We can only recommend. Beautiful renovated rooms. Themed dinners every day. Entertainment, tennis courts, etc. Several pools, a bar right next to the pool. Nearby, a beautiful view of the bay. Sandy beach. An ideal place for a trip around the island. Large free parking lot at the hotel.

The room was perfect for a family, swim up pool was brilliant outside the room. Cleaning services were very good for the room, the hotel was always clean. The food was good. The kids really enjoyed the pool and waterslide. I would recommed renting a car if staying here as there's some amazing towns and beaches to visit which are close but not walking distance close. There's a beach around the corner which is nice but pebbly.

The two bedroom apartment with our own private pool was fantastic and just what we needed for our family of 5. Everything clean and Hygenic. The wine and water left in the room for us was a nice touch. Pools were excellent. Staff all really friendly. The fresh Gyros and crepes at lunch were lovely.

We enjoyed the vacation fully. People within hotel were very nett. We came very late and despite the late time, they welcomed us with smile, snack and beer. Special thanks to night manager Marcus. We had the room with private pool and that was amazing. We enjoyed the room and pool heavily even if we were mainly at the sea. The food was great, specially dinners focused on special countries

We had an amazing one week stay at Lindos Blu. Service is truly five star, nothing is too much to ask. Rooms are very comfortable, with wonderful sea views. Infinity pool and private beach super relaxing - and unlike many other hotels, no need to rush for a sunbed. Breakfast is a wide variety and we also enjoyed a lovely meal at Five Senses.

Such a lovely hotel, everything had been thought of, loved our stay here! All the food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Felt very tranquil, the pools and beach are all beautiful with plenty of space and the spa and treatments were fantastic too. Will definitely be back!!

As soon as we checked in the staff explained everything in excellent detail, took us around the hotel as we checked in lateish. Loved having our own pool too. The whole hotel has a very relaxing vibe.

We were fortunate enough to book a last minute deal into one of the villa rooms, it was worth paying extra to what we would normally pay just for a bit of luxury for 4 nights, the room was large with extra living room, private pool and outside seating area, we had a bottle of champagne, wine, fruit and nibbles on arrival, and throughout the stay a small gift each day which was lovely. The beach was easy to access down a few lifts, it was very clean and the sun beds were lovely and comfortable, we would get a complimentary bottle of water in an ice bucket each time which was a great touch. The staff were amazing so helpful very well trained to high standard. Food was very good. Lindos was only a couple of minutes in taxi.

Amazing hotel, super friendly staff, super tasty food, and amazing views. 5 stars well deserved. Thank you to all the friendly people working there.

I liked that we had a balcony with drying rack for clothes, the pool and pool restaurant was amazing! Many people in the reviews said that there would be noise but in the night there was no noise because when the balcony door was closed we couldn’t hear anything 🤗

The hotel is in a central location, and the staff was very friendly and helpful,- especially Spiros at the front desk. Both the room and the public areas appeared to be clean. This time of the year the pool area had sun from around noon until 5 pm, and that was perfect!

Good hotel. It was clean, simple and the reception people were friendly. Breakfast had everything to get the day going. The pool area was small but always had room to chill. Everything was close so no need for taxis or the hassle of transportation. The sound of the bars was not an issue at all. Just close the door and blast AC.

Perfect location with extremely friendly staff trying to make your holiday unforgettable. Lovely greek nights with live music. Good breakfast. The small pool was perfect to chill in the afternoon. Great value for money. Highly recommended 👌

Brilliant property, all aspects of the hotel were second to none. Perfectly located above the beach. Pool area and restaurant were lovely and the food delicious and reasonably priced. The staff really make this hotel though, every member of staff was brilliant and they could not help enough. Lovely setting, well maintained, modern and with incredible staff. A pleasure and we will definitely be going back.

The apartment is very clean, has a nice balcony and everything you need to cook. Free parking outside the structure and a beautiful swimming pool. Near the apt you can find everything you need within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants and pubs, shops and the beach. Very close to the city of Rodhes. The staff was very welcoming, it was a pleasure to interact with them!

Very helpful staff, couldn't do enough. Excellent English. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Crystal clear swimming pool. A few minutes walk from where it was all happening yet pleasantly quiet. Air-conditioning on 24/7. Free safe. Comfortable beds.

