Fantastic location,close to all amenities and restaurants . Great infinity pool.

The accommodation and pool area are stunning. Beautiful views and located on a nice, quiet part of the promenade, close to the marina. Everything is spotlessly clean. Pool bar is good value for food and drinks. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Particularly the pool bar staff.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you are sun lover, the breakfast area gets the sunrise and the main pool gets the sunset. The breakfast is excellent with lots of variety each day. We went out to local restaurants for dinner. Staff were very helpful with booking taxis or renting cars. We rented a car for the day and drove up to Jameos del Agua in the North (well worth it). There is no freezer in the mini fridge but the pool bar are happy to supply ice.

We loved everything - this hotel is superb, we are sure to come back! The spotless and comfortable rooms, the view, mini-pool in our villa, comfy beds and wonderful, helpful staff :) We enjoyed thedelicious breakfasts and snacks near the pool, everything was perfect including the weather in April. Quiet, relaxed and beautiful place :)

Lovely selection of items on the ala carte breakfast menu, along with the continental breakfast counter. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace in the sun, just perfect. Lovely pool, good food and cocktails from the pool bar. Gym was adequate for a simple work out.

The property was beautiful, very well maintained, spacious, spa bath and big shower in main bedroom with door to outside area from the bathroom, plus patio doors looking out to the pool from that bedroom too.outdoor space was huge, comfy sun beds, pool was warm and a great size. Liked that there was off road parking with lockable gates.

Pool and outdoor area lovely for relaxing in sun. Sheltered from the wind. Sun loungers very comfortable with pool towels provided. Excellent location, close to marina, beaches and supermarkets. We didn’t need a car at all. 3 bedrooms large and spacious Didn’t need to use TV room or sauna.

Fantastic modern and exceptionally clean Villa. Very modern. Had everything and more in the Villa. plenty of space. we will definitely return. Excellent location. less than a 5 minute walk to promenade. spacious living room with netflix etc. Private pool was fantastic.

Warm pool & great outdoor space. Very clean & perfect location near the marina & Playa Blanca promenade. Nice welcome pack fresh fruit, water, wine, coffee, tea & lots more. Great host with lots of informationbecire arrival.

The pool are was a bit run down in places(tiles in the pool and around the pool missing and paint chipping in many places by quite a bit around the pool areas). Rooms were good and also public areas. Lacked a bit of atmosphere. Surprisingly quiet for Easter half term. Location great for eating out and shops. Sun loungers not the most comfortable. Rubbish around the pool areas. More like a 4 star than 5 in my opinion.

Just home after spending 10 days with my husband and adult son. The hotel is beautiful, spotless and v quiet and relaxing. We stayed on a b and b basic and the breakfast was exceptional. No problems getting a sunbed and the heated top pool was amazing. The only negative points would be the Sunbeds are pretty uncomfortable and also there wasn’t a big variety of snacks round the pool but then again it is only a 5 min walk down to the marina was there a great variety of places to eat. Def will be returning.

great hotel- friendly staff, nice pools, lots of beds by the pools. Breakfast was very varied and fresh, you don't need to eat 2 days the same. Location is excellent, the hotel leads directly to the boardwalk with very good restaurants, supermarket and bars. no need for a car or taxi.

Just a last minute 4 day break but the Hotel exceeded our expectations, was immaculately clean and felt more expensive than it was, robes and slippers in rooms and all staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of options including healthy ones too! Outside dining in the sun also available. Bar area lovely, and we discovered the lovely pool bar on our last day which does great cocktails and food. Pool area immaculate overlooks sea. 3 great restaurants within easy walking distance .

Beautiful well maintained hotel. Rooms are spacious, cleaned every day and comfortable with towels replaced as requested. Pool area is beautiful with plenty space and sun loungers. Towels are also provided for the pool. Breakfast buffet is fabulous - freshly made omelets, and other egg options, all types of juices and smoothies, pastries, fruit, cheeses. Staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment is quite good and there is a small gym available

Staff were very friendly, helpful & welcoming. The hotel was very clean & very comfortable. Pool area was very relaxing & provided good entertainment. Plenty of sunbeds & areas to relax by the pool. Very impressed with the amount of knowledge around dietary requirements for a coeliac.

They call this place a Palace for a reason. Absolutely stunning venue to stay in. We loved the view of the sea from the pool. The rooms were unbelievable and the beds were very comfortable. They make a huge effort to give you a warm welcome and stay here. The pool bar was excellent and the food was great quality there.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly and efficient reception staff, pool area not cluttered, pool bar excellent.

It was in a great location very close to the marina, shops ,bars, restaurants, beaches and nice walks. The pool was very clean and every morning you saw them clean the area around the pool. The pool was slightly heated and was lovely to have a swim in. The pool lifeguard was very friendly and kept it all very clean and tidy. The apartment was very comfortable and clean plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable .

