No swimming pool. You have to use the outside pool at the hotel next door or the indoor pool at the Sheraton hotel, which crosses three lobbies. The picture of the swimming pool on the terrace is fake. the terrace is closed and there is no pool.

Good location. The reception staff were great. A unique experience having a winery in the hotel! Unlimited sampling of their wines with certain conditions . Updated rooms and very comfortable beds. The on site restaurant was amazing for lunch and dinner.The breakfast was good. Outdoor pool was a hidden gem, about 4’ deep so perfect for aqua aerobics. The casino is next door. Didn’t go, so don’t know about it.

Hotel estate is composed of three separate hotels, which share some services. Sheraton is the biggest having a garage, gym and pool, which Hualta guests can use. Hotel is nicely decorated having a modern look and feel. Room was nice. Good shower (not in bath tub!), good bed, enough space for clothes. Big tv set. Effective air-conditioning. Breakfast was not extensive but good. Service was prefessional and frindly apart from terrace bar. I waited there 30 minutes for a glass of wine, and once contacted waiter inside. Nobody ever came.

Staff where all friendly and helpful without having to ask There was a winery on site. They offered free wine in lobby from 0800 to 2000. What a treat. Another bonus was being connected to another Hilton next door and a Sheraton Hotel with a casino. All the amenities from all three where available to Hualta guests. Sheraton had a pool table on their bar.

Modern hotel, with very clean and comfortable rooms. Easy check-in and check-out process. Friendly and very helpful staff (the girl at the wine shop was remarkable). Complimentary self-service wine at the lobby is a great feature. Breakfast was quite good. The local restaurant (La Cabrera) is excellent. Great value for money.

The Hyatt Mendoza epitomises supreme comfort, luxury and service in the most central location overlooking Mendoza’s town square. We had the feeling we were in the best hotel in the city. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently, but allowed me to practice my fledgling Spanish with them! We had our most restful stay of our entire tour of Argentina at this hotel - with its luxurious beds in seriously comfortable rooms. We felt completely at home while bathing in luxury.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Mendoza. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we were allowed to check in early as we arrived very early from a flight. The appartment was large and had a small kitchen area which was useful. There was a sofa and seating area which was lovely. The reception staff were very helpful when our tour was late picking us up. They contacted the company for us. They also gave us an iron when we asked. There was an extensive breakfast buffet which had some healthier options than what I had experienced in Argentina, such as fruit salad and plain oats. There was delicious cake too and the coffee was lovely.

Great location by parks and excellent restaurants. Large comfortable suites. We had 308 with a kitchenette, dining table and couch. Good light, high ceilings, quiet room on rear of property. Pleasant breakfast and excellent staff. Did I mention the spacious secured garage?

Nice, reasonably priced hotel. Comfortable and clean. Close to bus station and a cheap taxi ride from the center. Helpful check in staff, and the free breakfast is good to have (although fairly basic). There's free WiFi which is great, although the signal is weaker in the rooms than downstairs. There's also free computers in the lobby that you can use. Only complaint was the bed, a 'matrimonial bed' but it had a crack in the middle that was uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the sheets were too small for the bed.

What an excellent complex. It has within the "Arena" a fine dining Rest, the best Pizza Rest, a beautiful Coffee Shop & a Shopping Mart. A Travel Office in the lobby & of course the Casino with late night food available-everything reasonably priced for the high Quality.

I write this review after staying at the hotel in the first months of use. The hotel is great, has a nice indoor pool, outdoor pool, big gym and comfortable bedrooms. The cons we observed had been related with the servicr which can be understood as it is in its first months of operations. Need of more pillows, bath rope, more variety of breakfast or international plugs are in the TO DO list for the hotel. The location was a bit far from MEndoza but very near the vinyards, not very nice area but comfortable if driving your own car. If we ever go back to Mendoza I would repeat.

Modern, spacious and comfortable room. Hotel has good facilities (e.g. nice pool and Spa). Staff at the reception and especially Concierge counter are very helpful. The restaurant we ate in (Full House) was very disappointing experience (dirty cutlery, poor service offered, food really bad). The area surrounding the hotel is not really nice (nothing around) but the place is conveniently located if you are after the wine tastings).