The hotel is clean and well kept. Pool is lovely and there are plenty of loungers. Staff are amazing and so friendly. This was my 2nd visit and I'll be coming back.

The pools at Lindos Royal are simply amazing. There’s something for everyone, from family pools to adults-only areas. We enjoyed lounging by the water and appreciated the abundance of sun loungers. It was easy to find a spot even during peak hours, and the poolside service was excellent.

Fantastic facilities everything you would need. Rooms bright and clean with air con, beds very comfortable, reasonably priced. Pool bar served great food and drinks. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers on poolside and grassed areas. Staff really helpful with check in and breakfast/lunch. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

The location of the hotel is great - having such easy access to the beach is brilliant. The food was on the whole really good too. If you can have a room with the direct pool access/swim up, then we would highly recommend. You then always have a comfortable place to relax with quiet private pool access. I was 6 months pregnant for our trip and it was a great, comfortable and lots of lovely relaxing to be done!

The staff is very helpful and kind, no doubt on that. The thematical restaurants are nice and serves decent food, but almost impossible to reserve for group above 6 - do it as soon as you arrive, on the spot at the check-in otherwise will not get in unless you are a couple. The pools are nice, but quite small, and it's good to have dedicated pool for adults only. The furnishment of the room is old fashion and lacks some basic stuff, like drying rack. They can come and clean on demand which is also convenient.

Good hotel. Lovely clean, modern room. Excellent food. Check-in easy- but more information would be better regards where to get towels. Food was excellent, high quality and lots of choice. Only disappointment was limited drinks included in the all inclusive- no Prosecco!! Hotel needs some TLC in the pool areas with many tiles missing but otherwise clean. Would be helpful if rules enforced in the Adult only pools- children not stopped from using.

The beach is very close to the rooms, it is not very crowded and umbrellas and deck chairs are available to guests free of charge. There is also a nice swimming pool. The food is very good and varied. There are three different restaurants with different menus. The service is excellent and all the staff are always helpful and kind and always smiling. A SPA, gym and tennis court are also available. I highly recommend this Resort to spend a wonderful holiday.

Loved the picturesque village-like structure that had a wonderful Greek flair while providing serenity and we appreciated the modern, really comfortable and opulent suite. The seafront location was a bliss and amazing for our kids and so was the pool area. We also enjoyed the rich breakfast and the diverse dining options. Serene, wonderful design and helpful staff. A perfect place for a family holiday.

The pool and pool bar were really nice and clean. The breakfast and dinner were also amazing with many different choices that were changing every day. Also, every morning you could order a custom omelette, special thanks to the lady making the best omelettes! ❤️

Breakfast was fabulous. Plenty to choose from. Pool area and bar facilities. Close to the beach . Cleaning ladies were fabulous. Pepper who looked after the bar was efficient and very friendly. Reception staff were patient and efficient in their job. All in all lovely staff all round

First of all, Mary the lovely person in the reception Welcome you like a family. You get the feeling that they want you to enjoy your stay and will do all that really will happen. Also, the pool and the staff of the bar were friendly and professional. The option to rent motorcycle from the hotel was brilliant decision, we succeeded to see a lot because of that. I definitely will return.

We were upgraded to a super room with pool access which was fantastic. Mary and another lady was very helpful.

Beautiful week at this lovely Afandou Bay Resort ! We have got new experience of a stay in complexly managed hotel. Everything was organized calculatedly for contentment and comfort of the visitors. Above of that positives is Mrs. Mary ! We believe She is the pillar of the home feeling all of us. Always powerfull to help to improve to inform or to suggest .... etc. All as accommodation (+ excellent mattress), feeding, trips, enjoying beach as well as pool .... etc were easy accessible.

Right on the beach which, although stoney, was lovely with calm, clear turquoise sea. The loungers and umbrellas were comfy on the beach too. All in all a really lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

The pool was really big and the beach was a great size and had a good number of sunbeds. The food in the Culinarium restuarant was great and the staff there were lovely. The main buffet restaurant also had a great selection of food. The hotel is also just down the road from Lindos village which is so picturesque! There is a local bus that goes there that stops just outside the hotel.

We enjoyed the luxury of an executive suite which meant we had access to our own pool. The buffet selection at breakfast and dinner was good and the food was always hot. The evening entertainment was pleasant. Shuttle to and from our room was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The al a carte experience was lovely.

