Fantastic small resort set in a hilltop village above Cagnes-sur-Mer and Nice, just steps away from St-Paul-de-Vence. Self contained rooms, each with private entrances and terraces, gorgeous views of the valley and the sea. Lovely infinity pool and hot-tub, with dining area under the orange and clementine trees. Truly spectacular.

Excellent pool, gardens, service, room, shower, ambience, quiet, nice breakfast and snacks but pricey, attentive staff, location, security, excellent wifi everywhere. Not so good were the poolside mosquitos (but rooms had netted windows), absence of a room guide (gift shop and other opening closing times not clear), firm beds, pool overlooked by two tall tower cranes as part of nearby construction site - site was inactive so not noisy

We stayed a night with our kids while visiting St Paul, but we spent most of the time by the lovely pool overlooking the valley below going all the way to the ocean. We had a two room suite with a terrace next to the pool and it was perfect for a family of four and very affordable for all you get back, location, service and ambience. Would go back in a second.

Location within walking distance to St. Paul de Vence, beautiful Old World, charming and cozy décor, outdoor pool with beautiful views, attentive and friendly staff, nice breakfast served on the patio, comfortable bed, double doors that open to balcony with views, dining available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, parking available.

Indoor pool for serious swimming. So photogenic. Took many photos. The small private beach is a real treat. Cuisine is wonderful from breakfast to their special Chef’s menu. There’s no need to leave this heavenly haven. A perfect relaxing sanctuary.

We did very much enjoy our stay for two weeks at the Cap Estel hotel. The location and facilities are stunning and the hotel staff is extremely friendly, in a very natural way. It offers the kind of personal hotel services you expect, but in today's world are nearly impossible to find. We did also enjoy the delicious food of the Michelin restaurant as well as the pool and spa areas. Cap Estel is definitively worth a visit and we have already booked our next visit.

Possibly the best hotel I've stayed in and I've stayed in a ton. Friendly service, gorgeous views, yummy wine, relaxing pool and spa.

One of the best hotel in the world with incredible location and exceptional food and staff. The view from the room was magnificent and the zero edge pool facing the sea is timeless. Mr . Rain hard and staff prepare us a special seafood menu that was exquisite and inventive. We will return as often as we can.

The view and the infinity pool were amazing!

Great place with beautiful view from large outside veranda, Infinity pool to relax, and close to many wonderful restaurants for wonderful dining near the water. Also close to Monte Carlo and all there is to see and do there. Coast was very commutative and made it easy for self-check in. Also private secure parking on property, with elevator for ease of luggage to room.

The apartment has a nice terrace and an amazing view of the sea. Swimming pool facilities were a great joy for the kids!

This apartment was fabulous. The design of everything was great and the outdoor space was perfect...watching the sunsetting was lovely. Short walk to the shops in Cap dÁil. The big bonus for us was the parking space - we have a pick up truck and I was worried that the space wasn´t big enough but it was perfect. We only had a short visit so didn´t get time to visit the pool but would definitely stay here again.

The residence architecture includes wooden stairs from one floor to the other that really melt in the surrounding nature. I had the chance to do some morning yoga from the solarium at the pool with the sea view and it was a lovely way to start the day. I would go back

When I arrived hotel staff welcomed me very warmly. The location of the hotel is amazing just next to the iconic Negresco. 5 minutes to the beach and there is a supermarket nearby. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. Super comfortable bed and amazing coffee from the coffee machine in the room. I also had a little tree growing just outside the window. The view from the window was onto a historical street. For breakfast, they left a fresh croissant outside the room which I found very cute.

I am very glad that I stayed at this hotel. It's hard to find a better place for my solo holiday in Nice. The location is good in a safe area and next to the waterfront. The single room is very comfortable and cosy, with a spacious bed, fridge, tea and coffee maker. Liquid soap and shampoo are presented in reusable dispensers. Very comfortable bathroom. Great view from the window on a quiet street. I slept great at night. And every morning a fresh croissant was waiting for me on the doorknob. The air conditioner was not directed to the bed. But I would like to give a special mention to the wonderful people who work here and who made my vacation really perfect. Fabio and Barbara are extremely hospitable and always ready to help. Be sure to follow their recommendations. Thank you very much for my wonderful holidays in Nice. I will gladly return to you again.

Excellent hotel, all for these reasons: - location: 2 blocks from the promenade, 10-15 from the hustle and bustle, which is ideal. - Fabio - Fabio owns the hotel and is so attentive, warm and friendly. Great advocate for his city and his recommendations are excellent! We were delayed on arrival to Nice and we were going to miss our reservation that we made, I contacted Fabio who rearranged our reservation for us and then booked us in somewhere new and close to the Hotel that evening, the restaurant he chose for us was excellent and a must do! Thanks for this Fabio! - the service of all the staff - everyone is just so helpful, kind and friendly - croissants on the door handle every morning, what’s not to love about this?! - hotel room is lovely and clean and perfect what we wanted. - it’s safe! Plus, the front door is always locked which you get the code for, so it feels super safe at all times. You must be mad if you don’t book this hotel!

Cannot recommend Arome Hotel enough! Fabio and the staff were just wonderful and were proactive in ensuring we got the most out of our short stay. Fabio was quick to respond to my emaill queries and assisted with information prior to our arrival. The Hotel is just beautiful, a renovated old building, not a bright shiny modern Hotel, but a place with heart and soul and a lot of love. The complimentary, fresh croissants are an absolute bonus. We have never understood the French tradition of eating a croissant without buttering it or adding to it...but the croissants that Arome procure for guests are the real thing and we found ourselves just munching on them while strolling the streets of Nice...what a lovely, lovely experience. Fabio and staff gave us many recommendations of places to see that were not even on our list and we had a fabulous evening at the Creperie they recommended, everything was a short walk away. The Hotel was easy walking from the train station and a few minutes from all the sights. The rooms were just stunning, so stylish and very clean. Tea and Coffee facilities in the room were a bonus and although the hotel is central we had lovely quiet nights. We sincerely hope we can return and spend more time in Nice, and we would definately be staying at Arome Hotel. Thank you so much for making us so welcome.

Friendly staff who is helpful & will recommend the best sightseeing, and places nearby, and share a small history about the district the hotel is situated in. And if you are willing to go on a small trip to Monaco, they will also be able to share some tips & tricks. The hotel looks amazing inside and out, and it is situated in a friendly neighborhood - approximately 5 minutes from the English Promenade, from the street where a lot of restaurants and bars have found their home, and from the tram station that will take you from the airport to the city and back. Even though a lot of things are happening near the hotel, you won't hear any of it while resting in those comfy beds. To be honest, I don't remember when was the last time I slept so well and woke up so energized early in the morning while staying away from home. And that the smell of croissants in the morning is divine. When I go back to Nice the next time (and I hope it will happen sooner rather than later), I'm sure that I’ll seek a possibility of staying again at the Arome Hôtel :) À bientôt!

Great hotel. Nice facilities. Pool and grounds beautiful. Lovely heated pool. 10 min drive South of Saint Paul, have to get a transfer as too far to walk. Bring plenty of cash! 10 Euros for a coffee or small beer. 32 Euros for breakfast per person. Dinner for 2 with wine 200 Euros :)

We spent a few nights at this elegant and relaxing hotel in early September. The room was beautiful and the facilities and service are first class. The outdoor pools are unheated but were warm enough to swim in when we visited. The spa and indoor pool are fabulous. We did not dine in the hotel but instead made use of the complimentary shuttle to eat in St Paul de Vence each evening which worked very well. We did have breakfast in the hotel one morning but this was underwhelming.

This hotel must be owned by a man. There is no hair conditioner and the service isn’t very caring. You are on your own if you want a drink by the pool a lot of the time. And in the grounds. Their revenue would double if they just wandered about taking drinks orders. Get a woman onto this. The hotel itself is stunning. But clean up the pool, ladies loo and be more attentive.

Absolutely epic hotel. Beautiful, calm and relaxing with access to some of the best bike riding in the world. The spa with the pools, jets, steams, saunas and ice room are incredible as our the outer pools, gardens and grounds. The staff is incredibly helpful and gracious.

The staff are exceptional and going out of their way to create an amazing experience. It's built to be a live-work space so if I were there for business I can imagine having plenty of spaces to work in. There are also places to play--and pool tables and board games to support that as well as an open area for sitting and relaxing outside. The breakfast was well done---wonderful pastries as well as yogurt, fruit and other choices--and the choices were based on request with food waste in mind.

The hotel is delightful. Its location is perfect, in a quiet leafy residential area, but just a short walk into Juan Les Pins, and with parking. The decor is fresh, tasteful and quirky. The staff are all very welcoming and accommodating. The room was immaculate and bed very comfortable. We had a Junior Suite overlooking the pool. The hotel pool area is great, with a lovely staffed area for drinks and snacks. Breakfast was good. Highly recommended.

What a great place! My wife and I checked in for 3 days. Right in heart of Nice in the hill. Granted it’s a hike walking up the hill but less than 10 min to flat part of town. The hotel is a hidden gem with private gardens and pool area. The staff were amazing and served us drinks and snacks at the pool. Could have stayed at pool for weeks. It was our own private oasis surrounded by chirping birds palms and pines. We stayed for dinner two nights and food was decent. We would go again. Luxury stay.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Really lovely. Amazing views of Nice and delicious, quiet breakfast. The pool is teeny but we hopped in after a long hot day and it was perfect. The setting and neighborhood is amazing. It’s the only hotel outside Nice city center and you’re surrounded by gorgeous villas. The only downside is the walk in and out of the city because it’s very hilly. We walked to the beach and caught an Uber home some days to avoid the hike home. But it’s so quiet, a true retreat from the city bustle. Rooms are pretty small but beautiful.

Small and friendly hotel, staff were very attentive and so helpful. They arranged a private transfer from the airport. I was celebrating a big birthday and they booked a lovely restaurant for this. Even came down to breakfast on the morning to wish me happy birthday. Hotel is exceptionally clean, breakfast was lovely with a great choice. Nice outside area to eat. Small swimming pool with sitting areas in shade when it's too warm. Situated in a lovely residential district which was quiet.

We were upgraded to a better room, which was also a great bonus for us. The room was freshly refurbished, clean and very pleasant. I would also like to make note of the shower, which was very comfortable and easy to operate. Comfortable bed, coffee machine on the hotel floor and in the room. The Hotel is located close by the train station, and a walking distance to Place Massena, the beach etc. Our windows were facing the internal garden and at night it was very quiet.

Friendly welcome at reception. Both Sandra and Julie communicated well and offered their help. Quiet, spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed. Great shower with terrific orange/cinnamon liquid soap and honey shampoo in eco-friendly refillable containers attached to shower stall. Nice to have tea and coffee, filtered water and an electric kettle in our room. Also available in the lounge area. We didn't take the buffet breakfast but good smells wafted from the kitchen. Also liked the location so close to the train station but safe and not in a sketchy area. We had a 7AM train to catch.

