We really love the wave resort, the location is perfect, even though it was central location we didn't hear much noise from the streets downstairs. The facilities are pretty good, we love the big spa and infinity pool. And it was a spacious room with big balconies. We will definitely come back.

Great location in the heart of Broadbeach with Restaurants, Cafes etc right at the door and Wooliees across the street, beach a block away. Our room was amazing. Huge Suite able to sleep 8 with living space that felt could fit 50 people. Views from ocean to mountain and all around!! Pool with huge heated spa. Another smaller rooftop pool. Lots of BBQ, outdoor dining and lounge space. Gym, sauna, steam rooms

I absolutely loved the room it was clean and came with everything you could need. I didn’t expect to have any view of the beach but was delighted when I was on level 9 and could see snippets in 3 spots of the ocean. I also love their amenities and pools especially the rooftop pool which is always clean.

The facilities, location were amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance. We had a car and the option of having your own secure carpark was a bonus. An option of having two pools was fantastic and used on a daily basis. The rooftop pool had an amazing view of Broadbeach and surrounding areas.

The wave resort was great, great location, great views, great staff. Unfortunately due to pool renovations everyone was packed into a tiny pool and spa on the top level and not their fault but the construction work next door meant we had a crane obstructing our view of the ocean

We stayed in a superior 3 bedroom apartment on the 18th floor. The apartment was well featured and quite spacious, with lovely views of the beach / ocean and our over the lawn bowls and soccer fields. The kitchen was well appointed with adequate utensils, crockery, and cutlery. Hotel facilities include a tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, table tennis, pool table, and communal BBQ area. Front desk staff were friendly friendly and helpful.

Loved that they had 2 pools & the inside pool was lovely n cool.Sauna was great,Spa lovely & warm.Views were amazing.Was fantasic for our family getaway.We were a family of 6 .PArking for 1 vehicle was great as there is limited off street parking.Stroll to beach and eateries.

I chose these apartments as they have an indoor pool and with weather being unpredictable at times, I thought that this would be a good option. The weather was perfect but the children did want us to use the indoor pool on our second day. My son also enjoyed the spa. Netflix was already set up in the room which was a bonus as I usually have to log in with our own details.

Deb at reception was helpful, very friendly & informative. Close to the beach, easy access. Facilities were great, tennis court, indoor & outdoor pools & spa, all clean & a pleasure to use, even a library. Unit comfortable & very clean, had everything we needed & all in working order! Wiould love to stay there again!

Location was very convenient to shops. Apartment was very laid out and bedding was very comfortable. The spa was actually hot unlike some places and had great bubble capacity. Loved the indoor pool option as it was a very windy weekend. Apartment was very clean and the cleaning staff friendly. Excellent range of cutlery and kitchenware. Management were very helpful and friendly. Secure basement parking with trolleys to make getting your bags to your room in one load was a good surprise.

Facilities and as an avid swimmer the 50 meter infinity pool was sensational.

Fantastic property room had fantastic ocean view and was extremely well appointed. Had all facilities you could want. Pool was a very large infinity Pool on the 4th floor and ran the full length of the building with barbecues and grass area. Parking was plentiful and easily accessed for free.

When we arrived the reception team were friendly and the car park was easy to navigate. The unit was spotlessly clean and very luxurious with a fantastic view of the ocean. The infinity pool is sensational - and it’s very long, meaning that when it’s busy (eg lots of kids) you can still find a spot away from people. The spa is the perfect temperature and very large and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay here and definitely recommend.

We stayed in a gorgeous, large 3-bedroom modern apartment. Great pool and spa, though the building shades the pool from about 2pm in summer. Fantastic location. Only a block from the beach. Heaps of dining around, as well as supermarket access. Tram station is also a short walk. Only downside is there is currently construction noise which starts at 6am across the road for a new building, but we assumed this was why we got a great deal. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Exceeded our expectations, great friendly and helpful staff, close to everything, Broadbeach shops are starting to be a bit dated, Sushi round the corner was Devine. Will stay here again. Great pool and pool facilities.

We were disappointed that we were not pool side. We had no view of the pool.

3 bedroom , 2 Bathroom Apartment was perfect for us as we were 2 families staying . Location was excellent!! . Walking distance to Beach, shops restaurants , casino . The Apartment was lovely , clean & very spacious. Kitchen had everything you needed. Washer and dryer, very handy . The view from balcony was great. ( so lovely, we had Rainbow Lorikeet birds visit us daily and perch on the balcony ) Pool was lovely. Parking good.

Located at North Burleigh Heads the apartment location was great for shopping / dining etc at both Burleigh Heads and Miami. The apartment was modern, clean, great size and location with wifi, a heated pool, secure parking and views of the beach. There were a good range of shops and restaurants together with heaps of walking paths. There are two Burleigh surf clubs - we visited and dined at both - excellent value and stunning views.

amazing location right opposite the beach, nice to have the option of the pool as well. close to delicious restaurants and cafes. the apartment we booked was huge with a great view. staff were friendly and welcoming.

The view will not disappoint. Our apartment was beautiful, modern and clean. The kitchen had all of the utensils we needed and we had a lovely night's sleep. The pool was clean and well maintained, the perfect way to cool off after lunch with plenty of dining options within walking distance.

Our room was spacious and the view spectacular. It was incredibly clean and the grounds and pool were impeccably looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect!

Practically next to the Skypoint building Costa d'Ora is a very nice location tot stay in Surfers Paradise. Host Gary makes it even better so you feel yourselves immediately at home. Swimming pool is small but nice but who needs a swimming pool with the beach so close? The apartment is nice and clean but we missed a second pan to cook with. Spacious rooms and balcony. Gary invited us to the Skypoint deck (230m) and thanks to his information you will know a lot more about the Gold Coast, its history, the coming Olympics in 2032 and the things and places to see and visit.

The Costa D'Ora is a clean and comfortable Apartment with everything you need from a neat kitchenette, in-house Foxtel and an outdoor pool. Great location with only a 10min walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise, 400mtrs to the beach with the light rail trams around the corner. The Manager Gary was wonderful! He accommodated a slightly late arrival and is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. As it was my birthday he gave my partner and I a complementary tour of the Q1 Skydeck. Thank you Gary for such a memorable stay.

The host was amazing they where so friendly. It felt like home away from home we had fully equipped kitchen so we could cook all our meals. The pool was so clean my 6 year old sons favorite part. The property was fully locked at night time so was safe. The room was so nice and clean. The owner was a wealth of information. Next time we back to Gold Coast we will definitely be staying here again. 100% best place out

Quiet resort, close to all the action but not in the thick of it. Small pool, outdoor seating. Perfectly located for the beach and all that Surfers has to offer. Apartment was clean, with all the necessary facilities. Extremely helpful and friendly resort management.

The rooms are very nice. At night time you can hear the traffic if your room is near the road, otherwise it's very good,there is no sink in the kitchen area so you have to wash your dishes in the bathroom. The pool is nice and very big I do think there could be more chairs in the pool area. The BBQ area is nice to have a BBQ or to sit down and chat or eat lunch. It's close to the airport so if you're traveling somewhere you can stay here and drive to the airport the next day. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends!

We had a lovely stay at the Blue Heron Boutique Motel! They made traveling with a baby so much easier by providing a cot free of charge, which we really appreciated. The motel is in a perfect location, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. The pool was fantastic, and everything was so well looked after and very clean. The whole place had such a quiet and peaceful vibe. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay, especially for families!