First class hotel, price is awesome . extremely clean and a professional safe environment. 4 restaurants to choose from , they are all good , and very reasonable. Beautiful pool , facility is kept immaculate.

Second time in Mendoza, second time in this hotel. Amazing place, great activities and rooms, casino, cinema, excursions, restaurants and pool. Great underground parking with special places for guests, completely free. Personal is friendly and kind, gave us a tip how to exchange the money now (there is great exchange rate in casino, but to change dollars or euro you need to buy casino tickets in the cashier desk, then put into slot machine and collect vouchers, that you can exchange for pesos on the cashier).

Booked Huentala with Expedia put into Hualta hotel - it seems Hualta, Huentala and Sheraton part of same group. Breakfast ok - unusually it was continental- they changed for cooked- location good and travel company was very helpful - expensive but worth it - their driver Marcello was excellent.

The hotel is very chic. It has a beautiful lobby/waiting area that is very comfortable to relax in if you arrive early. Loved the fresh apples that are always available. Front desk staff is excellent, attentive and they speak a variety of languages. The rooms were clean and comfortable. As guests of this hotel, you can use the pool and gym and the Sheraton next door which was fabulous. The breakfast buffet at La Cabrera is delicious!There is also a casino next door if that is your thing. I stayed here before in 2017 and the hotel has improved greatly since then.

This is a comfortable modern boutique hotel. We were pleased with the parking and the location. The staff was helpful and the rooms clean. The pool is small but you can take a dip and sit outside afterward to cool down.We stayed her twice while in Argentina.obe room had better AC than the other.

This is the newest part of a three hotel complex, including an older hotel part and a hostel. As a result the rooms have really nice furniture and brand new bathrooms. Both hotels have their own pool but only the old part has a tiny gym which needs very serious remodelling or hopefully a new gym will be opened in the new wing. The breakfast was lovely with great variety. Even though the hotel’s area felt perfectly safe to walk around, would probably choose a location closer to the vineyards if the goal is mainly to enjoy the wine of the area rather than the sights of the city.

Breakfast was great and variety. The staff was very professional. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the waitress, David, is exceptional.

We enjoyed a week-long stay in this lovely family - run hotel. On a quiet residential street, with enclosed supervised parking and easy walking access to restaurants and shops of all kinds. The welcoming great room gives way to lush lawns surrounding a pool with umbrellas and an olive tree for shade. Comfy beds, good hot shower and delicious generous breakfast. But the best is the friendly, helpful assistance for any need from Deborah and her brothers. Great choice in a fabulous, vibrant town.

A beautiful little gem of a hotel, family-owned, and they truly make you feel like family too. Any little thing you need, they help with. All the staff is so friendly and helpful, and they offer maid service daily. The architecture is rustically beautiful but you have all the modern conveniences. Everything is spotlessly clean and works perfectly, and the beds are comfortable. If you're there on a Sunday be sure to make reservations in advance for their cooking class and lunch! And room tip---you're going to want a little patio to sit outside, so book a room facing the pool.

Lovely property! Wonderful and very helpful staff, helped us with ordering a pizza, our luggage, translation and more. Rooms were large and bed was super comfortable! Breakfast had all my favourites - lots of fresh fruit, yogurt and croissants. Pool was perfect to cool off after our bike ride. I would highly recommend this property!

Very friendly staff and safe area. We are so glad we stayed in Chacras de Coria it is a small town with everything walking distance. Staff gives a small map and explains the area upon check in. This hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the airport, and my Uber ride cost 9,000 pesos. The location is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, with the main tourist-focused eateries and bars located on Arístides Street. While there are some meal deals and drink specials available in this area, I personally didn’t find it appealing. On a more positive note, there are several charming parks nearby. The room we stayed in was okay but quite warm, and we couldn’t figure out how to keep the air conditioning running continuously through the night. The shower had good hot water and strong pressure, but the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was very basic, though there is a water dispenser available for guests. The reception staff were excellent—friendly and very helpful with any queries.

Excellent experience! That was my third time at the hotel and I have no reasons at all to change places. Highlights: location - very close to dozens of bars and restaurants (try La Central); personal - our checkout would be too early and they anticipated breakfast. Room, bathroom, cleanliness, everything perfect, besides the fact that the hotel has a cozy layout.