Cheese, ham, pastry, boiled eggs, cereal, milk, coffee, tea, fruits all fresh and delicious. Train station just few minutes walk. Beach 15 mins walk. Great option to stay in Nice. Highly recommended!

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They also made recommendations on museums and other things in town that aligned with our interests. Room was very clean and modern and surprisingly spacious for a European hotel in this price range. The outdoor courtyard was lovely. Very nice water filling station (cold or room temp, plain or sparkling) and free coffee (Nespresso type machine) in the lobby. They have a very nice looking breakfast buffet for 20 Euros but we were waking up a bit late and didn't get a chance to try it. Location was excellent, very close to everything yet tucked away on a quiet street.

The hotel is set back in a quiet location, very close to the rail station, 20 min walk to Old Town (we bought tram/bus day passes). The staff are so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. There were coffee machines everywhere (including in our room) and a fresh water fountain. We stayed in a superior room overlooking the pretty courtyard, it looked brand new with comfy bed, huge wardrobes and a lovely large walk-in shower. Our stay was perfect and we’ll definitely stay at Hotel Durante again!

Excellent location, in the center of classic Nice. A very short walk to the beach and the promenade, to all the main sites in the city, shops and restaurants. The hotel is renovated and modern in appearance and equipment. The room is relatively spacious, clean, well decorated and equipped. Pool and bar on the 8th floor of the adjacent building, with a great view of the city around. The hotel staff is welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best-looking hotels we have ever stayed at. The lobby and the rooms are wonderful, beautiful and spacious. We did not try their breakfast, but I'm sure it's good. The room we stayed in was always kept clean, and they gave us bathrobes. You also get access to the Sister hotel "Splendid" with all their facilities as a gym, rooftop bar and pool and the spa. The location is perfect, right by the Metro and you get to the city and the beach in just 5 min. Their staff is just perfect and friendly.

The staff was really amazing - Frida at the reception desk was so pleasant and helpful, and the attendants at breakfast were so nice. The breakfast was just delicious! The location was very close to everything and it was a real treat having access to the amenities at the hotel next door - the pool, gym and rooftop bar.

Very friendly helpful staff who went over and above to make my stay enjoyable. Fabulous location 8 minutes from Nice Ville station and same distance from the promenade. Hotel design and room size is generous and very clean and comfortable. Use of the rooftop bar and pool in their sister hotel next door was good.

Hotel Gounod was a lovely hotel, slightly set back from the coast but peaceful and quiet. Our suite was spacious and well-appointed. The staff were friendly and professional, and we appreciated the allocated parking and electric vehicle charging — a definite plus. We also enjoyed access to the rooftop pool next door, which offered an incredible 360-degree view over Nice. We would happily stay there again.

Stayed 5 nights from 1st May. We found the hotel to be excellent. We had a Comfort Room/Queen Bed on the 3rd Floor facing the back. The room was quiet, spacious, super clean and the bathroom was modern and fresh with really great large walk in shower. Toiletries in bathroom, fridge , coffee maker and water all in the room for use. All of the staff we dealt with were really excellent - helpful, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are a credit to the hotel. We did not have breakfast included - but there are many places nearby for your petit dejeuner! Location was perfect for us, nice and quiet & safe. Just outside the really busy parts, but shops and cafes/restaurants close by and very easy to walk everywhere - 10 mins from Old Town or Promenade and also walkable to the Marina area about 25 mins. Transport links are also very close by - so if you are wanting to go further afield it is ideal. Overall - really great stay and we would recommend Apollinaire

We recently spent 3 wonderful days in Nice and stayed once again at Hotel Apollinaire (our second time here), and just like before, it didn’t disappoint. We requested the same room (King Suite) as our previous visit and were so pleased that the hotel was able to accommodate us, it felt like coming home. The staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. A special mention to Jordan in the restaurant, who was particularly helpful and courteous, he made our mornings even more enjoyable. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like complimentary filtered water provided daily. We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh & varied breakfast selection, the perfect way to start the day. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Old Town, the Promenade des Anglais, and plenty of shops and restaurants. It’s the perfect base for exploring Nice.

I stayed at Hôtel Apollinaire Nice for 9 nights in October 2025 with my wife during our anniversary vacation in the French Riviera. Overall, it’s a stylish and comfortable boutique hotel conveniently located within walking distance of Old Town, the tram station (Durandy), and many restaurants. The room was modern, clean, and well-decorated. The staff at the reception were friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth. The breakfast buffet (22€) offered a good selection of fresh pastries, fruits, and coffee. The location was perfect for exploring Nice on foot, and we felt safe even when walking back at night. Free water refill was nice!

Lovely modern hotel. Only a ten minute walk from train station & only a short walk to old town. Large light & quiet room with good size modern bathroom with shower over bath. Good quality toiletries & secure wifi. Very good storage. Excellent quality breakfast provided. All staff friendly & helpful. The only gripe shower over bath not user friendly & shower head inadequate.

The Apollinaire hotel is a very comfortable hotel. The friendly helpful staff add to the lovely experience we had from start to finish during our 4 night stay. The hotel is in a convenient position , less than 5 mins walk to the tram station which then takes you all over the city easily as well as back to the airport. Although not on the beach front, it is in a quiet spot and a 10-15 minute walk brings to the Promenade des Anglais as well as to the main shopping area. The room was very spacious for two, spotless and really comfy beds. We didn’t hear a sound during the night ( room on the 4th floor at the side of the hotel). Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Friendly, clean small hotel in a lovely town on the French Riveria. Highly recommend! The room had a large window that opened fully and overlooked a cafe. You could enjoy the sounds of the town while open or be nice and quiet with it closed. The room had a/c so we were very comfortable. There was a kettle with mugs and supplies and a refrigerator in the room plus two chairs and a small table so you could sit by the window and enjoy coffee. Nearby were a few cafes and a decent coffee shop plus you were one block from the train station and a grocery store. They offer breakfast as well though we did not eat there. The location is excellent with easy access to Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Ventimiglia, etc. plus a lovely promenade that you could follow to Cap Ferat.

This is the best hotel to stay at in Beaulieu sur Mer! This was my second stay. My room was large, comfortable, clean, with attractive decor, quiet, had a good bathroom/shower, nice TV, and had super air conditioning! The staff was so helpful with information. There are restaurants right across the street (but my room was quiet) and a grocery store in short walking distance with the train station next to it. Skip Nice and stay here, as the train, especially, plus the public bus are so easy to use!

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. I loved everything about my stay here. It really does have that traditional family-run feeling and I was made to feel so welcome yet the amenities were modern and tasteful. Breakfast was very generous with many options including ham and cheeses, crepes, fresh baguettes, granola with various toppings, boiled eggs, etc. The bed was super comfortable and the view over the quiet town square with its Saturday / Wednesday market and kids playing with their parents felt so, well, French. Equally great was the 3 minute walk to the train station that had me in places like Ventimiglia and Menton in 30 mins! I walked to the beautiful Ephrussi Villa close to Villefranche in 25 mins and the path by the ocean was stunning. Don’t hesitate to book.

The views from our balcony were breathtaking and the room was extremely comfortable. Loved the plush king size bed and the strong jet from the shower (always a pet peeve in many European hotels). The shower water quickly became hot upon turning the handle; so quick that I almost scalded myself on the first try. Nothing like a strong, hot shower ! We had breakfast served in our room and even had dinner of wine and cheese upon arrival on our balcony. Exceptional experience all around !

La Roquebrune was an incredible stay. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, assisting us with navigating the area and finding things to do. Staff in the restaurant was very professional and attentive, food was very good too. They even sang me the song for my birthday and installed birthday candle on dessert. Generally speaking, very much satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Stayed here for a meeting and a few extra days with family. The location was lovely. If I had anything negative to say, it's a bit of a walk (30 mins) from much of anything (Old Town, etc.), but it's also right on a bus line that's easy to use. It's right on the water and the view is ridiculously lovey. Hotel breakfast is nice. Ate at the hotel restaurant one night and it was actually very good, much better than I'd expect from a hotel restaurant and frankly better than many nearby places. My room was comfortable, clean, well-maintained, and housekeeping was spot-on. The hotel rate for when I stayed was fantastic. I'd struggle to come up with anything at all to complain about, nothing whatsoever. I'd highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

The Front Desk staff were absolutely wonderful and friendly. Helpful in every way. So close to the beach and restaurants but quiet and restful also. Lovely sparkling clean pool just the refreshment needed for a very hot week. Drinks and food served around the pool was very nice, as was their ample breakfast.

Great location, close to bars, restaurants and shops. It's also an easy walk to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat promenade but far enough away where you're in a quiet and peaceful area. The heated pool was a nice suprise and the loungers around the pool are very comfy and never crowded during our stay. Beds comfortable and bathroom was beautiful, great shower pressure and a good hairdryer along with high quality shampoos/conditioners etc. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed everything. All staff were friendly and respectful. Breakfast was really good with something for everyone. The pool are was perfect with sun beds always available and poolside bar for snacks and drinks The room was large and comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located for the beach, the town and the train station.

Beautiful, little hotell in a quiet area of Bealeau-sur-mer, a 5 minute walk from the train station. Lovely breakfast terrace and pool area, big bathroom in the room and heated pool. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel de France in June-July 2025. There were three of us in the 3-person superior room for 9 days and with a little organization, we made it work well. Everyone is so nice at the front desk! Really sweet and kind. They gave us extra hangers; a second luggage rack; and a sun mattress for the public beach. They also helped us arrange transfers to the airport (and back at last minute). Robert was at the front desk every night when we got back from our long days in Provence or elsewhere. He was so friendly and helpful. When my friend needed to take her medicine in the middle of the night with food, Robert went above and beyond to help her get bread and yogurt after midnight. The hospitality bar and express breakfast was nice to have when you just needed something in the morning/to snack. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor terrace. We all slept super well! The AC was G O O D (and ice cold!) which was essential for us — having been in a heat wave in Paris the year before we didn’t want to repeat. The only negative would be primarily that the Wi-FI was a bit weak for some of us in some parts of our room (but fine in the lobby). Overall, really excellent value for a 3-star hotel near by the beach and in a convenient location. I saved a lot of money by booking directly through the website so I also recommend that!

Lovely little boutique hotel just a 5 minute walk to both Promenade des Anglais and the Alsace-Lorraine tram station. The staff are multilingual and very friendly :) The rooms are spacious, clean, and full of personality. The optional breakfast buffet was also good! My only small gripe is about the design of the bathroom. It’s big but there’s no closed shower or tub. It’s open with a shower head and just a shower curtain, so everything gets absolutely wet and slippery when you shower. Other than that, I would definitely stay again!