So nice, a cute, clean, modern place. Staff very friendly. Quick check-in, free parking on-site. Pool area very nice,clean and a lot of greenery. Bathroom ,clean and spacious. Loved the water pressure. The renovation, spot on, very scandi, fresh. Bed extremely comfy. Like when password for internet is in the room clearly written. Aircon quiet and worked well. Location great. Even had a pod coffe machine with free coffe and free 2 bottle of water in the fridge. Great service.

Blue Heron Boutique Motel is an updated, spotlessly clean and comfortable motel. It was perfect for a 1 night stay with my daughter-in-law and baby granddaughter. Great pool area. Free parking. Our room towards the back was free of traffic noise. I liked that a microwave is provided in the rooms with cutlery and crockery too and also water bottles in the fridge. Spacious wardrobe, modern bathroom and really comfortable beds. Nice little Chinese Restaurant within a 5 minute walk and also the beach in the same time.

Liked the nice bar atmosphere, the restaurant onsite, beautiful grounds, nice views, the balcony’s for fresh air, and the pool/dining area for breakfast. The gym and pool were excellent, and the ability to stream your phone to the TV in the room was good.

The room was very comfortable and the grounds were immaculate! The kids loved the pool area and games arcade, would have been nice to have some pool facilities for a slightly older age group (8-12; rather than 0-5), but otherwise great. What an awesome view to wake up to from level 15! Brekky buffet was awesome, as was the Italian restaurant for dinner.

Parking in hotel directly under reception, beautiful views, room's furniture looked all new and modern, great place for kids aged 0-5, kids pool heated, family vibe, big pools so it doesn't feel crowded, waterside for kids was great, Japanese restaurant within the hotel was very delicious, breakfast next day was good, check ina and checkout was very smooth, great staff!

The pool area is amazing for the kids, but the pool chairs are very hard to get, we only manage to get one for a family of 4 and you see a lot of people trying to find one. The restaurant is good they have a great breakfast buffet, they have a free arcade for the kids and a great café inside, we felt the kids were welcome everywhere which was great

Pre book dinner if you wish to dine at the restaurants as they get full quickly (Japanese us amazing) Plenty for kids to do. But the pools are still not heated so we couldn’t get in the pools.

The pool area was lovely and was cleaned every morning, great size pools and loved that one was heated for a more comfortable swim in the morning when the kids wanted to hit the pool first thing. Location was perfect with a walk across the road to the beach and about a 5-10 minute walk to the tram to get to Surfers Paradise and Cavill Avenue for a dinner and bit of night life

Very large apartment with great views over the swimming pool to the beach. Apartment was huge and very well furnished we felt like royality staying there. Balcony was lovely to sit on and enjoy the view. Was so safe and parking space was excellent. Bedrooms and bathrooms were expectional. The lady on reception was lovely and we had a couple of chats with her, We would definetly stay here again.Pool, spa pool and sauna were great.

This was a beautiful beachside property. The room was so spacious and has been updated and maintained well. The outdoor pool was large and welcoming for all families. There was also a linen service and clean mud stay which was surprising and lovely. The staff were friendly and accommodated requests. It is located near Broadbeach Bowling Club and about a 10 minute walk to Oasis mall. It is an older building with those great pools and larger room sizes.

Fantastic location, the indoor pools were nice and warm and also really enjoyed the spa's didn't try the sauna, even the outdoor pool was a great temperature. I liked how we were notified and kept informed of the upgrades.

Location is just perfect for family. Beach and playground just across the road. Restaurants, bakery, cafés are 5min walk away. Indoor pool is very nice and warm. Gym is good. The flat on one of the high floor with ocean view was just amazing. Clean, well equipped very spacious and view from the balconies and bedrooms are just unbelievable. Own parking slot included and possibilities to play tennis too.

Our room was amazing, it was hard to leave. We had fantastic ocean views, the beds were so so comfy, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were just so lovely and helpful. The pool area is small but clean and perfect for the kids to play. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else now we’ve been to Xanadu. There are great cafes close by, and the local surf club is just a short walk. However the local grocery store is quite expensive so heading out to the supermarket is a good idea. We can’t wait to go back.

We had access to a fully equipped gym, sauna, spa pool, indoor pool AND large outdoor pool, we had a great time. We ourselves stayed on the 53rd floor, amazing views and a beautifully large room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the Gold Coast.

The room was clean and nice, the view was absolutely stunning. The pool downstairs was open till late at night, which was great as it was winter and got dark quite early. There was an outdoor pool too but it was too dark and cold by the time we arrived, so we chickened out and went to the indoor one instead.

We have stayed here numerous times over the last 10years. We love the ocean view, and the outdoor pool facilities. The pool area get full sun all day due to no surrounding high rises.

Had all the facilities you would need from in an outdoor swimming pool pools to gymnasium equip kitchen views of the coast value for money

The mini queen ocean suite is great. The spa pools and swimming pools to keep the kids busy.

Breakfast buffet was great and so was the a-la-carte menu. The kids loved the two pools. The salt-water pool has live fish and the kids can play on the sand. Lots of little nooks to relax by the pool and order food / drinks. Would definitely stay at the JW Marriott GC again!

Amazing hotel, super helpful staff and all hotel info provided on check in. Lots to do for families. Had heated pools which seems to be a rarity in Australia so this was a huge plus point. The sea pool had tropical fish which you could snorkel with too. Good selection at breakfast. Lovely spacious, modern room with a great view.

An amazing experience to stay at JW Marriott. The staff was very courteous and caring. Rooms were very nice and had great views. The best part was the breakfast at Citrique which has one of the most elaborate spreads that I had seen. Lots of options for vegetarian as well. And desserts that were quite delicious. The pool area is also very nice and cozy. Lots of lounging chair. They even have a large heated pool and a heated jacuzzi. Don't miss them if you are there.

The Macaw Mansions were excellent - really high quality accommodation, and in a fantastic location next to the pool. The pool area is nice, and having one of the pools heated is a definite bonus during winter. The birds in cages were beautiful, and well maintained. The play areas and activities for kids are excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

This is a wonderful Holiday park and had loads to do, great pools and even walks. We had the best time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We met with our daughter and grandson and they also loved the park. The pools are heated.

It was so peaceful and quiet as well as super clean. Lovely staff and great relaxing atmosphere. The kids loved the many activities on offer like Xplay, disco night, circus afternoon and playing tennis as well as the amazing birds and swimming pools.

This is one of the best dog friendly hotel/appartments we have stayed in. The front reception was so nice and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, the little backyard was heaven for our dog, the pool, the location. Wonderful experience and looking forward to coming back!

The staff at this property were super friendly and helpful. Paying for parking with no guarantee of a spot downstairs is a bit annoying plus the spots are super tight. The room was very clean and had great kitchen facilities. A better lock on the balcony door would be good as my toddler could easily open it. The pool is nice.

We loved staying here. The view every morning over looking the beautiful beach and the view of the city lights at night were amazing. Location is great very central to everything. Apartment was spacious and clean. We all loved the indoor pool and hot tub too. We hope to come back.

Loved our apt. They upgraded our apt to an ocean view one on the 15th floor. The view was WOW! Each of the 2 bedrms had a view and the enormous open living area had a magnificent view of the beach. Our 3 kids used the indoor warm pool every evening as well as the spa. Apt is only 15 min walk to Cavill Ave. It also has 2 superettes on either side of it thats only 2mins away. Loved our 5days here. Highly recommend Hi Surf.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment with unobstructed views for 7 day and enjoyed every minute of our stay .As described in the description the views were amazing!! The apartment has been very nicely renovated in the living area and kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and functional, but very dated and could do with an up date . The amenities were great and the kids loved the two pools and the beach right across the road .

We utilised the BBQ area, both pools, inside and out, tennis courts we didn't use, but honestly, it's got it all. Wouldn't stay anywhere else on Main Beach.

