We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Live entertainment, beach bar with great food and drinks, ocean front with a breath taking view, indoor pool, outdoor pool, another outdoor pool attached to the lazy river, hot tub etc... oh also the pools are heated. Rooms were awesome too. Small microwave, full size refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, large bathroom. Lots of space. Free breakfast was amazing every morning also!!! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. We loved it so much we didn't want to go back home to reality lol

Great amenities! Lazy river was really neat! Daily musical entertainment poolside and nice poolside bar & grill. Pool is heated and has a shallow gradient for small children. Family friendly movies poolside in the evening while we were there (spring break). The room layout was great complete with a semi private bunk bed area that was perfect for a pre teen to have a bit of privacy. Bunk area also has its own television :) Full size refrigerator with microwave and kitchenette sink was so nice as the dining out selection in the area isn’t that fantastic.

The staff by the pool was great with my daughter. She loved the free water and tea she could get by the pool. The entertainment in the evening by the pool was amazing. Also enjoyed the movie nights, getting to watch it at the pool and from the balcony. Location being right on the beach. The bunk beds had their own TV.

Room was very clean and also with high attention to detail. Poolside was great with many options as well as the poolside bar. Movies every night poolside, got to watch Super Bowl on big screen which was great. Breakfast was perfect, also the coffee bar with tea and water was perfect. We stay at this hotel every vacation to pcb.

Every room has Gulf of America view!!! Sunset, balcony, pool, lazy river pool, extra large hottub, indoor pool also, private beach, white sand, walk out to Gulf, saw dolphins from our balcony in the morning

The hotel was excellent on all levels! The room was spacious and extremely clean for being a beach front hotel. The beach/pool had towel service. The rooms were stocked with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The noise level in the hotel was calm and not noisy at all. The hot breakfast was tasty and a large variety. The pool and bar area was a nice touch and very spacious. Nice tables in the shade to visit with friends. Plenty of room to sun or seek out some shade. Water was provided by the bar to keep you hydrated while you swam at the pool.

I love the location. Right on the beach. We got 2 chairs with an umbrella. The hotel is close to everything, including Walmart, Top Gulf, and many restaurants. I like the rooms. Great view of the ocean and comfortable beds. The pool was nice with access to the beach and a bar. It also has an eatery at the pool.

What a nice hotel resort! Very clean; staff is so nice. The luxury of having restaurant/coffee/breakfast plus the nice pool and pool bar— unbeatable! I will definitely recommend to others and I’d stay again! An impressive stay.

Beautiful property! If you want a property that is impeccably clean and quiet at night with fun activities, this is a great one to consider! They offer live music inside, a DJ and food by the pool, direct beach access, free beach loungers with umbrellas, plenty of pool loungers with umbrellas, and outdoor games. We stayed five nights and enjoyed each one!

Hotel conveniently located, clean and very family friendly! Service at pool was slow but thats OK on vacation! Kids loved the pool and lazy river, beach chairs were convenient and I definitely recommend Hyatt Place!

We didn't stay at this hotel, but we were given the courtesy to use the pool and beach from our hotel - Marriott Legends Edge (about 25 minutes away) because they are refurbishing the pool area at our hotel. The pool was nice (not real big) with a lazy river as part of the pool. They had pool towels and pool umbrellas to use. It is on the beach which is really nice. We had a sub sandwich ($14) at the poolside restaurant and there is a pool bar - closes at 4pm. Happy hour upstairs starts at 4pm with 2 for 1 tap beer and 1/2 price well liquor drink specials ($10 regular price).

The resort style pool. The DJ by the pool along with a server taking your order around the pool. It made me feel like I was somewhere far away.

I loved the amenities, the hotel was really clean, and the pool was amazing! They had fun activities for children to do at the pool which was so nice. The employees were so amazing and helpful as well! I loved the view from the balcony, and it was right on the beach which was great as well.

This facility was absolutely clean. 10 Billion %. The view was also 10 Billion %. The beach, the lazy pool, the hotub, and the hotel room was perfect for our 4 member family with two small children. The breakfast offered was also pretty decently done. They had fire pits around some seating area near the pool. The beach access and the beach itself was clean with zero trash.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was the best we've ever had. I would stay here again mostly for the swimming pool with the lazy river. This is the first beach vacation we actually spent more time at the pool than the beach.

