That is our fourth time staying at the Beach Club and we love it. No children is a bonus plus poolside and beachside drinks and food service, beautiful rooms, fabulous restaurant and infinity pool on a beachfront location. Five star all the way xxx

Breathtaking views from the rooms, restaurant patio, and infinity pool. The staff were all amazing…professional but friendly and very service oriented. The food from breakfast to dinner was expertly prepared.

This is a perfect location for an island escape, with the friendliest staff, great beach, pool, restaurant and sunset bar. Our beach hut was about double the size that we had expected with the perfect ocean and island view. When not relaxing at the pool, we enjoyed the well marked hikes on the island, canoeing in the bay - and making friends with the many rock wallabies that live in the resort.

We loved the location and serenity. The staff were super friendly. The villas were cute and the hammock was a perfect touch. We loved the wildlife even the very nosy cockatoos. Good food and a range of cocktails to enjoy by the pool on your deck or watching the sunset. The pool was also very clean and a great temperature. It was a bonus to have use of paddle boards and canoes.

Beautiful location right on the beach. We could hear the waves lapping at night. The bungalow was smallish but very comfortable and had everything we needed. The resort had a lovely relaxed vibe and staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Sunset bar was gorgeous and pool and restaurant are lovely with great food. Amazing value for money - we will definitelly be back as we couldn't fault it. Such a relaxing holiday.

A perfect, relaxing getaway - our bungalow was spacious and the view of the bay was just beautiful. Loved the tropical vibe of the well maintained gardens and the pool was just the place to while away the afternoon with a cool drink or two. Food from Curlew's Restaurant was both delicious and generous. The staff were friendly and we're looking forward to returning sooner rather than later.

My family of 4 stayed at the double storey, two bedrooms ocean view house. We woke up with birds singing and bugs buzzing in the morning, stunning ocean view surrounded by beautiful tropical trees and flowers, secluded private beach, lots of free activities to do including pool, paddle boarding, snorkeling, kayaking. Very quiet, adult only (16+). Staff were professional and friendly. Nice meals from restaurant with great price considering all foods are transported to the island via ferry.

Excellent view, clean rooms, comfortable bed, lovely pool and spa, coffee cart from 7-11am, friendly reception, and easy/convenient bus service from front reception. Short walk to beach, and multiple pools to use very close by the apartments. The room was helpfully set up with our cot ready for our 2 year old.

The view from the apartments is lovely - classic Whitsundays. You can only glimpse the sunset from here but the daytime view is lovely. The resort pool is pretty good but even better is the public pool next to the beach below the apartments - or the sea at high tide. There are only a few places to eat very nearby but the shops are only a 10 minute walk away and there is also a free public shuttle that comes every 15 minutes. The apartments themselves are very clean and comfortable, with full kitchens.

We like the beautiful view looking out from the balcony. Landscape design on the swimming pool is wonderful. Pool water is very clean. Staff are helpful. Basically the staff told us all the things we could to do at Hamilton Island.

Best location right on Catseye Beach. You have the beach across the street and all the pools available (including the pool strictly for your apartment block) at your fingertips! Magnificent location with the view of the island straight in front of you. The Blue and Green free island shuttle buses stop right out the front of the apartment reception so no need to walk to transit anywhere. Best location if you like to walk to the marina and not take the bus so you get your exercise in while looking at the beautiful surrounds on the way to the Marina

Really nice relaxing facility. Close to everything. Unfortunately the conference room (meals area) at reef view hotel was closed and there was a large conference on which meant breakfast was at sails restaurant across road - wait time was enormous. Sails food average, no real dairy free options available. Large pool closed for renos so limited swimming options...apart from beach and one pool for kids able to swim....not really a good option for non swimmers.

This was the first leg of our trip, perfect for relaxing. The bungalows were very roomy and in a great location to walk or catch the shuttle. The pools are absolutely amazing and all the restaurants were delicious. Passage Peak was a breathtaking walk.

Beautiful location. Very clean units, quiet and comfortable. Not much lighting around stairs to units which could be a falling hazard. Wildlife roaming around the gardens which was lovely. Definitely need a buggy as some units are a far way from the main hotel/pool and restaurants.

We had a great stay at the Palm Bungalows! Close walk to the marina. Great pool with a swim up bar. By the beach. Great food. Nice room and clean. Service friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Modern, clean, in a great central location...close to Pools/Beach etc. 10 min stroll to Marina/eating areas.