Beautiful small hotel with lovely staff. We had a room with pool access (shared pool) and a hammock in front of the terrace - it was so relaxing! The food is also good. We stayed for a week and didn’t get tired of the breakfast options. We had dinner once at the hotel (buffet style), which was also very good. The beach is not even 5 minutes walking distance. Plenty of good restaurants there as well. Whoever wants more, staying at this hotel, you will also have access to the pool at Gaia Beach hotel. We used it once, but honestly liked the coziness of our hotel better.

I really enjoyed my holidays here. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh food. The room was very clean and comfortable, I really enjoyed having a pool right outside the balcony. Hotel is located in a very quiet area which is perfect if you want to relax. The staff was professional and very helpful. I wish I could stay longer :)

+++ service of any and all staff +++ swimming pool/beach +++ location within the village, with multiple swimming pools and the beach and the strip of restaurants within small walking distance ++ bathroom was very clean and pretty, but in the economy class rooms (smallest rooms) there wasn't a lot of room in the bathrooms and when you showered most of the bathroom became wet ++ centrale on the island, with all tourist attractions/cities on max. 50 min. driving ++ several small super markets on walking distance The service and kindness of all the staff and each encounter, case in point host Danni, exceeded our expectation by a mile, truly excellent. We arrive quite late in the night due to a delay in our flight and they gave us the warmest welcome including service, a glass of sparkling wine and a full meal they reserved especially for us. The swimming pool was also amazing, including very comfortable beds, a bar in the pool, different levels in the pool (ankle deep vs. navel deep), 2 restaurants in walking distance possibly free if you are half/full pension guests and even a private part at the beach which you can clearly see even lying by the pool.

Excellent personal and professional service.Apartment was beautiful, and all staff very welcoming.I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is in an almost perfect location, not far from the main road, where you can catch a bus and less than 50 meters from the beach. The view from the balcony is fantastic, if you've chosen one on the beach side. The pool is great if you wish to swim in the evenings or prefer it instead of the sea. There are some shops, a cafe and restaurants nearby. There is a car rent and a moto rental nearby.

I had a sea view room on the top floor which was great. Large room with a balcony. Comfortable and clean. Great swimming pool and opposite the beach. On-site tavern. I chose this hotel because it was close by to the airport which was convenient for my early morning flight.

The personnel in the hotel is the best we have ever met! The rooms were clean, the stuff was always very helpful, all our requests were solved immediately. The hotel is very child-friendly: in the room we have got a prepared crib for our infant, in the restaurant the feeding chairs are available, there is also special shallow part in the swimming pool dedicated for kids. Our stay was a great experience! We would like to say the best greetings and words of appreciation to the wonderful restaurant, reception and housekeeping stuff! We hope we will come back very soon again!

Friendly staff, great location, all what you need. Delicious food and amazing pool bar serving drinks all day till midnight. Room was nice and clean and cleaners coming every day. Will definitely visit again.

The rooms are clean and tidy, but getting a little tired and definitely lacking in power sockets for this day and age, but otherwise very good. The bed was also a little bit hard for my taste, but my wife was ok with this. Pool area, food, and bar, all good - the food does get a little samey, but this is expected at an all-inclusive buffet.

We loved the pool, pool bar and I did Aqua Gym everyday. It was right in the midst of a bigger resort but you could choose to cut yourself off from that at the hotel, or walk out and join in. We couldn't really fault anything.

We were very lucky to be given a sea view ground floor room (we booked land/garden) our view was delightful. With the relax pools combined with the huge main pool there’s a place for every preference and every mood. It’s a windy area which helps keep you cool in 30+ degrees sun. Located directly on the sea was a huge bonus with windsurfing straight outside. The staff are all friendly pleasant helpful and accommodating. The animation team were entertaining. The food was plentiful with a good variety and nicely laid out, plenty of seating and time availability.

Pool - many different pools, one for little chidren. View from our room - that was so beautiful Beach - sand and stones.

Food was delicious: every time different kinds of meat and fish, veggies and fruits The hotel itself is really lovely: extensive green clean territory, 2 big swimming pools and 1 for kids. The rooms are old but renovated. Beach: sunbeds and umbrellas are free. The path from the hotel to the beach is really short and no road with cars (as it is usually in other hotels). Staff: is friendly, speaks English. We had a special request for the room, they did their best, etc. Location: It is really close to the airport and the main city of Rhodos

THIS HOTEL IS AMAZING. IVA is a treasure to have working for you on the bar. Pushing her services to the very end of her abilities. To make it the perfect stay. She was soo caring and i would definately come again because of her service. Rooms are clean and comfy. Pools were always clean and invitable. All the staff were noce and helpful just IVA went above and beyond. The bar at the front of the hotel was definately the best with just IVA working there. The manager were close by but also very nice caring and generous people. Hopefully see you again IVA. And the hotel.

