Hotels with Infinity Pool in Sorrento

We stayed at Grand Hotel Royal for the last 3 nights of an 11 night trip to Italy and it was a great way to finish our journey. The hotel is beautiful and offers a great blend of classic luxury with modern amenities. We had 2 rooms - one looked over the sea with incredible views and the other was a suite for our 3 adult kids that looked over the park on the town side of the hotel. Both rooms were large and very comfortable with nice renovated bathrooms. The property grounds are spectacular with views from just about every spot. The pool area offers plenty of lounge chairs and a resort style pool with waterfall, infinity edge, seating areas. Take the tunnel path or elevator down to the beach club for a full service beach bar & cafe, dock with lounges and cabana boys, and a refreshing swim. Great garden like bar overlooking the sea perfect for sunset cocktails. And the best part it’s a short 5 min walk into the center of historic Sorrento very convenient.

This is a gorgeous property very close to the historic part of Sorrento. It is elegant with beautiful grounds. The gardens, pool, beach, views are incredible. The rooms are spacious, modern, well appointment, clean, comfortable. The breakfast room & food is fantastic. We opted for half boarding option with breakfast & dinner included. It was one of the best meals of our entire trip. The staff is so attentive & sweet. Everything was perfection. We loved our stay at this property. Our son had a blast at the pool. Highly recommend.

This is a stunning fresh modern hotel in wonderful grounds and a fantastic swimming pool. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea and the view was exceptional everyday. The staff were always helpful and attentive whether at the breakfast or dining sessions either at the pool or on the terraces!! Definitely would visit again and having seen our friends hotels, ours was outstanding!

The view was stunning . The pool was very clean and quiet, staff by the pool were excellent bringing towels and putting up sunshades. What service! The bar was perfect and the food always excellent

We had the most amazing stay. The location, staff, hotel, facilities and restaurants/bars were just exceptional. Very close (5 minute walk) into the centre of Sorrento and an easy walk from the train or bus station. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The gardens, pool and beach were beautiful and not too crowded. The view overlooking the Bay of Naples was magical! The room was so comfortable with all your needs and the bed was HUGE and amazingly comfortable. Could not ask for a better stay - it felt like paradise.

Everything! Perfect location, wonderful staff going out of their way to help, splendid infinity pool with Positano's extraordinary views, a waterfall and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was rich and filled with every savory and sweet option on the planet. Room was huge, with a sofa, robes and slippers and an actual bathtab. Luxurious, has a lovely terrace with Positano's most famous views. Clean, comfortable, airy, absolute delight!

The most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The view was stunning, the rooms large and clean. We loved the bathroom jacuzzi tub and the way you could control the lighting in the bathroom. The restaurant was good. We also loved the infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean.

We are so glad we booked the Marincanto for our trip to Positano! There couldn't have been a better choice for us. The staff was super friendly and very attentive, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and the room was very spacious and had a breathtaking view. We also really loved the infinity pool and the private beach - unparalleled in Positano (to our knowledge). Our stay was magical. We will be back!

From start to finish this was an amazing property. The staff were absolutely lovely and so very accommodating. Loved the views from the sundeck and infinity pool - didn’t spend time at the beach club though that looked great as well. The restaurant was fabulous. And rooms comfortable with everything one needs for the stay. This will be where I stay on all my return visits without question.

The infinity pool was absolutely amazing. The views were spectacular from our balcony, the breakfast room, the dining room and the pool area! The food was very good at breakfast and for dinner. It was an outstanding experience with friendly and helpful staff!

Pool was very nice. The infinity pool has a view to the bay of Naples, mnt. Vesuvius and city of Sorrento. Really nice. Breakfast was not very rich but it was good.

Truly beautiful grounds with charming lemon trees, garden and beautiful pool area with infinity edge pool and glass walls overlooking sea and church. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make you feel at home! The location of the property was amazing, only 0.13m from beach and right in center of all the shops but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the street. LOVED IT!! Will definitely go back again and recommend to all my friends!

