The heated infinity pool was clean and the loungers were comfortable and new.

I loved the infinity pool on the roof and the extremely friendly staff. Also the hotel is a 5-10 min walk from downtown which is good and bad - depends what you like

The hotel didn't offer any food at all so we had to look for restaurants away from the hotel. It was maybe a 5 minute walk to the square where most of the restaurants were so not a problem. The pool and the patio around the pool was very comfortable and relaxing. Pool water was a perfect temperature.

My room was clean and modern. it was a good size. The bathroom was nice and clean and the closet is located in the bathroom. I had a balcony which was nice. I also had a small kitchenette which I love having a fridge and coffee maker. The hotel is about a 5-7 min walk to the center which was nice because it is quieter at nite. staying in the center can be very loud well into the night 2-3 am. Last year I stayed at Sayulinda and the music is loud from all the bars around. as far as amenities the roof deck and pool are fabulous. I enjoyed the pool everyday in my stay.

The location was perfect a quick walk into the action of town yet quite at night at hotel . We asked to face jungle side which they accommodated us . The rooms were cleaned every day and there was a small kitchenette and a good size fridge to store food and ice . Also another thing I loved about this place was they left you a great amount of towels for pool, beach and bath . The pool was amazing and the roof top. The staff were so friendly and helpful . We had a great time staying here. Would highly recommend

We just returned from our second stay at Conrad Punta de Mita and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The property is stunning, but what keeps bringing us back is the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Even though it’s a large resort, everything feels close—especially the pool areas, which we love. There are three main pool sections: one for families with kids, an infinity pool, and an adult-only area, so you can choose the vibe you’re looking for. The beach is beautiful, and right now the ocean is warm and inviting. The pool water is also nicely heated, and the jacuzzi is a great bonus. The food options are solid. We tried the chilaquiles with mole at breakfast (recommended by Rodolfo) and they were delicious. As always, Francisco and Edgar provided outstanding service at El Mezquite. Our room was spotless with a breathtaking view—huge thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping it so cozy and fresh throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

LOCATION: this resort is a 45-minute drive from PVR airport, and sits inside a guarded enclosure that includes several resorts and a golf course. ATMOSPHERE: the entire resort just felt so open and inviting; from the main lounge area, to the THREE pools, to the open outdoor restaurants. If you step just outside of the resort, you will find yourself in a beautiful rainforest. ROOMS: the rooms are clean and modern, with air conditioning and lounge beds on the patios. The walls/floors were thick; I barely heard the people in adjacent rooms or walking in rooms above us. AMENITIES: Three pools (one with a slide, one with an infinity edge overlooking the ocean, and an adults-only option). Game room (pool tables, shuffleboard, foosball, and video games). Tennis and basketball courts. A play room for little kids. A full gym (cardio, weights, machines). Bikes for rent (ride past the golf course and all of the other resorts).

This property was beautiful. I got upgraded to a suite and it was amazing. Loved the different pools they had and there was a nice beach as well. Pools were not crowded which I loved. Staff was very attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay. Pools are great. Family pool was so fun and large. Not packed in October so lots of space. Loved this resort and will be back.

Agua de luna is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooftop is the perfect spot to have a morning coffee or evening drink. The pool on the main floor does not get much sun, so if you prefer pool to the beach I would consider that. The location is great, near coffee shops and yoga studios and the market. Only a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend Agua de Luna to anyone going to San Pancho

The property is lovely. It’s clean and has lovely areas throughout. We stayed in #4 Coco which is a ground floor suite with a small semi private pool (it is attached to the main pool) and has the little nest swing outside.

Beautiful hotel located in central San Pancho. Great restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. It was the perfect spot to stay with my partner. The pool is a really nice place to hang out when it is too hot to go to the beach and the rooftop jacuzzi has a beautiful view. I definitely will be back at Agua De Luna! Beautiful hotel with modern and serene design. Stayed in the "Palmeras" room -- very spacious with a private terrace and jacuzzi. Other room perks: high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoyed the pool, rooftop area/lounge and overall quietness of the hotel. Especially loved being connected to the best coffee shop in town (Amaryya) and saying hello to their adorable dog Mocha every morning. Another highlight was the service - everyone working the front office was so kind, friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect too.

I loved, loved this hotel and will return if possible! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating! . The property is beautiful and as it appears on the website.. The front desk staff was very helpful. There is a wonderful coffee shop with modern atmosphere and great food. I had an issue with lack of hot water in the shower. They gave me another room ; so nice! The roof top area is perfect for relaxation and soaking pools. There is even a cook top to prepare food if you want. I actually cried when I had to leave:)

Location,quiet,nice pool,right on the ocean. Nice firm beach, for walking . Friendly Canadians.Able to walk everywhere within 15 minutes. Front desk,Daniella was wonderful. Lovely restaurant on top of building,good food.Would recommend,good value for $. Bar restaurant on the roof was wonderful! Great drinks and food with an amazing view! DJ with 45s was a special bonus! Staff was great. Nice pool and beach area.

The infinity pool was incredible. Particularly as you can't stay in the sea for too long in Salyulita. It was clean, cool and had an incredible view on to the ocean with birds frequently landing for a drink

Great staff (thanks Rafael Eva Veronica Miguel and the young man), well maintained and nicely designed property (especially the infinity pool and main level), and just a easy few minutes walk to town. We loved our stay and look forward to returning again.

The Anjali is close enough to town for regular visits (5 min walk), but a world away from the hustle and bustle and noise. A true sanctuary with an incredible salt water infinity pool that overlooks the town and beach. A wonderful yoga studio (which you can see above the pool) that has even more incredible views. A truly special place.

Anjali Casa Divina felt like a wonderful paradise retreat! It has stunning views of the ocean and a beautiful infinity pool. Rafa was extremely helpful as well as all the staff there. They were very accommodating from beginning to end. There was one night some guests came back early in the morning and were a bit loud, but other than that, it was a peaceful experience. It was about a 10 minute walk into Sayulita and I loved that they provided beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. Would highly recommend and stay again in the future!

The hotel and property is very beautiful with a calming atmosphere. The infinity pool is great and you get a beautiful view of the bay, overlooking trees and houses. Upon arrival we got a tour of the hotel and learnt about all the amenities. There were chairs, surfboards and umbrellas that could be used at the beach, and a yoga studio on the roof. Lots of thought went into the guest experience. Breakfast was nice. Our room was very comfortable. And the staff are excellent. We enjoyed our stay. :)
