Spent 8 nights and couldn't fault it the grounds and pools (there are four pools to choose from) fantastic with a view to the sunset Staff are very attentive all over the hotel Breakfast was amazing with lots of international varieties to choose from with real barista coffee Comfy beds and pillows with turn down service in the evening We had two massage's at the Sakanti Spa with Tari and Rosa that were amazing Will definitely be back

Anvaya was the perfect location for my brother's wedding. We travelled with a group of family and friends staying in varying room options. I booked two lagoon rooms. They were amazing, comfortable and well located. The free mini bar, replenished daily was a bonus, i didn't realise this when i booked. The pools are clean and there is ample seating around the pool. The breakfast was fantastic, the view to die for.

Fantastic in every respect. Just 10 mins from airport but you wouldn’t know you were even in Kuta - until you hit the street. Amazing staff, superb breakfast lovely rooms - the place is spotless. Staff keep the pool and out door areas Preston’s. Nice walk on a paved path for miles along the waterfront. Suitable for everyone - from families with little ones through to us oldies. Whenever we visit Bali this is our first stop. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We had a Premier Room with pool/garden view.

Hotel is such a Vibe, its a large complex with the Deluxe rooms being at the front of the property with a quiet pool, Premier rooms are closer to the beach area with several pools. Lobby is big and beautiful the whole property is and its very pretty with low lit lights in the evening. Property is very clean, they supply glass bottled water, all staff are very nice and helpful. Beachside has sidewalk that goes along the beachwalk for evening or daytime strolls. Lots of restaurants outside the gates. XL King size beds

The staff was very nice and eager to help with everything. The infinity pool is a perfect place to see the sunset with a good cocktail. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and quiet. Also, it is a perfect place if you want to surf (you just need to cross the road).

The staff are extremely friendly especially those that were in the reception. They were helpful and got out of their way to assist us with our laundry. Great location with nearby restaurants, warungs, malls etc. We also liked their infinity pool --- perfect spot to watch the sunset.

I absolutely 💯 % Loved the roof top bar, infinity pool & the view was sensational. The wedding I attended was the highlight & everything was beyond exceptional. Staff were amazing.

Excellent service. Great location. Amazing sunsets from the infinity pool. Staff very attentive and helpful. We even forgot money in the safety deposit box when we checked out, and they held onto it for us to pick it up 2 weeks later. Highly recommended.

A superb stay at this wonderful hotel. We had a spacious room, balcony and a big toilet/shower area. In fact, the shower was the best I have ever had! The roof top swimming pool was never busy and has wonderful views out to sea and the surrounding area. The pool itself, is user friendly, with a splash area for kids. We tried breakfast once but it wasn’t to our taste but there are plenty of other options close by. All in all, a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Plenty of room in the family room. Queen Bed and two single beds. Updated bathroom and clean. Good pool on the roof with plenty of pool recliners. Staff friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

Fabulous location, friendly staff, rooftop swimming pool was a perfect spot to watch the planes. Had a great view from the 4th floor restaurant for breakfast, nice breeze as it is open plan. 5th floor also open, with seating for lunch or dinner. Lovely breakfast included. Short walk through walkway to beach. A nice stroll along the beach or path to Discovery Mall. Also a short stroll along road to the Lippo Mall. Great warungs and restaurants all around. Reception phoned for a taxi for us to head to the airport.

An oasis from busy Kuta. 2 pools , good restaurant, kind staff and wonderful suite with private pool. Just awesome. Very comfortable bed. Out door bathroom and shower beside private pool. Small attached room for luggage and dressing. Good TV , wifi and AC. Lovely gardens. Very close to beach

A good and affordable stay in Kuta with fabulous location! We are a family of 5 (3 teenagers) We had 2 Bungalows that were nice, an extra bed in one of them to get the third kid in it, which worked fine. Great Breakfast buffe, 2 large pools, but the best ting about this place is the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bungalows and all the resort was kept clean and tidy. We were also able to keep our bags at the hotel a few hours after checkout due to a late departure and we were also able to use the pool and pool towels after checkout, very helpful!

An absolute oasis in the centre of a busy town. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well looked after, the pool area with two pools and a small swim up bar are excellent and you can order food / drinks throughout the day. I had a delicious room and it’s its own small bungalow with a huge room, extra kind of dressing area and a large partly outdoor bathroom and enclosed garden area. In the property and pool, it’s quiet & peaceful and absolutely lovely.

