All of the staff were amazing. So polite and friendly. Front desk staff incredibly helpful. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was included - catering for a vast array of tastes and cultures. Pool bar with infinity pool had a variety of seating - sofas, loungers, soft recliners etc. Prices reasonable for this type of hotel.Location was close to the sky train, only a few stops to the ferry at Sathorn. 7-Eleven right next door for SIM cards and anything else you've forgotten/need. Other restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, especially for the value. Stayed four nights. Rooms are clean and quiet, comfy beds, updated. Fantastic breakfast - so many options (egg/omelette bar, noodle bar, fruits, cheeses, stir fry, dumpling bar), high quality and excellent service. L-shaped infinity pool on the 16th floor offers amazing skyline views. Short walk to the above and below ground rail systems - less than a ten minute ride to the Chao Phrya River. 7-11 right next door. Highly recommended all around.

Very comfortable hotel, with good location. Nice rooftop bar and views. Very chill pool also with beautiful views. The studio rooms are in the separated building. This rooms are great for the families with kids. The breakfast is amazing, the staff was very helpful. Although there is many hungry guests in the morning, the hotel has great solution, you can drink morning coffee waiting for your table in comfy spaces. That was awesome. And the hotel offers many little things that made our stay perfect.

I spent 4 nights at the Sivatel Bangkok for a quick city break vacation. The suites are quite spacious and immaculately clean. The infinity pool is a lovely place to unwind after a long day, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful, with a wonderful level of service. The hotel is just a few quick steps from the Phloen Chit BTS station, and just a 15 minute walk from the nightlife districts of Soi 11 and around. If you're looking for an affordable, elegant hotel with a prime location, the Sivatel should be at the top of your list.

The pool was wonderful, just what we needed for a brief stay in Bangkok to help get us back into the time zone. The kids loved it. The hotel was great, with friendly staff, easy access to the sky train and our room was excellent. We dined frequently poolside and were happy with the food (breakfast was copious).

Our suite was amazing. We travelled as a family of 4 so had a joining rooms - perfect. The views were great from level 23. Bathrooms huge , also with some awesome outlooks. Amenities were faultless and thoughtful. We had room service a few times - delicious. Breakfast was also good with lots.of choice . Pool area lovely , good size, clean and again with great views over the city skyline. Staff were fantastic, always attentive, smiling and accommodating.

Hotel was excellent, food was great (although we mainly just had breakfast but it had everything you could ask for), room was lovely, large, clean and great view, infinity pool on the roof was absolutley beautiful with a bar attached so you could sit having a drink then go for a dip.. location was excellent being so central although traffic was terrible any time of the day so it took ages to get anywhere..

Great service wonderful staff. The room was great with a nice view. The pool bar upstairs was great but I just wished they had a separate pool for the children. The breakfast was amazing and walking distance to both BTS and MRT. Lovely hotel overall. Bam at the restaurant was lovely and helpful.

Very clean and as we were on the 24th floor we had an amazing view from our room. Very close to the train station and 7/11. There are also a few restaurants above the hotel that open till 10pm which is handy. There is an atm in the lobby when needing to exchange money and a stall where excursions can be booked excursions and hotel transfer. The infinity pool is beautiful and the hotel gifted us welcome drinks at the pool bar which was a nice touch

On my stay specifically, they managed to get me in my room an hour before check-in time, and also upgraded my room to a studio with stunning city views! I felt like I was on top of the world. The staff were super friendly and genuine. Breakfast was great, swimming pool was excellent. Room was well equipped. Good if you want to be in Rama9 as it is literally next to Central Rama9 and Jodds Fair.

Location was amazing, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Was easy to get in a taxi or order one via grap. The pool and kids area are cleaning and great. Had an amazing stay and would highly recommend. Thank you ☺️

Handy for the metro it’s located on the edge of Rama 9 lots of shops, bars and the night market but still a peaceful nights sleep. The pool is quiet and the rooms are very comfortable. We liked it so much we stayed and extra three nights. Airport taxi £18 each way.

The location of the hotel is very good, 10 min to MRT, 10 min to 2 malls, 15 min to night market. The hotel was clean, loved that had sauna and pool, super relaxing. The room, big and clean and super comfortable bed. Good value for money.

When booking this hotel I was worried it might be getting a bit old but I was pleasantly surprised at how well maintained, modern and beautiful this hotel was. The staff were all attentive and gave us excellent service throughout our stay. We tried the Gin Bar and Oxbo restaurant which were both top notch. The rooftop bar had 2 levels, one with live jazz music that we particularly enjoyed. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy with a view of the river. We also enjoyed the pool. Would definitely book again!

Fabulous pool overlooking the river. Superb breakfast. Beautiful rooftop restaurant and outdoor cocktail bar with city / river views. State of the art gym too. Great views from our room. This is a great location - you can use the river boats, monorail or taxis/tuks really easily to get just about anywhere quite quickly.

The location was fabulous on the river. Easy to go across to Chinatown or Talat Noi or down the river to Asiatique or up the river to Wat Po and the Grand Palace. The hotel is also right next door to Icon Siam mall which was a bonus. Breakfast was great and had a vast range of food. It looks inviting to sit outside for breakfast but beware of the pigeons! The Level 4 pool was a great—offering river views, a shallow lounging area perfect for relaxing in the sun, and a covered section ideal for a refreshing swim.

If you can’t stay at this wonderful hotel, then I urge you to drop by for a sumptuous coffee at The Lantern, carefully crafted by Mali! As a coffee connoisseur, this coffee rates as one of the best I have ever encountered. The service provided, too, is outstanding and The Lantern offers such a relaxed ambiance. Everything at Millennium Hotel is of a superior quality - well appointed rooms, friendly and efficient service. I spent an afternoon relaxing near the pool enjoying the splendid view. Speaking of views, the rooftop bar is outstanding!

We found this hotel to be excellent on many levels. Firstly, it is near the airport. They will arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel (about 15 minutes away). On arrival the calming atmosphere and light bright interior is very welcoming. The staff are exceptional, they think of everything to enhance the stay. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. We had dinner at La Favola which was like eating in an authentic Italian restaurant. Breakfast at The Latest Recipe is not to be missed. The swimming pool area is beautiful and the infinity pool overlooking the golf course is very inviting. We always stay here before the long drive to Hua Hin and again before our flight home to London. My husband loves to have a round of golf before the long flight back. He also enjoys the unique experience of watching the night golf from the bedroom window.

Great rooms - super comfy bed. Big bathroom. Really nice pool and pool area. Great in-room food. Only regret is that we only spent one night there and could not try the golf course, spa or breakfast. All looked pretty good!

Stayed at this hotel various times, Nice ,clean, and spacious rooms. Great service and great breakfast buffet. Beautiful amenities with a great pool. Just wish that you bring back the dinner buffet and grill that we enjoyed in the past.

Thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful one night stay before a flight. Hotel shuttle superb Fabulous hotel with an incredible breakfast. The room was gorgeous and the pool area too. So so luxurious throughout. My only negative is the strange quirk that you can’t have coffee in your room (only tea) They give you a ticket to take to the lounge to get a complementary coffee but it’s not open in the morning and you would have to get dressed to go and get it. If you like a morning cuppa take some coffee with you m. We will return for sure

One of the best hotels in Bangkok! It’s perfect location by the river and they have everything you need during your stay . Only thing we can recommend to improve is that the pools are a little bit cold , even that is 30 in the air , it’s still cold to jump in the pool. But overall a super good Hotel !!

It was such lovely architecture, both internally and external. Felt elegant and spacious, but also calm and relaxing. From the entrance, to the central area, to the pool, everything flowed so well. Staff were amazing, always so attentive and helpful. Food at the restaurants were incredible, and the bar was really cool. Room as to be expected, were top notch, and beds super comfy. Additionally as it was ‘low season’ pricing was incredible!

Absolutely loved the property, the design of the hotel is impeccable, has nice options for food and drinks, including a michelin starred restaurant and an award winning cocktail bar! We were there for two nights and absolutely loved every minute! Rooms are spacious! Also booked a city tour through the hotel which was amazing highly recommend it! We spent quite a bit of time at the pool, the staff were very attentive! Will be definitely revisiting in our next trip to Bangkok! Lovelovelove

The breakfast at the Four Season Hotel is great, Four Season Hotel and Capella are connected, we walked to Capella to enjoy dinner in the sunset by the river. The quality of the staff is super high, and the service is always beyond expectations, whether in the lobby, the restaurant, the gym or the swimming pool. My friend is very happy to celebrate her birthday here. There were three lovely balloons a cute cake and a big mango in the room. Too many surprises. Just amazing ! We must be here soon.