The location and views are xcellent; it is a short walk to the shops/restaurants and beach, a 5-minute drive to Pacific Fair, and close to public transport. Easy to get to and quiet area. Approachable and friendly staff. Easy after-hours check-in. Facilities including a pool, spa, tennis courts, and pool table were great. We've stayed here many times and plan to visit again!

Second time I’ve stayed at Avani, And every time it gets better and better. There’s always super friendly staff at the front desk ready to facilitate your requests. The rooms are spacious and have incredible views. The bar downstairs is really convenient and super friendly staff working there too. It’s good that there’s parking on site and a lovely pool.

Great apartment, lots of space and very comfortable. Didn't expect to have service but they came every day. Great location, convenient to the convention centre, beach, local bars and restaurants. Miss Moneypenny's is in the building and does great food. Hotel has a nice pool and gym. Also the staff were very pro-active in returning items I left in the room by accident on check-out.

The location is excellent and the staff were great. I found the beds to be so comfy. Kitchen only has the absolute basics but we didn’t do any cooking. Pool is great and you are one block from the beach and one block from a wide variety of restaurants. There is also a HUGE shopping centre across the road which as really convenient. Lots to do there as well. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful apartment with view over the broadwater - spectacular balcony in our condo. Huge lovely pool. Small nice gym. Booked it to be near a sports tournament but location exceeded our expectations - beautiful ocean front walk across the street. Great coffee shop on the beach 10 min walk away. Some decent restaurants options in an upscale more formal version of a food court 20 min or so walk along the water (some closer too). Very friendly helpful staff.

A short walk to the local shops and restaurants, with a leisurely 25 minute stroll along the beach to Surfers Paradise shops. The reception staff were excellent, friendly and able to assist in recommending things to do and the purchasing of tickets directly. The apartment was very spacious and had everything supplied. A great poolside area with pool, spa, sauna, BBQ area and tennis court. Able to watch the whales swim by from the balcony.

Delightful managers, nothing is too much trouble. We booked on the morning of arrival, we were able to get an early check in. Immaculately clean three bedroom apartment, directly opposite beach. Renovated pool is wonderful. don't forget to bring your own pool towels as not provided. Brooke and her family were friendly, helpful and a delight to deal with. Thank you for a great holiday.

The apartment space is ideal for 3 adults and 2 children because of the size. The pool and spa pool were used a lot after a busy day out. Management was very helpful with getting attraction deals. The location was great for us also.

Main bed was really comfortable, excellent facilities, and hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Pool and spa were great and loved the tennis courts, they even had some books you could borrow during your stay. The room had everything you could want and the location is spectacular. Right across from an amazing beach, and Tedder Ave one block away for coffee and amazing restaurants. Views were sensational too. We will be back!

The location was perfect right next to the beach (less than 1 minute walk), as well as this the location had many facilities such as a pool and spa available if you didn't want to go to the beach. The management of said pool and spa was exceptional. The accomodation is very nice and managed well.

So convenient for the beach and only 15 minute walk to main street in Burleigh. Staff friendly and pool was nice. Room was pool facing and we could see the beach between the trees off in the distance.

Wonderful apartment that was spacious and clean. Had everything you need and they even left a little welcome box of snacks which was awesome. We were on the 23rd floor and the view is stunning. We watched a pod of whales from bed or on the balcony everyday. It is very close to the train and tram and two mins to the beach. Pool is heated and the spa pool is hot. Sound proof apartment so building noise was minimal. We loved the stay and would recommend.

I have stayed at Ultra many times now. The location is perfect, we love the pool and gym and the view from our room is just lovely. Ultra is not overly big which means it doesn’t get too busy and crowded. We often had the pool all to ourselves. The staff are very warm and friendly - it’s a very nice place to stay in Broadbeach.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The ocean views were spectacular. It was well equipped with everything that was needed. The resorts staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort was also amazing. We enjoyed the pool cafe for breakfast and the Thai restaurant for dinner. Both had amazing, tasty meals at competitive prices. My teenage sons thoroughly enjoyed the pool, spa and games room. It was only a short walk into the heart surfers. I will definitely rebook in the future.

The view from our room was amazing and we would come back for that view again. The reception and pool areas were always clean and presentable. Ally from security was always friendly and helpful. There was one young lady at reception who was always friendly and say hello with a smile. (sorry can't remember what her name is). The location was great, close to the pool and a nice walk to the main shopping of Surfers. There was lots of choices of restaurants and bars.

It was a great location, as we could walk to the beach, shops and tram. The room was very spacious and has a lovely view of the beach and pool. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom was good, and the bed and lounge were comfortable. The resort pool and surrounds are really nice.

The views from the room, both bedrooms and lounge and balcony were perfect overlooking ocean, level 12, even the spa bath in main ensuite had a window to look through to ocean. The indoor and outdoor pool, spa, sauna all excellent. staff are very helpful and friendly. tennis court was great. close to the bus/tram stop and pacific fair too. my son found pool noodles in a cupboard too which was handy.

Very kind receptionist on check in, great outdoor pool and indoor facilities (gym, pool, sauna). Location is ideal for the beach as you only have to cross the street, plus it is just south enough of the main streets to be a little more quiet. The view was exceptional from the very large balcony, and there was ample space throughout the whole apartment.

What a fantastic place to say! We stayed for 6 nights to attend the Cheerleading Nationals and the location and facilities were perfect for what we needed. The apartments were a fantastic size and well furnished. The outside grounds were so beautiful and we made great use of the pool, gardens and bbq area. It was disappointing that the indoor pool and spa weren't in use but we completely understand that renovations take time. We honestly can't rave enough about our stay and we had 3 other families in our group that also loved the stay. We can't wait for 2024 when we can do it all over again!

The apartment was massive (3 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor), the facilities were exceptional, the pool and the BBQ area were fantastic and the indoor pool also a great option when the wind picks up.

Fab spacious apartment, with lovely separate bedroom & super comfy bed! I slept so well!! Loved being able to get clothes washed with easy to use washing machine & dryer! Lovely pools & great views, & you can be on the beach in within a minute! The chill out/charging pods in Reception are really useful if you have a wait before your flight when you check out etc. Oh & the shower gels/shampoo/body lotion/ smell amazing! I can’t wait to come back!

We went when it was a little bit cooler but the water was heated! Loved it. The big pool is refreshing, kiddie pool is perfect and the spa was a massive hit. Cabins are lovely, clean and tidy. Cafe was a lifesaver! The pool and waterpark are very clean and poolside was so relaxing. The staff were incredible and so supportive! ***Additional needs friendly park!*** **All abilities friendly!** Staff were so supportive and understanding of our situation and did anything to make our stay enjoyable. Just when we thought there couldn’t be anything else they could do, to my surprise they did something else! We will be back!!

Absolutely loved that there was so much to do. The cafe was an amazing addition and the food was so yummy! All staff are very friendly and accommodating. Love that there was a shallow pool as well as a big pool close together meaning we could supervise all our children at once.

The accommodation, Cabins, were very clean and exceeded our expectations. The "canteen" by the pool was reasonably priced. The pool was a lovely size. The location was perfect for a quick trip to the theme parks. A very popular family vacation location.

The kids loved this!! We stayed in a motel room, close to the waterpark, pool and cafe, perfect!! Got a late checkout so the kids got extra time in the waterpark. Great that you can order food and drinks from poolside and have them rough to you so u dont have to leave the kids unattended ! The only downside is that the waterpark opens late in the morning. Would be good to open earlier in the warmer months when it’s hot and the kids are up ready to go. Otherwise great few days away.

