Beautiful location; delicious breakfast looking over the sea; everything was very clean; thermal swimming pools; there were enough loungers round the pool for everyone. A very peaceful place; no noise at night. Any time we wanted a lift to the nearest village, the staff would take us there. There was a choice of good restaurants in walking distance, especially Da Gisella was wonderful. The thermal sea waters are very close but the shore is big rocks and pebbles so it’s difficult to walk on.

Very good location with friendly staff, fantastic view from a standard room. Good spa with heated (vulcanic water I guess) outside pool in April, which we enjoyed much, together with the free spa with hot spa pools. A great place for a calm and relaxation vacation, with great food in the hotel's restaurant which serve own grown vegatables.

The views are amazing! Every staff member we met was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is very clean and the room was spacious and modern. We had a balcony overlooking the 3 pools. The spa was relaxing and private-we were able to use the sauna and Turkish bath. Massage options were available, but we didn’t get to use. The buffet breakfast provided many different options, and the on site restaurant was so delicious.

Great place to relax. Hotel is beautiful, room was spacious, clean, shower was great. We loved the pools and the spa treatment. Staff are very friendly and kind, and could not have done more for us. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and enjoyed the great choice, quality and taste. Highly recommend this as a great place to relax in very peaceful surroundings. We used the free shuttle bus to go to Citara beach which was most enjoyable.

The breakfast was fantastic, homemade Marmalade and breads with veggies from their garden. View from room was exceptional, the pools were beautiful and all thermal outside, the spa area was great and we enjoyed our massage and facial treatment. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Views are beautiful from deck, from yard, from restaurant patio. The lunch & dinner were fabulous and especially enjoyed the seafood dishes & fresh bruschetta with home grown tomatoes.

I loved the location outside the city across from the Valley of the Temples. Great views. Loved the infinity pool and pool bar. Great breakfast and dinner! The checkin - desk people were HELPFUL.

I was upgraded to a cabana with it's personal, private infinity pool with a view facing the Temple of Hera. The breakfast was excellent - and the staff serving were very friendly. The location is midway between the Valley of the Temples and Agrigento - both very easy to access by car.

We loved everything! Everything from our suite with a private infinity pool, to the swim up bar where we enjoyed drinks, snacks and conversation with new friends, to the wonderful dinner in the patio with the ruins in the distance. Excellent, friendly staff. If in Agrigento, you must stay here!

This hotel with fabulous views of the Valley of the Temples is amazing. Beautiful setting with infinity pool soft music and modern tasteful decor creates an oasis of calm .Everything is done in imaculate style.The staff is wonderful and breakfast was sooo good with house made pies and more.I cannot recomend this gem more highly.It is good for romantic getaways snd also child and pet friendly.i loved every moment there and will definitely return.

The hotel was really, really nice. The views from the infinity pool of the sea and the greek temple are beautiful. The room, facilities and grounds are very nice. The staff was always helpful and friendly. I really recomend the hotel. My only quibble is that they should change the music played on the restaurant terrace more often.

Villa Zoppi is a great hotel, the staff is very friendly and nice, tasty breakfast, beautiful garden and pool area, wonderful rooms and perfectly clean! If you visit Verona and Veneto region, you should stay here! We will come back for sure!

A little oasis on the way to Verona. The pool, food, and cocktails were all very good. The room was quiet and comfortable and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was excellent as well with enough space for toiletries and good water pressure. The staff was all very accommodating and the grounds were immaculate. I would definitely come here again!

Staff and service were excellent. We stayed in the apartment side of the hotel which was nice to have a little kitchen and a bit more room whilst still being able to use hotel pool and amenities. We didn’t feel the need to brave the crowds and eat in bellagio too many times as the hotel restaurant was fantastic and the pool bar and view so relaxing and quiet.

Gorgeous views from the pool and our balcony. Our apartment was extremely spacious and well equipped. Everything was modern including AC. We really enjoyed the pool area and spa. Such a short walk to town but out of the hustle and bustle. Best of both worlds. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We can’t wait to come back.

A perfect location in Bellagio at the top of the hill with an easy walk to town. A large comfortable room with our own sunlounge and table and chairs out the front. We loved the spa area that is included as well as the pool. Pool staff were super friendly and helpful. They will pick you up from the ferry when you arrive.

Orsa Maggiore is beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Anacapri Within it’s lush surroundings there is an infinity pool that relaxes you the minute you lay eyes on it. It’s close enough to all of what Capri has to offer but far enough away from all of the madness. More importantly, the lovely owner Antonella has exquisite taste, no detail has been overlooked. She and her entire staff are warm, attentive and thoughtful. Silvia the concierge is exceptional, she is multilingual and you can be sure any of your needs will be well taken care of. Their friendly driver Luigi picked us up from the ferry, helped us with our bags, and comfortably delivered us to the hotel. Nicco and Franco took care of us at breakfast and lunch, which might I add had plenty of wonderful options. We have been to Capri many many times and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. We have finally found “THE” perfect place to unwind and enjoy this magical island .

We loved this hotel! The staff made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed here for one night - Luigi picked us up from the port and we spent our first day chilling by the pool area - the bar service was excellent and the drinks and lunch at the pool were gorgeous. We walked into Anacapri town for an evening meal which is an easy 10 mins away. The room was super comfy, spacious and clean. A lovely breakfast was provided on the terrace. Thanks all for making our stay so wonderful and we’d recommend this place to anyone that is looking to stay in Anacapri!

Absolutely amazing decoration and facilities. Very exclusive but also comfortable and not excessive - the hotel conveys a truly Capri spirit. The pool facilty is quite unique with infiniti pool and view over the sea. The garden is amazingly decorated and extremely beautiful. Room are stylishly furnished and very clean. The staff is extremely polite and professional. Further, the hotel offers shuttle to Capri / pick-up from the port, which comes quite handy. Absolutely recommended!

Loved the pool and rooftop area, it was so gorgeous and the views were exceptional! Franco was the best and took such incredible care of us both at the pool and breakfast the next morning. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The hotel was right on the lake (beach access) just a short walk along the water to town. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was so good - my favourite - and cane with a spectacular view. The restaurant in general was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel facilities were great with pool, gym, and a play area with pool table, table tennis, foosball etc. Great hotel. Highly recommend!!

The location is perfect, right by the lakeside with beach, and a 6 minute stroll up the promenade into the town. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the lake. Great aircon to keep us cool, a fridge and kettle in the room too. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive, and went to great lengths to provide vegan options for breakfasts and meals for me. Lovely pool area with great views too.

Breakfast was great with lots of options. The room was nice and big, clean, very comfortable beds. The location of the hotel is perfect. Right at the beach, short walk to town. The arhitecture of the hotel is impressive. The restaurant has the best view of the lake and so does the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall it will be hard to find a better hotel than this. We had a great vacation and will be back.

It was amazing! Stunning views from the window, beautiful interior, cozy and clean room. Everything in this place is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. There's also a pool and a jacuzzi. The restaurant serves delicious food. Special thanks to the very polite and attentive staff. A place you want to come back.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were helpful with everything, polite and cheerful. The breakfast lady always prepared the same table for us that we appreciated very much! The room we got was stunning! We got the view over the river, very quiet room, spacious and clean. The facilities like pool, spa - clean, you can order drinks by the pool. The hotel and facilities look even nicer in real life than in pictures. For Breakfast there is plenty of choices, great coffee, croissants, very delicious homemade eggs and fruit. Breakfast with a beautiful view and sounds of the river.

The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast lady is an absolute sunshine. The outdoor swimming pool is open 24/7 and the water is perfect for a night swim- they also serve drinks by the pool all night long. We defined recommend staying in this hotel!

Quiet romantic luxurious spa hotel in a little village next to the river. Lovely stuff, modern rooms, spa, outdoor pool functioning at the end of October. Nice restaurant across the river next to the parking. Reasonable prices, high quality of service. Definitely worth att visiting again.

Location - jus amazing, next to the river with view and sunset! 24h swimming pool. The green parts - it was lots of grapes plants, trees and make you feel you are close to the nature. Building itself - amazing old house with lot's of old features. Super friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is a dream! An adequate selection of delicious food that is as fresh as it gets, especially the fresh fruit and bread made it such a treat. The two pools are fantastic, one heated and one colder option for those who want to cool down properly.

Everything- stylish design with a sense of hygge. Modern facilities, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, superb pools, incredible breakfast all set in a mountain village with stunning views.