I don't know if Son the man who greeted us at the front desk was the owner but you certainly can tell he loves the property like it was his own. He was an amazing host and gave amazing directions, hand written by him on a walking map after he asked us what we would like to do on our stay. No person at any of the other hotel we stayed in on our trip through France, Italy and Switzerland did this. That is how much Hotel Villa Rose wants you to enjoy your stay! The property is amazing. It has a patio garden with seats and tables to relax at and also eat breakfast at. The room decor was very nice and comfortable. You feel like you are in someone's home and the key is a skeleton key from the days of long ago. We were able to walk everywhere 20 to 40 minutes to get where we wanted but there is a city train/tram that runs you back and forth to the tourist/beach area of Nice running very regularly. We loved this place. It was perfect for what we wanted and it lives up to everything the website explains it to be. Feel comfortable making this reservation. You do have to contact the front desk before 9pm if you are checking in late after that. This is more a home than a hotel. Enjoy!

We loved our stay at the Hotel Villa Rose. It is outside the busy rush of central Nice, but still so easy to get into the centre on the tram, which is a 5-minute walk away. We were surprised with a free upgrade to our room, and our every whim was catered to. Breakfast - local Viennoisserie and breads, was delicious, and the bed was very comfy, as were the towels. Son was an amazing and hard-working host, and gave us the best recommendations of where to visit and where to eat. If you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable and cosy place to stay, which isn’t in the middle of the tourist melee, we would highly recommend Hotel Villa Rose!

Charming boutique hotel with a cozy and beautiful garden, very clean and tastefully decorated room. The host were extremely welcoming, helpful and very knowledgable on the area. Breakfast was superb, served in the garden with fresh croissants, artisan bread, yogurt, cold meat, eggs, choice of coffee or tea as well as freshly squeezed orange juice.

Friendly helpful staff, the lovely old building was beautifully renovated and very clean. breakfast was very good. The room is very small as described in the listing but I had everything I needed for my stay and was comfortable.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff was super nice and friendly and the breakfast amazing with a great view . The position was excellent and fantastic view over the harbour and cruise terminal. Spacious suite and very comfortable and well appointed , we were told we were upgraded. All services as required and staff pleasant , friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good and adequate, not luxurious. Really enjoyed the stay , wish we were there longer , and would definitely stay there again.

LOCATION IS AMAZING, right on Port Hercules. The rooms were somewhat clean, carpets could be a little cleaner, TV can have some English channels but w/e. THE BED was so bad, it’s a sponge on a bed frame. We only stayed for a night to go shopping but they could do some things better. THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING. They put a little mini bar in the room and over charge nor nips. Spacious room, spacious bathroom. The restaurant at the top is amazing. Food and views.

The hotel is amazing our room overlooked Monaco harbour, The room was very large with comfortable beds, a large tv, dressing table with a sofa and arm chair, a fully stocked mini bar. The room also has 2 large wardrobes with a safe enclosed . The bathroom had a large jacuzzi bath, walking in shower a large mirror with full body care ( soap/ shampoo etc ) The staff at the hotel went over and beyond from the doormen to the cleaning staff. A special mention to Simone and especially Tim on reception he was most helpful The hotel location is great for the casino , shopping and exploring Monaco.

Well located to visit St Paul de Vence, which is about 1.3kms from the hotel. Onsite parking, lovely pool, comfortable but smallish rooms. All rooms overlook the pool and with good district views. Very helpful staff, both on checking in and departing, and handling luggage. Easy access to Nice Airport without having to navigate Nice city traffic.

This hotel is so chic and cute! A lot of the hotels I looked at in this price range didn’t feel luxurious and this felt luxe with a beautiful pool, balconies and decor! If you want to make the actual hotel part of your stay and relax by a pool, highly recommend!

This is a charming boutique hotel located in the middle of the "old town" in Antibes. We found the location perfect, with all the attractions in easy walking distance, along with many bars, restaurants, wonderful bakeries, and interesting shops. Pro tip - look for the bakeries with a line of locals. The room was comfortable and we had a small balcony with a view of the square below. We found it comfortable, and the breakfast delightful. Note there is no elevator and all the rooms are up stairs. The staff was very helpful and the hotel has a dining room and a bar for drinks. We brought in our own pastries for tea time. We visited a lot of the markets on Saturday - the covered market by the Hotel du Ville is not to be missed!

Location: it was in a quiet street but very close to the tourist office and to the buses we needed for our excursions - great as we were new to Antibes and somewhat nervous about finding our way around. 8 minutes from the sea and 2 minutes from the sweet old town streets Room: it had everything we needed. Beds were really comfy - nespresso machine was a nice touch as was the iron and ironing board. Breakfast - so much choice and access to gluten free items much appreciated. The extra touches made you feel the hotel staff had really thought about the guests needs - apples in the bowls at each stair level to take away. Free access to beach umbrellas and beach mats. The waitress who remembered the kind of coffee I liked for breakfast. The general friendliness of al the staff.

First, amazing ladies at the front desk. Friendly, and so helpful! Location was great, minutes between the old town, dock, and beach. Normal size room for an older building, and great AC. Nice breakfast, typical for hotel selections. Bed was ok, and the room had a nice shower. The front desk was helpful in getting our taxi to the airport (make sure to clarify if you need to use a credit card, or when you get to the airport, you might have an issue). Best part of the stay: hands down, the staff.

Did mention no fridge and Cecile (owner?) said put the wine in our fridge and also gave us bucket of ice when we collected it. This is a good hotel with very well trained courteous staff. The seafront location us attractive and convenient to appreciate Villefranche. There us no swimming pool at the hotel and the beach facilities in Villefranche are limited.

It is a very welcoming place: 24-hour desk service, bar and restaurant on ground floor, breakfast buffet daily. Small elevator for upper floor access. Housekeeping staff are efficient and friendly. Front desk staff very helpful. Hotel room was very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Great views of old fishing harbour and whole inlet from front and side balconies. Many eateries and shops in alleys behind the hotel. Other dining options along full length of waterfront. Markets set up on select days. Swimming beach five minutes walk to head of Inlet. Train station about 1.2 km walk via steep set of stairs. Be prepared for crowds on the days that the cruise ships are in. But at the Welcome Hotel, you’re well above it all.

Mostly positive experience travelling with our six-month-old baby for his first holiday. With the exception of one very surly member of the bar/breakfast team, all staff encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel is definitely child-friendly - a cot was provided for our room, buggy storage at reception was offered, etc. It's worth noting however that the location is not hugely advantageous if you have a small baby - everything in Villefranche is really only accessible via steep staircases or along bumpy/cobbled and sometimes disappearing pavements! Otherwise, the location is amazing with all the town's main sites, best restaurants, amenities as well as the bus-stop and railway station to travel elsewhere a very short distance away. Noise levels were generally family-friendly other than Friday/Saturday nights when live music in the bar definitely permeated our windows and deprived us of sleep. If possible, ask to be nearer the Reception end than the bar end to minimise this. No score is offered for value for money but the cost of the room seemed excessive for the facilities provided - especially given that breakfast was not included. 2/5 on that front - perhaps because there seemed to be a big yachting event happening and those guys are used to paying extortionate fees for everything? Room cleanliness was generally good but not 5/5 due to the rather disconcerting pair of (used?) male undergarments we found on the floor next to the bed!

Highly recommend this hotel. Frédérique was very helpful on the front desk. The barman very friendly and breakfast staff very attentive.

We stayed in four hotels over the course of our travels and this one was hands-down my favorite. First, the location is excellent. Literal steps away from the beach, you are also within walking distance of a delicious bakery, a useful little grocery store, and the whole of Old Town Antibes where all the best shopping is. (The train station is closer to 30 minutes' walk, definitely still doable—and we did do it!—but also a cheap taxi ride.) The staff is incredibly helpful and solicitous in every possible way. The room was very large, clean, and well-maintained. We were put in the handicap suite, which was a unique experience for an able-bodied group, so I can't speak to the standard experience, but even though we were on the ground floor facing the street, the shutters you can lower at night blocked out all light and noise. We had CONSISTENT hot water and good pressure in the shower, which was not the case in other hotels! We also had AC (not a thing I expected to be optional, but it was in other places), which really helped when coming back toasty from the beach. The offered continental breakfast was pricey but varied and felt like a nice way to supplement the relaxed nature of our stay (though, again, the bakery across the street was also delicious and excellent as well, and what we used on mornings where we really needed to get up and go.) Overall, a wonderful experience and I'll remember it fondly.

We had a family holiday in Hotel Josse for ten nights, two adult's and two children. It is a lovely hotel with a warm, friendly atmosphere. It is in a perfect location opposite the beach and within walking distance to Juan les pins and Antibes train stations. The hotel room was was very clean and comfortable, with good wardrobe space and a safe. Breakfast was lovely, there was a good variety of food every morning. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they work well together as a team. I would highly recommend this hotel and would like return in the future.

My parents stayed at Hotel Josse from 25 May till 16 June 2024 and they have asked me to leave a review on their behalf; -The location of the hotel is amazing, at the more exclusive part of Antibe, almost right at the sea. -The room was amazing, with a big kingsize bed, good working AC, nice bathroom, daily cleaning and nice balcony with beautiful seaview. -Breakfast was also amazing, it is in buffet style, with a fantastic selection of items and great coffee. -Most amazing though, was the hospitality and the staff. Unfortunately my parents had a big problem with their car (although new, the gearbox broke down). This in the South of France, during holidays, while not speaking any French. Especially given the age of my parents this generated tremendous stress. Every day I came back to my room completely spotless (even though I definitely left it messy in the mornings!) and it always felt so cozy and cared for. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, simple, and perfect to start the day. Not to mention Hotel Le Havre Blue's location -- it couldn’t be better, just a quick 10-minute walk to the beach and close to everything you need! If you’re visiting Beaulieu-sur-Mer and want something authentic, personal, and full of heart, stay here. Hotel Le Havre Bleu was so perfect that I want to return to Beaulieu-sur-Mer just so I can stay here again. I can’t recommend it enough!

The rooms are extremely clean, with great air conditioning and and the location is amazing, amazing terrace to sit outside and just five minutes from the beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and there was no issue that they couldn’t solve.

Breakfast was very good-lots of fresh bread and pastries, yogurt, ham, juice, coffee, latte, teas, etc. Some fresh fruit. Outside patio for eating. We went for long beautiful coastal walks, swimming in warm water. On last day we could leave our luggage at hotel after check out time and swim more. Showers on beach and use hotel restroom to get ready for airport-great way to get full use of last day!

