I love a modern hotel and this fit the bill 100%. They design and layout are amazing. The pools inside the pool of water you walk through and under to get to the beach. Amazing Fitness room state of the art. The staff are over the top with always trying to be helpful, maybe too much but you don't see that every day.

This place had everything we’d ever dreamed of for a perfect vacation 10/10. Favorite parts were the lagoon style pools and water features, minimalist design, hot tub on the balcony, pool/ocean views, amazing food.

The options of the 5 pools. You could choose a quieter one if need be . Perfect temperature of the pool water . The asthetic look and feel of calm and serenity throughout the property. Butlers service was very efficient.

I recently stayed at Viceroy Los Cabos, and it was an incredible experience! The architecture is stunning, blending seamlessly with the ocean views. The staff was attentive and made sure every detail was perfect. The rooms were luxurious, with modern amenities and breathtaking views. Whether relaxing by the pool or exploring the local area, every moment was pure bliss. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway.

Rooms were wonderful and so peaceful looking out onto the water of the property. Beach was so nice, quiet and peaceful. Staff was attentive but not pushy. Drinks were great by the pool and beach. Defiantly going back.

The highest quality food and ingredients and also lots of healthy options. 10/10 here. Very good gym

Staff was excellent (especially Santiago at the pool and Alfredo in the buffet), drinks were good, grounds were beautiful, room was big and clean, there were always pool chairs available, breakfast was good. Also really liked the lobby bar and coffee shop. Concierge was very helpful.

Everything was wonderful from the Food, Adult only pool, wait staff (Yesenia and Marco!) and María at the taco bar, the comfort of our room and room views, the activities at the main pool and especially the NYE production, show, fireworks and set up with ample staff to serve drinks! It was a great party & the 90s theme was fire!!

We liked how closed it was from the airport and downtown. It has a beautiful view and great pools for kids and adults. The staff is very friendly, Alejandro, Juan David, nany(at the kids pool) sr Aguilar (the one that helps with the luggage)

All the pools were great! Have a personal concierge was amazing! Did not not have to wake super early to get a pool chairs.

The location was beautiful. Beautiful beach front, pools, property. Well maintained and amazing views. We saw whales every single day just 300 yards from the property. Amazing! We had access to the spa through our Bonvoy gold status. That was also so nice and relaxing - cold plunge, 2 hot tubs, sauna. Daniel was an incredible attendant. Guadalupe on the beach was also wonderful. A $10 tip goes a long way. Pitahayas was our favorite meal. Tahona had great tacos. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with an oceanfront balcony. It was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff were absolutely the best part of our vacation. Gisela and Calixto at the big buffet restaurant we're always kind and attentive. The staff at the pool were also great.

We traveled with a large group of 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 9. The restaurants were very accommodating and friendly. There was a kid's center that allowed the adults to relax on property for a few hours without the kids. And there were multiple very nice pools with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The pool area is nice. The gym is decent. Could use more lifting equipment. I was there in the low season, in high would get crowded. The breakfast buffet was my favorite by far!

Location and facilities- excellent. The poolside band in the afternoon (1:00-3:00)was a bit loud would have preferred more relaxing music.

Immaculately, clean, beautiful architecture and materials. Great room great pools.

This resort was dreamy! The landscaping was lush for desert plants, the grounds were pristine and just walking around gave you the feels! The infinity pool made you feel like you were in the ocean. The room was beautiful and the cleaning staff was wonderful! Seeing the whales was also fun. Our favorite part though was the staff, they were always genuinely kind and so helpful. They make you feel like you are family. I felt so comfortable there and truly felt spoiled!!! This is paradise!!!

Amazing Resort, Service, View, Cuisine & Drinks! I went here with my brother for an early birthday celebration & it exceeded our expectations. The service was top notch, the overall atmosphere was amazing & the food / drinks were all top notch! Benjamin our butler was great & helped us locate some desired items for the stay. The museum was a nice touch as well & the landscaping is amazing. The pools were all great as well especially the swimming infinity pool! The only issue was the hot tub had a bit of a tripping hazard sticking up that caused a stubbed toe, so be careful entering the hot tub. Other than that everything was amazing! Great staff, views & drinks! Also a better beach than some of the other resorts I’ve attended in Cabo. Overall a 5 star experience & would come again!

The atmosphere was so beautiful. The staff is so friendly and have wonderful customer service. We were always taken care of. We are Titanium Elite. Upgraded to a plunge pool room. Had an outdoor shower, hammock and chairs to enjoy outside. The grounds are serene. We used our welcome amenity for breakfast. Which had anything you could want. So delicious. The gym offers a lot. The adult pool is perfect. We had no problem getting loungers. Went off site for dinner. We will definitely return.

We had an excellent spring break stay at Solaz. Our Bonvoy Platinum status was recognized with a room upgrade. Easy and smooth check-in process. The butler service by Raul and Rafael was attentive, professional and courteous. Thanks guys! The hotel pools and seating were very nice. Poolside food and drink service was among the best we’ve experienced. Ground transportation into Cabo and San Jose via the hotel’s company was safe/clean, but more expensive than we expected…….

Ricardo at the pool is a great service, Mako pool is the best experience, thanks to Roberto is a manager, we spent a really good time, really special drinks and the best food

The service overall was exceptional. Every staff member—from the bellman to housekeeping to the pool attendants—was professional, friendly, and eager to help. It’s clear that service is a top priority here. The resort itself is stunning. The adults-only infinity pool was a serene oasis, and the gym facilities were top-notch. And the food—just wow. Every meal was outstanding, but a special shoutout goes to Cocina de Autor. As a Michelin-starred restaurant, my expectations were high, but the chef delivered a world-class experience that rivaled (and in some cases surpassed) other star-rated restaurants I’ve visited. Thank you to everyone at Grand Velas for an unforgettable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

This resort is fantastic! We stayed for a long weekend and never left the property. Amazing views, beautiful suites, great service.. probably the best food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive! Maria is poolside server at the adult serenity pool and she was the absolute best.

Extraordinary service. Catered to our every need, including dietary restrictions. Lovely pool area. Grand class corner suite had stunning view and private plunge pool. On-site restaurants were generally very good, and Cocina de Autor was outstanding.

The Grand Class Corner Suite was beautiful and spacious. The oceanfront balcony with private plunge pool was stunning! The food and drinks were excellent. Our concierge was attentive to any needs, especially coordinating a whale watching tour on short notice. The DJ played our favorite songs and provided excellent service as well. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Grand Velas. We highly recommend booking Grand Velas Los Cabo’s. The whale watching tour was amazing!

The hotel is super close to the beach and they have their private beach. We stayed on the first floor and we had our own plunge pool. The view is breathtaking. Hotel staff is super nice and incredible hospitality. Taxis/ transportation available. It is non inclusive but their complimentary breakfast was great with lot of varieties. Food inside the hotel expensive . Overall such a wonderful stay. Excellent place.