The hotel was gorgeous, the room was large with beautiful view from the balcony. The on site outdoor bar, restaurant, garden and pool were amazing with views of the city and somewhere quiet to escape to when not shopping / eating / touring. Lastly the staff was phenomenal. In particular, Antonio at the pool always knew exactly what we needed whether a towel, shawl or umbrella while reading at the pool, and I enjoyed getting to know him as I read there many hours a day. Top notch hotel, attentive staff, best location in all of Positano, a true 10/10 experience.

Good sized top floor room with large balcony overlooking secure parking area & pool (away from the road noise). Good Aircon & nice bathroom with decent shower. Rooms cleaned & towels changed daily. Very nice pool (extremely clean & well maintained) with sunbathing all round along with in pool bar seats where drinks were served. Staff very friendly & attentive throughout & good breakfast which can be taken inside or outside. Short downhill walk to the centre of town.

Friendly staff, helpful travel tips with Anna to visit to surrounding attractions ! We arrived in Sorrento early, and we were able to leave our luggage at reception. The pool is a bonus. However, it closes at 7pm. There is a rooftop hot tub, but we did not get to check it out, as there are many attractions nearby, so plan whether you need a pool or not. Modern room, air conditioned with balcony view of the pool, lovely to relax with a drink and snack at night. The breakfast buffet is mainly cold variety. However, you can toast some lemon cake.

Nice immaculately clean hotel in an excellent location for walking to Sorrento. Staff were very nice and breakfast was a nice selection of breads, pastries, ham cheese and fruit in the morning. We had a nice room with a large balcony facing the pool. The pool area was nice with a small bar that served lunch if required. Swim up bar stools were a nice touch and the hotel provided towels for the pool. Loungers were comfortable.

Loved the location, very close to the city center. Also loved the convenience with the pool and pool bar where you could order cheap and well tasting food. Also the straff was very kind and serviceminded. Having a balcony towards the street also meant we had some entertainment watching Italian parking and driving skills. Being able to do some day trips and then take a day to relax at the pool was really perfect. Would love to visit again.

An lovely, clean hotel with beautiful views and extremely friendly staff, especially Tony. Food in the restaurant in the evening was delicious. Pool area was clean and the pool was the perfect temperature.

The hotel has an amazing view of Sorrento and the Gulf of Naples. A free shuttle goes to and from the hotel to the center of town very reliably. The breakfast buffet contains a good selection of food and our one dinner at the hotel was very nice. The bathrooms are updated and the hotel overall is very lovely. The staff were fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel, which had elevators for ease of moving luggage. The pool and loungers were great. Pool has an amazing view of mountains and sea.

Fantastico - what a superb hotel. Clearly, everything about La Vue d'Or is about the guest and their enjoyment. The rooms, the staff, the pool, the view from the dining table, even the house white wine, all were exceptional. I only wish I was there again for one more drink by the pool.

Fantastic views over the bay of naples and mt vesuvius , staff brilliant , pool area nice and chilled , no loud music , plenty of beds , food was very nice at pool for lunch and also had a lovely evening meal when we didnt go into Sorrentto on the free shuttle bus , would definately return , hotel was immaculate

Staff were so nice and helpful! Pool area was amazing and views from every angle were spectacular! Breakfast was ok, a bit of a basic buffet but did the trick. The free shuttle to and from down was a real bonus, we had a car but so much easier to use the shuttle, came very regular and for the ease of it was so worth it! Room was good with a balcony, clean, had what you need. Bathroom was nice with a great shower.

Beautiful hotel and pool, excellent food and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and went out to the pool which had stunning views of Positano. Recommended restaurant by the hotel was wonderful too with a shuttle service. We used the hotel boat hire for a wonderful day on the water - all very easy to arrange.

What an incredible stay!! Very clean property, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. They helped arrange car services, helped with all our luggage (which could be an issue with all the stairs in Positano), even got us a last minute taxi from dinner one night when ours fell through. I would stay here again, without a doubt. Breakfast was fantastic as were the cocktails by the pool. Thank you to all of the staff at Villa Magia for making our family vacation fun, relaxing, and memorable!!