They had one room for one day, which would not have been enough days to get the issues at our house repaired. The next day Melissa let me know she heard my distress when talking to the receptionist with my 5 month old and a two year old in the morning and extended our stay until Monday. This place is very clean with super friendly staff. Has a bistro open for breakfast and open again at 5:00 for dinner beer/wine cocktails. Also has a pool and jacuzzi with a a nice lounging area. Very good location, very close to the beach/shore, but fairly quiet as away from the main centre of Antibes. It's a family operated hotel run by the fairly young owners (and their lovely new baby!). My room as a single person was great, comfortable bed, and good shower. Breakfast was the usual continental, but very good. The kitchen/lounge area is lovely and operated in a relaxing way. Coffee machine - and it's excellent - is always available, you just help yourself. There's a reasonable size courtyard, mostly shaded, at the back of the hotel with tables and chairs. WiFi was generally good throughout. Worth noting are the two very good restaurants about 4 minutes away on the beach, great lunches and dinners, and both have outstanding views across the Med to Nice and beyond. No hesitation in recommending the hotel, and would definitely stay here again.

My mother and I stayed for a week in August. The hotel is clean and the owners/staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming, always being happy to help and advise, or just have a chat. The hotel is very nicely decorated and very clean and there is a lovely terrace to sit on. The location is away from the hustle and bustle, is tranquil and in a very nice area, very close to the beach and also near a lovely walking trail around the Cap. Your own transport would be useful but a bus runs into Antibes from a stop which is around 10 minutes walk away and there is a convenient corner shop too. Couldn't fault it!

We stayed for 7 nights and loved the hotel. The location is perfect, just off the beach, and central for exploring Cote D’Azur. The team were all really friendly and helpful. A good breakfast is available in a very nice and relaxing room, which also has outdoor space on either side to relax either in sun or shade. We would definitely stay again.

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. We booked a room for 3 people and with balcony. The room was great with two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a balcony where we could sit outside. The view was just other houses, but it was still nice to have an outside space. The room also had a kettle and a small fridge/mini bar. The breakfast was good with both sweet and salty options. The staff were super helpful and were available 24/7. The room felt clean and the beds were very clean and comfy. The room was well insulated so we were not bothered by any sounds from other guests. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The property is ideally located, just a short walk from the tram, but easy on foot to all the main areas. The bathroom in our room recently updated, bed comfy and large outside terrace. The reception and breakfast areas all newly refurbished and welcoming. Our room was perhaps a littke dated, but very clean with new wooden flooring. This is a really nice hotel in a peaceful and beautiful location, bus access to the village or there’s easy parking at the hotel if you drive. The buffet breakfast was excellent and included a hot cooked to order eggs and bacon if you want it. Gardens and pool are very nice. Rooms are very clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly, and they were also very helpful with advice about the tourist attractions in the locality and places to eat dinner. The breakfast was exceptionally good, and it was lovely to sit out in the pretty courtyard garden to eat it in the sunshine. They put on a music evening while we were staying with great musicians, and a free glass of Prosecco and some nibbles, which was very enjoyable. We didn't use the pool because we didn't have time - but it looked lovely. It was also great to have somewhere easy to park our car with no extra charge. Thank you for a great stay.

An excellent and nutritious breakfast every morning in which they would prepare scrambled eggs if you wish - in addition to all the other items on their banquet table. The room was decorated oh so wonderfully! I felt that amazing "sensation francaise" throughout the entire hotel...the lobby/parlor, dining area, the guests rooms, the staircase, and the garden and pool outside. Just amazing. And the staff...all of them are just gracious, kind and fun. They made my stay perfect!

Great hotel far cheaper than any other hotels in Monaco - still provides top class service, great food, location, swimming pool, concierge service etc - Monaco is so small that you can walk everywhere from the hotel and if you need a taxi the concierge can get one to the door within minutes, every member of staff makes a point of saying hello when you see them, towels provided for the pool and much more - 10/10

Just returned from a week in Monaco which we used as our base for exploring the Cote D’Azure. The hotel staff are very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. It was like sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast was plentiful and we were glad it was included in our rate. I don’t think the omelette is worth the supplement. The pool was clean and heated and a welcome respite during the hot weather. We ate dinner one night in the restaurant and very much enjoyed the food. The outside bar is delightful. We will be returning!

We have stayed here before so knew what to expect from this hotel. It’s a great hotel with brilliant facilities at a great price, for Monaco. Only downside for us was that the bathroom was tired and shower didn’t work properly, however we did inform the front desk of the broken shower and maintenance had it fixed within an hour which was great. We will likely stay here again, the staff were really friendly and helpful, pool area was great again too.

We stayed for just 1 night, but from the minute we entered the hotel we were met by friendly staff at concierge and reception who went out of their way to help as much as they could. The hotel itself is fantastic with an amazing pool and very spacious rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The free shuttle to the train station was a nice touch and again all staff involved were friendly and polite.

Amazing hotel stay with lovely staff who were extremely attentive, the breakfast was fabulous. The location was beautiful with round the corner stunning views of the oceanographic museum and palaces. I enjoyed the convinience of being by careefour, overall I would recommend to friends and families. The pool was also absolutely lovely.

The location was great, very close to L2 from the airport and walkable to go everywhere. There are lots of shops and restaurants around and just a short walk from the beach. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Also, we included breakfast in our stay and it was worth it! The decoration felt modern. The room was pettit but very comfortable and it had everything we needed, including a safe, a small fridge, tea and coffee.

Stayed a little over 2 weeks at the la villa victor hugo. Lots of reasons to recommend this hotel. One the entire staff was helpful and very friendly. Made me feel comfortable here ,knowing someone was always able to give me good advice,like where I might get my SIM card changed since my eSIM was too complicated for me. Thx to Laura, Christiano, Nisa, Laura Li, and Mary. Everyone was super nice! Two, the location was perfect. Central location is what I was looking for . Tram stop from airport was 2 minute walk on Blvd Victoria Hugo. You’re close to both tram lines, not far from old town , the nicest pedestrian streets with shops and restaurants are close also. Used public transportation on a 20 euro a week pass and had easy trips to Cape Ferrat, Antibes, Villiage of Eze, St Paul Venice. Very easy to seethe French Riviera from this hotel! Three, the hotel itself occupy’s a corner of a beautiful building. There is a small bar and sitting area in the lobby. My room on the 4th floor had everything I would want , like a nice window that opens to the scenic tree lined boulevard. Also a modern nice bathroom , a comfortable bed, and a nice tvon the wall. Room was cleaned by very nice staff member Karina. In summary ,I highly recommend and look forward to my next trip back.

We have stayed in Nice many times and this hotel was definitely value for money in comparison to the others. We stayed in the Junior suite and the view of the church steeple and surrounds was lovely. The room had a feel of luxury to it and the entire hotel is tastefully decorated. Location was central to our needs and there was a fabulous restaurant directly across the road (plus many more within a 5 minute walk). The breakfast buffet is small but a notch up from the usual continental spread that you will find in most hotels in France. The cheese and scrambled eggs in particular was very good. The staff all speak English and were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

The hotel was in an excellent position in the city with easy walking to the beach, main shopping streets and the old town. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, couldn't fault anything. I interacted most with Julien and Ida , who were very welcoming and made me feel at home. You need ideas were to go, suggestions , how to get to a place , they are so helpful . The rest of the staff I just did not see them as much - but were very polite. Raquel helped me a reservation in a nice restaurant one evening . The cleaning staff do an outstanding job keeping the room and premises spotless . The hotel is well designed . The rooms are comfortable , well laid out , there is a fridge , you can make yourself coffee and tea . The give you a choice of pillows - the AC works well - but didn’t need it much - nice big bay windows with breeze . Asked for a quiet room and was accommodated . Location wise , it’s fantastic - walking distance from just everywhere . But , the tram stop is also close by . Really close to the train station So all in all a very enjoyable . There is also an adjacent café Hug - get yourself some excellent coffee and sit outside - they also serve breakfast at an adjacent restaurant attached to the hotel

I had a fantastic stay at this charming boutique hotel in Nice. The hotel was beautifully designed and comfortable. My room had a stunning view of the Notre-Dame Basilica, which was lovely through the large windows that opened, there was a gate across rather than a true balcony. One of the highlights of my stay was the HUG Café attached to the hotel. I pre-purchased my breakfast, which was affordable and gluten-free. The café had a great selection of gluten-free options, all of which were delicious. Their cappuccino was hands-down the best I had during my entire trip—absolutely perfect! The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a coffee and tea station. Upon arrival, I was provided with complimentary bottled water, which was a nice touch. While there was no shampoo or conditioner provided, the hand soap and body wash were of good quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and fluent in multiple languages, making communication effortless. I did have one minor issue with the heating unit not being synced to the remote control, but the staff was quick to assist. One thing to note is that this isn’t a quiet area—the basilica bells ring hourly, and the street outside is bustling with activity, including the tram. However, I didn’t mind at all, as I’m used to a city atmosphere. A major perk was being able to watch the Carnaval parade right from my window! Such a unique experience!

Hotel is in a great location 5 mins walk from the main station and around 15 mins walk down to Place de Messena and then another 5 mins to beach. You can easily walk to old town too. It’s easy to get to from airport take the tram direct to Jean Medicin and it’s a few mins walk from the tram stop. We chose the superior room with balcony which had a view out onto Basilica Notre Dame. Church bells ring from 8am but you soon get used to them. Room was really spacious and had two big windows making the room really bright and airy. Good air conditioning and nice amenities including kettle, coffee machine and stocked fridge. Bathroom is small but fully functional. We had a lovely breakfast each day in the cafe next door where you get a discount as hotel guest. You also get a discount in the Hug coffee shop. What really stands out though are the staff and the service they provide . From the moment we arrived to the day we left they were all extremely welcoming and friendly they couldn’t do enough for us. They provided great recommendations for dinner. Dried off my husband’s jacket when he inadvertently soaked it in sink when getting changed when we first arrived and left birthday balloons and gifts in the room for my birthday which was a lovely touch. It’s definitely 5 star service we’ll definitely be back again.

A Memorable Stay in Nice – Thanks to the Staff! We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel in Nice. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Tanguy, whose devotion and helpfulness stood out immediately. He offered great service, helped us with directions, and had thoughtful suggestions for our visit. The hotel itself is modest – the elevator is small, but it works, and the room, though compact, had a comfortable bed and a decent shower. There’s also a lovely café just below the hotel, perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. What truly made the experience special, though, was the staff. Check-out with Ada was smooth, and when we realized we had left something behind, she immediately contacted us and offered to mail it to us—even though we had already reached the airport. That kind of service is rare and deeply appreciated. This hotel may not be the most luxurious, but the warmth, smiles, and dedication of the staff—especially Tanguy and Ada—are what make it a place we’d happily return to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay in Nice.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Du Centre. The hotel is in a great location and the room was spotlessly clean and comfy. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly and always on hand to help and give recommendations. The coffee shop downstairs was also a bonus and served great coffee and pastries! The beach packs for rent in reception came in really handy for a day at the beach. We will definitely be returning to stay in the future :)

Breakfast was a great choice of cereals, breads and pastries and coffee and juice with a range of non dairy milk. The room was very comfortable and clean and we had a balcony available. Would definitely stay again.The area is very busy during the day and evening but quiet after 11pm to around 6am when local businesses started getting deliveries.