Amazing breakfast! The pool, the garden - it was like in paradise. The personal was very helpful and friendly and the hotel modern - newly renovated, modern and clean rooms.

This is a beautiful quiet hotel with gorgeous garden and pool area - there’s a lovely rocky bay with bars and restaurants 10 mins walk down the hill too. All the staff were lovely and helpful and chef Angela went out of her way to accommodate me being vegan and gluten free (not always easy to do!). The delicious vegetables came fresh from the garden and were perfectly cooked. We really enjoyed an hour in the private jacuzzi too - would really recommend this hotel.

Amazing breakfast, dinner although on the more expensive side was also quite a treat. The staff was friendly and the pool experience was refreshing and relaxing.

This small hotel is set high on the hills above Otranto. It is a fabulous setting with distant sea views from the dining terrace and from.the luxurious infinity pool. Very peaceful but not ideal for anyone without access to a car. The food and service were excellent. Very pleasant landscaped gardens with lots of local stone walls and steps. All very tasteful.

The setting of the masseria was stunning. The views from the property were just beautiful. The infinity pool was perfect and so very relaxing with a small bar - drinks served with a smile. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable outside seating area. We ate dinner each night in the restaurant where they offered a la carte or a set menu which were of high quality and prepared with great care. Breakfast was equally enjoyable offering an excellent selection of regional produce. Lovely. A very special thank you to the exceptional staff, Prab & Denny who went out there way to make our stay memorable and look after us xx

The service is excellent. Staff is courteous and create an relaxing and home-y vibe. Breakfast is actually a full meal that offers sweet and savory options, local and international, with views of the Adriatic Pool is excellent. Good for swimming and also relaxing. Spritzes, beers, and other drinks are offered. Sea view from the pool.

What we liked the most is the property, the building is beautiful with a nice swimming pool. What we didn't liked was we felt that we being watched by the owner all the time. In the swimming pool, the lobby, bar etc. he always would show up. Also the first night we were there for dinner he and his family sat in the middle of the dinning room and had a much different and better meal than anybody, we felt that was not appropriate at all.

This masseria feels like paradise ! We stayed in the junior suite and our son in a comfort double. Both rooms were very nice, very clean and comfortable. The service is perfect, all of the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the swimmingpool very much with our daily cocktail at the poolbar. The views from our room, the terrace and the swimmingpool are fantastic. Food and service at breakfast and dinner were TOP. We can't wait to return to Masseria Panareo next year !

Had a great time staying in this beautiful hotel. The hotel is a 15min walk to the old town & 5 mins to the edge of the lake. Bus stop 2 minute walk from hotel. Hotel is lovely, small bar in the lobby which serves drinks at the pool if you want although pool bar had opened the day before we left. They do not have a restaurant but there are plenty places within a couple of minutes walk. The breakfasts are amazing, everything I could think of & more. Would love to go back.

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the park and surroundings were beautiful and relaxing, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – everything you could possibly wish for, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and great coffee. Pool towels were available, which made things even more convenient. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

So glad that we chose this lovely hotel. Relaxing environment, beautiful elegant surroundings, each member of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful - we would definitely recommend the Parc Flora to friends and would love to revisit some day. We visited the Spa which was peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was extensive in choice and you could eat on the verandah if you wanted to overlooking the well maintained gardens and swimming pool. Overall, a really great stay.

We stayed at Grand Hotel Royal for the last 3 nights of an 11 night trip to Italy and it was a great way to finish our journey. The hotel is beautiful and offers a great blend of classic luxury with modern amenities. We had 2 rooms - one looked over the sea with incredible views and the other was a suite for our 3 adult kids that looked over the park on the town side of the hotel. Both rooms were large and very comfortable with nice renovated bathrooms. The property grounds are spectacular with views from just about every spot. The pool area offers plenty of lounge chairs and a resort style pool with waterfall, infinity edge, seating areas. Take the tunnel path or elevator down to the beach club for a full service beach bar & cafe, dock with lounges and cabana boys, and a refreshing swim. Great garden like bar overlooking the sea perfect for sunset cocktails. And the best part it’s a short 5 min walk into the center of historic Sorrento very convenient.

This is a gorgeous property very close to the historic part of Sorrento. It is elegant with beautiful grounds. The gardens, pool, beach, views are incredible. The rooms are spacious, modern, well appointment, clean, comfortable. The breakfast room & food is fantastic. We opted for half boarding option with breakfast & dinner included. It was one of the best meals of our entire trip. The staff is so attentive & sweet. Everything was perfection. We loved our stay at this property. Our son had a blast at the pool. Highly recommend.

This is a stunning fresh modern hotel in wonderful grounds and a fantastic swimming pool. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea and the view was exceptional everyday. The staff were always helpful and attentive whether at the breakfast or dining sessions either at the pool or on the terraces!! Definitely would visit again and having seen our friends hotels, ours was outstanding!

The view was stunning . The pool was very clean and quiet, staff by the pool were excellent bringing towels and putting up sunshades. What service! The bar was perfect and the food always excellent

We had the most amazing stay. The location, staff, hotel, facilities and restaurants/bars were just exceptional. Very close (5 minute walk) into the centre of Sorrento and an easy walk from the train or bus station. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The gardens, pool and beach were beautiful and not too crowded. The view overlooking the Bay of Naples was magical! The room was so comfortable with all your needs and the bed was HUGE and amazingly comfortable. Could not ask for a better stay - it felt like paradise.

The hotel was really modern and stylish. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a side view to the sea. The breakfast was amazing and the serving staff were brilliant. They got to know what we liked and would bring it to our table without even asking! The gym is well equipped and we loved the pool area - although the pool itself was a bit cold to use in early May! Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend the Coast Hotel.

Lovely hotel, very clean and room exactly as per the pictures. Pool area is lovely and relaxing, didn’t use the spa but it also looked great. Breakfast was excellent, nice variety of options and the staff made the whole stay great. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, it felt like the really appreciated you being there. Housekeeping and the restaurant team were especially friendly and welcoming.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Comfort, service, staff and location scores top for us. Almost no noise from the street outside, comfortable beds, super good sized pool, fantastic breakfast (not buffet), roof bar with the best view and a free bike hire to explore the area. On top of it all, the beach is right next to the hotel and the hotel has both a gym and spa department. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others, and we will stay here again on our next visit to charming Cervia. Thank you!

Lovely clean hotel in beautiful grounds. Abundance of sunbeds. Excellent staff,rooms serviced every day by very friendly staff. Coup of minor niggles- if you wanted a hot drink in your room you had a choice of 3 teas,English breakfast,camomile and green and that is not one of each for a couple. Also no milk.only a minor thing but it would have been nice to have a coffee in bed first thing.

Only a few minutes walk into the town center, everything was so clean and the food was great. Not forgetting the staff who were amazing, so helpful with any questions we had.

Out stay was amazing, astonishing breakfast! Lovely staff and perfect location!

The fact that we could park, utilize the beach service, the pool, and use the bicycles, before, and after check in and check out was exceptional! It made our one night stay extremely memorable! Everyone was incredibly kind, the breakfast buffet was on point, the room was comfortable, and when we needed assistance, the staff was prompt. We will definitely be back!

Great place, Pool is awesome. I especially like the adult only section. Bike rental is easy and helpful to get to town as the hotel is a little bit outside the main area of the city. Very friendly staff.

Med det samme vi trådte ind ad døren, var der en enorm venlighed og imødekommenhed. Personalet tog godt imod os og var positivt opmærksomme på os igennem hele opholdet. Vi havde en lille hund med og det var på intet tidspunkt en udfordring. Han var tilmed velkommen i restauranten, hvor der blev tilbudt at servere mad lavet kun til ham. Location is magnificent. Can walk or bike to several local restaurants and sights. Facilities are wonderful. Spa is a must do. Several pools and tons of lounge chairs and cabanas. The real treat is this staff. So nice and accommodating and helpful. The manager she helped me find reverse in my Peugeot car. Bar staff friendly especially Manuel. Breakfast superb We loved this hotel and want to return soon

Andra året i rad vi är där, helt fantastiskt! Första året utan barn och andra med barn, lika bra båda gångerna. Rummen är fräscha och rymliga, servicen otroligt trevlig och bra. Stora sköna sängar, och rummen är moderna. Riktigt bra frukost med stort utbud! Poolen är enorm och finns massa plats både i och kring den och poolbaren har allt man behöver. De har ingen restaurang, bra att veta att det inte finns middag där, men mycket bra restauranger i närheten så det är verkligen inget problem. Kommer garanterat åka tillbaka!