The location couldn't be better. It is just a few blocks from the main plaza yet very quiet. I was able to walk all over the city. The room was small but very comfortable and since I was mostly out all day, I didn't need a big space. There was plenty of hot water and the air conditioning worked well. I didn't have time to enjoy the outdoor spaces, but there were several patios where you could sit outside and relax. The breakfast was basic (bread, butter, preserves, fruit, cereal, coffee, and tea) but tasty and provided enough to start the morning. If I return to Mendoza in the future, I will definitely return here.

Location is unbeatable, steps away from Plaza Independencia, which is in the heart of the city, and walking distance to all the other nice plazas and main streets. Hotel was big, clean, and pool was great. Breakfast with gluten-free options upon request appreciated.

We were upgraded to Royal Princess, so review is of this. Staff professional and friendly, facilities, reception and pool area very tasteful.

We loved our stay here. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. We were greater with a bottle of wine, fresh fruit and toasts. There is coffee in the room and a small kitchenette. The pool is nice, perfect for a quick dip. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard with a glass of wine. Quiet neighborhood about 8 blocks away from the restaurants and night life. There is free access to a gym near by plus vouchers for breakfast. All and all a lovely stay!

The hotel is like a home away from home. The room is simple but comfortable, with a small kitchen faciliy. The garden is lovely, very romantic at night, with a nice pool. Very quiet. We were unfamiliar with the posada concept but recommend it warmly. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen. The garden is lovely and has a clean pool. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile to look after their guests. Instead of serving breakfast, guests receive vouchers for a group of cafes nearby. It was a thoroughly good system that worked very well. I’d definitely go back if I visit Mendoza again. Thank you, all.

This was a little gem in the middle of the city!!! The staff (Sofia and Frederico) were incredible and helped us with anything we needed...although my Spanish is getting better they both were fluent in English! The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our 7 day stay. The pool was a welcomed relief on the hot days. Location was also great, walkable to everywhere. Highly recommend this posada! The staff were amazing. Francisco (?) that received us late at night was super helpful and friendly and Nicholas on the morning after was equally great. They had a Whatsapp group for activities. The bed was super comfy and the room nice and clean with industrial design. The pool was a nice touch. The hotel should have more stars. The woman working in the reception (didn't get her name) was also really friendly and nice. Highly recommend! Great location and value for money.

Comfortable room in a central but quiet location. Breakfast was as expected for the price but did include fresh juice and fresh fruits which was nice. Staff on reception are all very friendly, especially Nadia who checked me in. She allowed me to check in early which was appreciated after a 17 hour bus journey. She also gave me a choice of rooms which was thoughtful and said she was available for any questions. Hotel is near a Plaza but only a couple of blocks away from the main Plaza Independencia. I would gladly stay here again.

Cozy little hotel, very nice staff, met the owner and was very eager to receive feedback about our stay, he seemed realy interested in constructive feedback. He also had the most wellbehaved German Shepherd I have ever met! The rooms where nice, a bit small, but clean and nice. Breakfast was really good. Location is great, close to everything. Exceptional B&B in every way. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They helped with finding wineries, booking taxis, and were so helpful with our many questions. And the food was amazing! Breakfasts were in the peaceful dining room, and we had several dinners out on the patio next to the pool. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, which was ideal. One of the bedrooms had a coffee/tea service on a table next to the window--perfect for playing cards together at night. A beautiful oasis for our family vacation! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

A lovely small hotel/b&b with a very personal approach. the staff are very helpful in organizing visits to the bodegas and arranging taxis. the gardens are very nice, the pool clean and a good size. the room (we had the family room) was clean, comfortable and a good size for a family of 4. all the rooms are well spaced out so you feel like you have lots of privacy. The evening restaurant offers a great 3 course meal washed down with some local wine of course! we would stay again.

The grounds are spacious, well decorated, and the staff is wonderful! We had dinner on site twice and the food was delicious... some of the best food and wine pairings in the region! The rooms were comfortable, we loved the pool and hot tub, and the location is close to lots of wineries.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Next time I'm in Mendoza this is the first place I'll look.