My stay here was very good. The staff Kinga, Roberta, and Maria was very helpful and understanding of my handicap and made my stay here comfortable and pleasurable. The room was spacious and the views from the balcony overlooking one of 3 pools was outstanding. I spent my evenings at the bar located at the front entrance and Eva the bartender was charming, witty, and very good mixologist.

The sea is in 10 min walk, nice swimming pool (2 for kids, 1 for elders plus lazy river and water slides). Staff is pretty welcoming and helpful. There are activities for children. Food is good as in a canteen, small barbecues at evening, always plenty of everything. Free beer and wine are somewhat drinkable, but evening bar is a way better option considering the prices there are very reasonable. No crazy evening parties, which is good for me, only Abba cover band or national music at evenings.

Very clean and pleasant place for families with children. Very helpful service. I would especially like to pay attention to Mrs. Eve who with heart and a smile on her face prepared us wonderfully colorful drinks and served us. Staff who leading games by the pools and in the evening very cheerful, full of ideas and always smiling. Food very diverse and delicious, everyone will find something for themselves. Location close to the airport not far from the city of Rhodes and you can have 5 min walkto the sea. Thank you for a wonderful time

Overall its a cosy little hotel. The staff ads a lot to the experience. The reseptionists were all perfect un english, and recommended us a bunch of things to see, helped with car rental, etc. Live misic on thursday was also great. The pool area is family friendly, clean, and its nice you can have breakfast around it. Room size was outstanding, there was even a seperate sofa, which was very comfortable. Some might mind the landing airplanes, but honestly with a closed balcony door its not noticable. Only complqint is that the fridge was super noisy, so we had to turn it off.

Beautiful house with an infinity pool. Perfect for us.

We just came back from a week’s holiday at Elements Villas. The villa is breathtaking with its infinity pool and garden overlooking the sea. The three bedrooms were beautifully decorated and at night it was agreeably calm. If you want to cook, you can choose between the outside barbecue and the perfectly equipped kitchen. Otherwise, the location is perfect and you have quite some restaurants to choose from. We rented a car to be able to visit also the surroundings and spent a perfect week here. :-)

This property was just amazing. The outside space was so spacious. We were 3 adults and 1 teen. The inside and outside was totally immaculate. We were the first in for the season and the pool had just been filled which we loved although it was a little chilly getting it! The pool was kept spotlessly clean during our week stay helped by the swallows collecting any bugs from the top, the excellent design of the infinity pool and some thorough cleaning too! The sitting options were fabulous with plenty of options to be in or out of the sun. Lisa was very kind and helpful answering any questions really quickly and sorting anything out that we needed. We really appreciated that. Like others have said we really didn’t want to leave. We did have a car - we wouldn’t have wanted to go without as we were out of season really but in season you could easily walk to pefkos and there’s a couple of other restaurants along the road. We went end March into April and went mostly to Lardos for food. We found it to be really lovely and local here and very much enjoyed the atmosphere. By beginning of April a couple of other options were opening up but the cooking facilities at the villa are perfectly adequate too if you don’t mind rustling something up! We didn’t bother with the beaches as we just enjoyed being around the pool and villa with the lovely warm weather we were lucky with.

The villa is extremely comfortable and beautiful, equipped with everything a large family or group of friends needs for a summer holiday. A sandy beach with umbrellas and a beach bar is accessible within 7-8 minutes walking distance, and the infinity pool in the villa is large enough and provides a coolness and party mood at all times. The nearby village of Pefkos is just 15 minutes away and provides cosy restaurants, fast food and take away places, shops. Our heartfelt thanks to our host Fotis who tirelessly looked after us and took care of everything from small inquiries to more serious concerns (his calmness and awareness during the fires on the island was infectious and very much appreciated :) We would love to come back!

