The hotel staff were all so friendly, and the reception staff would always respond enthusiastically to any of our queries. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was excellent. The small pool was great for sunbathing and cooling off, with free pool towels, which you could change daily. The breakfast had a great choice of freshly made spanish dishes, and there was always a fresh fruit option. The staff were also happy to adapt dishes to your own preference. We loved this modern hotel and we will be back! (But next time we will book a sea view room, as the views are amazing!)

All the staff for checking in, at the bar, and in the dining areas were accommodating, and personable yet professional. The location is close walking distance to restaurants and a pretty sandy beach. The pool is nice with a great view of the ocean. The bartenders were very nice as was all of the staff. They have a breakfast with both continental selections or you can order off a menu (which is a placemat) for a cooked meal. You can eat from both, and there is no charge as it is included with your room rate.

A lovely hotel where the staff are so friendly and helpful. Having the pool is such a bonus and so near to all the bars and restaurants, perfect! Breakfast was lovely.

The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was good. I enjoyed the pool for several hours. The location was an easy walk to the main sandy beach and boardwalk.

It’s so lovely. It’s been well renovated. Everything is super clean. Great staff. Breakfast was nice. Amazing location. Pool is a nice idea but really needs greenery or shades from the car park. Wouldn’t cost much and would make a huge difference.

We stayed as a group for 3 nights and had breakfast and lunch on the rooftop by the pool, and could not fault any aspect - great food, fast and welcoming service, hospitality, as well as very comfy beds in the room and amazing sea views. I cannot wait to return!

Two words, intimate, luxury. A fabulous welcome from Jaime set the tone of a hotel that knows how to look after their guests, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful views from the rooftop pool and fabulous cocktails in the Sky Bar. A gem we hope to return to again and again.

Charming boutique hotel with a beautiful view of the Med. We felt like we were looking out a window from a boat! Rooftop pool and bar were small but just right. Breakfast was enjoyable. Best bravas in Spain.

I had been looking at this beautiful property on Instagram for quite a while so it was a real treat to be able to finally stay there. It is in the most perfect and beautiful location. The attention to detail with the styling and furnishings was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and we the restaurant food was amazing. The Sky bar was also perfect - the views are spectacular from every part of the hotel. Highly recommended and hope to be back soon. Thank you for such a memorable experience.

This hotel is fantastic. May require a taxi to the beach but not far 6 euros. Quite small rooms but ours had a fantastic large terrace with wardrobe seats table kettle and mini bar. Room 110 looks onto the amazing swimming pool. Beautiful furniture inside with lot's of locals going for meals. Great outdoor terrace and what fabulous Chinese food.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was modern with a stunning little terrace. There were two pools on offer including a smaller one and a very large one across the road. The staff were so friendly and checking in and out was a breeze.

The stuff was very friendly and kind, trying to help with everything. No doubt, they are the highlight of our stay. Beds were comfortable and the swimming pool beautiful. Breakfast was modest, but enough to cover different tastes.

It is a beautiful cosy boutique hotel! We loved our garden room- very peaceful ; clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was BIG and garden and decking area around beautiful! We loved the breakfast as well as dinners! The restaurant in this hotel serves absolutely delicious meals!!!! You absolutely need a car to be there; remote location; need to drive everywhere .

The hotel is a bit tired. But in fairness it’s clean, breakfast was great and the pool in nice and relaxing over looking to beach. The location is perfect as it’s a 2 min walk to the Arenal where there a kit of nice bars restaurants and shops! An absolutely beautiful place. I also liked it as it was only an hour from alicante airport and wasn’t full of stag and hen doos. Only other British people were ex pats who live there now!!

Great location with easy walking distance to the shopping centre and beach. Beautiful gardens in the grounds of the hotel which were well kept and nice to sit and relax in. Swimming pool was open and we took the grandchildren for a swim. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a great choice of of various breads cheese meat and cakes. Room was large with balcony overlooking the gardens and sea view. Slept soundly every night ,no noise and the best blackout curtains.

Very efficient air conditioning. Lovely shower and bathroom . Towels soft and would have been changed every day had we needed..we chose to change them twice in our 4 night stay. Fridge in room, safe and tv. Room tidied each day. Breakfast not included but can be taken in the top floor restaurant which was really lovely. We had breakfast each morning at 9 and loved it. We chose yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast and coissant which came with freshly squeezed orange and lovely coffee. All for €8 each. Fantastic. Many other choices available. All so tasty. We had a really fabulous time..and the hotel contributed greatly to our experience in Javea. Thank you..if I come back I shall certainly stay at Hotel Javea again.

Perfect little hotel, excellent off season rates, big room, modern, renovated, beautiful cosy public areas, excellent restaurant wonderful views from our seaview room and restaurant. Fun, friendly well dressed staff, free coffee downstairs in the morning, lovely bar area, fabulous location. Loved it.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town. Our room didn't have a view, but the views from the roof top restaurant were incredible. I highly recommend eating in the rooftop restaurant, the food was amazing! We ended up there every morning for breakfast too. Fantastic coffee also! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean.