Clean, recently renovated hotel located right next to the marina ticked all our boxes for a quiet week in the sun. Great room on the second floor overlooking the pool (224). Some rooms overlook the pool and others the marina. I think the pool view is nicer in my opinion. The pool was clean and never busy, plenty of sunbeds. Great location with many of the best restaurants within a 5/10 min walk.

Location is great as really close to the Marina. Pool was very clean and not that cold considering its size. Plenty of steps to access the pool. Pool toilets very clean and pool snack bar very good. Bed comfortable with plenty of pillows.

Great location next to the Rubicón Marina which had nice restaurants and bars. Nice well stocked apartment. Big shower. Lovely pool which was very clean. Plenty of sun-beds around the pool. Quiet at nighttime. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were very lucky as we had a great view of the pool which was appreciated greatly.

Pool was clean and grounds very well kept. Staff at the pool bar were friendly and professional. Location was excellent for the Marina. There is a small room with arcade games and pool table for older children and a small play area for younger children.

Currently staying here now and all very nice, BUT… why sand and repaint the 3 lower pool water features in high season and leave all the detritus at bottom of pool. Surely the pool management team have a pool bottom cleaner, and it would take just a few hours overnight. Answers please… I still have 4 days to go.

Beautiful grounds, plenty of comfy sun loungers, poolside waiters are a great idea! Luxurious spacious resort from pools to lobbies, lounges, reception area. Wonderful friendly staff everywhere. Sumptuous breakfast with 3 different restaurants to choose from. Location is excellent, a stroll from bars restaurants and shops along the lovely beach front walkway.

It's a beautiful hotel, large, open with lots of light, lovely plants, comfortable and large lounge areas. The pool facilities are excellent. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. Restaurants and bars are plentiful. Food and wine are very good on the whole. We had a complimentary bottle of fizz and some lovely mini cakes in our room when we arrived and were given a pool/sea view room. We had booked a suite room which was large, probably more than we needed, as we always go out in the evening.

Excellent customer service , very friendly and attentive staff. Food was delicious, pool was great, the games around the pool provided by Carla kept us entertained . Don Giovanni , was our favourite restaurant and we ate here at least 9 times during our stay . The burrata , the pizza , the wild Seabass cooked to perfection was just a few of the dishes that we enjoyed . We felt so welcome every time we ate, and Maria & the other staff made us feel special. Loved it soo much , that we booked another Sara in a few months .

Gorgeous hotel fantastic facilities large hotel I spent time at pool lower level to all kids ones and it was so peaceful I went to spa and had a treatment done and used seawater pool 34 degrees amazing floating under stars ceiling Carolina in reception was amazing as there was an issue with passports etc WiFi worked in all areas

The staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful. The food was spectacular. Its definitely worth paying a little extra more to get access to the lounge and adult only pool area, even outside of school holidays. I booked 4 nights as a surprise for my husbands 40th and they prepared a lovely cake inside the room. The balcony was large and relaxing, and we had a great view over the pool and towards the ocean. They have tennis available too and great treatments at the spa.

A modern hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Location is ok but a bit of a walk to get to better bars and restaurants. It is a large hotel but unfortunately the indoor pool was closed and as the weather was so bad I did not experience the pool areas outside. I think it is a good 4 star hotel but not 5 when I compete to the numerous 5 star hotels I have stayed in previously

Fabulous hotel with really attentive staff. We stayed half board 'star prestige', and on arrival were upgraded to a Junior Suite, with direct access to the adults only pool area. Star prestige also gave us use of an adults only lounge with free drinks and snacks, a poolside bar as well as a separate dining room, although you could also eat in the main dining room if you preferred. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, stunning location. Staff couldn’t do enough for you! Only slight discontent below, but it didn’t take away from my enjoyment.... No poolside food or drink service - you have to order from the bar yourself and cannot eat by the pool. They only served food at certain times so if you get hungry you have to wait

The location of the hotel is amazing. Atrophy on to the beach with an abundance of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself has something for everyone. A massive pool that caters for families and has activities. If you want something quieter there are other pools. Me and my daughter are swimmers so we were very happy to find a pool with lane ropes. The gym and indoor pool is a nice touch. I will stay here ever time I come back to playa Blanca.

Very clean, amazing variety of food in the breakfast area. 24 hour reception. Lovely spacious apartments. Main pool was heated but the baby pool and others weren’t so were very cold! Lots of entertainment ran by Tui staff throughout the day and evening. About a 20 minute walk into town. Or €3 in a taxi. Very easy walk in. Pool towels included. Excellent cleaners daily. Very child friendly. Lots of families with young children.

hotel position was great and my apartment had great views, near to pool and beach. entertainment was good. pool was nice. room was a great size with 2 couches in living area so one was used as a bed and still had a couch. balcony had plenty of space and parasol and comfy seats.

