Very good over all, the restaurant at the Hotel was excellent, also the breakfast. Warm welcome and friendly and supportive and competent staff. Excellent GYM. Maybe not a place for children. Pool area are a relaxing area rather that a pool area, although the pool itself was nice but not that big, it does for the place.

The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent The pool was nice with great service from the young waiters ..the only down fall was the biting bugs during the day laying by the pool..but that is no one’s fault that’s nature! Overall this hotel gets a 10 out of 10

The stay at the hotel was exceptional. They upgraded our room from a standard room to a suite because we informed the hotel staff that we were coming for a honeymoon vacation. The room was clean and tidy. The pool and spa area is pleasant, clean and fun. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant which is in the basement of the hotel which is actually a renovated castle. It was a special experience thanks to the look of the restaurant and the delicious food. highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. I truly can’t say enough about the exceptional service — every team member made us feel genuinely special and cared for. The spa was incredible, the pool was dreamy, and the location was ideal — close enough to walk to town attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious, too. We’ll remember this stay forever!

Location is ideal. Ten minute walk or drive to sites. The rooms are modern and spacious and well-equipped with exceptional bathrooms and amenities. The breakfast is superb, a vast selection with many high-quality, local, fresh choices. The pool and sauna are top notch experiences. But the star of the show is the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable with warm hospitality and service! Definitely will return!

The Chalet has an amazing view. The room is spacious and the amenities were great. The food is varied and good, and the hotel hosts cocktail nights each week. The staff was very helpful and patient, the pool is wonderful. Overall great stay

This hotel is a real gem - comfortable, clean, surrounded by nature, with beautiful views and far from the crowded touristic centers. It has a professional staff, heated water pool, spa area etc. The food was excellent. And our waitress Rosie is a real star! :)

Gorgeous setting in the quiet valley, with views of the Dolomites from our room. I loved the pool after a long morning of hiking. The breakfast and dinners were AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this resort stay.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for a few nights while on a ski trip. The facilities were fantastic. Lovely swimming pool and sauna/steam room. The food was good at every meal. Plenty of choice and a five course dinner every night. The room was large and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing. The hotel mini bus took us into the town or the ski bus stopped right outside. The ski room was clean and warm. Many thanks to all the staff who were always helpful and efficient.

The hotel has a great pool and garden an excellent half board restaurant and friendly staff. The rooms are modern, alpine style with lots of space. Situated just outside Ortisei its a 15 minute walk into town or 5 minutes by bike. Very friendly and fun, for families and friends.

Upon arrival we knew it would be a wonderful experience, the place is fenius loci. It is incredible to see the beauty of the mountains after the sunrise. At the same time we got an upgraded room from the owner after some system problem. Everything was clean, brand new. The room was super equipped and the kitchen and the overall room. The wellness and the pool were great - big with panoramic view. Tasty breakfasts and great meals. Nice and helpful staff, even gam worked Slovaks so there was no language barrier. I really have nothing to complain about, I can only recommend it especially for couples and when you want to have peace and quiet it is exactly the place where it is not crowded. At the same time, the hotel puts the emphasis on sustainability - water from the mountains, solar systems. I have no words for a really incredible experience. I recommend 12/10

Extremely comfortable, relaxing and beautiful. Wonderful breakfast and hiking right from our door. The owner and staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The provided excellent service and even helped plan our hikes and activities. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Loved the location (incredible views, day hikes possible from the property into a number of directions and at different levels of difficulty), the hotel offers very large rooms including a huge bed, a terrace/balcony and privacy. The kitchen in the room is great and fully equipped and the onsite restaurant is highly recommended. All staff are very attentive and friendly.

The location is just perfect, really nice views of the Dolomites! Trails starting from the hotel. The new part is very nice, also good kitchen facilities. Perfect beds, good curtains. Dog friendly with a inside place to clean the dog, or your mountain bike. Good wifi, also for streaming.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated them making an exception to accommodate our dog, even though it's not their standard policy. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Great stuff. Very helpful. We too the half board upgrade. Dinner was great and every day the dishes were different so it was like going to a different restaurant every day without leaving the hotel. Outdoor pool we used was perfect.

This place is a standout. From the view over the valley, the infinity pool and lovely garden, to the attentive and hospitable staff, we really enjoyed our stay. As well as a delightful breakfast, a four course dinner is offered in the evening and it was outstanding. Each night it changes and very reasonably priced.

From the moment we walked in their front door, was given a tour around the whole hotel, and all its many offerings, and to the time we checked out, it couldn’t have been a more amazing stay at any hotel! The room was phenomenal. The views were even even better than that. The food served at dinner was gourmet. The infinity pool and sauna overlooked a castle and the Dolomites. They offered bicycles to rent and bicycle equipment. There wasn’t anything that they didn’t think of that could help you stay better. I could go on and on, but I’m suggesting, that you make a plan to go there and check it out for yourself. You will never be sorry! 💛

Everythig was beyond expectations. The clean room, the comfortable beds, the food, the location, the amazing spa and sky pool and the staff.

This hotel was WAY more than I expected! It was amazing! Very romantic and beautiful. I wish we would have had more time to spend here! The rooftop pool was heated and beautiful! I could go on and on about this place! The room had lights all around that changed colors and "mood" music that played when you turned on the lights upon entering. There was also a beautiful fireplace!

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The location near the ski slopes, the helpful staff, and the variety of amenities like the outdoor pool and spa make it a great choice for a getaway. The free bus tickets to nearby attractions like Alpe di Siusi and Val Gardena are definitely a bonus. Strong recommendation for the hotel!

Hotel Pfösl is a truly special place. The hospitality, serene setting, beautiful design and incredible amenities make it a perfect spot to escape and relax. We've really never experienced such great service anywhere else. The spa facilities and infinity pool are also out of this world. And the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The spa is one of the top you can expect. The dinner formula is perfect

Personal überaus aufmerksam und freundlich; gelebter Umweltschutz ; "pflanzenbasierte Ernährung" wird überaus angenehm präsentiert, so dass sie zum Probieren verlockt; Wellnessangebote sehr umfangreich und vielfältig. Nicht dem Hotel anzurechnen: wir hatten keine detaillierte Wanderkarte und mussten deshalb bei den Spaziergängen "kreativ" werden.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich nimmt sich für den Gast Zeit und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Überragend war das Essen! Sehr Hundefreundliches Hotel . Futternapf, Decke und Leckerchen auf dem Zimmer.

A truly wonderful hotel overlooking Bolzano. Very nice rooms, a sure breakfast buffet with an order menu. The views of the Dolomites from the Veranda are superb! A wonderful staff made the stay very memorable. We certainly will come back! If you have a chance, do not miss a stay here.

This is one of most beautiful properties we ever visited. Beautifully set on a dominant mountain spot, this famIly run hotel offers spectacular view to Eisacktal and surrounding mountains from almost every corner, out of almost every window. We had one night stay, enjoyed our afternoon at poolside and then had perfect tasty dinner and bottle of gorgeus south tyrolean red wine on outer terrace with a million dollar sunset setting. Everything about this place is just perfect: Charming historic manor with comfortable contemporary furnished rooms, unconventional swimming pool, detailed garden and terraces, but most of all beautiful people who meticoulously run this faciility. We felt most welcome from first contact to farewell, were beatufully taken care of and will for sure come again. As owners themselves put it, this place is hard to find and hard to forget.