I stayed four nights and was really impressed. The large apartment was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable and the service was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The central location within Mendoza was perfect. A supermarket is just one block away and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

We stayed for almost a month with my husband and son. The place is excellent, very clean, staff is professional and courteous. They were always available for any questions and recommendations. We rented a car for 2 weeks, and the parking lot was very convenient and super space. Everything is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was a great deal for our extended stay. Modern and safe building. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again in future travels. The only recommendation to the management would be to add an extra dresser for more storage space for clothing, as in our case, we stayed for almost a month and had a lot of clothes.

We found these apartments an exceptional value. A strict modus operandi, centrally located, clean, quiet, safe with strict security measures, for anyone from a single person to a family, nice kitchen, very comfortable beds, very courteous csr, parking space. We no doubt will be staying here again. An excellent stay.

The bed was firm but comfortable - we slept well! We had lunch at the hotel for convenience and we ate a simple meal of steak, salad and dessert. The waiter/bartender was very friendly. Breakfast is served on the 9th floor in a modern, clean dining room. There were plenty of options, including eggs and some sliced meat and cheese. Lots of pastries, coffee, tea. Couldn’t have asked for more, really. The desk staff (afternoon and evening) were very helpful in guiding us how to change our money at Western Union or on the blue dollar market. We had no trouble doing that. This is a small but friendly hotel and convenient to many things. I would stay here again

Hello, everyone looking for a stay in Mendoza. I've been to a few hotels here in Mendoza for my stays and to be brief, I enjoyed my stay here at the Agua De Corral. The location is excellent, the staff is excellent, and though I found myself wanting a gym, the facilities are excellent. The location can't be beaten, it's perfectly situated near central Mendoza and the five gorgeous parks in a very walkable area. The San Martin Park is a little bit farther. There are always taxis nearby at the Sheraton ready to pick up passengers so traveling to Guaymallen, Godoy Cruz or other suburbs is easy. I stayed in their executive room for 9 nights, it was nice, spacious and had a desk where I could work without interruption. The facilities are well-maintained and refreshingly modern. I found myself wanting a gym. I hate to run in such hot weather as we often have during the summer in Mendoza. It is perfectly safe to walk around and run outside the hotel, I just would have preferred a climate controlled gym to run in. The staff was excellent. They helped me with everything and they were so accommodating, Agustin even helped me with my Spanish every time we chatted. I left my cousin's sweater in the room after a rushed departure and they gave it back, along with a few other things that I forgot. I didn't regret my stay, and I highly recommend the hotel. I think I'll return in the Spring.

Staff was helpful with booking excursions and had great English skills. Breakfast was not included in my stay so I paid for it all mornings and it was an excellent spread. Nice place to stay, very close to Peatonal Sarmiento area. Wide and comfortable room. Helpful and kind staff at the reception. Good quality restaurant. Standard breakfast, served by waiters (no buffet). Honestly, to be a 4stars hotel, I expected something more: for example there was not a "Don't disturb" message to be hanged on the door. No boiler for tea. No extra products in the bathroom (except dispensers for liquid soap). But the most disappointing aspect, is that every day the room was cleaned at about 4 pm, when you are resting or working after the morning visits at wineries.

Only a few rooms, very comfortable/rustic design so feels like you’re staying in someone’s house! Breakfast was very good high quality continental with lots of options (pastries, bread, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, cold meats, cheese) and eggs/bacon could be made to order. Restaurant in the hotel was also very good for evening meals. Tip: we had a garden room looking on to the house/gardens but best rooms look onto the vineyard/pool!

If you ever decide to go to Mendoza, this is perfect paradize for you! we travel a lot, I cant remember when I had accommodation like this. not talking about the room itself, room was more than perfect, but - setting, pool, wine, restaurant, quite, in the middle of wineyard... perfect spot for visiting all other wineries. just rent a car and enjoy Club Tapiz and surrounding area.

It’s an apartment, not a vacation resort, and it’s very unassuming, but it’s perfect for business travelers or anyone needing a clean, safe, secure place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette well-equipped. Extremely clean and comfortable. It’s just two blocks from great restaurants and shops. We’ll stay there on our next visit to Mendoza.