Truly the best breakfast I've ever had! This was our 3rd time staying at this resort and it never disappoints! The staff is eager to please. The rooms are spacious enough for a family. We attended 3 restaurants 5 stars quality food and presentation. Overall great experience with an ocean view room and budget friendly stay. Great vacation for family oriented travel.

We were upgraded to an ocean view room in the Krystal Grand side of the property. The room and views were amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had no problems getting a chair at the pool or renting a cabana by the pool. We had a very relaxing stay.

This was a family friendly resort with lots of great activities and friendly staff. We upgraded to a beach access swim out room in the Altitude tower (thanks, Gabe!). Do this! This gave us access to The Grill for breakfast (with Beatriz, the best server), Sky Lounge (Raul) and adult pool. We loved the swim out pool, which the servers came around to make sure we were taken care of. My kids loved Kamp Krystal, the staff kept them entertained. This Expedia associated resort is perfect for a chill family vacation. I highly recommend it!

This is a great hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Everything is very organized and coordinated to ensure you have the best time. Favourite restaurants there is Risotto & the Grill. The property is large, various pools to enjoy. A nice adults pool too. The rooms are very nice and clean. The ocean view is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

The one-bedroom apartment in which we stayed for 4 nights was exceptional. For some reason, the website refers to it as a King Studio. It is definitely a one-bedroom with a very comfortable king bed with nice sheets and a huge television. The entire place was immaculately clean with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom is modern with a double sink vanity and a very large shower with a wonderful rainfall showerhead. The living room/kitchen area was suited to our needs for making coffee/tea and toast. We had a view of the ocean from the living room window and a lovely outdoor patio with a table and chairs where we would spend the cool early morning watching the sunrise and drinking coffee. We were provided with daily maid service by Carolina who does a terrific job. She brings a fresh jug of filtered water to our fridge every day. There are some very good restaurants within walking distance and we returned to 3 of them multiple times. The beach is also nice and so close although it is too dangerous to swim due to the riptides.

We only stayed one night after our flight home was cancelled and we needed last minute accommodations. The Good: Kind, gracious, helpful staff (including manager who was so patient with my Spanish skills and willing to converse with me in Spanish despite being totally fluent in English....this is how I improve!); beautiful beach right down the street; lovely entry, courtyard, lobby; large room; good water pressure in the shower; lots of thoughtful personal touches; large balcony with screen door and ocean view (and sound of waves crashing at nighttime); lovely and yummy cafe (Baral Bar) in the same building on the first floor with delicious juices, smoothies, breakfast; great value (if you are looking for luxury accommodations, you may be disappointed, otherwise it's a great place overall);

We loved how close we were to most everything, yet it was a quiet location! 1 block to the nearest beach (however, not swimmable), right next to a park, a bus stop, 1 block to a mall with a large supermarket, and overall a very walkable area. The hotel building shares space with several small restaurants with coffee, breakfast, lunch, and cold treats. The room itself was large and very comfortable, and the hotel receptionists and owner were always very helpful with questions we had.

The room was large, nicely decorated with Mexican folk art, and had excellent views of the ocean. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge and a counter where we prepared our continental breakfasts. The common terrace was pretty with different types of potted cactus, a great spot for resting and reading, or having a bite to eat. The hotel's location was perfect for us. We were within easy walking distance of the beach. There is an excellent restaurant, Cynthia's, a coffee/breakfast shop and ice cream shop, all in the same block. A huge grocery store is just across the road. We stayed a week and were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, especially by Marisol, who will happily give suggestions for things to see and do.

Fantastic boutique hotel in a quiet part of San Jose del Cabo overlooking the marina. The view of sunset from the infinity pool was breathtaking. Hotel design, cleanliness, service, and vibes exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back.

Live music: first night was a flamenco show and they served paella, which was delicious. Second night, blues. What I liked most is the long infinity pool on the top floor with a wonderful view of the ocean. A very artsy, boutique hotel.

Room was comfortable, King bed, airy, clean. Small balcony with no room for chairs but good view and the property has a nice common area around the pool with plenty of places to sit in the shade. We paid 140 pesos for an awesome breakfast. Hotel owner/staff were very friendly and the property feels secure and quiet and offers free parking.

We absolutely loved the location. The pool was lovely and the outside grounds kept well. The bed was large and very comfortable.The staff were amazing and very friendly, they were very quick to respond to anything we asked for. The restaurant was great we had the breakfast package and the food was fabulous. The restaurant stuff went above and beyond as well.

It was a great value for the price. They allowed me to check in early, which very helpful. It's not a super fancy place, but the pool is large and clean, the room was also large, clean and had amenities such as a microwave, a mini-fridge and a smart tv. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again while in transit from the San Jose del Cabo airport to my final destination in Baja California Sur.

This is a cute and cute boutique hotel. The staff is amazing, especially Emilio! The area is walkable and the beach is about 10 minutes away. There is a grocery store and Bistro , La Comer across the street, and several restaurants as well. The hotel is very dated, but clean and the television works. The pool is great with chairs and a covered area. I will definitely stay here again

This is a very comfortable hotel in a convenient location. We needed to stay a night before flying out and the hotel location is convenient to the airport. Staff is very friendly. The pool is great! Bed was very comfortable. Many good restaurants, bars, and shops in the area.

If you want to stay in Los Cabo but do not want to spend $700 a night to stay at an all inclusive this place is GREAT. Very clean, pool is chilly but made for a nice place to sit outside. 1500' foot walk to a wonderfully huge beach and many great restaurants within 1 block. Also the very charming downtown shopping/restaurants are about a 20 min safe walk. Staff was helpful in getting an uber for us.

Can’t wait to return to this resort. Staff was exceptional from check in to check out. Daughter has many allergies to food and chefs and options were wonderful and helpful. Rooms were nice we did opt to VIP walkout to pool and enjoyed it would do VIP again. VIP club was very nice to have and easy for food, playing pool and views. Adult poo was fun and the foam party was the best entertainment for sure, I vote more of those! Infinity pool/swim up bar was most popular and only con to it was that they didn’t have music playing at that pool only the main and adult. we meet many great people from all over US. Felt safe at hotel but would not wonder off unless going to a destination (dinner etc). Resort is beautiful, infinity pool could use some tile upgrade if I was being picky. We were with our adult children so not sure about kids area but sure looked like they were having fun and is away from the main pools. Rooms (swim out pool) did have a musty smell after being closed all day but sure about upper level view rooms. There are vendors on the beach selling things but there is a line they can not cross so they can not bother you unless you cross or want to buy something. We came her for my girl friend’s bachelorette party. The moment we arrived we were greeted with such warm welcome and hot towels to sanitize our hands. The check-in process was smooth with appetizers and champagne in lounge area. After that, we were escorted to our Ocean-view suite. The whole resort is absolutely gorgeous with the ocean & pool view at the entrance and very clean! Along the way, escort points out all specialties of the restaurants in our hotel. The variety of restaurants are absolutely amazing! Their breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious! With fresh squeezed juices and they also have 24/7 coffee shop. Their food portions are generous. They have an infinity pool, adults side pool and a swim-up bar! We enjoyed our afternoons sunbathing with a wide range of top-shelf liquor. The bartenders were skilled with delicious cocktails and the overall customer service of staff is top notch. Also, not to mention their security is very excellent! That’s one of the things I absolutely loved! Feeling safe and secure while having a great time! Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply unwind in paradise. Our group had an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to return for another getaway. Thank you to the amazing staff for making this bachelorette party one for the books!

