Clean, modern, and comfortable studio in Tera Bandung. Great location—walking distance to Braga, Asia Afrika, and the train station so I could head back to Jogja. The WiFi was fast, AC worked well, and the bed was super comfy. The building is secure, with a pool and gym, and the hosts were responsive. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay in Bandung! Would definitely return. Always a pleasure to see Mr. Boni and Mr. Deni as well.

The apartment is spotless and comfortable. I appreciated that Deni and Boni replied quickly and efficiently when I asked questions. The studio has everything I asked for: a small balcony to enjoy the mountain view and a kitchen area for me to prepare food. In all, I love to stay in this apartment again if I visit Bandung in the distant future. There is a swimming pool and gym at level 6 to use which is appreciated. The nearest Braga Street took 8 minutes to walk there.

Hard to beat for price, location and facilities. We used the gym and pool and apartment balcony every day, the restaurant on the ground floor is great, and it is just a short stroll to Braga St cafes. The apartment building itself is pristine and the people are lovely - especially the cleaning staff.

I have stayed for 3 days in Apartemen Tera Residence with my family, the ambience of the room was really cozy and homey. Both of my children loves it due to they could see train and night city view from the balcony. The existing facilities are extraordinary. Fastest wifi, hot water on both bathroom, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, electric stove, cooking utensil, drinking water dispenser (hot and normal), AC in both room, additional bed (futon), hairdryer, iron, and prayer tools (sajada, mukena, sarung and alquran) Location of apartement near to Braga, Taman Lalu Lintas, and others place especially if you love to try street food around the place. Owner and co.host really helpful and communicative. Staff of apartement are friendly and helpful especially parking team. Swimming pool available in this apartment on 6th floor, Alfamart on G floor, and Dapur 33 on G floor (they can delivery to our room)

Overall, the stay was excellent and clean. I love the pool and it was nit crowded. However, please provide information on where to get the locker key in the whirlpool and sauna room. I've asked the staff in the spa and pool restaurant staff ( No one was at the pool counter) and I was referred to each other. In the end, I never got the key.

The reception staff were very welcoming on arrival. The room was very well equipped with full height windows. We enjoyed our meal in the poolside Italian restaurant and spent some time relaxing by the pool. The breakfast was amazing, so many options from all over the World. Probably the best aspect of the stay.

I'd been staying at Hilton several times, spending two nights there. Hilton is always my favorite place to stay while in Bandung. The room is big, cozy and sanitizedly clean. The staff always been so warm and polite. I love enjoying the pool while sitting or sleeping at the rattan cage..you'll know what i mean if u ve been there 😁 The right place to relax and stay from the busy daily work. Ps: a little upgrade needed on the pool toilet accesories.

Room: Amazing. I got a free upgrade upon booking; was able to get a nice comfy room with city view (not really a view tbh). But the room though, it's really clean, and that alone already made the stay great. Was struggling to find other hotels that are actually clean but not so expensive (around 3-4*) and this one fell to my radar after looking at other reviews. Beds were comfy and we actually got a nice pillow (not those cheap flimsy ones or hard ones). Staff were so polite and helpful; i lost my key and they are willing to replace and change the lock for my security. Tldr, really happy with during my stay and i thoroughly enjoyed my vacation. Room service food was the bomb; pricey but really yummy. Location: really strategic, lots of good food around. The lobby itself are attached to the restaurant that's also serving the guest for breakfast. The cake sold was tasty. Stairs to the lobby and to the room on the 1st floor (they do have elevators to 2nd fl and up). So be wary if you have a big luggage, need to lift it a bit but staff can help.

A nice, small, quaint hotel with exceptionally good service from the hotel staff - courteous, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The atmosphere of the hotel and the surroundings were cosy and clean. The location of the hotel is good too, and convenient - a short distance to stores, restaurants, shops, food stalls, etc. are all nearby and within walking distance. Breakfast was good, though not much of a variety, but they do serve good coffee! The rooms were neat and spacious enough. However, the housekeeping needs to improve on its cleanliness, otherwise it doesn’t warrant the award given to its cleanliness! The bed sheet that I slept on (Room 217) was stained and one of my friends’ beds (Room 108) was even worse – blood stains can be seen on the sheet and mattress! The bath towels should be bleached or replaced as most of it have already turned from white to blackish. Despite the little setback in the room, overall it was a good and enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a budgeted trip.