New building with great security. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Gave us tips on local restaurants for dinner and called us taxis. The room; clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning, small sized fridge, microwave, kettle and dishes provided. Was fairly quiet at night for sleeping. Good value for area. Was $68 USD per night for the 3 of us. Provided tea, coffee (instant) and very sweet breakfast (cookies, pastries) each morning.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our studio apartment was sparkling clean, had a fully equipped kitchen for all cooking needs, bed was super comfortable, and the entire place is in like-new, modern condition. They offered daily housekeeping and brought breakfast (tea/coffee, pastries, juice) each day for the next morning. They had netflix/youtube on a big tv if interested. Wifi was decent. Neighborhood within 10 minute walk to central. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

The hotel is new and sparkling clean. It has a very good heating system in the bedroom and bathroom, so even the towels are warm after the shower. It’s located 2 blocks from San Martin and Las Heras (2 main streets), so you have tons of restaurants, shops and bars at walking distance. The only problem is breakfast. They offer you a tray with sweet biscuits, coffee, tea and juice, but for those who need their proteins in the morning, there’s nothing. The good thing is that you have a full equipped kitchen in the room, so, in our case, we bought some yogurts, eggs and sausages for cooking in the morning.

I stayed at Umbral del Aconcagua for 5 nights. The apartments are very new, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The property is set up like a motel, so is very suitable if you are traveling in a private vehicle. The Apartments are arranged around a very secure parking space. The only down side to this set up is that there can be some noise outside of the rooms if vehicles return late at night.The staff are very helpful and English is spoken. It is only a couple of minutes walk to the main street of Mendoza and about 10 minutes walk to the main plaza and pedestrian shopping and restaurant areas. I liked the Apartments central position to the airport, the bus station and the city.

We went to Villa Mansa with our 2 year old son and everything was fantastic. The only thing I could have asked for is a pool alarm as the swimming pool is very accessible and we were worried about him falling in. Apart from that though the food and wine were excellent and the staff were amazing at booking our wine tours, recommending things to do and generally going above and beyond the call of duty. I would go back in a hearbeat, if they got a pool alarm for my son I'd never leave.

Amazing hotel off the beaten path!! The staff was very helpful and the restaurant was superb. My girlfriend and I arrive very late and the cook stayed late to make us a nice dinner. The patio is nice and the pool area is perfect for couples. Very close to some amazing wineries(YOU MUST GO TO PULMARY winery for the great tour of a handcraft wine and an amazing fire roast lunch) the hotel is family owned and more like a B&B then a Hotel.... Worth every peso!!! Be sure to call and get correct directions....google sends you to the wrong place!

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos. There are vineyards sounding it and the landscape was incredible. The room was spacious and the bathroom was lovely. The staff were very nice- we had some issues with the door not locking but they got it fixed. We ate some meals at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The breakfast was great each morning. We didn’t have time to go swimming but the pool looked great and hopefully we will have time next time to swim. I highly recommend this hotel because it was so beautiful and relaxing.

Solid value hotel experience. Modest but decent restaurant, including breakfast buffet. Room on the small size but clean. Could use better lighting. WiFi worked well. Convenient location off major Ruta 7 highway but a bit tricky to find entrance.

Great hotel for business traveler who have a car and need a free parking. Breakfast is not included but is only 32 Arentinian Pesos, like 7 USD. Free internet at lobby. You better have a car, taxi rides tend to be expensive if you have to take it every day, hotel is 5 Km from down-town.

Staff very helpful with storing our bags and calling up taxi when needed. Not in the center otherwise would have been better.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The view out of our hotel room overlooking the mountains was beautiful. The amenities were excellent - a nice breakfast with another gorgeous view, an excellent gym, a lovely and large pool, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that they played unpleasant music in the downstairs bar/cafe area. Something a little calmer would have been appreciated.

Rooms were clean, staff was very accommodating, location was central and walking distance to quite a lot of options. The pool was falling apart a bit, tiles were coming off and hot tub was not hot but served its purpose and kept my 7 year old busy and therefore us happy. :)

A very nice hotel with great service. The facilities were also really nice, such as the swimming pool, terraces, the kids'room and the gym. The car park was a bit strange and the lobby bar a bit dark.

Overall a good hotel for business. The only complaint is that the pool closes relatively early, at 9:00pm. Otherwise, a good comfortable hotel.