The pillow were fluffy but it sinks pretty fast. All inclusive wasn't really all inclusive. Only a few things were inclusive: drinks (only lower tier of alcohol, you need to know what you are ordering or else they give you the lowest of the brands), food were all included except for those special wines, tequila, romantic dinner and lobsters meal. Spas were extra cost as well so we didn't get to go inside to enjoy the hot tub. There was only 1 hot tub out near the infinity pool that wasnt really hot. The adult pool wasnt cleaned when we went so there were alot of leaves and some napkins in the pool. Elevator was broken when we stayed so most of our trip was up and down the stairs, we were on the 4th floor!.

Great place! Pools are heated which makes it more comfortable. Food is good quality and tasty! Staff is amazing! Extemely friendly and helpful! Shout out to Alejandro at the infinity pool for his great service. We went for our 30th Aniversary and was upgraded to one of the renovated suites with an ocean view which was spectacular! Room is huge with lots of drawers and closets for your clothes! Bed was comfortable and fridge was well stocked. Bathroom is huge, no complaints at all. The hotel acknowledged our Anniversary with a sign on our door and a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and carrot cake which was all super yummy! Really nothing to complain about here. Beautiful place with beautiful people!!

We loved this hotel. I usually prefer to stay on the beach. While this hotel isn’t located beachside you get a beautiful view from the pool area on the very top floor. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, the pool, the cabanas, bar and hot tub. It gets cool in the evenings in Cabo but the friendly bartender kept us stocked with warm towels while we hung out at the pool. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Although it took a while to check in everything else was great! The room was comfortable, their breakfast was one of the best I have seen for a Hampton. The Mercado with tons of food options is right there also, super convenient. I also loved the rooftop pool with great views. The pool wasn’t heated so that was a bummer but there was also a guy up there serving drinks.

The staff members were absolutely excellent: the front desk, the cleaners, the ones that took away our plates at breakfast …everyone was so friendly and helpful. They really made the hotel great. Then the pool and gym were also awesome, especially the hot pool.

Superb is an understatement. Perfect service. Stunning grounds. Gifts every night in the room. Our butler Enrique met our every need and was at our service 24/7. I have traveled the world for 40 years. I have never encountered more perfect service and facilities. The paths are scented with incense. Free foot massage at your chair at the pool. Michelin star chef. perfect location and views. Nothing better anywhere in the world.

Very beautiful grounds - much more lush than other similarly priced hotels near by which are more desert like. The staff is amazing, the amenities are amazing. But if you think the cost of the room is expensive, wait till you order a beverage by the pool ... each Margarita is around $50. And meals are also crazy expensive, which is kind of annoying since you aren't that close to other dining options. Supposedly the sushi at the near by Palmilla mall is good/better priced, but we didn't go.

The beachfront in front of infinity pool is amazing. Quality staff. Excellent rooms and always found it neat and tidy after housekeeping had been in. Love their interior/exterior decor. They go beyond with all of your needs, but be aware there are numerous surcharges added to your charges.

This is truly a 5 Star property. The service was amazing and it didn't feel like the typical Mexico resort with all inclusive services and drunk people everywhere. The service pool side was amazing to say the least. The restaurants were world class. I want to thank a few of the people who served us while we were on property. Alberto Bouczan at the pool and Amirus at the beach side cabana. Wow, what a property.

This resort is beyond amazing. The view in our casita was absolutely outstanding. Alicia was so accommodating with our every need. Pool and spa are gorgeous. The entire property is so clean and landscape is beautiful. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time. The only issue we had was at the pool we were constantly trying to get someone to take our order for drinks and food - even just getting a towel we had to ask a few times.

This is hands down the nicest resort I have ever stayed at. The room was big, clean, and well appointed. The views from everywhere are breathtaking, there is so much natural beauty. The restaurant, bar, and pool are situated in a way where you get full views of the landscape and ocean. The service was beyond impeccable. They took care of every detail no matter how small. Also the staff took all health safety precautions, and I felt very comfortable being there. I am definitely going to return

We always receive impeccable service at Esperanza. The property is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the amenities are fabulous. What really makes Esperanza special is their amazing staff, every time we have to leave, it feels like leaving family. I would like to recognize the following people: Luis, Jersain, Juan Carlos(one at the pool, one at Cocina del Mar), Sergio, Amyris, Christian, and Eduardo. You are ALL amazing and made our stay so special. We always look forward to our return to Esperanza. We felt safe and well taken care of during this especially crazy time.

If you want R&R this is the place to go. The staff were pervasively exceptional, food delicious and ambience wonderful. Access to the private beach by way of pontoon boat was fun , the large rooftop pool had a breathtaking view highlighted by the infinity pool and plenty of lounging spots in and out of the sun. The aesthetic of the hotel was gorgeous!

Second time staying here. Great property and the staff there is five star. The rooms are great and the Infinity pool with a swim up bar on the rooftop is wonderful. Two minute ferry ride over to the beach an additional leisurely option for suntanning. George’s restaurant is just a couple minute walk away and Flora Farms and acre restaurants are short taxi ride. Highly highly recommend.

A very unique hotel, infinity pool on the rooftop, yoga, beach, food, art work all were great. the small attention to detail with a couple of birthday messages in the room and a welcome drink when checking in. Great added pieces for customer service. Only downfall was a bit far from main Cabo area but that also is a plus if you want quiet.

Hotel El Ganzo is just about perfect and was ideal at this time in our trip. After a lot of go go go at other locations this allowed us to enjoy some rest and rejuvenation. The infinity pool and the beach club were both areas to relax the day away with drinks and amazing vibe. The staff are great too, they really look after you across the whole facility. Special mention to Alan at the infinity pool. Loved the art all over the place. This is a luxury hotel so the food and drinks are not cheap but comparable to the area. There is also not a lot in the direct area but enough and San Jose del Cabo is a short trip away. Would definitely come back.

Great art that doesn't take itself seriously, and clean modernist architecture which serves as backdrop for the art. Each room has been painted by a different artist. The corridors are like an art gallery. Be sure and take a walk on each floor to see everything, and don't miss the exterior: there are some great murals, and the grounds are interesting also. Soft sheets, tub in the room, good food and drinks, attentive and friendly staff, two outdoor pools, including an infinity pool on the roof, lounging areas that can accommodate a large family... so many ways to relax and be lazy! Great views everywhere, boats casting nets, seals following behind, brown pelicans, scissor-tailed hawks circling overhead, lizards lying in the sun...

