, rooms are spacious, well designed and kept spotless, rooftop pool was big and clean, with a very nice adjoined bar with extremely polite and accommodating staff, same as everywhere in the hotel; breakfast was plentiful, with all kinds of food. All in all, a it was a perfect stay.

Everything excellent! Location, staff, pool, breakfast buffet, rooftop restaurant , bar, room size perfect , clean bathrooms … I can’t think of a nicer stay in Central Java, and I’ve been to this area on 5 trips! Kudos to the friendly staff!

The room was really large and the bed was comfortable and we loved relaxing at the rooftop pool and bar! Especially loved the amazing cocktails (try the pink lady!). The hotel was really well priced and perfectly located within walking distance to Malioboro Street and taxis were a breeze to get to the temples and other tourist sites. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming and the added security measures meant we always felt safe! Thanks for a great stay!

Its a five star hotel in yogyakarta ,location connected to the biggest Mall in Yogyakarta, Hotel It’s clean, Smell so good when you enter the Main Lobby , room is huge and comfortable, The service in the Yogyakarta kitchen for the Breakfast was really good , staff are well trained . and a lot of choices from the appetizer to the main course. Even the drinks they served freshly choices of coffee .and juices . The infinity pool was really huge and comfort with a lot of lounger bed provided, The staff was well manner , special thanks to MUNIR from concierge . He’s really helpful, polite, very well manner, and Professional . Keep it up👌 LOVE IT ❤️

From the moment we arrived, everything at Marriott Yogyakarta was zen🧘🧘‍♀️. We were greeted by Cia and her colleague with tamarind and ginger drinks — such a nice local touch that made us feel instantly welcome. Check-in at the M Club was super smooth, and the staff there made us feel like VIPs the whole time. The service was so personal and friendly that we didn’t want to leave the lounge! Our room was amazing — so cozy and comfortable that I actually took a photo of the mattress brand because I’ve never slept so well in my life. The infinity pool and cabanas were just what we needed to unwind. Breakfast was another highlight — the variety was incredible, and the French toast was the best we’ve ever had. We also fell in love with the local gudeg — sweet, savory, and so unique. What really made our stay unforgettable was the people: Gracia, Irly, Keke, Syifa, Fiya, Alfa, Nanta, Cia, Shania, Vivia, Claudia, Hanan, Tara, and everyone else. You could truly feel their kindness and passion in everything they did. We honestly left feeling like we were saying goodbye to family. Thank you all for such a special stay — we can’t wait to come back! 🙏❤️

Hotel, pool, amenities as well as the local area makes it a perfect choice for family vacation. Shopping mall next door gives a lot of options for kids to play and have fun. The same for parents. Hotel room was clean, bed very comfortable and staff friendly. They took great care of us all. If I go back to Jogja, this will be my preferred choice. Pool is clean with shallow water for kids and some water fun. It is also deep enough for parents to swim. Breakfasts have wide choice and wifi in the room is superfast too.

The fitness center was great, When I came there the weather was cold, it was raining season. But the pool didnt have a heating one or I just failed to ask but either way it would be great if there is a heating pool. All the workers are friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the stay. There are various types of breakast cuisine which was also nice.

I enjoyed my stay at Porta. We mostly booked this hotel for its proximity to the university campus for a conference and it was amazing to have this within walking distance. The hotel rooftop (with infinity pool and sauna) offered perfect moments for relaxation. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The location is very strategic, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. The food is delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. One of the highlights is the rooftop infinity pool, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The sauna is also very comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, an excellent place to stay for both leisure and business trips.

Friendly and helpful staff. Stayover cleaning is very clean. They have nice rooftop pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Pool is not so big but has a nice view over the city. The hotel is also very new.

The room was comfortable, quite spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel has a 24 hours restaurant and bar which is very handy! It has a rooftop bar with a pool and a sauna! Location is good to go out of the city but it's not walking distance to the city center. Staff was very nice and helpful - at breakfast we had very nice staff who was handling the buffet. In general our stay was perfect!

