Great location with stunning panoramic views on the mountains. Near to Brixen and Plose cable car (entrance included in guest card that received on check-in) The interior design of the suite is very impressive. Hotel owners and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. SPA facilities, SPA treatments, infinity pool and gym are absolutely superb. On the bar you can order a variety of liquor and cocktails. The dinner service on very high level, truly exceptional.

We had an amazing vacation at Santre in the Italian Alps. First of all, the scenery and the ambiance of the hotel were incredible. The food was fantastic, and I want to thank the chefs. In such a cold place, the heating system was designed exceptionally well. The infinity pool was stunning. I hope we can come back again. Thank you to the entire Santre team for this wonderful hospitality.

There is only one word that can describe the hotel - wooow! Location, facilities, food, staff.. I don't remember the last time I had such a nice stay. The hotel is very chic and elegant. Food is one time, gosh the dinner deserves a Michelin star, I felt the umami there. You have to go and experience it yourself, you won't regret, I can promise you. Wellness area was amazing, too. The infinity pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna.. all with a view towards the mountains. Respect to the Goller Family for creating such a jewel and for taking an active part in running the hotel. My birthday happened to be during my stay in the hotel and the whole staff made sure it is a birthday I will never forget. Looking forward to my next visit.

We had a luxurious and relaxing stay at this hotel! The spa area was stunning, and the views of the mountains were breathtaking. The pool was enjoyable, and there were several great saunas to choose from. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, complete with a cozy seating area overlooking the scenery. The restaurant and spa staff were amazing, and the owners personally engaged with guests, providing a wonderful touch of hospitality.

Amazing hotel for relaxation and traveling in the area. The staff was so friendly, attentive, professional and helpful. The half board is extensive and exceeded our expectations. The room designed very modern and luxury. The facilities, pools and the sauna are just stunning.

The magnificent view, the Spa (excellent and very professional massages, fairly priced too), the pools, the dinners, cozy room design with lovely daybed area and full-length glass window; great airy feel around and very silent (if tourists won't be that chatty themselves..). Good choice of original house mocktails (albeit pricey - 12-14eur each, with a LOT of ice inside). The service at the dinner was very friendly, fast and followed my dietary restrictions ultra-accurately, as well as spoke perfect English. Also, pre-arrival communications were well organized and handled.

Spotlessly clean. Tasty food, a nice selection for breakfast and dinner. OK for lunch. The pool is nice. The spa area is not the biggest one, but large enough.

What an absolute delight. My Arbor is one of the most incredible stays, every detail has been considered from the spacious suite designs, to the complimentary healthy snacks prepared by the pool to the unique sauna experiences. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, they even went out of their way to arrange for my husband to watch his ice hockey game at 2am from their conference room! The dreamiest hotel ever, we can’t wait to return.

We had an incredible spa day, where we could just relax. Both of us had the best massage ever and I also received an amazing facial and pedicure! The pool was great and never too crowded. Our room was gorgeous and super cozy. We had an amazing time. We can't wait to come back when it's snowing!

Everything was just PERFECT! we loved the view, the infinity pool, spa and relaxation area. Breakfast was delicious, we enjoyed making fresh apple and carrot juice every morning. The Linner concept was perfecf for our stay, was so much food so that you do not need dinner.

This is hotel is everything you expect and want from a 5 star hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and provided professional and courteous service no matter that issue. We stayed in a Tower Suite which was heavenly, the panorama view, sleek interiors and the most comfortable bed we had slept in on our strip were a few highlights. The spa and pool are of course a highlight for every guest and breakfast was divine. We wish had had booked a longer stay and will definitely be back for a longer stay.

The Chalet has an amazing view. The room is spacious and the amenities were great. The food is varied and good, and the hotel hosts cocktail nights each week. The staff was very helpful and patient, the pool is wonderful. Overall great stay

This hotel is a real gem - comfortable, clean, surrounded by nature, with beautiful views and far from the crowded touristic centers. It has a professional staff, heated water pool, spa area etc. The food was excellent. And our waitress Rosie is a real star! :)

Gorgeous setting in the quiet valley, with views of the Dolomites from our room. I loved the pool after a long morning of hiking. The breakfast and dinners were AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this resort stay.

Great breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Dinner was also excellent: 6 course menu with salad bar, appetiser, soup, choice of 2 primary dishes, 3 main dishes (meat, fish, vegetarian) and desert. Every plate was a piece of art. Also included in your stay are Yoga sessions and organised walks/hikes. Swimming pool: very comfortable water temperature, the inside pool and outdoor pool are connected via an automatic sliding door. Stunning view while swimming laps. We also enjoyed the sauna's after a long hiking day. You also receive a free 'Südtirol Guest Pass' which allows you free travel on busses, trains and some cable rides. The owners and Staff are all very friendly and helpful and make you feel at home right away. The rooms and all facilities are all very clean.