This a special resort that has excellent food, drinks and every amenity you could ask for. The infinity pool with the sound of waves crashing. The pool food and drink staff have been excellent. My wife loved the spa and the gym has everything you need to stay in your workout routine. We stayed 4 nights and every restaurant was excellent. By far our best experience in Cabo!

We had our flight cancelled last minute due to the tropical storm that hit so everyone at the airport was scrambling for lodging. I went online right away and booked us a room for the night. They offer free shuttle to/from the airport which was very nice. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but it is very nice and clean. There is a separate bar as well as onsite restaurant. The room was very spacious and clean and I would stay again should such an occasion call for it. The pool from our room window looked nice.

Omar and Ingrid went above and beyond as well to assist us at the pool. Views from the pool were priceless. This was the 3rd time we have stayed at this resort. We would never stay anywhere else. Incredibly clean. Six excellent restaurants for dinner and multiple food service options for breakfast or lunch. Great drinks service poolside with three beautiful pool options with swim up bars. Additional options available at their sister property in the marina area of Cabo with frequent shuttle service between the two. Perfect place to completely relax with no need for planning if you take the all inclusive option. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

Our first time staying at this property. 2 adults and 2 kids under 5. Great family friendly environment. The food was great! The breakfast service was always fast, the dinner not so much. We waited on average 50 minutes from sitting down to appetizers hitting the table, not the best. Don’t get me wrong the food was amazing! Another thing we didn’t like was the singing receipts every 30 Minutes when at the pool, especially when you are all inclusive and have to get your kids out the pool to sign a receipt is not ideal. Also night entertainment was cancelled due to slow weekend.

We loved our stay at El Encanta resort. The grounds, the pools, the rooms, the dining options were all fantastic! What stands out the most was the truly kind staff at the resort. Our waitstaff at the pool, Juan R., Ingrid, the staff overall Lio and Manny made our stay even more amazing. We loved all of it!

Our experience has been great, specially the service at the pool with Juan! He was very kind and never let our glasses empty. Recommend the ceviche at the pool bar for El Encanto and the micheladas......................................

First off: This place does NOT have an operable rooftop pool. They will say it’s closed for maintenance but it has clearly been out of commission for months if not years. Otherwise, this hotel is OUTSTANDING. Great rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful friendly and helpful staff, outstanding location. I loved everything about it except for the lack of advertised pool.

What a beautiful place to stay near the Art District with all galleries, shops and amazing restaurants just an easy stroll from the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, cheerful and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, quiet and clean. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and terrace with comfy loungers and the views of the city and mountains.

When we checked into our room, we were upgraded to a lager room and on the first floor which was great. The pool area is amazing. Such a beautiful rooftop. Salón Noción the has an amazing bar that you must visit. The art walk and downtown area is super walkable with many great restaurants, shopping and bars. Magical- I can not say enough things about how special our stay was this past Feb. The beautiful gift shop was a highlight, the pools, hot tub, views and food… spa but the STAFF is truly next level and most memorable at this hotel. I adored each members of the staff who attended to us like we were their only guests. They would magically appear whenever we needed something. The breakfast service in our room was a true highlight. The staff would bring a toaster to our terrace and toast our sourdough right there. We will be back.

This was one of the best luxury vacations we ever took! The staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating, the property was gorgeous and well planned out (lots of stairs and walking though), the pools and beach was gorgeous, and the food and food options were excellent. This is a pricey place but you definitely get high quality for what you pay for. We have stayed at both the Westin and Marquise in Cabo before and Las Vantanas was our favorite by far.

It was our first time staying at Las Ventanas and we were very impressed. The resort and rooms are beautiful. They have 8 pools and a variety of restaurants. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They go above and beyond. Huge shoutout to Enrique, Antonio, Hugo, and Luis who made sure our stay was extra special. We really enjoyed our stay at Las Ventanas and we cannot wait to return!

We loved our stay at the Hilton Cabo Azul and plan to go back. 1 - the room was very large, we had a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it fit our family of 5 nicely. 2 - we had a ground floor unit, which gave us extra outdoor space and we could walk to the infinity pool easily (will request this location again). 3 - Flor de Noche was great for tacos and the chilaquiles for breakfast were fantastic. 4 - all the staff were amazing! 5 - We loved walking to the shops and restaurants across the street. The hotel is also only a 15 min walk from the center of San Jose del Cabo, which was very fun during the evening with the shops, restaurants, street foods, etc. 6 - The beds were too hard for us, but we requested pillow toppers and they were immediately provided, which made a huge difference. Overall, it was a 5 star experience for our family and we cannot wait to go back!

The pools were very nice; they are well maintained and heated. There are several pools on the property and plenty of lounge chairs and space. The food, drinks, and service were excellent. We ordered drinks at the pool each day and room service for dinner. My family will definitely be staying here again.

The resort is five star. Excellent service and very attentive to the needs whether it is on the beach or pool side, or in the resort Vegas negative was the horrible music that was played out at the pool and the beach. Most of it was very high paced beat techno music . Save that for Miami Beach

Cabo Azul is our favorite. Have gone there maybe 5 times. Best pools, clean, love the gym. We were so disappointed, we did not realize that the 2 upper pools & swim up bar/ Flore de Noche Restaurant were closed & were under construction. The food at Javier’s was not as delicious as we remembered

Our honeymoon went great! We enjoyed waking up and hanging out at the main pool, and trying out a different restaurant on the property each night. The spa "massage" experience was nice, and the resort had plenty to do at night from a Fusion Night with music and food on the lawn to a taco truck by the pool.

Serene and quiet. Had a restful stay. Short staffed on checkout caused us to carry out our own bags up a flight of stairs. Generally the staff is great. Enjoyed talking to Hector the lifeguard and Christian at Portofino was excellent. Missed having a buffet dinner option. The restaurants are just ok. Location is in San Jose far from crowds in private community so felt safe. Swim out pool not worth it, tiny and no great views to ocean really just to gardens. Beach is not for swimming like most places. A 10 on cleaning. Some of the furniture is dated.

The poolside bar is in the shady side of the pool and is amazing, the temperature of the pool was perfect (and the pool itself was big), the air conditioner in our room was to die for, the staff was super accommodating and nice (especially for English only speakers). It was very comfortable and small, as compared to the resorts around it, it gave a very comfy cozy vibe. Really adorable cactus garden in the middle of the property and AN AMAZING LUNCH SPREAD! The staff was amazing and had fun activities waiting everyday like bingo, water aerobics and an art walk that we adored.