Everything. This is a fantastic hote, in a beautiful location looking out over the town of Bozen. The food is exceptional, most especially the breakfast which includes everything you could possibly want and more. A dip in the infinity pool is worth staying for alone. The rooms are large, spotless and modern with spacious balconies looking over the beautiful Dolomites.

Nice view on all the sides of the Hotel. The staff was really nice. We had a great time relaxing by the numerous pools. There is a waiter service for drinks at the pool. There is a lot of activities around the hotel.

Highly recommended hotel! We had a wonderful sport week in Val Gardena. The hotel was very beutifully decorated, spa and outdoor pool were awesome! We had an amazing stay at Alpenheim! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was so lovely. Our room was very spacious and had a great view of the mountains. The spa and pool area were perfect and very relaxing. The breakfast each morning was also great and had a wide variety of food to choose from! The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Seceda cable car so it was very convenient to get to our hikes as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was spacious with great view. Facilities all good…restaurant dinner and breakfast, pool, parking everything. Matilda on reception was a star and very welcoming and helpful.

We enjoyed a lovely week at the Alpenheim, the owners are really welcoming and all the staff are super friendly, caring and helpful. The food was incredible, a good choice every day and the afternoon buffet was very welcome. The shuttle bus to and from the lifts was very important to us and it worked well thanks to Robert's skilful driving! There are some lovely walks and the hotel reception has maps of hiking trails if you don't want to ski every day. The pool and spa are really lovely, very clean and it was peaceful when we were there. We would definitely return.

Perfection! Everything is beyond expectations. You will never regret choosing this hotel. It is placed in the middle of the woods, where silence is only disturbed by birds. High quality is standard for every little corner, since you enter it smells amazing, very clean and cozy. Our room had an amazing view towards the mountains. The pillows were from the clouds. Breakfast was delicious with everything you could ever dream for, fresh and heavenly taste. Staff was so kind and warm and discreet. The pool area is a dream, the water perfectly warm and clean. Hot tub, lounge area, meditation corner, saunas, all from heaven. I had the most amazing birthday here, thank you Aeon team, the world is a better place because of you and your standards.

The hotel was extraordinary. It is beautyfully located near a nice farm in the fields. You have a beautyful view over the dolomit mountains and very nice walking tracks through forests very close by. The staff was very friendly. The design of the hotel is very modern but also very cosy. Everything is exceptionally clean and and the details make you feel very comfortable. The breakfast is just delicious with lots of fresh fruit and berries and everything you wish for! The whirlpool in the room was a treat and the room itself very spacious and well equiped. The spa has nice views over the alps. There is even a meditation room with yoga equipment.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Gran Tubla Apartments in Ortisei. The location is perfect – just a short walk (about 15 minutes) to the cable cars for hikes, and very close to the main town. From our balcony we had stunning views, and being in a corner ground-floor room gave us the added bonus of a small private garden, which was lovely. The apartment itself was well equipped with a kitchen, giving us the option to cook, though we mostly ate out at the excellent restaurants recommended by the host. Speaking of the host – they were truly amazing, going above and beyond to provide us with local advice on activities and the best dining spots. We also appreciated having our own parking space. The facilities are a big plus: an infinity pool with spectacular views, an indoor pool, and a sauna. A great way to relax after a day of hiking!

This was one of our favorite stays in Italy! Beautiful apartment, well equipped, we loved having two bathrooms, and the black out shades for great rest. The best of course was the view from every window and the pool was just down the stairs from our patio. We loved the kitchen and made breakfast a few mornings. We used the pool and sauna everyday. We loved the 10 min walk into town. It’s just a lovely neighborhood. We also loved parking our car and just walking to seceda and Mont seuc gondolas.

The place is perfect. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool is stunning, the staff is professional and kind. And the most amazing thing is the view from the balcony. Everything is perfect

Nice looking a quick walk to the center, very nice view and balcony sitting is great. Breakfast is good. We didn’t use the pool due to temperature but looks fine with a view too. Staff are helpful, nice and added positiveness to our stay. The public buss cards is good add on.

The family are wonderful hosts, each and everyone taking care of guests so well. The hotel is newly renovated and has lovely heated spa bath outdoors, heated swimming pool, an old and spacious beautiful garden, sauna, Turkish bath. The rooms are spacious and have their own cooking corner, the breakfast is lovely.

Excellent location and position. Very quiet and yet close to everything. Brand new and very clean. Spacious room, easy parking, good breakfast. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked nice.

A wonderful, beautifully modernised and efficiently run hotel. Lots of choice for breakfast, plenty to set up us up for a full day ahead of hiking and the staff were all super helpful. Fabulous to be able to cool off in the pool at the end of the day or soak in the hot tub with a great view.

Big apartment, clean, with balcony and lovely view at the mountains. Swimming pool, garden and nice sauna/ wellness. Also playroom for kids. There was a bar where we could have a drink but we couldn’t eat there. But restaurants (and supermarket) were around the corner and we could order breakfast in our apartment so that was fine. Very nice and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely go back!

We ordered pizza delivery to the bar area, which is a great relaxing option if you don’t feel like cooking. As is the breakfast basket delivery, if you haven’t had time to make it to the supermarket. Excellent apartment Hotel! Very central location yet quiet, bus station and village center is just a 2 min. walk. Pizzeria, supermarket, bakery are all within 2-3 min walk. The hotel itself is very clean, rooms are spacious and swimming pool and wellness area is perfect to finish the day after beautiful hikes in Dolomite.

We spent a week here and loved it -- clean, comfortable and located near both the bus stops and a small grocery store. The two bedroom provide enough space for everyone and the compact kitchen worked for basic meals. At the end of a long day, we loved the cold and warm pools. The staff are friendly and you can "check out" passes for a nearby lift (cute hut at the top with good food and a great playground). They also have us a bus pass and if you book though them, there is a free shuttle to and from Bolzano. Overall -- would recommend to anyone.

Room decor and size. Attentive staff. Excellent food particularly the 4 course dinner included with half board. Great location - outside the village but not too far off the main valley road. Outside space - roof terrace and cabanas great for relaxation. Infinity pool great for winding down after hot day’s hiking.

The view from our room was fantastic! The pool, sauna and hot tub were great! The outdoor pool is heated and can be accessed from the indoor pool by automate glass doors! The sauna and pool were perfect after a busy day of hiking. The breakfast was great and had many options. Our room was huge and comfortable, if a bit outdated. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive to town, and there is also a bus stop (which the hotel gives vouchers for) right outside the hotel.

Everything. So comfy and clean with views to die for. The pool facilities were amazing and the outdoor thermal pool a delight. The food and salad buffet were exceptional. Although the hotel was located up in the mountains the bus stop was outside the door and was so convenient.

The views from the bedroom are amazing, as are the ones from breakfast room, pools etc.. Nice breakfast with great scrambled eggs done in the moment. Nice little dog, very friendly, and nice staff helpful and with a smile. Outside pool with good temperature. Big room, hot, and cozy tyrolisean decoration.

The room was very comfortable with a great view of Ortisei and the surrounding mountains. I even had a balcony. The stay included a free pass to the public swimming pool, which also had spa facilities. The hotel was within walking distance of the cable car and tram. There was plenty of space for parking. Breakfast was great. Although the hotel didn't serve dinner in summer, the bar had a few simple options, such as soup and sandwiches.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and gave me lots of useful advises. Parking was easy. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of food. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the town. Also they give you free local bus pass and you can use the nearby public pool once a day for free during your stay.