The property has 2 buildings, one closer to the village centre and another one with direct access to the beach. We were lucky to be by the Gaia beach just opposite ours, which has a nicer swimming pool and a bar/restaurant, which is very good and part of the hotel management. The main restaurant is in the building close to the village centre and they do offer a very brief transfer between the two with an electric car at breakfast and dinner time. All hotel staff is absolutely great. On the negative, cleanliness could be better, especially for the swimming pool. Suggest to rent a car as public transport is lean.

Ich war sehr angenehm überrascht! Einmal die Strandnähe, dann fand ich alles vor, was ich mir gewünscht hatte: eine super funktionierende Klimaanlage, ein schnelles Wlan-Netz, das sogar auf dem Zimmer lief, Mückenschutzgitter, Dusche mit prima Strahl, Fernseher, den ich allerdings nicht unbedingt brauchte, Durchlüftungsmöglichkeit in der Nacht per Tür und Balkontür, einen netten Pool, den ich in der heißen Jahreszeit nicht brauchte, aber der evtl. zu einer anderen Jahreszeit nicht schlecht gewesen wäre u.s.w.. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt und die Bettwäsche sehr häufig gewechselt. Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich wirklich eine gute Wahl getroffen habe. Ich würde wieder dorthin fahren. Die Besitzer sind sehr, sehr freundlich, das Service-Team im Restaurant/ beim Frühstück auch! Die Umgebung ist ländlich, dies schätze ich sehr. Von meinem Zimmer im oberen Geschoss hatte ich einen seitlichen Meerblick, allerdings hatte ich die Zufahrtsstraße vor mir, was nur manchmal gegen Abend störend war, weil einige Jugendliche mit ihren Mopeds durch die Gegend düsten. Aber dies geschah nur an zwei Abenden. Im Restaurant am Pool kann man gut und günstig essen, günstiger als in den Tavernen an der Bucht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt an alle Beteiligten des Alia Hotels! I would like to say thank you to all of you! I spent wonderful holidays in your hotel! Everything was excellent for me!!!!

Had a very pleasant stay at the Alia Hotel which was only 100 metres from a lovely safe and quiet beach with great tavernas all along the promenade. They organised special dinner evenings such as a Greek and a seafood buffet which were excellent value for money. The staff were most helpful.

Affordable hotel not far from the beach. Helpful staff and great shuttle service to the airport. Cheaper than a cab! Thanks for a nice stay!

Mike the owner was super helpful and friendly The room was cleaned every day by a nice friendly lady. 5 minutes walk down to the local shop, and a couple more minutes further on the beach. Main town a 15minute walk either along main road, or you can walk alongside beach/harbor into town that way (nicer but slower).

We stayed in an extraordinarily beautiful house. The owner, Mike, is an excellent host. He is understanding, friendly, and helpful. The house was cleaned every day, and the amenities they had thoughtfully prepared for us made our stay very comfortable. The pool is amazing and is cleaned daily. We felt incredibly comfortable. The performance far exceeds the price. We will recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much, dear Mike :)

We had such an amazing stay in our private pool apartment at Nóka Suite. The space was very beautiful, immaculate and with peaceful surroundings. The host was very accommodating and always responded quickly to questions. The location was perfect- walking distance to Faliraki town and just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here, it was just incredible and by far the best place we’ve ever stayed! We’ll definitely be returning 😊

The property was beautiful, the private pool was worth paying that little bit extra. It’s only a short distance walk from bars/restaurants and the beaches. Also not far from Anthony Quinn bay which is definitely worth a visit. Mike the host was really welcoming and helpful, any questions we had he was quick to get back to us.

We were completely satisfied with our stay. The villa equipped with everything you need and everything is new, it is big and clean. A big kitchen and living room. There are 3 comfortable rooms with air conditioning. In the fridge there were enough things for breakfast. We had a great time in the pool and on the balcony. The location is very convenient. We will definitely go again. The owner was always willing to help us in whatever we asked for.

The hosts were really there for us all the time. They made us feel truly welcomed and Villa had all the equipment needed for a family vacation and stay. Villa was new and also technical part was well thought through in the house. The Agathi Beach and Charaki Village are only couple of minutes driving. Kitchenware had everything we needed. All rooms had AC systems and screens. The water pressure ins showers and sink was excellent:)! Also pool area had everything You need for a chill day.