Second time staying here. Last time we were in a pool villa which was fabulous. This time we were in the Regency villa which was even more amazing. Having first come to Bali in 1991 I love these older low rise hotels that still resemble Bali of old. It’s got everything you need, beautifully cleaned room every day and the pool. Walk out the front and it’s all there. We love this place and the staff are so nice. Beautiful main pool and gardens too

Fantastic location, close to the beach, shopping and Bars. Rooms are comfortable and well cleaned. Have a great selection for breakfast and all staff are friendly. The pool and gardens are very well maintained and the pool bar has good specials on cocktails. We had a wonderful 3 week stay and would recommend this resort.

Lovely small hotel in residential street of Kuta, in walking distance to the airport yet very quiet. Very nice garden and pool, a perfect calm oasis. Rooms on the spartan side but clean and comfortable, huge bathroom, comfy beds, nice linen. Easy walk to restaurant (100m), cafes and spa. I really liked it. Had a ground floor room overlooking the pool, it was really lovely.

Hi All !! This place exceeded my expectations. What a beautiful "hidden gem", the Accommodations, Bed's and Swimming pool, is very nice !! Comfy Beds. 5 steps from the sliding doors out of the Bedroom, into the Pool ,=)) Staff very friendly. Easy access to the Airport, and close to the Beach, just 500 meters, either way,=)) What was surprisingly, it's very quiet, as it's pretty close to the Airport. Very clean, decent sized room and good shower. Perfect for the night before going to the airport. Walking distance to airport but also beach and restaurants near by. Didn’t use pool but looked good for a little dip!

We arrived at 2am after a flight and the staff were so great to help us to check us in and help us to our room. They were so so friendly even so late at night. We were not here for long, just a layover, it was so close to the airport which was great and seemed like a really nice place. The streets were quiet and the pool looked so lovely. The room was huge, with really high ceilings and a nice balcony. The bed was so comfy. I wish we got longer here.

Location and ocean view King room were good…breakfast good too plus rooftop infinity pool (no children )also great Two other pools downstairs Lovely gardens too Staff excellent ..we liked the generous 4 bottles of water a day in our room too!

Infinity pool very pleasant but difficult for the elderly to get out of pool without rail. Poor selection of cheese at breakfast.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Our room was very spacious. The infinity pool and 2 for 1 cocktails in the afternoon from 2pm til 7pm. The grounds very well maintained. Staff friendly,polite and helpful.

The rooms were spacious and clean, infinity pool was great, the grounds were well maintained and the breakfast buffet was incredible. The onsite spa was also fabulous!

The pool is great, with a pool for kids and toys to play with. Lots of rooms are on the ground floor directly on the pool level, which is very nice with the kids. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. 3 beds in the family room, which makes it very practical and economical. It is a great place for 1-2 nights before or after your flight to Bali.

What a great little resort! We were lucky to get an upgraded room right near the pool and this is the perfect location for our holiday. Plenty pool lounges. Staff are amazingly friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful with a good balance of local and western dishes. Great central location directly across from Discovery Mall.

Great: Pool, Staff, Breakfast, Location. Walk across the street, pass the hotel area and you are at the sea. Breakfast indeed fantastic. Plenty of options comparing to usual Bali offer which often is only pancake or eggs.. Busy area yet quiet room and around the pool - you'll find a place to have a rest. Comfy beds, clean bathroom.

Clean and tidy, great pool and rooms around pool quiet

The rooms were spacious for a hotel room. We organised a cot in the double room and it we all fit with luggage and stroller. Where we stayed overlooked the pool, which was nice. Breakfast and pool were great. The staff are lovely! Hotel is value for money.

Location and price with breakfast was good compared with others hotels around.Swimming pool was clean and big.Room was clean,look new renovated.Beds were comfortable.The hotel buildings look like builded in 70s like others on Poppie lane 1 but most of rooms are almost complete for renovation but still quiet.Many restaurants and bars nearby.5-6 mins walk to Kuta beach.

The location is great, the bed was comfortable, the staff was great and friendly. The pool was clean and beautiful. The rooms and supplies are older and outdated. But when you book a place this old and such low stars you get what you pay for. It was safe and clean, we have been staying here for years and never had any problems.

We absolutely love the swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is a nice size and is very comfortable. Tv has plenty of channels, especially the movie channls. I really recommend this hotel an we will be back. The location is good, easy to walk to the beach and many restaurants.