Great location - we wanted to stay somewhere near to the Seceda Ridge hike and this was perfect. Loved having a balcony overlooking the valley. Staff were super helpful and friendly. They organised more dairy free options for my partner at breakfast without us really asking. Good bonuses included spa downstairs, free access to local pool and buses.

It was one of the best accommodations we've stayed in! Very quiet, close (30 min) to main chairlifts to SellaRonda - Canazei and Campitello di Fasa, but also got the chance to ski around and get to a perfect view at Laurin Lounge. The cleaning was excellent and breakfast&coffee was perfect, cannot get enough of the cakes and fresh omlette every morning. Loved the girl who made the coffees. Loved every small detail - refreshing water, fruits and tea. Loved the spa/sauna and that we could dry our ski equipment. Loved the 2 pizzerias around and also the restaurants/hutte nearby. Hope we can find free rooms next year so we can come back :)

Simply perfect! It’s next to a hiking trial, a beautiful glacier lake, and in front of this picture perfect dolomites mountain. The breakfast is divine! From smoked salmon to salami to cook-to-order omelette and eggs. Also, seeds, notes and yogurt with fresh honeycomb The hotel itself is so modern. Beautiful and comfy room. The balcony is a perfect place to chill and enjoy the sunset hour.

Our room was very, very nice—spacious with a separate living area, private terrace with a a beautiful view, great AC, a large bathroom and small kitchen. Absolutely perfect for a five night stay as a base for day trips to the Dolomites and a welcome break from a hotel for a couple on a month long trip. We also loved having the private garage parking.

A delightful old building, renovated with great care. One highlight is no doubt the roof terrace with amazing views over the town. Despite the age of the building the design of the room was modern and still in keeping with the overall ambience. Both the kettle and the coffee maker were most welcome. Very nice welcome at the reception. The breakfast included many healthy options.

I liked the hotel very much, the view from the balcony is so beautiful. The room I booked for 4 persons is quite big, Its size exceeded my expectations, the beds are very comfy. We enjoyed swimming in indoor swimming pool, The sauna facility is super. The foods are very delicious, we had quite a lot choices for breakfast (buffet), dinners were great, from appetizer till dessert, we spent 2 hours every night for dinner which was great time for us as family eating together, we all enjoyed the foods.

It's hard to rate this hotel anything else than a 10. We had a huge spacious suite "dolomiten suite" with great views. The roomkeeping was doing such impressive work that the room looked like new every single day. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the sauna and the abundance of food. The Klausencard with free bus riding and free cable car to Rittnerhorn was a nice extra. We would definitely return.

All hotel areas like the terrace or the pool areas were really nice to spend time at. The parking area was also very comfortable. The staff was very friendly are caring all the time. We also got passes for some cable car rides and pools in the area which was also a nice little cherry. I also liked the hiking in the area more than hiking in Meran. The LTE signal in the hotel was good enough. In another hotel in the Meran area I had no signal in the room.

The location is excellent for travelers to the Alpe de Siusi region. The property is walking distance to info booths, the bus station, the Alpe de Siusi Cable Car, and restaurants. ROOM: The room itself was extremely clean, large, modern, and comfortable. Quality room amenities were provided to add luxury to our enjoyable stay. AMENITIES: This property will make you feel like you are a VIP guest! The sauna/wellness area is exquisite, with relaxation rooms, saunas, and everything you could imagine for unwinding after hiking, skiing, or just traveling. The attention to detail is apparent, and the staff keeps everything well-maintained. The breakfast and afternoon appetizers reflect the same detailed care; food provided is fresh, local, high quality, and delicious. We also appreciated having access to laundry facilities. HOSPITALITY: Expedia sent me emails saying there was no front desk at this property - that is incorrect! The front desk was staffed by the manager, Michael, or other staff members (such as Hilde) at all times. Service provided by all was exceptional, including directions, restaurant recommendations, etc... We enjoyed our stay tremendously, and highly recommend this location for travelers who come to Siusi. We would love to return and hope to stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Paula Apartments & Suites! The hotel is fantastic—everything in the room is well thought out, comfortable, and in excellent condition. There is plenty of storage space, a cozy balcony, and all the amenities you might need. The hotel also offers a dedicated storage area for sports equipment, a covered parking garage, several types of saunas, and a washing machine, making the stay even more convenient. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and a perfect way to start the day. A special thank you to the amazing manager, Michael, and his incredible team! Michael went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation, and we are truly grateful for his kindness and support. The location is also perfect—there’s a large supermarket nearby, and the ski lift is just 800 meters away. The surroundings are breathtaking, with stunning mountain views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. If you want to explore, you can take a bus to Bolzano for a nice day trip. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

very spacious and comfortable apartment style rooms which were well equipped with a dining area, living room + TV, large bedroom and toilet. the kitchen also had cooking utensils/cleaning solutions which was very helpful. great location in a small town near alpe di siusi which was a 20 min drive to compatsch parking lot (perfect place to start our sunrise hike). rooms also had a great view of the mountains (especially at sunset), but was right next to the road so there was some noise from the construction right opposite/vehicles. some rooms have a view of st valentin church (right behind the property - don't miss this hike at sunset!) loved that the property had nice finishing touches like a complimentary bottle of sparking wine, snacks, a guide book on recommended hikes/restaurants nearby, and a clothes drying rack/shoe-horn! parking was also very convenient in a covered secured garage overall very pleased with our 4 night stay! unfortunately did not manage to use the facilities/try the breakfast

All staff members are so friendly, the location is perfect, easy to find. There are cable cars just few mins walking distance away from the hotel, and more just 25 mins driving distance. Absolutely great place to stay. We drove there late, the gentleman was trying to find restaurants nearby that were still open for us, really appreciate it. The view from our room was amazing, I never thought staying in the hotel would be a waste of time compare to exploring Dolomites area! The breakfast was fabulous, all fresh and delicious. Can choose to sit outside with Mountain view!

I highly recommend dining at the hotel restaurant—both the food and the wine are of excellent quality. If I travel to this area again, I will definitely choose this hotel. It's larger than it appears, and the restaurant is quite spacious. During the high season, some rooms may experience noise from the outdoor terrace during dinner time.

Everything is beautiful. We stayed in two suites one suite has one king bed and two single beds and other suite has on king bed and 3 single beds. Each suite has 3 bathrooms and sitting area and balcony with nice view to the swimming pool and garden. Also there are swimming pool, sona,SPA, herbal SPA, Steam Sona and cold. There are two delicious meals breakfast and dinner .It’s really great hotel located uphill in the mountain and very quiet and very safe. The hotel team are very welcoming, friendly, smiling and cooperative.I am strongly recommended this hotel and will come back to this hotel

Location is amazing with great views and a lot of green. The staff is really great too, attending to every need very fast. Room size surprised us with how big it was and very comfortable. Reallly loved the kids play room, it's amazing for families with young children. The food was great too, selection changes every day and they have great options for kids as well. The pool and sauna were also really great, clean, large and welcoming, the indoor-outdoor pool was great.

The biggest advantage of the Cristal in my eyes is the food and wine selection, simply amazing. Equally high on the advantage score chart: skiing in and out of the hotel - very comfortable, saves time and adds value. The room was alright, had a nice mountain view and was big enough to accommodate 3 of us (or 4 as originally planned). The wellness area, saunas, the pool are all OK and provide a nice after-ski relax. Overall good impression, not spectacular but I have come back after 19 years and wasn't disappointed.