This small family hotel is located in a quiet road near to the beach and only a very short walk from the centre of Antibes - a perfect spot to stay. The owners are delightful and go out of their way to make visitors' stays as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Breakfast (extra) is very good and is served in the small garden. Everything is kept very clean. The rooms are adequate but not large and ours had a strange metal contraption in one corner for storage and hanging - functional but not beautiful! We arrived to find we had been unexpectedly upgraded to one of the two rooms with a shady balcony which was a real plus and, without which, the room might have felt small. The en-suite bathroom was also pretty small but had all the essentials and lots of lovely hot water in the shower (although a soap tray and device to hang the shower head at head height would have been welcome additions). Quiet, homey and quaint. The hotel is in the perfect location - a few blocks back from the beach in a quiet residential area. The hotel is an old villa with the rooms turned into B&B rooms. It’s cosy and very homely. Everything is well looked after and loved. The owners are super friendly and made me feel really welcome. Breakfast is standard continental, served buffet style and you eat outside when the weather is good.

Hosts Efva and Martin couldn’t be more amenable and friendly. Great breakfast, excellent location,five minutes to the beach, ten minutes to the Old Town and it’s bars and restaurants. Juan les Pins beach a pleasant fifteen minute walk away. Don’t be put off by the two star rating as the rooms were good, large bathroom, outside seating and a very pretty garden. I would choose a room within the house next time as the rooms were larger and some with a private balcony. Great place to stay, sorry about the knife Martin !

Le Ponteil is an oasis of calm in Antibes 100m from the beach and 10m from the old town. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The WiFI is good and breakfast is delicious. The owners are welcoming and helpful. You feel like you are in a beautiful Provençal garden (because you are) but in a city at the same time. This hotel is a gem, and a bargain to boot!

The owners went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was quite good and because we like hardboiled eggs instead of soft, Les made sure he cooked us eggs every morning and brought them to us. So nice! The pool is exceptional with shade and sun. Many guests, including us, spent afternoons by the pool soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Our room had a large balcony facing the pool. You have to have a car to get to St Psul and restaurants. We would recommend this hotel.

The pool is the jewel here, very nicely presented and clean with plenty of loungers and parasols if needed. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony, and the AC was very welcome. The Location is a little away from the action which was fine as we wanted somewhere relaxing and quiet and had a hire car so we visited Monoco, St Tropez, Cannes which are all very close. Joel the owner/manager is a star and looked after us booking restaurants and offering advice and overall we were very happy with our stay.

Joel and the team at the hotel are exceptional. Very attentive and friendly. We also loved the pool, the location and especially the breakfast! Buffet style but plentiful and very fresh every morning. The service overall made our stay extremely pleasant and we were able to visit Antibes, Cannes, Saint Paul de Vence and Monaco easily from this hotel. Parking was easy on site also. Supermarkets and restaurants are within a few minutes drive.

Quiet and comfortable boutique hotel nestled in a peaceful area amongst the hustle and bustle of Nice. Conveniently located, near to the beach and tram stops with great nearby food options. Staff were polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Room was very comfortable and peaceful with great insulation. Breakfast has plenty of options and a decent spread. Hotel was reasonably priced for the quality and location you get. Interior is nicely designed and the lift is very convenient.

We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at La Villa. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly helpful staff, exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel & lovely buffet breakfast. Our room was a triple on the 3rd floor with cute wrought iron balcony where we enjoyed a glass of wine overlooking the sea in the distance. The location is perfect, just far enough from the bustle of the Promenade des Anglais. Book it, you won’t regret it!

The staff was multi-lingual and very friendly and helpful. They helped us find overnight parking, when their small lot was full and two delicious restaurants in easy walking distance from the hotel. Our room was colorfully appointed with a comfortable bed, and a modern shower/bathroom. The hotel was well-located, one block away from the promenade.

The hotel is located in the Chateau/Castel area. While being in front of the beach and close to Vieux Nice, it is outside just enough from the busier/louder Promenade areas. The room we stayed in had an excellent view and beautiful facilities, which have been recently renovated. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and everything is done to a high standard. The swimming pool is spacious and the deck is nicely integrated against the hill rock.

La Perouse is in a perfect location for walking all around Nice. It is near Place Garibaldi (and the trams), it is near the Promenade Anglais, it is near the Port, it is next to Old Town. The rooms are spacious and lovely, and so well appointed. Lots of closet space. The outdoor terrace is amid lemon trees! I did not go in the pool but it looked great and relaxing. The very top terrace is even higher than the viewing point for Castle Hill!

The reception area can get too crowded and busy and the reception process was too long.

One of my favorite properties on the planet! Excellent in all respects. Breakfast buffet unparalleled and worth it for the fresh croissants alone! Pool area atmosphere outstanding ( make sure it is open as it closes for four weeks in spring and fall for seasonal transition to an enclosed pool during winter months. Highly recommend if you are visiting the Côta d’Azur as everything is easily accessible by car. Don’t miss the new San Remo Luxury Outlets just 30 min away!!

We loved our stay at the Metropole. From the moment we arrived, staff were attentive and made us feel very special. The pool area is brilliant, we arrived at 12pm after exploring the area and were still able to have sunbeds without any issue. The breakfast could be better, included within the price was a very small selection. The room was very out dated and in desperate need of renovation. However the service, lobby and pool area outweighed the negatives and I'm sure we will be back.

It's also very close to the old village and numerous restaurants. The service was exceptional, especially from Léti, who was always smiling and provided excellent tips on things to visit and do. My kids felt so at home that we extended our stay. The hotel itself is very cozy, and the breakfast was delightful with fresh croissants and bread. Considering the area, the price for the location and service was very affordable. We highly recommend this place for a great stay on a budget!

Everything! The location was superb - 7 mins walk to Nice Ville Station and a tram stop just 2 mins away from the hotel. Monoprix supermarket was just opposite the hotel, so very convenient to pick up things if you were too tired to go out for dinner. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was very good - loved the option of having freshly squeezed orange juice (2 juicers available to squeeze the juice yourself). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. In particular, Pauline went out of her way to be extremely kind and helpful. The room (we were in a Junior Suite) was large and spacious, with a balcony attached to it, where we could people watch while having a cup of coffee or a drink. Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate available throughout the day in a cozy corner near the reception. A vending machine at the reception with water and soft drinks available conveniently. However, there was no ice machine in the hotel,, but the staff always got us some from their freezer, whenever we requested for it. Bathroom had hand rails near the toilet, so very convenient for senior citizens or people with mobility issues.

A great hotel situated in the heart of Nice-Ville and on the T1 tramline and in easy walking distance with suitcases from T2, stopping at Jean Médecin. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our room was great size with a balcony. Serviced as and when we wanted - towels etc and sheets too. The hotel was busy but always quiet and restful. Breakfast was excellent - tremendous range and variety all beautifully and carefully presented. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely pleasant, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. I felt like a valued guest. Ana and Teddy on reception were a credit to the hotel and its ethos - always a smile and a cheery bonjour, happy to inform and advise, and going out of their way to help make things special. It’s lovely when reception is so accommodating. Location was perfect for us. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, SNCF, the old town, and the port. An easy stroll with towels etc to the beach too. We would gladly return to Best Western Hotel Lakmi Nice. It’s not a hotel for a hotel holiday but we wanted to spend all day and evenings in Nice and surrounding areas and restaurants so, it suited perfectly!

The time we spent at our hotel was really great. From the first moment, the friendly and caring staff welcomed us very well. The room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Being at a central point in terms of location made it much easier to explore the city. The breakfast varieties were quite rich and delicious, helping us start the day with pleasure every morning. The decoration of the hotel was modern and tasteful, and the general areas were well maintained. We were also pleased that it offered a quiet and peaceful environment. A hotel that can definitely be recommended for both couples and families.

We found the Hotel was comfortable, very clean, and staff was very kind and helpful, Nicely located we could walk to all parts of town. This is a really beautiful hotel, welcoming, clean and unique in the way they welcome guests! Everything was perfect but the best thing was the staff: every member of staff I met was super kind and friendly; they are all smiling people who have a mission to make guests happy and comfortable. Nicest staff I encountered in a while! So attentive and genuinely friendly! Free coffee and quality tea all day at the lobby, super clean, great breakfast included with fresh french croissants, pastries, eggs, cheese and more. For a 4-star hotel the design and the attention to detail is so good and soothing. Even the plates and mugs at breakfast are the same color scheme as the lobby and the rooms. We slept great. Very quiet, calm energy, the curtains blocked 100% of the light so we could sleep in. The location is 5 minutes walk from the beach and walking at distance from all the main sites There's a Carrefour downstairs and an induction stove in the room, so you can also cook for yourself. Excellent value for money!

The entire staff was SO friendly and you are a minute walk from the beach. Everyone we interacted with here was so nice and gave us a ton of recommendations on where to eat locally and things to do. Our room was very spacious and the couch area made our morning coffee amazing. We found this hotel on booking.com and we are so glad we picked it. The amenities are great: happy hour in the lobby with great wine and coffee bar anytime you want with amazing coffee. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends!!

It's my second time since 2015 when I stayed at La Regence. The location is perfect, easily accessible by bus from Nice. The hotel is in a 15 min. walk from the train station that brings you all the way to Monaco and Menton, or to Nice. The hotel is in a couple minute walk from old part of the town with restaurants and shops, and 10-min walk to the beach. Le Regence is a family-owned hotel, with cosy and clean rooms, very welcoming and helpful staff and a great bar downstairs to relax in the evening or have a quick coffee in the morning. Villefranche-sur-Mer is an amazing place to stay if you want to spend some time in the French Riviera.

Very warm and friendly staff. The room was clean and fresh with fresh towels and room made up each day. Shower and loo modern and kept clean - hot water at all times of the day. Air-conditioning effective- definitely worth a stay!! Having the bar Chez Betty was great for breakfast and drinks during the day. 10 out of 10 all round.

Everything was perfect - cozy and comfortable room with a clean and spacious bathroom. Also, the staff were very accommodating (we were provided with beach towels and a beach umbrella for free), also, they gave very clear instructions for wifi and entrance to the property at late hours - therefore, communication was great. To add - the view to the street (although, slightly blocked by the shutters) was very nice. All in all - wonderful experience!

We loved the central location. It was very clean. The staff were friendly. It was basic ie. it was just a room with a shower and bathroom. It had air conditioning which we did not need as it was cooler in Oct. Overall it was very good value for money and the bar downstairs served breakfast for a small fee and the coffee was delicious.