The entertainment for kids was wonderful. The nightly poolside movies and the fire show were our favorites. They also have water available at poolside to drink in cups provided or fill your water bottle.

From the front desk staff to the restaurant waiters to the bartenders by the pool the staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The view was incredible from our room balcony, the pool was beautiful and clean and resort towels were readily available. The convenience store onsight had reasonably priced pool toys, towels, shirts and snacks. I would definitely recommend this resort if your going to PCB.

Wonderful…beach ,staff, pool,food,service, bed, pillows and privacy. The manager, Jay, is so friendly and kind. Very clean. Store has a lot of items, not real expensive. Fairly quiet. Sometimes at night people allow their children to scream in the pool until 11 . Loved walking up and down the beach. May is not too crowded anywhere. Very convenient to a few places to eat across the street. The sand is so soft. Water is just beautiful.

All rooms have an Ocean front view. Kids activities include a small on-site water park, movie nights at the pool and a nice large pool and hot tub. Good all-round atmosphere. An open air restaurant and bar on a deck beachside. The main restaurant is inside the hotel and expensive but nice with excellent entrees along with a breakfast has the most diverse choices I’ve ever had.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, all are oceanfront and the view is spectacular. The free breakfast was delicious and fancy. That alone gives it 5 stars. The hotel was in a great location by shopping and restaurants that are walkable. Clean room. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice pool and grills. Definitely will stay here again.

The breakfast was always fresh. The location was within 15 mins walking to the ocean or 4 min drive plus they had free parking up close to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool as it stayed open until 10 pm. The gym was good and very clean. Overall, would definitely come back as the prices on the room were great!

The breakfast was good but it was just continental. So do not expect waffle makers and pancakes here. But the cook, Marcus was very personable. Loved his positive attitude he made breakfast time special. The pool was nice and the hotel was very clean.

This was a beautiful property, the beds were amazing and the rooms themselves were great! Complimentary laundry was a plus as well as the pool and convenience to the beach!

It was so relaxing, it was nice to be able to fix breakfast and we even cooked a couple dinners in the little kitchen..We were close by to the shopping and Pier. Swimming pool was very and clean..We have no complaints..excellent stay

We have been staying here each year since they opened in 2021. We can definitely see improvements that they've made to the facility. We loved the staff and the pool! The room was a bit snug and the BALCONY WAS WOBBLY and the fence keeping you from falling was plastic and you could break right through it which made me nervous. Also our toilet flooded and we didn't get any help.

Booked 3 rooms for a Friday night before checking into condo on Saturday. Arrived about an hour before check-in and was told by the front desk rooms would be ready in about an hour. Went to grab a bite came back in a little over an hour checked right in. All rooms were perfect, staff very friendly. The only thing that was a little off was the breakfast and pool. The pool is really small for this size hotel. Another thing was no lights in the pool area when we were there. Might have just been an issue of flipping a switch. Breakfast area was crowded and loud and the food was just cereal, make your own waffles and gravy and biscuits. We were in the dining area about 30 minutes after opening and guests had made a pretty good mess of things. Elected to grab breakfast elsewhere. The breakfast and pool were not a stay killer and would stay again.

The property is beautiful, the pool and was nice and right on the beach. It was very quiet and peaceful. Everyone was very friendly.

Staff at arrival were wonderful and were very helpful in meeting my special needs request. The late evening office staff was rude and went back on the word that I was given at check in regarding parking. It was worth the money you pay but I don't know if we would stay there again especially having to park 1/2 mile away while 8 months pregnant. The pool was nice and enjoyable and the convenience to the beach was great.

Love the Casa Loma…smaller old school motel right on the beach. Up to date rooms, nice decor. Every room has ocean view. Swimming pool is saltwater and heated. Definitely coming back!!

It worked for what we needed. Wish they had a heated pool or indoor pool.

Room was clean and tastefully decorated. It felt luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were not only eco-friendly - they were of excellent quality. I loved the subtle Sandalwood scent of the lotion. The staff were friendly and professional. The cleaning crew appeared very focused and thorough. Also - location was good. We were able to walk to the beach and back (about 1 mile each way) Hotel grounds were clean, quiet, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. The pool was clean and refreshing after a hot day.