Location was perfect, close to absolutely everything you need. Apartments were very roomy and beautifully furnished. Reception staff and room staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Clean, tidy resort and not too big. Quiet and did not see many other guests. Great choices for food and entertainment - central location - great resort for the children and families, particularly the indoor pool when the outdoor pool is a little cold this time of year - we all had a great weekend and plan to return.

The indoor pool, outdoor pool, comfortable and sizeable room, games room,, mini golf, location, beach equipment hire, onsite parking - there really isn't much to complain about.

Great facilities. Indoor heated pool etc, outdoor pool and activities. The apartments are a decent size. Lift to get to everywhere. Safe parking with access from both streets so you dont have to just turn onto the highway. Across the road from the beach.

Superbly located for beach views through perfect pines. Local amenities in easy reach and reasonable bus connections despite the ongoing road works on the Gold Coast Highway. The room sizes were lovely and the balcony a bonus. Amazing sun rise and sunsets can be soaked up from this vantage point. Well maintained property and grounds with regular service updates and an easily accessible pool. Car parking easy. The staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating. It’s all good 😉

Our room on the 16th floor had incredible panoramic and uninterrupted views of the ocean. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The managers were friendly and very helpful. The pool, tennis court, BBQ area and grounds were spotless. It is right opposite the patrolled beach, lots of dining ( both $ and $$$$) and shopping options an easy stroll away

Apartment was comfortable but not super up to date but fine for us. Outdoor pool was very warm and clean, direct beach access, tennis court a bonus. Secure undercover parking. July stay, blessed with superb sunshine and weather.

A plus if you are driving an EV as they have charger there too, a bit costly with 50c/kwh but there if needed) - Friendly service - Steam room and pool

Highly recommend staying, would definitely come back it’s the best location for our family especially the ground floor apartment. Clean, spacious and great views of the river. Swimming pool is a big hit! Loved the decor in every room, it added to the holiday vibes. Close to paradise centre, quick uber to shops made it a lot easier with our family of 6. Great comfortable beds, king bed in main was a huge hit for two little girls who kept coming in the middle of the night. But plenty of room for all.

Amazing uninterrupted views of the ocean, river, and city. The spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was ideal for our family of four. All the necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities were provided. The pool was a nice escape, especially during the windy days at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The spectacular sea views were amazing. The apartment was easy to keep cool on hot days and very comfortable to feel relaxed in. The pool is a good size and a great spot to relax in the sun. It’s located right on the beach so early morning beach walks/runs were fabulous. It’s easy to get to and great accessibility with an underground parking facility. The apartment itself it fully catered for with everything you need for your stay.

Close walk to the tram. Lovely walk along the beach to surfers main hub. Fantastic pool, which was never busy. Views were amazing.

Multiple Pools, Spa area was great. The pools were warmed to a good temp so could actually swim even when it was a cold day. Holiday activities were great for kids. I had a problem with air-con (heating) and the staff were quick to respond and fix the problem. Friendly staff. Great coffee at restaurant in the mornings.

We loved everything about this place. We had a safari tent with a family of 2 kids and it was perfect. They back on to the river so it was beautiful and felt like you were in nature. We brought a paddle board and enjoyed early morning or evening paddles. My kids almost lived in the pools. There are 4 different pools. We spent 2 nights there while visiting the them parks, we would have loved to stay longer.

Glamping/safari tent Awesome concept and practical. Ample parking with our trailer. Pools spa and putt putt golf were a hit with kids Water pressure was very low for a shower and unfortunately the kids bunk beds and mattresses were on the cheap side (very rickety with loose wooden steps) and made for a very restless night sleep for them. We’ll be back, maybe the poolside villas or townhouses will be of better quality for a good night sleep.

Absolutely loved our stay. Wanted to stay for longer. Safari tent was clean and comfortable. Kids were entertained the entire day with jumping pillow, Go Karts, Playground, 3x pools + Spa, Splash park, and the hosted kids activities. Staff were amazing, so friendly and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. Food and coffee was excellent. 1000% recommend this place. This place has everything, you don't even need to leave.

I loved my stay here! I got a free upgrade and my apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. My apartment was also next to the rest of my family, so that was another bonus. The view of Burleigh Beach is spectacular! Very short walk to the beach and a large variety of restaurants and coffee shops. The pool and spa pool are immaculate.

The view is exceptional! It’s properly the most iconic view of Gold Coast. Love the location as well, walking distance to the beach and shops, cafes and good restaurants. Apartment is super spacious. Huge living and dining area. Ensuite with walking wardrobe. It has pool and tennis court and the staff is super friendly and helpful. About 30mins drive to the theme parks, but we don’t mind it at all. It’s great value of money.

My best friend and I booked a stay at Gemini Court for a relaxing holiday stay and it exceeded our expectations! Our view was incredible and the apartment was extremely clean. We loved the pool and spa also and the staff were very lovely and helpful the whole time. Amazing location, on the doorstep of the beach and a very short walk to shops/restaurants.

Once again a great stay at Gemini Court. The apartment was fantastic - spacious, comfortable, superb views and so convenient to everything. We made use of the pool or tennis court every day. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Already looking forward to our next visit!

The swimming pool and setting. We all used the pool everyday. My grandson spent 5 hours in the pool on one of our rest days.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a 7-night stay. It appeared to have been newly renovated to a very high standard. We booked a superior two-bedroom. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool area was relaxing. Graham and Kirsty were welcoming managers and very helpful when we needed to extend our stay. The location was great as it was close to shops and transportation.

Very spacious apartment , clean, excellent amenities, kitchen - very comfortable bed and pillows and amazing shower. Location was perfect , a stroll to Oasis strip, casino and Pacific Square . What an amazing home away from home. Great place to stay with the family. The apartment was clean and super spacious for our family holiday. Beach was just a quick stroll across the road and the pool was wonderful with a kiddie pool for our 3 year old. Tedders avenue was a beautiful walk around the corner, it was a great spot for our morning breakfast and coffee. Thank you Sunbird for such a relaxing stay, we cannot wait to come back again soon!

Loved the location, the view of the beach was amazing. Apartment was spacious and the facilities were great. Indore pool was great on a rainy day and outdoor pool was even better. Location, room size, cleanliness of facilities and welcoming nature of staff. Views of both the city and surf with double balconies and floor to ceiling windows throughout. Plenty of space to accommodate sleepy little ones with rooms tucked away from entertaining areas. Indoor pool space was heated and comfortable. Showers and changing facilities made using the pool a breeze. Kitchen and laundry were well equipped and made for an easier break when travelling with children. All equipment was modern and up to date with tech trends.

We are a family of two adults and two children aged 7 and 9 years of age. We stayed here for the first time in October 2017. The apartment was large and comfortable. It included everything that we could think of and was very clean. The facilities were generously available such as tennis court, squash court, indoor pool, outdoor pool and BBQ area. The location was great for short drive to Surfers Paradise and short walk to restaurants and beach. We will be back in January 2018.

Nice indoor heated pool, and indoor jacuzzi; although outside pool is NOT heated despite the advertising saying it is. Nice tennis court. Good parking although spaces are a bit tight to get into especially if you have a big vehicle. Staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable.

The room was SO clean, air con nice and cold when we arrived, free bottles of water in the fridge and a drink voucher for the pub downstairs on arrival, comfortable beds, nice shower and the ease of access to hotel/pub restaurant downstairs. Was worried it would be noisy but the rooms were so soundproof we didn't hear a thing. Friendly reception staff met us on arrival and check out process was simply dropping keys in a box. Park across the road for little ones and petrol station and other food stores nearby as well.