I stayed for 5 nights. The breakfast buffet and the infinity pool were excellent. The hotel also has a very good public transportation (SkyTrain) option/connection through the National Stadium BTS station, which is really valuable given the nightmare-ish car traffic congestion in the city. The hotel also gives four free bottles of water every day, which I appreciated very much.

This hotel is really lovely it has a great infinity pool and a rooftop bar to die for. We used the bar only when we got the special offer on as it’s very expensive. We had a normal room but I must say the rooms are way too dark it’s kinda depressing we couldn’t even see in the wardrobe in daylight plus think it’s dated having a shower over a bath now. As people have said it’s the location for the MRT and the MBK mall but personally I wouldn’t stay here again sorry not one bar or restaurant we could pop into for a first drink, again hotel way too expensive. Staff were extremely helpful and charming. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on it either.

I am currently spending six nights in Siam@Siam and as hard as I try I cann't find something to fault. The hotel is very funky with a great, sprawling breakfast, good concierge, the rooms are spacious, beds are huge (I'm sprawled on it now), great wifi, quiet, great gym/infinity pool and a cool rooftop bar. I write a LOT of reviews, and they have managed to do things that I've never even considered. For example, really fast lifts, blackout curtains, and the lobby even smells nice. I have to write something bad lest you think I work for this hotel. Its in a bit of a wasteland for tourists in spite of the '100' walking score, you really can't walk anywhere other than the restaurants (go there) across the street In Bantnat Thong Rd.

Breakfast great, pool below expectations and pool bar ridiculous they have to order drinks from downstairs (wait half hour) , pool felt oily and closes too early

What a fantastic hotel. I've travelled the world and this hotel is the best in my eyes I have ever been. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Everything laid on for your comfort.. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean.. The room we had was looking out onto the infinity pool. The lighting and colours reflecting from the pool created a wonderful ambiance.. we were there for a week..it definitely wasn't long enough. The food was out of this world.. and a free chocolate fountain every day at certain time. We are booking again within the next few weeks.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was a gorgeous, modern and very luxurious hotel with a “rooftop” pool which looked out over the city. The rooms were very spacious and modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. The tv was huge and the rooms had everything we could possibly need. We ordered room service which was delicious. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and after a very long day of travel, gave us an early check in at 10am so we could get some sleep which we really appreciated.

The hotel is well situated in the heart of Bangkok hotels and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable; the pool area is lovely and the staff are very helpful . Unlimited bottled water was much appreciated! The Buffet breakfast is exceptional!

The staff were so unbelievably accommodating, we could not have enjoyed our stay more. Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice, the kids particularly loved the special Thai omelettes. Location was brilliant, made even more convenient by the free tuktuk shuttle service. Pool was spotless and has beautiful peaceful view overlooking the city at night. They even made a big fuss of my birthday which was a week before we arrived. We would absolutely stay again!

We booked a two bedroom suite, which was just lovely. Spacious living room with kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and lots of storage options. A small bathtub was in the master bathroom. There is a pool and a terrace at floor 7 with a nice view. Breakfast is more Asian style than European. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is an automated underground parking system, which my kids really loved. Location is great to the Skytrain and shops and a supermarket really closeby.

The view was incredible, we were on the 29th floor and it was just stunning. Also from the pool you have a fantastic view. The duplex is very spacious, clean, comfortable bed, the internet connection and tv worked perfectly and its just a few minutes walking to the train station.

We booked a two bedroom suite, which was not available when we arrived. They have prepared a three bedroom suite to perfectly suit or needs as a family though. There is a pool and a terrace at floor 7 with a nice view. Breakfast is more Asian style than European. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is an automated underground parking system, which my kids really loved. Location is great to the Skytrain and shops and a supermarket really closeby.

We booked this last minute after another booking didn't work out. The room was clean and comfortable. Good bed. Decent and hot shower. Good tv. Wifi worked well. Nice to have a desk. Good sized fridge. Close to the airport, a 7/11, and a few decent restaurants. It's not that interesting otherwise but it's an airport hotel. Very difficult to cross the road. Staff were friendly. Ok coffee from the downstairs cafe. Didn't use the pool but nice to have.

Everything about this hotel. Great location for airport. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were amazing. Always greeted with a smile. Pool was an added bonus. We had it to ourselves all day. The room was great, comfortable beds and comfortable pillows. Complete blackout curtains. But the absolute standout of this hotel was how clean everything was. In fact it was the cleanest hotel we stayed in on our Thailand trip by far. Credit to the staff.

This was our 2nd stay and we will come here again when we need to go to the airport. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable and soft. I love the shower and the kids enjoyed the pool. You can walk to 7 eleven or the shopping mall close by.

This is a very QUIET hotel even though it's not too far off the main road.About a 5 min walk from BTS Nana. I asked for a room on a high floor away from the street and the hotel lift.I was on the 5th floor and couldn't hear any street noise or loud music from Hooters and the other bars surrounding the hotel. This is an excellent hotel for people who are light sleepers and are easily disturbed by noise. The rooftop pool and rooftop area is also spacious with lots of loungers and sofa beds too. I enjoyed the pool a lot as it only got busier from 2 p.m onwards.

Location, staff, rooms are spacious, breakfast was awesome, pool was great and pool bar area is decent! It’s only 1 block off of Sukhumvit and 2 blocks from Terminal 21 & the Skytrain/Subway!

There is nothing not to like. From first having your car door openedin the courtyard. A friendly greeting. Easy check in and booking. Great rooms. Clean, fresh and comfortable. The staff are above in their perofessionalism, manners and duty. There is always a friendly smile, greeting and interactions. The pool is great for a fresh cool down during the day. The location of as excellent, staff were all very friendly & helpful, staff at the pool/rooftop bar were amazing, the room was very comfortable (the bed…amazing!), we had a few delicious room service meals.

Lovely polite staff, very helpful. Our room was spacious and modern. The bed was really comfy. The location is superb, just a few minutes walk from the metro. We recommend using the metro and the grab app if the metro doesn't go where you want. The roof pool is great for sitting at night. We really liked the breakfast too, it was hard to resist. We'll definitely go back.

The swimming pool is very nice. Rooms are attractive, clean, practical, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was much better than I expected. Other hotels at this price don’t provide half what they serve here for breakfast.

Lovely people. But, a big but. We wanted to lounge by the pool in the morning. And two days the pool was being repaired. Worse than that on Friday the pool was open, but there was even by some company at the pool area. Full of noisy people some not wearing masks. That afternoon we went back down. And for two hours workers were tearing down from the event. No masks, moving large things that were close to falling. No regard for pool guest sets safety as they moved the heave objects. Unacceptable.

We were given early check in and late check out, which we really appreciated. All the staff were courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. The gym is well equipped and maintained. Very varied options for breakfast. Lovely swimming pool area with deep pool. Altogether a good experience staying here.

We had a wonderful holiday in Bangkok. Great clean and safe hotel. Worth every penny. Restaurants were very good. Staff was top notch. Ate room service one night and it was ok. Ate in the main restaurant for breakfast and a few dinners. It was easy and had plenty of options for everyone. Room was clean and modern. Swimming pool was nice and relaxing in the heat. If we come back we would stay here again because of all the options and location right outside of all the tourist and shopping spots.

The hotel is located a little out of the city centre on the edge of a beautiful park, but very close to a sky metro stop. Breakfast was an extensive buffet, with choices of cuisine from all over the world, and an a la carte option as well. The rooms were really well appointed and of good size. The staff were super friendly throughout the hotel. The facilities were fantastic. The hotel has a lovely roof top pool and bar area as well as various delicious restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at The Athenee Hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and elegant. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. The pool was beautiful and relaxing, a true oasis in the city. Most importantly, the staff made our experience unforgettable,especially Kh Aom Darunee and Kh Buddy Kantida, whose warmth and attentiveness made us feel both valued and at home. Truly a perfect blend of luxury and heartfelt service.

I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Bangkok and had a mostly positive experience. The location is excellent—close to everything yet still quiet enough to relax. All of the staff were very kind and helpful whenever I needed anything. This is a small very quaint hotel. There is no restaurant but you can eat on the property. The breakfast was delivered every day by room service and it was excellent. Overall a very good experience. Oh also the rooftop pool was very nice. 🏊‍♂️

Relatively new facilities, about two years old Good room size, nice and clean. Eco friendly bathroom amenities, best shampoo and conditioner made my hair bouncy even in humid weather. Great outdoor pool and onsen on site. Lots of selections at the breakfast buffet. A free shuttle can take you to close by destinations, very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff, special mentioning Tim Ging the night front desk manager who saw us off at 4 in the morning with a bright smile. Thank you Stay Bridge, truly home away from home!

The hotel is amazing for the price. The view from our window is beautiful! Hotel is very clean and service is very good. We love the "den" (lounge area) and the pool area. The location of the hotel is just perfect. It's in a trendy and vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants and massage houses. (Love the Thai massage!) I wish the breakfast buffet had more selections. It's not bad but could use some improvement.