Properly was clean, room was nice. Great view. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was average. Extra towels in the room was a nice touch. Heat pool and hot tub was amazing. Only true down side was not all the amenities were open. No mermaids, no pirates, no activities, no waterfalls into the pools, no concessions next to pool. Live camera feed of the pools for strangers was concerning but overall a good stay.

This is a Great central location for fun & popular local restaurants in the area. The pool area is a lot of fun w/ the pirate theme & waterfall & pool side activities. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable as well as the lunch selection was really good & reasonable which made it so easy to only have to worry about dinner out at some of our favorite local spots. Also the beach umbrella & lounge chairs rental was really reasonable for a half or full day

Far exceeded my expectations, the room was clean and housekeeping came everyday with clean towels. Breakfast was good and served as a to go buffet which was super nice. The pool and hot tub were a HUGE bonus and they had fun cute activities for the kids during the day. You can rent beach chairs for 40$ from 8-5 which is way cheaper than other areas of the beach. The poolside bar was open every evening and the kitchen served lunch from 11-1 everyday if you wanted to eat there and prices were not outrageous. Parking was never an issue even with the hotel being packed.

The pool was great! We dont drink so we didnt use it, but there was a bar at the pool. The rooms were clean. Full sized fridge, microwave, coffee pot, safe and hairdryer. The view was fantastic! They have a kitchen in the lobby that does a great continental breakfast and you can order other food there as well. Easy walking distance to Harpoon Harrys, Capt. Jacks buffet, a couple of souvenir shops, a convenience store and a liquor store.

The kid’s pool was perfect for smaller kids! They had a separate pool for older kids and adults so the little ones never had to compete with the big kids for pool time or toys. We stayed on the lower level nearest to the beach and it was perfect. We were able to walk straight out to the beach each morning from our room. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Although an older hotel, it provides a good service for its location and price. It offers many amenities (kids’ pool, regular pool, on the beach, tiki bar,, splash pad… A drawback for non smokers is that outside smoking is allowed, so if you are downwind from a smoker on your balcony, you get all their smoke. Other than that, a good place to be on the beach.

The rooms were a bit dated but everything was super clean, well cared for and had everything you needed. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The other guests were friendly. The pools were great. The access to the beach was easy. The food and drinks at the Tiki bar were good. We discovered upon leaving that the Walmart and Target were 5 minutes away by car. I would highly recommend The Driftwood. If we ever go back to PC Beach we will definitely stay there.

It’s an older property in a really great location. Walkable to the pier and pier park. Clean and friendly staff. It was off season so the tiki bar wasn’t opened nor the pool but the price reflected that so it was fine. Still get the amazing views of the gulf from your balcony.

Perfect location, old vibe with just enough of current tech to stay comfy but still disengage from the day to day stressors. Love the tiki bar, grill set ups, beach chair access, two pools kid friendly but not overwhelming. It was perfect. Walking distance to shops, dives, and the mainstream touristy spots. Never had to leave. Excellent. Kind of wish I kept it a secret.

This is a small resort. All the better. Right on the beach! All the units face the beach. Fully furnished apartments. Fantastic staff. Due to covid one has to reserve the activities room. There is a pool table, game systems , board games and computers. WE enjoyed playing pool. There is no charge for using everything. Unlike other Holiday Inn Club"s that have pay to play pool tables. There is a McDonald's and Arby's right across the street. Very quiet area. Outdoor gas grills. Killer views and awesome sunsets! As owners we will be back!

We loved our time spent here! The staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The facilities are very nice and our room was nice. We are used to a king size bed, so the bed was small for us and not the most comfortable, but the rest of the space was very nice - had everything we needed! The pool is nice and the beach was wonderful. Overall a great vacation!

The beach, pool, and hot tub were attractive and inviting. The condo was roomy, well stocked, and had great bedding. The view of the gulf from the balcony was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Somewhat patchy Wi-Fi was the only negative. We would happily stay again.