A very nice hotel in a cozy area in a quiet side street, close to nice bars and restaurants, supermarkets, an artesian bakery and small art shops. It is the nicest area and place to stay that we have seen while being in Yogyakarta. A great mix between local vibe and traveler's needs close by. If you like authentic, clean and comfortable places, this will be your type of accommodation. We travel a lot and always look for cozy and kind places where you feel comfortable and welcome. Rita and her staff are extremely kind and helpful and go the extra mile for their guests. They give you helpful and honest advice for your trips and anything else you need, such as the best money exchange place, close by gym and you can even rent a motorbike directly with Aloha, which is comfortable and they have good prices. They can also organise and book your excursions for you if you want. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The bigger rooms with more natural light and balcony are upstairs, while the smaller rooms with garden view are on the ground floor. We prefer the room on the ground floor, because you can easily access it and don't need to walk any stairs. Super happy to have found this very nice accommodation. 100% recommended. Very friendly and helpful staff. Every day the room was cleaned. Free tea/coffee in the lobby which was friendly served. The room is spacious and comfortable. And the hotel has a nice atmosphere at a great location; in a quiet street but within 2 minutes walking from the street with nice restaurants.

Amazing accommodation! Really helpful, great area around the hotel, nice bars and restaurants, staff super friendly and helpful. They organized the tour to Borobudur for us. Room super clean and bed is comfortable!

The hotel is located ona small street which limits car traffic and accompanying noise. The building is beautifully designed with a lovely atrium occupied by a fish pond and water plants. The stairwell is lighted during the day by a beautiful stained glass panel. The room was large with a large bed and pullout sofa. The bath was clean, and shower enjoyable. The WiFi was fine. The staff were incredibly attentive, and kind. They helped arrange a car with a driver who spoke English and took us everywhere we wanted to go. The lobby is cool and breezy with free freshly made Javan coffee on request. We also liked the small fruit stand and restaurants which we patronized right next door. We would definitely lke to stay there again.

The property has a new, clean, comfortable feel with great views and pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and they provide a breakfast box if you’re doing an early morning trip out.

We were very impressed by the modern style of the hotel and quality of the furniture and fittings in our room. Very luxurious. The hotel is in a good location, away from the very busy centre of Yogyakarta. The reception staff organised taxis for us. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was both good value and high quality. The views from our room and the rooftop swimming pool were amazing, especially at night. All of the staff and the manager were very helpful and obliging, and we felt very welcome.

Gorgeous, plant-filled oasis with a nice little pool. This place is super cute and I loved all of the decorations. It has kind of a hippie, local art, treehouse vibe. My room was upstairs with a balcony and outdoor shower near the reception area. Very comfortable with both a fan and AC. Staff were lovely and very helpful with purchasing ballet tickets and answering questions. We were up very early for the sunrise Borobudor tour and they packed us a to-go breakfast. Pool area is small and more suited for a quick dip as there are only a few chairs. I loved the neighborhood as well.

Good location and lovely rooms. We had two small rooms first stay and a bigger room second stay. All were clean with great decor. Breakfast was great and laundry service fantastic. Such a nice feel to the property and loved the balconies to relax on. Pool was great to cool down in but nowhere to relax around pool. Showers worked well.

The hotel has lots of amenities to play with the kids, there are lots of games around the pool e.g. water slides, balls, buoys, we spent a very nice family time. The staff is very accommodating: my son is vegetarian and they had no issues adapting the a la carte menu to remove the meat and replace with veggies, or even taking special orders for his breakfast in advance. The rooms are very comfortable, we got 2 communicating rooms. The whole decoration, the art, the trees around the pool, the golf course (where you can jog) are beautiful. I definitely recommend

everything, great staff, probably the most professional and friendly staff I have ever dealt with. everyone spoke English. like, even the kids were able to have conversations with the staff and every interaction we had was positive. amazing (free) breakfast, best breakfast I ever had in Indonesia. spectacular array of pools in all temperature, depths and sizes with rope swing, water slides, a basketball hoop and floaties, surrounded by well taken care of gardens. free hot tub/sauna area. everything was spotless clean. rooms had amazing views.

Everything! Staff is so nice and provided us with a really warm welkom. We did the bike tour and got a massage. It was all so good and lovely. Restaurants are also good and you really get good high quality food. Pool is amazing and really refreshing. Location is amazing, all the green in a big city. Anddd amazing view Mt Merapi from rooftop. Amazing!