There is a balcony in my suite with a great view. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed a break from the heat wave at the pool everyday during our stay. All staff are friendly and polite. Everything is clean and neat. Buffet breakfast is delicious. We were offered a bottle of their wine as a gift at checkout. This hotel is a gem and highly recommended!

Hotel is in a great location, with a fantastic rooftop restaurant. Staff were all super friendly and the concierge was very helpful. Free shuttle into Rapallo was great. Amazing spa with great facilities, we both had a massage and this was expensive but well worth the money. Outdoor pool was well maintained, easy to access sun loungers and pool bar. We also had a steak on the special menu one night this was fantastic and also tried the tasting on the rooftop one evening. This food was a little different but a fantastic experience non the less

Great views, spacious rooms and excellent pool. Breakfast was served on a balcony with a fantastic spread. Only minor things, lifts are small, there were rarely free sun beds at the pool and the barman was the grumpiest man I’d met in Italy!

We stayed 2 nights with my fiance in this beautiful hotel. We were welcomed very friendly, we had a great, very clean room with a beautiful sea view. The spa area was great. There was really everything: different saunas, a indoor pool and a great little jacuzzi, little snacks, a tropical shower. Both the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant "Le Cupole" were very tasty. There is simply nothing to complain about. I really recommend this hotel to everyone. A little paradise on the Portofino Coast! Thank you very much.

Good location between Portofino and Cinque Terre but you will need train/bus or taxi to access Portofino because it’s difficult to park over there and you will need a train to go to Cinque Terre because it’s a national park you can’t access by car. Otherwise I would give the hotel a 4.5 stars and maybe 5 stars. Get a sea view if you can . Loved the pool with sea view and the highlight was breakfast at the restaurant terrace with the view. Staff very friendly and helpful, definitely Would stay there again.

We stayed for 1 week in their suite which is highly recommended. Large big terrace with a gorgeous view of the vineyards and mountains, two big sun beds and a nice little table with two chairs. The hotel was very neat, clean and tidy and really helpful staff who spoke good English. Nice pool area as well, bar open at the hotel till 11pm and a fantastic restaurant nearby. It took us about 20 mins to walk to the centre but the quiet and calm area was worth the little extra walk :)

The hotel is family run and all the staff are very helpful. The rooms are modern and well appointed with balconies. The beds are very comfortable. We had a view of the mountains and surrounding countryside. The bathrooms are beautiful. The pool is not huge but is more than adequate and there was always plenty of space during our stay. The secure parking is ample and free. Breakfast is extremely good, although it could become a little chaotic if busy. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, 15 minutes walk from the lake and about 25 minutes from Riva old town with plenty of restaurants between and an excellent restaurant 250m away. Staff were great in all departments. Lovely breakfast room and terrace with good choices. Pool area lovely. The hotel is totally geared up for cyclists with secure storage, maintenance station, bike washing facilities. Good parking (free) for cars on site.

Perfect hotel for a relaxed vacation. There is an amazing pool area, with sunbeds, a swimming pool and a whirlpool. Our room was modern and spacious and we even got a free upgrade so we could enjoy the amazing view on the lake from the balcony. A big highlight is also the breakfast, there’s a huge variety at the buffet and you can order stuff like waffles, pancakes or egg dishes freshly from the kitchen. Also the staff members are very friendly, polite and welcoming. Overall we had a great time here and would come back anytime.

Amazing hotel, absolutely breathtaking view with pool and jacuzzi. Loved little touches as beach bag with towels, flip flops and robes for pool. Also received gift when checked out. Breakfast was also amazing with a lot of choice and sitting area with amazing view.

Everything! Perfect location, wonderful staff going out of their way to help, splendid infinity pool with Positano's extraordinary views, a waterfall and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was rich and filled with every savory and sweet option on the planet. Room was huge, with a sofa, robes and slippers and an actual bathtab. Luxurious, has a lovely terrace with Positano's most famous views. Clean, comfortable, airy, absolute delight!

The most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The view was stunning, the rooms large and clean. We loved the bathroom jacuzzi tub and the way you could control the lighting in the bathroom. The restaurant was good. We also loved the infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean.

We are so glad we booked the Marincanto for our trip to Positano! There couldn't have been a better choice for us. The staff was super friendly and very attentive, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and the room was very spacious and had a breathtaking view. We also really loved the infinity pool and the private beach - unparalleled in Positano (to our knowledge). Our stay was magical. We will be back!

From start to finish this was an amazing property. The staff were absolutely lovely and so very accommodating. Loved the views from the sundeck and infinity pool - didn’t spend time at the beach club though that looked great as well. The restaurant was fabulous. And rooms comfortable with everything one needs for the stay. This will be where I stay on all my return visits without question.

The guy from the breakfast bar was not friendly but all the staff was amazing. Thanks for everything ! Pescheira is a nice and beautiful place to go, and Sirmione too. I recommend it.

We had a king suite that was very spacious and comfortable. It had a spacious patio but it was too hot & humid to make use of it when we were there. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The pool and cold tub (a jetted tub with cool water rather than hot) were delightful and just what we needed at the end of a long day.

The staff was so great. Especially the main reception person Nicole. She was so caring and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a unit by the pool so it worked out really well with our kids if they wanted to go back to the room to get something etc. the location was perfect, it’s a beautiful walk along the water to town. The restaurant was also amazing. The food was very high quality and you could order to your room or go there to eat. We had a perfect stay!

Accommodation was lovely - it was large with enough space for a family of 4 adults. The space outside was beautifully clean with 2 beautiful pools, lots of loungers with parasols, and a nice bar and snack shack. All next to the river so it was lovely walking along the waters edge. The staff were exceptional especially Nicole the Manager; she kindly helped with taxis and bag storage and was always on hand to help, and always with a smile - a true credit to the team. We will definitely return.

We are just back from a week long stay and I cannot recommend the Aurora enough. The apartment was spacious, immaculate and fully equipped with everything you would need. The mattress and pillows were so comfy. The staff, especially Nicol, were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a bother. The apartment is cleaned daily to a very high standard. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us use of the pool, but maybe next time. We’ll be back ! 🩷 10/10

This property is second to none! The views, regardless of where you stay, are absolutely incredible! We had a hot tub room and a balcony room and both were equally amazing! Although the parking situation is a little weird, it’s not terrible. Just be aware that if you don’t buy a spot ahead of time, you have to park in a parking garage and the shuttle picks you up in downtown Limone at certain times. But you have a shuttle to take you to and from the ferry to get around the lake very easily! This is the only place we will stay when we come back! And we will be back!

The location was superb, great views, good food, beach club with its infinity pool was relaxing, great spa treatments, we were looked after very well, the staff have reason to be proud. Our stay at this Palace topped off a wonderful Italian trip.

I would certainly recommend this hotel

A really relaxing location and away from the Venice crowds yet easily accessible by car or hotel shuttle. Old property with Venetian charm. Particularly hot June so tge outdoors pool was a bonus. Clean and refreshing. Pool service was a little slow but nothing significant. Booked a king deluxe and the first room we got was dark and facing the parking lot. After some persistence we managed to get a nice bright (big) room.

Beautiful hotel, a 15 min drive to Venice and a short walk into the village where there are a few shops, cafes, restaurants and ice cream parlours! A wonderful haven after the hustle and bustle of Venice. Lovely pool and gardens. Great food in the restaurant - try the fish it is amazing - and the setting with the frescos on the wall is stunning. Our room was very comfortable. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. We hope to visit again in the future.

Stayed in a big loft like room. Nice big bed that was very comfortable and quiet. The pool was terrific and peaceful. Great breakfast. We stayed here because we were on a road trip and wanted to be close to Venice but have parking and space. It exceeded my expectations. Good value.

The hotel was full of character and history with beautiful murals on the walls and ceiling in the restaurant. Our room, although not huge had a lovely private garden with direct access to the swimming pool and an excellent large bathroom. There was a well stocked frigobar in the room and tea & coffee making facilities. Although we had a very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel we found the restaurant and bar extremely expensive.

The location was great, we loved having a relaxing pool with bar service, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the walk to the center of town was lovely along the river. The family who runs the hotel works hard to ensure everyone is happy.

Windsor hotel is well located by river walk so easy to get to centro and all attractions in Merano. Breakfast and pool were exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Look forward to next visit.