It’s Less Than A Mile From The Beach(Walking Distance Actually)! The Property Was Very Clean And Organized! The Breakfast Was Very Good And The Breakfast Lady Is Such A Sweetheart! The Pool And Splash Pad Was Clean! The Rooms Smelled Really Fresh And Were Very Clean! The Beds Are Super Comfy :) Loved Our Windows View!

We arrived early - receptionist was extremely friendly and professional. She allowed us to check in early and upgraded us to a suite. It was large and spotlessly clean. The pool area was clean and furniture was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - as per most Hampton Inns. There are also washer/dryer facilities - everything worked!

Rooms were clean and had updated decor and phone USB chargers everywhere. The breakfast was nice, although a few family members fell ill after eating the waffles. The staff was friendly. The gym was nice although there was 1 broken machine and no cups for the water cooler. The pool was a decent size but isn't heated and was too cold to enjoy. The location is fantastic, 5 mins from the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early and check out late. We would definitely stay there again though I we traveled back that way.

Good stay, checkin was smooth, staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was okay, seems it could fill up quickly. WiFi worked as advertised. Room was clean and the A/C could be placed on constant (for white noise) The hotel was pretty quiet. Didn’t try the pool or workout area nor the laundry, however it looked inviting. The breakfast was okay, pretty standard. Everything worked in the room. Nice area to walk around (if your into that) over all, it was a good stay.

The hotel is beautiful, I loved it. The room is very comfortable, although we payed for balcony and gulf view and our view was blocked by the palm trees (pool area). Me and my husband enjoyed the hotel, however there was a LOT of kids everywhere, yelling and screaming until later at night. The pool was very full and we expected the pool to be deeper. When I saw the overall structure of the hotel, I didn’t think there would be so many kids. I guess it's not the perfect place for couples, but anyway the hotel is great, clean and beautiful

Place was nice, but the bartenders were obviously under the influence of opioids...they shut the outside bar down way before sunset... absolutely not making the kind of money they could make there...would go back, but would expect to see major changes at poolside ..the breakfast was excellent and the room was cozy, but during the summer there should be live entertainment everyday at the pool between 530-8pm...allot of people would never leave for dinner, they would have it there by the pool

The hotel was new and very well designed. Breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for a good vacation (located right by Pier Park.) The pool was BEAUTIFUL and the water was heated, very warm even when the air was cold. If you have kids they will love the slide, the pool was mostly about 3 ft deep which felt safer for kids. The pool/ gulf view was lovely and worth the extra expense : )

Mel at the pool bar was absolutely amazing, so attentive and friendly. She truly made this trip an amazing experience. Would come back here just to see her! Hotel is at a great location just across the street from the beach and a good pool bar menu!

Room was spacious and had everything we needed. View from the balcony was beautiful. Beach access was easy and not crowded. We did not use the pool but it appeared clean and nice. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so quite a bit of sand can accumulate. The room isnt luxurious but for the price and area, we were very satisfied. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great stay!! But first off, this isn’t a fancy, brand new hotel. It’s been around a minute and probably weathered a ton of storms, BUT it was clean and right on the beach. It has a kitchenette which was SUPER handy. I could listen to the ocean waves and also the pool was right outside my door. ALSO, just Steps to the beach. The girls in the office were super sweet and very helpful. The only complaint I have is the beds weren’t the most comfortable but I’ve seen worse. I would still and probably definitely will stay here again! We’ll be back for sure. Easy peesy for just me and my hubby.

The sky walk is great for getting across the street. The heated pool was wonderful. Access to the beach and ocean. Every room as the best view. Will definitely stay here again. We walked to the restaurants/pizza/seafood /ice cream shop that were next door/across the street.

We stayed on the 23rd floor and it had gorgeous views. The pool that was on the beach was closed for maintenance which was a little disappointing but the other pool was open. It was a quite unit and overall nice.

The view from the 22nd floor was excellent!! All condos face the beach. The sand is the best in Florida, soft and clean. We saw many dolphin from the beach and the room. Weather was sunny and 70° almost everyday. The pool was heated and just the right temperature. The hot tub was very relaxing. There are activities like karaoke and trivia that we did not participate in. There is a restaurant called Sharkey's within walking distance either via the sidewalk or beach. Sharkey's has an excellent happy hour menu from 11am to 5pm. Good food!