I am a very sensitive sleeper. Both my partner and I found the bed to be very comfortable. We got some good sleep which was unexpected! The view of the ocean was beautiful. We had breakfast in our room on the departure day and it was lovely to sit on the balcony and look at the water - very relaxing. They have beach towels which you can take with you on day trips. The room was clean, quiet, and a good size. We also had control of the temperature in our room which was great. Staff was professional and efficient. The hotel is modern and well-kept. There is a jacuzzi on the top floor with an incredible view and sun deck.

Room - bed was really comfortable, plenty of sockets, separate toilet was very small but absolutely sufficient for our needs. powerful shower and the mini bar was handy as we didn't have time to look for a supermarket because we had a 2 day wedding event. with the double patio doors we did not hear anything from outside. we were also next to the lifts again we didn't hear anything from the corridor Location - excellent location for the beach, resturants and bars. it was about 30 mins walk to the old town but we enjoy a walk. My parents who are not so mobile would have struggled to the old town centre. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh at 18 euros per person Reception & service staff - everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly I have rated this 10 because we enjoyed our stay, were very comfortable and the staff were excellent. This is a regular hotel for the price.

The room was a little small as well, but had a huge terrace overlooking the water with 2 lounge chairs, and a table with 2 chairs which made it feel bigger. Tons of restaurants walking distance, and even a casino! Hotel was clean and the young man at the front desk (did not get his name unfortunately) was above and beyond helpful. Helping us with the trains, buses, pretty much everything. It did rain the whole time we were there, so check the weather! Hotel was a good find!

This compact and bijou hotel is in the most convenient of locations. The 15 minute bus ride from the airport drops you just a 5 minute walk away. You are in instant reach of a huge range of bars and café's. The beach, Place Massena, Vieux Ville, local parks, museums, galleries and shops are all within easy reach. The area feels safe at night. Reception / check in / out was easy - you arrange with the hotel before arriving. Rooms were very clean and, although compact, offered good facilities. There is no lift, you need to be aware of this is stairs and heavy luggage factor into your hotel decision making. However being 3 floors up means you're in the heart of the action but, thanks to good glazing and air con you can shut out the noise of the city. We stayed in room 2 which has a sweet little balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. There was a fridge and safe in the room as well as tea making facilities. Breakfast is OK value for money given the expensive city centre prices but you can find more for less if you hunt for it. There's not a lot of luggage / storage space which could get annoying if you stayed longer than a few days - we just had hand luggage so managed 3 days ok. The beds are super comfortable - I would say medium firm - between us we had one 5 month pregnant person and one person with a very bad back and we slept very well. Cleaners came daily. My only minor grumble was the bathroom though well appointed is very very small.

This hotel is in the perfect spot for exploring Nice by foot. You're in the middle of everything, but yet set back from the bustling streets. The room was modest, but comfortable, clean and nicely decorated, with the benefit of a Juliet balcony. The staff were ever so welcoming and helped us with our luggage up the steps to the hotel. A two minute walk takes you to Place Masséna, boasting wonderful water features, and another five minute walk from there takes you to the old town - offering a great selection of restaurants and bars. The promenade too is only a short walk. Though the stony beach may not be preferable to all, I still recommend a swim in the sea on a summer's day.

This is a lovely personal hotel, the gentleman on reception is really friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be much better; it's in the centre of the shops with a few minutes walk to the promenade de Anglais and a 5-10 minute to old town with all the restaurants and bars. If you don't want a walk just over the road from the hotel are 3 or 4 bars/cafes. The room was relatively small but it was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Nice!

The hotel is amazing! We enjoyed our stay a lot! The location is perfect, it’s not too crowded but it’s easy to reach the beach, city center, shops, restaurants and the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they told us everything about the town and provided us with the map. We also received a special offer for the beach (Blue Beach), which we found useful. There is a bar downstairs with a decent amount of drinks. We also liked breakfast, it was delicious. In the room there is everything for comfort staying. The hotel stuff also made a gift for us, for which we are grateful, thank you! TV have a lot of movies that you can watch

Staff made it efficient and easy for us to check in earlier than the usual time and leave our bags so we could go for a wander on the beach. For money to value ratio in the central Nice area I thought the room was excellent, we upgraded to a deluxe room and it was spacious, with a large balcony and a jacuzzi bath. All staff, and in particular reception staff were really friendly and helpful making it a joy to stay at La Malmaison. We didn’t try the breakfast but I’m sure that it’s nice too. Only thing that could be upgraded (but wasn’t a huge issue) was the lift, there was only 1 and it was fairly slow. Also our key cards stopped working a few times and we had to get them changed, but the staff were very accommodating with this.

A very comfortable hotel ideally placed for both the Promenade des Anglais and Nice Ville train station. Most of the main attractions are well within a 20-30 minute walk. Bus and tram services are readily found from the hotel. The very efficient Airport tram (Line 2 - single ticket price E.1.50 bought at one of the ticket machines) stops at Alsace-Lorraine station which is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Without exception, the staff are professional, helpful and friendly and the hotel is extremely well managed. The breakfast buffet has a wide choice of hot and cold foods. It's delicious and very well presented. My (Executive) room was quietly situated and had a very decent balcony. Both bedroom and bathroom had generous proportions and excellent facilities. Just a few adverse comments: - The bedroom fits well into the hotel's general decor but it lacks warmth and intimacy. Some brighter colours and pictures would help. - The bathroom has an impractical hand basin. Any kind of washing from it results in water overspill. Access to the shower above the (welcome) bath tub is not easy. None of these comments would stop my recommending this first class hotel or my staying there again.

Loved the location of the hotel! It was extremely central, a short walk to the beach and felt very safe. Located on a street with great restaurants. My room was on the 5th floor and was a great size with a stunning view of the neighborhood. I sat out there and had coffee every morning from the lovely nespresso machine. The bathroom was also fabulous and had clean towels and great Nuxe bath amenities. I also loved the jacuzzi spa tub which was great after a long day walking around town. Lastly, the TV was huge for the room and had a great selection of recent and classic hits. A perfect stay!

And the reply was "we don't have any milk". Hmmm I'll take that as a no then... Not really 4 star service.... Bit disappointed.

Hands down one of my favourite hotels in the South of France. We got a sea view balcony room and it was so spacious and clean. The bathroom was a dream, the water pressure was amazing and so were the soaps provided. The daily house keepers kept our room fresh and the staff were so helpful. We really felt comfortable and at home. The location couldn’t be better and is really safe. So central from the east and west part of Nice. 5 mins walk through a gorgeous garden to the high end shops/place macenna and another 5 mins walk to the beach or market. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

This is our 4th stay at Helios! We love the location, a block and a half from the beach and 2 blocks from the train station. The staff at Helios is outstanding: friendly, efficient, and always willing to help with directions and local information. We thank Patricia, Florence, Petra, Manon, and Patrick for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was very clean. We loved the view of the Mediterranean and the mountains. There are many good restaurants, brasseries, and cafes within walking distance. The beach is sandy and there is a sidewalk that goes along the the beautiful beach all the way to the neigboring town of Golfe Juan. We plan to return to the Helios next year!

very nice hotel! we were upgraded to have a balcony and could see the water from there. Loved the balcony and the room/bathroom. very spacious and comfortable! small town, so there isn't much to do, but everything is walking distance and the hotel is very close to the train station - you could easily take the train to Cannes or Antibes (old town). Nightlife in this little town was really cool - nice bars and restaurants. Also, the beach has sand, not many in France do, so it would be nice for a beach day/weekend type trip.

The location of the hotel was perfect with easy access to the beach and central restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and I felt safe,being a solo traveller. I also found the huge illuminated sign on top of the hotel very useful, when trying to find my way back in the dark...!! The room was lovely with very nice colour furnishings and a great mini bar stocked with a huge selection of drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to one day staying there again.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location – safe, clean, and incredibly convenient. It's less than ten minutes from both the train station and the beach, with many excellent restaurants nearby. The Hotel is location within a ten minute walk of the railway station. It is ideally located in a quiet mainly residential district. The staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly and brought a sense of real joy , especially Noreen who made every morning so cheerful along with Diame, David and Charles. This is our second visit to Nice, and this hotel is extremely stylish and exquisite. It is located in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood. Interestingly, all the surrounding roads are named after musicians. David at the hotel was incredibly warm and hospitable. He upgraded our room and arranged a super gorgeous suite for us. When we opened the door, we were overjoyed. There was a typical Parisian balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a cozy sofa. The view was absolutely stunning. This hotel also features a very unique elevator with a history of over a hundred years. Every time we stepped out of it, it felt like we had traveled through time, just like a scene from a movie. The breakfast at the hotel was also great. The flavored black tea after the meal was exceptionally delicious. Thanks to Norean Diane and Charles for their thoughtful service. Overall, this hotel perfectly combines modern chic with historical charm. From the environment and facilities to the service, every detail reflects its high quality. I like ibis hotels because they offer good quality for a reasonable price. Although I found it a bit expensive, it was still cheaper than other options nearby. There is a bar downstairs where one can also order food, pool table for those who fancy a play. I did not have a chance to use the pool. Good breakfast! Location is great, just outside of shopping mall and short walk to a beach.

If I could, I would have rated this hotel more than 10. It was clean and I mean "Monica clean". The breakfast was amazing with variety of options. The pool was clean and calm. The parking was available. The staff were nice and helpful and helped us to get to the city center by bus and such. We stayed there for 3 nights and I liked everything about it. Don't worry about the sounds and plane either. You'll hear nothing. It worth the money for sure!

There was a swimming pool which we didn't use. Hotel has a locker to keep your valuables. The place is very near to the Cap 3000 Mall and a beach. Excellent connectivity with bus lines. The staff also offered us to keep our luggages in the locker after our checkout, so we could roam around the old town till evening without having to bear the pain of carrying the luggage. They spoke very good English!

Stayed at Hotel 64 Nice and had a great experience, friendly staff and seamless checkin. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Didn’t realise that the breakfast was included which was an added bonus, the breakfast was excellent, small area but everything you would want for breakfast. Free tea and coffee and bottled water all day. Location was very central to the shops and the tram and within walking distance to the promenade. Rooms very clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and I slept very well. We were given the 5th floor balcony room which had amazing views of the below street, a little noisy but it’s in the centre of a busy shopping area and like I mentioned I slept very well. Our flight was an evening flight so we left our luggage until late and again staff were very accommodating . All in all very happy and would highly recommend this Hotel without doubt.