Friendly staff and other people visiting, right on the beach, with a nice pool and hot tub. Relaxing and comfortable, excellent views from the ocean view rooms and the pool. Delicious breakfast and plentiful, free drinking water jugs to fill your water bottle. No extra fees to park a car, easy to get to, and easy to get around town. Also plenty of food and bars within walking distance.

We enjoy that it is not a huge complex. It has a very peaceful lovely quiet garden. The pool is clean and has a nice setting. The staff is very attentive. it is relatively small and easy to get around to the room, breakfast and pool Some may say it is a bit dated , but it has a pleasant clean and nice decor and is well maintained. We like that it is away from the hassle hustle and bustle and touts of cabo.

We had stayed here a few years ago. So we were eager to return. The first day, we discovered there was "construction with hammering" and the Posada Real moved us to another room, easily. We liked the view better, too:) All the meals are well prepared and delicious. We enjoy the option to dine inside or outside. Poolside beer and guacamole is a plus. We did not go into the pool, however, we did enjoy walks to the beach and the views. We could walk to nearby eateries, pastry shop, and grocery stores. The Posada Real is centrally located for walking to the town or other natural places.

The concierge was so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a wonderful view of the pools and ocean. There are so many places to hang out, including hammocks and even a massage on the beach if desired. The atmosphere in the common areas (e.g., bar, restaurant), was great with live music. The room was a good size, comfy bed, small fridge, water, coffee machine. Easy parking.

The hotel is beautiful, with a very intimate feel, with a lovely outdoor path from reception to the guest rooms built into the side of the cliff and gorgeous bougainvillea and other plants lining and hanging over the path down to the beach/pool and restaurant. The rooms are spacious suites and the staff are all friendly and attentive without being overwhelming. We had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food and service were exceptional. We enjoyed drinks on the beach with a lovely view of the water.

Small but very well appointed boutique hotel in between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. The restaurant onsite was exceptional, we ate there most nights. Front desk will also shuttle you to the next door restaurant based on reservation. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. If you want a quiet, relaxing vacation with a clean beach and pool, this is the spot. Staff was courteous and attentive as well.

Quiet, adult friendly boutique hotel. Relaxing environment. Very picturesque. Pool/Beach Bar service is a bit slow, but the relaxed atmosphere and beach views allow you to slow down and enjoy your day.

We loved everything about our stay. The property is beautiful and in a great location. The property is relatively small, making for a peaceful environment in the pool and beach area. Day passes are available to the neighboring Velas properties if guests would like to visit, but we enjoyed the facilities at Mar del Cabo. The staff were all extremely kind and accommodating, especially Miguel, Rosaura, and Eufracia at the restaurant. The breakfasts were also delicious every day.

This property was perfect for our one nite stay. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed a nice breakfast in the am. It was quiet and clean away from the beach but only a short walk down to the beach. The pool and garden area was relaxing. Good wifi. Felt safe and secure as there is a code to enter the property. Lovely view.

At first it seemed rather run down. But I stayed 2 days and really liked the vibe here. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable, the view quite stunning, and bonus whale watching possible. Shared kitchen space and BBQ poolside very handy. Adequate breakfast included. Lots of small touches other fancier hotels don’t think to offer: lots of hooks to hang beach gear and towels, outdoor shower to wash sand off, functioning AC, screened windows, fruit at breakfast. Walk to beach was just fine.

Very nice B&B with views to die for. Maria, the owner is very nice, and she speaks perfect English. We got a unit on the first level, with a nice patio. There is a swimming pool and outdoor kitchen, where we had our breakfast, some fruit, pastries, and coffee. It is on the hill. So, it is better to have a car. We did not. To go to the beach down the hill was fine, but to walk back in the heat was challenging. The beach is not really for swimming but for serfing. Same for restaurants and grocery stores, everything is down the hill. Other than that, we really enjoyed our room.

For price and location this place can't be beat. Our room was spacious and relatively clean. They supply you with 2 snall bottles of water per day. The pool area is nice but shaded most of the day. The pool water is super warm which is rare in mexico. Their happy hour was a bust as they were missing drink ingredients most days. Easy access to the beach where we spotted whales and rays. Overall I would recommend.

Wonderful concierge, Rocio, delicious breakfasts, pool was poorly planned as it’s mostly shaded, all the time! Also pool is very loud as it’s next to the highway!

I liked that everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers were always polite and welcoming. Our rooms were clean everyday. We got fresh and clean bedsheets & towels everyday. Free breakfast is included( very delicious with many options). Parking lot is also available if you’re driving, Gym and pool are also available. At walking distance to the beach and main stores. 10/10 recommend.

Stayed here for a couple days as a last minute extension of my vacation and gotta say it was a pleasant experience. Beautiful rooms with plunge pool. Service, as usually, is top notch. Gorgeous ocean views (can’t swim at beach though, obviously). Restaurants on sight are fantastic. Highly recommend use of the spa products in the room!! They are amazing! Highly recommend if going to Cabo area.

The best resort experience in every possible way. The rooms are lovely, the grounds are pretty, the pools are relaxing, and the food is top shelf (every single meal was a standout). But what really makes Zadún shine is the service. Everyone is beyond pleasant, cheerful, helpful, accommodating and caring. They do go out of their way to make any special celebrations noteworthy. I cannot say enough, or find enough properly effusive adjectives, to give the staff and resulting atmosphere due credit. It is not possible to overstate how much we enjoyed our trip.

Zadun is a tranquil setting, meticulously cared for, and beautifully designed. The team is extremely thoughtful and delivers the highest level of hospitality. The restaurants, pools, and spa are a delight. I would highly recommend it to families or individuals looking for a relaxing getaway.

Zadun is an experience! We had the best Tosani in Carlos. He made sure each day was perfect. Manuel before we got there emailed and communicated with me for a personalized experience. It was a wonderful way to relax by a beautiful pool. Gym is gorgeous and the food and drinks all around were top notch!

The hotel was absolutely stunning!! The grounds were beautiful and every detail in the restaurant, rooms and pool was perfect. The service was excellent and they went above and beyond with any requests. The breakfast and dinner at Comal was delicious and the lunch options by the pool were our favorites! Their signature cocktail is a must! We unfortunately did not get to play golf because of Covid restrictions, but the course looked to be in great shape!

What a lovely place! We feel that we were there off season since it didn't seem to get busy until the end of our trip and we had much of the place to ourselves for the most part! The room was comfy, fabulous balcony with ocean view and we did see whales from there. The pool was perfectly warmed, beach nearby with cabanas and great snorkeling and kayaking available! The food was delicious at all dining locations and the customer service was above and beyond! Can't wait to return!

Incredibly beautiful property. Gym is fantastic, the pool(s) were amazing. The beach was incredible, and the views were fantastic. The staff was 5 star. My only regret was that we did not stay longer.