We loved everything about our stay there. The staff is extremly friendly and helpful, the breakfast exceptional and the the pool and garden area are extraordinary! We also booked the romantic dinner for our wedding anniversary, which was a very special and unforgettable moment for us as couple. We hope to be back soon :)

Its location, excellent free wifi connection, luxurious hotel room with comfortable beds and Italian shower, free mini bar, free water dispensors close to your room, nice swimming pool with free bath towels, coffee & tea, But what we will remain in our sweet memories are the extensive breakfast (delicious sotos, healthy jamus, fresh baked Pisang Goreng, Perkendel, Timpeh) and the warm felt hospitality shown by all its staff members.

I stay here eight nights, and it has been a truly exceptional stay. The mini jam is small, but the crypt with enough of facilities to work with the best part is the swimming pool which faces the volcano and when the day is clear, you can see the volcano from the pool on the rooftop all the staff members are truly very nice. They want you to enjoy the best stay genuinely. There was a departure gift, which is a huge loaf of milk bread and it was delicious so the whole day was great and perfect from the very beginning to the end.

This was a very nice hotel, for the price. The room was spacious, big and clean. We had a room to the back so we did not have problems with the train noises. Great location. Across the street from the train station, but the room was quiet. Nice snack shop downstairs. Ordered dinner to our room when we arrived late. Nice restaurant. Great breakfast. Loved the pool on the roof. We could easily walk downtown and see the shops and visit more restaurants. Friendly staff!

The staff were amazing! Dimas at the front desk was so accommodating! He took our food order to the restaurant which took its last order for food at 23:00 because we wouldn’t get to the hotel u til 23:15. The food at the rooftop restaurant was also nice Perfect location too. Quick walk from the train station and Malioboro street for shopping. We didn’t get to use the pool but it had a great view.

Superb buffet breakfast. Even the ala carte dishes for lunch and dinner were exceptional, tasty and inexpensive. Staff were very courteous, the hotel is so underrated. It caters to everybody. Located away from the hustle and bustle but still within the vicinity of the busy streets for hangout. Easy to get grab or gojek. Staff, staff, staff......love them. Bed super comfy, i got family room with a tent in it - nice touch. Wifi excellent. Wished I had used the pool, but it looked great. Coming here next time with the family. HIGHLY recommended!

Incredible value in the heart of Yogyakarta. Chic, modern hotel with beautiful decor. Foyer has a great coffee shop and working area, just before a restaurant that serves an ample Indonesian and Western breakfast buffet. Beautiful swimming pool in the middle. Rooms are stylish, calming and inviting. Reception is very helpful if you need to book tours and cars. Only drawback is no safe if you need one.

This is a very nice hotel. The service was incredible. Everyone was kind and went out of their way to help me. Beds are comfortable and shower wonderful after a long day The pool is welcoming during the heat of the day I liked the restaurant the most. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods. Asian, western, pastries, fruit, grilled chicken, noodles, soup and veggies. I’m gluten free intolerant and could find plenty to eat I enjoyed my stay at Gaia

Loved the hotel design! Super value for price. Staff were nice and helpful, restaurant was great. Coffee was AWESOME! Mostly local families in the hotel. A little overwhelming during breakfast to find seats, and uncomfortable to use the pool due to overcrowd of families and kids. hope the hotel puts in refrigerator, that’ll make it perfect.

The hotel was just wonderfully clean & nice also every corner it’s just aesthetically pleasing. The pool water has very clean, staff is friendly and room is comfortable. The restaurant ‘Semeja’ is this hotel is def my favourite. Definitely going back here when I visit Yogja, very recommended to stay in this hotel.

The staff was excellent and reception extremely helpful. The poolside rooms and balconies have a wonderful view and the greenery around the fairly large pool is pretty. The rooms are spacious and practical. Good space for luggage and a lot of counter space.