Unbelievable views around every corner. A beautiful and clean hotel tucked away from the noisy areas of the city for an absolutely romantic getaway. The breakfast was incredible. And you have to have dinner at the restaurant on the property - Luna. The pool area is amazing as well. Tremendous service and speaking specifically for our room, the terrace overlooking the city and ocean is one of a kind.

We stayed in the Villa and it far exceeded my expectations. It was HUGE and very well de orated and stocked. The staff and housekeeping get 10/10. Breakfast was amazing. Endless option and flexibility in where to eat (in room, at the pool or at the restaurant which is cozy and has a beautiful view). I have never paid this much for a hotel personally but it was absolutely perfect and I hope to return.

Staff was absolutely fantastic- very friendly , accommodating but also descret alowing for privacy. We had the family suite and had a beautiful healthy breakfast mornings on our terrace with an amazing view. The pool area and lounge chairs were great. I have to rate this and the best hotel I've stayed at.

Stayed at this hotel for just one night. The room was beautiful, large and very clean with an amazing view of mount Vesuvius. The pool area was great and very large pool. The umbrellas and beds by the pool and beach were great. Breakfast was very good, exactly what was needed.

It looks better in reality than on the pictures. Very clean. Great pool and beautiful beach with a stunning view of Vesuvius and Napoli gulf. You can witness amazing sunsets over the mountains and it brings so much joy. It’s great for couples and families with kids. Though there is not much to do for kids except swimming both in the pool and the sea. The hotel has a comfortable parking lot which is really helpful.

We were lucky to have chosen this hotel for our stay on the Amalfi coast Very comfortable, spotlessly clean. Comfortable room with lovely balcony and view . Breakfast ok but the restaurant was really good which is not always like this in a hotel Huge pool where you can swim real laps We are planning to be back here one of these days !!!

Beautiful Resort on the Sea! We had the full terrace suite with the sea view. We highly recommend. Everyone was so friendly. They spoke various languages and we had no issues communicating. The bed was comfortable and we had excellent water pressure. Beautiful pool and beach access on the property. Amazing sunset views as well.

Overall an amazing stay!! They allowed us to leave our luggages so we can go to our Capri Tour for the day, I thought that was really nice!! Upon check in, we were greeted warmly by all of the staff and since we were leaving at 5:30am to catch our flight back to US; they fixed us breakfast to go! That’s definitely going above and beyond!! Front Desk spoke English extremely well!! The pool area is amazing and nice with fresh towels! The room was clean and bed was comfortable! Will stay again!

Hotel in a good location with beautiful views. There are only 15 rooms and lots of staff - all of whom bend over backwards to give excellent service. 15 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento (about 100 yards has no pavement). Room really good and spacious. Whole hotel very clean. Breakfast nice and varied. The pool is very small so more of a cool off than a swimming pool. My only criticism (except for the need for new pool towels) is the proximity to the main road, no problem inside the hotel but when at the roof terrace and pool you can hear traffic noise and smell fumes.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Boutique Hotel Helios. The staff was always very kind and helpful. The hotel has amazing views. Breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. The breakfast staff was great! What I loved the most was having breakfast in the terrace enjoying the amazing ocean and coastal view. The roof top pool is an added bonus especially on warmer days.

The rooftop terrace and pool were amazing! The staff were all top notch, friendly, helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was lovely. I would totally stay here again. Quick walk/scooter into central Sorrento, but far enough out of the fray to have a beautiful view and relaxing vibe

Amazing stay! Just got home from Helios boutique hotel and what an excellent hotel! Staff all so welcoming and helpful , so friendly , from the reception staff to breakfast staff so pleasant! Rooms very clean and bright , pool area lovely to have a dip and relax after a trip! Breakfast was delicious, lots of fruit pastries we loved! Location was about 15/20 mins down a bank to main sore to but we didn’t mind to Get our steps in and walk off the pizza and pasta and lemon spritz! Would recommend ! , a tip would be add hair conditioner to the room! Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and well maintained property with beautiful tile bathroom and large shower. Beautiful sea view balcony and roof deck pool. Beds were too firm and balcony doors need a screen door or something else to keep mosquitoes out of the room when doors are open.