Check-in was smooth, and we were made to feel welcome right away. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. We booked the junior suite. The bed was great, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job each day. We especially appreciated the all day tea, coffee and water available in the common restaurant downstairs. The hotel’s location was perfect – close to restaurants, shops, tram, train station but still quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. My wife and I stayed at Hotel 64 in Nice from 4th to 10th January 2025, and we had an excellent experience! The hotel room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location is incredibly convenient—just a 6-minute walk to Gare de Nice Ville Train Station, making it perfect for exploring Nice and beyond. The hotel staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. A special shoutout to the reception team for their warm hospitality! The neighborhood is also great, with a KFC right next to the hotel, a tram stop nearby, and a Chinese fast-food restaurant just across the street. Overall, Hotel 64 made our stay in Nice truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nice!

Excellent location, practically on the border with Monaco, convenient walking distance from the train station. Large new and clean bathroom with a balcony, everything you need is there - shampoo, soap, body lotion, quality toilet paper, snow-white towels, old fashioned hair dryer, but normally working. The room itself is not new, with a not very convenient layout and is cramped, but it's expected, the furniture is old, the door of box for the minibar was broken, the minibar itself leaked a little, but the bed and pillows are comfortable, the linen is snow-white. The only thing that was inconvenient was the heavy, tight entrance door and the key that needs to be returned. We did not try breakfast, but if you want, you can get it on site. Thank you for our good stay!

This was perfect for my 2 day visit for Easter Sunday mass. I loved the restaurant nearby Chez Sandra that was walking distance and nearby, too. The morning breakfast at the Olympia was plentiful and healthy. The staff were also friendly, professional and very helpful. As a single woman traveller, I felt very welcome and safe here. The only thing that might affect people's overall stay is the walls are a bit thin and I could hear the pipes flushing/water from other's showers. It might have just been my room, but I was up early enough that it didn't really matter to me. Thank you all for the lovely stay. I would definitely come again.

A nice hotel in very good location with a short 5 min walk to the Monaco “landmark”, Casino de Monte-Carlo. A convenient parking garage is right next door - parking in the streets is near to impossible here. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is nice. Don’t expect a lot from facilities and rooms that are pretty basic, but still nice, clean and comfortable. This is a good and convenient place to stay in Monaco at an affordable rate.

Hotel Locarno is a welcoming location, located in a quiet area. We paid by card when we checked in. We received an invoice. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the very beautiful promenade of Nice. We were there in February, during the Nice Carnival. The staff at the reception and at the restaurant were dressed for the carnival. The breakfast was good, a buffet, enough food. All day long you can drink free coffee, tea, juice from the machine in the restaurant's dining room. There are many tables and chairs where you can sit in the hotel lobby. Across the road from the hotel is a pastry shop (Armand) with good products. In the room (210) we had a radiator, TV and a small fridge. The bathroom had a shower and hot water all the time. We also had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. We took tram 2 from Nice airport, about 30 minutes, to the university center station, from where we walked 10 minutes to the hotel. We left our luggage in a room locked by the reception staff.

The beds were surprisingly very comfortable, as were the pillows. The bathroom was newly renovated, and we received fresh towels every day, along with daily room cleaning. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge selection that was always fully stocked. A big plus is the availability of vegan options—not many, but there were fruits, vegetables, chia seeds, oats, various plant-based milks, coffee, tea, and fresh juices, which was great to see. Everyone at the reception was incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile. A huge advantage is the separate area where you can leave your luggage and rest if you have a late flight. The late check-out option is another big plus. Nice is absolutely beautiful, and we will definitely return to Locarno. Highly recommended!

Great hotel with an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from the sea. We arrived on 8th January, the delightful Christmas decoration were still up, making our stay more charming. Staff was really helpful, fluent in English. Breakfast is perfect, offering a wide variety of dishes. We particularly enjoyed the coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The in-room coffee machine with free coffee capsules was a pleasant experience. Chek-in and check-out is quick. Room and bathroom were clean, towels replaced daily. Tram line 2 for airport access is only a few minutes walk, the city center is cca. 30-40 minutes walk. Considering the fair pricing and super location, this hotel is value for money. We would pick this place again coming to Nice. Highly recommended!

Free coffee is always available in the hall. Coffee capsules and the tea are available in the room for free as well. Daily cleaning of the room. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The sea and the promenade are very close, 2-3 minute walk. The tram stop - Line 2 to the airport and to the old port - is a 2-minute walk. It's ideal place to stay.

This is the best hotel I think I've ever stayed at any price. The room was cozy but had everything you need including a spacious balcony overlooking the Med, which is almost as good as the rooftop terrace. Perfect black out blinds, soundproof walls and comfy mattress made for the best sleep ever. The breakfast buffet was excellent and definitely worth the surcharge. Friendly and helpful staff rounded out this perfect experience!

The hotel is very good located, close to a private beach . Breakfast is excellent, everything is fresh. The beds are very comfortable and room nice and very clean. Me and my daughter enjoyed the spa which we used in the last 2 days and the view from there is like a dream. The staff is very friendly we received always very good recomandation, thank you for that. I definitely recomand the hotel. I almost forgot, the lemon water from the lobby is very tasty and special.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Nice. 2 mins walk from the tram station, 10 mins into the old town, 25 minutes to the port. The standard room was spacious and clean - the bathroom was very small but it suited us perfectly for a 2 night stay. Beds were comfortable but pillows were think and there was only one spare one between 2 people. I still slept very well. I did hear a but of noise from other rooms (talking) which i imagine might be a problem in high season when the hotel is full, but for our November it was fine. Coffee bar at reception was a nice touch and completely free. There was also water, syrups, and sweets- and even croissants one day too. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as they advised me prior to our stay that they could not cater for gluten free. The breakfast room looked nice though. Staff were helpful and friendly, allowing us to store luggage before check in. They even left a voucher for wine and some chocolates for my partners Birthday whoch was lovely. Our room had a large opening window which looked out onto the street - nice and quiet, lovely to get the sun in, and a nice place to sit. We paid £45 per night for 2 of us room only which was an absolute steal - i wouldn't hesitate to stay again, and would be happy to pay more.

I stayed two nights at The Nap and was very pleased with my experience! The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location is great with easy access to the main attractions. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back!

The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast is plentiful, varied and very delicious. The lady who handles the breakfast service is very kind. At the entrance, there is a coffee machine and a water dispenser. You can make yourself coffee or tea and take a bottle of mineral water to your room. The reception staff were also very helpful whenever we had any questions. The room and the bathroom were of a comfortable size. Every day, they came to tidy up the room and change the towels. The bed was very comfortable.

Stayed here for four nights while visiting Nice and absolutely loved this hotel! The best part about it is the location, it is right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants and is only a short 10 min walk to the heart of Old Town and the beach. It’s also a short walk to the train station which was so convenient when travelling to other cities. The rooms were spacious enough and the service was wonderful. Our room also came with free breakfast which had a lot of varieties and was super convenient. There was also a free coffee and water station which was so nice not having to buy water! I would definitely stay at this hotel again and strongly recommend it to other travellers to Nice who want a good location for a reasonable price!

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Suites Nice Airport! The location was super convenient, close to the airport and public transport, yet surprisingly quiet. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the great breakfast selection and the relaxing outdoor pool area. It was a perfect base for exploring Nice, and I’d happily stay here again!

Very nice airport hotel. Tram stop 100 m from the hotel and you are easily in the city center in 10-15 minutes. So, the hotel can be also considered for longer stays and not only for 1 night. Another tram stop to the direction of the airport 7 min walk. Front office staff was very friendly and helpful as well. During the summer months the pool is a bonus for sure. Nice sushi place 5 min walk from the hotel. Comfortable room with dining table. We did not have breakfast so, cannot comment that.

The rooms were super convenient. There are separate toilet and bathroom, a decent dining table, sink in the “living room” area, small fridge, kettle and coffee machine. You can comfortably spend here a few days. We only stayed for two nights and really enjoyed them. Nice pool area is a huge plus on hot summer days. Hotel is close to the airport but it’s only short drive from the old city. Parking is the basement of the building is very convenient.

I stayed here at the end of November 2024 for 9 days. This location is amazing. It’s about 5 minute walk to the promenade and beach plus it’s in a quiet area. It’s a 7 minute walk to the Old Town and about a 5 minute walk to the tram station to the airport as well as a 10 minute walk to the train station that can take you to Antibes, Monaco, Cannes, Eze etc. The hotel is immaculately clean. Where this hotel excels is with its staff. I cannot preach enough about this. Anyone who was working the front desk whether in the morning or in the middle of the night were so welcoming, friendly, warm, happy and very willing to chat. They were very helpful with any questions and also helped me with my French! I wouldn’t look at any other hotel in the future, would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone going to Nice. The room was comfortable. They have room keys to drop off at the front desk anytime you leave however they are open 24/7 so it doesn’t hinder your travels no matter what time you come back to your room. The keys are huge so you’ll be glad for this. Breakfast is available for an additional fee I just didn’t have it.

My daughters and I stayed here while in Nice. They upgraded us to a garden view room on arrival - a nice surprise. The room was spacious for 3 people and we had a lovely balcony with a few chairs where we could see the garden. The bathroom was really large for European hotels, and it was nice that it was in a hallway, separate from the sleeping area. The rooms have air conditioning, which is a big plus for the summer. The breakfast was reasonably priced with a big selection of items, and we ate in the garden every morning (there is an inside option). The front desk staff were very nice and helpful with questions. The location is great - less than 10 minute walk from Nice-Ville train station and the tram line to the airport. Close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Despite all that, the part of the road it sits on is quiet. Would recommend staying here!

This is a delightful hotel and so well located, being only 5-10 minutes walk from Promenade des Anglais, 10 minutes walk from the main railway station and 5 minutes from the main shopping street. Our bedroom was extremely comfortable, and despite facing the street at the front, it was not noisy. The main attraction of the hotel has to be the secluded beautiful and tranquil garden at the rear. You are able to sit either indoors in the dining area or outside in this peaceful garden for breakfast, which is of a good standard and a fine selection of food and drinks. We also enjoyed relaxing in the garden in the daytime over a drink where you can find comfortable seating in either the shade or a more sunnier spot. The hotel does not serve lunches or dinners, but we recommend that you try many of the wonderful little local restaurants in the neighbouring streets (see some of my other reviews). The staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel was situated in a good location in the centre of Nice, 10 min walk to the train station, 10 mins to the beach and 10 mins to the Main Street which was perfect. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly, especially Salim on the nights who was great at answering any questions we had. Room was comfortable and bathroom was in good condition. Air con worked perfectly. Room was nice and quiet. We had breakfast each morning of our stay which we enjoyed outside in lovely surroundings in the gardens. Good selection of breakfast items for a European hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would return if in Nice again.

The location is amazing, it's in a quiet street (peaceful) yet still close to all bars and restaurants and beaches. A couple minute walk and you're in the hustle bustle of Juan les Pins. Tucked away on a narrow dead end alleyway just off the Place Nationale, this new hotel is quieter and in the heart of old town Antibes. The staff was very nice and helpful. The inner terrace was a peaceful place to sit and relax.