Great view from this hotel, you won't want to leave the hotel room, but be sure to get the sea view and an upper level. You have large cockatoos as friends, so you need to close the doors, and if you are scared of birds maybe choose another place. Easy check-in and transfer to and from the airport. Good for all types of travellers. Nice pool. The dinner at the pool view restaurant was good.

The view of Catseye beach was spectacular although being on 18th floor was a little high. The pool and poolside restaurant were excellent. The food was very good amd the staff were very friendly.

The resort was absolutely perfect! We could not have asked for anything better. The Coral Sea rooms have a spectacular view. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The grounds were very tropical and the pool areas were beautiful. All staff were friendly and helpful. A perfect holiday destination.

Such a perfect time staying at Reef View! We got a room with an ocean view and it was such a stunning, post card view. The balconies are big with comfy chairs so we spent a lot of time out there. Convenient location near the beach and all the pools. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay. The room on the 17th floor was gorgeous, super clean, spacious, and full of light, with the most incredible view of the beach. They even surprised us with a little present for our anniversary, which was such a nice touch. The food was really good, and the pool was just divine, honestly the perfect spot to relax. Everything felt comfortable and easy, which made the whole trip really special.

What wasn’t to like about this place! I went here with my husband on our honeymoon, and we rented the villa with the plunge pool. What an amazing time we had! Every meal was fantastic, the staff was so friendly, and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax.

A very relaxed week spent here. Food was great, staff friendly and attended to our every need. We really felt spoiled and pampered. Our stay was in july and the pool was too cold for swimming as was the ocean ( for me ) Daily yoga, walks on the island and excursions filled our time. A must see is Whitehaven beach. A fantastic week.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. It was a quiet but not boring place with good service and options for paddling, canoeing, or snorkeling with very good equipment. The 5.30 pre-dinner hour near the pool with canapes was a great idea. The food was a creative surprise every day, and the cook was more than perfect and had considered my food limitations. There were too many small details that made it so exceptional, for example, the surprise that the chocolates left on my pillow were lactose-free, the good quality complementary wines, the nice clean trail to another beach, the rainwater for showers and the environmentally friendly shampoos and creams offered in the villas. All were carefully planned for a comfortable stay, even for a single visitor.

The resort was very secluded, tucked away in a cove on Long Island with only 10 adult couples to be at the resort. This resort is remote and that made it special. The resort was clean and tidy with our rooms cleaned daily. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The Yoga in the morning and afternoon was really good and the instructor was great she took her time to show us the moves needed. The food was really tasty, the chief did great job. Bar tender/s were quite chatty and friendly. keep that Licor 43 going :)_ There was enough to do if i need an activity with SUPs, kayaks, Chiliboats, swimming pool to float around on and a few walks can be done. The helicopter flight was really cool way to get to the resort. The manager of the resort was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the resort for a getaway. We stayed at the hibiscus room 103 and we couldn’t of asked for anything more. The view was absolutely amazing and was beautiful to wake up to every morning. Plenty of room and very clean and tidy inside. Beach towels supplied which was great 😊. Very close to pools and beach, the buggy was also awesome to have to explore the island. We were met at the airport where he gave us our buggy, placed our luggage on his and dropped us off at the apartment. ❤️ overall wonderful experience would highly recommend.

Beautiful views, great location, clean and tidy, spacious property. Close to restaurants and pools, the buggy on arrival was great and the guy who explained how to use the buggy and took us to our property was friendly and provided good service

We enjoyed our stay at the Poinciana. We especially loved the patio area and views over the water. The private pool area was beautiful and peacefully most of the time. The room was comfortable and clean although there was a bit of a musty smell. Overall we were very happy and would recommend to stay here.

Relaxed atmosphere. Accommodation was spotlessly clean. Views were spectacular, amenities in the accommodation were great. We rang for more face washers and they were delivered within 1/2 hr. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. ATV tour was great. My girls has two massages during the stay. Pool areas were always clean.

Big apartment that was well air-conditioned. Kitchen utensils were plentiful. Fantastic views from the balcony. The included golf buggy was very welcome. Just 2 minutes to the beach or pools.

Cozy rooms had the basics that you needed , was good to come back to fresh towels n stocked up on everything they supplied and rubbish taken daily. Could do washing if needed , owners was great with having so many children at the place even gave pool toys to use in the pool.