I loved the view, the room was great, the tiki bar was wonderful. The pool was first rate!! I was in walking distance of great restaurants and shops, entertainment. The towels at the pool were sparkingling white and laid out on the chairs by the pool and in bins on the tanning deck in front of the pool. Easy access to the beach from my room, I just walked down a set of stairs and there I was on the beach. The views were excellent.

The hotel was a nice family spot to stay. We do suggest that the bathroom beside the pool be cleaned more than once a day and installing a fan or ventilation system. The pool bathroom was very dirty and extremely hot. Also, having a regular ice machine would be great. The only ice option they had was a 14 lb bag that mostly wasted because we didnt need that much. Also, the ac unit was leaking all over the balacony. Overall, we would stay there again but think these few suggestions would make an even better stay!

It was located in a quiet family friendly area of the beach. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. There was a pool, hot tub and the beach right there together. So convenient. Also, a bar/ grill was on sight for you to get drinks and snacks while you are at the pool or on the beach.

The resort is really nice. But however it does need some remodeling. The furniture and the curtains need updated. The hallways are not very well lit and needs a good cleaning and painting. The pool area is beautiful. Lots of chaise lounge and the pool bar and restaurant are very good. Beautiful view from there. Beach is perfect. All of the staff members were awesome and very friendly. I would recommend this place.

Everybody was nice. Everything was friendly, but I requested a dedicated parking place and I requested to be in front of the pool since I just had knee surgery and I have young kids and I didn’t get either one. I ended up being on the other end of the motel from the pool And far is parking place just park where I could but other than that it was a great bunch of people they really were and I just wish that I would’ve got that because I would’ve got more time with the kids.

My family enjoyed everything. From the Hot pools, Hot tubs, walking distance to the beach, amazing beach view, the tiki bar and food was delicious and cheap. I paid around 1200$ for a three night stay . which is very pricey . But the rooms not always expensive maybe because it was the weekend of Memorial Day weekend. Everything is walking distance and señorfrogs was the best place to eat and party and vibes . Etc. great place to have fun

Wonderful small motel. On the beach with amazing views. Staff is very helpful. Easy access to the hot tub, pool and bar and of course the beach. What a jewel of a place. These types of motels are a dying breed unfortunately. The big Corporate hotels that are 20 floors high are taking over this quaint town.

Nice, clean room but small. Nice balcony with a beachfront view, round table and four chairs. Good hotdogs at the Tiki Bar. Swimming pools were small but adequate. Price was high but comparable to surrounding hotels. Close to beach shops and the Pier with tons of food and entertainment options.

The convenience store onsight had reasonably priced pool toys, towels, shirts and snacks. I would definitely recommend this resort if your going to PCB.

Will never stay anywhere else since staying at this resort. Very family oriented and safe. Loved the staff. It was so nice to have access to towels by the pool and even complimentary swim diapers for babies. Paul is the best in Security! He made sure to get to know us and let us know we could come to him if we needed anything at all. Our stay was so relaxing. We can’t wait to be back next Summer! If you’re thinking of booking this resort, DO IT! Also, the private beach access and nightly entertainment and movie by the pool is amazing!

It was really good, went with family. Kid loved all the pools- the warm pool, lazy river, kids water play area. Breakfast was also good. Staff was good all over. They offer swimmies for free ( diapers made for swimming for baby’s ). As complimentary on your way to the beach and their actual pool area is AMAZING and has absolutely ANYTHING you could think of needing and even better to they have an AMAZING spa for even deeper relaxation if that’s what your after then this will more than satisfy you and your family! 10/10 recommend!!!

Bikini Beach is our favorite place to stay in PCB. More bang for your buck and right on the beach, easy access. The pool is clean and checked every day by maintenance. Everything is clean and maintained. Bring your own hangars if you need to hang items. The Tiki Bar has great drinks you can take to the pool or beach.

Hotel was clean and really close to the beach, the pool was warm, perfect for the cold weather, pool bar was nice, it was really close to everything.Would definitely stay again.