Our favorite part of the stay was definitely the spacious room. We loved lounging by the pool, grabbing a cocktail at the pool bar, and relaxing in the jacuzzi to unwind. The views from breakfast were stunning! Sitting on the patio with a delicious meal was the perfect way to start each morning.

Good place to relax, nice view, wild pigs behind the hotel. Extra selection of coffee on the room + machine, everything clean, nice, good internet connection. Variety of juices/ jams for breakfast in glass botles, so looks also ecological. Nice spacy balcony with pool view (second floor), comfortable bed + absolutelly quiet during the night. Toothbrush, tooth paste...just small things you do not really need but make your stay better

Amazing stay which we enjoyed a lot. Super calm and relaxing atmosphere beautifully located with mountains in the background. Staff was super friendly and helped with everything wee needed. We can recommend having breakfast, lunch and dinner here too. Pool and spa was good. Room was big, nice and clean. No complains and we would love to come back :)

Staff was very warm and welcoming, and you could tell they enjoyed being there! They made us feel right at home. Breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety, and the dinner was excellent. Rooms were not huge, but they were very well pointed and very comfortable. Shower was great. The grounds were gorgeous, and the pool and sauna were lovely as well. The whole experience was delightful and now we want to return and play the golf courses!

The staff is very friendly and responsive. We had some little issues during our stay and they went extra-mile to solve the problems and accomodate our needs. Gracie ! The hotel and facilities are well kept. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. About the food, breakfast choice and quality were ok. Very good coffee and the staff did accept to prepare eggs on order. Dining at the on site restaurant was a great experience : tasty food and good value for money.

Absolutely fantastic place, beautiful and secluded with own pool, bar and restaurant. Easily reachable by foot from the station (albeit with a little hill coming up to the property). Staff service was top notch, with drinks brought to the pool as well as taxis organised for us into the cente. Would highly recommend!

The property and views were beautiful. The pool was wonderful and the property provided nice pool towels. The staff was also extremely helpful with recommendations on how to navigate Siena center which is both hilly and restricted by cameras.

We only had one night here but wished we had more. Everything was great, Pool was the cleanest pool we have ever seen and perfect temperature. We walked from the station with luggage the last bit was up a steep hill and was tough but possible. Otherwise not a long walk.

Amazing hotel with great facilities and location. View from our balcony was great and also the rooftop pool/bar is one of the very few in Grado. Great breakfast selection and generally hospitable staff.

The hotel is the dream location with dream services. The Beach umbrella and sunbeds makes the life easy, even they gave Us towels for the beach. The breakfast was breathtaking, real italian coffe, great selection of food. The pool is also fantastic.

Wir waren auf der Heimreise von Kroatien - und haben hier einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Einzig das Service-Angebot am Abend an der Poolbar hätte besser sein können.

Convenient location for strolling the Merano promenades, attending symphony concert, Ebike rides on riverside paths, catching a bus for an amazing hike, exploring the thermal baths, shopping under the portici, and the list goes on….Service is impeccable and room extremely comfortable. The spa with rooftop infinity pool has a view that will capture you and make you never want to leave. We will be back!

Hotel Terme Merano was everything a 5-star hotel should be. It was a family trip with my adult son and we thought it was absolutely perfect! From the infinity pool out under the stars we looked out at the snow-capped mountains. It was great to have direct access to the thermal spa next door. There is nothing more anyone could ask for in a spa experience. The Süd Tyrol area of Italy is breathtaking!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Hotel Terme Meran. Our room was quiet and spacious and the hotel staff was friendly, gracious, and welcoming. There was no need to go to the public thermal facility next door because this hotel has it all: especially the roof top, adults only, thermal infinity pool (which overlooks the town and snow capped mountains in the distance. I have read some of the negative comments, and I have to say this was just not our experience. I too was asked not to wear my swim trunks in the sauna area, and I complied since it is the hotel policy. We stayed 1/2 board and all meals were outstanding (although I wish more South Tirolean menu choices were featured), as was the wine selection. We cannot wait to return for another 4 days sometme in the future. The hotel is close to the old town with many shops and wine bars. So, all in all, we think the Hotel Terme Meran was a wonderful experience.

Set in the heart of Merano with stunning views of the mountains, this hotel was superb. Spacious rooms, super clean, the most amazing buffet breakfast ever (try the muesli yogurt, omelettes, cappuccinos and cake selection - wow!). The hotel spa area is OK with three small pools, but it also links to the main thermal baths at no extra charge. These are the best Thermal baths I have been to with a wide range of indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzis.

Everything was amazing. Quiet location, the hotel room and pool area, the excellent service provided by all the staff - from free pick up and drop off service to very helpful reception, extremely clean rooms and breakfast, dinner and pool area service. Breakfast was excellent and catered for people with different dietary requirements and dinner service at the hotel restaurant was of very high quality. Waiters are very hardworking and knowledgeable on the food and wine of the region.

Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber, wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf den Pool mit großer Terrasse. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön und das Wasser war bereits im April eingelassen, was uns freute. Das Frühstück beinhaltet alles, was man braucht. Das Abendessen sollte man unbedingt probieren, es war sehr lecker.

Comfortable bed, air con worked perfectly, nice size balcony with pool view, free water refill 24h, good choice for breakfast and good quality, everyday room cleaning, new towels and not worn ones. Hotel well maintained, fresh paint. 5mins walk to negra beach and diving centre, 20 mins walk by main street to the port and restaurants area, 15mins walk to the bottom of vulcano hike. Would stay there again.

Amazing hotel, in a very quiet area surrounded by nature. The staff is attentive and professional, the rooms are big and with every comfort, the restaurant is excellent. The hotel has a wonderful garden with a pool that has a little jacuzzi area and is 10 mins walking to the main beaches of the island, 20 to the town and Harbour. I would recommend this place and I will definitely come back the next time I am in Vulcano!

The hotel was super clean, and the staff was agreeable. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and it was excellent. The location is not super central but the hotel has a shuttle bus that takes you to the harbour or if you like to walk, it's just 20/25 minutes walk.

Wonderful hotel in Molveno, well situated in the city, nice rooms, wonderful breakfast, lovely garden and pool. We will definitely be back.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our two week tour of Lake Garda and the Dolomites. The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable, and we had wonderful views of Lake Molveno from our balcony. The food and accommodation were of an exceptional standard, and extremely good value, when compared with other 3-star hotels we stayed at. The quality and choice of food at the buffet breakfast and evening meals was very good, and the staff were particularly helpful - especially Gloria at reception! We had a fabulous two nights at the Du Lac Vital Mountain Hotel in Molveno, and I could not fault our experience in any way!

The welcome we received from reception was lovely. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our view from our window over the lake was perfect. The restaurant is gorgeous, and staff are great and serve you well. The grounds of the hotel are spotless, clean, tidy, nothing was out of place, it was just so good we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in May so the cost was OK, not sure we could afford mid summer though as the price doubles.

The best part of my stay was a shiatsu massage. It was arranged through the hotel, but with a woman who works for herself. She has nearly a decade of experience working as a masseuse in Japan and Italy. I can say honestly that it is the best massage I have ever had. I went in with issues with sciatica caused by tension in my back. After the massage it was completely gone. She even spoke with me for 20 minutes after the massage about what she noticed in my body - where things were tight and exercises I could do. It was given in a downstairs room shared with a tanning bed, but none of that mattered. I cannot recommend it enough! The hotel was also lovely. Our room had a view of the lake, the shower was on point, and the room was very clean. It wasn't the hands down most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, but it was plenty nice. And the breakfast was really outstanding - especially for this foreigner. I can't get used to the tiny Italian breakfast, and this was not that. There were offerings (presumably) for those with an English and German predilection. If I come back to Molveno, which I surely hope I do, I would happily stay in Hotel du Lac again.

Loved everything about our stay. The hotel is modern, fresh and exquisitely clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful, only too eager to help despite our slapdash Italian. Graziano on reception was particularly helpful and so pleasant. Breakfasts were just right - a selection of fruit, Italian cakes and pastries, focaccia, and great coffee. Both swimming pools were so clean. The room was just right - again very clean with a lovely balcony. Ride service down to two beaches when needed. Would come back in a heartbeat.

The property has two pools: a small one and a big one that has a side completely in the shadow, for those who can’t stay too much in the sun, and a side outside. At breakfast there are gluten free options available. The property also has included in the rate the beach package and they have a shuttle service that brings you to the beach. A special thank to Mario, the night hotel concierge, who helped us with medications during the night and was really kind with us! Also Gianluca, who took us to the beach, was friendly and kind!

