Astina Suites, Penrith was absolutely incredible — modern, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed throughout. The space felt more like a luxurious home than a hotel, with everything you need for a relaxing and seamless stay. The rooftop pool and wellness area were a real highlight, and the staff were warm, professional, and attentive from start to finish. A truly impressive experience — I’d return without hesitation.

Amazing and friendly staff. Beautiful accomodation with spacious rooms each including an ensuite. Massive dinning and lounge area with a big balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage watching the sunset. Including your own kitchen and laundry appliances. Great restaurant with yummy food catering to all needs and spectacular rooftop pool with a spa. Would definately recommend staying here.

Great location in the centre of Penrith with easy access to restaurants and facilities. The accomodation is modern, clean and conmfortable.The two bedroom apartment was a great way to enjoy family time. The pool and bar/restaurant on the top floor is a bonus.

The apartment we had is great, lot of amenities to use, very clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Infinity pool and sauna are great and are available when we were there so enjoyed it.

One Global resort was fantastic for us along with our toddler. We had few last minute flight changes and reached out to One Global resort and the staff was happy to check us in early and when we arrived, everything was setup from the get go. The location is super close to the train station and it was easy to get into City every day and took a total of 10 mins one way and using an Opal card made it easier. The resort is surrounded by ammenities which includes a supermarket - making this really convienent for us and we enjoyed our 5 day stay at the resort and used the infinity pool almost every day. If we are making another trip to Sydney as a family - this would be the place I would stay again.

The resort has a beautiful spa and a swimming pool including a sauna room. Family and I stayed at the resort for a night then checked out next day. My family had a great time at the pool and spa. The resort has a gym that operates 24 hours. The resort is located close to the public transport (Green Square Train Station) which was very convenient for us to arrive at the resort. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful and welcomed us on our arrival and on check out. I highly recommend this resort to anyone that would like to relax, rejuvenate and have a great family time.

The receptionist upon on our arrival was very helpful and carrying, we asked the day before to check in at 1pm but when we arrived it wasn’t possible as it was Easter Sunday and there was not much staff. We asked if we can use the pool and he helped us straight away . When we came nack from the pool the room was still not ready and asked us to wait for and then 5 minutes later, he upgraded us to a different suit. So I will definitely go back there.

Great location from airport and then onto rail services to get to locations around the city. Rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. Also very quiet. Rooms were serviced every day, and coffee pods for coffee machines always topped up. Staff very friendly and happy to offer advice. Pool, sauna and jacuzzi only used once as short on time but a great addition after walking around all day.

The staff were very helpful. The bedroom was spacious and clean. We ate dinner in the Hotel restaurant on our first evening and, although the menu was quite small, the food was very good. I especially liked the roof top swimming pool which I used before breakfast both mornings.

Excellent location close to restaurants, Darling Harbour and transport, roof top heated pool had a great view of city and staff were helpful . Very fresh nuts in the breakfast options and at breakfast you could make your own juices with their blender,. I enjoyed their poached apricots which I added on the muesli.

The breakfast was adequate but not amazing. I would probably not have breakfast included next time. However the location was superb. So close to the places we wanted to see and experience. Also public transport is so easy from the hotel. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Given the hot weather, the pool was a bonus.

I really loved this hotel. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from Town Hall Station. The rooms are nicely furnished and very comfortable and have all the modern conveniences. The bed was super comfortable. The wifi is reliable. Security is great - you cannot even get into the elevator without your key card. The service is excellent and there is a lovely, heated, outdoor pool. For what you get in the very centre of Sydney, the price is reasonable. I will definitely be staying again on my next visit to Sydney.

I had a fantastic stay at the Sofitel Darling Harbour! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. The rooms are modern, spacious, and offer stunning views of the harbour—especially at sunset. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless. The infinity pool overlooking the city is a definite highlight, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of high-quality options. Highly recommend Crown Towers Sydney Location was perfect. The service received by Jean and her team was excellent and to a very high standard. Stayed in the Premier Harbour Bridge Suite and it was amazing, suites very clean! The pool was beautiful (pool staff were very helpful) So many fantastic restaurants and bars to choose from. Can't recommend Crown Towers Sydney enough for your next stay.

Had a lovely meal at Nobu and lunch at Ice Bergs and some cocktails. Amazing service and food. The pool was closed due to the weather which was a real shame. It was our wedding anniversary and we would have loved to go into the pool. Maybe next time. Bed was so cumfy and the spa bath great !!!

We purchase an upgrade at check in with water view. It turned out to be a building crane view with just a glimpse of water view. At check out we pointed it out to staff at check out. Staff show no sympathy and instead of being apologetic she blamed us for not reporting it earlier. Also the room wasn’t cleaned betweyour 2 nights stay. In constraint the concierge staff were amazing. The swimming pool was also disappointing. It’s a baby pool, very small and with maximum depth of 70 cm. Can’t swim.

Overall the Hotel is great and I would recommend it , but the air conditioning in our room was not working correctly plus the pool area is very small and not managed so it’s impossible to get a seat by the pool in the weekend as no towels are removed from seats that are not currently being used .,

Wonderfully comfortable hotel with fantastic staff from reception to the concierge and the always helpful doormen. Comfortable and clean rooms that were quiet and cosy. Breakfast buffet very excellent with a wide selection for all. Pool was nice with lovely sea views. Would return.

We stay here as often as we can. We stayed here on our wedding night and so it holds a special memory for us. It has an old school charm that for some reason reminds us of LA hotels. Staff are always excellent! Breakfast great and surpringly good value. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. Good media options with app casting available on TV. Heaps of shopping, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Cool spot. Has an excellent rooftop pool overlooking the harbour which is fun and relaxing in the warmer months.

The location is brilliant for shopping and sight seeing.

Brand new and very beautiful and sophisticated inside. Very friendly and professional staff. Very nice pool and sauna area, and excellent gym, but pool felt a bit cold. Could still swim though. Breakfast buffet quite small but good quality. Nice history lecture for guests. Nice "living room" with lounge furniture for guests but could be more practical with a desk if one wanted to work on a laptop. Nice area 2 min walk to the ferries.

most things about this hotel are exceptional: the welcoming and friendly reception team, the seamless and impeccable housekeeping, the beautiful blend of old and new architecture, the spectacular lobby and pool area, the (quiet) luxury rooms and the central location. the breakfast felt like a special treat everyday, with high-quality buffet options and à la carte dishes. we would go back anytime!

Excellent location, walking distance to many attractions and ferry connections. Superb gym, pool and spa. Good variety at breakfast with something for everyone. A young staff at breakfast who certainly made you feel most welcome. Staff knowledgeable about local restaurants and helpful in securing reservations. Room exceptional with ample supplies of complimentary refreshments, toiletries and clean towels etc.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. The facilities were superb and every little detail taken care of. The culturalist team were first class - they booked us in to all the best restaurants and prepared an itinerary for us. Pool and spa facilities were excellent and great after a busy day. Breakfast was brilliant - loads of choice, excellent buffet and a la crate. The staff were super friendly and always asking how they can help. Eden, Jonathan and the general culturalist team made the whole experience more than 5 stars. Can’t wait to return. Great location too near Circular Quay.

Our family thought this was the cutest place to stay. Our apartment was right near the pool, perfect spot to unwind and catch up with family. We will definitely be back once it's warmer to have a swim in that beautiful pool.

The staff at Adina were outstanding, incredibly friendly and accommodating. We booked our apartment last minute and our room was organised very quickly for our needs. The shared pool and lounging area is quite Baliesque. Very modern 50’s vibe, very clean, and again, the staff were amazing. Quiet area of Sydney, but close enough to shopping, restaurants, Victoria Park, all by foot. Definitely recommend, particularly for families.

Absolutely perfect! Myself and the two teenage grandsons stayed three nights and we all loved it. They had a great time in the pool and with the lawn games. The whole staff were incredibly helpful and so friendly. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Close to everything…transport, city, cafes, restaurants, shopping. Highly recommended. We absolutely loved our stay at Adina. It was in the most perfect location, a walk to to shops and cafes and parks. The apartment was very clean and very well presented. I loved the decor, the amount of space it offered, the ease of getting more supplies (toilet paper etc). The rooms were beautiful with beautiful artwork and finishes. The staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. This would be my top pick to stay again especially with a family of 5. Fantastic stay. Easy commute on L1 light rail from Central. Hotel smelt amazing as you walk in, one of the best hotel pools I’ve seen & great security. Only thing missing is its own restaurant for buffet breakfast, you use the Harvest Buffet which is part of the casino. I’d definitely return here.

Beautiful property, lobby smells divine, gorgeous room that was a good size, friendly staff who went out of their way to resolve an issue we had, lovely pool area, room service has great quality food, central location that is walkable to most attractions and only a few minutes walk to Lyric Theatre, food court and restaurants. They also provided a little sweet treat for my daughter for her birthday.

We only stayed for one night but it was absolutely fantastic. The check in staff, Francesca, was so kind, thoughtful and accommodating. Because it was my 40th birthday, she upgraded me for free. This was unexpected and such a lovely surprise. The room was quite large and looked over the gorgeous swimming pool. Everything was modern and spotless! The hotel is new and well appointed. The staff were excellent. Polite, friendly and helpful.They upgraded us to an executive balcony studio. The rooms are a good size and well appointed with a microwave and cutlery and crockery. The bathroom is large and perfect for travellers with plenty of towel rails and hooks for clothes. There is very secure basement parking. The hotel is on a shabby street near the hospital but feels safe. There are cafes, restaurants etc nearby. It is an ideal place for a longer stay.

It is very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was well kitted out, for a 2-night stay. The balcony was an unexpected pleasant surprise, and I ate my dinner there on both evenings. Given it's location near a major hospital, the room was surprisingly quiet. So long as you kept the door to the balcony closed, there was no noticeable external noise.

Beautiful room. The studio was spacious with everything you could need provided. The staff were very welcoming. The only downside to our room was the lack of comfortable seating. We stayed 2 nights and had no where to sit and relax. There were 3 hard back dining chairs and the other was a dining chair with arms. Really not comfortable to sit on for extended periods. The bed was super comfortable. We would definitely book here again but next time would request a room with comfortable arm chairs.

Amazing hotel. So close to the Harbor / ferries / trains. Everyone who works at this hotel is so so nice. Beautiful heated outdoor pool. Breakfast buffet is phenomenal! We didn’t eat all day after it. Such a range of beautifully prepared food. Room is comfortable, lovely bed and shower. Highly recommend!

Fabulous start to our honeymoon! Ghizlaine and Lisa were extremely welcoming and friendly and managed to get us into a room early after 24 hours of travelling (which was much appreciated). Their customer service was exceptional and it has been a very special start to our honeymoon, thank you both with a gift and card in the room too. The room had a stunning view of the harbour and the turn down service each evening was a nice surprise too. Pool was at a great temperature and the chilled water available was a nice touch. This is a great hotel - the staff are amazing, it’s an excellent location - close to everything and the rooms have some of the best views in Sydney - we had a partial harbour view room, it’s definitely worth paying the bit extra for the view. Also - excellent pool - it’s outdoor but heated so great on a cold day.

Room was incredibly comfortable, with wonderful view over the western harbour from the balcony. Lovely bathroom and room was also very quiet; with the bedroom door closed, it was impossible to hear any noise from the hallway. Swimming pool was also fantastic; a little on the cool side but this makes it a perfect temperature for laps. Buffet breakfast was delicious, in very relaxing surrounds. And staff were lovely; helpful and friendly in all interactions. Will definitely be visiting again!!

Sydney is nice and warm. The area around The Langham is very nice, not as busy as I thought which was very pleasant. Close to the water and not far to CBD. easy walk to Opera house and the Concierge team was wonderful, friendly and professional giving very good suggestions of bars, restaurants and other things to do. The pool and jacuzzi is amazing. The Gym is my favourite. The Chuan Spa is amazing. The GM and all managers were very friendly. Bravo to the Team. Will only stay here next time I come back to Sydney

Room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. Shower was great! Wifi was very easy to access. The breakfast was fantastic with the offer of freshly cooked eggs and a tea / coffee when you arrive. Great location as it is across the Road from Panthers so you have access to a wide variety of eateries, bars etc. Would highly recommend.

Larger fridge than most hotels and a large freezer (which badly needed defrosting). Also a microwave. Rooms facing the road can be noisy from traffic. The room needed a better vacuum clean. I recently stayed at the Quest Woolooware Bay and was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable—just a stone's throw from the stadium, shops, and some great dining spots. The room itself was spotless and well-appointed, with a modern design that made it feel both comfortable and stylish. I appreciated the little touches, like the well-equipped kitchenette and the spacious bathroom. The bed was super comfy too, which made for a great night's sleep. Staff were friendly, professional, and more than happy to assist with any requests. Parking was convenient and easy, which isn’t always the case in similar spots. Overall, it’s clear that Quest Woolooware Bay has been thoughtfully designed to cater to both short and long stays. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time I’m in the area.