Cozy king size bed, spacious swimming pool, excellent location & good value

It's only a short walk to the beach (a bit longer if you want to be where all the people are) there were enough food option available and a few minimarts with atms in walking distance. The laundry service was also just 2 minutes away. I loved the pool and the rooms were good too

Beautiful villa, very clean and massive. Aircon is brilliant and very cool in each room. This was our first ever time in Bali and this villa was perfect for myself and my partner and 3 kids. Literally only a 5 minute walk to the main street.. the kids loved the pool and it was nice and cool on the very hot days.. if you are coming to Bali this villa is a must and very cheap for what you get.. we loved our stay here and are already missing it....

Beautiful and clean, great place to stay

Spacious room, large bathroom with shower and bathtub. The private swimming pool is the best part of this villa. A big thank you to all the staff who are very friendly and most importantly available at all times.

The staff were amazing and super helpful especially after me and my husband got into an accident and they provided a wheelchair and crutches. The pool and private room were very good and we would recommend to others.

The villa is massive and extremely private, didn't hear anybody talking outside the space or walking around. Largest bed I've stayed in while in Bali and would be perfect for a couple or single person. There was a massive storm that flooded half of Kuta one night, including parts of the villa due to the pool overflowing, and the staff had it cleaned that morning and there had been no impact to my stay or damage to my stuff. Staff came in and remade beds and stocked waters etc every morning too. 10/10 would stay again for the cost.

Lovely quiet place to stay in the heart of Kuta. Loved the food in the restaurant, had breakfast in villa on the last day - great! Pool was small and service there was not good - grumpy pool guy sat at empty bar and no service provided unless you went up and asked - not many people at poolside, we didn’t go there much. Otherwise, staff were super friendly and helpful, good mosquito protection in villa and restaurant. Airport pick up and drop off was excellent (highly recommend), also included in booking. Would stay again if holiday in Kuta.

Poppies lived up to our expectations and beyond. Stayed for 10 nights in August and absolutely loved the hotel. Extremely clean, staff excellent, helpful. Hotel grounds a paradise away from bustling Kuta. Fantastic swimming pool and surrounding gardens with pool bar and library. Poppies Restaurant 50 metres away supplied included breakfast, meals could not be faulted whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. Fantastic staff at Poppies Restaurant, lovely garden surroundings. We visited this restaurant first in 1980, still does not disappoint.

Very quite oase in very busy Kuta close to beach restaurants and shops thus ideal location - very nice large swimming pool in beautiful garden with also pool bar where you can order food from the restaurant. Excellent restaurant ! Best hotel during our 2-weeks vacation in Bali.

We loved Poppies so much in 2024, we just had to come back again this year. We were picked up from the airport by Gede, and were given the room we asked for, same as last year, complete with a welcome back bouquet. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were lovely, breakfast always good, the pool absolutely perfect, and the whole experience is one of serenity, good service and style, while nicely understated and unpretentious. Just what we love in a boutique hotel. Oh, and the pool is simply stunning.

We were very fortunate that the amazing pool area was in bloom when we were there in October. The most gorgeous pool and jacuzzi I have ever been in. This place and it’s restaurant are a true oasis in the craziness of Kuta.

There was a spacious bed with privacy. The bathrooms were clean. Lovelyyy pool with garden. On Saturday, they had a free dinner for everyone, which allowed us to meet the coolest ppl ever. We met and we had such a fun night. The dinner was delicious, and in the morning, they offered free coffee or tea. Next to the hostel was a chill bar with karaoke and drinks. It's a nice place to meet ppl and have a good time. The staff was super nice. The location was just perfect, in 5 minutes you were on the main street with various shops and places to eat or have drinks. Highly recommended.

- the beds are big, comfy, with curtains, plugs & light - lots of bathrooms and showers for the female dorm - everything very clean - they serve a family dinner for free on saturdays which is really tasty and gives you the opportunity to meet people - nice clean pool - big lockers under the bed plus extra safe small locker next to reception - super friendly owners ans staff - let me store my luggage in a safe room while i went to other Indonesian islands

Amazing family run hostel near to the airport and Kuta city center. Clean rooms and bathrooms, big and comfortable beds with key loker, a/c, fantastic pool and huge common spaces, amazing and super friendly staff, reception open 24/7, restaurant service, yummy family dinner every Saturday, possibly to book bikes and tours though them. Fully recommended!

As soon as I got to Pudak Sari Unizou there was instantly a warm family atmosphere. All members of staff were very helpful and smiley and always about if you needed to speak to them. I loved Saturday night family night where the family host dinner and everyone in the hostel is welcome to come along for drinks and a relaxing evening playing games getting to know everyone more. The hostel was very clean and have an excellent food and drink menu for reasonable prices. The pool was lovely too. I will definetly be coming back to Pudak Sari Unizou again.