This hotel was great, located on a very beautiful street. Staff was friendly. The room was good size, clean, and comfortable. WiFi was working great, including for Zoom calls. There's a bike parking that was convenient. Lots of Cafes and malls around. and the hotel cafe had an excellent menu, very good prices, and delicious coffee & food. Breakfast was quite nice too.

The room was large, clean and well appointed. Close to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast provided a fair selection and the coffee shop made perfect coffee. Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Aston pasteur bandung. The location was so strategic, and excellent service from all staff make me feel like in a home. Located on walkable distance from the outlets and right next to a mall, this hotel is located strategically. The heated pool on the 3rd floor is a nice little spot to chill. The large rooms have everything one can need, from toothbrushes to shaving kits.

Pool and location was great, but without Super professional staffs that would feel nothing! Thank you for the great Staffs!

This was our second time to stay in this hotel. This time we got a nice room with a big window view of the famous mountain Tangkuban Perahu. We love the ambience homey and cosy room interior, the room is huge! there are two comfy seats to enjoy the city view, and the air conditioner is good (a little noisy but not disturbing). The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious as well. They provide excellent customer service. When I stayed I got an afternoon meal voucher in the restaurant with interesting choices of snacks and food and beverages. The location is superb, across the shopping mall, cinema, restaurants, supermarket, electronics mall, bookstore, etc.

The breakfast area is very big and the reception area nice and comfortable but unfortunately there was no pool so after a long day out, it was disappointing not to have a pool.

The room and view is spectaculer! The location is a top notch! I went to cool cafes only by walking. I have room with balcony facing Gasibu and 2 mountains. So basically you have city center and mountain view at once. The breakfast space is enermous with many dishes served. The Sate Sapi is new experience for me. Oh and yes, the pool? Despite the size is not that huge, it feels warm because its surrounded by shading trees all around. Definitely a hotel to-go whenever im in Bandung!

I stayed at the Pullman Bandung for one night towards the end of June 2025. The hotel is great, really one of the best in Bandung. Staff were friendly and helpful and the GYM/Pool is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Shoutout to Desma who checked me in who is super friendly and really made sure we had a good stay for our short trip.

Great experience. Meeting room was ok, flood of coffee break snacks. Breakfast are great, fresh food. Need bigger swimming pools for teens.

This hotel can be reached by Grab car and is located in the center of Bandung. Check-in was easy, and check-out was smooth. My room was on a higher floor, which was quiet and offered a nice view of the houses surrounding the hotel thanks to the large glass window. The room was super nice and comfortable for a solo traveler, with a bathtub, a spacious bed, and a carpeted floor. The TV channels were acceptable, but I mainly used my iPad for movies and dramas, so I didn't watch much TV. The Wi-Fi was strong, and the water pressure was good, even on the higher floor. The water heater worked well too. Everything about the room was good. I particularly enjoyed the open-air pool, although you need your room card to access it. The pool is right beside a cafe, and I was able to do 1km laps in the pool. I can watch sunset and sunrise from my room. It is beautiful. I didn't choose a room with breakfast since there are plenty of small restaurants in front of the hotel where you can find decent meals. Overall, it's a nice and decent hotel for a solo traveler like me.

We really enjoy our stay here. We booked for non smoking room but when we arrived, the room was not ready (it's around 15.30). We have to wait around 15 minutes before check in. But except that everything was excellent. The room was spacious, simple, good lighting (some hotel is quite dark and cannot adjust the light), hot water and the water flow is nice. It was so fast to fill the bathtub. Delicious breakfast with a lot of choice. You should try the mashed potato. Wifi was fast and the signal is quite stable. We even get voucher 100k for the restaurant. Service also very good, fast response and friendly staffs. Good location, even it's located in Jl. Cihampelas, you don't have to pass Ciwalk (always heavy traffic jam in there). Definitely will stay here again.