Best place we have ever stayed in Cabo! It is incredibly upscale without being snobby. The grounds and rooms and amenities are incredible. Sometimes I feel like I book an expensive vacation and we get there and we're all underwhelmed by how shabby it feels but Chileno Bay delighted at every turn. Staff was fantastic too. Special call out for our concierge Mauricio who thought of every detail and was so responsive and helpful, Andres our poolside server who was attentive, funny and sweet to our kids and finally Elizabeth at Comal who was so sweet to my baby.

The building is older so the standard rooms could use some updating. They’re still nice though. They have fun options on the resort such as the club and fun activities. We needed a room change due to come appliance issues, and they acted quickly and even upgraded our suite.

We loved the beautiful views and desert landscape. Whale watching from the balcony was a highlight for sure. The food was delicious and plenty! Drinks were always top shelf and cold! Room service was fast and food was hot. Our only complaints were the ocean view room we had initially was looking out at pool construction but they moved us the next day, and the sand was a little rough to walk on at beach. Would definitely go back!

We were at The Reserve, it had a quieter pool, was more relaxing and intimate. We also had access to The club lounge and 2 other restaurants. The main pool was nice but noisier.

The facility is gorgeous. Half the staff was happy and warming the other half seemed like they didn't want to be working. Once we arrived i had my go pro stolen from my luggage. It was taken out of it and after that i was on edge and high alert. The pool is gorgoues but was not warm. The swim up pools were nice and were a little warmer. Also there was no hot tube

It was beyond our expectations. A very good all inclusive resort. I have been tried many but this was one of the best. The staff, foods, variety of restaurants for dinner( no reservation was needed but for Sal). The beautiful beach was over our expectation, white sand, nice water and lots of cabanas on the beach as well as the pool side. Free transportation was very convenient as well. The first come first serve cabanas was adding up to our comfort of the day. Hotel needs to be updated as is dated on some areas but it doesn't make a huge difference of the guests experience.

Stayed for 6 nights at the reserve. Beautiful property. You really feel like you’re in a desert oasis! The pool was fantastic and the swim up bar has delicious drinks. The beach has amazing views and is very nice to relax on. Food was top notch as well. Overall “partying” options (If that’s your thing) may be lower than other places but if you’re looking to relax I don’t know what else you could want!

There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but George’s is onsite and the food is EXCELLENT! Both the front desk staff and George’s staff are super friendly and they all speak English for those of us with minimum Spanish in our vocabulary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will come back!

This place is beautiful! Very reasonable price for an excellent hotel. Nice pool, great comfortable beds-and very clean. Nice TV, and shower with even a shower cap. Beautiful gardening too. It’s smaller and more comfortable in feeling than some of the grandiose hotels, which are not my style. I highly recommend this place. If we could have asked for one thing it didn’t have , it would have been a small fridge. But they do have ice.

This hotel did not disappoint. It was clean, modern, and well situated near all the marina goings on. The rooms overlooking the pool and Georges Restaurant which is great for a drink or meal. Room 202 (right over the open air restaurant) was impeccably clean and well furnished. I would stay here again in a minute.

Flew into Cabo and stayed for a night here before we headed to La Paz. Hotel was cute, very small though. We were on the second floor & had to lug our two huge suitcases up the stairs with no help from front desk/bell hop, so that sucked. There is no elevator. The pool is nice and we had it all to ourselves for the night. Room was comfy, roomy and clean. We had breakfast at the restaurant on site George’s before we headed to La Paz- food was delicious & reasonably priced.

I was nervous to take an outdoor shower under the men. We moved rooms and it was better but the front staff seemed annoyed with the request.

Amazing experience. We took a treetop room and were up in the trees. Felt like you were living in a lush green palm tree garden. The staff was amazing. So kind and helpful.

Our stay at Acre was very pleasant! There was great staff, the food was delicious and the ambience was immaculate with all the wonderful vegetation and wildlife (horses, dogs, chickens, ducks, donkeys and peacocks). Overall a wonderful and fun experience for a nature and animal lover. My fiancé and I will love to be back soon.

The treehouse was so novel and enjoyable. It really felt like just us and the birds above the canopy

Beautiful property! The king sized bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The kitchen was fully stocked with clean, matching items. There is a ton of space on the rooftop, with comfortable seating, lounging areas, bathrooms and a nice little pool. The pool was very cold so not enjoyable for swimming but adequate for dunking feet on a hot day.

The room was spacious and perfect to relax in. The rooftop pool had amazing views of the surrounding area. The location is perfect and feels safe in the evenings so you can head out for dinner easily and eat the amazing food nearby.

We regret not choosing this hotel from the start instead of opting for an all-inclusive! Newly opened in late 2023, it boasts a stylish and cozy ambiance. The décor is tasteful, and its prime location overlooks the main square, mere steps from art galleries and top restaurants. A rooftop pool with cabanas, beach towels, and great views enhances the experience. Our room featured a well-appointed kitchenette with LG appliances, including a blender and all necessary amenities. The hotel's bar and restaurant are also excellent, complemented by exceptionally professional and courteous staff.

The restaurant on site had amazing food and service. The roof top pool and lounge area was amazing with such amazing views, bathrooms on the roof were a great unexpected feature that was so clean and stylish. The room was great with a kitchenette and all required items. Full size fridge stocked with treats for a price of course. Of course the great WI-FI has to be mentioned.

Happy to have good kids food options (daughter loved crepes/smoothies/pizza/ice cream/cake pops) and fun activities at Kids Club. Didn’t enjoy waiting for restaurants with hungry kids. Lucas at the pool went above and beyond bringing buckets of water, moving umbrellas and getting food from the buffet for kids at the pool.Manuel and Darwin at pool kept us entertained. We loved the trivia games.

The resort is beautiful, very large and extremely clean. The large pool was wonderful although I think there could be more chairs. The entertainment team was great especially Pamela, John and Brian. The food was wonderful, no complaints at all. Lucas was very attentive at poolside bringing us any food and drinks that we asked for. Our housekeepers did a fabulous job keeping our room clean, stocked and even turning down the covers at night and leaving us chocolate! Overall everyone was friendly and very helpful. Had a wonderful relaxing vacation and would return!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was not very busy when we were there, and there was always a pool chair available. We did not need reservations for the restaurants and the food was good. Staff was very attentive to anything we might need or want, and were proactive in anticipating it. This is not a swimmable beach, so it was nice to have large pools.

Our experience was really amazing at this resort. We loved all the staff members and food was 10/10. The pools were warm, the coffee shop was tasty. Manuel from the E team made everyday by the pool really fun and kept the energy up! We will definitely be back!

The master suite was so beautiful and spacious! The resort grounds were clean and all of the staff were extremely helpful and kind! Enjoyed the swim up bar at the pool.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Juli (concierge) and Andres (beach) who were there helping whenever we needed them. The beach is inexpensive of the only ones in Cabi where you can swim. We had a little hiccup on our trip and needed medical attention and the doctor in the hotel was very helpful!