Very friendly helpful and accommodating staff offered to mind my luggage and carry it up to my room. Lovely fresh new clean rooms, very spacious, big bathroom, kitchen area and bedroom, comfy bed a nice balcony needs a screen door so you can leave it open for fresh air as the air conditioning was not cool enough even at 18 degree on full fan speed. A little expensive for a room when you had to pay extra $25 for parking on top so I parked across the street. Shops, supermarket and eatery next door which was very handy.

I have stayed at Best Western Casula a few times and always found it be clean, comfortable and welcoming. The greeting by Joseph and Mary at reception is always genuine, professional and welcoming. The rooms are quite, clean and a comfortable sleep has always ensued. Convenient location near the M7 and M5 makes it great for business or leisure destinations.

Well appointed, clean rooms with modern fittings and bathroom and comfortable pillows and beds. Great convenient location, easy to access and close to great meal options, mall and a variety of takeaway outlets. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who made us a delicious breakfast. Great place to stay highly recommend.

We stayed here twice and both times, our rooms were immaculate. The rooms were spacious for three adults with plenty of wardrobe space. Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels were provided and the mattresses and pillows were comfortable. The people who manage this property are very friendly and lovely to deal with and they are personally invested in making their guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The location was perfect for people coming in from Melbourne or on their way back to Melbourne. Just a tip: there's no microwave, dishes, cutlery in the rooms.

Comfortable room and big bathroom which had a very good shower.Great having a kitchenette to make simple meals and breakfast. 24 hour Reception was friendly and prompt. We were on a highish floor, so traffic was not an issue. Tripple glazing of large window, I think, certainly gave us a quiet room. Plenty of lighting for reading too. Paying for parking is always an issue for Sydney, but because there is no really convenient nearby street parking ,we paid the price. We would stay again definitely.

this hotel has long been on my bucket list. the location is wonderful. great views of the bridge and opera house. short walk into the CBD and the historic Rocks area. the hotel very kindly upgraded us to room 211. the view of the opera house was incredible. we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. be sure to use the fabulous roof top pool and hot tub

everything was perfect - love the faqcilities, the pool area, the friendly staff who were acomodating to our every request, the location and configuration of the rooms overlooking the operahouse and the location are perfect - food was exceptional.

We had free breakfast which was the only reason we ate breakfast at the hotel. It was really not that good. I can’t see any body being happy paying over $50 to get such a poor breakfast. Surprised the was no bar up at the pool level. That would have been a nice option.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable in my opinion. The rooms are bright and spacious with large comfortable beds. The rooftop pool and hot tub are drop dead gorgeous with views across to the opera house and above to the bridge.

I'm a regular in Sydney hotels for work and as I don't use many of the hotel facilities each week, I find myself looking for something with the above, at a good price point, without pools, saunas etc. IYF ticks all my boxes :)

It appeared to me that lyf is very new, therefore all the furnitures, bathroom etc was in a very good condition and seemed very clean as well. I actually really enjoyed the unique bed position in the end of the room-right by the window, it made it super cozy with a nice view on the street. The bed and the bedding was also super comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. I also loved the small modern details - like that there were build in speakers to each room that I could connect with my phone. Although I didnt use but these amenities are also nice to have in a hotel that lyf provided: water fountain in each level, nice gym, common kitchen, laundry. When it comes to location Bondi beach was very close with a bus and getting to the CBD is also not too far, also there is a Westfield shopping mall right next to the hotel so if you need anything for groceries etc. its very convenient. Overall a fantastic stay!

This hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s super modern, calm and ideally located close to many restaurants, the huge Westfield shopping center and public transport. In just 4 metro stops you can reach the Sydney Opera House. The shared kitchen is modern, spotless and fully equipped if you want to cook instead of eating out. There’s also a convenient gym on the 10th floor, laundry facilities to wash and dry clothes and a very friendly, smiling staff. A nice extra touch is the option to refill your bottle with sparkling or flavored water. Honestly, everything about this hotel is spot on, and the value for money is excellent. Nothing to complain about highly recommended!

Loved my stay here! Great location, close to both the beach and city centre. The weekday breakfast was amazing, more like a brunch. The room design is beautiful and functional, super fast Wi-Fi and handy amenities like a fridge and microwave made my stay really convenient. We stayed in the Little National Hotel for 2 nights and we loved every second of it. The rooms are comfortable and clean and a lovely big window filled with the king bed. Nice and clean bathroom with amenities. All the staff we have encountered were super professional and nice. We also asked for recommendations for brekkie and they were very helpful. There is a 24 h gym more than enough to keep up with your workouts. The rooftop is amazing! It was a cold weekend and the fire was on. The couches up there are comfy and there is also a work space area with microwave and coffee machine. There are plenty of plugs too for your laptop and there is a printer in case you need it. I left behind my pj’s top and I was contacted to let me know, and they offered it to send it to me but because I was going to Sydney in the coming days, I picked it up. We stayed in the Little National Hotel for 2 nights and we loved every second of it. The rooms are comfortable and clean and a lovely big window filled with the king bed. Nice and clean bathroom with amenities. All the staff we have encountered were super professional and nice. We also asked for recommendations for brekkie and they were very helpful. There is a 24 h gym more than enough to keep up with your workouts. The rooftop is amazing! It was a cold weekend and the fire was on. The couches up there are comfy and there is also a work space with microwave and coffee machine with plenty of plugs too! I left behind my ph’s top and I was contacted to let me know, and they offered it to send it to me but because I was going to Sydney in the coming days, I picked it up. Little National is located right next to the train station and bus stations few minutes walking distance. The amentities in the hotel are incredible. The Lounge and work area are spacious, enough light and plenty of sockets and plugs available. The rooftop has indoor and outdoor space, access only for guests. There is free coffee, tea, water and a microwave and printer to be used free of charge, which was greatly appreciated. The check-in/out process is very smooth and easy. The design is luxurious and comfortable. Space feels clean and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The lighting in the bathroom is great and the bed is comfortable. the light switches are convenient and the curtains block the light nicely. good for business and short term stay. closet space is limited, so keep that in mind for long term stay. definitely recommend and would stay again!

This is my second time staying here and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The bed is so comfy that it makes it a challenge to get out to go sightseeing. The location is perfect, right off Wynyard Station and you can walk to Barangaroo Wharf. It’s clean and safe. And I love the rooftop bar as well. But best of all are the staff who are so helpful and friendly and welcoming and they always go above and beyond. I’ll be back again when I’m in Sydney next time.

The rooftop bar was such a highlight,super cozy with a fireplace and comfy couches, it made the whole place feel really special. My room was small but very clean, and honestly, I loved my stay here. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to Gladys! She was so patient and cheerful, helped us figure out the best way to get around the city (especially since there were no trains from the airport when we arrived),she also called a restaurant to make a booking for us. Such a lovely experience

The room fit outs and decor are exceptional. Very large room given the location is a busy city hub. Steven was most welcoming upon arrival and attentive from checkin to checkout. I arrived early morning and had requested an earlier check in. I received a text promptly informing me my room was ready within an hour or so. Nothing was too hard for them. Very accomodating and friendly. Great location, room was quiet, comfortable, fresh and clean. Ocean views. Amenities contributed to an enjoyable stay.

Hotel is well located and well maintained. Car parking was very convenient and he walk to the beach and restaurants is easy. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff very efficient and friendly. Could not fault overall. Only suggestion would be to ask for a higher floor.l to get a nicer view. I would return.

Friendly service at the front desk was a great way to start our weekend. We were offered a late check out of 12pm the next day which would have been amazing if we had been hanging around. The boutique room was super cute, great decor and design with the renovation. We loved that we had a balcony and enjoyed our breakfast out there. Beds were super comfy and sheets were crisp. The temperature of the room was pleasant. Room was quiet. We had a room on the top floor like requested but is at the back of the hotel so not directly in front of the beach like the bar rooms. We booked on the hotels.com app however if we had booked direct with the hotel we would have saved $200 which left a sour taste in our mouth.

It is walking distance to almost everything - short walk to nearby bars and restaurants and Central station and a bit further walk to Oxford St or the CBD, or just 40 minutes to the Opera House. The hotel is beautifully designed and finished. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable and the complimentary coffee/pastries/ fruit breakfast is very enjoyable. There is a lovely roof top terrace and an honour snack and drinks bar to enjoy too. Every room is different with clever design to make the most of their size. We stayed in a cosy room (107) and, as the website says, it is snug for a couple! We managed fine and really enjoyed our stay but personally I would have preferred a luggage rack to the sitting chair (which is overly large for a small room). The staff were all welcoming and professional. This is our second stay in a Crystalbrook hotel and both have been excellent.

The Crystalbrook Albion in the Surrey Hills neighborhood of Sydney is an absolute gem. It's a small boutique hotel in a safe, quiet and very walkable area just a couple of blocks away from the very cool Crowne Street, where you'll find great restaurants (many pricey - but everything in Sydney is pricey esp at restaurants - but a few reasonable), and ice cream shops and a cool high end grocery. It's very cool, and the place to be. Any day of the week you'll find many Sydneysiders coming out for drinks or dinner and even without a car, or if you are travelling alone, you are steps away from being in the middle of things. It's a very european vibe, in fact I discovered an awesome very French style bar/cafe literally steps from my door. The hotel has excellent attentive staff, the place is furnished w great art, artful design touches throughout, plus free breakfast (delicious pastries and a cappucino machine in the cozy "Honor Bar"). My only quibble with the place is that the only way to communicate with the front desk if you need anything -is to text them via an ipad in the room but unfortunately no one told me they don't respond to the ipad (only a text back to your phone as I later learned) so I'd spend time waiting for a response that never came until much later after having to go to speak to them.They are on 24/7 though and very lovely and very responsive at the end of the day, so it was a minor issue. Otherwise, I love this place. Plus reasonable rates by US standards!

We had an excellent stay at Crystalbrook Albion! My husband and I came to Sydney for our honeymoon and wanted to spend a few days in Surry Hills. The hotel accommodations and location were both excellent, being very close to central station. The hotel is clearly committed to sustainability, very eco friendly, without sacrificing amenities. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the shower had excellent products and water pressure. The room was small but lovely. They even greeted us with a bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate our HM. Must also mention the excellent complimentary breakfast, with a self-serve espresso machine to make lattes as well as fruit and delicious pastries to help yourself. Lastly, the rooftop terrace is superb. We loved enjoying our breakfast in the sun on the quiet, private rooftop. Truly an excellent hotel with lovely staff and amenities.

Lovely hotel! The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very cosy and the bed super comfortable! In the morning fresh and local pastries will be waiting for you in the mezzanine. There's a Honour Bar where you can make your own cocktails and "happy hour" between 5 to 9pm with delicious Gins. Make sure you check the rooftop. An adorable spot to admire the views over the city :)

The detail that I loved the most, that most hotels miss out on was this: A magnifying mirror in the bathroom and good light! I appreciate that so much. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi was fast and steady, the shower was big (two showers, a waterfall type of shower and a regular) the AC was easy to operate, plenty of TV channels, a modern clock with two USB chargers on the bedside (if only ALL hotels had this!) two bottles of cold water in the fridge and some small goodies, fruit and biscuits available for free in the little kitchen by the front desk... One morning I asked the guy at the front desk if he knew what the weather was like today. He actually got up and went outside to find out for me! How is THAT for great service! I loved this place. Every city needs its own little Mrs Banks Hotel.

This small, friendly hotel is in the heart of historic Paddington with many cafes, restaurants and shops around. Our room, although not large was comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom had a generous bath and shower, but lacked a little in terms of bench and hanging space. The foyer lounge has good tea and coffee available all day and some pastries at breakfast and fruit. Reception staff were very helpful with advice, maps, etc. I hope to stay there again.

Just spent a relaxing 3 night break at The Challet. Had the largest room in the place that was very cosy & nicely adorned with art works (as is the entire place). No TV’s in the rooms, but has a cozy TV sitting room if the need to view arises, with plenty of books & games to keep people amused. Hosts were very welcoming people & happy to chat. Lovely dining area used for breakfast only at present & general lounging around. In the evening you can sit in front of a (real) open fireplace & sip a few wines, to the soft sounds of some easy jazz. Very relaxing! Not available for dinner at present unfortunately, as there’s no chief available on staff. Great local bushwalking areas to explore, for all skill & fitness levels. Would also highly recommend the Hydro Majestic’s historical tour, or just visit for a look see, a coffee or a high tea with spectacular views to the valley. Some nice restaurants 4kms west at Blackheath, if you didn’t want to tackle Katoomba’s busy Main Street. Would definitely look a return stay if back in the area again.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Chalet Guesthouse and Studio in Medlow Bath over the weekend. The attention to detail is evident everywhere, from the original period dining room with its cozy open fireplace to the quiet lounge areas that provide a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the Blue Mountains. The guesthouse is a true art lover's haven, with a remarkable collection of artworks. Our room (no 2) was comfortable, with all the amenities required for a weekend away. The smaller size of the guesthouse ensures that the service is personalized and attentive by the Davids. The location is perfect, nestled in the quiet village of Medlow Bath but still centrally located in the Upper Blue Mountains, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a unique and memorable stay in the Blue Mountains!