The hotel has a great location and is easily accessible to explore the Pratunam area, Big C, and Central World. Overall, it's an excellent location with great service. One area for improvement: the hotel should give advance notice to guests about Songran private pool parties, rather than informing them only at the entrance when guests come down for a swim. That said, the event organizer was kind enough to allow my baby to use the children's pool, which we truly appreciated.

Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam! The location is perfect—right next to the Platinum Fashion Mall, super convenient for shopping. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Love it!! ❤️✨ Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet was great, with a nice selection of pastries and fresh fruits. Loved the rooftop pool view — perfect for relaxing after a long day of shopping. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Pratunam area! 💫

The hotel has what you need in general. Pool area is nice and breakfast buffet is very varied and good! I think the cleanliness could have been a little boosted and the hotel in general is a bit older and dark in decor. So if you are looking for a resort vibe that is fresh and newer, this isn’t it. The only places to hang out was the pool or the restaurant, and it was really hot outside. No lobby area to speak of. But service was great! So a good place to land at the end of the night after sightseeing, but not a hotel where the hotel itself is a great place to hang out.

The hotel is okay, one of the reception girl was a bit rude at the start, but I can’t remember her name. The other staffs were super nice with us. The pool is really good and they serve drinks for you while you are in the pool. Location is great.

Not a new hotel „but“ the staff is extraordinary friendly, the room clean, the bed very comfortable, the pool area relaxing. Breakfast offers a wide selection of good choices and - very important for me - still a thai noodle soup station (which I miss at many Thai hotels already as they’re changing to western and Indian food…) and the coffee is good too! Very good location.

This hotel, conveniently located near the airport, offers an exceptional stay! The complimentary shuttle service was punctual and reliable, making transfers seamless. The staff were welcoming. The breakfast buffet impressed with a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were clean, and equipped with comfortable beds. The pool area was a highlight—clean, inviting, and ideal for unwinding after a day of travel. Highly recommended!

We only stayed here for a few hours as we had a long layover at BKK. I am so glad we booked this room so we could rest, shower and chill before our long flight home. The airport shuttle was on time and very useful. The beds were comfy. The pool was nice but could do with a couple more sun loungers. Overall a perfect hotel for a short stay close to the airport.

The pictures in the listing were a bit nicer than reality. It was quite outdated. The sink looked dirty but was just chipped a lot to the point of being off putting. They did a nice job with the small space around the pool and had a fair amount of amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttles weren’t quite on time and really had to pack people and luggage in. Not sure I’d stay there again but it was sufficient for one night before a flight. A neat view of the city at night in the distance.

We were satisfied with the room and happy to use the outdoor pool. The hotel has a nice feel and pleasant interior architecture. From our previous stay we concluded that the restaurant and coffee shop are overpriced and we elected not to use those. We prefer to eat Thai street food nearby. It is our hotel of choice when flying out of Suvarnabhumi. The courtesy shuttle works well and is courteous.

The common areas - pool / lobby / cafe - were nicely integrated with a cozy, home-like atmosphere. You could take a day off from touring just to relax here. Rooms are basic but very adequate. The beds were especially comfortable. Our reservation included breakfast buffet that was very nice. The location is quiet and private and the pool is protected from too much direct sun. It's only steps to the bustle of the Khaosan Road area.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was disappointed that the pool was being maintained and closed. However, we could use the hotel pool at a sister property around the corner which was beautiful right on the river. I’d recommend this hotel it was clean on the staff for lovely.

The rooms are comfortable & airy with a compact bathroom. Breakfast buffet has a good variety. Restaurant serves tasty meals too. Pool is nice for a relaxing few hours. Love the location. Within easy walking distance to cafes bars restaurants laundry & money exchange. Also is within walking distance for many of the famous sights of Bangkok & also to a pier to catch a ferry further afield. We’ve stayed here a few times.

Staff kindly packed us breakfast for an early pre dawn check out.

This is a great hotel. The location is perfect, in walking distance of Khasoan road, Grand Palace aand Hop on Hop of boat. Nearby nice restaurants and 7-elevens. The room is big and the shower is great, the bed to! The staff is very kind en friendly and the breakfast has a lot of choise. The cocktails and smoothies they make are great! It's our second time here and for us there is no better place. Oh they have a lovely pool as well

We are a couple booked a suite bedroom, with a double bed, & separate spacious living / dining area with kitchenette, microwave, cutlery, fridge & working area/ sofa. The room was very comfortable & clean providing coffee/ tea & bottled water. The wide windows view to the road & the city. Free wifi everywhere in hotel. The swimming pool & small gym located at the rooftop with a garden & cafe. The buffet breakfast was good with nice varieties providing halal food, to suit all tastes. The checking in & out were very smooth with professional service. All the staff were very polite and kind with hospitality. A special Thank You to Ms.? (sorry forgot her name) at the Soma restaurant, for her extremely friendly & professional service. The hotel is away from the city but is very convenient for our visits to the Bangkok Hospital. It is a recommended hotel and we will stay again on our future visits.

From the second we arrived we were treated like we were made to feel li I e we were the most important people to ever stay at Shama, the staff were outstanding, the room facilities and cleanliness were faultless, the location was excellent and the infinity pool was breathtaking. One of the best stays at any hotel we have ever experienced. Total perfection.

I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and it was lovely very spacious and clean, great for a group of friends. The back enterance took you out near to nana plaza so you could easily walk to the main nightlife. Pool was lovely on the roof but only 5 beds so could maybe do with some more. Breakfast was really good despite me reading some bad reviews. Staff were lovely and very helpful, the guy selling tours was very friendly and took us on a trip to see temples at a reasonable price. Would deffo reccomend

We stayed 3 nights at shama of two bedrooms. The area is very large especially the master room. The staffs are very friendly & helpful. The breakfast provided is not too rich but it is ok. We stayed at 12th floor but still noisy at night since there is bars at the back street of the apartment. The small swimming pool at the top floor which has infinity view. In conclusion, this apartment is good which we paid the reasonable price.

From my experience, this hotel is the best hotel in Bangkok. The on-site restaurant serves fresh, delicious food. They provide airport taxi service that picks you up and brings you directly to the hotel, which is very convenient. We stayed in the pool villa. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the staff who service the pool area were equally polite and professional.

This superb hotel is just outside the airport it is very convenient for a layover flight. Its quirky style makes you feel you’ve arrived in Thailand. It has a great restaurant, outdoor dining that had a band playing in the evening. We stayed in a pool villa that overlooked the lake and stayed sat in the pool until late evening, it was lovely and tranquil after a long flight. Breakfast was fabulous with so much to choose from. They run an hourly shuttle bus to and from the airport but we’re happy to transport us at a different time. The staff are absolutely lovely 🥰

This place is a hidden gem. We stayed for one night before heading home at the end of our Thailand trip. From the moment we arrived everyone made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The staff were fantastic with our toddler, who had the best time. The accommodation was beautifully designed with luxurious details and very clean. We loved the big resort pool (which we had all to ourselves) and the gorgeous restaurant. Thanks for making the last day of our trip so relaxing!

Beautiful villas, With plunge pool and view over the substantial lake, which has some amazing architecture centrepieces. Owner is an avid art collector so there are over 10,000 pieces distributed across the estate. Despite being next to the airport, it is actually peaceful - which is surprising considering it’s so close to the airport. Atmosphere and character of the Resort is breathtaking - a wonderful romantic place at night too. Food is great and portion substantial so when you order a dish, consider it for two people not one !

This was my second long stay in this hotel. Again I had a wonderful stay there ! Booking was done by Noor. Khun Oui also looked after about our stay. Check in time again Noor and Indie were there. It went smoothly. Greeted us cordially. Great locatioon for hospital visit. Peaceful environment, Spacious room, comfy bed. House keeping also does their work properly. Love the pool and the surrounding area of pool. Check out time Pim and Cee were there. They helped us. Everything went great from the time we arrived and till the time we check out. El, Chattu, Sam- they all are very helpful and nice too. And khun Oui always looked after us. I highly recommend this hotel for a wondetful and stressfree experience.

I had a long stay at this hotel and I have to stay that I and my Mum we had a wondrrful stay here. The hotel is in a good location, its peaceful with a lot of greenery. It is in such a location which made easy for our Bangkok Hospital visit. The neighbourhood has Bangkok Plaza, Pharmacy, Restaurants etc. Noor helped us to check- in. Pim, Cee, L, Indie, Piman- all of them are really helpful. Even the Bell Boy- Chattu and other one, who helps not only with the luggage but also they drive the golf kart to and from the hotel to hospital, Bangkok plaza area. They all are well trained, patient, helpful, lively and very kind. Khun Oui and Khun Beau really took good care of us and were there to help us always. The room was very comfortable and spacious. With clean bathroom and shower. The bed was comfortable and they provide enough pillow. The hotel also has breakfast which is good. The hotel also has a gym and a pool. You can also sit outside where there is a lot if greenery. The area of the hotel is really peaceful which was a plus point for a person like me. The lobby is small but cosy. They also sell microwaveable food, ice- cream, water, snacks and other stuffs. The hotel ensures the security of the guest and they have taken this point very seriously which is important. I'd highly recommend this wonderful hotel to fellow travellers.