This was such a great spot. On the beach and close to restaurants. We had a room with a direct view of the pool (which was heated) and the Gulf. Nice to hear the waves. Room was very clean and comfortable. We called maintenance because our TV was not working and they came right away and fixed the problem. They even followed up the next day with a phone call. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for the money.

The parking is horrible if you can afford it i recommend the valet.

Ask the staff. Want to know where to eat or idea of what to do? Ask the staff. The only downside, no breakfast. They have great coffee! There is a diner across the street and a restaurant next door.

This is my 4th stay at the Calypso. It's clean, safe, convenient, it is everything! Trust me you will love it. Beach view, tiki bar at the pool. It has 2 pools, one that's heated. That's my home away from home!

Perfect location on the western side of Panama City Beach. Pier Park is a 5 minute walk. Great tiki bar between the 2 pools. Now the room, WOW!!! This was the nicest room I have stayed in. It is obviously well cared for by the owners. Beautiful decor. Wonderful bathrooms. The beds were VERY comfortable. Huge balcony. Amazing room!!!

The beach was wonderful. We walked to the Pier Park every day for dining and entertainment. Grocery store was just across the street, and a few restaurants. There was also a bus stop directly at hotel entrance (we didnt rent a car but could get anywhere using the bus). The hotel is onky 25 minutes from the airport. Friendly staff at check-in. Clean pool and beautiful views. Kitchen was useful. I think laminate would be great throughout the entire room. It was not overly crowded at the beach or pool like other places. Overall, I think it’s a hidden gem!!

My hotel was across the street from beach. Room was clean there was not a phone in room that was odd to me but have no complaints about my stay would stay there again. Had access to indoor pool and hot pool.

We have stayed here every year we come to PCB. We like the location, pool/ hot tub and can see the Gulf every morning and the beautiful sunset. We miss the nice gentleman who was there every morning working hard to keep the pool area clean. The family who previouly owned the property, did not charge the resort fee. The "resorts by the sea" owners charge the resort fee, eventhough nothing has changed with the property or anything has been added to your stay that qualifies it as a resort.

I had an amazing stay here and will definitely return. Great amenities! Great balcony view. Warm, clean pool. Delightful jaccuzzi. Convenient beach access. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Good parking access. Great and helpful staff. Good housekeeping. I wanted for nothing while I was there. They took great care of me.

We stayed 4 nights and had a blast! My kids had lots of other kids to play with. We had a beach view room, so we just had to walk by the pool to get there. We brought our own chairs and tent so we didn't have to rent one. We stayed in 1 night top cook our own dinner and other nights we walked to other restaurants. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. So much fun!

There were a fridge and microwave in the room, so I could save some money having meals in the inn. There was also a TV, but I never used it. The same case with a pool, I naver used it. It is prohibited to smoke in the room, and it is cool, because you breathe with a clean air every time.

The staff was sooooo nice and professional. My check-in was awesome. I asked the staff for help with the TV later in my stay, and the staff was very helpful. The pool area was clean. I really appreciated my time at Executive Inn.

The beds are very comfortable , the nice clean pool, and the friendly staff.

Pool was clean room was clean front office customer service was excellent. Katalina made us feel welcomed. Enjoyed our stay very much will definitely be back soon.

The front desk staff was super friendly! There are 3 beachside properties that you have access to, so you can use their pools and beach area. At this time it was the Palmetto, Beachcomber and Radisson. The bed and linens were great! The room was clean. This is just a comfortable hotel, so nothing super fancy. The pool looked nice, but we did not actually get in it. Overall it was a good price for a place to lay your head down while you are here enjoying the beach.

Stayed for Fourth of July. Room was spacious and clean. Only downside was the lack of water pressure but in all we were still able to shower. Pool was clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. Front desk was friendly at checkin and accommodated us with a room at the end since staying with our doodle. Rooms were quiet and bed was comfy with lots of fluffy pillows. Loved the location at Pier Park and just a quick drive to all we wanted to do!

That atmosphere was very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the coffee was good. The pool was very clean as well as our room. Very quiet for a place to stay at the beach. The staff was amazing!