This is an older building but is kept very tidy and is very cozy. David was an excellent host, very accommodating to our needs and providing a general welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The included breakfast was a nice standard continental with paid options for hot alternatives. The best part of breakfast was the King Parrots being fed right outside the dining room window (ask the host what time they are fed to catch this). David was also very accommodating in cases of eating an earlier breakfast on the mornings we wanted to get up quite early. The rooms were also older but warm enough during cooler evenings and with a bed comfy enough to rest in after a long day of walking. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower. The location is a short drive to Katoomba, walks, lookouts and scenic world so this suited us fine. The final cherry on top was the extra Easter goodies gifted to us over our Easter weekend stay. We left very satisfied (in large part to our host, David).

Chalet Guesthouse was amazing - comfortable, friendly, home from home. The hosts went out of their way to ensure our overall stay would be something we would remember for a long time. The decor was tastefully done with a fantastic collection of artwork throughout. A comfortable bed, facilities, charming sitting room and breakfast completed a memorable and relaxing stay. This was our second stay at Ace and it did not disappoint. We had a Terrace room this time around (a large last time). Whilst the room was smaller, I really enjoyed it and loved being able to slide the door open for fresh air. The terrace was a nice enough size to sit on for breakfast, or a lazy lie down on the day bed. Housekeeping were great and the room was very clean upon arrival. The bathroom was well designed and user friendly. The shower had decent water pressure too. Nice fluffy white towels - replenished daily. All the staff were just wonderful - so friendly and welcoming. Included breakfasts were really good and the coffee was terrific. We didn’t eat at Kiln this time but enjoyed drinks in the lobby bar, which is calm and contemporary during the day and a vibe certain nights of the week. A lot of fun! I think it’s an awesome hotel in a great location (so close to so many fabulous restaurants and bars). I would definitely recommend and will return next time I’m in Sydney.

They whole place is great! The rooftop bar/ restaurant upstairs is beautiful as well as the lobby bar, on top of that the staff within the whole hotel were amazing! So kind and welcoming. The room was perfect, on the smaller side but not tiny, super cute looking as well as comfortable! Honestly nothing to fault ☺️

Only a couple of negatives: Pool- only gets sun for around an hour a day due to the buildings so if you are after a sunbake not an idea pool In room dining- very basic and average in room dining experience. Limited options and do not cater for dietary requirements.

The building is stunning. The foyer and bar are gorgeous. The staff, Matt in particular, were friendly, helpful and professional. The pool area is fun and temperature perfect on a sunny Sydney day Breakfast was a treat, the Luke Mangan restaurant was fabulous. The room was spacious and welcoming. The Kimpton Margot is the most beautiful hotel. It had such a good feeling from the moment you walked in. The staff are so friendly and always smiling. My husband and I stayed one night celebrating our anniversary and the team at the Kimpton made it such a wonderful experience. The hotel room, bar and breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed pre dinner cocktails and food at the lobby before heading to the roof top bar which was great. Next time I’ll definitely remember to pack my swimmers to take a dip in the pool. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Sydney CBD. 😊

Swimming in the pool in the morning, floating on my back and looking at the skyscrapers, and then going downstairs for great coffee, juice, and ricotta and figs on a crumpet for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly, they gave us friendship bracelets when we arrived because we were there for the Taylor Swift concert! And they were accommodating when we asked for an extra bed. The second bed they brought into the room was not very comfortable but the main bed was comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is super nice and the interior design of the hotel was cool. The rooftop pool/bar was a good vibe. They also had bicycles you could use! Good location too.

Room was amazing, so spacious and very clean, the bed was also very comfy, and the blinds once closed made the whole room really dark which was night for sleeping. The bathroom was very modern and had a huge shower! Great location, only a 2 min walk to the train. Also loved how secure the complex was, gates to enter that you had to buzz your card or ring the intercom to be let in. Staff also very lovely and friendly

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a great stay! The apartment was extremely well-equipped and very comfortable. It’s in a fantastic location with easy access to every area of the city. The pool and spa were an added bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience – I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for five days and enjoyed our stay immensely. The position of the suites for exploring all parts of Sydney was excellent. All staff we came across were helpful and cheerful. The room was large and well laid out. My only small criticism would be the shower as it had a small shower head as opposed to a rainfall one. The pool and jacuzzi area was nice and clean and the bathrobes were very useful. The electrical appliances were great but you could use a few more bits of cutlery. These are very minor items and we would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

So conveniently located to sights , malls and our families. Having the restaurants downstairs for breakfast lunch and dinners was amazing and so beautiful inside. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our room WOW so comfortable , beautiful and the daily servicing we are so grateful. The view daily both day and night from our room was a treat and seeing the kangaroos outside such an experience.

Perfect for overnight stay with the family. Modern bathrooms. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Right next to the Leagues club for entertainment and restaurants. Tip - If you are including breakfast, go early as they do run out of items that they won’t replace after 9am (breakfast is in the Leagues club not the hotel)

I did not expect this exceptional comfort with holiday inn, the bed was firm and very comfortable their pillows has 2 kinds the soft and the firm ones and my kids loved it!!! The room size was large enough for us!!! And the staff who greeted us was very accomodating and warm. I think the only down side was, good thing I didn't include breakfast with our booking as I've checked the food next door and it was just the normal or usual breakfast buffet, I think lunch would be better as they have the signature buffet.

We hadn't previously stayed at a Holiday Inn (or that part of Western Sydney), however as the Holiday Inn is part of the IHG Hotel Group, we decided to book it as it was close to an event we were attending. The room we had was comfortable and it was very quiet; and although the room overlooked the car park we didn’t hear any traffic noise (there’s plenty of free car parking at the hotel but not under-cover). There are no dining facilities within the hotel itself; however there is a Leagues Club adjacent to the hotel which has dining facilities. We included the breakfast option within our booking, which we felt was very basic and unfortunately we didn’t enjoy it either as the fruit and pastries were dry and unappetising (breakfast is available within the Leagues Club). All in all, the staff were courteous, helpful and efficient and although the hotel isn't centrally located, it's within a reasonable driving distance of the major highways. Unfortunately, there’s limited choice of other restaurants and pubs besides the Leagues Club, that’s within close proximity to the hotel.

This was a fantastic hotel and was perfect for what I needed. The pool, spa and sauna area was fabulous and loved that the security came and checked in. Great little coffee shop across the road and the pizza downstairs was delicious!

Stayed at the relatively new Meriton for 5 days. The location was perfect for my business trip. I lived the suite with views, out door balcony area to sit , great size of the suite with 1 bedroom. Convenient undercover parking, pool and gym. Shopping centre conveniently close by.

The Hotel Apartment Complex was very nice and spacious with everything that we needed, including two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the kitchen, along with a combined lounge, dining room and a hideaway laundry. The bedrooms had a TV and one in the main lounge room. We opted for a Balcony suite with nice views of the area. The hotel also has a pool with a heated spa and sauna.

The apartment was amazing. More than I expected. The pool and spa were fantastic as well. Having parking under the apartment was an extra bonus. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a very new venue so everything is modern & clean. Had an Executive Apartment on Level 5 & it was grand. Big, comfy bed with thick curtains so got heaps of sleep. The kitchenette had a great amount of gear if you want to cook, but i loved making a coffee every morning & storing my lunch for the next day. Cleaners clearly take pride in their work as the place was spotless. There is a great gym on-site plus steam room/sauna, might have even been a pool. Very impressive with the gym, way better than other hotel gyms and the photos give a good overview of what equipment they have available. The hotel is also located on the Main Street so it was easy to find, and conveniently located 100-200m walk to heaps of shops, cafes, pubs & restaurants. Right next door is a great IGA that sells pre-prepared meals and salads plus heaps of other grocery items so you can stock up for dinner or lunch. I really loved this place and will definitely stay again in the future. Also appreciated the great reception staff and grabbing a coffee in the morning from the cafe/florist at the front of the venue.

The apartment was really comfy, spacious, well designed and quiet, the bed was large and comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well, the staff was always available and ready to help. Really spacious and clean bathroom, kitchen part is equipped with all the necessary, tea/coffee and coffee capsules were placed everyday. Also there's a supermarket and a couple of cafes nearby and a metro station just in 5 min walk which is really convenient.

Location! Super close to the train station, some nice restaurants and cafes; easy ride to the city. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they hold our bags on storage way earlier than check in time. We got an upgraded room, nice, which was spacious and clean, it had everything we needed. Amazing shower and gym facilities! Although the room was at the front of the building, it was pretty quiet. We loved it!

Great apartment! The room was large and very comfortable. It has kitchenette with everything the traveler needs. Coffee machine and coffee pods produce very tasty drink. Hotel has good exercise room with sauna and steam room (great quality and free to use). Laundry facilities are also free (soup provided). The hotel is next to the Metro station and 10-15 minutes from the train station - very convenient for visiting Sydney places. Sydney public transportation is great and easy to use with just touch of your credit card. The hotel is just quarter mile from the start line of the Sydney marathon - very convenient for runners.

Very good continental breakfast with plenty of choice including Avalon's own homemade granola mix which was delicious with the natural yoghurt and very good quality specialty breads for toasting and enjoying with a range of toppings. Avalon has thought of everything required in a bathroom including shampoo, conditioner, body cream, makeup remover wipes, hairdryer and good quality towels. The shower was excellent and didn't leak and although the basin is small, it does the job nicely. Natty cane table with tuck-away chairs in the room and also in the breakfast room which don't take up too much space. A lush, tropical garden with the added delightful bonus of a visit from wild but extremely tame kookaburras, rainbow lorikeets and sulphur-crested cockatoos that Rudi fed during breakfast providing quite an amazing show! Rudi & Avalon are very hands-on hosts serving breakfast and providing local information and interesting conversation. For us, a much more enjoyable experience staying at a traditional-style bed and breakfast than an impersonal Airbnb!

Rudy and Avalon were the perfect hosts. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the balcony was the perfect spot to relax and gaze at the calm blue ocean yonder. The deluxe continental breakfast put on by Avalon was absolutely flawless, delicious and it set us up for the day of walking around the local area and exploring. We even got a bird feeding show from Rudy while we were having breakfast, we saw the giant cockatoos and kookaburras, and the tenacious and charming lorakeets, as well as the brightly coloured king parrots, all having breakfast with us together. Thank you guys for making our Good Friday stay something really special!

Rudi and Avalon are amazing hosts and happy souls, they make sure you are comfortable during the stay. The breakfast served by Avalon every morning is delicious, whilst Rudi feeds the native birds - the whole experience is beautiful. The rooms are clean and have an amazing view from the balcony. Thanks Rudi and Avalon for making my stay so memorable :))

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything about our stay was perfect. I brought my mum—an absolute Home and Away fanatic—and we stayed in the ground level room with an ensuite. It was spotless and comfortable. Rudi and Avalon are the kindest, most thoughtful hosts. They gave us fantastic tips on filming locations and the best local spots to eat. After our day out, we returned to find the heater on and the lounge room set up for Mum to watch her favourite show—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast was a real treat—don’t leave without trying Avalon’s homemade granola, it’s a standout! Watching Rudi feed the birds was a highlight, and we were lucky enough to have kookaburras perched on our hands. The tropical gardens added a peaceful, relaxing vibe to the whole experience. I honestly can’t recommend this bed and breakfast highly enough. The space is beautiful, the atmosphere is calming, and the hosts are truly incredible people. A memorable and heartwarming stay!

Incredible stay for our anniversary at Spicers Potts Point. This boutique hotel has a feel of an intimate guest house rather than a hotel. Staff are attentive and friendly and provided some excellent recommendations for local places to eat. Breakfast was delicious with a made to order cooked selections complimenting a delicious range of fruits, yougurts, cereal and fresh breads. The room was spacious, clean and the personal touches such as fresh fruit and cookies daily were beautiful. The bed was probably the best we have slept in! Would highly recommend.

Chic and freshly decorated in a contemporary style with great art and photography. Friendly and helpful professional staff. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable room, windows that open for fresh air was a plus. Walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants. We walked twice to the Circular Quay through Woolloomooloo and the Botanical Garden along the waters edge right from the hotel.