The hotel was average, but the staff made it great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did their best to help in any way they could or were asked. The staff in the breakfast area and cleaning of the hotel were superb! They worked so hard and were always receptive to any needs that I expressed. And the breakfast was very good and plentiful. The front desk staff were the best! I have stayed in 5-star hotels that were not nearly as helpful or friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others. Also, my internet always worked in the common areas and I could walk to restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff arranged tours for me when I asked them to. All in all, it was a very positive experience!

Fairly basic double room with private bathroom. The staff were very helpful when asked about the local area and activities. The location is a short walk from the main square and a major shopping area. Good buffet breakfast.

A nice, clean and modern hotel that offers bikes for traveling around the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower had constant hot water. The location is good - we were able to walk to the main attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff were also really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

So many great things about this hotel: location near dining options was excellent and easily walkable. Felt very safe at all times in and out of the hotel. Hotel offers breakfast which was very convenient and good. Good bed. Our room size was as advertised which was ideal for 3 people with a kitchenette and refrigerator. Great place. Spoke English. Always felt welcomed. Clean. Good shower and bathroom. Offered same day laundry service which was very good at a modest price…huge benefit. The laundry service cleaned very dirty hiking pants same day at modest and very reasonable rate. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The hotel is situated opposite the Plaza de Chile & our room had a balcony overlooking it, which was great. The room was spacious & comfortable & was a pleasant change from small hotel rooms. The staff were very helpful in pointing out things to do in town, and importantly, choose a wine tour to suit us. It was our honeymoon and they also organised a great bottle of wine for us, as well as some beautiful flowers, which impressed my wife. The hotel is very central to the main restaurants etc in Mendoza, and walking around was fine... cab rides seldom exceded 20 Arg Pesos (+-USD 4) for getting around town. The room service whipped up a superb fillet with malbec sauce when we arrived home after wine tasting all day and didn't have the energy to go out... so all in all it was a great stay on all levels. Cooking equipment is provided, but is very basic & you can't really do much with it. They don't provide any tea/ coffee/ milk & sugar, but this service does not seem to be normal in Argentina anyway, so can't take points away for that. I would definitely stay here again! Everything was perfect. Our flights changed and we were set to arrive a day early... on Christmas! They were so accommodating and welcomed us with a complimentary wine tasting in the lobby. We had a corner room with an excellent view of the mountains & the city. In our 3 days, we used almost all of the amenities: restaurant - dinner & breakfast (excellent selection included), wine tasting happy hour, pool, concierge, and laundry services. Not to mention the location, set on the Main Street and within walking distance of Arístides with so many bars & restaurants. All exceed expectations.

Great location, nice pool, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Recommend for your stay in Mendoza.

Overall, much better than we expected from other reveiws- nice pool, small but adequate fitness center, lavish breakfast buffet (by Argentine standards), clean modern rooms with a lovely travertine bath, great WIFI. We ended up asking for a late checkout (and got a very fair price for it) since we liked it so much. Yes, off the beaten path but worth it for the price we paid.

Great Hotel, has a pool, very comfy with 3 bed per room, nice and new furniture, had a good safe in room, and has all the things to expect from a "Modern" living experience. Breakfast was great as was the service, and Hotel bar was good enough. Only bad side was the near by area doesn't have much and I don't recommend walking at night alone, also most things required taxi due to distance.

The staff at The Modern Hotel was fantastic. They helped us organize wine tours, recommended great restaurants and helped us translate when we were stuck with our limited Spanish. Their suggestions were what we needed to explore the city comfortably. The lounge atmosphere was fun and we enjoyed the pool and restaurant too. Only 10 minutes from the airport and a few blocks from the main plazas.

Our room was comfortable and spacious and bathroom worked well. Check-in was good but we had a few issues with room access only being available through a phone app. Had no other communication with staff until we checked out 5 days later. Breakfast is ok but doesn’t vary very much and all self-service. Nice to have an outside space with a pool but sadly this area is rather neglected with food and drink remains being left for several hours and even overnight. We felt uneasy walking around this area after dark. Was a ten minute walk to the centre or newer part of the city.

Certainly met our expectations. Great breakfast, nice pool facilities and friendly staff. Only knock was the poor quality of the WiFi.