The location is good. It is around 15-20 mins walk with children from the beach. But they have nice on call shuttle service. With shuttle it takes 2 minutes to beach. So distance is not important. Small, nice clean family friendly hotel. Rooms are spacious. Pools are great, even for small kids.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, the building architecture is great, facilities are perfect, swimming pool, beach access a perfect 15 minutes walk to the old town. The staff was amazing and very helpfull, Mr Ali showed us around the property! We initially booked two nights but booked three more nights extra, we have booked four more nights as there not that many hotels like this, at the beach with this amazing service in Ligure. Oh and the breakfast simply amazing, staff was perfect, having breakfast overlooking the see towards Portofino.

We had the honour to inaugurate the new appartment on the fourth flour. A very spacious appartment housing our family of 5 adults with the maximum sleep-eat-bath-comfort. The ideal appartment to return to after a day-out city visit or after a day of relaxing at the beach or swimming pool. On top of that, we could combine the comfort of the appartment with the top service of the hotel. Breakfast, lunch and diner were top. We were served at all times by extremely friendly personel. In the interesting and exciting Ligurian area, this is the ideal place to stay.

Nice place. Not too much away from the centre of the village and anyhow there are free shuttles to bring you anywhere (fast and easy). The rooms where nice (only the toilet was a little small but never mind). Staff is so gentle. We spent 5 nights. We got breakfast, snacks in the evening and dinner. Plus use of the SPA and even swimming pool for children. Food was really nice and every night a different menu.

This was our 2nd trip to Hotel Chalet del Brenta: the staff has been very helpful and we enjoyed most of the amenities. Our kids had fun at the kinder club and at the indoor pool. Food was also very good: great experience overall!

I went after Easter, arriving in the last day of the ski season, so the city and the hotel were not crowed. The staff was extremely sympathetic and efficiency (although few could not speak fluent English, they make the effort, they don't let you without an satisfactory answer). The hotel is very beautiful from inside, stays close to market and shoppings/restaurante. Breakfast was great (meat and cheese selections, fruits, cereals and pastry) . I got the simplest bedroom option and worth it (small fridge, tv, cozy bed and good shower), it has everything that one need when going for long hikes during the day and just want to relax afterwards. By the way, the spa area is perfect after long sport day (sauna, pool, showers). I really recommend to stay Hotel Chalet Del Brenta and i will definitely go back!

The pride that Mario and his wonderful staff have for this hotel truly shows . The hotel is sparkling clean , the pool and surrounding relaxation area was perfect for 4 day stay. Breakfast was fabulous , my room had a great view looking over the pool and sun all day . Comfortable bed and pillows and nice and quiet. The beach is. 2 minute walk away as well as all the restrooms and bars within 5 mins walk away. I had hire car problems and Mario went above and beyond to help me get this repaired . Nothing was a problem and I was truely grateful .

Very friendly, warm and lovely owner, receptionist and staff. The hotel and our room was absolutely spotlessly clean. The pool is lovely and a must in the summer with the heat. The breakfast has a good selection of food. Overall, great value for money. And great selection of drinks from the bar to have by the pool :) What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality of the owner and his staff.

Great pool, clean rooms and modern finishes. Staff (Mario in particular) was super welcoming and helpful in organising boat trips and taxis. The location is only a short walk to the marina, but also much quieter than the main area so you can genuinely relax by the pool during the day. All round, a great experience.

Everything about our stay was perfect right from the first moment with stepped into the hotel, the staff were absolutely perfect and very helpful in finding us a free car park for our 3 day stay to offering many recommendations for tours, restaurants, etc. The property was in a central location to everything, well maintained, spotless and probably one of the best we have stayed in, the room provided was large and come with a terrace from which we had sea views, the pool was a fresh and welcomed relief after our beach going days.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The thermal outdoor pool was a highlight, offering the perfect spot to unwind. The hotel also provides free bikes, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Everything was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with great attention to detail. Another bonus was the free private parking, which made our stay even more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and stress-free getaway!

Super kind staff who went our of their way to make us feel welcome. When we arrived, we had not had dinner yet but the kitchen was officially closed. The staff went above and beyond to serve us an excellent dinner anyway, including a delicious desert. The restaurant was amazing and very affordable. Breakfast included a good assortment of fruit and a large choice of everything you need and more. The swimming pool is small but clean and calm. Our room was fine, it had everything we needed and a small balcony.

Lift to upper floors, air-conditioning, secure parking for our motorbikes, friendly and helpful staff, excellent bar and restaurant on site, clean swimming pool, good WiFi, excellent choices for breakfast, would stay there again.

There’s also a lovey pool with a stunning mountain view and a fancy looking restaurant (I had no opportunity to dine there but looked really nice). Located up a steep road about 3km from the coast, the views from the hotel are great. If you don't bring a car, the hotel offers a shuttle bus service for a small fee. Very comfortable and clean rooms (no tea or coffee facilities in the room) each with shutters and AC to keep them cool in the summer. Each room has a terrace with shade canopy and comfortable chairs The infinity pool (towels provided) is down a path about 100m from the main buildings with sunbathing terrace. Breakfasts were self service with a good choice except a little more prepared fresh fruit would have been a plus for us. With a car, we had our own personally reserved space in the underground car park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Levanto is a great place to explore the coast in both directions via the fantastic train service. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Sensational location. Close to a nice sand beach and many different pools in the cliffs. Nice big rooms and the same for the pool. And special nice for us, we could eat in the restaurant at any time after lunch, so didn't have to wait till 7.30 when everyboy else would open. Good food and nice entertainment with a friendly wild boar visiting occasionally. Breakfast was plenty and good coffee.

Beautiful location and surroundings. Excellent staff from the front desk, managers, Restaurant staff. We have to give a special thanks to Alejandro the life guard/ pool supervisor. Beautiful Hotel. Breakfast was great value. Coffee was excellent. Service in the morning time was good, not so good in the evening time. The guy at the pool was very helpful to everyone. Pool area was immaculate. Rooms are modern, bright and very clean. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Air conditioning was good.

The staff were brilliant...super helpful especially when arranging sight seeing trips. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was very effective, which was great given the temperature rarely got below 34. The pool area was brilliant....loads of loungers and a fab pool. Breakfast was very good too. The location was superb...v close to Naples but also very East to get to Pompei etc

Hotel was really helpful from dislocation from our ship. I’m getting a taxi to the hotel. We arrived early. They looked after our suitcases then they went to the pool. Then they come and found us and told us our rooms are ready to check in so we did the hotel was of a very clean high standard Swimming pool was maintained exceptionally well. The poor lifeguard was really helpful showing us things where they were had a language barrier problem, but that was soon become, but overall I would definitely recommend at the hotel.

Our room was lovely, the bed was really comfortable and the view breath taking. The pool was amazing perfect temperature and there were plenty of sun beds The staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel shuttle was excellent bringing us to local restaurants and train stations . The hotel restaurant serves an amazing tasting menu for dinner.

Our experience at Hotel & Resort Tre Fontane Luxury was outstanding! The elegant design, spacious and immaculate rooms, and top-tier amenities made for a perfect stay. the property was immaculate and the staff was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, courteous, from the maids to management……the breakfast was extremely generous in selections to enjoy…… my room was very comfortable and a balcony with an amazing view overlooking the ocean and the surroundings…..the swimming pool was small but adequate and the sunning area was perfectly manicured….the pool lifeguard, Andrea, was extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful in providing refreshments and information of local sites. It was the most relaxing time I’ve had in a long time…….

The view from our balcony and from the pool area was amazing! The breakfast was plentiful, varied, and delicious. The staff were friendly and kind Pool staff, Andreas and hotel staff Rosa and Vincenza were excellent! So helpful.

The staff were amazing and so helpful, Rosa was the best. The pool was stunning and overlooked the most beautiful view. Andreas the lifeguard was very helpful with kids around pool safety but also the life of the party. The views are stunning and if you get to visit their restaurant, the lamb is incredible. This place is such a vibe and definitely worth the visit.

This is one of the BEST hotels we have stayed in. Perfect location so lovely and quiet too. The pool was stunning our room perfect we had a superior room that went out to the balcony above the pool. We ate dinner at the hotel it was very reasonably priced and food was excellent. The bar tender could not have been more helpful as was reception. If you are in this area you won’t be disappointed staying here.

Very nice hotel, we really enjoyed our stay the staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. We all loved the pool and pool area was fantastic.