Excellent friendly staff. The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious, and bed super comfy. We liked the location, with several good restaurants a short walk away, along quiet leafy streets. (Especially the restaurant across the road from the hotel, with the amazing city view!). We really liked how this hotel was decorated and presented. With less rooms than the other big hotels in the city, we hardly even saw other guests. We'd choose to stay here again, next time we are in Sydney.

Stylish accommodation in renovated combined terrace houses with tasteful and lovely decor and extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are delightful, friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a select array of delicious options with extra surprise touches such as a little blueberry friand with your cup of tea, and there are yummy biscuits on the reception bench for guests. The Potts Point location is ideal for transport and restaurants.

The personnel were beyond amazing! Sam and Zak couldn't have been more friendly, professional, helpful and added a great deal to the enjoyment of our stay. Breakfast was excellent; good variety and well prepared. Location was excellent and convenient to transportation. Also, the shower was amazing!

This apartment hotel is perfect place for a tourist stay in Sydney. Do not be worry about its position, the way to the all tourist spots is easy by trains - Mascot station is 5 minutes from the hotel gate and you will be at the Circular Quay in 20 minutes. The hotel rooms are very good equipped for the stay, we loved washer and dryer after our 14 days cruise, the reception staff is perfect and the proximity of nice restaurants (Western legend BBQ...) is big plus. The indoor swimming pool and steam room is perfect for relaxation after long day in Sydney.

The location was excellent, near Mascot Station & very close to Woolworths & many different cafes. Suite was very well appointed, generally & clean. Very quiet, apart from aircraft noise, which is to be expected. Excellent facilities like gym & pool in the building, which I didn't use. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

The room was as shown in the pictures, comfy and spacious. Kitchen and bathroom well well-equipped, including a separate washing closet (including washing machine and dryer). AC is efficient and quiet. The swimming pool area with a steam room is a great addition. The hotel has a great lobby with a lounge for waiting. Finally, the building is well located, close to the airport and next to the metro station.

The lovely reception on arrival. The room and ensuite were very clean. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchenette provided various teas, coffee, and hot chocolate, biscuits, and milk, which was very much needed after the long drive. Kettle and toaster provided. We had our own car space near our room and a pool. It was our second time staying there and will stay there again 😊

Great property and in a great location. Check in was easy and excellent amenities including gym and heated pool. Concierge was very helpful. My only concern would be to make a vacuum cleaner available for guest use as there was debris on the floor that a broom couldn't pick up and it was a big floor area.

Location is excellent. Directly opposite bondi beach. Accesibility was a slight issue with pram. Our room was up a few stories in an elevator but there was about 10 stairs down to our room so we had to carry the pram up and down which isnt great. Make sure you check this accessibility issue before booking if you have any form of wheels! The apartments are directly above shops and cafes and close to bondi icebergs ocean pool. There us a woolworths about a 500m walk which is handy. Very clean apartment. Nice and spacious. We had a view of another building though not the beach so thats worth checking also :) Would definately stay again. Microwave, washing machine, kettle, oven and stove provided. Comfy bed and nice clean sheets. Biggest problem was the $45 a day parking. That’s alot of money added to a stay but pretty common for Sydney.

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much, Vicky and your housecleaning team, for the consistent upbeat and sincere welcome and gracious and helpful service. Our room was large, clean, no smells, beds comfortable, kitchen modern, updated, and well equipped. We were nervous about a 38C day but our room aircon (plus blinds down during the hottest sun) worked perfectly. Our Bondi beach view through the trees was stunning morning noon and night. The location could not be improved upon, with easy access to the beach down the hill across the street, Icebergs across the street, and to all the Bondi shops and services. Woolies (groceries) is about 8 mins walk. Rare motocycles exhuberant revving on Campbell Pde but our bedroom in the back was quiet and we slept well. Convenient in-room washing machine -- then we'd use the drying rack. As a cyclist, I appreciated that Vicky was OK with my carefully storing my clean bicycle in my room, although I gather you should check the room type as some involve stair access. The best stay of our holiday. We would love to come back someday.

We loved the location, the view was breath-taking and being so close to Bondi Beach was amazing. The kitchen facilities were perfect for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, and being able to open the windows for fresh air was a bonus. Having laundry facilities was very welcome. It was so convenient to have a variety of cafes, shops and supermarkets very close by as well as a bus stop only metres away. The apartment was perfect for us 3 adults and a 6 year old child. Whenever we contacted the staff they were totally friendly, efficient and obliging. We'd definitely stay here again.

My travelling companion really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were - in the end this is invaluable for a good stay! After hours check in was seamless. Shower was nice and hot, with a good pressure (though water did pool on the floor of the shower, rather than draining easily). The soap etc. smelled lovely. The plug points on the bed wall did not work, but then we discovered the many plugs on the bed, and in the kitchenette cabinet (many more plug points than at other properties). Great kitchenette if you need it - we did not. Spacious room, though hanging space was limited, as below. Very conveniently located for the needs of our trip.

From start to finish, this was a top class stay. From the moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff who wanted to do everything they could, and more, to make you feel comfortable. We felt at home from the start. We were given local recommendations for breakfast and coffee, our bags were taken to our room, the room itself was cosy, comfortable and clean. There is really nothing bad to say about this place. You can book a shuttle to the airport, a bar opposite if you'd like a beverage, plenty of restaurants/coffee shops to go to in the local area and great links for public transport. Would recommend this hotel every time and if we come back to Sydney we'll be staying here!

Staff were so welcoming (thank you Jesse and Jacki). Lovely clean hotel with comfortable bed and cosy, quiet room. Nice touches include the bathroom products and the chocolate treat. Very convenient location surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars, also quick walk to town and Oxford St.

I don't even know where to start with how amazing our stay was. We arrived on a Friday at 9am after a very long flight and we couldn't check in until later as the hotel was full but the lovely Jesse let us have a shower in his office and leave our bags when we went out. We received a text letting us know our room was ready and we headed back and he had put our bags in the room for us. (there is no lift so it was very much appreciated). Jesse is the secret weapon in what is already an incredible place to stay. He made the whole experience even better than it was - and it was already fantastic! There was a little bottle of wine and some Maltesers as a welcome which was lovely. The room itself was large and unique. There were windows on both sides and a lovely breeze went through. The room had all the facilities we needed. There were also lots of water bottles available to take if we wanted to and everything was so clean. It is a terraced building with a little outdoor patio area, a balcony on the front and a little parlour to sit in if you wanted to. I wish we could have stayed longer. It is right across from a bar but we never heard any noise. It is surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, quick walk to the bus and train station too. I would definitely stay here again.

Love the location, the community, and the Medusa team. The breeze through the open shutters on a warm day is instantly relaxing. Rooms are comfy, safe, and peaceful. The mini bar, bath, and Aesop products were big wins. Wifi works well and there's a little hidden kitchenette in room to assist with food/drink prep.

This hotel is a heritage building with a lot of character opposite a park. My room was on the 1st floor across a small landing from the main building, looking out onto a leafy green courtyard garden, so it was quiet and tranquil. If you like a modern style then look elsewhere - this hotel is traditional style, clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows, lovely clean bedding, plenty of windows that you can open, a ceiling fan, table and chairs and extra chair by the fireplace, en-suite shower room and small kitchenette area with fridge kettle and microwave. Room was as in the photos. Friendly reception staff and overall a comfortable and peaceful stay. It’s a slight uphill but pleasant 7 minute walk from the Lightrail stop (15 min ride from Central Station) and there are cafes and restaurants, chemist etc all within 3 minutes walk from the building. There’s also a nice cool shady veranda to sit out in at the front of the hotel where you can easily while away an hour with views of the park. I enjoyed my stay, felt safe (police station is at the end of the road!) and comfortable and would return again next time I need to stay in this location. Thank you for a good stay.

I've always booked CBD when staying in Sydney. Wanted to do Coogee to Bondi walk so checking out Coogee, stumbled upon Avonmore. What a little gem. Beautifully restored former mansion, overlooking Alison Park. Feels like you're nowhere near the city, but it's literally 15 mins on light rail from Central to Wansey Rd (one stop from royal Randwick) with a short 10 min walk up Alison Rd. We were upgraded to a king suite with a balcony overlooking the park. Beautifully restored room with a large balcony. On suite addition with shower super powerful. Our room (27) had an aircon and plenty of bathroom amenities. There was a fridge and cups and plates etc. Also plenty of supplies of coffee tea sugar and milk. The reception staff are very polite and helpful. Our room was ready at 12:30pm after we asked to store luggage as we were arriving around 12 noon. Super comfy beds. The room felt super luxurious. Sat having a drink on the balcony in the evening, watching different birds. Very quiet.

A grand old house over 130 years old, but still quite new and well-reserved. Our room was large, clean, well-equipped and included a small kitchenette, very convenient and comfortable. The hotel manager, Mr. George was always friendly and helpful, he let us to check in early! The hotel was in quite location, but near the public transportation stations and there are many delicious restaurants and Randwick shopping mall around. It was quite close to Coogee Beach, beautiful place! Excellent Service! Hope that next time we can stay here a little longer!

Very nice staff, George is looking after you and your needs as much as possible. He is helpful and efficient. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable while the location is just perfect. Given how central the location is it is surprisingly quiet right next to the park. Nice heritage buikding in great condition and maintained well.

It was a bit like going back in time, living in a large mansion like this, in a room with balcony overlooking a park and playground. Of course what must have once been an open house, is now compartmentalized into single rooms which feature a bathroom added into each like a giant shoebox with a door. The room was spacious, perhaps a bit dimly lit, and otherwise very comfortable and nicely furnished. Breakfast exists only across the road, but I found the quality and atmosphere in the 169 Cafe, about 2 minutes from the hotel, quite nice. Only fruit was really missing during my stay. There are quite a few restaurants (of average to good quality) within 10-15 minutes, and so is the UNSW campus. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was quiet and comfortable Breakfast a Parlour was very enjoyable and I was able to take time out to do some work and enjoy breakfast. Coffee was very good. At the Gowings Bar, it was a nice spot to kick back and do a but of work over a drink. One of the waitresses was very attentive skipping around the tables to ensure that you had food and or drink. It made for a great experience. Location was perfect with proximity to Rail, Tram and Buses.

We stayed for 1 night on Sat 1st Feb in the Junior Suite with the Round Bath to celebrate my partner's Birthday. The staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to make our stay romantic. Upon entering the room there was a lovely bottle of red wine and a handwritten Birthday card. The Colour scheme, the decor and the vibe of the Hotel and our room was Beautiful. It was dark and moody - perfect. The view looked out onto George St directly across from the QVB. A drink upstairs in the bar area was lovely before going down in the lift, down some stairs to exit via our private entrance onto Market St then a short walk to the Light Rail when we went out to dinner. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and the round bath was a touch of luxury for us both to relax in with our wine. We loved our stay and had a beautiful night. Thank you to all the staff at QT.

We had a short but very enjoyable stay. The room was quiet, clean, spacious & equipped with everything to make for a very comfortable stay, including kettle & coffee machine. Inner city location was perfect for our needs. We loved the theatrical decor & had dinner at Gowings which was outstanding. We look forward to coming back for a longer stay! Thank you.

Super convenient location on Market Street, especially for shoppers being across from Myer, Westfield, David Jones etc. The hotel is in a character building - it was a little hard to find the entrance to the hotel ( up a lift just inside the cafe entrance) but was rescued by a friendly member staff. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with rain shower, lovely bath and separate toilet which is great. Excellent food, fast room service. Happy hour in bar with limited choice but very good cocktails. Little French cafe on ground floor does excellent steak and frites as well as breakfast.

The facilities, the pool especially my teens made use of it coz we were in Sydney for their rugby tournament so nice cool pool was the best recovery. The buffet breakfast i must admit was the highlight for me especially the pancakes 10/10. Thank u again for an amazing stay.

Lovely clean room. Perfect for what. we needed. Pool was big, clean and lovely set up with shade cloths and plenty of sun lounges and chairs. Great quality pool towels for guest use.

Our room requests was honoured (very appreciative), comfy beds, peaceful sleep as the hotel was quiet. Delicious buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price, lovely pool, and extremely convenient being able to walk through to the Liverpool Catholic Club for restaurants, a cafe and kids playground. It was fantastic to come back to after a day out exploring.

Not our first stay at the Mecure Liverpool and definitely won’t be our last. The facilities are clean, the kids loved the pool (even though it’s not heated), the restaurants at the Catholic Club are family friendly. The staff at the hotel were friendly and super helpful and if you drive, there is plenty of parking.