We had just been to a completely different hotel which was filthy, noisy and stank. At short notice, we needed another place to escape to. Upon arrival we were unsure if we had chosen properly. It looked like it was going to be noisy above a pub and on a main road. We were pleasantly surprised!!! The man who met us was super friendly. The room was large, spotless and quiet. The food we ordered from room service was amazing. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We really couldn’t fault it and would happily stay again!

While the parking and access was a little difficult and the exterior was a bit deceiving the room was amazing. Huge clean rooms, plenty of comfy beds, couches/seating, large bathroom with roomy shower and large shower head. Plenty of power points/USB ports for charging phones etc. and well stocked fridge ie milk and water. One of the best family rooms I have stayed in.

What a hidden gem! This is by far the best accommodation in Nerang. The rooms are nicely furnished and the bathrooms have obviously been completely renovated very recently. The bed and bedding are so comfortable! Great in-room entertainment options, excellent food in the pub and everything is scrupulously clean. Super friendly, helpful staff! Very reasonable prices.

We stayed in Paradise 18 by the pool from the 24th November to the 26th November. It was wonderful! The location was amazing,the room was amazing and the staff were azazimg, we were even offered coffee as we sat by the pool in the mornings. Highly recommended. The resort had its own theme and was different from all the generic places around!

All facilities were amazing, rooms very spacious and comfortable. Amazing service and great cocktails! Magnesium pool was a delight at night time. Amazing beach front view to watch the sunrise in the morning. Thankyou so much for upgrading us to a different room, as the door code didn’t work, we cannot wait to come back!

The location was perfect. Waking up every morning to a panoramic view of the beach. We sat outside on the patio and soaked up the sunshine and watched the sunrise. The facilities were beautifully maintained and enjoyed. The pool was a little too cold for us but we took advantage of the weather and hired bikes and ventured out on a casual bike ride and a long stroll along the beach in the afternoon. The decor of the apartment was stunning. Very clean, spacious and stylishly decorated.

The location was amazing - beachfront at the Gold Coast is not common. We received a free upgrade to the beachfront room, and our stay was delightful. Free bike hire was great, and being at the beachfront next to the path, we easily rode all the way to Greenmount Beach and back. The option of having cheese platters and drinks delivered pool side, or at the front lounges and hammocks was also a great option. The room was small, but cosy and clean and had lovely touches that made it feel special.

We liked the convenience of arriving early and our room was available for an early check in! The room was on the 21st floor and had perfect ocean views. Check in was great and also check out was a breeze. The pool area was so nice, plenty of sun lounges and great service from the pool bar. Also breakfast in the morning at their FIXX cafe was brilliant! Would stay here again.

Staff were exceptional. The pool was out of order so they compensated us with room credit among a few other things. The bathrooms especially were kept very clean unlike some other places where every crevice is filled with dirt. Cannot fault them at any turn. They even had a free shuttle to take us to other hotels so we could use the pool. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.

QT provided us an exceptional service, the pool and the balconies were closed due to repairs, however when we were informed about this the staff provided us drink and dine vouchers, shuttle to a nearby hotel pool and complimentary breakfast. They also sent over complimentary sparkling and chocolate for us to celebrate a special occasion. Really appreciated the staff’s service and accommodations. Everyone was extremely sweet.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean, with plenty of natural light, and every detail so well thought out. I especially appreciated the full length mirror with lots of natural light and a power point - perfect for getting ready! Also the Dyson hairdryer! The pool and bar area was fantastic, perfect for relaxing with a wine and some delicious food.

Great location which had everything we needed for our 10 night stay. On check in, our allocated apartment was not to the standard that we had booked and we contacted the building Manager who immediately organized the relocation to an alternative apartment which matched our booking request. Views from our apartment were outstanding and we enjoyed both sunrise and sunsets from our balcony. Shops, cafes and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The pool area was amazing and both pool and spa were heated which was perfect for this time of year.

Awsome view. About 50 m from the beach and a few minute walk through the park to a fantastic eating and drinking area. Just about every taste catered for. Close to huge shopping mall. Great heated pool and spa pool. Big underground free car park. Room was a little tired but great with good kitchen area and Netflix. Definitely would stay again.

Could have a couple more towels. Pool great except it was 32 degrees. Cooler a few days later. Central to everything in Broadbeach. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Washer, dryer and dishwasher. Full size fridge and microwave. Easy on site parking.

My husband and I and 3 grandkids loved everything about it! We just spent 2 days there. Christmas Eve to Boxing Day. We woke early on Christmas Day and went down to the beach to see the sunrise. We had an awesome beachfront view in a 2 Bdrm superior self contained apartment. Perfect for families, great location, straight across the road from the beach if you didn’t want to swim in the pool. The spa was nice, close to shops and cafes. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back for another family holiday and book a whole floor!

The location of the property is perfect , the pool area and pool was amazing for kids and very safe for my 5 year old , BBQ area , Gym and car park were great . The rooms were very clean and modern and well maintained with ample cooking utensils etc .

We were pleasantly surprised to walk in and find how spacious the apartment was particularly the lounge area and balcony. For once the couch could comfortably fit my husband & myself and 3 tall teenage children to be able to settle in at night to watch a family movie. It had all the amenities needed including a well equipped gym, heated pool and spa. It was an easy walk to the local shops, cafes and restaurants and you are across the road to the beach. View of the beach from both balcony & master bedroom was spectacular. Loved this apartment.

The comfort of the beds and pillows were unreal! Very clean and tidy. Lovely view of the palms golf course. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options available. The pool, lagoon pool and the beach club food were amazing. Always love staying at Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove. Thank you!

Our room was spacious and very clean on arrival. The grounds are beautiful with wild kangaroos roaming the gardens. Very relaxing place with nice lagoon pool and lounges . Plenty of shade also. Limited options for night time dining. Only one restaurant, the firepit. Meals were nice and reasonably priced. Snacks available at verandah bar and pool bar. We went off site 3 of 4 nights to eat a proper meal. Biggest disappointment was $400 ridiculous fee as holding deposit on arrival. Still waiting for payment credit 4 days after departure. Why this is necessary still defies my logic.

So happy with our stay and can’t wait to come back. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The food was great and the service from Veronica was exceptional. We spent the first day by the pool watching and watching the kangaroos which frequented the pool area.

We had a fabulous stay here. The lagoon pool is great and we loved the prawn rolls and cocktails! The room was spacious and well serviced. The kids enjoyed the room service, pool and games room. We also enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and an IGA.

It’s an older property, but my room was modern, spacious and very clean. Great pre booking communications, friendly and approachable at check in. I stayed with the wolf, and whilst places say, ‘pet friendly’ this place really do make it pet friendly, there were bowls, bedding, a towel, a pet snack. There is a nice pool, and walking distance to the water and a few food places. Oh and the car was close to the room and under cover.

Location- it was central to everything we wanted to do during our stay, and close to plenty of playgrounds for the kids, and off leash areas for the dogs Pet Friendly- our dogs were made to feel most welcome The Room- was quite spacious,comfortable, clean and tidy The Pool- our kids spent more way more time in there than on their devices The Rates- very reasonable We had an excellent stay here, with our two dogs. We will definitely be back 😀

The location was ideal and the rooms were super clean and well presented when we arrived too. There was a pool and bbq area in the courtyard, as well as, parking spots in undercover garages behind two of the rooms, which was awesome. The ease of checking in and the friendly on site manager was the best part of our stay! They were super helpful and accommodating and welcoming!

What a fantastic place for families that need a good clean apartment with lots of space. yes the block is a little older but it had everything we needed for a family with two kids under 3. Full kitchen and lovely large balcony with a nice pool and bbq area. Manager was lovely and even emailed us stuff for the kids to do. Plenty of shops around and close to the beach and great playgrounds. we would definitely stay here again and liked the fact it was a quiet area but still with lots to do.