Maria and Benis are the owners and they are fantastic. I am very grateful to them for all they have done for us. It was our 9th time in Rhodes and this cottage was the best we have ever had here. It is so beautifully decorated, the pool is super. And everything is there in the house. This was really a top experience. We will definitely book back with them. We came as guests, but we immediately felt like a part of their family. So I would like to thank Maria and Benis for this wonderful experience.

There isn't enough words to describe how perfect everything was! The villa is spacious, modern, clean and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay (and even more, for every possible situation, such as: first aid kit, sewing kit, baking paper, adhesive tape and so on...). The owners even left groceries and drinks! The location is perfect for exploring Rhodes island with a car. The village itself is not so big, quiet and calm, with some cozy places to eat, but everything around the island was max 1 hour drive to the furthest places. There also were a lot of beautiful beaches nearby - Lindos beach and Tsambika beach were our favorites (about 20 minutes to drive). The owners are one of the nicest people we've ever met! They really took a good care of everything and was always available whenever we needed: gave recommendations where to eat and even brought us coals for bbq in the late evening as we didn't find it at the store. We were really surprised by that kind of care. The amazing thing to mention - they let us to check-in early (and then waited for us in the villa for couple of hours, as we had problem with the car) and check-out in the evening (as our flight was 8pm). And for the goodbye gave us a gift with tradition products from Rhodes. I absolutely recommend this place for everyone!

A beautiful villa. The hosts have thought of everything to make a stay here relaxing and enjoyable. Maria was very welcoming on our first day and had provided everything we needed to have a late lunch after our long journey, which was really appreciated. The villa has been built to a very high standard and kitted out like a normal home, with absolutely everything we could possibly need.

This was unbeknownst to us when we made the booking, but the host informed us of all their traditions during Easter and graciously offered to let us order groceries in advance, and we arrived to fully stocked fridges in each villa, as the supermarkets would be closed for the entirety of our stay. While the rest of Rhodes was busy celebrating with fireworks, she happily showed us the ins and outs of the villas and was otherwise extremely helpful and available via text during our stay. The villas and pool facilities were clean and beautiful, with no complaints. One of the nights, we walked into Koskinou and had a great meal at a very cozy street restaurant. Getting to the beach is no problem with a taxi, or if you're feeling sporty, it's a nice hike.

The most beautiful villa, everything about this property was perfect and met our expectations. Froso made us feel very welcome and she was a great host, such a lovely lady! This villa had all the amenities you needed. We were a family of 8 and we had a really comfortable stay here, all the rooms were air conditioned! The private pool was perfect and we had a relaxing time. Froso also helped with taxi services, airport shuttle to and from the village & suggested where to have a nice meal. I would also like to thank Katerina, who I have communicated with since I booked this trip, she had me feeling at ease with any queries I did have in order for us to have a wonderful stay. I wish we stayed longer as it honestly was one of the best places I have been too! We will definitely be back and will 100% book seaesta villas again🤩

We had the most wonderful stay at Seaesta Villas. The villa was a perfect suit for us with 5 people as we had 3 different bedrooms as well as 3 diferent bathrooms. The location was perfect, 15 minutes drives from Rhodes old town and Faliraki. The host Froso went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She helped us out wherever she could and gave us plenty of good recommondations for restaurants. We definitely reccomand this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melilia villa. The villa was brand new, well designed, spacious and there was a nice private pool and barbecue area. The location between Prasanisi and Gennadi was perfect for us. Prasanisi beach is by far the best kite and windsurf spot of the island and the village of Gennadi has some nice restaurants and bars. We love to go back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Melilia. It's brand new, the aria is very quiet, 250 m from the closest beach. The village Gennadi, with a lot of incredible Greek tavernas, is only 5 min drive.

We had an amazing stay at Pervolia House. The villa is very well equipped, with a beautiful modern design. The Jacuzzi was great and the outside is very large with a beautiful pool, barbecue and ping pong table. The villa is close to the airport but you don’t hear the airplanes so this was very practical. It is in a central location so it is was good starting point for many attractions on the island. Our host Stamatis was super friendly, making us feel at home, and cared about our every needs right away.

Wow what a wonderful stay at pervolia House. Everything was just perfect the accomodation the pool the outside space you could not ask for more. Special thankyou to the owner Samadis for recommending restaurants places to visit nothing was to much trouble a real gentleman he even came over for a barbecue one evening. Can't recommend this place enough absolutely fantastic.