We had a great time! We didn't get to enjoy the pool on our first day because it was under maintenance, but it was open on our second day and it was HEATED! We enjoyed the heated pool for two days, but then on the 4th day, the pool was no longer heated. Come to find out they turned the heater off for spring/summer. I wish it would have been left on because it was still very chilly, so that was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the place was great. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. Great staff.

The property was as we expected for what we paid..very clean, definitely dated but pictures show this ahead so we were not surprised .The staff was very helpful and super friendly .The beds were very comfy and we had all we needed. Parking was a breeze. The only disappointment was the pool was not heated as stated and it was unusable, way to cold..this would have been a deal breaker had we known ahead of time that the heater was broken as this was an amenity we searched for because of the time of year we were traveling.

This was our first time here and our first trip with our dog. We were pleased the room was ready early. It was clean and had been updated at some point. The property itself is old and does need to be repainted, but the grounds were kept clean. A big pluses we’re the pool was heated and the view we had was oceanfront. The water was so pretty and the sunsets were spectacular. We will be back sooner rather than later.

I liked that it was right in front of the beach. The pool was really nice up to 8 feet deep. There was a full kitchen it was more like a small apartment. We had a beach view.

Place was great. Very pretty clean. Only down fall was the people right next door kids kept coming over trying to come in and biting my children.

The majority of the staff was nice, really cant complain. The area was clean. The boardwalk was a very pleasant area to walk and had multiple areas to get to the beach and wash off when coming back.

Loved having the private beach. 6 ppl in our group. Had 2 double beds and bunk beds. Room had Gulf and beach view. 2 pools available with chairs and lounge chairs. We changed our own bedding and towels. Bedding every other day and towels every day. I highly recommend this property for a perfect vacation! We will be returning!

The location of our room on bottom floor. Great access to the beach. The view even at that level was wonderful. The location of the property was wonderful as well. My grandson and I spent a lot of time at the main pool, it was clean, the area clean. He learned how to swim without floaters. Great memory.

Our stay was excellent. The only two things I would change was the room was entirely too small and the pool rules weren’t enforced. Kids were throwing balls in the pool and hitting people with them accidentally of course but that’s why there was pools rules stating not to do so and the pools were to close at 12 and they didn’t enforce this and with our room being in between 2 pools it was extremely loud in our room and disrupted us from being able to go to bed at a decent time.

First time here and it was so amazing! I love that it has 3 pools and so much stuff to do you really don’t have to leave! My 4 year old LOVED the indoor pool and the lazy river! The beach is also right there! They do activities every day as well! It was so much fun and we have definitely found our place to stay when we come to PCB from now on!!

Had to buy bag of ice from the front desk. Wifi & ell service spotty. Only so many parking places in front of hotel; additional parking across the street.

Great location. Close to pier park. Fantastic amenities. We visited in the winter and all the pools were nicely heated and so much fun for the kids. Rooms and grounds were clean. Room was well laid out with lots of space. Staff and even other guests were kind. Sunset views were picture perfect. Food at coconuts was pretty good too.

The parking lot was tight and very full when I arrived. Then I was hit with $67 resort fee after thinking the trip was already paid. Elevator was broken. Not off to a great start. Internet service in the rooms terrible. Last night there couldn't get TV to connect. Other than that, nice access to beach, nice pool, room was clean. The restaurant across the street, Coconuts, has good food, bad service.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, we actually booked 4 rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. The pool was clean and inviting. The location is very convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.

This hotel was cheap, clean, friendly, and convenient. They have a great pool and the staff were awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

Price was good. Staff were nice. Beds were clean. Pool was nice. Two miles from ocean. My only complaint is the floors. Nothing visible but you can not go barefoot at all. After about 30 minutes walking around my sons feet were black on the bottom. So we he knocked his water over he grabbed a white towel to clean it up. It to turned black.

The rooms were clean, a/c worked well, and all the appliances worked well. The pool was clean. The location is nestled close to family activities, a theme park and a zoo. My kids loved it. We will be back.

We had a great stay! Amazing views! Pool was amazing and easy access to the beach. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Elevators could be better but wasnt too bad. Overall first time coming and we had a blast!

My family enjoyed the resort. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Gym was more than expected with its offerings. Pool is very large and even when it had a lot of people in the water it didn't feel crowded. Only bad thing is there never seems to be enough chairs but this is an issue at any resort. Beach was great. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. We will go back.