It is located across the road from a convenience store (Circle K), which was great to get snacks and drinks. Distance to popular shopping locations were within 3km as well (such as Paris Van Java, 23 Paskal, Rumah Mode). Front desk was friendly and helpful throughout; from check-in to check-out. Wifi connection was strong even in the room. The breakfast buffet spread was decent, and the food itself was good. On our last night, we packed food to the hotel for dinner and the staff were very kind to provide plates, bowls and cutlery for our meal. The only down side was that the toilet tissue paper and tissue box were not replenished even after room service. Nevertheless, keep up the good work Novotel!

The building is good and clean. The room is comfortable. There are a lot of free facilities like gym, sauna, and pool. We had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Everyone's always friendly and helpful. This hotel is always my favourite.

I like everything..the cozy lobby, the heartwarming staffs, the comfy soundproof room with bathtub.. My kids definitely love the pool n playground.. It's located in one of the bussiest street in Bandung, but since the room is soundproof, you barely hear anything from outside. Feels like a sanctuary in the city center.

I was actually not there, but my family was. I booked 3 rooms for them. And they were very happy. My nephew always love the pool (its one of the reason why i chose aryaduta hotel (again), the location can’t get any better, very helpful FO staffs, restaurant and pool and also very attentive help from team Reservation. You guys did a good job! 👍👍

The pool was very good, they provide towels next to the pool. The room was wide enough. And you can directly access to a shopping mall. Staff was so friendly. The breakfast offered many options.

Overall a nice hotel as it is only 2 years old. Rooms are spacious. Service staff was great. Pool was also nice. However sheets slightly dusty. My son who is allergic to dust kept sneezing and had a runny nose the first night. However after I requested for change of bedsheets it became better.

Finally had a chance to stayed at this historical hotel. Check in was a bit slow. There's a wedding reception at that time. Room a bit old decor but it's as expected. Shower water is weak and bathroom need renovation. There's renovation in progress in the middle of hotel likely for breakfast area. We took the breakfast in one of the ballroom. Variety menu and breakfast taste was good! Pool was nice as well

Nice ambience. The room was spacious and location was great. The Art Deco touches were cool, and the historical displays very interesting. The buffet breakfast was very extensive, with an omelet station. However most of the dishes were not hot. One of the towels was stained and the pool was a little cool to swim laps in the morning. Overall a good stay.

The Savoy Homann is a hotel with history. Great ambience and beautiful lobby, we loved it. The location is excellent close to Braga street full of classic Dutch colonial shops and restaurants. Personnel is super friendly and helpful. The pool is very usable. Price/performance is IMHO excellent because prices were very reasonable.

The renovations have been tastefully done and kept Savoy Homann true to its architectural history. The room was spacious. The swimming pool was lovely.

This is exceptional hôtel. Everything was very good. We stayed on 7th floor with Nice view on Bandung, almost 360 degrés. Pity we didnt ask his name! Stay healthy you!

The room is so spacious and super clean. I ordered extra blanket, they give me immediately. Check-in process was very easy too.Breakfast with so many options, it's like a festival! and all foods are very tasty. Swimming pool with 30degrees stay warm during cold wheather in Bandung. Kids enjoyed the pool so much!

Nice hotel overall. But room is too dark personally to me. Hotel is quite far away from convenient store as well. Generally difficult to access to many places by walking. On the good side, the hotel has a nice swimming pool. Hotel staff are very friendly. Hotel lobby very comfortable to be at. Also had a free upgrade from superior room to deluxe with pool view. Thank you Grand Mercure. Hotel staff also assisted us by booking a taxi for me when i had to go to the hospital because i was ill. Thank you to the staff that were on duty.

The room was big enough for the 4 of us, we had a balcony facing the swimming pool too. My kids went swimming several times during our 2 nights stay. The pool was big and the water was warm so my kids didn't get too cold since it was rainy season that time. The equipment and the size of the gym was also sufficient. The hotel has a lush green garden, we had exciting family photo session with a photographer there.