This a gem in font of Lake Como, owners and staffs are friendly and welcoming. They booked us a great affordable restaurant near their hotel for dinner and helped us how to use boats around the lake. Room was super clean and view of mountain and lake from the room made us feel staying in heaven. We will definitely visit this hotel again. Hotel has 3 star but don't let that trick you, cleanness and size of the rooms, exceptional customer services, continental breakfast, pool and location of the hotel, make this a 4 star hotel.

Everything, the lovely lawned area, with seats and loungers, the pool we didn't use but looked very inviting. The room was lovely, quite large, with out side sitting, and the views are amazing, we only stayed 1 night but would have loved to stay longer, very peaceful. Breakfast was very good, plenty of everything. Staff were all very nice. Word of advice the plugs are not European they are 3 pins, so don't get caught out like us, (check Italian Plugs) We went to the town of Gravendona, walked about 15 mins, found a few restaurants and bars, all good.

The hotel is immaculately clean, the room and the bathroom is spacious, perfect, the atmosphere is very relaxed. The location is great, peaceful, by the lake, a 15-minute walk from Gravedona, which is a lovely, quiet old town. Lake Como is amazing. There was just one thing, some constant buzzing at night in the room, which was quite disturbing since we chose this place for the silence. I wonder what the source was, the swimming pool, or the air conditioner...

A beautiful sanctuary. Our room was not only gorgeous with its decor but clean and comfortable with a private terrace perfect for apertivo. We loved the garden, pool and pool bar area. The breakfast was elegant and the staff very helpful.

We had a delightful one-night stay at Villa Boscarino. The hotel is created within a classic old villa with lovely modern features. Gardens and pool tranquil. It's atop a hill in the modern area of Ragusa, but a short cab ride over to the historical Ragusa area for dinner. Parking was available for our rental car. Staff was so helpful, caring and genuinely kind. Loved Stephanie at the poolside.

I was really impressed by this location . A very nice hotel in the mountains sourrounded by nature but also close to Lake Garda , ideal for a very relaxing holiday . The parking is free , the stuff is very kind and always trying to do their best for a lovely stay . We had a very nice SPA room with private sauna which in the winter i think it is amazing but also summer . They have several SPA facilities ,adults only pool and also pool for family with kids where they can have a lot of fun . Last but not least , the food is delicious , various breakfast and very good dinner with a selection of fine dining choices and also the pizza and pasta’s they can prepare for kids .

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I enjoyed peaceful, restful nights throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the stunning pool area. The pool itself was crystal clear, the perfect temperature, and large enough to enjoy a relaxing swim at any time of day.

We loved the pool, the comfort of the room and really friendly staff. Big parking, perfectly for travelling with rental car. The restaurant has limited dishes for dinner but they taste really good. Great cocktails and treats if you're staying in the pool. Loved our stay.

We booked a room with a sea view and were not disappointed. We could enjoy dinner with a view of the sea in the evening, and the waiter were friendly and professional. The resort owners and the breakfast hall staff were professional and warm, and we will never forget them. The swimming pool was also beautiful and very clean and well-maintained. Absolutely amazing little family run hotel. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, everything is spotless and the food was fresh and delicious. The pool is just divine! You can absolutely walk into Riposto, the small town nearby and when we needed to reach the train station, Andrea was kind enough to give us a lift or call us a cab. From there, Taormina, Catania and Syracuse are easily reachable by train. All in all, a perfect spot for a very relaxing holiday. We are very grateful to everyone at SAR for looking after us! Absolutely stunning hotel, we got upgraded to a bigger suite with a balcony, and we both cried when we saw the view. The food was incredible, and a huuuuuge breakfast buffet that was unexpected but very necessary considering how isolated you are from everything else outside the resort.

This hotel and its grounds are stunning! We only needed a night here whilst we were touring Italy but we went to go back for a relaxing week away! It feels like a mini paradise with a large swimming pool and private beach. The restaurant serves fantastic food and the setting was idyllic. Breakfast was served on a terrace overlooking the ocean and had a good selection. The maitre’d of the restaurant was superb and very accommodating with our small child. Plenty of room in the private car park out front. We will definitely be returning!

This was a great 3 day holiday for us. It was calming and the staff was perfect - always with a smile in the reception, the restaurant and by the pool and beach. The resort itself was beautiful, the beach was amazing and the water even better. It was really everything we needed for our holiday. We want to come back!

Stunning views, super clean rooms and common areas, friendly staff, and relaxing atmosphere. There are nooks along the exterior staircases which lead to dining areas, pool with a Jacuzzi and small gym as well as stairs leading down to the sea. A truly wonderful short stay of 3 nights but absolutely highly recommended.

We really enjoyed holiday time in the hotel from breakfast to night time. The location was perfect for us. Its small village. people were very friendly and nice bakery and restaurants. staff were very friendly and kind. The hotel was very clean too. Breakfast was our favorite. There are lots of choices for food, and we could make own our fresh juice every morning. ( I never had it before from a hotel) After skiing all day, we still managed to swim, too. There is a gym, relaxing room(view was amazing) and indoor and outdoor pool. Also, back of garden you can join riverside footpath.

Amazing Mountain Getaway at Hotel Gaia We had a fantastic stay at gaia! The staff and owner were incredibly friendly, and we even got a free upgrade. Our room was spacious (got a free upgrade) and offered stunning mountain views. The area is perfect for hiking, with many trails nearby. One of the highlights was pressing our own fresh juice every morning. The spa was well-equipped, and we loved the two swimming pools and the relaxing area. After a day of exploring the mountains, it was wonderful to unwind in such a serene environment. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel with parking and a very good restaurant - we decided to have a dinner over there and it was a right decision. Great view, large rooms, free bikes, outdoor and indoor pool and spa option. Very friendly and helpful personnel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful (& spoke 3 languages). The breakfast selection was great and plenty. The room was very spacious, well furnished, and comfortable. In an excellent location within easy reach of the beaches in Torbole and Riva del Garda. There are bikes available for use for free, along with use of the wellness centre and swimming pool ,(x2, one indoors). See you next year!

Excellent little hotel in a quiet country location, clean, well kept and with helpful staff. They booked us a table at the local Michelin guide restaurant a few metres away from the hotel for dinner, which itself is worth a visit. Breakfast is good and varied. Ample free parking on the very quiet road outside and it also has a number of garages in the pool/terrace area.

Beautiful Run, Staff are delightful. Always happy to help and please. Valentina was exceptional. Service was great. Close to wineries, within 15 mins. Verona is 20.mins. Many choices to eat around. The breakfast provided was a hot breakfast with eggs and bacon everyday. Unusual for Italian hotels. Covered parking is available. Perfect views of the vineyard. They also have an exceptional pool but it was closed for winter. I can only imagine being there in summer with the vineyard views. I can keep going. Just LOVED our stay!

Amazing location just an hour out of Florence. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Paid for access to the spa and it was well worth it! infinity pool was amazing as was the restaurant. Rooms were comfy, and relatively sound proof.

Really nice place to just sit back and relax. It’s located about 30 mins away from Florence. You will have to book a car to reach here and the roads are pretty narrow with lists of turns so it might be as easy to drive here. The infinity pool was good.

A lovely accommodation just above Florence. A highlight is definitely the infinity pool, offering stunning views of the iconic Tuscan hills. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, with a wide variety of options from savory to sweet. Dinner was equally delightful, offering gourmet cuisine in a refined setting. The stuff was really friendly and caring.

The staff was very friendly and the grounds were amazing! The rooms were super cozy and clean and felt luxurious. It was a perfect getaway after a long track day and the views are unmatched! I didn't get to try the pool, but it was gorgeous and well taken care of. Dinner was delicious and the setting was very relaxed and intimate.

The pool facilities are stunning with amazing views over the Tuscan hills. It is a relatively small hotel so feels very personable, quiet and relaxing. Hotel was absolutely beautiful, we had the modern suite which was decorated amazingly and the lighting was great. The shower had a hammam setting too which was very cool! Staff were really helpful with recommending restaurants nearby and things to do. Wine was fantastic and could have drinks by the pool. Pool area was amazing and there were always loungers free.

The room was cool and very large. Staff were friendly. Pool and pool area were perfect.

Being able to sit by the pool and look out over the vines is a special experience. We had a self contained apartment so had our own space which was great. There’s a winery, pool, spa and restaurant on site so you really could get the Tuscan experience without leaving if you wanted. It’s in the heart of Chianti region - you’ll need a car (obviously) and recommend a tour or a driver if you want to visit a few vineyards in one day.