This is a lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and welcoming. The restaurant serves delicious food - the breakfast is excellent and the set lunch offers exceptional vale for high quality cooking. The staff is what makes this hotel outstanding. Kind and helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. My friend left a couple of things in her room and they were found and kept safely for her.

Paid extra for a sea view room and we weren’t disappointed. Such an incredible view across the bay. The room was very spacious and the shower was excellent with great pressure. Very happy to have access to the restaurant on the top floor for breakfast, very good value and amazing selection of food with fantastic views all at the same time!

We has a great stay at this hotel, it has only 5 rooms, all of which are individually decorated . The whole hotel has a sense of atmosphere with little quirky things at every step. We had the Sand room which was really large for a hotel room with a very large bathroom complete with a full sized bath and very nice toiletries. Everything was spotless at all times. The owner Shy was great too, always ready with a helpful piece of advice about where to go and sights to see. The hotel is located right in the middle of the old town of Javea with many cafes and restaurants nearby. But you don't have to go far for a drink as there is a bar which is part of the hotel staffed by Manuel. For gin lovers it is paradise as the menu has over 30 different gins and drinks complete with tonic suggestions. Live music on Fridays and Saturdays brings lots of people in too. Don't be fooled by the apparent 2 star rating, this is mainly because a hotel needs a pool etc to get 4 stars, this was one of the best experiences we have had in a hotel and we will be back.

The location was perfect, in the middle of the old Town with its historic buildings bars and restaurants. The bar next door was really Spanish and we spent many an hour enjoying the wine and cocktails. The Bar man was really helpful. This was our Anniversary break and could not have been better. Shy the owner could not have done more to please us. In the room was ample tea and coffee making facilities which you don't come across a lot in Spain. There was Bull Running in the evening which was really a great treat, Breakfast was in an award winning bar opposite the hotel. The best tostado i have had in Spain.

What an amazing gem of a hotel. Right in the heart of the old town. We stayed 3 nights in the garden room. Great air conditioning. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Restaurants on the doorstep. Tapas and wine bars. Walk to the port we did every day and was around 20minutes. Owner organised our transfer from airport and return, couldn’t be more helpful. Service in the bar excellent, Niko the barman again friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

What an absolute gem of a hotel!! From the time of booking the owner was so helpful. The location is perfect - right in the heart of the old town. Parking is only a short walk away. The hotel is small but beautiful, although the bedroom was large. Every detail has been thought through. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The windows block the sound from the street below. The rooms are air conditioned. There is a hairdryer in the room. There are tea and coffee making facilities on the landing. The bar downstairs is fabulous, as is breakfast in the market opposite.

I stayed 3 nights for a wedding celebration held in the hotel bar. Shy and her team were so accommodating, my room (Jardin) was super with the little garden terrace, everything was perfect. I managed to lose my phone and Shy was so helpful assisting with dealing with this, which I am extremely grateful for. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but there is the market bar/cafe 30seconds walk away which serves super breakfasts which are very good value. Perfect location right in the historic old town, 20 mins walk to the port. Absolutely lovely place to stay!

Three pools exceptionally clean. Good for adults and children alike. Well distributed, plenty of loungers and space to relax. Adequate gym for travellers. The bed was super-comfy and hard to get out of! Reception staff were very helpful. I really wish my stay had been longer Mayb e next time!

Cheap price for its location (1 minute walking from the beach). It has a swimming pool, which is quite nice. The breakfast is buffet and has a good selection of food and drinks.

A very interesting place: the accommodation is a cottage that is connected to a whole series of cottages in a neighborhood filled with villas and swimming pools. We stayed there out of the holiday season, hence it was very quiet. The pool was fresh yet clean and enjoyable. The area around is full of nice views over the sea and nice sights among the pine trees.

Quite, relaxing, comfortable with pool to rest and swim

As long as you’re aware that it is remote from Javea, you need a car and very limited restaurants nearby then you’ll enjoy this place with its peaceful environment. Two swimming pools are plenty of sunbeds even if all properties occupied. Only negative from my stay off season in March was I noticed walls are very thin. You can easily hear a normal decibel conversation/TV next door.

The property is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spacious, the neighborhood is amazing and quiet, it is about a 20 minutes drive from the beach and 20 minutes from the old town.

We stayed in Room 9 which has a lovely big window view out onto the pool, had air con, had a relatively new bathroom with a powerful shower and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely, pastries, yoghurt, fruits, meat and cheeses.. what more could you want :) Also a special mention to the lovely Maria for looking after us and making us feel welcome.

Beautiful building in a great space. View was amazing from the terrace and pool. Nice to be able to swim and relax on the sun loungers. Breakfast was a nice range and love the Illy coffee. Perfect knowing no kids were allowed so could relax knowing our stay wouldn't be ruined.