The property could be considered a bit dated how ever we found the staff super friendly and kind. The room was well presented and very clean. The pool was immaculate and well used by my 6yo. Well worth the price and in a convenient location.

There is quite some construction going on around the complex which was a bit noisy. The swimming pool at level 20 and 6 were also pretty crowded during the weekend. This is a good place for a couple of days of great fun.

Nice view with high-quality interior made us enjoy our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Cucina Vivo is an excellent place for dinner, and the level 6 pools are awesome, although it was not the heated pool.

My room was down the back of the property (I believe all the one bedroom apartments are which is understandable) but it was very spacious, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable as was the lounge. A very personable and relaxing environment. Shops and exceptional restaurants close by.

I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. The staff went the extra mile, stayed up to greet us, despite us running late and struggling with communicating due to travelling. The rooms were very well furnished, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The facilities were exceptional. Excellent ease of access to and from car parking facilities too. The pool was well maintained and clean - and warm! This apartment is in an excellent location for the beach and accessing shops and restaurants.

Everything was really nice and I will return for sure. Loved the pool area, the indoor pool was excellent for laps but just a little too warm. Location is outstanding, and the appartement was very comfortable. Next time in Broadbeach I will stay here again.

1. Our late arrival was made so easy and pleasant by the lovely young lady (Liza?) who arrived with our keys and instructions. 2. The indoor pool is so beautifully warm, even the outside pool is a great temperature. We loved them both. 3. The bathroom floor became wet so easily from the shower, we had to be very careful not to slip.

The complex has really good facilities. Nice indoor pool that is actually heated (unlike Hilton), beautiful sauna and spacious spa. Nice area around outdoor pool. Fast lifts, free parking. Room was a little blah but it was adequate for a budget priced room.

Loved this place, great area, bus stop right outside. Nice pool and staff very helpful and let us use the pool as we had an early flight but our room wasn't ready. They stored our luggage and let us use facilities. Comfy beds, nice big rooms. You can use your visa to pay for bus fair, we weren't told this as the manager thought we needed a bus card,which we did get from 7 eleven but turns out you can just tap your visa and a ride literally costs $1. Underground car park great.

When I read beachfront I didn’t realise just how close we were to the beach, close enough to fall asleep to the gentle sound of the waves. Spacious, clean, equipped with everything you could possibly want, the apartment was perfect! The shared pool and hot tub were excellent and the beach path running in front of the resort took us all the way to the shops and restaurants without going onto the road. A lovely 15 minute walk in the evening. Easy parking, friendly hosts, an ideal place to start your Gold Coast adventure. Loved it … and hope to be back for a longer stay.

Great value for money in a two bedroom unit, right beside the beach. Unit was neat, spacious and well fitted out, with great outdoor space. The complex was quiet, with great communal spaces including lovely clean bbqs, plenty of seating, pool and little heated outdoor spa. Great for couples or families. Helpful, friendly staff. Love this southern part of the Gold Coast, where the beach is quieter. Location is between two patrolled beaches.Walking distance to Tugun village which has everything you need.

Friendly and comfortable environment. They offer free breakfast and dinner, which is a great opportunity to meet people and make new friends. The best part is definitely the staff — they are friendly, helpful, and know how to handle disrespectful guests if needed. Nights can be a bit challenging if there are people snoring in the room, but that’s part of the hostel experience. Overall, the place is clean and well-maintained.

I have been a long-term guest at this hostel and have been able to observe its development firsthand. Since the change in management, the overall atmosphere and quality have improved significantly, elevating the experience to a much higher level. The receptionists, Sebastian and Isidora, deserve particular recognition: consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They manage to combine professionalism with approachable warmth – always open for conversation, never short of humor. This accessibility is a defining element of the hostel’s welcoming character. Equally important is the contribution of Ali, the security guard. His presence is reassuring without ever becoming intrusive. Guests feel protected, and it is equally clear that boundaries are enforced when necessary – up to the removal of disruptive individuals. It’s a great place to stay. The beds are comfortable and feel private, the bathrooms are clean and there is enough for everyone even though it’s so many people in one place. Thanks to the windows on the roof you get natural light in the morning. The bed for two is small but comfortable and has a little hanger area and two shelves. The place is very social and hard not to make friends especially at breakfast/dinner time. Beef, chicken and veggie options for dinner and pancakes, yogurt, and cereal for dinner.

Excellent stay! The unit is huge! Big bedrooms huge living area. Lovely high table looking directly at tge beach. Recently renovated pool and BBQ area. Pool table and indoor spas great. The unit had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, even cocktail glasses! 10min walk to restaurants and shops. Would stay again.

The room had a view small issues in terms of the fan and light not working in the master bedroom but that didn't take away from the spectacular sea views we were privy too. The Hotel had a beautiful pool area, along with 2 spa's and sauna for guests to use at no additional costs. We travelled with older teenagers, who loved the gym and pool room that was also available to guests.

The size of the renovated apartment was enormous with wrap around balconies. The views of the ocean across the road and the hills at the back of the apartment were amazing. The apartments were about 1 kilometre from the main shopping areas of Burleigh Heads. The spa, sauna, swimming pool, tennis court and games room make it perfect for a family. The beach is amazing with life savers working to make it safe to swim close by in the ocean. Having 2 bathrooms, a great kitchen and laundry area is a plus.

We were right in the heart of the action for what we came to Currumbin for: the Swell festival. The heated pool was fabulous, and we were literally 50 meters from the beach, which was so nice. The apartment was very spacious, with a very comfortable bed, clean, and very well maintained. I loved the solution to having privacy at night with the roller blinds. The staff was very welcoming, approachable and keen to help out.

The unit was spacious and comfortable. The undercover parking was great . The caretaker of the complex was very helpful and the pool and gardens are well maintained. The unit itself was not very clean . The dishes still had food on them so I had to wash everything before I could use them . The unit was really in need of a deep clean..

Lovely renovated unit,spacious & very comfortable. Pool & a few steps to the beach. The Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Zoo is 2 mins walking. Fun place for kids, pat a kangaroo & fantastic wild bird show. Very close to the Gold Coast Airport so very handy and no worry about traffic to get to the airport.

This was a perfect place for families to stay, had a clean pool and the beach was right at the back of the resort, nice and quiet away area from the city, rooms were clean and it had all the required necessities provided for our 10 day stay, the only little down side was we needed a change of towels as we only used the ones given on arrival and also our bed sheets needed change but this was not a big deal as we enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Very good location and nice spacious room on 6th floor. Reception is a basic service only and there aren't any dine in facilities. However there are plentiful cafes and restaurants nearby so that is not really an issue. Set back a little from the beach so the higher the room the better the view. Staff in reception were friendly and efficient. Heated pool and spa with adjacent gym so facilities all good. All areas well maintained. Our two night stay was enjoyable and so I would recommend the facility for those going to Burleigh Beach.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Ambience on Burleigh Beach. Was up the on Gold Coast for a couple of days only. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and check in was easy. The unit was very spacious and clean and had lots of amenities including a kitchen, laundry, TV & DVD, Wifi and balcony. The local area provided lots of choice for shopping, restaurants and transport with easy access to & from the airport. Easy access to local attractions and although I didn't use the pool it looked great. I would definitely stay here again.

Bus runs past the apartments too if you don't have a car. We will be back. Very friendly and helpful apartment management.

We had a lovely modern apartment with a sea view - sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, nice large comfortable bed, FOXTEL for a rainy day, easy check in process, nice clean main areas including pool and spa, a short walk to Pacific Fair, Broadbeach shops, a playground and the beach. Really liked the location as it was quiet at night and felt relaxed, not hectic. Would book again.