The hotel is located in a beautiful part of Tuscany, surrounded by scenic countryside and vineyards. It offers a range of excellent facilities, including a well-maintained pool, comfortable lounge areas, and spacious, clean rooms. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding—meals were made with fresh, local ingredients and thoughtfully prepared. The staff provided consistently attentive and professional service throughout the stay. The location is also convenient for exploring the region, with easy access by car to Florence, Siena, and other nearby towns.

We got a reasonable deal through booking.com as this hotel is usually more expensive. The breakfast was fine but not as good as other hotels we have stayed at. There was a breakfast menu on the tables but it wasn't clear if these items were extra or included . The pool area was very nice. The Spa area was good but better signage in the SPA would help to show where the various steam rooms, plunge pools and saunas are. The massage I had was excellent.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, best we’ve stayed in during this trip (4 in total) and perfect for couples. The staff are wonderful, breakfast is fantastic, and pool is fabulous. We ate in the Regio Patio restaurant which was amazing. The American bar was great, with wonderful staff who were happy with off-menu requests. This hotel is such a relaxing, quiet, beautiful place, we were so impressed.

Good service and fantastic breakfast. We did a private boat trip around the lake for the afternoon, which the hotel helped organise. I would definitely return to Lake Garda and stay at this hotel.

Fabulous boutique hotel, only a few minutes walk from the centre of Sirmione. Staff were great, very efficient, and discreet. The outdoor thermal pool and summer pool were amazing. The little beach is right on the Lake. All in all a gorgeous hotel, which we hope to return to soon!

Classy hotel. Our room was spacious and quiet with a very comfortable bed and powerful shower. The restaurants served high quality food in a lovely setting. The hotel has a great pool area and an excellent gym. The staff could not have been more helpful. Only one suggestion for improvement: a shuttle to and from Verona 3-4 times per day would have been really helpful- the taxi fare is c.€35 each way. Highly recommended hotel for a quiet escape.

Absolutely phenomenal stay! This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I always say that I don’t like to visit the same place twice, but I will 100% stay here again. The room was very spacious and immaculately clean, bed very comfortable, the food was phenomenal, and we really loved the choice between the two pools. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, as were all other staff whom we interacted with. I just can’t say enough good things about Villa Quaranta and I cannot wait to return!

It’s a grand old building that has a lot of character and ambience. The room we had as a family was spacious enough and had all the amenities we need. Beautiful pool and gardens. We had a lovely relaxing dinner on the terrace. Thoroughly relaxing.

The ground floor of the hotel feels like a museum, very nice. The mansion was build by a rich Genovese family in the 1800's with a beautiful and very quiet garden surrounding it. Our Standard Room was good with nice bathroom and big shower. Breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly, room cleaning frequent and good. Guests are a nice international mix. There are always enough deckchairs available around the very pleasant pool (with great bar service).

We ordered also some wine and cocktails to drink by the pool and enjoyed the sunset. Every detail was well taken care of. My whole family fell in love with this magical place and I hope to return to this villa soon!

Lovely spacious room with views to the swimming pool. Breakfast is great- good choice of food, something to suit everyone. The pool area is good within a small bar area and lots of sun beds and not at all crowded. Only downside was the shower, not much water pressure unfortunately.

We loved Hotel Aqua! Extremely friendly staff, even the ones we hadn't met before gave us impression that they knew who we were. We actually think they did! Nice breakfast, nice pool, nice sun terrace in the rooms. They even let our bikes and luggage stay for a night when we went to San Marino (by bus). We will definitely search for Hotel Aqua when we come back to Rimini.

It was smart, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was stunning, the swimming pool behind the hotel was lovely, it was very good (perhaps necessary) for there to be a restaurant as part of the hotel and we found the restaurant to be very good. Our double room was comfortable; everything worked; and the large balcony/ terrace overlooking the pool and mountains was a great bonus.

Fantastic location of a well-equipped hotel with very helpful staff. The pool was clean, with two depths: one for non-swimmers and the other shallow. The sun loungers were in good condition and the pool area was clean and tidy. The breakfast was not very extensive, but tasty and fresh. A huge advantage of the hotel is its location - plenty of places for walks and a great area for cyclists.

Amazing views - it's situated on the lake and looks over the mountains. Great pizzeria which we ate at both nights. We didn't use the pool but it's a great facility. The room was certainly large enough, lots of storage, a great sized very modern bathroom. There was also a large balcony with sun loungers. What a perfect place to stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Underbart ställe i vackra omgivningar. Fantastiskt fint rum och extremt hög service med undantag för restaurangerna på hotellet. Poolen fantastisk fin med bra bar. Maten och servicen på restaurangen håller dock en betydligt lägre standard. Ambitionen är hög men man når långt ifrån hela vägen. Här bör man bo och relaxa vid poolen, men äta bör man göra nere i byn Arona som har många bra restauranger.

Amazing ambiance! We stayed in the Castello and it was so romantic. Spacious room, very comfortable bed and good airconditioning. Pool was very modern and convenient. Good service! We liked the personal touch of the owners who were present on property and address questions etc.

The location everything was splendid. It’s an old castle but renovated very well with very nice materials. The garden is very nice. The restaurant the pool everything on point the location is very close to Milan about half an hour and also very close to Saravelle outlet center. It’s a little hidden gem near the city of Aruna, which by the lake has very nice restaurants and fantastic views of the Swiss alps

We loved everything about Hotel Ambassador! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. There was daily room service, including thorough cleaning and fresh towels every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor swimming pool was absolutely stunning—well-maintained and always tidy, perfect for relaxing. The staff were brilliant: incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Very nice buffet breakfast. Our stay was truly wonderful, and we’d happily return. Highly recommended!

Very well located, just walking distance to Lignano Pineta Beach and Pineta center. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The owners are always providing needed help and good recommendations to their guests. Nice swimming pool, a dream for families with small children. Comfortable five star hotel in a spectacular setting and with thermal pools and spa thrown in. All staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Great drinks on the terrace watching the sunset. Wide choice of pools so plenty of room even when busy. Will come again.

Thermal pools, cold pools, sauna, steam room, salt room, etc. An amazing array of wellness activities! So much to do and look forward to. Loved being able to wear dressing gowns to breakfast, lunch, etc. Comfy room and bed!

This hotel was perfect in every way and I wish that we could’ve spent more time here. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous and the surrounding area is beautiful. We spent our time using the thermal pools and the Turkish sauna. It’s also a short drive to Montepulciano. We’ll be back and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants the perfect Tuscan luxury escape.

Ridiculously luxurious and pampering. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. All the things included-multiple thermal pool, whirlpools, salt grotto, sauna, Turkish Bath, etc.-was amazing. They went above and beyond to create a welcoming, relaxing environment. Plan to just STAY put and relax. You won't want to leave.

This hotel is extremely exceptional! It’s designer paradise tucked away from the madness of Rome. The pool was superb. I’m a lap swimmer and I just loved it. Soft water and amazing temperature. The hotel area was quiet. It felt calm and peaceful. More of an adult hotel which I loved as no children jumping in and out of the pool. Staff were delightful. Breakfast perfect. Fabulous location. Given the heat it was so awesome to spend the afternoon back at the hotel, in the pool, then a poolside drink afterwards.

Palazzo Dama is a true gem of a hotel in the city of Rome. The pool is a delight, and a very welcome amenity - especially after trekking through Rome on foot in the middle of a hot summer. The entire staff was so hospitable and kind. I must mention how attentive the bar and restaurant staff were around the pool. Our entire family felt so grateful to everyone on the hotel staff. The room was amazing with an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and inner courtyard. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the top Dama Suite, and it was well worth the expense. The balcony overlooking a busy and bustling Rome was so relaxing. The staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. The restaurant was above average, and the tables by the pool were perfect for a quiet relaxing evening. The weather was warm, so the pool offered a welcome refresh after a busy day sightseeing. The suite itself was well appointed, and the bathrooms were fitted out perfectly. And then the balcony 😍.

The location was great and a close walk to the Piazza del Popolo and Metro. The hotel itself was beautiful. The room was spacious and beautiful bathroom. Some of the pillows were a little too soft for me, but the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside by the pool for afternoon drinks. Do not miss the pool and courtyard. It is a very relaxing, hidden gem, tucked away in the middle of the busy city!