Perfect location for a stay-cation. The pool, gym, free parking and especially the club being connected to the hotel. No fuss, no confusion! The staff was exceptional, very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We liked everything about the apartment. it was sparkling clean and had all the amenities promised. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedrooms were very comfortable as well. The location was fantastic- convenient bus lines, close to the supermarket and good restaurants. And the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, serviced each day. Very comfortable king sized beds. Nespresso machine and capsules. Everything you might need if cooking. You can walk to George street to catch light rail. Central station not far. Taxis readily available. 5 to 10 mins drive to Paddington. There is a nice cafe for breakfast and lunch in same block. Two Asian cafes, pubs not far. IT WAS QUIET! We would definitely stay again.

Excellent staff and concierge. Special mention to Nic, as he more than made up for any potential shortcoming of the place. Friendly, attentive, and pleasant, and hands down the best staff I have seen in a long time. Location wise, two minutes away from Chinatown tram and plenty of restaurants. Superb connection to CBD and close to train station. Pillow options to choose from, and showers were extremely good. Room was modern, and balcony was a nice touch in the morning. Overall, very good stay and would recommend to those who want a pleasant, safe, and convenient stay.

The 2 bed apartment was roomie enough to have 4 extra visitors and not feel like we needed to go to a restaurant. The beds were comfy. The location was fantastic! Great restaurants near by and within minutes. Cocktail bars as well. Darling Harbour, paddy’s markets and museums all within comfortable walking distance we even walked to circular quay after the museum. Daily room services were great too! Great cool breezes!

I was with my two youngest grandchildren & we loved everything about the hotel. It was close to the Wynyard train station & a Coles store. The swimming pool was their greatest delight & they also loved the gym. The pool was actually a bit too cool for my liking (my late husband & I used to live in Cairns). Staff were excellent, friendly & extremely helpful. Sydney is a beautiful city being right on the harbour. We enjoyed a train trip to the Blue Mountains & a ferry ride to Manly (except that a seagull pinched our fish!!!)

The rooms were very comfortable and the location is excellent. As a family we were staying in 2 rooms and asked to be near each other and were put side by side which was great. The children enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi although the pool is long and quite narrow so we had the most fund when we had it to ourselves! The rooms are well equipped with dressing gowns, toiletries etc. You have to pay quite a bit for a rollaway bed for a child. All in all, it was a pretty good stay.

Excellent location - 10+ min walk to harbour and botanic gardens. EZY Mart across road. Bathroom was spacious and ample amenities provided. Had a gym and pool although we didn’t use. Had a balcony we could open doors for fresh air! Comfy beds and pillows

Very clean n feel just like home, everything U need there, from kitchen to gym n Pool n groceries Shops n Restaurants. The receptionist (iris) was really helpful in making the check in feel comfortable. We wish we stay a title longer, but we will definitely be coming, we have an overseas trip, really close to the airport from mascot station.

The beds were beautifully comfy, the shower was amazing and the complimentary body wash smelled incredible! Foxtel on the TV was nice. The rooftop pool was beautiful! Dinner at the restaurant was genuinely one of the nicest dinners I've had in my life.

Some modern equipment especially the weights machines would be nice. Good breakfast meals, options to size of coffee would be good. Great and welcoming atmosphere to dinning. Appreciated the availability of an EV charger. Ideal location would be in a well lighted area. However, I understand its location due to security. Would definitely take my family for a stay in the summer to enjoy the rooftop pool.

Lovely grounds, beautiful pool area, breakfast area was charming. It was quiet so I had the pool area to myself. Large spacious rooms. Quiet. Comfy beds.

The breakfast was amazing especially for kids. It had a chocolate fountain. 🙂 we didn’t have kids with us but still ate the marshmallows. They also cooked the eggs made to order. The grounds have a lot of wildlife especially lizards. The games room had ping pong, we played snooker in the bar and there’s a family pool and an adults only pool.

Such a beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds. Rooms were very modern and clean. There was an adults pool with hydrotherapy spa pool which we loved. We will definately be back for another staycation.

We loved the Crowne plaza. The weather was cold and we enjoyed the cosy restaurant and the open fire. We also had an afternoon drink in the bar which was enjoyable. We had a cocktail and a small cheese platter . The breakfast buffet was delicious with coffees to order. Very nice in the gazebo. I saw a beautiful indoor pool and a bit of a playground for kids. Of course it is right on the golf course for golfers and close to Windsor. The rooms were comfortable and there was free parking onsite. Everything we needed for a weekend escape.

Location location location. Watson Bay is one of my favourite locations in Sydney. So relaxing. The hotel is totally keyed into the beach vibe and is a two minute walk to the ferry pier which gives you access to anywhere on Sydney harbour. The room we had (202) had a great view over the park and partial of the beach. It was large and well appointed with a big bathroom including seperate bath shower and toilet with luxury Lief toiletries (which can be bought as well). Nice beach resort decor and all the staff, although young and hip very professional. Nice beachside restaurant and iconic beach bar that serve great food and beverages in a casual resort atmosphere reminiscent of the 50s. Free parking a real plus. Recommend a swim at the Watsons Bay Baths about a 5 min walk and seafood at Doyle’s which is on the pier.

We really enjoyed our stay. Watsons Bay is such a lovely location and the hotel was perfect. Modern facilities with great character. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Beautiful walks with breathtaking views are right on the doorstep. The only thing that could have been improved was the shower - the shower head wasn’t great. We would definitely stay again, and for longer next time around.

Front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was notable how good each staff member was. As a boutique hotel, these guys are very well staffed and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location with easy access to Watsons Bay Ferry to Circular Quay and the local bus network. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Great set up for a family with a king bed downstairs and two single beds in the second story loft. There is also a park across the road for the kids to run around. Perfect for those not wanting to stay in the hustle of the CBD but wanting to be close enough to enjoy the CBD attractions. Breakfast was fantastic. Australian breakfast was very fresh and ingredients were top quality The Beach Club restaurant was a hidden gem. Free parking at the doorstep to the hotel was unbeatable.

The hotel is lovely and luxurious. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was great, the rooms were perfect with the most amazing view of the city skyline. The food in the hotel restaurant was impressive with lots of choice and kids meals. The hotel location is perfect for getting in and out of the city on the ferry and to be out of the hustle and bustle. The perfect location for families.

What a stunning location. Beautiful views, calm and peaceful. Whilst it's busy during the days on weekends if you stay there it's lovely during the week and deserted at night so perfect for a chilled out relax. Rooms very comfortable, we have stayed in both a Harbour room and a park view room, both great. Access to ferries and buses is so easy, walks give you amazing harbour and ocean views. Friendly staff, pubs meals downstairs are convenient too.

One of my best stays in Australia! The hotel is around 5 months old and you can see everything is new. The room was great and very clean. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was light but sufficient. I liked their Nespresso coffee in room and in the all-day lounge area. The jacuzzi pool and gym are small but nice. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and a Woolies a few minutes’ walk away. I will definitely stay here again when in Sydney.

New hotel in great condition. Close to train (22 minute walk) and restaurants. Woolworth's 7-8 minute walk. Room a little small. No chairs or sitting area, must use the bed. Breakfast is continental but good. I suggest some hard boiled eggs be added to the buffet. Tough to get a full cup of coffee from the coffee machine. Parking is excellent and secure. Pool is a large hot tub. Gymn is small, two machines but brand new. Would stay again.

Small but comfortable rooms and lovely bathroom with excellent shower and bedding was very comfy. Wifi sketchy but sufficient. Pool was over-rated and spa situated roadside so not very relaxing. Gym consists of only two equipment options. Small house-keeping issue; cup and saucer had not been washed.

Rooms are very generous in size. Has kettle, toaster fridge, crockery and cutlery...all you need! Location is perfect, out of CBD but has bus right outside the door. Beds!!! OMG soooo comfy, pillows fluffy but firm. Towels so fluffy and lovely. Pool was fabulous 🤩

Recently stayed here for 4 nights and was not disappointed. An excellent hotel that provided a high standard of service throughout. Check in was smooth, quick & easy. Our bags were held securely until the room was ready without issue (we were early). Hotel has a grand facade and foyer area, very well kept, modern, bright and of a high standard. Our room was a twin room with 2x double beds as we travelled with children. Room was large, spacious, comfy and excellently presented. Very modern, lovely soft furnishings and really comfy beds. Modern TV, well stocked mini bar and fridge with snacks (extra charges), desk, couple of chairs, small couch, lovely bathroom with toiletries and large bath with a separate rain shower. We had an issue that was resolved quickly by changing rooms and little fuss and the 2nd room was just as good. All staff were really helpful and friendly. Bar was really nice, restaurant too. We only ate breakfast which was a buffet style with a large range of choices and chef available to cater for specifics. WiFi worked really well throughout. My only criticism is the lack of options for eating for those with allergies - this could be better catered for. It’s very central with good transport links, only a 10 min walk to Circular Quay. Overall, would recommend, thanks for a great stay.

What can I say but simply the best hotel in Sydney from start to finish it was absolutely excellent very efficient friendly check lovely professional smiling staff a great start to the stay then our room we stayed in King Tower Room very spacious with every amenity comfortable bed lovely large toilet shower area, spacious relaxing area with writing desk in the morning fantastic buffet breakfast with a great choice of dishes fantastic food, and every staff member at this hotel was helpful professional and smiling making you feel welcome it was like been at home The training of the staff absolutely shows through great management I work in the Travel Industry and travel extensively but i can say this is one of the best and most professional hotels i have ever stayed and will certainly return Thank you for an amazing stay

Great rooms, very clean and amazing pool, sauna and spa. The facilities are pretty new and you can wash your clothes inside of your room. The only thing was that the curtain in the bedroom doesn’t really cover the whole window so you wake up with the Sun straight in your face.

Clean, everything needed is a supplied, large room, good shower, parking on site for a small fee, swimming pool and gym. A short walk to Macquarie centre and the metro station

They even offered a discount at their attached restaurant which serves really great lunch, dinner and drinks. Walking distance to all attractions and to the nearby station that takes you straight to the domestic and international airports in 15 minutes. All out, perfect stay. I will always come back here when I visit Sydney. They even upgraded my room to one with a balcony! Also, the reception is manned 24/7 which helps you feel secure and catered for.

Breakfast : good selection hot & cold easily accessible & plentiful. B'fst time period available very convenient. Very quick, easy & staff helpful & efficient. A welcoming area, kept clean & tidy. My son and I had an amazing stay at Song Hotel. It was a perfect hotel with excellent staff service & hospitality, wifi, ambience, cleanliness, amenities, location was perfect for sightseeing, the morning buffet breakfast was awesome, the choice of food was so healthy. We were greeted by Sanjay who gave us a very warm welcome. The team of staff was so helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you for such a memorable stay and we would definitely recommend to all our friends and relatives.

Great location, walk to buses, trains or into city. Very comfortable, clean and quiet room with eco friendly refillable toiletries. Staff were friendly and very helpful and we were given a delightful upgrade. Breakfast was awesome with hot and cold choices and good coffee. We didn’t use the restaurant or happy hour but by all reports, they are both worth a visit. Would definitely stay at this hotel on future visits to Sydney.

We booked this hotel for our first trip to Sydney as needed a hotel for before/after a cruise. I must have spent hours trawling Booking.com/Trip Advisor.....but thankfully it paid off! Honestly, this place was perfect. Location wise, it's 5 minutes walk from Museum station (for trains directly from the airport) and in a nice area 25 minutes stroll to the opera house/cruise port. The Micro Queen room was comfortable, modern, clean and bigger than I expected (although we are used to staying in Premier Inn hubs!). The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The staff are very friendly and professional and the hotel's ethos is commendable. If we ever come to Sydney in the future, we will book Song Hotel.

I had a personal request which was kindly and efficiently handled by the manager. I would recommend a stay here to anyone visiting Sydney wanting a luxurious, quiet and centrally located base to return to after a full day out. Thankyou Albert team, you are exceptional.

I stayed at the Admiral for two nights in February, The Admiral is situated in Mosman – an ideal location for transport (Ferry, Bus, Taxi) links to both the city and the Northern Beaches. Check-in was welcoming and professional, and I was shown to the Telopea Suite – a Heritage Room with a Balcony, with roomy well-appointed ensuite with both free-standing bath and large double shower. The room has all the usual amenities one has come to expect but it became apparent that every single detail was carefully considered, and priority given to Australian products. The bed looked inviting …but words cannot describe its comfort …. and the pillows …. never in a hotel have I experienced pillows that really were like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast menu covered several dietary options, served indoors or out … freshly prepared to order by helpful and smiling staff. During the day grazing plates of local meats, cheeses and chutneys are available … beautifully presented and very memorable. Restaurants are within walking distance and it isn’t far to the Quay for the ferry and a short, but always memorable ride into the city. I note that one reviewer was unhappy with the location. I am a very light sleeper but was not disturbed by noise from any direction – clever windows! Would I recommend a stay at the Admiral. Absolutely!