Clean comfortable unit with full kitchen minus dishwasher. Amazing views. Refreshing small swimming pool again with outstanding views. Need a car as a 10-15 min drive from Airlie Beach. Very pleasant and friendly host.

Good location. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. The pool, restaurant area is nice for relaxing or starting your day. We took the breakfast buffet, which though not elaborate, is adequate. Overall a nice place for the price.

View, quiet, size of room/balcony, Brian was super helpful, had the pool to ourselves, great value for money, relatively easy access to Airlie Beach, Shute Harbour handy for any tours

Nice place to stay on the island, the downside is lack of air conditioning. Unless you plan on spending all day in the pool or your room then probably best to avoid this place in summer. I am a born and raised north qld local. I was dripping sweat in the main build watching the Australian open on the big screen and playing pool.

It’s my second time staying at Daydream Island Resort. The ocean view from our rooms were breathtaking, and we spent many hours just soaking in the beauty of the ocean at our balcony. The clean and comfort of the room exceeded our expectations. The pools were as nice and enjoyable as we remembered. The breakfast was great with abundant varieties. Dinner at both Infinity and Salti were fantastic. We again had a wonderful stay at this resort!

Tidy, clean, well maintained. Two dining options, both are very good. So many options for activities and with a choice of several pools you never feel crowded. Lots of bar options and the aquariums are amazing. Great room and views. Transport was very well managed and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We loved it.

We were extremely unlucky with weather, it was rain and strong winds during our stay. Unfortunately heater option was locked in my hotel room. Working fans were everywhere in common areas so there was also cold. This is not the best place for snorkeling. It is better to take tours to outer reef from here. The island itself is beautiful and hotel is great, many pools, reef, comfy mattresses, great views. Wallaroos, cockatoos, curlews everywhere, they all are so funny.

My friendly host, Dean met me at the airport :) He led me to my buggy which I’d be zooming around in for six days. He gave me lots of information and escorted me to my fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment which was in a quiet leafy area with stunning ocean views. He was only a phone call away, should I need anything during my stay. My friend joined me for three nights, so a bedroom each was nice. The beds were comfy, neatly made up with clean sheets. Aircon in the bedrooms was a bonus on the hot, humid nights. Beach/pool towels were supplied. Pool was the perfect temperature.

Sunset Waters 10 is a nice apartment for a small family. Quiet, comfortable and easy to access. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the view and the use of a buggy. It is such a convenience. Not every time the buggy is included in the accommodation rate, so this was definitely a plus. We stayed at apartment 14 and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We liked the fact that it was in the quiet area, and we were not disturbed by the night life. We had a nice water view with cockatoos visiting us on the balcony. Check in and check out was also quick and smooth, host was helpful and friendly. We would definitely book again. We did the Whiteheaven beach cruise, which was pleasant. Most of the days, we hang around the Bougainvillea pool, which is good for kids. We tried the Main pool too, which is right next door, but it was quite noisy for us. Both pools are also right next to the beach. Make sure you visit the One Tree Hill lookout for sunset, it is sensational. Lots of restaurants, cafes and IGA to use for groceries. Overall, we had an amazing time. It was our first time at Hamilton Island and we were very pleasantly surprised. The landmark is beautiful, the buggies are fun, lots of wildlife around and beautiful weather. Great destination if you need few days to relax and it is just 2 hours from Sydney.

Likes: golf buggy very good, property was very quiet, great views, kettle and fans and air conditioners and lights all worked, property was clean on the inside. Dislikes: top floor balcony plus awning need guernying to remove dirt and mould, top balcony chair cushions need cleaning of bird poo, carpets need proper cleaning to remove stains, floor tiles in kitchen all chipped, no hand towel in kitchen (there is a tea towel), lounge area rug needs a good vacuum clean, overhead fans need cleaning top and bottom, need a small blower to remove numerous leaves from the outdoor area, other minor issues that a handyman could fix.

The property is very comfortable, in good position and well serviced, full of accessories. The pick up was good. Unfortunately dishes wasn’t clean so i had to re-clean all. The baggy was for free for us and it was a very good surprise for us, it was so great turn around the island with this vehicle. We had to speak with someone's for few question/problems with not functioning low battery buggy’s signal but it’s not so easy like appear to talk with someone. However a very good stay for a week.