The hotel and location are amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious and staff really friendly. The pools are super clean and there’re infinity pool and an adults only pool. We especially valued having a courtesy room after we checked out so we were able to take a shower after being at the pool and before our flight. The beach was easily accessed from the hotel and really beautiful with golden sand and clear water.

Nice hotel with friendly staff! In the Preferred club mini bar is for free! Spacious room with comfortable bed. Infinity pool with a spectacular sea view. Restaurant food it was mediocre...not many choices in the food menu and also not so tasty. If you book Preferred Club is worth the money. Overall it was a good and relaxing stay!

The hotel was very clean The lady who cleaned our to a very high standard Any toilets you visited in the hotel was spotless We were half board and there was always an excellent selection The only issue we had was the towels at the infinity pool No signs up when it opened, yet some mornings some towels where removed

We had a fab time here. Our room was spacious, clean and had a fantastic view of the pool. Plenty of choices for breakfast, all very tasty. The pools are clean and the water has a pleasant temperature. The hotel is located next to a very beautiful beach and the marina. They arranged a surprise for my partner’s birthday. All staff are friendly and approachable. Cocktails by the preferred club pool were superb.

Great location, recommend upgrade as there is adjacent construction which value rooms may overlook. We upgraded to preferred pool view. USB charging in rooms - good to see Hotel seems mobility friendly if that is important. Food in main and specialty restaurants was excellent. Staff all friendly. Indoor pool and spa extra charge ( depending on room level) and only open afternoons- would have liked a morning swim in the 25m pool! All in all I would visit again

First room was a bit far from the pool and main area but when moved to pool side apartment we absolutely loved it 😍 Must give the lovely guy in the pool bar a special mention. He made the best sangrias and was so lovely and friendly . Thanks to everyone at the MYND . We had a fantastic trip and look forward to returning soon . 🙏❤️💥

The hotel was very well located only a 10 minute walk from Playa Dorada beach. The facilities were excellent with a welcoming lobby, spacious restaurant/dining area and great pool areas. The room was very comfortable with a great outlook to the pool. Breakfast and the evening buffet offered a great choice of food that was very enjoyable.

Everything was great. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are really clean, they make sure they replace the towels every day. The pools are amazing, one of them is heated. There is also a spa which is 10€ per person for an hour (there are two saunas and a really warm pool with jets). The breakfast was great, there is a lot of choices of different foods.

Amazing hotel, great breakfast, loved the pool area. The only downside that the baby pool was not heated and also the dinner on site was a bit pricey. They could have done more kids entertainment during the day. In overall it was a lovely stay. The room was brilliant.

Brilliant 8 nights at MYND Yaiza. Pre check in was very simple and when we arrived the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms weren't ready at 12pm however we had access to the rest of the hotel to relax. The rooms are beautiful and the pool area is brilliant with a bar selling beer and snacks. Silvia who ran activities was brilliant and kept checking how we were getting on, speaking to us regularly around the pool and in the street if she saw us. Fantastic experience, will be going again.

Perfect! Arrived 4 hours before check-in, no problem, our villa was ready. Speedy Check-in and friendly service Villa No 17 was spotless, well-equipped, and sunshine all the way. The safety gate to the pool, wasn't needed by us, but I'm sure is of benefit to families. Sun throughout the day by the pool. Lovely quiet location but right beside shops and restaurants . Perfect location! Will definitely be back.

Had a great stay in a three bedroom villa which was over two floors and had a lovely private pool. It had everything you would need including oven, microwave, toaster etc and a safe for your valuables along with off road private parking. The garden was well maintained and the pool area had loungers, also an outdoor dining area on the covered terrace. Walking distance to the marina with restaurants and shops. Wifi was a bit patchy, and cut off a few times during our stay in villa number 23, but was fixed when it was reported.

Beautiful villa had everything you could possibly want . stayed for a week linen change half way through the week, villa very clean nice pool shame it wasn’t heated, lots of restaurants in the area Marina Rubicon Very easy to find We had Villa 16 which only had afternoon sun round the pool Felt like a very safe area Would definitely return

The property was in an ideal location for access to The Marina area, but thought it a bit tired internally. It was also a bit of a noisy location as the villa and pool faced the road leading up to two big hotels with passing coaches picking up and dropping off. The villa and pool were cleaned 3 times during our 2 week stay and the staff were very friendly. Would I stay again, possibly if the villa was smartened up.

A friendly, casual location with a lovely apartment with a sea view. The apartment was very roomy, clean, and well appointed. The pool and sunbathing area were good with plenty of sunbeds and beach towels from reception.The pool side bar/snack bar was handy with an extensive range of food and drink. The bar, which was part of the complex, had a good menu, and the food and drink were at a good price. We would definitely return.

Exceeded our expectations with a small supermarket and bar restaurant right on site. Good pool and pool bar also.

The resort isn't too big. Perfect for chilling round the pool area, very easy to get a sun lounger. The little pool side bar which opened at midday, was ideal.