I love the swimming pool, so comfortable, big enough (no crowd when i was there), and there’s a sparkling lights at night which as beautiful as stars. For the room: spacious for me, my husband and 1 toddler. But i dont like the towel. Looks old, the color is faded, the yarn is not neat. Hopefully its clean LOL. Anyway, breakfast menu was amazing. Lots of choices with good tastes as well. The staffs were so friendly. I dont have any problem during check in and out. Overall almost perfect, the problem is just the towel. Wish you can change it soon to the new one.

Wow impressive. Facilities: So so. Only rooms and restaurants, no swimming pool, gym, etc. TV channels: Not many but quite diverse. Food prices: Quite affordable for a boutique class hotel. If you are lazy to go out, you can order the room service, but it closes very early at 9pm. Ambience: MARVELOUS! The decoration is really GREAT. There is regulation that you cannot use a professional camera without permission. Can be fined 2.5 million. Balcony: Yes. But the door can't be opened. My balcony faces the residents' houses so the view is the clothesline aka jemuran warga. 😂😂😂 overall score: 8/10

Went there because of the rating, and because they have rooms with connecting door. Which is important for a family with teenagers like us. Turned out, we're happy with the beautiful decorations of this hotel. They pay attention to details and so in love with the baby blue color that dominates the hotel. They can fill up the mini bar for additional Rp 25k. The deluxe room we had was 21m2 small but somehow nice enough and comfortable for we just stayed for a night. I love the pillows. Rugs are clean, some do looked aged but clean enough. Breakfast was served a la carte to the tables in the restaurant, except for bread, danish, fresh milk - those are served in a small buffet. Service was excellent. The plus point is the areas was packed with FOs and restaurant - must be nice when the pandemic is over. But as we avoided crowds, we just had meals from the restaurant which were delicious and at affordable prices. Check-in and out were easy, staffs are courteous .. perhaps we will come back. Thanks.

This is a 3 stars sharia hotel with middle eastern interior design. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Even though it's a 3 stars hotel but their services like a 5 stars hotel. They serve zamzam water as welcome drink here. This hotel is located in strategic place. There are lot of delicious restaurants and factory outlets near here. You can also walk to Gedung Sate from the hotel or maybe you wanna ride delman. We stayed for one night in executive room. The room is spacious, with one king bed. They provide Al-Quran, prayer mat, sarong, prayer gown, and prayer beads in the room. The room complimentary are quite complete for a 3 stars hotel. There were free snacks and drink in the refrigerator There were bathrobes, slippers, iron and ironing board and hairdryer too. So you don't need to request it, it were already in your room. The room floor is parquet floor, but somehow I found water in some spot in the room, I though it came from the gap between the parquet. The bathroom was quite clean but I could see molds on shower room wall. For the breakfast, although there wasn't much choice but it was delicious. After all, it was such a pleasant to stay here.

Good hotel with classic design. Muslim friendly. The room is so clean but not spacious. The facilities in the room are all good. Praying suit and Qur'an are available in the room. Free minibar (some snacks and beverages - you can eat it up!). Good service at check in and check out. Hospitality needs to be improved esp. at the resto. I tried all the food and beverages at breakfast which I always did when I stayed at hotel coz I paid for it but the "eyes" of some staffs are not very friendly. 🤔 One of the staffs even asked me after finishing my breakfast "What room are you?"😒 Too bad. Isn't it enough to ask before having breakfast????? Guest deserves what they pay for, dude! Stay friendly as Islam does!

Its such a calming, beautiful, and welcoming place, classy from the lobby,room, bathroom, restaurant, mini botique and merchandise prayer room was clean and peaceful. Service was delightful service. We had a car fetched us to and from the airport. We felt pampered and ended staying 4 nights here. Not a wide choice buffet breakfast as irs a small hotel but it was satisfactory. Loved the oscrambled eggs. We took long breakfasts every morning inside as well as in the garden sipping their delicious cuppacino topped with cinnamon n love the 'birds chirping' Special mention goes to staff Imah who is delighful with her summary of history, culinary and places of Bandung. All staff are accommodating to our request and very helful.Imah is excellent and an asset to the hotel. We enjoyed the weekend Jamus that Imah personally served us. Yes i highly recommend this hotel. A 5 *. (I do wish they would remove the bridal decor from the garden though).