This place is a bargain. If you need to stay around the Bangkok Hospital area, this place is for you. Its brand new and unknown. It sits down a quiet private road 150 meters from the Hospital. There is a golf kart service to run you to/from the hospital and surrounding area. Pool is quiet and clean, gym is full of latest equipment. Staff are excellent and their English is good, both Standard and Deluxe rooms are really well designed with the latter essentially being larger. Its all brand new and with that are are always a few snagging problems, like a loose socket, but report it and it gets fixed. Great bedding, pillows & towels, big shower area. A couple of the established hotels around the other side of the hospital seem to have the Monopoly for recommendations by the hospital. But this place will soon change all that. Its better location (quiet), and better value. Even has nice things like scales in Reception to weigh you luggage. I will certainly be back here next time if its not full by then

Overall, an excellent place to stay. The staff was always polite and helpful. The breakfast was very decent -- small but adequate. They changed the menu everyday, and everything was Halal. The restaurant itself is spacious, clean, and well lit, right next to the gym and some common areas where you can sit and work. The pool was also excellent, spans the entire roof of the main building. Almost always empty. Reception had a small store with water, snacks etc. They have a coin-operated washer/dryer on the ground floor -- roughly 100 THB for a wash/dry cycle. The location is excellent if you need to be near Bangkok Hospital (3 minutes on foot to the main building). Otherwise it might be a little out of the way from tourist attractions. The nearest mall is Rama 9.

The apartament was amazing. It has good location, the owner is great, even we haven't met him personally, he left us a perfect guide how to get to and use the room. He was available for us online via booking.com messenger and was answering very quick for all questions we had. The room is cozy and everything you need is in there: towels, hairdryer, soap,shampoo and conditioner even the washing maschine. And the cherry on the pie - rooftop pool. Definitely worth to use it. Nearbay are many stores included 7-11 and money exchange spot. There are always taxis and tuk -tuks around. I recommend the circle rein to stay during visiting Bangkok.

The location was excellent—close to restaurants, malls, public transport (metro), and entertainment options. Despite the convenient proximity, the place remains peaceful and quiet, with no disturbance from outside noise.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, it felt a bit small for three people but it was a good value nonetheless, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the apartment.

Jason and his team were extremely nice with a great attention to details. From the arrival in Bangkok until departure, they were always really helpful. We had a lovely welcome, from staff. The accommodation was fantastic, there was so much character in both the building and decorations. Our son was poorly on the day we checked out and the staff were very helpful. Location was very good, close to all the places we wanted to visit. It was also possible for us to use the pool at a hotel up the road. There was building work opposite but it didn’t disturb us at all. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you.

A great find - very central location, on the edge of the Khaosan backpacker district, overlooking one of the canals, less than 5-minutes' walk from the Airport Bus stop (at least on the inbound route; I think you have to go quite a bit further to catch it going back out), on a quiet back-alley; and just around the corner from a great lunch/dinner buffet hall. There's a generous provision of free snacks, breakfast cereal, tea and coffee in the room, and a nice communal lounge with a balcony (and a TV room, although I didn't investigate whether it had actually had any channels in English; my previous experiences with Thai TV have not been positive....; there's no TV in the guest rooms, but you're probably not missing out on much) on one of the lower floors. Rooms are very clean and comfortable; and those at the back have small balconies looking over the canal (really only 'utility' balconies - but just about big enough to drag a chair on to, if you want to sit outside for a while in the evening). The wifi is fast and stable. And it's an amazingly quiet part of town - I never heard a peep from outside (apart from the din of huge rainstorms every evening!), or from neighbours within the guesthouse.

The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and at home. Specially the lady from the reception! Very clean and comfy room with AC and a small balcony, also clean and pleasant bathroom. Same thing about the common area, it’s a really nice space with a balcony you can hang out in. There’s also some complimentary drinks there in the fridge. There’s also four cats around the property and cat decor, perfect if you’re cat lovers like us! The location is perfect because you’re near everything but it’s quiet at night, you won’t hear anything. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay here again! ☺️

It was a perfect spot for a one night stay, spotlessly clean, spacious room, good AC, at great location that is close to the buzz but still quiet and peaceful. Also the small perks were everything and added much to the overall experience: free snacks, coffee powder, milk in the rooms, unlimited free bottled water from the fridge in the common area, a helpful list with nice restaurants around the area and a lovely hostess who was very helpful with the checkin process. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Everything is renovated and clean, the hotel is quiet and the receptionist was super helpful! The location is central and convenient for visits to the monuments but also safe for tourists. I had a room with a balcony and the view was cute as well. There were snacks and water provided for free. They also have info about Thailand in the reception and they organised the pick up to the airport by taxi for me. It's good value for money!!

We travelled with our 18 month old son and had a cot in the room - we would have liked a larger room however given we were only staying 3 nights it worked out well for us. Everything was amazing, from the moment we arrived, staff, room, pool area, and breakfast. There was even a kids play room on the pool level which was an added bonus! Would stay again for sure.

Location is great. There are places to explore around the hotel and it’s also easy access to skytrain. We had a room from upper floor so the view was amazing and the room was kept spotlessly clean. We didn’t use pool or gym so much but they seemed really nice as well. The staff was so polite and professional and also made sure everything with our stay went well. They had amazing glutenfree pancakes and bread for me on breakfast with huge variety of other food options. Would’ve wanted to stay longer, so I can highly recommend this hotel.

The pool - as a keen swimmer. I was grateful to have a 25m pool.

We had an amazing stay at the Peninsula. Though we stayed for just one night, everything was perfect. A special mention for the lady at the front desk , Aum, who checked us in. She was very efficient, professional and incredibly helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The pool is great and breakfast is really good. The ferry service offered is very comfortable and useful. We had drink-driving in the evening at the riverside bar and both the drinks and the ambience were awesome! We will be back.

3 of us stayed in a 4 bed room (bunk beds) and had a great stay! The hostel is small but has a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere and is very clean and comfortable. - Free breakfast - pancakes were cooked for us each morning and were very tasty! - Free snacks and water - We loved coming back each night to free ice cream! The lychee flavour specifically! - Great staff - the staff were really friendly. Specifically the guy at reception who gave us lots of tips regarding day trips, temples and local laundry and massages - Small but clean and comfortable room - Rooftop garden - the bean bags on the rooftop are a great place to chill out and the garden has a nice view of some of the skyline! - Good location - Peaceful location, near to a canal which has a number of other hostels and some cute bars/cafes. Close to Khao San Road and only a 15 min walk to a pier to catch the orange flag boat down the river!

I liked the location. Very calm and quiet and clove to every shop and attraction you need. Close to Khaosan road and a lot of cafes around. I did enjoy with breakfasts in the morning. Pancakes are very fresh and fluffy. Coffee is good, and you can eat ice cream any time. I did enjoy also with rooftop terrace. Nice view and good spot to do your yoga asana practices and meditations. Stuff is friendly and helpful. They have fridge if you need to put something, early check in if the room is available and 24-7 front desk which was good for my early check out. They also provide with towels and inside of the shower place they have shampoo and soap. Near sink you can find napkins, fan. Everything was clean and comfortable z thank you!

I had an amazing experience at this hostel! It's a great place to stay with all the amenities you could ask for. The free breakfast every morning is such a nice touch. Lobsuek is easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We had a private room. The room was really spacious, modern, clean and had excellent air con. The shelves were a nice touch and made it easy for us to store our packing cubes. The room also has a nice window seat. The free breakfast (banana pancakes, tea and coffee), free ice cream (all day), and 8x bottles of complimentary water make this place feel like an excellent value. The rooftop is also a nice quiet place to have a beer in the evening. Our room was serviced most days. The owners were really friendly, helpful and even gave us free breakfast when we arrived at 8am even though we were too early to check in. Highly recommend this place.

The location was good: next to the train and within walking distance of some great food spots. Great room and comfy bed. Check-in was friendly and helpful, as were the door staff. The housekeeping was excellent. I loved the view from my room, and the bathroom was great. Pool was good and I could always get a spot. The bar service at the pool was good too.

I atmosphere was superb, as well as the food. Service staff very attentive and welcoming. The corner room was very nice with views. With the stay we received free tickets to the top of the King Power Mahanakhon. the pool was smaller but very clean. Food and service at pool was very good.