All the guys at reception were super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. The pool was bigger than expected and clean. The breakfast was ok. The room itself (a single) was small/narrow, but comfortable enough. AC and the shower worked well.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room with good AC and wifi. I needed to have my motorcycle serviced in Mendoza, and thought I could take care of myself in a good hotel also. My bike had secured, covered parking and the swimming pool was a plus, after days of walking and hiking to points of interest. Better breakfast than standard in Argentina but what made the difference were the staff: all of them very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Great bed, decent continental breakfast, great staff. Pool was not heated so too cold to swim in, but nice it was there. Outlet in our room had smoke lines out of it, so had to charge our stuff down in the lobby. Huge bathroom, but for some odd reason, the only towel hooks were located *over* the toilet and bidet, no where near the shower! Seemed to be a theme in all our hotels in Argentina, very odd. Hotel is across the park, a bit of a walk to the main restaurant row, but very convenient to main part of town. Recommend it.

The location was great - right on the square and central to walking anywhere in the centro. The room was comfortable, nothing special but clean and the bed was good. The only advice would be to get a room higher up and not facing the pool. The noise levels on the first floor made it difficult if you wanted to turn in before midnight or sleep later than 8am. Breakfast was good and staff was accomodating

This hotel is right in the center of the city in an excellent location and provides quality rooms and service for a bargain price: very strong recommendation for anyone thinking of staying in Mendoza! The staff is helpful, some of them speak very good English. The neighbourhood is nice and safe, lots of services within a few minutes' walk. There's even a small pool in the backyard: not really for swimming, but it's ok for a refreshing dip on a sweaty Mendoza summer day. I would absolutely stay again in Argentino.

Our favourite thing about this accommodation was that it is literally Mercedes’ (the hosts) home, full of her incredible art and her lovely self. Whilst we still had the privacy of a private bathroom and coming and going whenever we liked and at what time we liked, it was a wonderful opportunity to see a more local side to Mendoza life whilst still being located right behind the main plaza. Mercedes is a great, vibrant lady and gave us some great tips on restaurants and events that were happening in the city. We were satisfied with the breakfast which was toast, butter, jams and coffee.

I really felt at home. I was very well received by the hosts. They were kind enough to provide me with a very comfortable private suite. For breakfast I had toasts, grape jelly, butter, milk and coffee. The apartment is really in the heart of Mendoza, very next to the main squares!

Location is indeed excellent, just one corner from the city's main square, generally a comfortable stay for a super affordable price

The best location for great restaurants, bars and plaza de independencia! Breakfast was ok, the pool was really nice and the staff was great.

Very good location, nice staff at reception helping with everything. Little complicated with swimming pool on the other side of the street. But hotel worth money. I recommend.

This hotel has an excellent location in the centre of Mendoza, very convenient for restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The hotel has a nice reception area and a good pool and garden across the road. There is a private car park next to it ( extra cost). However the room we had was small,dark, and old fashioned, with a small bathroom. You have to ask to have the air conditioning turned on, and initially we could not get it to work well, but then adjusted it and it was definately better. The wifi worked well. No TV channels in English.The room looked onto a back area which meant it was quiet and ideal for sleeping. Breakfast was okay but quite basic. However for the price we paid and the ideal location it was good value.

A well maintained property in a good location in Mendoza. Close to many good restaurants and easy to get around on the public transport Breakfast is standard Argentinian served in a spacious “desyunodora” on the third floor. Front desk staff speak English and are friendly and helpful. Good for solo travelers. Would recommend.

Hotel Crillon in Mendoza left a positive impression with its friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere for our stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, making it easy to explore Mendoza and its surroundings.

We liked the coffee, it was good, and so was the included breakfast. We would have liked the pool if the weather had been good. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable. The towels were a little on the older side. The room was clean and maintained. One of the toilet bolts was loose. In summary we enjoyed the hotel and we would return.

The cost/benefit ratio at the Amerian was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet met expectations, and the rooftop pool (albeit very small) was a nice place to cool off and enjoy the view. Located directly and the Plaza d'italia, close to many good restaurant and nightlife options, nice walk or jog to the San Martin Park.

This hotel is in a great location across from Italia Park. There are great restaurants and wine bodegas in walking distance. The rooms are actually suites and are very comfortable. Some amenities such as the tiny unheated pool and the gym could do with an overhaul. The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay there a lot.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff was very helpful about arranging wine tours and dinner reservations upon request. The room was very nice, the bed is on the firmer side for those that prefer a firm mattress. I would certainly stay here again as the staff is friendly, the pool and fitness room are adequate, and the location is excellent. Great value and location to experience Mendoza.