A budget-friendly hotel situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, surrounded by cafés and an excellent, affordable salad buffet! The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean and nice bathroom. Our room also overlooked a charming inner garden. The gentleman who welcomed us was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. He greeted us with tea and water, always provided a delicious vegetarian breakfast (upon our request) at a time that suited us best, and was consistently thoughtful and caring—thank you for all!) The entire property was very clean, including the pool, which was immaculate—possibly because we were the only guests during our stay. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff/ host. I arrived 2 hours early but they let me into my room. The building is beautiful, well kept and very peaceful. My room was spacious and clean . They provide bottled water, tea and coffee and a good breakfast. Room service is also available if you need it. The hotel located next to trans studio mall n its very near to the theme park. The breakfast was ok. No swimming pool. Need to deposit IDR50k for a 3pin socket since im from commenwealth country. There are 4 elevators, every 2 going to different floors...1 lift on repair during my stay n left us quite long waiting time since there were many people. The fried rice ordered in the hotel room worth IDR100k

We enjoyed our 5nites stay here. Breakfast is good but could be better if there are changes on the menu every other day. We got bored after 3rd consecutive day having same dishes served at breakfast. Pillow soft and comfort, great for my 7mth old baby. The pool both indoor and outdoor are great for chilling. A small mart available in the hotel for yr daily necessities. Very convenient indeed. Quite close to Paris Van Java mall and Rumah Mode. But you still need a car to move around the area. Overall nice and comfort hotel. We will definitely consider Holiday Inn again next time.

I’m so happy staying at THE 1O1 Bandung Dago because it’s perfect for a family trip! The hotel’s kid-friendly amenities, like the small but fun pool, kept my child entertained, while its strategic location made exploring Bandung so easy. With great dining options, clean and cozy rooms, and friendly staff, our stay was both relaxing and convenient. It’s the ideal place for a stress-free family getaway!

The quadruple rooms are huge and spacious. A good shower and solid wifi. The breakfast is in two shifts, so that the restaurant isn't overrun by people. This seemed to work rather well. We tried both shifts on different days and we had enough options and space to sit. Every day the breakfast options change and all of it is really tasty. Lastly, the location is pretty good. The big BIP mall is walking distance away.

Its clean, but do remember to check all the electrical appliances before accepting the room. Our room main lights was not working, fridge was not cold, have to call the front desk to fixed it. Also, the stairs in the family room could use some oil on the joints as it was creaking too loud. Walking up and down the stairs will wake those sleeping. The neighborhood was nice. Close by to a few mini marts and shopping mall (eg. Bandung Indah Plaza, Bundung Electronic Centre). Room service food was not good but the breakfast was not bad. Not too much variety in the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff but must be patient with them as their English needs some polishing.

Upon arrival, staff was friendly and checking in was a breeze. They were also very helpful in directions/where to go, etc. Room is clean and gorgeous, facing the main road with a balcony. Room service is good and fast too! Thumbs up for Soda restaurant food! Thank you for the pleasant experience!

I did not have breakfast, but I had lunch and food is good. Staffs are friendly and helpful, room is clean, wifi has strong connection, and Location is strategies.

Though hairdryer is not provided in the room, but when I asked for it, the staff sent it right away to my room. Also iron & the iron board when we needed it. Location is great, easy to get online taxi from here, and only few steps away there is minimarket. Breakfast is just okay, anyway we preferred to go out to explore.

We came here after a really bad experience at another accommodation. The staff here are so nice and helpful. My daughter was sick and we needed to go to the hospital, they help me call the hospital. Our family room was so spacious and clean. My teens are too small for the kiddie tent in the room, but if you have little kids book this room! The breakfast was so excellent for my family, I get to enjoy Indonesian foods and my German Irish family get to each waffles and eggs.

We always love staying at the Zest when we come to Bandung. It's always very comfortable, quiet and clean. Amazing staff. Close to 2 shopping centers.