Excellent hotel and great location. Service was outstanding, interior design of rooms and shared areas was exceptional, and bars and restaurants were pleasant and well catered. Access to the sky each was the cherry on top of the cake. If anything, I would say that it would have been useful if the hotel website (or a follow up email after making the booking) could have informed us that the pool was currently unavailable until 19 July. An alternative option to use the W Hotel pool was offered I must say.

Beautiful rooms with glass windows overlooking Bangkok and large sizes/sq ft. Only small issue is the pool doesn’t get the sun until 2pm (we visited in December) so you won’t use it much. Right next to the skywalk and great restaurants so epic location. Nothing much to fault apart from the lack of sun on the pool! Highly recommend, Would definitely stay there again if we came back to Bangkok.

From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and impeccable service set the tone for my stay. The hotel's prime location, with direct access to the BTS Skytrain, made exploring Bangkok incredibly convenient. My room offered stunning city views and was luxurious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a spacious, amenity-stocked bathroom. The pool area, with its lush tropical setting, provided a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle, and the attentive poolside service enhanced the experience. The staff were professional and polite. Highly recommended!

Summer at the reception was very sweet and caring. Thank you, Summer again for your kindness! The Sheraton hotel in Bangkok was a very good stay and we really enjoyed it. The facilities in the hotel including pool, jacuzzi, spa were all well kept and well utilised. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area and my son enjoyed the complimentary ice cream! Evening cocktails on the house were well appreciated, I enjoyed my whiskey on the rocks. Small things usually make the stay at a hotel very pleasurable and the Sheraton did exactly that. Thank you for a great stay

I spent one night here before my flight from Suvarnabhumi Airport back home to Melbourne and from start to finish it was wonderful. As soon as I arrived at 11.30pm I was greeted at my taxi and they kindly carried my suitcase, and showed me to my air conditioned room which overlooked the garden area. The room had everything I needed and was extremely clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. Breakfast, which was made to order, was lovely, and served outside on the sheltered terrace / timber deck area. The hotel is set in a green landscape with lots of trees and a large pond, and has a sanctuary-like feel to it. I particularly liked the reception / cafe area which felt really cosy and welcoming, with comfy chairs and a sofa to relax on with a coffee. I spent about 5 hours there after check-out while I waited to leave for my evening flight (which they arranged a transfer for - 200THB) and had a really nice afternoon just relaxing and eating and drinking in their cafe and restaurant (both air conditioned which I valued enormously given the high temperatures outside). Everything is done with thought and care here, and the staff are the loveliest and most helpful you will find, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ploen Pirom to anyone looking for an oasis outside of the busyness of Bangkok.

I loved how peaceful and clean this property was. The staff were very friendly and caring. I arrived late in the evening and there was someone in reception to meet and greet me and show me to my beautiful villa. The stand-alone villa was perfect. I had been travelling for 28 hours from Europe and to arrive at Ploen Pirom Resort was magic. My room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. I slept very well. Breakfast was a nice set menu of either Thai or European food, with fruit juice, tea, and coffee, and finished off with fresh fruit. I chose this hotel as it was close to the airport, only a 10 minute taxi ride. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Great value for money!

If I could give 11/10, I would. A part from the location convenient for the airport, this place is magical! The lake view is beautiful, the quietness, the nature, and the birds. The huge window, the balcony with the sunbed to relax, allows you to immerge you in the natural environment. The bed is very comfortable. Room and bathroom spacious with anything you need. The restaurant and bar are designed to enjoy the garden all around. A special thanks goes to the amazing, efficient, and kind staff that helped us in a difficult situation. Thank you guys, you are fantastic! 💌 We hope to come back and enjoy this place to relax. Highly recommended.

Best hostel we’ve stayed in. Really memorable and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable communal spaces. Breakfast is light but delicious. Our room had amazing double height windows and a mezzanine with the bed area on it, and good provisions e.g. shower gel, shampoo. Easy access to the SkyTrain and other transport. Staff were really helpful and available 24/7 for our early check in and equally early check out (around 3am both times!) including being really helpful pre arrival. Couldn’t recommend more.

I loved the vibe of the place right from when I entered. The place was clean, very comfortable and in a quiet neighbourhood. Pingpong was VERY helpful and always had a smile and a recommendation for some really good restaurants, currency exchange places, shopping, etc. She also went out of her way to help me plan my travel from Chiangmai to the islands. The Yard is not located close to the touristy spots but was very easily accessible by Grab and/or the BTS. The area it is in has roadside vendors selling local delicacies to fancy restaurants as well as low budget eateries. I arrived at an ungodly hour and had place to rest in the common room as well as the common shower/wash rooms to freshen up. My room and bathroom were clean, luckily I had booked a room with a private washroom which allowed me to relax when I wanted to and interact with the lovely guests from all around the world when I wanted to be social. The AC was superb especially after a long hot day exploring the city.

Comfortable beds with lockers, curtains, lights and plugs so you have privacy and everything you need. The rooms and bathrooms are kept clean. The whole vibe of the place is just lovely. It's a great place to meet people and hang out, I hardly wanted to leave the hostel to go exploring! Breakfast is also nice - simple and healthy. There are plenty amenities like laundry, co-working area, chill area, bar, coffee shop, board games etc all within the hostel. The neighbourhood, Ari, is also so nice - a lot of really nice bars, coffee shops, restaurants, street food and markets. I'll definitely stay there on my next trip to Bangkok!

Super cute hostel in a fun neighborhood (lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, plus less than 10 min to BTS Ari station). I only stayed one night, but the outdoor and indoor common areas were super chill and spacious. Great place to read a book for a while or grab beers with folks, people were really friendly (seemed like a good social vibe). The staff were awesome, they let me check out a bit late and keep my towel for a few hours to shower after check out. The included breakfast was basic but yummy, a lot of fruit with yogurt and bread. Our room in P18 hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us a welcome kit, handed out water bottles, and let us help ourselves to their free snack bar. There was no breakfast but they had free instant noodles for their guests. The towels and pillows were wrapped in plastic and had the impression of being very clean, and they smelled nice too. The mattresses were very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, and is close to a BTS station and to the shopping malls. It is also a short walk away from the terminal station of the airport link which made our departure to the airport very easy.

All the staff were very kind and helpful and there is always someone down at the lobby to help with questions like booking taxis etc. The room was very spacious and had a lot of storage room (the bed doubled as storage). The bathroom was clean, while a bit on the smaller side. Beds were comfortable. There is a roof terrace with a great view as well as a sitting area in the lobby where you can also make use of the various free food and toiletry items available. Location is great with easy access to BTS station Ratchathewi and various bus lines. The hotel is located quite close to many shopping areas and the airport rail link at Phaya Thai. The area right around the hotel is still on the quiet side, so there wasn't really any noise. Thank you for an amazing stay!! :)

It was fast, efficient, and very convenient, making my trip even more relaxing.

Hotel was nice, modern and convenient for the rail link. Rooms were basic but had air con, safe, fridge, kettle, a comfortable bed and reasonably priced. No windows but we only stayed for the 1 night so it was perfect for us. Staff were really friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend

Everything!! The staff make the whole experience and cannot do enough for you! They are so friendly and welcoming from the minute you enter. The rooms are well equiped and extremely comfortable and clean. There is a complimentery mini bar with all sorts.of delicious snacks that gets replenished at request and when the room is cleaned. The breakfast is al la carte with a selection of fruit, toast, pastries, cerals etc on the side and fantastic quality. The location is perfect and a 2 min walk to the BTS Skytrain. Its up a quiet side street off the main road. The surrounding restaurants are generally local which was perfect for us with.some.of the best Thai food we have had. The Marriot about 10 mins walk away has an amazing roof top bar called Octave which has fabulous views of Bangkok and a great DJ. To get from the airport to the hotel takes approx. 1 hour on the airport trainlink and then swap to the BTS which is very easy and convenient and costs 90 baht each per train which is just over £2 each for the whole journey. I couldn't recommend highly enough!! We will return.

We had a lovely stay here this February. It was the perfect base to explore the city of Bangkok. The area is super cool, with a lot of coffee shops, restaurants as well as the metro station just minutes away. The staff and hospitality is exception. Everyone, from the front desk to the people serving breakfast and housekeeping were amazing. They left a personalised welcome note, which was a great touch, plus free snacks and drinks, which they replenished. Truly, made our stay here feel like home away from home. The rooms are extremely clean, and housekeeping came everyday. So we would come back from our daily exploring to fresh linens, and a clean, cosy room. Breakfast consisted of a variety of options for main dish, but you can have as much fruits, bread, juice etc. as you want, plus great coffee. Make sure you visit the terrace of the hotel. There’s a gorgeous little garden up there, and a really chill spot to enjoy the views around. We would go up there for a bit every morning after breakfast, before the sun got stronger. I will definitely book Volve again when we come back to Bangkok.