I stayed in a large disabled access room, which was very spacious. It had a separate lounge and kitchenette, with a microwave, pod coffee machine, and larger than usual fridge/freezer. The bathroom was very well set out for people with mobility access problems, including a pull down seat to shower and great quality shampoo, conditioner and hand wash as well as moisturiser. The bedroom was a good size with an extremely comfortable bed with quality linen and pillows. It also had blockout curtains to get a good rest during the day. The air conditioning was very good. I ordered room service several times and the food was delicious and reasonably priced, as well as prompt delivery. All staff I interacted with went out of their way to assist, and were very friendly. I accidentally left an item in my room and they contacted me within hours of my departure to advise me. Would definitely recommend for locals or travellers alike, and intend returning.

I stay here often for work. It’s a lovely hotel, very clean and professional staff. Room service meals are high quality. Only downfall is if you add breakfast on in the Expedia booking, it added $58 per day. It wasn’t a buffet, just a normal cafe so had I not included breakfast and just paid at the cafe, it would have been $16 per day. So adding the breakfast to the booking meant i significantly over paid for my stay.

Great location for a short family holiday. Close to beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. Nice heated pool which my kids loved and really helpful and attentive staff. Great communication prior as well. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and comfortable with great views on the 11th floor. The Sunday market nearby was awesome!

Perfect location...just 2 mins walk to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Apartment was modern, spacious and very comfortable with undercover secure parking. Pool was heated which was really nice to swim in, topped with hot spa. Reception staff were very friendly.

The location was excellent, close to the beach, surf club and many, many amenities, including great playground for the grand children to use. On site staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool was great and the BBQ area was very nice. We had intended to use the tennis court but ran out of time. The best part was the ocean view from the lounge and bedroom and convenience to everything we needed.

Great location near beach and quick to walk to restaurants and supermarket nearby. The room had everything we needed and great balcony with sea views. We loved the pool and sauna. Was quiet and good value, we would stay again :)

We didn’t use the cafe as it was nearing Christmas and they closed from 19th December. We had two bed apartment and had great air conditioning in each bedroom and the lounge for which I was very grateful. Also in one bedroom there was a ceiling fan. Tv in both bedrooms and in lounge. Good sized fridge/freezer so I could get my ice as I like very cold drinks. Good supply of coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, hobs. Pool area was great with kiddy pool and indoor and outdoor pools and also has small gym. Good selection of books to swap if you want to read.

Ocean view was fantastic, spacious units, beds were comfortable, large TV, full kitchen. Outdoor pool is cold but nice if you want to jump in and then go in the spa. Indoor pool is warm and sauna was good. The beach was only a short walk away as well as the shops and restaurants. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Bel Air.

It was in a great location , clean spacious apartments , the facilities were fantastic and the staff helpful and the coffee shop attached was lovely and also great value for Money and served fab coffee . The indoor pool and outdoor pool were outstanding.

Our room was pristine and much bigger than the photos. It had full length wide mirrors and 2 bathrooms which was perfect for our needs. Awesome little coffee shop on site was great and convenient. We loved the pool and the shower available in the changing room and the fact that we could get a day pass on our last day to enjoy the pool. Very happy with our stay and will definitely be back!

The views were great. To be able to walk across the road and be on the beach or grab a delicious merlo coffee was so nice and easy. Then to come back and go straight through the pool gate, just couldn’t get better, we loved it!

We really liked this massive apartment. It has board games, a full laundry etc. Very clean and well kept and a lovely quiet place to sleep in walking distance to nice areas and a short Uber to SeaWorld etc. My only concern was that the pool was closed for repair, which was a bit disappointing and I think could have been communicated prior and perhaps a discount offered. Having a pool is kind of a quintessential part of a holiday on the Goldcoast but there is a very close beach and park so still plenty of outdoor fun to be had.

Staff were helpful and let us use the pool facilities when we needed to train out later. Pool was awesome, rooms were.beautiful. location perfect. Was a strange smell outside the room, sounded like they were going to fix which is good. Small changes wud have made a big difference- having hooks for towels in the bathroom and a curtain so it's not porno mirror situation when you shower lol. Wish I got app with 2 dbl beds not single beds but that was my mistake. Def would stay again.

Great location at a quieter end of main beach. Fantastic wraparound views of the marina, hinterland and beach. We were even treated to a fireworks display over the broadwater on one of the nights. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Good appliances in the apartment. Nicely renovated pool. Nice fluffy towels. Neighbours were quiet but friendly. Restaurants at Tedder Avenue were great. A really nice neighbourhood to stay.

The manager has told us that if the pool cannot be fixed, they may arrange the guests to swim in the adjacent Sofitel hotel. We went for few days to meet friends, prime location with all the amenities available. Tram stops right across the hotel. We had a delux king room booked which was fairly pleasant with spacious bedroom and balcony, only downside was bathroom was smaller, shower area bit mouldy otherwise I can’t complain about anything. Staff were very welcoming and professional. It does have bar and restaurant including gaming, pool areas. You definitely won’t get bored. Good value considering everything they are offering, definitely recommend this place if you are visiting for three or four days for couples.

Rooms were well appointed, with comfortable beds. Shower was AMAZING, as were the calibre of the shower toiletries. There was plenty of room to sit at the bench in the room and work as necessary. View from the verandah was nice as well, ocean could be seen quite easily. Breakfast downstairs in the morning (not included - happy to pay though) was fantastic! Compliments to the chef, who made one of the best eggs benny ever. Hotel was central to Cavill Mall. Pool was really pretty (and freezing), at least the outdoor spa was warm!

We were in room 42, the three bedroom apartment. If you can afford to pay extra, do it! The most spectacular apartment, views are amazing, plenty of space and feels very private. A short walk to surfers paradise and the facilities were awesome. We used the tennis court, pool, spa pool and gym (all new) and were the only ones using them at the time. Would definitely stay there when we return. Thanks to the host who spent the time on our arrival making us feel welcome and providing us all the information we needed to make the stay enjoyable.

The views are spectacular. The facilities are very good (just a few minor ageing/wear issues). Beds comfortable and helpful friendly staff. Location is excellent as it’s right across from the beach, 2 blocks to the Sea Urchin Cafe (excellent brekky) and a beautiful beach walk to Surfers. The paths are great for going on my scooter too. The pool was moderate in size but very pleasant.

The Waterford on Main is a quiet place with fantastic views, 30 seconds from a wonderful beach. Approximately 2km (20 minutes walk) from Surfers Paradise. The building has a small pool and jacuzzi, tennis court and BBQ area. Our room was very clean and the building was well maintained. We stayed there for 6 days and would definitely come back again.

The location and space were amazing. The views were incredible. Staff were friendly and accomodating to extra requests. So close to the beach, great little pool area. Nice and quiet (except for the surf).

When we had a problem with the taps in the bathroom they organised a plumber that day. Our only criticism was that the main pool needed to be much warmer as it did get any sun and was too cold.

We loved staying here! The apartment was beautiful, clean and well designed. The kitchen was full of very useful appliances such as an air fryer and a sandwich press. Our beds were comfortable and our view of the pool was so nice . And walking across to harbour town shopping centre was an easy 10 minutes. Also its withing easy drving distance to all theme parks!! My family 2 adults, 2 kids stay here for a week, while exploring the Gold Coast and the Theme Parks. The Apartment was clean and spacious, with balcony, we felt safe here, Kids enjoyed the pool, very close to Harbour Town Shopping Centre centrally located. Super clean out of the busy area enough so it wasn’t too noisy yet close enough to walk to main shopping area straight across the road from patrolled beach could walk all the way to shops on path or beach The pool was lovely and clean room had everything we needed awesome views and so nice to go to sleep listening to the waves lovely hosts and so flexible when we had to change our dates due to an unforeseen medical emergency

The property is situated just across the road from the beach and certainly has a luxurious feel about it. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms which was certainly spacious and clean. The pool was heated and the gardens maintained extremely well. I would recommend this property and will definitely stay there again.