Everything, the room was fabulous and the view amazing. Breakfast was good with friendly staff. Sitting outside and near the pool was a pleasure. It was very quiet and there was a lovely black and white cat too. Only thing I would say is if you have walking difficulties and are without a car this may not be the place for you, but we loved it and 100% would love to go back one day!

Comfortable bungalow with good kitchen and utensils. Parking in a designated bay. There is a pool with loungers plus a quiet area with loungers too. We went out of season so it was quiet even though there is a nightclub next door (thankfully shut until NYE). Great location, just round the corner from the sea and a little walk (5 mins) to Arenal Beach. Lots of bars and restaurants.

The studio was modern, clean and had was perfect for a 4 night stay. The pool area and garden area were very well maintained. The location was superb, perfect for the beach , cafes etc

Bungalows in an excellent location only a 50 meter walk from the beach & seafront restaurants. Bungalow was well equipped, spacious with outside terrace & the communal pool was well maintained. Daniella was the perfect host sending a video explaining arrival details (due to arriving on a Sunday) & called next morning to check we were OK. Highly recommend this property for your stay if choosing the Arenal area of Javea. Parking on site was an added bonus.

We liked the staff in particular. The views were fabulous. The location superb, just a 10 minute walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. And 2 beach bars right across the road. The pool area is beautiful as is the pool. 3 excellent massages in 2 weeks. We will be back!

The view from the balcony and the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful! Amazing restaurant right in front of it and great beach location. Famous Playa de las Arenas is about 20min on foot by a very pleasant sidewalk, the beach is full of awesome restaurants and stores. Breakfast consists of delicious spanish Tostadas and fresh orange juice for a great price!

The position is perfect right by the sea front allowing you to access everything in Javea on foot, The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room offered spectacular views with a lovely balcony. All public areas were also spotless and there’s a small but wonderful pool with plenty of space for lounging and sitting. There’s also an outside bar area and breakfast and snacks are available. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful.

Amazing location with views of the ocean, close to dining and activities. The staff were welcoming, kind and helpful especially Irina. The room decor was really nice and beds were comfortable. There is air conditioning which we needed at times. The pool was heated and clean, which we enjoyed in addition to the beach activities right across the street. We hope to travel and stay here again.

We were given a separate space to use, fully equipped kitchen &dining, own bathroom en-suite , private outdoor BBQ garden space, and an amazing big terrace overlooking the sea, just for ourselves. Very peaceful. The swimming pool on the back is lovely, surrounded with lovely fruit trees. Water is not cold. Also there’s a heated jacuzzi. Everything is so well maintained, beautifully decorated, so clean. Actually everything is so good quality, much better than the picture shows. Our twin room is very modern and quite new. The host is such a lovely couple, they are very thoughtful. Even provide nice white robes. You can find anything you need for a long time stay in the house. Beds and pillow very comfortable, had very peaceful sleep. They respect your privacy but ready to help when you need. The whole neighbourhood is beautiful, quiet, posh, surrounded with lots of beautiful green. Such secluded area yet big supermarkets and restaurants are just 3 minutes drive away, also walkable. So close to all the Cala beaches. Amazing location. We will certainty return.

Natalia, the owner, was so nice and welcoming. We got to park on the property. The room we booked was huge and the property is extremely nice. We had twin leather electronic lazy-boys which was such a treat! I’ve never seen such a nice piece I’d furniture in a guesthouse. The apartments she rents out are attached to her living area (she is above and the apartments are below). The apartments have their own shared living room and full kitchen with every appliance you would need. Also she has free coffee and snacks available. Our room has its own outdoor terrace. Would stay again!

We liked the blue tiles in the kitchen. The hosts, Marcos and Ivan, are professional and very client centred. They are responsive and kind and do everything to ensure your stay is the best. We felt safe and well looked after. They are perceptive and proactive in offering help. Wonderful hosts who made our stay all the more special. Thank you.

Comfortable and clean apartment with easy access to the beach (across the street). Helpful staff located at the associated hotel down the street.

It's a lovely presented family suite. Spacious and comfortable. Great views (it's on the second floor across the road from the beach)

Front line Studio facing the beach and port in the sought after Javea area, throw back the curtains and watch the sunrise from the small balcony, or take a stroll to the Harbour and watch the area and wildlife come to life, followed by a dip in the Ocean off the pebbly beach in front of the building. Compact studio (2nd floor) with giant sized bed, everything you need for a short or longer break, good welcome pack, noisy for a few minutes in the morning from the recycling truck. Pleasant walk along the strip with plenty of eateries and a well stocked supermarket (Closed on a Sunday) close by. Take a look at the inside of the Church behind, there are walks from the Port sign posted over the headland and to Denia for the more ambitious. Exactly what I needed to recharge the batteries.

Excellent location and perfect for a family of 4. Very Clean and stylish, we loved the decor and it was well equipped for an overnight stay. The host was brilliant, keeping us updated on check in details. Found parking for free directly opposite the apartment. The upstairs bed was large and comfortable and 2 separate single sofa beds were made up on arrival as requested prior. We were sad to not be staying longer, we will definitely be back.