The hotel is lovely. I stayed in a deluxe room after being upgraded by a lovely lady at the reception desk when checking in which really started my trip off the perfect way! The room was beautiful, has all mod cons, USB connections, smart tv etc. Lovely balcony and the bed was super comfy! Lovely view of the pool and sea! The restaurant staff were great and the pool bar staff too, particularly Giuseppe who made me feel welcome and made great cocktails! Hotel has a lovely pool with towels provided for sun loungers and swimming! Great location close to lots of restaurants and bars!

The pool was great, every time we went out we came back fresh towels. We had no prob using them a second time. They supply towels for the pool. Always a space at the pool. Staff were great. Location great just a few mins from station And centre

Grand entrance, Really Modern rooms, clean and great aircon! Spacious. Loved the pool, big- drinks bar!! Ordered food by pool. Breakfast was amazing and the staff made it even better. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Location is very close to some great restaurants. About a 10 minute walk into the heart/shopping. But as we had a car, this is probably the closest we could get, as the heart is pedestrian zone. There’s a bus that goes down to marina where you can swim or catch ferries to other places.

We had a lovely stay here during our time in Sorrento. The hotel lobby, pool and our room was spotless throughout our stay. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast spread every morning in the hotel restaurant which had a gorgeous view of the pool and the coast. The hotel was perfectly located with lots of lovely shops and restaurants close by, aswell as being only a 15 minute walk from the centre. Would highly recommend staying here.

This property was the only place along the Amalfi Coast that felt personal, friendly, and professional. We stayed in September '25 for two nights and it was the most relaxing two of our trip in southern Italy. We ate meals at the roof restaurant, spent an afternoon by the pool, and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Parking was, of course, expensive, but the hotel handled it professionally and found us a spot that fit our Audi A5, a pretty large car for that area.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were ver accommodating and helpful. Breakfast bullet was delicious. Roof top restaurant and pool very good.

The staff and location was the best part. We loved all the staff, they were so kind, nice and helpful!!! The location of Puntacamponella is the best, that’s the value… but the people make it the best experience. Stayed for 1 week and I’d do it again… my ONLY suggestion is to get rid of the pool fees. For 25€ per person, that’s 150€ for my family and I can go to the beach and get all the chairs and umbrellas for 50. Pool was dirty and so small… not even for adults. If the pool was included, this wouldn’t even be a suggestion and I would understand. Take it this way… I would spend more money staying in the hotel because the food is good and people are great, but when I’m charged for a pool per person, based off of principle I’m going to spend that money somewhere else. Missed out on a lot of drinks but charging this fee, just my suggestion…

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious enough for a 4 day stay. Location was great, 5-10 min walk to the square and in the heart of everything. Pool area was excellent with pool towels provided, and a bar. Pool beds always were available. Bed was very comfortable and air con was great. Really liked having our balcony as well overlooking the pool.

The pool is really great with a lush garden and lemon trees. We managed to find a spot by the pool most of the time by coming before 1-2pm. The staff at the pool are very accommodating and gets chairs if you need them if all the sunbeds are taken. They serve lunch, drinks and snacks by the pool which is a bonus!

The staff were so friendly and helpful! We loved the pool area, so relaxing! You get served straight to the pool area. We had lemochello spritz every day by the pool! We asked for late check out as we had a long day travelling planned for Rome, and it was no problem! Definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the pool and green garden with lemon trees. There is also a pool bar and a guy who works in pool area, was very nice. He was always polite and helping customers with sunbeds, towels and umbrellas, making drinks and serving food. He kept everything clean and nice. Thank you!!! Also cleaning ladys, front desk lady and breakfest staff were nice. Location is good, main street but not in the middle of noisy restaurants and shops area. There is a supermarket very near.