The room service is really slow and they serve u with nothing at the restaurant while waiting for your food to arrive. Staff is not helpful at all when you ask them for directions. Our room has a hidden lizard among the towels and a tiny dead lizard on the floor. I guess they didn’t do a good job cleaning up. However the food at the feast restaurant was pretty good and the spa is excellent (save for the fact that they are always full). Swimming pool has a lot of children which can be rather noisy.

this property has all the hallmarks of a 5 star hotel - however, to enjoy the full 5 star experience you need to book one of the 'tow,er' rooms, which also have the added benefit of access to the 'tower lounge' !! (garden view side is better than pool view side) - note: the staff go out of their way to assist in every respect (every request we made was completed)

I love the size of the rooms. So big and comfy. Since I stayed with my family of 7 adults and 2 children, I booked the Apartment Room and King Size Room. The Apartment is so big with 3 rooms and comfy bed. The King Size Room is also so spacious. The pool is OK. The crew were very nice and helpful and parking area is good.

Friendly staff, welcomimg and a very fast check in process. Apartment was old but beautiful, had a lot of character and was very clean and well maintained. Also a nice pool at the resort, I would highly recommend Kulem Cisitu, it's great value and very comfortable.

Everything is perfect. Never find an accomodation like this before with such an affordable price. They have everything you need for a family vacation. I rented a villa with 2 Bedroom. The villa itself is really spacious. As it mentions, its just like an apartment. The pool is nice and clean as well. Would love to stay here again in the future

Ostel by Ostic is perfect as a budget hotel. We were on a bike riding tour and just need a place to have a short rest before going back to Jakarta. We booked 1 room with a double bed. The room has windows and curtains with a view to the alley of the 2nd floor. The room has basic furniture, just a bed, a table and a side table but they all very clean. The room has AC and worked properly. The premise has few sharing bathroom and clean. It has a communal kitchen and dining area. They also provide ironing facilities. The staff was very friendly and fast respond. Just remember to take off your shoes/sandals before entering the place.

Ostel is one of the best accommodations we have stayed at so far in Asia. The room is small but clean, cool, and comfortable, perfect for a couple of nights. There were plenty of shower and toilet units, a nice courtyard with hammock, and a kitchen area with hit and cold water. Best of all, though, was the staff. They will help you with any recommendations that they can and are genuinely happy to help. They organised a driver to take us all the way to Gunung Padang.

Staff were really nice, helpful, and friendly. They clean the place every morning and they also offered if I want to get my room cleaned as well. Quiet neighborhood but not far from mainroad. Easy to find foods and there are also minimarket nearby with a bit of walking. Overall, this is a nice place to stay, would love to stay here again in my next Bandung trip.

The comfy bed, the cleaness and the breakfast. On our last day stay, we check out very early in the morning at 2am. I requested for them to prepare takeaway breakfast and they did. We are so happy. Good job Pop Hotel!

The villa was nice and clean. Location was good, nearby many places to chill and eat. The only thing that could be improved was service from.staff. There was nobody in charge at the villa, we could only contact them by phone. However, respond was not good. The staff often said phone reception was bad and couldn't hear us. We tried texting to ask for a few things but no response was given. Other than that we had a nice stay.

overall this hotel is good in all aspect, the location is good all kids facilities is top notch (cooking class, mini zoo, swimming pool, playground, sand pool) and also the room size is decent

+ the local area (cihampelas, abt 10mins walk to ciwalk area) + room size is spacious + the room is clean, tidy + the reception staff were friendly + breakfast was good! A lot of variety food to choose (During my stay, the hotel gave 2 timing for breakfast, 1st start from 6am - 9am, 2nd timing start at 9am - 11am) + they have rooftop swimming pool (not that big tho, but just nice) + also got mini zoo (best for family trip with kids) + value for money - so far, nothing. I enjoyed my stay in Grand Tjokro.. recommended hotel to stay for couple, &/ family with kids.

This hotel is a really good choice for families with kids like ourselves. The hotel has many facilities for children such as: petting zoo, kids spa, indoor and outdoor playground, kids swimming pool, kids cooking class, etc. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful

I had a great time here at the grand tjokro. Lovely service, amazing breakfast with variety choices of dish. The location is strategically close to my destination. It has a wonderful swimming pool as well and a perfect place to spend weekends with family members

The hotel located in the Braga area, but not exactly at the center of the crowd of Braga Street, which is a plus point for me, and also the street is not affected by the car-free night on the weekends. The hotel has a nice café at its terrace named B10 with live music at night (I have no idea for the weekdays as I was staying on the weekend). The breakfast tasted good with quite many variety of foods. There are also many coffee shops just within walking distance, even there are 3 coffee shops across the street. The perfect hotel in the Braga area for my preference.

