What I loved most about Atlantis: Everything about this place felt special. The location was perfect — right on the water with incredible views and easy access to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that made our stay really comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The atmosphere was relaxing yet vibrant — perfect for a family getaway. We especially loved the pool area and the little details that made it feel like a true escape.

We loved the hotel! The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel. We didn't spend much time in the pools and they weren't overly interesting but we did of course love Aquaventure that is included in the cost of your hotel stay. We spent a day and a half there and had a ton of fun! The queues were not bad at all and we were able to do a lot of rides. Unfortunately the aquarium was closed for renovations while we were staying at the hotel but the large fish tank is amazing! The restaurants are great too and you can make reservations online - really there's no need to leave the hotel!

From check-in to check-out, everything about our stay was smooth and remarkable. I usually stay in 5-star hotels, but this experience was on an entirely different level. The venue is immaculate—modern, luxurious, and clearly brand new. What truly stood out, though, was the service. The staff were outstanding, especially Sayid at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and I’m sincerely grateful for the care he showed to my family. My wife and our 2-year-old son will always cherish the memories we made here. The food was top-tier, and the rooftop infinity pool offered breathtaking views—a perfect place to unwind. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Ausblick auf Dubai Downtown - tolle Dachterrasse mit Pool und Restaurant. Leider war zu unserem Aufenthalt grosser Baulärm vom Nachbarn zu hören. Das Hotel hat sich aber sehr grosszügig gezeigt und uns entsprechend entschädigt. Bester Service den ich in Dubai je hatte. Sehr empfehlenswert - unbedingt Sicht auf Down Town buchen - die andere Seite ist nicht so attraktiv.

Very professional and helpful staff, the hotel was amazing and super clean and comfortable 🩷 highly recommended!! Also we had problems with booking taxis because of the high demand but the staff made it easier they were super helpful they made everything easy for us!🤗

Breakfast A delightful spread with fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes. The staff ensured everything was always fresh and plentiful. Location Perfectly central, with major attractions and transport just steps away. Despite the prime location, the hotel remained a peaceful retreat.

Lovely lobby entrance, greeted by a friendly polite man at 3am who was eager to assist. I arrived and checked in as quickly as I checked out. Showered and bolted to the airport in under 30 minutes. Bedding was clean, bathroom and entry way too. Amazed the bathroom was equipped with not only a great sized shower with 2 shower heads; waterfall style and detachable, there was a bathtub too!!! Sadly my flight was changed from 5:30pm to 5:30am, so intechnucalled wasted 320AUD but, I’m able to tell you, the room and hotel is worth returning to!

The room overlooked the pool and ocean and was very cozy and calm. Pool was really good with a pool bar in the middle. Beach was a bit wavy, but that's obviously not the hotel's fault. Overall, the hotel is really good. You should just watch out with regards to food from outside the hotel as it's not allowed.

the many many experiences you can have throughout the property! from the pool party, to the entertainment, to all the different F&B options, the water park, the pool bars, the different pool vibes, there's so much to do especially if you have kids with you !

I loved the customer service and how everyone across all 3 resorts are friendly, helpful and polite. A special thanks to McOliver from reception he is lovely, well prepared, helpful. He helped us with the check in and check out made it smooth smiling all time and friendly. I liked the multiple pools, the long area to walk on the beach and outside. Adult pool was quiet and nice. Sand bar is cool.

It was a wonderful experience! We had a room directly in front of the pool, ground floor, and we enjoyed every moment. Amina from splash pool bar is the best drink mixer / bar tender that I ever met. She ist very friendly and highly professional. We enjoyed also playing golf and doing sports Overall it was wonderful!

A proper resort, lot of things to do. Nice for kids as well. I've been to this hotel already for 2 times earlier. It seems I keep coming back :) We liked to hang out at the pool, leave our computers and other valuables at the poolside tables while walking at the beach and taking a bite at a restaurant. I liked to use the great gym which is a short walk away. Time slows down there and you don't want to leave.

Great sized room, we requested an extra bed which was provided. Reception was keen to help whenever we needed it and reacted promptly. Every inch of the hotel was perfectly clean. Pool staff were very professional, ensure everyone was safe and abiding by pool rules.

Lovely clean hotel. Spacious room with balcony and stunning views. Pool area has comfy beds and well stocked bar. Location close to many of Yas Island attractions. Nice breakfast. Valet parking available. Friendly staff. Tasty dinners in the Filini restaurant.