If you want a friendly, hospitable, extremely clean & a hotel that pays attention to the smallest details, this is the place to stay. Kitchen immaculate, passed on way to our rooms & liked that the kitchen staff picked their own basil growing on the terrace. Excellent stay, no hesitation staying here again, very close about 5-10 minutes from the train & bus station. Very safe location, carded entry to hotel after 8 pm. Bolzano is a gorgeous town, buses & trains very efficient, used both, used buses to Lago di carezza & Ortisei, efficient and although in a mountainous area, both journeys safe & comfortable especially for one afraid of heights/twisty roads, there is no need to be worried at all, the scenery especially to the Lago & the Lago itself was amazing. Used the cable car/gondolas to reach Alpe di Siusi & Seceda, felt very safe and on seeing the cable car on the second part of the journey to Seceda, my first thought was it was just too scary, however, pushed past the fear and the day spent between the two areas sight seeing the stunning location & Ortisei town was amazing & one that wont be ever forgotten.

The breakfast was delicious with so many options. We enjoyed being greeted each morning and the attention to detail, even remembering our coffee preferences! Nonna's homemade apple strudel was a delicious treat! The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to enjoy the old town nearby. Travelers who come by train or bus will find it a convenient location. We appreciated the nearby accessible and safe parking garage.

The Feichter was clean, modern, and a minutes walk to the plaza. The staff goes above and beyond! The Honesty Bar is a wonderful amenity. I can’t say enough about the breakfast provided! This in itself is reason to stay here! Homemade jams and jellies, fresh fruit and juice, meats and cheeses, yogurt, delicious breads, and a delicious cappuccino or whatever coffee drink you desire. Truly amazing!

As always, the Hotel Feichter was exceptional. I say “as always” because I’ve stayed here many times, as as much as I always loved it over many, many years, it has become even more exceptional now. I don’t say that lightly. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the pedestrian zone (with hotel-owned parking a short walk away, and the train station also a very short walk). The rooms are updated, large, particularly clean and modern. the family-owned staff are beyond friendly and the ultimate professionals. I always find it odd to make too much of a cheer over breakfast, but the breakfast here is on another level — the food is fantastic and broad-scope, but the ‘special’ aspect comes in the home-made jams, yogurts, mueslis and, especially, their own stewed fruits: cherries and huge currants in particular. The morning bread options are also truly special, unique for me! I cannot recommend it highly enough. The family will make YOU feel like family.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, attentive but not overbearing. Possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying in and a fantastic breakfast, absolutely delicious, fresh, and lots of variety to choose from. The location was perfect. We were walking/using public transport, and it was ideal to see Bozen and to get out into the area. The Bozen Card is an amazing bonus. I will be telling friends and family about this hotel. I want to go back!

Wonderful hotel! Modern, everything is convenient. I received a free room upgrade and a QR code for free use of the pool (in town) and buses (including the one back to Bolzano station, which worked). My stay was sooo enjoyable. I got an upgrade so I stayed at their hotel, Classic hotel Am Stetteneck. The location was perfect, near the cable cars to Alpe Di Seussi and Seceda. The room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety and great coffee! Staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have a pool with sauna. This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Italy. Couldn't recommend it more 👍

We were upgraded to the Hotel for free and had an amazing stay. Very nice large room and amazing bathroom. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast each morning as well as cake in the afternoon. 4 saunas, indoor/outdoor pool and a spa. It was in a good location to walk to the gondolas. I would definitely come back and also recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We were lucky to get an upgrade to the main hotel building. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable with a view of the mountain from our balcony. It is up on a hill but our group, all in our 60s had no problem with the walk.Nice breakfast with fruit, cheese, eggs, muesli, juice, coffee, pastries, bread and more. Amazingly clean.Complimentary bus pass.Helpful friendly staff. Free parking on site. We walked or took bus and left our car parked.

Had the perfect view from my balcony. The walk uphill is ~15min as other comments said previously, but I wanted to live closer to the mountains so it was what I looked for. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful. Felt safe as a solo female traveller without a car, and reasonably convenient when going for hikes.

A couple of weeks ago we stayed at the Monte Pana Dolomites Hotel… it was a last minute decision didn’t have much time to do a thorough research but we were so surprised at the facilities, the staff! So friendly and welcoming… The rooms were spacious and comfortable, full of space for our heavy luggage! The bathroom was amazing…and the view , oh boy that was breathtaking!! Even from the bathroom…the swimming pool was perfect… the hotel is for everyone families with children and couples .. I hope I can come back with grandchildren!

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. There's a very cozy feel to the place which I find very relaxing. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and dinner was excellent. As for the wellness area, the pool offers a breathtaking view of the Sassopiatto and Sassolungo mountains. There's a nice sized spa with the sauna/Turkish bath area and a relaxation room. My wife booked a massage and said it was great. All in all a fantastic stay.

Well equipped, alpine-feel hotel, perfectly located to explore Monte Pana and the wider Val Gardena region. Amazing views from the pool / terrace on a clear day and the spa+sauna wellness centre area is definitely one of the hotel's selling points. Also had a very enjoyable buffet breakfast each morning, with highly attentive staff always on hand to help. No qualms recommending this hotel. Probably closer to an 8.5 than an 8.0.

Hotel is in a great location, approximately 5 minute walk from most places in Ortisei (lifts, restaurants, supermarket). If you can we would probably recommend spending a bit more and having access to a balcony, we didn't but with hindsight probably would have used it.

The Hotel Garni Walter was simply amazing--we loved our stay there. The location is perfect: quite close to the center of Ortisei (restaurants, shops, gondolas to the mountains) yet out of the bustle, and with spectacular views. It's hard to say enough about the breakfast--one of the best we have ever experienced! Sylvia's freshly baked cakes, tarts, and muffins were delicious, and the variety and quality of the all the other breakfast items were remarkable. The facilities are immaculate and meticulously maintained--Sylvia has an artistic eye, and has added many delightful touches to the rooms and common areas. Our Junior Suite was perfect for our needs, complete with a lovely view from the balcony. Sylvia and her family were the most gracious and engaging hosts, and offered us excellent advice about hikes in the area. A truly memorable experience--we cannot wait to return!

We liked the welcoming atmosphere that the Walter Hotel Family creates, and their friendliness toward us, and any guest. I appreciated their multi-language skills. The breakfast spread was delicious, generous, and beautifully arranged. There was something delicious for many different taste buds. I appreciated the fresh fruits and the combination of continental breakfast and local specialty items. The service was very personal. The rooms and the hotel common areas were exceptionally clean, and tastefully decorated. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and the family was accessible and communicative, yet, respectful of one's privacy.

Although it was quite a traditional-looking building from the outside, the room was a bit more modern and the bathroom was newly renovated and very clean. The location was not in the town area but only 3 mins walk into the town. We love the atmosphere of this hotel, very cozy and very homey. Sylvia greeted us with such a friendly vibe and made us feel like home. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. We love all the variety of breakfast choices and all of her home-made bakeries!

The hotel staff/owners were super friendly! They also helped us plan our hikes! - The location of the hotel is great! It is a 5 min walk from the cable cars to Alpe di Suisi so that made it very convenient to go. The town centre is also a 5 min walk from the hotel. - The breakfast was huge! The server was also super nice and friendly - We had a room with a balcony facing the town and the balcony itself was very big and also the view was great!