Chic, modern boutique hotel in the heart of Thonglor. A mere 5min walking distance to BTS Thonglor to take you to city hotspots. Check in process was fuss free and all the staff are smiley and attentive. The corner room was clean and large enough for two. The king size bed was very comfortable. Good sized work desk if you need to catch up on emails with aplenty of charging outlets around the room. Charger, yoga mat, iron etc are all available on request Although I was assigned to a room on a low floor, it was very quiet. Full bathroom amenities was provided (toothbrush, facial cotton, shower cap etc.) Complimentary daily bottled water & snack bar was a treat and there is a mini fridge if you need to chill any items. No coffee machine in the room but the hotel hosts a lovely bakery/cafe downstairs. Did not opt for the breakfast option however tried their coffee and was good! Highly recommend their truffle honey shokupan. Amazing location with great local eats, restaurants, and bars. All in all a wonderful hotel. Good find and highly recommended!

My husband and I (I’m writing on his behalf) booked this place for our first night in Bangkok. We enjoyed our stay so much that we continued booking the following several nights to extend our stay and sight see a bit more. It was in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to amenities, night markets and kho san road. The staff are kind and helpful and very organized. They had a map of the area ready for us at check in and gave some tips on local cuisine and how to get around using river taxi’s. The Poshtel offered free drinkable water and served up a simple but delicious breakfast in the morning. It consisted of eggs and your choice of ham and sausage or mushrooms and squash. There was coffee, a selection of juices and tea, toast and yogurt. Rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here. I know we will.

This was an absolute gem of a place we stayed at. We booked a family room for myself, husband and our 2 kids (15 & 18) - room was super modern and spacious. Such good value for money, had a fridge, hairdryer and shower gel and shampoo in the room if needed. Staff were lovely, breakfast was great, omelettes, pork, spring rolls, fresh fruit, toast and jam, yoghurts and tea, coffee and juices available too. There’s also a fridge by reception where you can just help yourself to however much bottled water you like whilst you’re staying there. 15 minute walk to Khao San Road area, we loved our stay here.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is small, but offers comfortable facilities and an extremely friendly atmosphere. The staff are the highlight — especially the breakfast team, who are always polite, kind, and attentive. I also appreciated the free water, biscuits, and coffee available 24/7, which is a great touch. The location is convenient, close to Khao San Road and several major temples, making it easy to explore the area. Considering the comfort and service provided, I believe the price is fair. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangko

Everything about my stay at Ascott Thonglor was amazing. From the design and aesthetic of the hotel, the spacious rooms, cleanliness of the entire place and the exceptional service and friendliness of the staff. The pool area was a highlight for me. Such a spacious and well designed pool a long with great city views. Included breakfast was great with a lot of variety and different cuisines. Location is really good as well. Would 100% recommend this hotel and one I would definitely come back to.

Excellent stay - the rooms was much bigger than I expected and we really enjoyed the breakfast every morning which had some delicious Japanese options. Staff were always helpful and attentive - whether at the restaurant, by the pool or when it came to cleaning the room. Room has blackout curtains which was great for sleeping and they even had a pillow menu! The pool is massive and great for lounging. Would most definitely stay here again - not only because it was so comfortable but because the area is packed with great food finds!

The tuk tuk was a nice short ride to the main road, fulfilled our desire to go on a tuk tuk during our trip. The breakfast always left us feeling full, you have a menu available as well as a spread that changes daily! The staff were helpful, on our last day our flight left in the late evening but reception said we are welcome to use the pool space as there is also a toilet and shower available. The pool was a highlight best way to cool down after a hot day. The gift shop in the lobby was cool to have a look in, a lot of unique pieces by independent artists.

Great studio flat in the heart of the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok but it is tucked away and so quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful particularly Nick and Kanoon but everyone was lovely. The restaurant had an equally relaxed atmosphere serving tasty food with an impressive and varied breakfast selection. The rooftop pool was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day in this energetic city. Recommend 100%

The hotel exceded my expectations! Everything was perfect from the room, to the food, the swimming pool, the "rooftop" with the swings, the staff. The room was well crafted and so many details to pay attention to, same goes for the restaurant. Special mention to the barrista that makes you fresh coffee for breakfast. And since I was worried about this particular point before going and maybe some of you do too, staying in this area and in this hotel by yourself as a women is safe. You have a tuktuk commuting you back and forth to the main road. People are friendly and not creepy.

New hotel in the Bang Na district, convenient to a large shopping mall and a few restaurants. However, this is more of a suburb so it's a bit more 'industrial' than the city center. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel offers a late checkout for THB500 which enabled us to stay in the room till after dinner when we left for the airport. The swimming pool is clean and the position enables you to sunbathe throughout the day. It was great value for money for our last day in Thailand before flying back.

Absolutely the best 4 star hotel in Bangkok with very friendly and helpful staff. Bank, Mink and Jay at the concierge desk are very professional as is the reception desk. Rooms are very modern and squeaky clean and the swimming pool on the 3rd floor is partially under roof which was very nice. The neighborhood is very clean and upmarket with a shopping mall within 200m.

This is an extraordinary hotel. A secret gem. An island oasis amidst the big city bustle. The rooms are smartly Thai modern style. The four eating venues are all excellent. We love staying at this hotel: it’s our 20th time! It’s quiet, has a higher standard of clientele, the pool is great and the new spa looks amazing, though perhaps a little expensive. Great breakfast too. The staff are marvellous. Would love to see refillable toiletries instead of the throw away miniatures and solar panels to produce clean energy and hot water. It would be even better as an adults only hotel or at least with a children area and pool separate from the adults.

Det kunne være fedt, hvis de lavede noget hyggeligt udemiljø med lækker belysning og måske nogle udendørs spabade så der kunne blive en spa/lounge stemning, blot en ide.

The Fig Lobby was an amazing surprise, full of art, spunk and personality. The front desk staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and great communicators. The rooms are clean and sustainability is well integrated - much more than other properties I’ve stayed at. The rooftop bar is spacious and well maintained. We didn’t know until checkout, but you can use a sister property’s pool nearby which is a really nice perk. We’d definitely stay again next time in Bangkok!

One of the most pet-friendly hotels we have ever been. Great a la carte breakfast. Super friendly and cheerful staff. Comfortable and colorful rooms. The pool and gym in the building next door are clean, take your own towel though. The welcome drink could be consumed on the rooftop, or anywhere you liked.

I’ve stayed in countless 5 star chains all over the world. This boutique is really something different. Guest relations were helpful. Restaurant staff were extremely friendly and attentive to my needs. Turn down team understood that I’m always sleeping in so they knew not to disturb me despite not hanging up anything by the door. One rather disappointing thing was the gym, pool and sauna are not on property. You have to walk to another hotel to use them.

Ad Lib is a gorgeous boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet location just off the busy Sukhumvit. Everything was clean, new and modern. The beds are super comfortable, the shower provides some great water pressure, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious and full of options. The pool is also great, especially to cool down after a day of exploring!

Luxury! I stayed here for one night on my journey from Cambodia to the UK and it was such a treat to stay in a such a beautiful large room with an amazing bath tub and super friendly staff. The hotel has a nice rooftop pool and a modern cosy bar area to relax in. The hotel is tucked away off the busy roads so is nice and quiet, would have loved to stay longer.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. It’s a little oasis in the hustle of Bangkok. The staff are fantastic, always looking to help and super polite. The room is perfect, tidy and clean with a huge and comfortable bed. Breakfast is as good as I’ve ever had - so many options and a lovely courtyard area to eat outside if you want. The pool is lovely, prefect temperature and great sun beds for a swim in the afternoon. Free bar snacks and happy hour drinks in the early evening top off busy days. We loved it.

Loved everything about MUU! What an incredible and lovely hotel to stay at. Very comfortable, staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They kept everything very very clean. The pool and views were beautiful. No way to avoid smoke and smokers when you go out to the pool, the food and drinks by the poolside were very average, but overall that really didn’t affect how happy we were with the stay!!

Breakfast was good. Although there were not many options, it was sufficient. All the staff were very helpful and respectful. It was great to have a 24-hour food market under the hotel. They help those who arrive before check-in time as much as possible. They even provide the opportunity to rest on the sun loungers by the pool and take a shower. There is a small pool on the terrace. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. There are very nice restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

Amazing room, amenities, services and staff in the breakfast room is amazing, so friendly, warm and attentive. Love the decor, room design is very functional and stylish at the same time. Good room size. Bellboy is excellent as well. The mall next door also convenient for beauty treatments like nails, hair salon all reasonable price and good quality. Would recommend for couples, singles but probably not so much for young families. The pool is relaxing and stylish but not full size swimming pool. Would absolutely recommend and return.