We absolutely loved the villa. The villa had all the facilities we could need for our holiday. The pool was lovely with 6 sun loungers, there are games outside including ping pong, darts and table football. Outside has a large seating area and bbq, along with outside toilets and showers. The whole property was lovely, clean and well presented. Our host Stam our host couldn’t have been more helpful. He was always there if we needed anything from taxis, to food and takeaways. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite and respectful. Our pool was cleaned every morning. We loved the hot tub inside the villa this was a lovely novelty and meant we could enjoy the tub even if the weather wasn’t great. It was easy to turn off so there was no noise disturbance at night. The villa had every appliance we could need, a coffee machine, toasty maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. There were even things like tea, coffee and seasonings. There was also a TV with Netflix etc. As a group of girls the villa was well catered to our needs and we spent a lot of time here. It’s also only 3 minutes from all the car rental places and the airport.

Lovely decor and good location- short walk to Faliraki centre and the beach. Peaceful stay, pool area not crowded and had nice choice of sun beds and loungers. Helpful staff, informal, family feel. Would recommend it to friends. Only slight negative was breakfast - poor selection compared with what we are used to and quality of limited selection wasn’t good either. But our private pool bungalow room topped it, really special and superb value!

All staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. We even requested a late checkout and the hotel very kindly accommodated this. We stayed in one of the bungalows with a private pool - the bed was SO comfy and the pool was fantastic.

The lobby and pool area are really nice, open area. In the evening some guests as well as locals came to watch football on the big TV, that was fun. The pool is lovely, good size. The hotel has a lift which is very important for me. Breakfast was great.

Fantastic little hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Air conditioning is a bit noisy but it didn’t stop us sleeping. Pool area is just fantastic and so clean. Location is great / short walk to main strip with bars and restaurants. Beach at end of strip maximum 15 minutes stroll. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back

A super clean and comfortable villa. The water in the pool was heated and that was really amazing. The beds were also comfortable and that is rare. Stefanos is really helpful and it was nice to have some food and something to drink in the villa at our arrival.

Pool very clean and big size, modern kitchen and comfortable beds. Host is very friendly and always available for questions.

Everything. We woke up to a view of the Mediterranean and a fabulous pool. A welcome crate of food stuff was provided. Everything we needed for our stay was there. A beautiful villa and really comfortable beds.

We had the honor to be the first guests at one of the apartments and we where blown away with both Dimitra's helpfulness as well as the accommodation. She was very nice and flexible despite are late arrival, and helped us immensely during our stay. The pool was perfect and the nice modern apartment had everything we could think of. High quality and professionally managed location!

Everything about the property was AMAZING! From the amazing host to the quality of the villa to the pool it was all so good and so accomodating. Welcome gifts on arrival! Our late checkout was accomodated and every need was catered for! Could not have been better.

The apartment was very central and just a short drive into town on a direct road. The apartment offers everything and more that one would need for their stay (pool is nice for a dip after a hot day out) Dimitra is a wonderful host, and she replies to all our messages promptly, and gives great advise for places to eat and see.

Having stayed in Ixia many times over the last few years this was the first time we had stayed in this property, it was wonderful! Large private pool, generous well kept grounds and it was great to have a separate bedroom (ensuite). Their is also everything you need at the villa without have to ask an unhelpful receptionist for an iron! Also loads of hot water in the shower with great pressure.

Seva, the owner left several amenity items to ensure a very comfortable stay. The pool area is an excellent space to enjoy during the day and the evening lighting is wonderful. A truly great stay.

Well equipped kitchen. Lovely pool area. Good beds ( at least if you like soft bed). Nice bathroom. Well cleaned.

Our stay in this beautiful villa was amazing. Our teenagers really enjoyed the pool and that they had their own bedroom with bathroom in the separate building by the pool. Beds were really comfortable and we slept really well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Enough everything for 4 person. There was also some fruits and wine waiting for us when we arrived ♡ There is also nice big yard. The location was good, walking distance from super markets and restaurants. There is a taxi station just next to the villa so it is easy to get to Rodos city for example (13€). The beach is also just accross the street, not the best one but you can swim there. Our favourite restaurant was Phillips Bar (5min walking distance). Really good food with reasonable prices and friendly service. Our children loved their milk shakes ;) The host Seva was super nice, really welcoming and helpful with everything♡. We can highly recommend this villa!