Loved the access to the pool next door. My room had a huge patio space with a nice view over the pool and town. Pretty common areas on the ground floor and beautiful terrace at the back with a jacuzzi. It was very quiet with an extremely comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant was worth the price of the stay - the menu was innovative and the food beyond excellent! A little on the pricey side but worth every euro. I thoroughly enjoyed my meals there.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic. We walked everywhere and it was close to the main areas and lifts that we needed. The pool pass for the city pool next door was an unexpected treat.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms with great views. Rooms were made up daily (we didn’t need daily cleaning). The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Especially the gentleman with the glasses who checked us in. I messaged him via WhatsApp asking if we could get a dinner reservation for my family of 11 people and he said “of course, no problem.” They informed us of where we could rent skis (with a discount), gave us bus passes, and told us we could use the wellness spa/pool (a short walk from the hotel) for free.

Despite the name, Hotel Hell was an awesome place to stay! The room was huge with a gorgeous balcony looking over the mountains. The shower and bath were great and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. We also loved the individual jacuzzis and the fact we could use the beautiful pool from next door. The hotel was quirky and cool and very centrally located to walk to local gondolas and the town square.

The location was great, a little quieter than the main center. The hotel had great views and was situated very close to the public pool. The breakfast was exceptional and there were tea making facilities in the room. We enjoyed access to the balcony as well.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Parkhotel Laurin in Bolzano, a lovely little town where we stayed for two nights before starting our hiking trip in the Dolomites. Our room was lovely with a nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. We had beautiful views of the property with lovely gardens and gorgeous trees. We enjoyed walking and exploring the nearby town and each afternoon we sat by the pool. The hotel is a beautiful, old classic hotel in great condition. Breakfasts are delicious and served in a lovely dining room and on the expansive porch.

After long train ride from Milan to Bolzano (around 4 hours) we decide to splurge at this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. The lobby looks old style but the room suite (sleep 3 people) is very comfortable and good sleeping quality. Breakfast was average I would say. The Service was also average but hotel is one of a kind with beautiful garden and swimming pool. If you want to try one of a kind experience in Bolzano then this place is for you . Not to mention also is that it’s close to train station and the city center .

Hotel Schmuckhof is the best choice you can make. The host is very kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. The breakfast is very generous and very delicious. Same goes for the dinner (we ate there every single evening - the food was too delicious to try something else and the prices are very good). The location is just great-close to Adolf Munkel Weg (by the car).Next to the parking is an old castle and an Abby you can visit. We were extremely pleased with everything and if we go back we will definitely choose the same location.

The junior suite was spacious, tastefully designed and super clean; beds were comfy with lovely pillows. Big shower. Fantastic breakfast, unfortunately just coffee from an automatic coffee machine which never tastes that great. Strategic location with a lot of options for sightseeing and hiking.

Chiusa/Klausen was incredibly charming and this hotel made us feel right at home. The room was clean and cozy. The restaurant was very enchanting, we highly recommend making reservations for a delicious dinner in a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast was also well balanced. A great location to explore the western dolomites and especially the Saben Abbey just above the hotel.

The room was spacious, beautifully designed and nicely appointed. The grounds and pool were lovely. The restaurant is amazing and the breakfast was sumptuous. ( Nobody serves soft-boiled eggs in an egg cup anymore!) Although we were right over the restaurant, our room was quiet. The added toiletries, robes and especially the tote bag to take to the pool, were appreciated. The on-site parking was extremely convenient.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and primely located for travelling around. The scent of the florals around our balcony and hotel will forever be memorable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They provide you with a free pass for transport incl. the cable car nearby. There are robes and slippers in the garden view rooms and we really appreciated soaking our feet in the cold pool after lots of walking. We loved the breakfast and felt spoilt for choice by the salmon, fruits, eggs, granola, etc. We would book this place again in a heartbeat.

The hotel itself is very nice, with beautiful common areas, a good restaurant, tasty breakfast, and a pleasant swimming pool. However, the room felt different from what was shown in the advertisement pictures – it looked more comfortable and classy online than in reality. The room size and lighting were just okay, and unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable. Also, even though the hotel is located outside the city, parking is not free and comes with an extra charge. Overall, it was fine, but the room did not fully match our expectations.

Perfect location and excellent staff. We had a terrific 3 day stay and staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very, very good! Our room/suite allowed for enough space for us and our teenage daughter. Bus passes and pool passes provided by the hotel were used and appreciated. The restaurant was also excellent. Overall it felt like everyone at the hotel wanted us to enjoy our stay and experience in the area.

Very friendly staff, good central location and good breakfast. Outdoor patio, hot tub, free bus passes and swimming pool access were all greatly appreciated.

Relaxing Hotel walking distance to everything in the city with multiple pools, indoor and outdoor, both of which were sublime. The indoor pool has a spiral staircase down into it with stalactite ceilings and a sauna/spa tub. If I ski here, I will definitely return to this hotel.

The most amazing place I have ever stayed at. I am so glad we found this hotel. We considered staying in the center of Bolzano to be close to all the shops and restaurants, but were very glad we ended up here. If you have ever wondered how it would be to stay in a medival castle, then you've come to the right place. A perfect experience from the moment we arrived. They upgraded us to a huge suite without us requesting it, which was absolutely stunning. The castle itself sits on top of a hill with beautiful views all over the valley down to Bolzano. Bolzano is just a 15 minute drive from the castle, but I recommend visiting the local town as well as this was far more cozy and no tourists. The breakfast buffet is all you can ask for. I spend over 100 nights a year in a hotel, and this is by far one of the best I´ve ever had. The infinity pool is stunning and the views from the pool deck is out of this world. Take time and enjoy and aperitif at the bistro & bar in the backyard and make sure to try their on site restaurant. When you are seated at the breakfast or dinner table, you will feel like a king or queen in the midst of a beautifully decorated medieval village. I do hope I can come back to this lovely place sometime in the future.

Schloss Freudenstein makes you feel like a princess 👑 what a lovely place. The stunning castle is surrounded by very ancient trees, the room, the pool, the views and breakfast was also super delicious.

Perfect location close to everything and town is walkable. Also, the front is closest to this beautiful rolling river behind your room may face a lovely green Hillside with trees. So PEACEFUL! The warm helpful team which included Alexander Natalia and Susan gave A+ customer service. The accommodations were perfect, comfortable and quiet and restful And so beautifully done. The attention to design details were perfect. So clean and sparkly! And now the breakfast, which was amazing from freshly ground Farro for hot oatmeal with fresh berries, cappuccino, eggs, prepared the way you like them by the wonderful kitchen team. They were so much to choose from-and we enjoyed the healthy choices since while traveling that can be so important. We definitely would love to stay again when we return to the dolomite area.

The Pra Palmer is in the perfect location - just a few minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants and (free) buses, but just far enough that you feel your place is quiet, peaceful and special. The room was beautiful, spacious and modern, with a superb view of the meadow. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Finally, a special word to Alexander (the owner who is often at the front desk) who was extremely knowledgeable of the hiking routes in the area and very approachable - we did some very beautiful, memorable hikes thanks to him. It makes all the difference in places like this!

Our stay at Pra Palmer was the highlight of our trip. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is perfect, with close proximity to downtown and the mountains. We couldn’t speak more highly of the staff. They are kind, friendly, and all around wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the views from the balcony were a plus. We highly recommend staying at Pra Palmer if you plan to visit the area. We hope to return soon!