Lovely swimming pool, children's play area, gym, and rooftop deck with amazing views. Easy walking distance to vegan/vegetarian cafes and restaurants, cool mural art in the alley directly across the street, ATM a few minutes away. The family suite was spacious and we had a comfortable 2 night stay with small kids. Breakfast buffet has delicious coffee. We hired a car for half-day to take us to Borobudur and the price was very reasonable, the car was comfortable, and very nice driver.

The inside pool was very cozy and breakfast was varied and plentiful. Room was spacious enough and had a little balcony for us to enjoy fresh air. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and bars around the area. Near enough Malioboro, by transport. We walked and it's not difficult but all by road side and roads are quite busy.

A lovely comfortable hotel, the staff were very attentive. It was nice to sit by the pool in the morning for breakfast and there was plenty of options. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were clean and well functioning. It was a short walk through a little laneway to access many restaurants on the next street.

Lala and Rolly are wonderful hosts! They’re so friendly and helpful - we had a lovely time staying in their guesthouse. They have had a hot shower system installed recently which is really good! All of the breakfasts they offer are so delicious - we will truly miss the egg sandwiches and Indonesian rice and noodles they made for us! Breakfasts always included fruit, cold water and coffee too. In the mini kitchen, you can boil water at any time and there’s a free water refill too. The guesthouse is very convenient for local sites and is in a quiet (if you’re a light sleeper, the hosts provide ear plugs too) and peaceful location. We thought the room was very cute and well decorated. Highly recommend for a stay in Yogyakarta!

Helpfull & very friendly host. They even prepared a booklet with all usefull information about city’s atractions. Area is clean and quiet (for us is no problem with calling for a prayer), but super close to the center, museums, shops and restaurants - so You can enjoy the city by 5-10min walk. Yogya has nice artistic vibe and everywhere grows green plants. Breakfast is included - You can appreciate the art during the eating :) Room is comfortable and very clean, with WIFI. It’s easy to get there by cheap train or take a Grab Taxi from the AirPort. Highly recommeted!

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and with a pretty design. Everything worked properly, including hot water in the shower and air conditioning. All toiletries were provided. The breakfast was very tasty. Despite its location in the city centre, it was quiet there. The owners are very friendly.

Rolly and Lala are fantastic hosts, we loved our stay in their homestay, which is in great walking locations from main areas and in the middle of a neighborhood. We would definetly advise anyone coming to Yogakarta to stay here. The rooms are set with great care, look wonderful with cute art and plants ( Understandably as one of them is a local artist!). They have fans to help with the heat and the futons are very comfortable. Also nice having deemer lights for the evening, not something we had often during our trip around South East Asia. It is a cold shower but that was not a problem for us in this heat, bathroom was nice and clean and again stylish! Kitchen access available for tea and coffee during the day& hot drink and lovely breakfast daily- we had the egg sandwich& fruits and coffee each time but they offered other dishes also. They made us a pack breakfast the morning we left ridiculously early for a sunrise tour. They provided us with advice on tours/things to do and we loved watching some of their traditional celebrations on our last night. We enjoyed learning about their culture and tradition a lot.

My stay was very pleasant. Lala and Rolly were very welcoming and always with a great smile. They accommodated the breakfast time to my schedule and offered also to take my laundry for an extra charge. It was a little bit difficult to find at first the room, but then I got used to the route. It is strategically located near Malioboro area and some museums at a walkable distance. The room itself was very cozy, spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It is important to note that since it is in the middle of a neighboring area there are bird sounds in the early morning and you can hear the Muslim prayer as well, though they provide earplugs. I totally recommend staying here if you want the experience of a guest house.

The hotel is nice and well decorated. We got two suits on the second and third floors. They were spacious, clean, nicely decorated and very quite. Almost all rooms overlook the pool. The pool is small but very stylish. It seems also clean and well managed. The staff is super friendly. They quickly organised our tour to the main temples with a great driver at a convenient price. The location is great: close to the old city center, lots of trendy restaurants, bars and coffee shops at walking distance, but in a quiet street. Abundant breakfast.

A perfect stay from start to finish. Extremely comfortable bed, clean room, lovely pool and wonderful breakfast. The staff were amazing and so helpful - we had a late evening departure and they let us keep our bags here all day and even gave us towels for a shower in the evening. Would definitely stay again.