The facilities were brilliant, the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was much better than we could have ever expected! Also loved how peaceful the surroundings were, and it felt so private and safe. Beautiful swimming pool.

Amazing villa with amazing view. We enjoyed our stay so much. Some highlights were chilling at the swimming pool, enjoying the sunset and the sounds of the nature. The location is quiet, while easily you can reach the main Rhodes attractions. The villa had all amenities, big rooms and very comfortable beds. The hosts are very kind and very friendly and they welcomed us warmly. I will definitely stay there again.

The villa was stunning, in a beautiful, quiet location with a view of the sea in the distance. Christina gave us a lot of useful information and was very helpful. It was lovely that the housekeeper brought us some home made cakes and a local Greek dish.

We had a wonderful time. The villa is well equipped and has a fantastic view. The owner went out of her way to accomodate us! I asked if there was a custom bathtub for babies available for my son, and Christina arranged for it to be available in the villa, which was a huge help for us! Not to mention her 24/7 availablity for any questions we had. Highly recommended!!

We rented three adjacent villas on the beach, the villas were very clean, each villa has a swimming pool, there is an excellent adjacent parking lot, the villas are equipped with everything you need, including kitchen utensils, towels, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large television and internet, nearby there is A nice town called Gennadi, with excellent restaurants at excellent prices, spectacular beaches, every morning we woke up to see an amazing sunrise, twenty minutes from the place there is the meeting between the Aegean Sea and the Mediterranean Sea with an amazing beach.

The place was amazing, especially the pool and the sea view. The villa was very clean and was very close to the beautiful beach. The rooms were big and convenient. Kyriakos was super nice and helpful! We had a wonderful time.

Top-equipped, very modern and clean villas with stunning view (big seaside villa) and beautiful swimming pool. Very helpful and responsive host, who kept us updated and really cared about us in the heavy times of wildfires in Rhodes. Many thanks and the best regards!

We enjoyed the location, izolated from other properties, but close enough for shops and restaurants (by car). The view over the sea is excellent, the virgin stony beach is very close and the water is clear and excellent for swimmers (it is deep). We also enjoyed very much the private pool and all the facilities, excellent for a large family with kids.

The property and host are both excellent. The villa has everything you need for a short stay plus a few nice touches like the hairdryer and straighteners and safe in the main bedroom. The pool and aircon very much appreciated in the heat! The WiFi is very good and we had no problems at all with 6-8 devices online at the same time and we could stream video to the smart tv. The beds are clean and comfortable and the towels are plentiful. The location is in a quiet residential area 2 streets back from the beach. There are two good supermarkets within a few mins walk and numerous restaurants and bars close by. It is easy to access Rhodes town to the north and quieter beaches to the south. Being west facing there are stunning sunsets to enjoy.

Everything was perfect! The place looks just like the pictures. Beds are super comfy and each room ahas blackout blinds, which make it perfect to rest. You have everything you need and more! Communication with hosts was easy, we were allowed to do an early check-in, which we appreciated a lot and they were waiting for us already in the house. They were always available and checking up on our needs. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone to book it. Easy to move with taxis everywhere, supermarket 5 mins walking, couple of restaurants and shops nearby. We decided to go to beaches in other areas as we were looking for sandy ones, but there’s a beach walking distance from the house. We left and inflatable flamingo for the pool named Matilda for others to enjoy too. Take care of her!🦩☺️

The property was in a lovely quiet area yet only a couple of minutes walk to the main road and AB supermarket. There were lots of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. There is a regular bus service to Rhodes town and a taxi is about €15 depending on the time. We also hired a car to see other parts of the island and there was a car space at the villa. The owners were delightful and very quick to help with whatever they were asked. I would be very happy to stay here again. Altogether a great holiday.

We liked that the hotel was family run and Terry was very accommodating and was friendly.The hotel was well placed close to Falirakis bars and restaurants and far enough away to be quiet.The meals we had were very tasty and cooked well.Around the pool through the day had annoying music and the style did not seem appropriate.There were plenty of beds and tables and chairs to eat.The pool was very clean and our room was serviced every day..Thank you to Terry and especially his mum and dad for making us feel welcome.

The location was approximately 20 minutes from the airport by car. It was only 10 minutes walk into the main part of Faliraki. The staff at the hotel were ever so friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun beds. The prices at the restaurant were good value. Food was tasty, beers were nice and cold. The area the hotel was in was quiet and peaceful.