First time experienced travel to such a wonderful city located between two beautiful mountains! Stayed for 2 nights, which is pretty enough to experience Alpe di Siusi and Seceda. Ladies from reception were extremely helpful and friendly, provided with map and explained how to get to both cable-cars, gave us welcome chocolates, free tickets to public transport and swimming pool. The is beautiful terrace with the mountain peak view, where you can enjoy cup of coffee with free sponge cakes and biscuits. Fantastic place, nature and birds singing! The city is small, you can walk around easily.

Great location, close to centre. Very well maintained building. Room was cozy and very clean. It felt very spacious and had everything we needed. Studio had with nice bathroom - separate toilet & bidet area, well equipped kitchen, and a large table for dining/working. There's parking in the downstairs garage, laundry room (with coin operated washer & dryer) and ski storage room in the lower level. They gave us free passes for the pool (Mar Dolomit) and area buses. The staff were also very nice and informative. We had such a pleasant stay there!

Lovely room with a fantastic view looking on to the mountains and the swimming pool. Comfy bed and very quiet. Buffet breakfast was just perfect. We would have given this hotel 5 stars but we took off 1 star for the reception. The staff there were very grim and did not interact or smile when going through the hotel. We were never asked if we enjoyed our stay after checking out. And it would really help if receptionists stood at the counter and greeted people. We think the receptionists should be trained to have a welcome smile and interact with the customers.

Fantastic location - just a 10 min walk from old town. I enjoyed the garden and the pool and the breakfast was fantastic too! The staff was super friendly and helpful and special shout out to Serena at the bar/restaurant for providing outstanding service.

This is such a hidden gem. Only 15/20 mins on the bus from the centre of Bolzano and you land in this absolutely beautiful hotel surrounded by apple orchards which are perfect for a walk at the start or end of the day. The rooftop bar and pool are so good. The food in the restaurant downstairs was also great (note closed on Mondays). We absolutely loved it here. PS we stayed with our baby and it was fine, although only 2 highchairs in the restaurant

Located in a cozy, quiet, and elegant town, the property is spacious and ideal for families and couples to relax. It is close to the bus stop for summer hiking purposes and offers convenient access to various mountains and plateaus. The rooms are very tastefully put together and comfortable. Just sitting at the terrace every morning and evening and looking out makes me happy. Daniela, the owner, is very friendly, speaks to her guests and cares about their details. They gave us advice on hiking trails every day. The breakfast each morning was varied and delicious, and although we stayed for 8 nights, we were never bored.

Can’t recommend the place enough, the town is absolutely beautiful. You are walking distance from everything. I loved the beautiful 13th century church on the hill overlooking the town.The room was very clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was the best I have ever had, fresh fruit, vegetables, meats, cheeses, and fresh baked pastries and breads. I would 100% recommend the place and stay there again.

It was a very pleasant experience at Hubertus Dolomites. We loved the shared kitchen as we were able to cook our own dinner. There are pots and pans, some cooking oil and salt and pepper. All so impeccably, clean. The location was great too, high up in the mountains with beautiful views and so close to Alpe di siusi. It was only about 10 minutes away by bus. We had tickets from the hotel for the bus. Daniela is so warm and friendly and caring. We were also able to do our laundry for a fee, which was so useful. The place is very clean. The breakfast was just fantastic. The kitchen and dining area was so good too. Overall, the place was so wonderful. We loved the atmosphere. We would definitely go back there if we go to the dolomites again.

I am not one for reviews, but Hubertus was really great! Modern, clean and spacious with a lovely balcony, it also had a nice communal kitchen if you want to cook. Amazing breakfast. Location is also good but better to have a car.

Staff was all very welcoming and helpful at all times. The room was great and comfy. The pool- just SO COOL! The food was excellent. They gave us a free gondola ticket for all the days we were staying there in case we wanted to go into Bolzano (we just used it to ride down the mountain and then we hiked our way back up!). All around a fantastic stay.

Incredible hotel - truly an exceptional stay and find! Ride the gondola up from Bolzano or drive up, and you’ll find this absolutely gorgeous and modern hotel and spa 100 meters off the lift. The breakfast was out of this world good, great drinks, fantastic restaurant for dinner, updated and modern rooms and a huge spa with rooftop pool. Can’t recommend them enough!

The breakfast was better than a restaurant could offer: homemade wholegrain buns and bread, some lush spread with a herby touch, smoked salmon and avocado to name a few. It is a truly wonderful family run property. We had a big itinerary in the trip, otherwise, we’d extended the stay. Also, the owner’s dog, Lotti, is super cute.

We stayed for two nights at Pension Haus Tirol and absolutely loved it. Mirjam was amazing - kind, welcoming, and ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the whole place had a cozy, home-like atmosphere with spacious rooms and beautiful views. We even enjoyed the company of the family’s sweet puppy during breakfast! Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended - great value for money and a truly lovely stay.

The view was amazing and the breakfast was equally amazing. It was a fabulous spot with cows and alpine meadows. Hiking trails right outside the door. The host was the friendliest host we've ever had and extremely helpful. She is an amazing cook as well. Wonderful homemade breads, fruit spreads etc. were available. She kept a bowl full of apples for her guests which were delicious.

The property has an amazing view of the mountains and the village — sunsets are stunning! The room was spacious, bright, and very clean. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh and varied options. The host was friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed.

The location is excellent, and most of the staff are very friendly, providing top-notch service. The restaurant is amazing, and the food, including breakfast, is fantastic. Shuttle buses run frequently to the town, ski areas, and other key spots. The hotel rooms have a charming old-school style but are very cozy, which didn’t bother us at all. There’s also a convenient ski room. Highly recommended if you want to stay close to town without overspending on fancy accommodations. In-town restaurants are much more expensive but not necessarily better. The ski lifts are about 6–8 minutes away, and the snow sledding experience, especially with the mountain train, is incredible. The views from the mountains are absolutely worth the trip. The town itself is amazing, full of charm and character.

The hotel is situated at 4km far from Ortisei in a very quiet area,, but the bus station is right in front the hotel, you can take 3 buses that come really quick... to Ortisei, Selva Val Gardena, and even to Bolzano. At check-in you receive a bus pass with QR code to scan in the bus, for free rides...otherwise one way ticket was 2 eur. Breakfast was so good, various and healthy, with homemade pastries and sweets. I was also suprised by their restaurant, we ate on their beautiful terrace and food was delicious. Which was great, as I haven't seen other restaurants nearby. Parking is right in front of the hotel. Cleaning is 10+. All the hotel employees were very friendly and helpful, if you need any assistance. At the reception are free maps and brochures with hikes, trails, basically everything you do in Val Gardena area.

I was here on business. The hotel itself is in a scenic valley, but don't expect views or the massive peaks from the hotel. It's a short, and very convenient bus ride into Ortesei from the hotel, and from Ortesei you can hike up to some amazing viewpoints, or, if you're pressed for time, there are 3 gondolas that will whisk you to the top, and you can hike further up from there, or back down to Ortesei. The staff and Hotel Pontives were extremely friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant served up good pasta dishes and the salad bar was a welcome treat. Breakfast was also very ample, with a wide variety of options to choose from. One of the attached photos is from the deck of my room; the other is from the top of the Mt. Seuc Gondola, out of Ortesei.