We loved the location. There were plenty of good restaurants close by that don’t require a booking. The supermarket is not far for essential supplies. The pool was a welcome relief from the Sorrrento heat. Pool Towels supplied and always able to get a sun bed.The guy who manned the pool area was great and always pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was adequate. You can order off the menu (one item per person). This was not explained to us and not stated on the menu. The gentleman in the breakfast room was lovely and always had a smile.

A small and very friendly hotel. Very well situated for the main square, train station and ferry port. We did miss having tea and coffee making facilities in the room though- that would have been nice.The pool is very small but great to cool down after a busy day sightseeing. On our last day we didn’t have to leave until late afternoon so it was very handy that there was a bathroom with shower, toiletries and towels by the pool that we were able to make use of after an afternoon around the pool. We also had a delicious club sandwich 😊

We went there as a family of 5 (2 adults, a teen and 2 children) . Location was very convenient as it is close the train station, piazza tasso and main shopping areas. Also the pool was a plus for children. Service was very good and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was ok but can be better. Cons: Family room was very small and old. Also we were charged for pool towel rental which we were not aware about (that pool towels usage is for a fee). Other than that it was a pleasant family vacation in Sorrento.

Loved the location and the building. Loved the roof top bar area. We were disappointed that pool was not accessible as closed at 6pm. Had to pay €3 for pool towel. Also, quad room had 1 good 'king' bed and 2 terrible beds, likely meant for very small children. Had a 'key' safe so did not feel secure. Broken shower head. Great staff, helpful,friendly. I would return!

The hotel is a fantastic traditional style in a great location near the central square. The rooms with balconies overlooking the pool have the sun in the afternoon. Staff are friendly on reception but superseded by the 4 fantastic smartly dressed gentlemen doing breakfast. Negatives- shower is like an old style B&B going hot and then cold. Pool is small and the sun beds are not the best. But we would 100% stop again.

Great hotel. Our room was cleaned every day and towels also changed daily. Pool area was cleaned daily and the pool was very clean. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Especially the breakfast staff in the mornings. Would definitely recommend staying here and would also return to stay here again.

All the staff were friendly and polite, the rooms were a good size and clean, the food was nice, and the pool was a good size. The rooftop bar had some lovely views and the pool area is perfect for getting a tan. A ten minute walk and you are into the main town which has a train that runs to Sorrento in about 25minutes.

Beautiful well presented hotel , rooms were clean and cleaned everyday , we had a huge terrace with table , chairs and sun lounger with incredible views of the sea and mountains . It had a beautiful terrace with huge chairs and a bar , views again so beautiful The swimming pool area was clean and lots of loungers , a bar that did drinks and lovely paninis and pizza with terraces to eat and drink Breakfast had cereals , fruit , yoghurt, bread , hams & cheeses & pastrys

Great breakfast in a spacious restaurant with many tables in the terrace. The employees were really nice, especially the ones in the restaurant. The price includes 3 courses dinner and it was more than enough. The rooms were really big with nice view. It is really nice decorated and we enjoyed, especially the pool. I recommend the roof garden from where you can enjoy a splendid view of Vesuvius mountain and the Naples bay.

lovely few days at the hotel, the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was delicious, in fact they do the best pasta dishes out of all that we tried in Naples! Mario and Antonio from the bar on the 4th floor made our evening so pleasant entertaining us with jokes and serving lovely cocktails. facilities are good, the pool area is nice, there is a bar for drinks and food. overall lovely.

This hotel was located close to the Circumvesuviana (local train) station just one stop away from Sorrento. This meant that we were away from the hustle and bustle of the resort, but could get there very easily whenever we wished. It also made it very easy to take trips to Pompeii, Vesuvius, Amalfi, Caprii etc. The hotel was kept really well, with a lovely pool area and a good value poolside bar and restaurant. The rooms were spotlessly clean- the cleaning staff even tidied our toiletries each day!! There were also several nice restaurants in the area.

A very beautiful place, pleasant and welcoming staff, they immediately help with any question or request, a nice breakfast, not like ours but enough, free drinks at the bar in the pool, a lovely pool, far from the city but there is a shuttle about 10 minutes drive to the city for free. 5 minute drive from the train station.