It is in the perfect location - close to the beach, right outside bus stops for all the theme parks and close to the tram for transport into Surfers and Broadbeach. Location was excellent - not too close to the main Surfers Paradise area but close enough to visit when and if we needed to. Room view was excellent, straight onto the beach - a new building is going up closer to the beach that may obstruct this. The room was more than adequate for my wife and I - more room than we really needed but nice to have space. Pool and BBQ facilities were excellent - plenty of space poolside. BBQ's do take some time to heat up but work well - just keep an eye on the green light.

The apartment was really lovely, very spaciious and well equipped. It was centrally located and the balcony had great views. The washing machine and dryer were handy and the secure basement parking was good. We enjoyed using the heated pool and spa pool.

Really liked the position and was plenty of room in the 2 bedroom we had. Have never spent so much time in a pool or spa before the kids absolutely loved it while the beach was freezing the pool/spa were just rite. Only thing that wasn’t pleasing was we were unable to open the windows in kitchen or the dining area.

We had a wonderful stay at Surfers Century in the Gold Coast. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach/ Surfers Paradise, restaurants, stores, cafes etc Our apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were also excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool, and everything was well-maintained. The atmosphere around the complex was relaxed and family-friendly, and the surroundings were well maintained and cleaned every day. The staff were friendly. We’d be happy to stay here next opportunity.

The view was exceptional. We opted for the 'premium 2 bedroom ocean view apartment' and it did not disappoint. The balcony had an amazing view of the beach and Surfers Paradise, facing north. The bedrooms had windows facing south with views all the way down to Coolangatta on a clear day. The pool and spa were great too.

The grounds were beautifully kept, the pool stunning and the heated pool was great too. Room was well equipped and the lounge was comfy. The pillows were a bit too hard and probably need to be upgraded. I enjoyed the nespresso machine for easy coffee before walking to many cool and fun coffee shops with great beans. Just a 10 min stroll and you’re in the nightlife in the Main Street. Pool towels were awesome and huge, so comfy.

Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony through the Norfolk Pines. 5 minute walk to Coles and Aldi. 5 minute walk to North Burleigh Surf life Saving Club for morning coffee. Nice walk to Burleigh Heads National Park. We had a clean, modern, well equipped apartment. The indoor pool and spa were great when it was too cold to use the outdoor pool.

Fantastic location, next to gorgeous beach, with fabulous indoor and outdoor pools, BBQs around pool and BBQs on stunning rooftop terrace. Also close to supermarkets for those who wish to self-cater. Excellent bus routes between airport/ Surfer's Paradise/ Helensvale (for train to Brisbane) within 2 minutes' walk. A perfect vacation spot. If I didn't live in the UK, I'd become a regular!

Amazing location & even a view of the ocean. The staff are super friendly & helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was so spacious, lovely balcony, 2x bathrooms & super comfy beds so had all we needed! The facilities are also great! We used them all - rooftop for sunset views, indoor & outdoor pool & spa.

The lady on reception was fabulous. She was so polite she smiled, from her welcoming. I knew it was going to be a good stay. The lobby always smelt nice it was very clean , and the swimming pool (one of them) was warm, which I appreciated so much. They were spotless. The view from our room was beautiful The location was great for us, coffee shop and surf shop/restaurant down the road Short walk to any other shops we needed Beach right across the road

The unit was tidy, clean and spacious, and the view the 10th floor was lovely. we check in after hours and gaining keys via the lockbox was a breeze. the location is just a few blocks from central surfers, an easy 10 minute walk or catch the light rail a short walk at the end of the street. the pool and pool area was clean and tidy although felt the water could be warmer and topped up a bit more in the spa.

The location was very handy to surfers, Broad beach and pacific fair. Excellent to catch train to and fro. minutes from beach, walks and really enjoyed breakfast and coffee at the Surf club around the corner. we had 6 floor room with a great view of the beach ocean. Apartment pool was really handy for cooling down. Very central location for what we wanted to see and do. staff was very friendly and help with information!

The hotel was fantastic, the room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we would need. Free under cover parking was a bonus. The facilities were great with a family. Plenty to do with tennis, pool and the beach close by. Only a short walk to Surfers. Lynn was very helpful with Theme park tickets and Mark was always busy and making things perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, clean, spacious , comfy beds, good facilities and have AC in each room. Very close to the beach and shops/restaurants . Soaking in the spa pool on a rainy day it's great idea when we were there. Highly recommended

The room was clean and very comfortable. View was just amazing. Quiet end of Surfers, but close enough for a walk to Surfers Paradise, shops and eateries. Amenities were fabulous, pool, BBQ, spa and sauna. Highly recommend.

Last minute booking and we were located on the 18th floor, the view was uninterrupted and sensational! The facilities are impeccably clean and the pool area is lovely. The kitchen is well appointed and they have thought of small things like tupperware containers and a pair of scissors. TV was easy to use and stream to, the internet was fast and always available. We made lots of friends at the pool and the woman on reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. It is an older building and so not super modern, but the location and value for money are exceptional, love it and will stay again.

The apartment is well appointed, with splendid views and only a short walk to lots of restaurants and bars. We were lucky enough to arrive just after the pool refurbishment was completed so the pool area was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as specified. Clean and roomy, decorated with fab artwork. The views were amazing, also the balcony areas , highly recommend here to stay. Good location shops, bars, restaurants nearby and surfers paradise a leisurely walk away. The pool was heated along with the hot tub. All outside areas were very clean and we’ll maintained.Marion, Chris & Barbie were all very helpful.

Top location right across the road from the beach. Great little coffee shop just around the corner. Room was spacious and well equipped. Our room had three separate balconies. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The room included free WiFi and access to a smart tv. The pool and spa were clean and well kept. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great value for money, our room was beautiful and modern, we loved the welcome drink and buffet breakfast. The pool area is a little dated but it's a great pool and the cabana chairs are so comfortable, plenty of options for pool furniture, tables to eat at or double or single cabanas are fantastic, we loved being able to order food and drinks and have it delivered to us in the pool area. The bed was too soft for our liking but other than that its a great affordable place tp stay !

Very good breakfast - hot and cold choices. Always seats available in breakfast area regardless of the times we arrived for breakfast. Rooms and beds clean. Pool nice and slide fun. We were placed in a room next to the lift and back doors area. It was noisy as people were chatting and frequently coming and going, however the receptionist kindly moved us to a room further down the corridor which was heaps quieter. Perfect! Wifi worked well. Pool towels provided - very handy! About 25 minutes walk to Pacific Fair shopping complex. About 30 minutes walk to the beach.

Lovely rooms and very clean. Great Buffet breakfast included and restaurant service lovely food at good value. Public transport outside. Pool area and the pool furniture was exceptional - a real highlight for relaxation. Will definitely stay there again.

Beds a very comfy 😌 had all the facilities you need if you dont want to go far the pool os getting upgraded at the moment so will be nice to go back in warmer weather to test the pool out as well overall staff are very happy and helpful the meals are delish and room service is quiet quick!

Great location, rooms were very clean, great value for money. Was pleasantly surprised at the room - very comfy beds, great hot water and water pressure. Pool area was amazing - best pool kabanas and seating at any hotel I’ve seen!