Lovely breakfast room and terrace. The staff were very friendly and the young lady at reception and who we also met again at breakfast the next day was very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We were upgraded when we requested an early check-in, staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Our apartment was exceptional, very clean and comfortable. We were on the 74th floor with amazing views. Great location also and although the pool was out of use we were offered the use of the pool at another Meriton close by. We will definitely be back next time we re in Sydney.

VERY spacious room (High floor) with amazing views towards the naval docks. Handy to public transport (I managed, even with a fractured foot), shopping, restaurants and attractions. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room had everything and was very comfortable. Loved the two chairs facing the sunset view. The pool and other facilities are out of action for annual maintenance, but the use of the same facilities at the sister hotel across the road was offered if required.

The location is fantastic, so many bars, restaurants, cafes just under the apartment. Also supermarket and shops. The apartment was spacious and well designed. The best this was the view we stayed at the 66th floor with amazing view over the bay. The pool and gym are a must with view as well. Amazing place, highly recommended.

The property is so spacious and has everything you need. The view cannot be beaten. The pool is outstanding and so clean. And on top of all of this the location is exceptional- walk to everything and so much right on your doorstep. Then there is the staff - genuinely friendly, so professional and truly went out of their way to make our stay special.

Room tv was working great, bed was really comfortable, air conditioning was easy to adjust, bathroom was easy to walk in and easy to use, toiletries and robes all refreshed and clean. I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel near Darling Harbour. The location was perfect — just a short and enjoyable walk to both Chinatown and the city centre, around 15 minutes each way. I love strolling around the harbour, especially at night, and this hotel made that so easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cozy — I slept so well. The staff were all friendly, flexible, and genuinely helpful. One of the little things I really appreciated was that they allowed me to take breakfast back to my room, which made for a relaxed start to the day. The breakfast itself was delicious, with good variety and generous portions. The whole package from Luxury Escape was great value, and I’m really grateful I found this place. It felt like a hidden gem — perfect for anyone wanting a central location with a warm, boutique feel. Highly recommended!

Everything about this hotel was fabulous! We came for my husbands birthday and they went out of their way to make it special for us. Our room had an amazing view of Darling Harbour on the 6th floor, they organised Champagne at a reasonable rate for us and the beds were like sleeping on clouds, they have amazing matress toppers that are super cosy! Breakfast was fantastic, delicious and super fast. The team that work there were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. We chose not to get room servicing everyday but the day we had it they did a superb job and left everything spotless. The deck outside was a nice touch and let you enjoy the view. The location is perfect - it lets you get a few steps in before you head off an eat over on the Harbour.

Location was fantastic, close to the light rail so it was so easy to get around. Beds were super comfy and the bathrobes were luxurious! Restaurant and bar were really good, all our friends that stayed too all made comments on how good the cocktails were. Our room had a balcony and an amazing view. All staff were so friendly and chatty when we sat at the bar. Good coffee!

Great location and value for money. Rooms were clean, comfortable, modern and had everything we needed for a short break in Sydney. Loved the room extras such as refillable glass water bottles in the mini fridge, slippers, Rituals shower gel and shampoo/conditioner, tea and coffee facilities in the room with good quality tea bags, Dyson hair dryer, great shower with lots of hot water and a really comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check into 2 out of 3 rooms booked early in the morning which was much appreciated given our early arrival. We had breakfast included in our room rate and it was great value. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. Less than a 3 minute walk to Parramatta Westfield and train station. An Ezy mart right next to the hotel. Great location for getting on the train and getting around Sydney. If you are a light sleeper, my recommendation would be to ask for a room facing the pool, as there some street noise that was out of the hotels control, that kept me up at night. However the room was lovely. Lots of places to eat and shop. The pool was fantastic after a hot day out exploring.

The Hotel was in a great location, our King Deluxe Suite was very nice with everything we needed and very comfortable and a great balcony to sit out on. It also had a good size pool and other amenities for all to enjoy. All the Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was walkable to restaurants shops pub's train station and the tram's. Would definitely recommend going to the Hunter and Barrel Restaurant for a special occasion . Lovely food and lots to choose. And lunch or dinner at the Woodpack Hotel food is yummy and very reasonable.

It was a really nice stay. Everything from the lobby to the pool was perfect. My room was really luxurious and modern while still feeling comfortable and cozy. They also made sure to clean my room when I was out. Honestly, I could not have asked for more, service wise. The only thing that was not ideal for me was that the rooftop bar was closed on Monday and Tuesday. However, considering the hotel is in the middle of Parramatta, there was plenty to experience and it wasn't the end of the world. If I could I would love to stay again. :)

I stayed at Quest for a work conference which was held across the road from the hotel so it was very convenient. It was a pleasure staying at Quest, very quiet and relaxing. I checked out but my flight was later in the afternoon so I had time to spend time by the pool which was lovely, clean and comfortable.

POOL AREA WAS CLEAN & SPA JUST NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. ALWAYS FRESH TOWELS AND GYM HAD ENOUGH EQUIPMENT TO DO A WORKOUT. The room was clean and spacious. We were on the same floor as the pool and spa so it was really convenient. The Belrose Hotel was just down the street and the food was delicious. IGA is across the road and super convenient as it the 2 minute walk to the train station so we could take the 10 minute ride into the city. We had a great stay!!!

Great that they allowed us to check in early but found out it was one for handicapped without a closed shower place and a strange automatic room door. We finally changed to another normal room and stayed there 4 nights. Generally everything good especially capsule coffee and milk available daily. Close to train station, restaurants and bars. The pool was freezing cold but jacuzzi and gym was nice.

My children used the pool and enjoyed a lot. There is a great view from the pool room as we were unable to use the roof top bar as it's for 18+ years. Clean and comfortable, and modern decor. Loved the foyer with the old and new. Recommend.

The hotel is so near to opera house and shops.Also,the heated pool.However, it would be more enjoyable at least to have a small pool for the kids where they can swim freely and safely.

Excellent customer service. We arrived before check in so our bags were taken to our room for us. The lovely reception staff organised a birthday cake with a personal note which was a lovely touch. Room was spacious with very comfy beds, pillows provided based on your preferences, and the view was amazing. The indoor pool was wonderful. The kids loved to swim while I sat and soaked in the view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

Amazing location - everywhere is walkable and the ferries are two minute walk away. Breakfast was fabulous, the decor of the hotel is stunning & the view from the pool area was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here, we were a family of 4 and our teens loved it too !

Hotel very central,with good coffee shops close by. The famous beach only 5 mins walk. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The pool and poolside area were very inviting.

Lovely apartment hotel, ideally situated. Our booking said there would be a bath, but there wasn’t, which was the only bad thing I could say about it. The staff were lovely and the pool has a pool and outdoor seating area you can use. It is right next to a market and restaurants and you can scan their qr code to order essentials to your room.

Good location and reception area. Excellent large room with comfortable bedding. Heated spa and cooler pool was a bonus. Would have been full marks if a robe and slippers were provided for pool use at least.

Location and proximity to Rouse Hill shops and to Hillsong Church. Less than 10 minutes on the Metro to Norwest Station. Bus stop out front for a quick ride to Rouse Hill Metro. Excellent and spotless rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. Excellent and professional cleaning staff. OMG! I ordered my dinner by the QR Code provided for the Fiddler Restaurant and my Guinness Pie and veg arrived in 8 minutes! 😃 Can’t wait to have a swim in the pool this summer when I stay again.

Another example of a new, quintessentially modern Mercure. Superbly appointed with manicured gardens and ideally located adjacent to the famous Fiddlers food and entertainment complex. Convenience to The Fiddler restaurant. Convenience of quality meals/room service all day and evening. Very efficient ! Convenience of the bus stop out front and into the Metro at Rouse Hill Station. Excellent hotel, I stayed in a ground floor room, superb accommodation, spacious and perfectly comfortable for 2 nights. Couldn’t fault it. Dinner was great in the super large pub adjoining the hotel. Pool location was pretty poor directly outside the reception and pub area - not that I used it. It’s more plunge than swim!

Perfect location — just steps from the main shopping street. Parking is available only 100 meters from the hotel for $60. Beautiful views, even though our room faced a construction site. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable. There’s an amazing bar on the 22nd floor and a warm pool that’s perfect for a refreshing dip. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Loved the room and rainshower was amazing. Great pool and the included breakfast was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and always helpful. Spot on location close to light rail and lots of Sydney CBD fun.

The location was absolutely perfect and so convenient. The rooms were modern and clean and had everything you need. The pool was heated and lovely too. The breakfast was just average, but otherwise, amazing stay!

We loved our corner room with views down the city streets. Enjoyed the furnishings and mood lighting in the corridors. Dean & Nancy’s on 22 was a great spot for cocktails (book ahead!) and breakfast the following morning. The pool was fun after dinner, loved looking out on the city lights.

What a lovely area Ryde is , this hotel has a decent size room with some great touches , big fridge and a microwave, iron , bathroom is very nice with walk in shower after a a quick check in we went to the massive shopping enter across the rd , loads of food outlets and an Aldi , there’s a local pub serves Guinness and loads of other choices , multiple screens showing sport , pool and darts available too, bus links to town centre every 10 min cost $1 for the 20-25 min , hotel replenish tea and coffee daily , room cleaned every day fresh towels , chill out room , everything is here even a roof top with barbecue!! Will even see the NYE fireworks from the roof tonight, highly recommend this hotel , we love Sydney but as we’re from Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 it’s a bit far to come again 💥

We enjoyed our 8 nights staying at Studio 8 Residences. The location is very convenient for travellers to go to the city or to the West of Blue Mountains. There are buses and night buses to reach the hotel in a few minutes' walking distance. Top Ryde Shopping mall across the road has Coles, Woolworth, BigW,Kmart, and many good restaurants and food courts at a reasonable price. The hotel room has a nice balcony, a microwave, a kettle, a big refrigerator, and a sink, which is very convenient to make your own breakfast. On top of this, there is a common kitchen and coin laundry. We cooked twice in the kitchen for fun. The rooftop has a city view where you can do bbq or watch firework. The receptionist (2 male students, an IT student, and a martial art student) during the New Year period were very friendly and helpful. They made you feel welcome and a home feeling. The housekeeping, Wone had done a great job in keeping the room clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay from 30 December 24 to 8 January 25 at the hotel. The hotel also provided a free airport shuttle to the hotel, but we didn't use this service. We booked Uber to the airport and costs around aud 60. We will definitely recommend Studio 8 Residences to our friends.

The room was spotless clean, a lot of storage space, location was great, right next to top Ryde shopping centre, parking was very convenient and affordable, shower was very powerful, full size fridge is a bonus, outdoor furniture on the balcony was super clean as well. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely book it again when we visit Sydney next time.

I liked having the small kitchenette, a microwave is perfect if you don’t have the time to go out for breakfast. There’s enough bowls, plates and cutlery for two along with supplies to wash the dishes. The bathroom had ample shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makes a huge difference when other places supply a small bottle and there’s two people. Having a shower cap was welcome as well. Although the property is located just off a main road, it was quiet. We had a view from the city from the balcony and the property is located next to a school which again, keeps weekend noise to a minimum. Located just across the road from a shopping centre, perfect if you need to grab a few things and not far from Accor stadium for our concert.

I had an exceptional experience staying at Studio 8 Residences. From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless — the level of cleanliness is truly impressive and gave me immediate peace of mind. The amenities are excellent for the very affordable price of a room per night. Having access to a full kitchen, laundry room, recreational area, and secure parking made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. It felt like a perfect balance between a hotel and a home away from home. The location is another major bonus. It’s extremely well situated — just steps away from great shopping, a variety of restaurants, and easy access to public transport and major roads. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. Exceeded our expectations. Best things were balcony above circular quay for watching ferries and harbour bridge climbers. Great corner spa bath, hotel pool and hot spa. Comfortable beds including kids sofa double. Clean kitchen but could have used one small sharp knife and the onky cooking spatula was melted. Washer and drier worked. Freezer made ice but ice cream remaines strictly soft serve only. The kids were OK with that. I would stay again with family.

Modern refit of pier buildings and all the vintage touches that remain are great. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms. Amazing views, can walk everywhere, fun bar downstairs with a gorgeous sunset view over the harbour. Had room service breakfast everyday which was perfect.

We had a room with a Juliette balcony overlooking the water. It was amazing the room was spacious, the bed was so comfy like a cloud and the whole atmosphere was amazing. The room had a coffee machine and all you needed. We were thrilled with Pier One. The staff made it extra special for my 50th birthday on this day. The staff GM Kim, gave us such a beautiful welcome when she was advised it was my 50th. The team at reception the dinner team , Liam our server, Anita and Prakriti were all so lovely. Kim even escorted me through a party and took some pictures of me for my special birthday under the harbour bridge which was extra special.