It was our second time at the hotel, and we were happy to find that our favourite hotel still holds its ground. The Hotel has everything a person needs for a quite relaxed stay, with great food, exceptional hospitality, and a wonderful scenery as a bonus. We had both breakfasts and dinners for five days and they were all of a very high restaurant quality with different dishes every day. All the facilities and rooms are spotless clean, and the hosts are very friendly and ready to help you with anything you need. One of a few places where you actually feel like you underpaid for the level of the service the hotel provides.

We stayed 6 nights and everything was fantastic the breakfast was lovely plenty to eat the room was spacious and clean also loved the spa and pool and Giorgio the owner and staff were so lovely we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with some nice restaurants a few minutes walk up the road especially residence kamerloy pizzeria restaurant which was our favourite fantastic food and lovely staff.I would just like to say a big thanks to Giorgio for making our stay in the dolomites one of the best holidays we have ever experienced we will never forget you .

first of all I would like to thank George and his team they r just incredible in customer service . I initially booked through booking.COM and booked a suite , but when we reached the hotel and saw the suite we didn’t like it as we had a 3 year old with us. we immediately changed the room and gave us a better one with an incredible view. Their breakfast is mind blowing specially the home made bakery items and everything is served fresh , the location is superb rooms are spacious. Thanks to George and his team for making our stay so memorable .

This is a real gem! Great new amenities (saunas, infinity pool). Fine on-site restaurant and huge selection of wines. Very convenient storage room for ski equipment and shuttle service to the slopes. Amazing staff felt like family. Super professional and friendly bartender Ivar made our stay even more interesting and unforgettable so we made a new friend and will definitely plan to return. We loved the design of the hotel, the attention to detail, the flowers in the garden, the terrace, the rooftop infinity pool and all the different places and zones to relax. The rooms were really well laid out too with balconies to sit and read and plenty of room and very comfortable beds too! Car parking really secure and convenient and fabulous views from the bedrooms, the pool and the eating areas. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and did everything they could to look after us. The breakfasts were absolutely incredible - the service was brilliant and such an amazing choice of pretty much anything you could ever want. We had dinner at the bistro on both nights, gorgeous cocktails and every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious.

The resort itself was outstanding in every aspect. There was a wonderfully warm welcome and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. By the end of the trip they were almost like friends. The owners would personally come and talk to us every day. Every detail in the resort, every room was beautifully thought out - e.g. for our children their room had a pop corn maker while for my wife and I we had a wine cave in the room. The infinity edge swimming pool was heated through the day and was a little slice of heaven, attached to perhaps the best pool area I have seen, peaceful, a roaring fire, an honour bar and a lovely spa /sauna/ area nearby. Every room had an amazing view of the mountains

As a first timer to the Dolomites, the location was perfectly position to visit some of the most popular hiking spots in the region. Petrol station, restaurants and car washes right by the hotel making it very convenient. The service was exceptional throughout, there is always someone around and actively checking to see if you need anything. We brought in takeaway one night and they set up a lovely table for us to eat in the restaurant. The room was amazing and offers panoramic views of Badia, they also have the best shower! The views get even better from the rooftop spa which is 360. Proper steam room and Sauna, and the infinity pool with the bubbles is the best way to spend an evening. There are plenty of areas to relax, so it never feels too busy. There’s ample space in the wellness area, with all types of chairs, and beds and egg chair swings. The main lounge and cigar room downstairs are great indoor places to relax. You may also fancy the sofas outside the front with the best view.

Beautiful hotel decor. Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful with maps and recommendations. The food was great. The rooftop infinity pool, sauna, and two relaxation rooms were fantastic! I loved the meditation room that had a view of one of the Dolomite mtns. It had a lovely aroma and a fireplace. I noticed that the daily info sheet on your breakfast table was tailored to each persons language. I loved this small but thoughtful element. This is the most relaxing hotel I've ever stayed in.

Everything was wonderful! The rooftop pool at sunset with poolside bar service was such a pleasant surprise . The staff, location, sauna, breakfast and amenities were all to die for. Hope to return one day.

Location was very good for hiking and also every famous place was just around 1h away. Pool area is great, warm not cold.