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and always smiling & happy to help with anything we neeeded. Location is perfect, central to everything but not noisy or over crowded. We loved having the pool to cool off in after our day’s sightseeing in 38-40+ heat. It would have been unbearable & a completely different experience in Rome, during this very hot summer, without the pool to melt into at the end of the day

What a wonderful resort with such a convenient location close to Baunei, Gulf of Orosei. Impresssive amenities and room had AC! We went for half board, which had us set up nicely with dinner buffet and buffet breakfast (included already). Loved the room, the grounds, the amenities, the beach, the infinity pool, the buffet, and the restaurants on the property! We enjoyed tennis everyday (free) and free sailing lessons, which was such a fun experience! Beach and salt water infinity pool were both really nice! There were also other amenities such as fresh water swimming pool, gym, etc. but we ran out of time to enjoy all resort features! Staff was incredibly attentive and very helpful. Stunning resort overall and highly recommend stay for anyone who’s considering this as an option in Sardinia! The resort is 2 hours drive from Cagliari airport or about 2.5 hours from Olbia. However, the drive itself was so beautiful, it was well worth the trip. Walking distance to Arbatax port and 20 min drive from Santa Maria Navaresse port. Highly recommend Sardinia Natural Park Tours, especially Baunei coast tour (Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, Cala Sisine etc.) P.S. No complaints whatsoever. Must visit and highly recommend stay at resort.

The hotel is like a little village on the seafront, it has beautiful gardens which are very well maintained. We booked a deluxe double room with sea view and it was just prefect. It was clean, spacious and modern. We only booked breakfast as we thought we could explore local restaurants however there was really no need to leave the complex. There are two restaurants serving lunch and dinner. The main one being the buffet style restaurant, which was 80 euros for the two of us and included a bottle of wine. The A La Carte restaurant near the beach can be booked on the day and served delicious food which was also reasonably priced. There is also another bar area for afternoon/evening drinks. All the staff were friendly and our waitress, Maria at the A La Carte restaurant was just amazing. We also booked the infinity pool for an afternoon, which cost 30 euros for the both of us, this was a very relaxing area and we ended up having it all to ourselves as no one else had booked.

Very well organized! Very nice pool area, there were always sunbeds available, the salt-water pool is really beautiful. Quite tasty dinner and breakfast, high quality food. We stayed in a renovated room - very cozy and modern. Checkout is at 10:00, but we were given the option to check out at 12:00 for no extra charge.

The pools are nice. The breakfast was excellent and also the restaurant at the pool served great food. The beach activities were also fun, offering a variety of water sports (like SUP, kayaking, canoeing and sailing)

beautiful resort in Arbatax. only a short drive from the port which is handy when doing the Baunei coast boat tour.. We booked half board and that was a good choice. restaurant/bar by the pool too but a bit expensive ( paid 20 euros for a burger) lots of free water activities and the saltwater pool was beautiful and massive. really enjoyed our time there. hoping to come back one day.

Stunning location set in the most beautiful gardens. You would never tire looking at the views or strolling in the garden & the infinity pool is breathtaking. You just don’t want to leave this place. Great breakfast choices to start each day & all the waiting staff were extremely friendly & helpful. I would also like to express my gratitude to Ray at the front desk. We had issues with our car hire & Ray went above and beyond in helping us sort it out so a big thank you to him.

Location and gardens fabulous with plenty of seating/beds. The food was great and staff really helpful and friendly. Excellent facilities and superb infinity pool. Loved having the bikes to ride to town and along the lake. The room was lovely and big with plenty of storage. All in all a fabulous hotel and would definitely stay again. Very hard to fault the this hotel, everything was of a very high standard. Everything excelled our expectations and just a shame we didn't have a sunshine to enjoy the infinity pool. The view from the room was literally unbelievable, so much so that we slept with the curtains open just to get as much of it as possible!

This hotel is a really lovely, typically Italian hotel. The staff are all polite, friendly and very helpful. It is set up on the hill above the lake; there are around 130 steps up/down to the lake side, which are not lit at night, no handrail and a bit haphazard in places. I would recommend taking a torch when going up and down in the evenings. It is about a 20 minute walk into Malcesince - good exercise though. We'd requested a lake view room, however, unfortunately our view was largely obscured by 3 very large conifer trees. We feel that the trees have outgrown their position and should be felled. Our room was quite small and nothing like any of the pictures on the website, etc. It had a double bed and desk, a large cupboard with shelves and drawers behind the door offering plenty of space for clothes storage, an en suite shower room and a balcony with a little table and chairs on it. The bed was uncomfortable due to large dips on either side where previous guests had slept. The mattresses need replacing desperately. The pillows were also quite flat and lacking 'bounce', again these need to be replaced. The food in the hotel was fantastic, well cooked and presented. Breakfast offered a good selection of items to choose from including hot and cold selections. The drinks at the bar are a bit pricey compared to bars/restaurants in Malcesine. The facilities at the hotel are good with free wifi, free bike hire, free spa access and an infinity pool.

The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food was delicious, offering hearty dinner and breakfasts truly tasty. An amazing hotel and marvellous experience. The view was exceptional. The minimalistic design concept was unique. The restaurant service and the food perfect. The swimming pool and spa area perfect.

This is hotel is everything you expect and want from a 5 star hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and provided professional and courteous service no matter that issue. We stayed in a Tower Suite which was heavenly, the panorama view, sleek interiors and the most comfortable bed we had slept in on our strip were a few highlights. The spa and pool are of course a highlight for every guest and breakfast was divine. We wish had had booked a longer stay and will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Federico and Francesca at the front desk are more than willing to help with all your questions. A great place to stay and hang out, and a great location to feel relaxed after a day out on the island.

It is really near to the Sorgeto thermal beach People who work there are incredibly kind and helpful The room was really clean and comfortable. They also gave us a bigger room with a sea view. The breakfast is really good. They had a lot of options comparing to other hotels in Italy. The hot pools were really relaxing we enjoyed them a lot.

If I could, I would give 11 stars rating. This hotel was absolutely amazing! The best, we have ever been. The staff and the owners were soooo nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and pretty, with gorgeous view on the sea. Luxury garden with swiming pools. Very delicious breakfast.

The staff are amazingly friendly and approachable. They could not do enough to help. The thermal pool was so relaxing and left you, and your skin feeling in great shape. The breakfast was sufficient. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and very well designed with lovely terraces where you could relax and enjoy the sun. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of space. The balcony was lovely to sit out on. We had dinner at the hotel a couple of evenings and the food was good. The choice of wine was good with a very drinkable white or red costing just €14.

The staff is very nice and very accomodating. The hotel is surrounded of beautiful and big cactus. The big warm pool is very nice. It is very clean. We had a great room with on the first floor with a private balcony. It is a very quiet place. You are at 9 minutes away by walk to the Sorgeto Beach witch as hot springs. There are also few good restaurant at walking distance, and some with fantastic views on the ocean and Sant'Angelo.

Beautiful place to stay, or with kids or without.We had appartment direct at the pool, kids loved it.It is really nice place with beautiful view, very friendly staff, great breakfast, rooms very clean with good bed. You can have dinner at the restaurant, price is expensive, but food is really tasty.We will definitly came back as we enjoyed everything.

The location is excellent. Perched up on a a hill side, the pool site offers an amazing view over the Old Colle Val D'Elsa Town are and Tuscany hills in the distance. The rooms, including the bathroom are spacious, bedsheets very clean, beds comfortable. Staff is very friendly and open to Though offering almost the same options every day, the breakfast is varied enough. Very nice pool area, an excellent relaxation spot after a day of exploring Tuscany towns. A plus for the free parking nearby the hotel. Pets are accepted at the hotel.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. I didn't get a chance to use the Spa but the swimming pool is fantastic. Very nice staffs and I would say the breakfast is very good and I like the choices. The Hotel organizes dinner at the Pool side which is very nice. But there are also many options around the hotel within few minutes of walk. Perfect hotel for families.

Overall ambiance really great, used to be a hospital so great historical building. Rooms spacious and clean, good bathroom and facilities. Parking is a great asset, easy access. Good recommendations for food in neighborhood, also breakfast good and friendly staff. The location is wonderful, the view is stunning and also the village is lovely. Pool and service at the pool is great, good sunbeds and towels provided.

We had amazing time in spa Lorenzo! Very clean and spacious pool, good breakfast and helpful stuff! Clean and cozy. The only thing I did not like is the sleeping sofa, it was not the most comfortable. But all the rest was perfect, very good dinner at the restaurant, beautiful nature around and a perfect spot to visit cities like Sienna or San Gimignano! We would like to come back again!