Best location in Sydney right by the iconic Harbour Bridge and a 10 minute walk to the Opera House. Historic building, beautifully updated with high end design and features. Excellent, friendly and super attentive staff and top quality food, breakfast and cocktails. Beautiful views from the terrace at sunset. An exceptional experience, we will return!

We loved our room. It was comfortable and quite. The breakfast was exceptional. A perfect start for exploring the city. Also the bar was very good and we wish the restaurant would have been open on more days, we could enjoy it only on one evening. But no prob: There are many restaurants nearby.

The wonderful location - the interior flowed out to the harbourside, great for a casual dinner or just drinks. The restaurant and the Bar menu are fabulous! The staff are exceptional - polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, all amenities and comfy beds. Everything was excellent.

If you walk 2 blocks to George street there’s a train that takes you to all the tourist spots so the location is very good. The gym was clean and good too, we didn’t use the pool but it looked nice if a little small. The restaurant downstairs was great (Henry’s I think).

The location of the hotel is amazing! Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is a must to do whilst waiting for the sunset. The bed is comfortable. The room is nice, clean and modern.

Enjoyed our stay at the Porter House Hotel. Easy to get around the city from this location and the staff were very lovely and helpful. The room was very comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was outstanding and the coffee also gets 5 stars! The pool was refreshing, but not very deep (0.9 metres). Will definitely be booking this hotel again next time we are in Sydney.

Lovely family weekend break. Very modern and spacious rooms and very close to everything and nice cafe and bar downstairs. Pool was disappointing and a little pointless…90cm at its deepest and only about 8metres long but gym was well enough equipped.

Loved everything about this motel, the location, staff, facilities. The tiny features from complimentary soft drink in room, Nespresso coffee machine, slippers & perfect mattresses! So clean and fresh 😊 the rooms are so spacious. There is the west hq right next door with incredible eateries to bowling and Timezone across the parking lot. The gym & free access to the pool are a bonus! Lots of free parking! Amazing for families we had so much fun using the surrounding facilities 😊 And then had the best sleep followed by a full buffet breakfast in the morning!

The rooms were a great size. Beds so comfortable and the pillows were exceptional!!! Large bathroom with really hot water. Free use of the guest laundry. Breakfast was lovely. Parking wasn’t a problem as there were lots of spaces available. Complimentary use of the Aquatic Centre. Our 9 yr old went swimming in the heated indoor pool . This is the second time we have stayed here and definitely won’t be our last. Staff are friendly.

Room was spacious and clean. The shower was large. The access to aquatic centre was enjoyable, but you have to try and go between classes, or there won't be room in the pool.

The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There was a balcony with a view and it was easy walking distance from a lot of facilities including a major train station. Staff were helpful, and there is a restaurant on site. Parking is limited, but there are options available that don't mean moving your car too often. It is very close to the airport, which is convenient, but noisy. We slept through it beautifully though.

Location, spacious room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, clean, quiet considering there is a well patronised pub downstairs, buses, planes and trains just outside the door. Loved the balcony and view to the city skyline.

Apart from being directly under the flight path from the international airport, there is nothing to fault this hotel. It is directly across the road from the station, has a brilliant restaurant and bar downstairs and the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. All the windows are double glazed which cuts the noise of the planes. We slept well with the balcony doors closed. Coffee nearby in the morning set us up for the day. We will stay again.

The place has an amazing view of sunrise and beach. The staff made our room tidy every morning whilst we were out and about. It's just a perfect place to stay for relaxation after a long day out of driving around Sydney the whole day and we just love the area walking down the beach, swimming in the natural pool, the delicious menu in the Pavilion next to the hotel, the ambiance of our room and the very accommodating staff! 😁

We stayed for 4 nights mid July. The staff are very welcoming and most helpful nothing was a problem. As we had an early arrival we were able to leave our bags at reception which they then put in a secure room for us, which was really appreciated! The room was clean and lovely with a great view from the balcony of the park/beach area. The kitchen amenities came in so handy what a bonus, the bathroom was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfy and they had extra pillows in the closet and blankets in the draws. Loved the TV as you could select from a wide range of movies which is handy when you are recuperating. You only had to dial or ask at reception if you needed anything which was taken care of promptly. Pity we couldn't use the roof top BBQ for dinner but the weather was way to cold, must be great in summer thou. The beach walks are fabulous. We were over from NZ for an operation at Prince of Wales Hospital and I would recommend these apartments/rooms to anyone wanting to stay in the Coogee area, it was very convenient. Thanks to all your staff for a really enjoyable trip :)

I had an amazing stay at Moxy! The vibe of the hotel is so fun and modern — everything from the decor to the music in the lobby makes you feel instantly welcome. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always smiling and ready to assist. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I also loved the common areas — perfect for relaxing or working. I’ll definitely come back and recommend Moxy to anyone looking for a cool and vibrant place to stay!

We stayed here for one night when we arrived from a red-eye from overseas and they were very accommodating. Maddy at the front desk was a warm, welcoming associate who made me feel appreciated from the minute I arrived! The “crew” at this property were all exceptional! I don’t remember if I’ve ever stayed in a Moxy, however it was a very interesting Marriott experience. It was a low-priced immaculately clean option, not too far from the airport, and provided a free shuttle. For all of these reasons, it was the perfect place. As for the room, it too, was a very interesting and unique experience. It is perhaps the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, in my life. However, it was made very efficiently and the use of the space was clever with various hooks and shelf. The bathroom sink is inside the bedroom and there is no closet. However, this is definitely the perfect place for a night or two if you want to be by the airport. I will be staying here again due to its convenient location. Additionally, the breakfast was very good. It contained lots of interesting items, including the largest jar of Nutella I’ve ever seen, with a pump! Breakfast was spread out over a large space and you could sit anywhere you fancied within the large lobby. Again, quite a unique experience! I’ll be back here due to its location! It’s also the only Marriott-branded property near the airport!

Love the atmosphere, the decor , the bar and cocktails, the meals, breakfast & the quirkiness of the bar, lounge area and rooms all made staying at Moxy loads of fun & relaxing. Exceptional stay!! Everything about this hotel was amazing, comfortable, clean and wonderful staff. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and many options, complimentary water stations both in lobby and on each floor is so convenient and they offer both complimentary airport shuttle and secure self-service luggage lockers/storage. I will be looking at Moxy hotels from now on as I travel.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was beautifully clean and more spacious than shown in the pictures. The pool was in excellent condition and stays open until 10pm which was a great bonus, especially if you have kids. The location was so close to the city with Ubers being speedily available and the ferry is also very convenient. We will stay again!

The location of this property is excellent. We spent the weekend exploring the area and also has easy access to the city. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for a family of 4. The hotel also has a great pool, spa and gym. Our room had an amazing view of the city.

I have stayed in the Silkari now on multiple occasions. And I like my stays there, generally. It is always immaculately clean. Depending on which room you get, spacious, but I would avoid at all costs the ‘hotel room’ as they call it. Find another hotel if that is all they have left. Unless you literally just want somewhere to rest your head, for one night. The one thing that competitor hotels to the Silkari in Chatswood don’t offer, that I love is they make up your room every day. This is a major plus. And for coffee lovers, free coffee in the morning. Otherwise these are my other thoughts Staff – hit or miss, 3/5 Room – if it is not the ‘hotel room’. The sofas aren’t overly comfortable but generally no complaints 4/5 Shower – real hit or miss, can be great or dreadful in terms of power. Towels are good and always look fresh 3.5/5 Kitchen – clean, modern. Fridges can be a little on the noisy side. Could do with more cooking utensils. Haven’t used the oven 3.5/5 Bed – not had an uncomfortable night. But would add, and I haven’t, as I always forget, take an eye mask. The blackout curtains generally don’t blackout 3.5/5 Cleanliness – amazing 5/5 Location – great for restaurants and Westfields 4/5 Facilities – none sadly 0/5 TV – hotels aren’t what they used to be, but at least they have a movie channel of sorts 3/5

Excellent location, wonderful helpful staff and lovely rooms. So convenient and close to everything you need (and more), rooms were spacious with room for the additional bed. Nothing was too hard or an issue for the helpful, friendly staff and the complimentary coffee cart in the foyer in the morning was a really nice touch. Exceeded expectations, especially for family of 5 when it sometimes can be harder to find family friendly accommodation.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with modern furnishing. Reception staff were helpful and responsive. The complimentary coffee/hot chocolate in the mornings was a hit with the kids. The location was great with loads of restaurants and takeaway available.

The location is perfect as it is walking distance from Chatswood Train Station and nearby shops. The room is spacious, clean and elegant. The receptionists are professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you very much Silkari Suites at Chatswood.

My one night stay in this motel was very positive, with easy, friendly check-in. It's very clean & quiet, despite being close to a busy road. There's a nice pool at the back of the motel. For those who like a walk, there's a shared bike and walking track down to the take-away restaurants and other shops. I only clocked up 3.5kms on the walk but the track goes further. This was a very pleasant and convenient stay. There's a restaurant at the motel, but I didn't try it. I'd stay there again and will try the restaurant next time.

It doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms are modern, clean & comfy with a kitchenette. You just need to bring cutlery,plates & bowls. The pool was good for a swim & has laundry facilities also.The takeaway shop next door & the Chinese restaurant were very convenient also with nice food,

The pool was lovely, big and also very clean. Very handy having the washing line also as we were staying for a Futsal comp and the kit needed to be washed and hung out to dry each night. Very pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay.

Simply superb. What a great facility, location, set up, and service. Stayed 3 nights and was fantastic. Great location for planning hikes etc and sightseeing. Added bonus of wild Cockatoo cheekily tapping on window and I fed them some seed and bread. The grounds are spotless and well maintained Out and about, we dined in Katoomba but if you want to prepare food at the studio there’s a combo microwave etc. coffee maker, kettle and fridge available. Really is a fantastic set up, and should we ever come back to Oz we would definitely book this place for longer. Some fantastic walks.. make sure you go to Minnehaha Falls for a swim in rock pool etc .

The Retreat was very quiet & peaceful. The perfect location for a relaxing stay. I must admit the fireplace was so cozy and welcoming as soon as we opened the door. It was definitely our favourite! We booked the 2 bedroom apartment so our teens had their own studio upstairs. And we stayed downstairs so we all had our privacy and alone time while still knowing the girls were safe since the upstairs & downstairs were connected. Everything was perfect from the reception to the whole experience. We would definitely recommend staying there to anyone wanting a comfortable stay away from home.

The apartment was welcoming, clean, self-contained, and very comfortable. The fireplace was lit when we arrived, and the room was toasty warm. The forest behind the apartment is beautiful! The reception lady was friendly and helpful. Easy to find. Parking in front of our apartment. Cute kitchen facilities. Comfortable bed. Huge towels! The spa was amazing. It is made for 2 people to enjoy with a large window and a view of the forest. We saw 3 Crimson Rosella's and a possum outside our room.

Close to all the viewpoint locations and smaller towns. Easy to find and in a very quiet location. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the room was just amazing so comfortable. The bathtubs are so relaxing. We even got parrots on our balcony which for wildlife lover was a dream!

Beautiful, peaceful location. Walking distance to tracks around Wentworth Falls & a 5 minute drive to some great restaurants at Leura or Wentworth falls village. Comfortable bed and room. The location was amazing, the room we had was spacious and luxurious. It also has direct access to venues like establishment bar via the elevator so it feels like you never even left your hotel. The location was perfect and having an allocated parking space was really convenient. Your reception team was very accomodating, kind and helpful. We were within walking distance to Penrith Westfield so we had the convenience of having our breakfast & dinner there. We also walked to the massage parlour and back. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet. I would definitely choose Quest Penrith again in our next trip. Highly recommended if you're travelling for work, business or even as a family.

An amazing hotel. The room was fantastic, had all the amenities one could ask for. The hotel staff were always extremely hospitable and friendly maintaining a professional and understanding attitude even though sometimes I’d collect the new key at the 11th hour. Staff were absolutely fabulous, friendly and very welcoming. Consiering it is next to the train station, I was very pleasantly surprised at how quiet my room was even though it faced the railway station. The room was comfortable and the bed was very comfy. The Quest is within walking distance of Westfields, a huge variety of restaurants and cinema. I will definitely be staying there again.

Very comfortable studio apt, close to the airport prior to our flight. The hotel is an easy walk(300m) approx from Mascot station. The area has plenty of good cafes&restaurants to dine in or take away to the hotel. Apt has a good kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery& crockery- and tea/ coffee. Staff are very friendly& helpful Bed very comfortable, shower good with nice amenities Shuttle service available every 40mins approx.