I extended my stay three times and ended up here for two and a half weeks. So yeah, I loved it. Staff is incredibly helpful, room service had the room spotless every day, and the location was in the middle of everything. The attached restaurant served up good food at a decent price, especially breakfast - 45k IDR gets you coffee, juice, and the breakfast entree of your choice. The room was quiet and private, and the shower was modern with a water heater. AC worked great. Wifi handled everything I threw at it.

This hotel is just perfect. The staff (including the restaurant below - they belong together) are maybe the most friendly people we ever met in a hotel envirnonment. Everybody is smiling all the time and really helpful and always open for a nice chat. The restaurant has really tasty food and reasonable prices. You are in the middle of Kuta but it is still very quite since it is not the main road. Beside the street you get perfect massages for 70k Rupiah.....Everything here is perfect. WiFi is strong enough for YouTube Videos in Full HD. We came even twice because it was so nice here.

'Likes'...lots to like here. (1)..Location is excellent ..: 'Seahouse ' is well awy from Legian Street..but a short walk, only. Off 'Poppies 11' and close to stores/ bars/cafes . (2). The room itself is 'compact'..a good balcony outside and wifi is adequate. Could not be cleaner, a good fridge,air con (excellent !), kettle for coffees . Good lighting from window and internally . Double bed..great comfort . TV if required ! Good shower pressure/soap ,shampoo provided .(3)..The staff are supurb.A big reason I have returned here 3 times and would stay again, if in Kuta. Staff anywhere is what makes your stay good or not. Here..it is their 'mission' to make you more than welcome /a memorable stay. And they have done that each time I have been here. They are a huge part of "SeaHouse Bali" . They should be paid triple ! Great value in their restaurant..another bonus here. Cheap (10% discount ) on food /drinks and spa ..if you want . And great sized portions from a big menu . But the girls working in Reception/ the Restaurant/ the cleaning lads ..outstanding ! I'd rebook/return here for certain..when you know a place is gouing to be great/'up to scratch' ..it's a 'given' ! Highly recommend !

Property was clean, and in excellent condition. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning and nice pool. Quiet location and very relaxing. With access to the shopping centre only metres from front reception, and can walk through to Poppies Lane II. Easy walk to Kuta beach to watch the sunset.

Fabulous place - Super helpful staff - The apartment exceeded our expections, beautiful, modern, stylish, comfortable accomodation with everything you could need, in a great location, opposit the beach and attached directly to beachwalk facilities, nice pool to cool off after a day, 100 great, cheap, restaurants in walking distance. We arrived early just as the previous guest checked out after long stay - we left our bags and went for lunch and reception whatsapped us very quickly when the room was cleaned and reset for us.

Best location with all you need for the stay in Kuta Beach area. Clean and tidy room, helpful staff and the pool was also clean and nice.

It’s a small property, but the planning of it was well thought out. The pool can feel private when you’re at one end and especially with the beautiful mosaic, designs and architect and the greenery around the pool contribute to it feeling secluded. Looking up to the rooms, they look like traditional Bolognese design but inside they are up-to-date and also well planned out for maximum storage and surface options in the room. The restaurant is nice because it’s spread out but feels cozy.

The staff are incredible - so friendly and eager to help. Just lovely. Great location right in the middle of Kuta but you feel like you’re miles away when in the resort. Great restaurant set up and the pool is lovely. Great service too ordering food and drink on a sun lounger by the pool.

The check-in was quick and efficient even in the early hours of the morning. The resort has a boutique feel with a personal touch—the staff were incredibly friendly and many knew us by name. Our Junior Suite was spacious, very clean, and comfortable with a large balcony. The pool area was peaceful with plenty of deck chairs. Breakfast was fresh with lots of variety, and the traditional Balinese breakfast was a highlight. The location was quiet but central—an easy walk to shops and the beach, and we felt very safe.

The hotel is a lovely tucked away haven from the hustle and bustle. However the location is great, its a really short walk to the mall (2mins) and the beach is on the other side of the mall and its about 10 mins walk to Kuta Beach. Its also really convenient for the airport, roughly 15 mins ( very early in the morning). The room was superb, spacious, quiet, modern and clean. The staff were friendly and approachable. The room overlooked the pool and I loved the little chill out nook on the balcony. The rooms were functional but really aesthetically beautiful and really well thought out.