Heated pool was a great way to wind down from hiking. A bit off the beaten path in a nice neighborhood surrounded by farms, residential housing, and mountains. Bus stop (routes 5 and 15) right in front of hotel (Google Maps didn’t know about this!) - Bus goes right to Gondola base. Be sure to ask for free bus pass for entire area (Bolzano, Castelrotto, etc.)

Of the five hotels my wife and I stayed in on our trip to Milan, Varenna, Padua, Venice and the Dolomites, Stadt Hotel Città in Bolzano was the most luxurious. For a few extra euros, we upgraded to a spacious room with a balcony overlooking picturesque Walther Piazza and the city’s Duomo. The hotel also had seating on the piazza for meals, snacks, drinks, and gelato. The breakfast buffet was the fanciest and most complete breakfast that we’ve had included with our room. And the complimentary apple strudel was perfect for a mid-day snack or a late-nite bite. The weekend clerk who checked us in gave us several tips for our visit, plus complimentary drinks for my wife’s birthday. The city is car- and bike-free, which made strolling so enjoyable. And the parking beneath the hotel was convenient and worth the charge.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was nice. The staff was very helpful. We had a dinner at the restaurant there, it was very good. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in our travels around Northern Italy. We went to see the Iceman museum, very interesting. Also can recommend the ride in the tram, great views. The people in Bolzano were friendly, helpful and boisterous in a fun way.

We stayed in five hotels in nine nights of our vacation in Milan, Varenna, Bolzano, Padua, and Venice, and Stadt Hotel Citta was the most luxurious. For a 25 euro upgrade per night, we got a larger room with doors that opened to a gorgeous view of the City Center square. The room was spacious and fashionable. Our room rate included the best complimentary buffet breakfast we’ve ever had. And the complimentary apple strudel in the lobby around the clock was a nice touch. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, including outdoor seating bordering the square. For my wife’s birthday, we each received a free drink. Excellent location for exploring Bolzano.

This hotel is listed as a parking-restricted area, but let me reiterate that this means driving-restricted. There is polizei directing traffic into the old city and they won’t let you in by car without proof of a hotel booking. After obtaining access, I ended up with my huge BMW in the middle of a crowd of people in Piazza Walther. The GPS was taking me around it but there were no signs on the street indicating I couldn’t drive there, and if there were I couldn’t read/understand them. The people were mad and cussing at me, but the polizei wasn’t. They laughed at my stupidity and said to drive through them but get out. Parking is public not private, accessed by a side street that leads to underground parking, for Hotel Greif and Hotel Stadt and others. I suggest not moving your car from whatever parking space you’re lucky enough to find initially and either walk around Bolzano henceforth or use public transit. The hotel rooms are old and small, but renovated beautifully and my view of Walther Square and the surrounding Alps was breathtaking. Breakfast in the morning was good, I would suggest for this luxury hotel to upgrade bread choices, service staff helpful, but the breakfast lounge was so crowded they had to overflow guests to the restaurant. I would also suggest programming within all booking apps the address to the PARKING and not the address to the hotel entrance. When we push “Directions” while driving in a crowded city we do not see specialized instructions

The location and the views are just amazing!!! Very concerning walking to 2 cable cars and all the restaurants and shops. We had a family suite in the older building and it was great size and there was a large balcony. The bonus was access to the public pool with nice facilities and kids loved the whirpool outside and a slide. Overall we loved staying here and would love to be back.

Beautiful and large apartments in a great location in Ortisei, across the street from a grocery store and in walking distance to all lifts. Came with bonus items like entry to the local pool/spa, and discounts on tours. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Right in the heart of Ortisei with parking on site for a cost this was a great stay! We got heaps of info from the receptionist as well as free entry to the local pool and free use of hiking poles. Kitchen well stocked just needed washing up liquid. Would stay again

We stayed for a week in February 2015 and everything was just lovely. The room was very clean and warm, free wifi, towels available for the local pool, maps, information, and just a wonderful atmosphere. I had a bit of an accident and Ms. Nupieri was so helpful to me, giving me information for local doctors. We also had our dog with us, and everything was just fabulous. The kids loved the little playground and the little "farm" that was right next door.

Great location for our skiing holiday over the New Year. This property also has a room dedicated for skis and ski boots which we found useful. The small but well stocked kitchen was very useful, includingsalt and pepper! It was a short drive to the various skiing areas such as Plan de Gralba, Selva di Val Gardena and Alpe di Siusi. We chose to do this to vary our skiing experience. A nice touch was also the free voucher for the Mar Dolomit swimming pool. We also used the washing machine to do a quick wash which was helpful. The owner was very kind and helpful.

We and our 3 grown up boys (20,17,14) had a lovely week at Residence Prapoz at the end of July 2013. The residence is located in the beautiful and peaceful village of Ortisei, in a walking distance from the center of town, a supermarket and a very nice swimming pool. Our apartment was new, clean, and every detail was thoroughly thought of. The kitchen was fully equipped, there was plenty of storage room and the balcony overlooked the village and the mountains - perfect for relaxed evenings after long days of hiking. The Nupieri's were lovely hosts, very helpful and kind. In summary - we wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The apartment was great. Very spacious, bigger than the 2 of us needed for sure. It was very clean/modern and updated. Bathroom was nice and even had a bidet. Some toiletries were provided if needed. Functioning kitchen with a sitting area and kitchen table. We had a balcony with nice views. balcony door and apartment windows could open fully or just tilt open for a nice breeze. Apartment was comfortable temperature wise. I can't even say if it has air conditioning. Wifi was available and worked fine. There was onsite parking for free. The owner was a super nice lady and seemed to always be around if you needed her. My only slight negative was that the apartment didn't have a washer/dryer. She may have had facilities on sight but we didn't ask as it was the beginning of our trip and so everything was fresh. Apartment was quiet at night. Location was convenient but not right in the heart of town. We walked into the main part of town every night for dinner. We also walked to the Seceda Cable Car Station. There was a market within walking distance as well. The place was a little hard to find when we arrived. Ortisei is quite the maze of streets and construction closing off some streets didn't help. We had to end up calling the owner for directions.

The front desk staff were really helpful during both, check-in and check-out. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast spread was really good, with lots of options. They had fresh fruits, fresh fruit juices, dairy & dairy free milk options, eggs counter, cereals options, yoghurt and bakery spread. The machine hot chocolate was pathetic, I really appreciate the male staff Babar, who kindly offered to make us hot chocolate from the kitchen. They have a gym, indoor pool and spa.

I have been in Marriott in different locations and as usual this is awesome. Location wise this is nice very close to airport. You have some near by restaurants as well and a supermarket to buy water and other necessary items. Hotel rooms was super clean and house keeping was very professional and nice. We have early checkout so they arranged our early breakfast to take away. Hotel breakfast has good options but the restaurant inside was having hard time for me to find good options (based on my taste, may not be applicable to those who loves to explore international cuisines)

Lots of love and felt so comfortable like home during my trip.

It's located in a lovely, quiet location with an amazing view of the hills and mountains. The room was spotless and everything was so clean. The shower was spacious and powerful. The breakfast was satisfying enough - I loved the crunchy bread and strong coffee. The balcony from our room had an amazing view of hills and mountains.

Owner Josefine of Garni Halali was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us recommendations for the area and she was always in for a chat. We have not often experienced such an involved owner before, very nice. The location of Garni Halali is perfect, just a few minutes drive from the centre of Ortisei up the mountain. The views are great, also from our balcony. You can easily take a bus down to the city centre, or walk there (just take into account the bus runs until 6 PM - after that it’s an uphill walk of 20 minutes. Josefine prepares a delicious buffet breakfast with a lot of choice, such a fresh bread and tasty cakes. The rooms are very tidy, the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is great. We would a 100% come back again.