Thank you Antonella. 🩵 The pool was good, but it was super cold its not the problem of the hotel, if the pool has warmer it was more good, and the shuttle to the center was super good. The food in general was good but it can be better, the people who worked in thr resturant gave the perfect service

Great food and drink with good variety day to day. Nice pool area, although the pool was a bit cold! 5-10 minute walk to the train station to connect to Pompei, Naples etc. Nice beach for swimming about 20 minute walk away but just a concrete pier for accessing the water.

Nice and comfortable hotel. We had a great room with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the wifi only works at the pool and the downstairs lobby area. That was disappointing after a long day of travel wanting to unwind in my room...I had to go elsewhere to get on wifi.

My husband and I arrived via ferry to the port of Sorrento and walked over to our hotel in less than 10 minutes which was our favorite part. There are beach clubs, restaurants and transportation within walkable distance. The hotel room and bathroom was spacious, clean and had AC which was great. Breakfast is included and there’s a rooftop bar and pool.

The property and the staff exceeded my expectations. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and they're always available to help with any request. The breakfast was perfect and the rooftop with swimming pool and sunset view is open until 0:00h, which is perfect for a refreshing drink late in the evening.

Breakfast was good, clean and fresh food. The pool was useful as to swim at the beach is expensive. Location was good though the walk up to the main piazza may not be suitable for people with health and mobility problems. Facilities were clean and well maintained.

Hotel il Faro shines with its exceptional location near the port and ferries. Our Superior Queen Room was comfortable, and the rooftop pool offered stunning water views. I liked the fact it was a little away from the main town and more near the water, as it was a quiet and comfortable sleep. Keep in mind this is a 3 star hotel, however the experience exceeded expectations considering only the current “Good” rating on booking.com

The staff are wonderful and friendly. The room was spotless, modern and super comfortable and the shower was to die for. The swimming pool area was perfect. The village was perfect and the food in the local restaurants was fabulous. Overall we had a really wonderful and relaxing holiday.

Very nice hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Swimming pool is well maintained and the sun beths are very comfortable. More than enough sun beths are available for all hotel guests. There are also enough sunbrellas for all sun beths. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Sant Agata is a nice village and a perfect place to discover the Amalfi Coast. Step out of the crazy busy and touristic Amalfi place to relax in this comfortable and quit hotel.

This was a great find although we only spent one night here. Very handy for the Amalfi Coast, and all the required facilities. Great pool and bar area, really good breakfast buffet and really helpful staff. Liked this place a lot and would recommend it.

Wonderful family run hotel with a friendly feel, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool is fabulous with lovely views. Great breakfast and the lunch/dinner menu is not bad either, pasta dishes and the fish were our picks. Large rooms, very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. We loved our stay at Johanna Park.

What a wonderful hotel in Sorrento. Johanna was lovely- taking care of all of our needs, even taking us in her own car to the marina to take the ferry to Capri. Complimentary shuttle to Sorrento was great for dinner in town , giving us enough time to enjoy and return back to the hotel. New pool was amazing, and was great to come back to after a long hot day. The hotel was like being at home -- so comfortable and enjoyable, with everyone being accomodating and helpful. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The location is just divine. Quieter haven away from the business of main streets in Sorrento. Peaceful, clean and with friendly staff. The pool also was very clean. Everything is there, restaurant, shuttle service, snippets of views of the bay. Staff excellent and always willing to help. Prompt replies with email Enquiries.

Is it a 4 star hotel ... who cares when the hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. It is a little out of town but the shuttle bus service works really well. It is a little rough around the edges but the pool is lovely and clean. I would certainly stay here again based on the fact that i like a quiet pleasant hotel that has a bit of character. Breakfast and lunch were lovely but i didn't eat in the evening

Location location location fantastic. Outside hotel grounds fantastic. Room ok. Bathroom needs updating, beds need updating. Breakfast very decent. Shout out two gentlemen at the breakfast lunch n dinner, outstanding friendly service. Staff are really nice and helpful. Pool is beautiful surrounded by trees.