The staff was amazing! So attentive and friendly, Servando was so welcoming and always made sure we had the best cabana. Roberto (swim up bar) and Fernando were awesome!

Lilia provided excellent in-room daily coffee service and some of our favorite servers throughout the pool areas include Christopher & Pacheco (11th floor members only pool), and Loreto & Aaron. Ines at the spa is exceptional and Estrella the hostess has the best personality! We look forward to relaxing here again soon.

This was my second time staying at this resort as an all inclusive. The hotel and beach are beautiful and the grounds are impeccably kept. The cleanliness is superb including all around the pool area. There is a good choice of restaurants available and have enjoyed dining at each of them including the expansive breakfast buffet including made to order omelets, quesadillas and pancakes. The service is outstanding in all areas. The rooftop pool area, including the bar and restaurant are all adult only and a fabulous place to spend the day.

Pros: Garza Blanc is one of, if not, thee most clean and well maintained resorts I've visited. You would always see staff cleaning on every corner you turn. Everyone we came into contact with was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Cons: The food is not that great. While they have 8 pools, theres only 4 restaurants and the best one was Hiroshi (Japanese restaurant). There are very limited activites for the guest. This resort is strictly for relaxation.

The customer service was outstanding. We were assigned Edgar and Jesus to assist us and they were attentive and efficient. Ivan on the 11th floor pool bar was kind and cater to my 95 yr. Old Japanese mother in law treating her like family. I wish I remembered the name of all the staff members that assisted us and made our vacation a memorable one. Definitely we will be back next winter. If you are in Cabo you must try Hiroshi's Japanese restaurant and the steak house even if you are stayong in a different hotel.

Over all excellent property. Great room, great staff, great pool and beach. Only area to improve are the restaurants. Morning breakfast was great. Japanese and Mediterranean restaurants were average at best for food quality. Limited options too! But great stay non the less. The staff was A !

My daughter and I had a lovely time at the Royal Decameron! We enjoyed the pools, the large room with a pool and ocean view, and being so close to the beach. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We had a really relaxing time. Definitely would go again and recommend to others.

Great staff! Kind people. Angela and Fortino were so so amazing. Loved the burger and ceviche tostadas at the snack bar. The pool was fantastic, perfect temperature and clean. Met some really fun other families and had a relaxing fun time.

Grand Decameron was awesome. It was our 2nd time there. The beach is right there, however waters are too rough to swim. It was still nice to relax there. There is a beach about a 25 min bus ride away, Medano beach where you can swim. The hotel is a bit dated but nothing major. Great food, although I would have liked a few more American items. Staff is great, especially Fatima, one if the servers in the buffet restaurant. She was very attentive. We enjoyed the pool and entertainment. Price is great for what you get. We will stay again.

Food was Amazing and plentiful options, the fresh fruit, the eggs, the fresh fish, the accompanying foods were all first class. The Pool , the Gym , the Restaurants were inviting and the staff were welcoming, warm and engaging. Exceptional service from all members of there respective teams.

Good value for the money! San Jose area is a 30 min taxi or bus ride from Cabo San Lucas, so realize the distance between. We were surprised by the downtown San Jose area, really enjoyed exploring there, good nightlife. The hotel is very clean, love the "room to pool to beach" easy access. Try to book an ocean view room. The buffet has little variety. Very clean, staff very friendly!

It fit our needs as we had a wedding nearby and only needed somewhere to stay for three nights. We had the club suite which was perfect for my husband and I, and our two sons slept on the sofa bed. The room was very spatious and the patio was really nice. For the price was better for our needs than the Westin next door. You can easily walk to the Westin for a meal if you would like. The beach is not swimable with rocks and rough water so our kids were bummed about that. Enjoyed Pool C right on the water with infinity edge and pool bar and food. We enjoyed our stay here!!

Several pools with bars and food. The bars had happy hour everyday and the drinks and food were very good. Never had an issue with finding a chair poolside or waiting for anything really. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is really good and in between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. I plan on staying there again in the future.

Club Regina is an older property that is more quiet and peaceful. Three nice pools and bars and two restaurants, but not too many frills. Nice if you like a quiet location with a nice view but will need to take some offsite trips for variety from the one dinner restaurant there.

The hotel and service are really good. Is peaceful and has good views. No beach to swim. They have nice and clean swiming pools by the beach.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff are the heart and soul of Regina. The views, pools, and restaurants are amazing! The amenities in the room (i.e. refills on toilet paper, paper towels, extra towels or kitchen towels upon request, at least one sharp kitchen knife, etc.) could be improved. It is magical resort! Be prepared to hike from place to place.

We had great time. The staff was amazing and friendly especially Isaac that works the bar at the infinity pool.

I love the lazy River and the infinity pool both very beautiful. The food was a little expensive even if you use the inclusive.

The property was very family friendly. If you want to go to the infinity pool just be sure to reserve a spot by 7am even though they say its not allowed otherwise you wont get spot. ***** be aware that even though this booking says all inclusive it isnt and expedia will provide no support for once you arive. The cost for all inclusive is $1200usd per person and very much worth it. I wouldnt book through this method again due to the confusion.

Amazing food at every restaurant, staff is very friendly . The hotel is very nice and clean. Not allowed to swim at the beach at this location . No poolside bar available. So you have to get a poolside waiter. Lazy river and pools are good temperature. And it’s expensive to get to town with the taxis .

While we were asked to hear their property sales presentation, we did not feel overly pressured when we politely declined. The suite offered appliances we used for our own breakfast before heading to the pool by the cliff overlooking the ocean. We were ok not having a beach because the cliff-side beds or infinity pool(s) provided expansive and beautiful views. We saw whales in the distance making our stay magical! We met many friendly guests who have been returning to this place for years. We did not get the all-inclusive package as we were attending wedding events at another property and will consider on our next stay. We shall return!

We spent our daytime at the Pergola Restaurant and pool 5 of 6 days and found that “team” or perhaps the better description of “family” of Margarita, Angel, Alejandro and their Captain Eric were truly the definition of professional, fun and a pleasure to have making our experience THE BEST a guest could hope for. We tried other pools and locations on property but always came back to The Pergola Restaurant and Pool.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful location. Not crowded at this time of year and many pools and great restaurants. Our concierge, Tania, is phenomenal. She is gracious under pressure and so helpful and creative to make our birthday week with a friend so special. Roberto and Juan Ramon at the pool bars work so hard and are terrific too. Lots of fun and sunny weather made for a fabulous vacation. We hope to come back!

This was our fifth time to stay at Hacienda Encantada. The view at El Patio pool is our favorite and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Omar and Ingrid provided exceptional service at the pool. Thank you to the entire Hacienda staff for always providing an excellent experience. If you are looking for a top notch concierge Manuel (Manny) is the man to see!!