We stayed twice at Adina Apartment Hotel Mascot — first for 4 nights in a spacious and very comfortable one-bedroom apartment with excellent facilities, then again for 2 nights in a smaller but still very comfortable apartment, perfect for a shorter stay. The staff were very helpful and kindly stored our larger luggage while we visited Uluru. The location is great too, with easy access to the airport and central Sydney, plus a vibrant neighbourhood around the hotel.

The location was excellent for our needs. It is close to the airport with a shuttle to and from available. It is also very close to shops and restaurants and the train station so we could get to the city easily. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was good to have a sink in the kitchenette. The double glazed windows block out a lot of sound. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff at reception were extremely helpful and very friendly, nothing was an issue. Really nice Japanese restaurant on site with amazing food. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Close to airport and lovely rooms. Would stay again for sure.

A beautifully renovated boutique hotel in the heart of Sydney, close to central station, opening up onto the lovely spice alley for meals. We booked a king plus single room with ensuite for 3. Minimally furnished but it was very clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. I was a little worried it might be noisy, especially since it was Saturday night, we were near the rooftop terrace and bar, but it closes at 1030pm and it was a quiet night = great sleeps! Seemed to be a mix of ages, families and couples. Would definitely stay again, especially with family.

Love this hostel’s location: The Rocks is a beautiful area with amazing views of the Harbor and so easily accessible from Circular Quay. The staff were very helpful and the hostel has everything you may need: great kitchen and peaceful common areas, 24/7 assistance and coffee shop, laundry and luggage room, rooftop bar with view of the Opera House, etc. We were very comfortable our entire stay! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Dont waste your money on the expensive hotels! The view from the roof top was just perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They make check in so easy. The accommodation was clean. The toilets and showers were spotless. You have the option to cook for yourself or you can order from the menu and the in house restaurant kitchen will cook it perfectly and they will bring it to you. So many things are in walking distance. We will be back again. Very highly recommend this YHA.

Hello everyone, I stayed at YHA Sydney Harbour for the second time, the first being in 2016. The location is perfect, and the view from the terrace is absolutely beautiful. I stayed in a 4-bed male shared room with an attached washroom. The room, bathroom, and storage area were all very clean and well-maintained. This time, I also tried the YHA Sydney breakfast – it was simple but tasty. I would love to visit YHA Sydney Harbour again!

The suites are central but on the edge of the river so the views were still lovely. Both indoor and outdoor pools, sauna & spa was sensational.

Beds and pillows were luxurious and comfortable. Impeccable. Feels like a luxury hotel. Toilets were amazing as well. Parking will be a challenge because of the limited spots so be prepared to walk 100 m from hotel. Still not too bad. Theres Woolies right beside the entrance of the hotel so the kids will enjoy this easy access. Indoor pool was nice too! Theres a ferry station right behind the hotel so thats super convenient. Its the Parammatta Quay. Took me about 75 mins to reach Sydney Opera House.

Great location not too far from the train station, very clean bathrooms, rooms are spacious with great views looking out over towards the city, beds were comfy with good pillows. The pool area was great had a nice relaxing spa

Nice place, staff could of been a bit more welcoming and informative about facilities and dinning options in the area, parking was a nightmare, arrows showing you where to go but leading to dead end causing people to be parked in and having to wait for people to reverse in tight awkward and uncomfortable spaces. We walked for Over 2kms trying to find somewhere to get dinner from and no cafes open around in the morning sunday for breakfast. Facilities like pool and spa was good, surprised to see inside and outside options. No restaurant or bar at the hotel.

I had a mini-suite which was actually pretty large, with great views over the river and the city. The indoor pool is great, beds really comfy, the staff very efficient, and it's in easy walking distance to the station and many restaurants. Bonus Woolworths down below. I particularly like how there are instructions for appliances (eg aircon) available online because sometimes you have no idea how to work everything.

We stayed in Room 1003, and it had a great view of the Bridge and Lavender Bay. The room was comfortable in size and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and whilst the bathroom was small, it was very practical. The shower was good and there was a good supply of toiletries etc. The staff were always friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The bar had a good atmosphere during the 4-6pm "happy hour". We also dined in the restaurant on one evening as the inclement weather discouraged us from going further afield. It was a good decision as our meal was most enjoyable. All up, it was a good place to stay with its location near the Nth Sydney Station and a nice walk down through Wendy Whitley's garden on the way to the ferry at Milsons Point.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and professional, from the receptionist Maria who checked me in to the bar staff and even the housekeeping staff. Everyone was polite, welcoming and hospitable. The view from the room was fantastic and it was clean and the bed comfortable!

I have stayed at this hotel suite before and have been happy and satisfied every time. The staff is friendly and helpful, the accommodations clean and comfortable, the recreational facilities (pool, sauna, spa, exercise room) were clean and well-maintained, and I love being able to prepare simple meals in my room. I will stay here again in the future.

Hotel location was super convenient. Metro stations and Light Rail stations very close so getting to/from Sydney Airport or other parts of Sydney was a breeze. Hotel had pool, jaccuzzi/sauna. Room was clean and spacious with a kitchen. Quiet. Close to Convention Center. Lots of places to eat close by, good grocery store a block away.

Accessibility to almost everything walking distance to shops restaurants and tourist attractions. Our room is nice clean and spacious kitchenette laundry & dryer it’s just like home. Pool & sauna is a bonus love it! We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very professional and kind. The location is excellent. The pool water was very cold but the overall recreational area was amazing.

I had a five-night stay here and it was a very pleasant base in the city centre. Arriving early evening there was no queue at all to check in and it was completed in moments. My room was on the fourth floor and at the end of the corridor. Views from the large windows weren’t overly spectacular but it was possible to see the Saturday evening fireworks at the Quay which was great. The decor was modern with a good amount of storage space and various lighting options. Everywhere was clean and the large bed comfortable. There was a good amount of storage space in the bathroom and the walk in shower was spacious and had great toiletry dispensers. I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work but there was a separate kettle and the air-conditioning was very noisy, but fortunately effective. There’s both electric sockets and USB-A sockets next to the bed although one of the ports was broken. Otherwise sleep quality was great and housekeeping always did a great job. I found the location really good - a short walk to key areas and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Plenty of transport options are also nearby. I'd certainly stay again and even for an extended length stay it remained cosy and comfortable.

For a weekend in the city this was a great value stay with a deal that included breakfast and 25% off food and beverage plus early check in and late check out if available. On checking in we got offered an up grade for $20 which was available for early check in which we took. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Room was very comfortable and clean. Dinner in the restaurant had limited menu but good service and opened at 5 which was good for going to the opera. Breakfast was usual affair, could have had better coffee and water for tea hotter. Hotel is more boutique style in a location halfway between Town Hall and Wynyard and close to Maritime museum at Darling Harbour. It is a bit hilly walking back to Wynyard where we used light rail to Circular Quay.

Very nicely presented, contemporary hotel in a convenient location close to Wynyard Station. Service was lovely, very friendly and approachable. Room was a generous size, very clean and the option to rent Dyson hair products was a nice touch! Breakfast covered a good amount of offerings without being too over the top (the chia pudding was delicious). We opted for a few share plate for dinner in the onsite restaurant, all of which were delicious, particularly the cured salmon, massaman curry croquettes and chilli caramel chicken with papaya. Minor noise from local Saturday night traffic but being on a higher floor, wasn’t an issue for us. Special thanks to Jialin who checked us out and sent a kind message afterwards. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were warm, comfortable, modern & quiet. Staff were very helpful & they had extra activities on for Vivid which was great. Walking location to shopping, siteseeing & public transport. The bar & restaurant is worth a visit for some live music some nights & amazing cocktails.

The ideal hotel when travelling with a large group - we could meet and hang out in the very spacious lobby and common areas. Plenty of nooks, a bar, cafe-style eating, a pool table along with a great pool and gym. Walking distance to fine pubs, restaurants, the NSW gallery and the Botanic Gardens.

Nice hotel on the water. Pretty loud music every night from the downstairs restaurants.. pool was clean and spacious. Room we had was clean and stocked. Central location, but no transportation. It’s walkable to Westfield mall and art museum. Few restaurants around and at the property itself.

I stayed at Veriu Broadway for over a month while relocating to Aus from the US, and it was an incredible experience. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable — cleaned daily and fully stocked with coffee, tea, and all the essentials. The lobby has a great vibe with a small café for coffee in the morning and beer/wine in the evening. The staff truly went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Johanna at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, assisting with both early check-in and late check-out and just fun conversation. Joe, the manager, was also fantastic and helped store my many bags when needed. Another highlight: free access to a full gym just down the street — a huge plus for long stays and parking. I would 100% recommend Veriu Broadway to anyone visiting Sydney. Amazing service, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere that made a big transition so much easier. There are alot of great cafes and a huge mall near by as well.Thank you, Veriu team!

The reception was always very helpful. Joanna and Joe very friendly and professional. Other staff too were helpful when Joanna and Joe were not there. Coffee was really good and nice searing area. The room was brilliant with lovely balcony to chill out and sit. Room was large and had all amenities such as washer , microwave and nice clean kitchenette. Bed was large and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone . Transport links were really good

Our apartment was just what we needed - great location, good coffee nearby, super helpful/friendly staff and really comfortable (esp needed after a couple of long haul flights!). Despite fighting jetlag, our room was perfect for a good nights sleep - quiet, black out curtains and one unbelievably comfy bed. Great amenities on offer in the room, including complimentary coffee, milk, washing up liquid and laundry powder. We will definitely be recommending this property to others.

We spent 11 nights at the Veriu and had a wonderful time. The beds are super comfortable and the sheets feel lovely and soft. The AC and WiFi worked really well. We really enjoyed having a little living room area and the convenience of a washer and dryer. The only downside is that a balcony with no furniture was pretty useless in our experience. The staff are all really friendly and the reception area is a good place to hang if you want to enjoy the happy hour. Location wise it’s brilliant. Walking distance to Chinatown but with a bus stop a short walk away to get you to Bondi or Central Station. Even around the hotel there are great restaurants in Glebe as well as a shopping mall. It really is a brilliant location as despite being close to so many things it’s a quiet street so you can get a good nights sleep. The only downside we experienced was that the people above us on floor 5 were seemingly dragging furniture around and the noise carried into our room. This was only for a few nights though. If we were coming back to Sydney we would stay here in a heartbeat. We had a really wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone.

As a last minute booking, arriving here was just the next best thing for me. Booked a junior suite which was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler. However perfect for just a couple as well. I absolutely loved it here so much from the awesome welcoming from the ladies and Simone the best host on Happy Hour. The room decor was beautifully placed & the small kitchenette/washer & dryer! Top it off. House keeping were amazing too checking in to see if I needed extra towels. My only down side, will have to be the bathroom. With bathroom tiles in an open space shower. It may pay to have some floor grips into the tiles, so no one slips and hurts themself. Very slippery with soaping water if you’re not careful. This place is central for all your needs, supermarket/cafes & mall literally around the corner. (2min walk) If you’re more of a site seeing type of person, in an Uber to Opera house it’s 15mins in no traffic to the airport 25-30mins . Thank you Veriu Broadway. See you again soon.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great - kids enjoyed the pool. Parking was good. The hotel and rooms are well presented - clean and tidy. The apartment had plenty of room for the family, and we enjoyed the balcony views. The location is also great, close to shops and trains.

Extremely clean, comfortable room with kitchenette that was perfect for me visiting my daughter nearby. I’ve stayed here before and requested the same room which I was pleased to get again. The room was quiet and I felt very safe being on my own. The communications from management and the lady on reception (sorry I didn’t ask your name) were friendly and very helpful. Parking onsite was booked out but secure, private parking nearby was available. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Camperdown. The location close to the hospital and university would make it ideal for others wanting to stay nearby.

Great location, if you are going to the Manning Bar, pub just up the road that has good food for dinner & a cafe directly opposite for breakfast. Free steet parking right by the motel available after 4pm. Lovely lady on reception who was really welcoming & helpful. We only stayed 1 night, the room was clean & comfy, couldn't fault the place, and will definitely stay here again.

The lady in reception was so nice and very welcoming. The room was very quiet, dark at night and clean. The shower had great pressure and everything was clean! A handy iron and ironing board. There is a bus stop just outside the front door, about 3-4 stops from central. After hours access was easy, and we had our own personal garage, worth every cent of the extra charge. We will definitely be back!

They upgraded me to a bigger room which was lovely. The room was quiet from the road and spacious. Having the kitchenette was great for prepping breakfast and reheating dinner/making tea in the morning.

Room and bathroom was clean. Bed was very comfortable. I stayed solo so the room size was perfectly fine for me. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - they always greeted me and were quick to help with any questions and requests I had. I also often saw staff going above and beyond with assisting travellers with things like bringing their luggage to their room, providing assistance with public transport advice to get around, giving advice on spots to visit and places to eat, etc. The bus stop at the front made it very easy to get to the CBD and Central station. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and found it to be great value for money.