We sailed into Antibes and were looking for a simple, clean and comfortable hotel near the port. The Irin was just that. No fuss, not expensive, sensible mini bar prices and handy for both the port and the town.

For the price this was a great little hotel. Great swimming pool area with nice sunbeds. Good sized room and bathroom. We didn’t eat here as lots of great cafes and restaurants in town but an ok bar and the receptionist kindly brought us drinks round the pool.

The location is perfect, it only takes a few minutes to walk into the old center of Vence. There’s a parking lot just across the street for 2€ a day if you don’t reserve a space at the hotel itself. The hotel is simple but decent; our bed was comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly; the restaurant we were advised for dinner absolutely exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed having breakfast in the garden and relaxing at the pool in the afternoon.

This hotel is ideally located one block from the sea and in the heart of cafe, bars and restaurants. Despite this location it is extremely quiet in the hotel. Throughout the hotel is clean and adequately appointed. This is on the upper end of three stars. The staff are amazing. All so friendly and welcoming where nothing is too much trouble. I didn’t take breakfast preferring to eat in a local restaurant. Highly recommend for a clean, friendly and well located hotel.

First off, our stay was great. We would definitely use this hotel again. The location of this hotel is perfect. Everything is in easy walking distance. The room was comfortable, good choice of pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful. These are first world problems but.....aircon made the room so hot it was unbearable. Wardrobe door was skewiff and hard to move. No fridge, I don't think one was advertised to be fair. There was a safe though, which worked well. Breakfast was basic but adequate, small amount of cooked. Cereals, toast and pastries. Yogurts and dried fruit and nuts. Fruit juice, tea and coffee. There was definitely enough. I wouldn't have said my room was 3 star standard, but I certainly didn't care. It was clean and comfortable.

I had a great stay! The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet at night, which made for excellent sleep. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old center, great restaurants, Prom. des Anglais and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel has an environmentally friendly ethos. Guests can choose 'no housekeeping' and be given a small reduction on the cost of the room. I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Otero! It was an easy 5 minute walk from the train station, great location where you can walk every where ( 15 minutes to the beach) or take a short Uber ride to any point of interest in the city. The staff were very friendly and authentically welcoming. I appreciated that breakfast is included! The variety of breakfast items spanned from light fare (fruit, yogurt etc) to hearty options like cheese, sausage, scrambled eggs. They have a great coffee machine that can be used any time of the day which you can customize your coffee ranging from espresso, cappucino, long coffee, and prepare it exactly how you like it! The bed was comfortable and room clean and quiet. There was also an elevator ! Some buildings in the area don't have them! For a reasonable price you get everything you need to start and end the day! I would stay there again!

What a lovely hotel! First, the walk from the train station was 4 mins, how amazing! The hotel is clean and chic, the decor is amazing! The rooms are comfortable and well designed, with a tremendously cool balcony view! We got a bunch of free goodies like lemonade, a hair brush, and a water bottle- what a cool touch! The staff were fabulous , they recommended us a restaurant for our first night which turned out to have the very best Niciose dishes we’ve ever had! Speaking of food- the breakfast buffet was delicious every morning! Oh and what a cool touch to make coffee, tea, and water available to guests all day long, and with the option of snacks at different times of the day too! Loved this hotel- will return!

A lovely hotel! Glad I stayed here for 3 nights. Everything was wonderful. The photos look exactly what the others posted. Rooms are pretty, it was quiet, bed comfortable, nice shower. Very charming and the staff are very friendly, helpful, warm and smiley. The location is stellar as it's a few blocks from the train station and in the city center close to many restaurants and the beach area. I did not include breakfast, but they have a little spread set up in the morning and all day long, complimentary baked goods and a coffee/hot chocolate machine and water station which was a nice little touch. I highly recommend this cute little boutique hotel in Nice! Thank you for a great and comfortable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Celuv! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was spotless. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a larger room that accommodated three people instead of just two, making it very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day, and we could use the coffee machine and sparkling or still water dispenser at any time, which was a lovely touch. One unique amenity was the availability of earplugs, which we quickly realized were useful because the walls were a bit thin and we could hear some noise from the hallway. The only minor downside was that the pillows were a bit too firm for our liking, but overall, we had a comfortable night’s sleep. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Outside the tourist area, but close to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to Nice Vauban station. There is a bus stop almost in front of the hotel and a tram nearby.

Great place to stay, well located to tram stop, big room. The room was very clean and we had the AC. The balcony was cute and with a nice view over the hills. Great breakfast (buffet).

The hotel overall was very comfortable, with good facilities and a fairly good location. The furniture and décor are in a old-school style, but everything is well maintained and clean. The rooms are very spacious. The parking is big enough and video-secured. What’s truly worth highlighting is that the hotel is part of a society that provides a protected workplace for people with disabilities — something I appreciate and find important to support. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay with great value for money.

Clean room, very good breakfast, friendly staff. The airco worked well and wasn't noisy. The hotel has a "social economy" mission, which I wasn't aware of in advance. Everything was very well managed and the atmosphere in the hotel was very friendly. The hotel is stuated a 30-minute walk from the old town/beach. For me the location was ideal to attend a conference at Université Côte d'Azur (<10 minute walk). Overall a very nice stay!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great, a really good size and had a balcony. The shower was so good! Beds were comfortable. Complimentary water was an added bonus. 💚 There was a supermarket about a 7 min walk from the hotel open until 11pm. 🤩

I was here for the parade and festivities during the Lemon Festival. I was able to walk to all the events which was wonderful because of traffic. The hotel is very clean and beds are very comfortable. The staff were very helpful . I had a breakfast package, which was very much worth it and good. They have a lemon pound cake, which is probably one of the better ones I’ve ever had. The breakfast room has water views and outdoor seating with restaurants outdoors and a lovely garden setting. Everything in the mini bar is free and restocked daily. They have an afternoon coffee and cake at 2 PM. Fresh lemon water is always available.

One of the many things I liked about this hotel was its position one mile from town. This made it quieter than the beach bars further up the strip. Also a very handy 10 min walk from Carnolès Gare a trip of say 50 minutes from the airport Gare. Sea view rooms are a must and a balcony even better. Generous minibar was refilled with beer, fruit juice water, crisps, kikat and sprite each day. Coffee and cake available also each day from 2pm.Restaurant next door was super with a great fixed price menu for us. Nice to dine locally after a very busy day. Great breakfast selection and indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy eating it. Lots going on for this hotel, will return next year for sure.

The view from our room with balcony was AMAZING! We spent the evening drinking wine and watching the waves of the water! The room was smaller than we were expecting, thankfully we were only there for one night. The staff spoke excellent English and gave us perfect directions where to walk to catch the team to Monaco. And it was only 2 tram stops away. We were glad we paid the 25 extra euros to park next to the hotel door, especially because it was raining. Our room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The breakfast was very tasty and included very good eggs, cheese, yogurt, fruit and pastries. The next time we are in the area we will for sure stay here!

The room faced the mountains but was quiet and resrful. Perfectly appointed. Beautiful! The staff were great recommending olaces to grab dinner for our evening. The fumm breakfast had so many tasty choices. It was delicious. Also the physical setting of the lobby through from street to sea view- awesome! We went for a stroll along the beach walk after breakfast. We’ll be back!

Very nice and helpful staff and services (prioritised our needs and resolved the problems). The food and beverages at the restaurant and bar were great. For a family room, it would have been helpful to provide more facilities e.g., a proper closet for clothes. Since there was no lawn or area outside the hotel to sit/relax or play with kids, an indoor hotel swimming pool facility will be a great addition that will attract more families with kids.

We have stayed in the Novotel Nice Arenas Aeroport for many years, and it never disappoints. It is very convenient to the airport -- has an airport shuttle to terminal 1 and 2 but quick and easy walk to terminal 1. You can hop on Bus 12 to the Nice city center or catch the tram into town. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. Easy check in and check out. Reasonable prices. There is an excellent breakfast buffet in the restaurant or the option of a petit dejeuner in the bar area. The restaurant has a good menu for lunches and dinners.

Hotel is modern and neatly decorated. The room was spacious, clean every day. Although there were 2 people in the room, we had 6 clean towels every day! Coffee,water and tea were replenished daily in the bar. The food (Swedish breakfast buffet) is excellent and delicious! Local specialties are perfect! (I was blown away by homemade carrot, banana and lemon bread!!) The hotel is located opposite the airport. On foot 10 min. The hotel is well connected by train, tram and bus (5-10 minutes on foot)

+The location is a 3-5 minute drive, probably a 15-20 minute walk. +Private parking, 16 euros per day. +Double windows, non-existent noise (at least on the back side). +Comfortable beds. +Modern look, new furniture. +/-Minimalist breakfast, but with fresh and tasty products. -BIG minus: No slippers (available only for executive rooms). In my opinion, slippers are a hygiene necessity, not a fad. -The floor in the room is not washed/vacuumed. One more reason to have slippers. -No minibar in the room. -Relatively small room.

Located across from airport and convenient to take bus 12+ to Old Town. Staff friendly and professional. Rooms quiet, clean and comfortable.

We only stayed here for one night as it's close to the Nice Airport and we had a flight the next day, but we wanted to stay in a town other than Nice for our last night. Cagnes-sur-Mer is a nice option but would recommend staying a couple of nights so you can explore it. The front desk staff is very accomodating and friendly. The rooms seem to be newly renovated, so very clean and modern feeling, also very spacious. They have a covered parking lot right next door for 10 euros per night and was very convenient. We did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that.

The hotel is very very clean, quiet and comfortable. There is everything you need (a fridge, a kettle, AC which has several modes and is very very quiet, extra pillows). The staff including the cleaning ladies are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a big street but not on the main noisy and crowded street so it is very suitable if you want to rest and not hear loud tourists at night. It is within a walking distance to everything (the supermarket is 50 metres away, bakeries and cafes are right near the hotel, the beach is about a 12-minute walk).

A very clean & comfortable room, with a large bathroom & separate toilet. A king size bed, very comfortable. A very quiet room. There is a small fridge which was an added benefit & free secure parking. A great bonus was a parking bay out the front of the hotel to book in & unload luggage before securing your parking space underneath the building. A lovely lady on reception who suggested we have a ground floor room due to the amount of luggage we had. We only had an overnight stay here & the next morning I relocated the car from the parking back to the street bay to reload our luggage. The kind lady on reception helped us with our bags. An easy walk to the seaside esplanade with lots of restaurant options. We felt very safe walking around & it was a shame to only have one night. Definitely a 10

A good hotel in an excellent location, with everything close by. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to the guests’ needs. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. It was nice to be able to make tea and coffee in the room. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, with quality pillows and blankets. We truly had a restful stay. The air conditioning worked well and efficiently. We were very satisfied, can confidently recommend this place, and will definitely return.