They upgraded our room with dinner for free. The hotel was located strategically at Braga, near to train station and the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was also spacious which was lovely.

The hotel and the room was really cosy. the beds and the pillows were really comfortable and that is the most important part of any holiday. The staff and the concierge was also really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. And was really pleased with the fact that the hotel provides free coffee, tea and snacks at the lobby 24-7. And there’s also a pool table, foosball and a pinball machine to entertain you should you not be able to sleep. There’s a convenience stall (Circle K) two doors away and a pharmacy just across the road. Super convenient

The staff’s hospitality was the best we’ve experienced. They went above and beyond to help us when we were sick. Breakfast was really tasty and varied. Great to have 24h coffee & tea. Room was well-designed & quite spacious. Also great with the pool table and bar reception concept. Location was also the best.

The crew there were all really friendly and helpful, especially since they went out of their way to find a personal driver for us. Hotel room was really nice too given the amount of money we are paying. There were free games in the lounge such as foosball, pool and etc. Will definitely go back to moxy again!

I had a great stay at this property—definitely good value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was efficient and friendly. What really stood out during my stay was the restaurant experience, thanks to Barry ( not sure if the name is correct). He truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear he knows the hospitality industry inside and out—his professionalism, warm demeanor really elevated our experience. I am not surprised for seeing the Travelers Choice tag on Neo, because of this hotel performance, although a budget hotel, has excellent comfort. this hotel was originally recommended by my boss who happened to have studied at the campus around Neo for a long time. The location here is indeed prime because Dipati Ukur is one of the main roads in Bandung. You can find lots of restaurants 24 hours here, you won't feel hungry staying here LOL. In addition, public transport lines are crammed past Neo. Likewise the shuttle to Greater Jakarta, even now to Greater Cirebon. I also feel comfortable sleeping here. It seems that the quality of the building is good so even though I was in a room facing the street, the street noise was not heard. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Well, for additional suggestions, if this hotel has a swimming pool, or leisure facilities such as a gym, massage or bar, it might be a plus. Ah, also variant of breakfast menu, should be more varieties. Traveling in a pandemic era is certainly uncomfortable. But by still paying attention to health protocols and taking care of our health, hopefully we will all avoid getting sick. Happy traveling :)

Good sized room, with many areas to store belongings . Very comfortable extra large bed and bathroom was spacious and functional . The situation was good, as the beautiful residential area just across the road was a delight to walk in with the beautiful trees and gardens . Many food vendors were up and down the street, and small supermarkets were about 5mins walk away . Very clean rooms ,with a very good restaurant downstairs where we ate numerous times . A limited menu, but enough to satisfy us, as the food was fresh , appetising, beautifully presented and very tasty . The staff were very welcoming and friendly as well .

Stayed in this hotel from 15-17 August 2020. Thanks to tiket.com for the promo that I got for this hotel. Since check-in day until check-out day, I find the great service from all staff of this hotel. They did a willingness to help and inform anything. The room is cozy, aircon does work, shower with hot water is good. Amenities are complete. Well, the breakfast variety is too limited, but I truly understand. The only thing to improve is a consistency in following standard health of pandemic covid. When the room attendant cleans my room, there is no disinfectant done to the room. Perhaps he pursues the other rooms to clean. Another thing I like staying in this hotel is, there are plenty street food with various restaurant and coffee to choose. Just walk a few minutes, then you can find anything you like. I recommend anyone staying in this hotel. If I go back again to Bandung, I will plan to stay again in this hotel too.

The place is pretty near the airport as it takes about 20-25mins (incl traffic). There is loads of good and cheap food around the hotel. The exterior of the hotel looks clean and new. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and decent with proper amenities. The breakfast spread was reasonable and the food was pretty nice.