Breakfast was OK. They ran out of a lot of items and did not restock the buffet. Overall, the food (breakfast & dinner) was OK. We stayed in another hotel just down the road last year (around the same price), and their breakfast and dinner buffets were a lot better. I think they could improve their buffets.

Amazing place! Do not get fooled by its look from outside. They are trying to renew it. This place has nice and clean spa&wellness. Awesome saunas (the hay one was amazing). And the staff of this hotel was really great. We visited for a few days just right after our wedding and they all were so kind we even got special gifts at our hotel room. And the main waiter (a guy) was incredibly nice. He chatted with us every evening, the service was perfect! Thank you for making our stay very pleasant :)

We stayed in this lovely hotel for a few nights while on a ski trip. The facilities were fantastic. Lovely swimming pool and sauna/steam room. The food was good at every meal. Plenty of choice and a five course dinner every night. The room was large and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing. The hotel mini bus took us into the town or the ski bus stopped right outside. The ski room was clean and warm. Many thanks to all the staff who were always helpful and efficient.

The hotel has a great pool and garden an excellent half board restaurant and friendly staff. The rooms are modern, alpine style with lots of space. Situated just outside Ortisei its a 15 minute walk into town or 5 minutes by bike. Very friendly and fun, for families and friends.

The position of the hotel is good ,the bus to Ortisei is right out of the hotel. There is swimming pool, sauna. which can relax after trekking in the moutain. and there are lot of space in the hotel can be sitted and chatting with friend.All make me relax and we enjoy a lot here.

We loved the location and view, the pool, the food and the interior design of our room. The staff working at the restaurant is professional and friendly.

Upon arrival we knew it would be a wonderful experience, the place is fenius loci. It is incredible to see the beauty of the mountains after the sunrise. At the same time we got an upgraded room from the owner after some system problem. Everything was clean, brand new. The room was super equipped and the kitchen and the overall room. The wellness and the pool were great - big with panoramic view. Tasty breakfasts and great meals. Nice and helpful staff, even gam worked Slovaks so there was no language barrier. I really have nothing to complain about, I can only recommend it especially for couples and when you want to have peace and quiet it is exactly the place where it is not crowded. At the same time, the hotel puts the emphasis on sustainability - water from the mountains, solar systems. I have no words for a really incredible experience. I recommend 12/10

Loved the location (incredible views, day hikes possible from the property into a number of directions and at different levels of difficulty), the hotel offers very large rooms including a huge bed, a terrace/balcony and privacy. The kitchen in the room is great and fully equipped and the onsite restaurant is highly recommended. All staff are very attentive and friendly.

The location is just perfect, really nice views of the Dolomites! Trails starting from the hotel. The new part is very nice, also good kitchen facilities. Perfect beds, good curtains. Dog friendly with a inside place to clean the dog, or your mountain bike. Good wifi, also for streaming.

Our apartment was everything we could ask for: comfortable, beautiful, quiet, and clean. The SPA facilities were fantastic; we loved relaxing in the outdoor pool and saunas. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated them making an exception to accommodate our dog, even though it's not their standard policy. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Great stuff. Very helpful. We too the half board upgrade. Dinner was great and every day the dishes were different so it was like going to a different restaurant every day without leaving the hotel. Outdoor pool we used was perfect.

The outdoor pool overlooking the town of Castelrotto is lovely and the convenience of having a lift next to the hotel is a plus. A recently renovated property. Everything was new and very clean. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They even let us use the entire indoor pool for one hour for ourselves. Location is great.

Absolutely stunning, the location the staff and the hotel itself. The rooms are very modern, new and well equipped. The staff are incredibly kind. I had dinner for two nights at the restaurant, there is a fixed menu with a 3-course meal where you have some options to choose from. Additionally there is a self-service salad bar with many vegetables and other foods available. The food was very good and would highly recommend it. When I arrived I was also escorted to my room by the receptionist, she showed me everything in the room to close the curtains and things. Additionally she provided me with a special card which can be used on the local public transport and to go to the top of one of the mountains (Plose) for free everyday one up and one return. I would definitely advise to go up to the Plose as the views are lovely and there are nice walks, don't forget a jacket as it can be cold. The swimming pool is an infinity pool, really beautiful to relax in the garden. The gym is accessible 24/7 and is a room with a variety of equipment.

Room 405 on corner with balcony and nice view. The outdoor pool level seating area very nice for enjoying a glass of wine. Easy walk to grocery stores and city. We did not use the spa facilities or eat dinner there but breakfast was wonderful, but with assigned seating. Parking underground available both nights.

I could go on and on about this place! The room had lights all around that changed colors and "mood" music that played when you turned on the lights upon entering.