Very cozy, clean hostel! Beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean, staff is very friendly. Since you close the curtains to you sleep capsule it gives you a lot of privacy, lockers for smaller belongings inside, space for your luggage under the bed. It’s not so much of a hostel for meeting people, more quiet and private. Very central, still in a quiet place at the water.

Best experience in Bangkok after many times I visited this city I arrived after 27h travel and I had an issue with my grab account and no cash with me(not Thai baht but euro) the lovely gentleman at the reception paid my cab from the airport and told me not to worry till the day after when I was going to sort out the money The room was tiny but very comfortable with all the necessary Toilet and room really clean comfortable bed and shampoo and shower gel(towel as well) provided Plus there were free coffee available ice cream all day and the common area was very nice with a delicious balcony over looking the canal

We were next door to Mad monkey so if we wanted to go party and chill by the pool we just walked in. Jam was super chilled and quiet. Great location as it’s a 10 minute walk to Khosan road can miss all the craziness. There is a 7/11 across the road and it’s quite close to a ferry station to go into the city. We loved our stay here!

We enjoyed the clean Hostel. We booked a private room for 2 people since we are older backpackers. We had a big clean room with our own bathroom/shower (Great water pressure with warm water). The breakfast was delicious. Hard boiled eggs, fresh seasonal fruits (Mango, Papaya, Dragon fruit) cereal, bread, pastries etc. We felt very comfortable there. They also have a schedule of fun places to go in Bangkok but we did not take advantage of going with them on their adventures. Great for solo backpackers too. We enjoyed talking with the international backpackers and shared our story since my husband and I met while backpacking in Thailand 35 years ago. I am American and he is Swedish. Walking distance to Ko San Road. We also saw a huge Water Monitor Lizard while eating breakfast on the terrace. The Hostel has a canal behind it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Period hotel with charm. The entrance down the alley at first appears makes you doubt your choice, then it opens onto the rose residence which is charming, with a hidden garden area for breakfast and their restaurant which also overlooks a pool cute pool. It feels like a very secluded pocket of calm away from the hustle of the neighbouring city, but with a night market and lots of restaurants and bars inly a stones throw away. What an amazing hotel! We stayed for one night at the end of our month long trip and it was a fantastic way to finish up. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a pool view room which was fabulous. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was excellent and all of the amenities were great. We were given a late checkout as we had a flight at 6pm, so after lunch and a swim in the gorgeous pool, we could shower and pack before heading off. This will be our go-to hotel for future stays in Bangkok.

The room is amazing and spacious. Very well decorated. Our room got Central World view, which is nice. We were on 17th floor but can still hear the outside noise for a little bit. Breakfast was nice and the hostess is very helpful. The gym is very big and well equipped. Swimming pool is lovely.

Very Nice hotel in a up-market area - with both nice bars and shopping facilities in the high end scale Hotel is very clean, and employees are very friendly - with a nice and good sized room. Top floor with an outdoor pool was a nice retreat during busy days in Bangkok. There is a lot of restaurants - most of them require you to be decently dressed - but also a couple of relaxed cafe/restaurants are available. A nive gym (BIG) is also on location to use for guests.

Apart from location the hotel is beautifully done up and credit goes to the staff. Staff is very helpful. Room is basic but has everything. No other facilities like pool etc which we anyway didn’t require for this stay. You need at least 2 nights to explore the mall.

This hidden gem is such a lovely hotel! Simple and minimalist, yet everything you need to be comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room bright, spacious and clean. Bathroom also clean, and comfortable. The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, yet hidden enough for it to be more calm and quiet than a main road.

Loved the location, only 10min walk to ICONSIAM where you have great shopping, souk, cinema, restaurants and bars. From the pier you can catch the Hop on Hop off boat and explore Chao Phraya River. The staff at VARMTEL are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a bohemian boutique vibe to it and it was clean. If you need to wash there is a laundry machine in the building and you can hang out and dry your clothes on the rooftop terrace. Bed is comfy and the water pressure in the shower is good too.

Excellent little hotel tucked away in a quiet alley. The bed is the comfiest we stayed in in Thailand and things are kept very clean and tidy. We loved our room; it was spacious, airy and the shower pressure was the best we had in Thailand. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Plus, a nice little terrace at the top of the building with good views of the area.

We were upgraded to a spacious room that felt like a big apartment — complete with cooking equipment! The place is quiet, elegant, and surrounded by many trees, giving it a relaxing atmosphere. The food is superb, and the front pool offers a beautiful view. It’s also very convenient since it’s near 7-Eleven and the mall.

We stayed 1 night at this beautiful small boutique style hotel. It is nicely located in a quiet surrounding, close to the airport. For us a stopover to one of the Thai Islands, though I could have easily spend here 1 - 2 extra days. Garden at the pool is stunning. Rooms were spotless. Dinner was really nice and breakfast even better. People were warm and helpful. They went the extra mile for our daughter, who is gluten intolerant, to prepare a suitable meal for her.

Location - Excellent. Walking distance to Wat Mangkon MRT station and Chinatown Bangkok. Easy late-night food nearby Chinatown for you. You can bring outside food and even order Grabfood. It's not noisy at night. The street is empty at night and it's safe for you to walk from the MRT station to the hotel Service - Excellent. Upon arrival, there was a slight delay in check-in and they asked me to be seated as the room was not ready yet. The staff was very polite and within 10 min, the staff approached me and inform me my room is ready and can check-in. The receptionist and the owner will be at the front desk to open the door if you come late to the hotel after 10 pm. I always come late and have no issues. They are very friendly and accommodating. Had a good night & morning shower Others ; The rooms are cleaned daily. There is USB cable port nearby the bed and a sufficient plug point in the room. The lights are nearby the bed so you can swift on and off the lights from the bed. The WIFI connection is good Beds are comfortable to sleep Overall - I highly recommend this hotel. Cheap and good.!!

Excellent hotel right by Chinatown and a short walk to the metro line and Bangkok train station. Rooms are very comfortable, very clean and nice and quiet. Good ameneties aswell. Good powerful shower and good, fast wifi. Airconditioning is a game changer and works perfect. Staff on reception are very freindly and helpful. Chinatown is the best place to stay when in Bangkok, it's where the action is. Loved it and I will highly likely be back. Superb value for money.

Loved this hotel! Nice room with comfortable beds and good a/c. Large bathroom with great shower and plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fast and reliable wifi (we work online so this is very important to us). The location was fantastic, on the edge of Chinatown, with lots of nice cafes and restaurants close by. Easy walk to the train station if you arrive or leave by train. The closest MRT Station is about 5mn walk.

Our fab room on the 17th floor overlooked the US ambassador’s residence courtyard & offered a stunning view of the Bangkok skyline. The rooftop infinity pool was super relaxed & the bar in the evening offered a spectacular skyline view as well. Great selection at the breakfast buffet & the staff were super friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend!

The room was lovely & clean with such a comfortable bed & soft sheets. Me & my husband are not thin! but the bed was large enough and we slept very well. Basic but clean room, with air con & shower gel, shampoo provided. Little hanging area for clothes. Wet room too. Hairdryer provided but no kettle which was fine as downstairs their is a very clean kitchen with hotwater & cups for your convenience & a fridge if you want to leave milk etc.2 free bottles of water are outside your room free to replenish your stock! Although we didn't use it there is a lounge area with a big tv and comfortable seating. Area is a must 4 bankgok, in a quite alkey up in the heart of traditional bangkok. We also had washing done from a lady in the alley but futher down their is a self service washing machine. It was our 1st time in thailand and this was a great find for 2 nights. Would def recommend. Thank you staff.

We really liked our stay at the Bedspread Hostel. Although for us, it felt more like a nice hotel than a hostel. We booked a double room which was very light and comfy due to it’s many windows overlooking the city. The bed was very comfy and everything was neatly clean. We received bottled water every day. The staff was really nice and helpful, also they spoke good English. As the place is a bit hidden in an alley away from the main road it was really quiet at night. Still, Khao San road and a lot of nice coffee places/ restaurant were in close vicinity. We would definitely stay at the Bedspread Hostel again!

I loved everything about this hotel. The room was very clean, charming, spacious, quiet, comfortable, and everything worked (except the safe). The common kitchen and lounge area was fabulous and it was great to have access to a fridge to put food in. It's only a few minutes walk from Khao San road, but very quiet. The staff were lovely and helpful. I've travelled a lot over 40+ years and this was one of the nicest budget hotels I've ever stayed in. Highly recommend it.

The staff is amazing and personable. So incredibly friendly and helpful. I got sick during my stay here (not because of the stay but because of my previous layover in China) and they helped me find a hospital, booking me a cab, checking in on my health and with the booking of an extra night. (24/7 reception). I felt safe here and comfortable. The place was also kept very clean and we got water bottles everyday. Location was convenient. Thank you Bedspread Hostel!!