We loved everything about this stay. On our arrival, the owner was lovely and showed us to our bedroom which was spotless, very modern and had a gorgeous bathroom and big bed. We slept so comfortably every night and the views in the morning from the windows were beautiful. The breakfast was great, with fresh bread, cakes, fruit, eggs & yogurt and hot fresh coffee. We always left fuelled and ready for our long hikes. In the morning & each evening we would discuss with the owner our planned hiking route, and she was so helpful with guiding the best places to go. We knew that the hotel was at the top of a hill - but it was not too bad after hiking (we walked up twice) and the last shuttle bus up was at 6pm which was plenty of time to eat dinner in the town. There are also 2 restaurants nearby the hotel.

Josephine the host lady is super friendly! She cleaned the room for us everyday and the facilities were sparkingly clean. The beds were super cosy and newly refurbished but kept its original style. The breakfast was very yummy especially the yogurt! The view from the balcony was superb. You can see Piz Sella from the balcony. Location was 40 min walk from Ortisei. Can take 355.1 up remember the last bus was at 19:00. The bus didn’t work over the last 2 days of our stay but Josephine kindly offered to drive us down when we checked out. Btw, the view to the mountain was amazing, which made up the inconvenience of the traffic.

Exceptional!! The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions and in central Castelrotto. Parking was very convenient at the back of hotel at an extra small fee. Rooms very clean and spacious. Ours was facing the back with mountain views. Breakfast was excellent too. I couldn't have certain things cause of my lactose intolerance but I had a good choice of fresh fruit (melon, prunes and blueberries to name a few ) and had a choice of fried or scrambled eggs. Reception personnel were very welcoming and helpful. Our stay at Hotel zum Wolf made our holiday even more pleasurable. Also, our favourite restaurant was just a few minutes walk away.

The hotel was beautiful and tasteful. My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights as part of our honeymoon trip, and we wish we had booked for longer. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. The view from our room's terrace looking out onto the Dolomites was breathtaking. A perfect rainbow formed over the valley every time it rained. The location was also excellent for going out to restaurants or regular cultural/musical events in the area by foot. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff was exceptionally friendly and hospitable to us and felt like you are a part of this family running the hotel! We had such a relaxing time, and definitely want to stay at this hotel again. Zum nächsten mal!

The staff was professional and extremely kind! The lady at the reception even helped us carrying luggages and baby stuff up to the room! The breakfast is also exceptional, plenty of options for everyone and fresh baked cakes. The location is very central in Castelrotto, and very well connected to other major ski and hiking destination. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony over the city center.

The location was super convenient to the bus system, shopping, restaurants, and the nearby hiking trails, The staff were friendly, helpful, and worked very hard to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, had many items, and included options made to order by very accommodating staff. The room was also very clean, spacious, and even had a balcony with chairs.

The breakfast was excellent value for cost, with local products (jams, honey, cheese and meats), a variety of fresh bread options, teas, juices and more - notable with eggs made to order. The facilities were perfectly clean and room sizes very large and accommodating, with full baths. The parking was a little tight, but suitable for the size of the hotel and you are provided with your own space for the duration of your stay. While the bar hours are limited, there is an honesty bar of spirits, local beers and wines, and non-alcoholic beverages that you can access outside of service hours. It is in a central location in the very small village of Castelrotto, one front face of the building on the central village streets, the back face of the building to the “bus station”, which is not truly a station and is very quiet. This means immediate access to the center and to the bus station - this is an important convenience if you are coming for winter sports, as it is a 10 minute drive to the nearest lift. Definitively excellent value for the cost, which is predictable and not subject to smart pricing fluctuations as of the writing of this review.

The town is adorable and looks like it's straight from a storybook or the Sound of Music. Amazing breakfast as well. Could not recommend this place more, wish I could live here! American-friendly as well for us monolingual English speakers! The owners are fluent in English, Italian, and German. The restaurants and businesses in town also speak great English as well so don't let the fear of a language barrier hold you back from this slice of paradise.

Was there even something NOT to like? Everything was just perfect: the cozy room, the perfect location (close to Bolzano but far enough from the noisy crowds), the amazing breakfast, the views of the mountains, the zen garden, the little vila... but mostly, the hosts Edith and Martin! It was just a hug away from home! We even got a few suggestions from them about what we could do, which we took, and it ended up being a perfect day.

We stayed 2 nights in this fabulous B&B, Eggan/Ega is a great option for visiting the Dolomites. and highly recommend this place to all our friends. We had the room with double balcony and fabulous view of Mt Latimar. Martin and Edith are the best hosts you can hope for and the breakfast is 5 star! We hope we can reciprocate their hospitality when they come to visit New Zealand! The room is large and spotlessly clean and the bed super comfy! The local Pizzeria is the best I have EVER eaten, so is a must visit! On Day 2 we took the gondola up to the Alpe di Siusi and walked around there a couple of hours....stunning views and highly recommend. We then continued on the full circuit of the Dolomites, a great day out! What I am trying to say is Eggen is a great base for exploring the Dolomites!

We had a wonderful time in Villa Gottfried from the moment we stepped into the house and were greeted by Martin + Judith & Martin were amazing, welcoming hosts with huge passion and personal touch for a great guest experience + newly renovated - very stylish decoration, modern with locally authentic touch + lovely breakfast with barista service, indoors in very tasteful setting or on a sunny terrace + lots of tips for exploration and any support

Edith and Martin, our hosts, were simply wonderful from the moment we arrived. They gave us recommendations for trips and showed interest in our well-being every morning. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the rooms were very clean and had a lovely view. The hotel’s location is very central for a number of trips in the Dolomites area

Great location, very spacious setup of rooms. Good access to all nearby sights, hiking trails. Facilities (garage parking, laundry) super convenient. Small supermarket nearby, decent restaurant next door. Very clean apartment. Ladies doing the checking in spoke little English but sent instructions with pictures etc., which was effective. Really good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff were very friendly and made as feel welcome, also the hotel was very clean and smelled so nice. We loved the view of the mountain from the balcony. We will visit again.

Great family operated hotel. Location had a fantastic view and wasn't out of our way. The pool was nicely decorated, refreshing water (which was fantastic after a hot day), clean, and deep enough to swim. The restaurant had wonderful homemade food with great service. Staff were extremely nice and friendly. Room was nice, beds were comfortable, and bathroom was big and clean. Breakfast was very homey and good.

I liked the breakfast buffet, the big balcony with a nice view of some Domlomite mountains, the location itself is in the middle of the nice village of Latzfons, and there's a small supermarket an a bakery next door. Restaurant at "Weisses Kreuz" has really good food, but is closed on mondays. Staff is nice and makes your stay here comfy and cozy. I came here to hike for several days, and the hiking trails basically start a few meters from the hotel. There's also a large parking garage wich you can use for your the duration of your stay. Breakfast is next door at "Hirschen".

The Gasthaus is located in a charming village in the heart of Südtirol, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely hospitable. The balconies are either on the side where you can admire the stunning panorama, or on the opposite side, where you can enjoy views of the village center and the surrounding mountains. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The service was excellent, the price very fair, and the breakfast delicious and plentiful. It’s everything you could wish for when visiting the mountains. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly come back again.Who like the authentic place, will fall in love for this place...