Amerian was a great place to stay for price and value. I would probably stay outside of Mendoza next time. Amerian had a great buffet breakfast, rooftop pool and restaurant. The beds were uncomortable for me but that is a personal preference. The hotel is well situated in the heart of town. I do recommend.

One person at the front desk spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Suggested new wine bus that was excellent lower cost alternative. Very accommodating in letting us hang out until our room was ready and on our checkout day until our overnight bus left. Suite was quite large with adequate furnishings. Pool is very small, but good place to cool off. Good wifi. No English speaking television stations, but this seems to be the norm in Argentina. Would have been nice however to be able to keep up on the news.

Condor Suites in Mendoza, Argentina is a 3 star hotel with large rooms... kitchenette, dining area and a king bed. It was clean enough, not sparking however. The breakfast was fine. The desk help was good. The best thing is that it is on a quiet street in a neighborhood, yet close to walking to the city and good restaurants. We would stay there again. It's in a very safe neighborhood.

Everything was great. The room was big. We were in rm 218. The front desk were always helpful and answered all our questions with a smile. The buffet was great other than some of the sweets were a little hard that needed to be changed out. The restaurant mgr. was very concerned always if something was low in the buffet they would refill immediately. We never had a chance to take a dip in the pool. But overall we will return to NH if we ever come back to Mendoza. We took the a tour with Viator company for 3 wine tastings and gourmet lunch. Don't hesitate. This was a great tour ❤️

A comfortable but unspectacular stay. Hotel is well located for centre of Mendoza. Staff were efficient. Room was comfortable but nothing extraordinary. Pool was small and not in sun for much of the day. Good value relative to other central options at time of our stay. Would stay again for a couple of nights.

Travelled with a group of Canadians. Location was perfect! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Entire staff were very polite, and accommodating! Breakfast was very good with various options for everyone. Really made our visit to this beautiful city that much more enjoyable!

The hotel staff in excellent, very polite and always willing to help. I was in a third floor double room. Although the room was in excellent condition, I noticed the rug on the corridor needed to be either glued again or replaced. One day there was no water, there must have been a problem with the water pump. So we left in the morning without taking our usual shower, however, when we returned from our meetings at 18:00 hours, the problem was fixed. Other than that, there were no more problems. The restaurant are is clean and the breakfast buffet selection is good. There are always fruit, juices, nuts, etc. One of the stong points about staying in this hotel is the location, which is superb.

A really nice Staff. Good breakfast in terms of cost x benefit. Pool is not that big and you have to book previously at front desk. But I do recommend this hotel.

It's a fine place to stay. The breakfast is good enough for a quick bite, nothing fancy. The pool is small, don't get excited. The staff members are great, they really do their best to help you out 💕

I had a very positive experience. I was visiting for a week and took a two bedroom room. My daughter was staying with a family for 4 months for a college program. She had the option of staying with me on any nights. She ended up staying every night, though she had been staying with a family she adored. Upon arrival, our room was a first floor double where outdoor drilling was going on. When I asked the front desk if we could have another room away from the drilling, we were given a triple on the 5th floor with no extra charge for the duration of the time there The proximity to the cafes, bus stops, shopping and tour guide companies was wonderful. the Front desk was always helpful and polite when we had questions and would call a "remise" for us when we need a taxi. Someone there always spoke some English. I would definitely stay there again or recommend to a friend. We did not use the gym.jacuzzi/spa. They looked to be functioning well. I was pleased for the price. The downstairs computers were helpful for getting tickets printed out though I had to ask a person from the front desk for some help on the website (blame my limited Spanish). The maids were friendly and I never had a problem with security of objects. The front desk was always willing to hold a suitcase or backpack behind the counter, if concern for security. (ie laptaop, though we did not have a problem). WiFi set up was consistent and easy to set up. .

The room had a comfortable bed and furniture. The concierge service was amazing. The front desk ordered taxis, directed us to tourist areas and quickly solved problems with the room. The concierge english was very good. The breakfast was decent with hot and cold choices and lots of pastries on the top floor with amazing views.