Perfect interior design, very modern and minimalistic! Shoes off inside the building, it was so nice to walk around bare foot! And everywhere was so clean! The open kitchen area and the shared resting room/living room was designed very well! (Saying as an architect ☺️) The room was quiet big and so well designed for a hostel however there was only hot water in the shower. Since there is a water tank on the roof, the water was always very hot when taking a shower, but it’s ok at nights. The location was close to Khason Road and to the hop-on hop-off boat. The staff wqs so friendly and kind! I will certainly stay there if I ever come to Bangkok one day 🥰

Overall pretty nice place to stay especially the location and the friendly staff. The apartment in the residence building of the property was very large and clean for a longer stay. It’s tile floor throughout with a balcony and washer/dryer combo. Had all I needed in the apartment and the pool on this side was nice and quiet.The location was perfect in the Siam area , close to all the big shopping malls for stores, markets and restaurants. The hotel side seemed nice too with a nice gym.

Good central location. Walking distance to central malls and Jim Thompson's museum. Room was good for a family of 2+2. Good appliances in the apartment such as a fridge and a washing machine. A very nice pool outside. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast also really nice.

My third time staying here and loved the washing machine in room and kitchenette. The big bathroom with bathtub makes for a relaxing time if you don't wish to use the pool. Big comfy bed and a seperate living / dining room to be able to do work in or explode your suitcase.

All the 5*reviews were right. Pool small but nice. If new in town I’d stay a few nights by the river first (maybe opp Wat Arun) then a few days here. We enjoyed breakfast at Sip n’ Drip and drinks on the roof at Paradise Lost. We’ll be back!

I loved my time here. Great location walking distance from MBK and surrounding malls but down a quiet street. Small local food stands down the street. Located next to the skytrain. The room was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was a bathtub and even a speaker in the room (such an appreciated touch). Everything is clean and well looked after. The staff are so kind and helpful really going out of their way to make you comfortable. The rooftop is very nice although the pool is small but sufficient for a dip. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent location in quiet side street close to the main shopping area of Bangkok. Walkable to many attractions and the BST (Bangkok Sky Train). Rooms were spacious, quiet and well equipped. Nice roof terrace with small plunge pool.

This was one of our favourite hotels we stayed in whilst travelling Thailand. The staff were so helpful from the second we got there, were able to answer any questions and helped us navigate the sky train. The train is just a 2 minute walk away, connecting you to the rest of Bangkok and the airport. The hotel is in a great location with everything you need nearby. The hotel room was stunning, the bathroom was specious and it felt luxurious. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable ever! The rooftop pool was a lovely bonus and was very quiet. We wish we could have stayed here longer.

If you're looking to pamper yourself in Bangkok in a fancy-feel-like hotel but at a reasonable price - then this is the place! Besides - location is perfect, room is spacious, bed is SUPER comfy, and the whole atmosphere (the room design and facilities) including the reception staff - is between quiet in the country side to a palace. I didn't check the pool at the top floor, but beside that - is was simply prefect!

The banyan tree is a luxurious hotel . Very comfortable , our room and bathroom was huge and the view was spectacular. Loved the outdoor pool area . There were several outdoor bar areas and restaurants with the coolest rooftop bar . Free entertainment and snacks in the foyer were a bonus . If u sign up to banyan tree you get free vouchers for the restaurant and bar and a massage . We would definitely stay there again

This hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so attentive and helpful. The pool was amazing, if a little chilly, but perfect after running around the city! The room was big and spacious and the bathroom was nice, my only gripe was a lack of plug sockets by the bed. Easy to walk to the BTS/Metro to get around the city and the hotels tuktuk can take you to the BTS too. Would recommend this to anyone!

Amazing service and very friendly & attentive staff. We were upgraded to a junior suite and amazing cake/champagne and decorated room on arrival (birthday). Excellent pool & gym on 21st floor with great views of the city. Excellent location to explore and close to lupini park if you like running. Would highly recommend staying here if in Bangkok for a few days.

Was very lucky to get this lovely hotel at a discounted rate for our 3 night stay in Bangkok. Very nice attentive staff who spoke good English and went the extra mile, such as one lady named Dream on reception who overheard us discussing where to go first after checking in and she gave us a map of the immediate area around the hotel as well as a great detailed printed map of Bangkok which was better than the Lonely Planet map I had bought in the UK before travelling! Huge room with twin large beds, robes, slippers, with two armchairs and a small table as well as lots of counter desk space for anyone who might need to work while staying there. large modern bathroom with bathtub and separate large enclosed shower. The infinity pool on the 12th floor is quite small but looks nice and offers good views (we intended to use the pool and spa but didn't have time in the end). One evening we did have a few drinks in the rooftop bar on the same floor, which was quiet and relaxing and not too expensive for a 5-star hotel. The hotel's location is good as while it's on a very busy main road, it's a short walk to the nearest MRT metro station and only one metro stop the BTS sky train interchange at Asok, making it very easy to get around a lot of Bangkok by public transport. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Concierge staff was beyond friendly and helpful, the man directing traffic in/out the hotel property (waving a red flag) was the most friendly and went beyond to make us feel welcome. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Bed and pillows were great to sleep in. Housekeeping was spotless, Pool was very nice and good maintained. Restaurant was good. Breakfast was great and had a lot of choices.

Al a carte breakfast each morning is wonderful Cocktails are fantastic both pool bar and Lancaster bar. Food is extremely good and hygiene is superb. Mr Bam and Mr Art are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Hotel beautifully situated on the river with views of the city. Easy transport links. Swimming pool with bar and loungers. Good pool bar and restaurant service and food with friendly and service-orientated staff. Reception very welcoming. Room extremely comfortable with spacious balcony overlooking the river. Good facilities all round. Lots of activity on the river to watch.

Beautiful room, river view, service, location, pool, bed, welcome bottle of wine and fruit, iced water steeped in oranges at front door. Nice touches everywhere including umbrellas and luggage hand scale for weighing bags in lobby. Brilliant concierge service. Great pool deck and gym! Good to have earplugs given as the night boats sound like tractors! Fascinating view of life in Bangkok. Quiet jazz club across the street. The riverside was alive but quieted down early enough except for the tug boats.

We stayed here for one night and it was perfect. We chose the hotel for it's close location to the synagogue (across the road). The room and pool area were lovely and the staff were so helpful and accommodating to our requirements. The only negative I can think of is that you can hear what's going on in the hallways quite clearly from the room, but this didn't bother us. I would 100% recommend this hotel. ALSO, I had the best cappuccino of my entire stay in Thailand at the poolside bar.

This is a charming boutique hotel on the water. It is in a fairly convenient location. the staff is very helpful and most speak English very well. They all also shuffle the staff around to get you an English speaker. The pool and pool bar are great. Ask for a staff member named Mint and she will take great care of you.

It is a beautifully appointed property. It is very spacious and has a lovely pool area. It is in one of the relatively quiet areas of central Bangkok, but it is close to the BTS, making transport easy. The staff are super helpful, and they provide nice touches of luxury to enhance your stay.

Excellent apartment hotel with all the facilities i needed including a pool i could do some training in. Very comfortable, clean & great wifi. No hassles and in a good location in my opinion. The fees were great value too.

The room and facility looks a little old though it has been renovated. Staying here is still comfortable and great. The breakfast is good and the fruits with many good selection. I don’t try the spa and swimming pool and just take a look. It is amazing great, due to the spa is next to the swimming pool you can smell good scent and feel so easy. The swimming pool is pretty and good to have a try. Would like to stay here again.

I was part of the Executive Club which gave many benefits that I normally have to pay for. The staff were the best I have ever experience. The maid service (a girl with braces) called me by my name after my second day and went out of her way to greet me daily. What I didn't like was the pool area. The pool area needed to be upgraded with fixing the potted tree's and tiles around the pool area. The two people caring for the plants were great. They took great care in what they were doing. A definite come back to hotel. Thank you

Great hotel in a perfect location within easy walk of two different BTS monorail stations and the local nightlife. Our family of 5 (children 19,16,13) had two adjoining King rooms with large modern bathrooms. Swimming pool was also much appreciated and was never too busy. Overall excellent service and the hotel treated us especially well as it was our 20th wedding anniversary. However the real star (unlike some other hotels) was the expansive buffet breakfast which had every type of Western/Asian dish available. This alone is worth the extra money to stay here.

JW Marriot Bangkok is my favorite Hotel. Everything is so nice! The New York Steakhouse is better than any steakhouse I have been to in my home New York City. The Japanese restaurant is fabulous too! Pool is beautiful and the gym is excellent. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Very convenient and lively location.