We did have a small frig and microwave. No coffee pot but coffee in office. No one spoke English used translator app. Staff nice and friendly. Controls for Tv and AC were confusing and a little glitchy. Very close to airport.

We loved this gem of an inn. Pool, huge tv, internet ok, parking right outside our room off the street and behind walls. Clean and comfy bed!

On all the sites this hotel is advertised, say they have 24/7 Airport Transfer,, they DO NOT! We waited at the airport,,,for their shuttle, finally took a taxi. There’s a breakfast place that’s yummy,,, the bed was comfortable,, the pool is a small pond.

This was a little place close to the airport that was very well kept. We had the pool to ourselves. A great " lets find a place close to the airport for our last night." They had a free shuttle. You could tell the pride the staff took in the place.

It was one of our 4 hotels we used during our vacation in Los Cabos. The taxi driver, picking us up from there, thought i booked it by mistake because it is kind of in the middle of nowhere. But not. I did book it for our first 2 nights because i liked how authentic it looked. And it is very cute hotel with a swimming pool. The room was small but the beds were comfortable. There was a small fridge. The staff was very friendly. Yes, it is far from attractions or restaurants. We took a bus to go to San Jose, but it is very close to the airport. And the hotel has 24 hour check in. So, i think it is perfect to stay at least for one night if you come not in the afternoon to check in other hotels. And it is convinient for flying out since it is so close to the airport.

The apartment we were given was huge, could have comfortably accommodated 8 people for a very reasonable price. Overall, the place was clean, had comfortable beds, spacious living area, and the 3 bathrooms were in good shape. There was a nice pool area, although we did not use it, it was well maintained & the area very clean. The only thing that off was the in room coffee maker did not work, but there was a continental breakfast w/ coffee offered to the guests.

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very clean, decent breakfast, quiet, convenient location, nice pool area.

Good location near small shopping district, clean, functional and air condition rooms, great breakfast with scrambled eggs and local food, pool and friendly staff. Moderate prices. If you do not care about supper luxury this is a very good place to stay. Location makes it good for exploring on your own.

The staff were very helpful especially at reception when we arrived and din’t speak Spanish. They quickly used a translation app and we were booked in ,in no time! They were always friendly when we went in and out and willing to help in any way they could. Breakfast on a lovely terrace by the pool was also included and very substantial. The chambermaid did a great job of tidying our room without moving too much. The hotel has a bank and an ATM close by and also a laundry where they did a service wash for us. Walmart is nearby and has EVERYTHING!

We had a brief stay here but had a very good experience. The rooms are clean and nice, the pool is a good size and the staff we encountered was friendly. Easy on the budget and close to restaurants and the bus stop is a few steps away.

The pool,grout had what appeared to be black mold. My suggestion is pool needs to be acid washed. Also, pool chairs were dirty, they had a lot of stains and bird poop on them, they need a good cleaning. Rooms were clean and nice, bedding was a little too hard for my liking. Air condition worked great! Food was decent. Drinks had a weird little taste. we had an okay stay, but wouldn't stay here again.

I didn't enjoy the evening buffet options, but the morning breakfast options were excellent. I didn't like the bar hours, nothing before 10:00 am. I also didn't like the pool bar closing at 6:00 pm or the pool closing at 7:00 pm. Both are too early. Overall, we had a nice vacation, plenty of kid options at this resort. The area is lovely.

The staff was unbelievable. I travel 3/4 times a year and can say that the staff here are very happy. Always smiling and never give anyone an attitude. This is a very big deal.. The buffet needs more variety. I don’t think we should have to request for bacon in the morning. That is a little weird. Also please add hashbrowns to the menu for breakfast. Also since the result is kid friendly you need more lunch and dinner options for kids at the buffet. Pizza at the pool is wonderful. For kids and adults… Also the pool lunch option is also great touch… Thanks we will be back..

Hotel Posada Terranova is an excellent budget option. The location is perfect! Just steps from the centre of the art district and some seriously fabulous restaurants and culture. This property is fairly quiet considering how close it is to the art district. Even on Thursday nights when the streets fill with people for the art walk, it was relatively quiet. Yes, there are a few neighborhood dogs that occasionally bark, and sometimes you can hear people out in the hallway or guests slamming doors (room doors and doorframes are wood so they close loudly) but I found it quieter than expected and slept well. The beds are advertised as queen size, but they're doubles. They're quite short so our feet hung off the edge. Mattresses are quite worn and no longer very firm, but the pillows are really nice. Rooms aren't fancy, but they're clean! Room and hallways always smelled fresh. Sheets changed daily. A/C was tough to figure out, but it did keep the room very cool! No fan or window in the bathroom. Shower pressure was good and there was usually hot water. The hotel restaurant has some great Mexican breakfast options. We ate there a couple times and enjoyed everything we ordered. Staff is very kind. I don't think many of them speak English and my Spanish is terrible so it was a bit challenging to communicate, but they were patient with me and we made it work! Overall I'm very happy with our stay. Facilities are outdated, but they're clean, and the location is hard to beat!

The hotel is right on the border of the tourist area. So we were able to have the best from the both worlds: breakfast and lunch from the public market and coffee, dinner and drinks from the art and tourist district. 35 minutes of a plesand walk to the beach (it was January, it can be hot in other seasons). Breakfast and lunch at the hotel were OK if you like that sort of food. It was quite busy on Sunday because the place is popular with locals. Hotel has its charm: built in traditional style with tile, stucco and dark wood. Somewhat crumbled bathroom. Shower head certainly in need of upgrade. Next to the public market there is a laundry and we were able to wash our clothes just for 100 pesos for a bag. Hotel personal was helpful. They called taxi to take us to the airport and helped with our luggage.

Pros: Decent beds, sheets seemed clean and the pillows were remarkably comfy. The staff was very nice and helpful. Cons: The beds were advertised as queen but they were not - they were doubles. The doors and door locks seemed very inadequate. If you need a decent place to stay for a night, this is perfect. If you are expecting any type of luxury, this is not the place. The neighborhood seemed safe but there were annoying neighbors playing music and shooting fireworks until about 3am (this was Xmas day). The room had spots that were dusty so the cleaning crew could do a little better job.

It's a great little hotel. As others have said it's centrally located. the breakfast is decent I enjoyed it the guys and girls that worked In the restaurant we're very nice. Everybody that worked in the hotel was very nice and friendly. The cons are. It's not much effort the place can be upgraded some paint Some new T v's and some English-speaking TV channels. Beds are comfortable but, The sheets are too small and don't fit the beds and constantly pulling out it's a little bit annoying. So if they did just a few minor renovations and upgrades the place would be awesome I will go and stay again.

This hotel has a fantastic breakfast restaurant that's a great value. You're less than 5 minutes walking from an area that is jam-packed with fun things to do, like visiting Baja Brewing Company. The rooms are kind of small and there's no mini fridge, but the staff are nice, the beds are comfortable, the AC is powerful, and there are always fresh towels!