Loved the view the location to everything. The pool was amazing the whole family enjoyed it. Access to the beach was convenient.

Excellent location. Room was perfect for our stay. There were a few not so great things like the broken towel holder, or the damaged hanging ceiling tile. But that didn’t bother us. Overall great stay with kids. Easy beach access and quiet pool.

Everyone was very nice. The complex was clean and well taken care of. The pool was clean also. The view was wonderful. On the other hand.....the studio I stayed in was awful. It definitely needs a lot of attention. I had to go to a Walmart for a skillet and a pot to cook with. I wouldn’t use something that had pieces of the nonstick coming off. I was told that some of the condominiums are owned by individuals. Whoever owns 401 needs to give their renters a better place to stay. It makes me think they don’t care about us as renters, all this owner wants is the money. It offends me. I do have to say whoever was assigned to clean the studio condo did a great job of it. It is one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in many over 40+ years. I will stay there again and hope that the next rental I get is better but I will not stay in 401 again.

This is a really nice space with a great location. We were able to easily walk to the pier, shopping, and restaurants like Sharkys. I highly recommend the restaurant/grill two doors down on the right. Great chicken tacos! Our room was a clean and pleasant studio with two beds and a sofa. The bed was too hard for me, which made it hard to sleep, and the air conditioner unit is really loud. Our balcony had a terrific view of the ocean, and we were only on the second floor. It was to get onto the beach, and the little bar on the first floor had great snacks and affordable cold drinks.

Really nice room. We had 2 balconies. Our room was located on the golf course so the pool was nice but not like the picture they show. You can be shuttled across the street too the main pool area and beach for free though. Dryer will get clothes dry if you pull it out, the hose gets crimped of the dryer is pushed all the way back. There was people smoking weed on the bottom floor, while we were out on the balcony it drifted up too us but after yelling the smoke stopped. Overall good stay.

The villa was across street from beach property. It’s a simple walk over their bridge or they have trams to use( golf cars). Gated community and felt completely safe. The villa golf side rooms were beautiful with two big bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Beach chairs available to rent or take your own. Pool was crazy wonderful! Drink cost was ridiculous though…bring your cooler but no glass. I would without a doubt stay here again! Can’t say anything about beach condo rooms, but golf villa was amazing!!!

The condo was perfect for our stay. 2 bathrooms is awesome. The balcony with ocean and beach view made for the perfect perch when not down by the water. The main pool area had some policies that I did not care for. Specifically, are not permitted to be turned to face the sun. Of course if you want to rent a cabana then there are perks. 🙄 Great stay and I look forward to a return trip.

The property was nice. It has beautiful views of the beach. The unit needed some updating including the living room furniture but other than that it was a pleasant stay. There was a restaurant on site Ocean Bar & Grill—food was phenomenal. Multiple swimming pools which was perfect if one was more crowded than the other. The property was around many amenities. Many eating spots and several shopping places. Overall, a good place to stay.

Our stay with Edgewater was in one of the villas. We have never had such an amazing experience at a hotel. The villas provide a lot of privacy and they’re pretty quiet. The amount of amenities in the villa left me shocked it didn’t even feel like we were in a hotel. The villas are a small walk away from the resort itself; the pools were just as great. The staff is also very nice from the bartender to the staff for the beach chairs. Also the food they serve is pretty good! Super kid friendly also!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The view was beautiful, there was easy access to the beach, loved the pools and hot tub, and the scenery was gorgeous! The only problems that I had was the 9 am checkout. Before I book the trip, I saw a 10am checkout time. Then after I booked and was locked in, it changed to 9am. Also, though the place was clean, there seems to be a mold problem because we saw and smelled some mold. In addition, the unit needs a little upgrading. Other than these few issues, the stay went well.

For any participants in Ironman competitions in PCB, this is a GREAT location and property. Affordable, yet walkable to the Ironman village and the transition area for race day itself. Also a huge bonus getting to look directly onto the beach and waterfront, all while having access to pools and hottubs on the property. It made it so easy to navigate during race prep and easy to return to after a tough competition. Highly recommend!

We loved all of the pool options and the restaurant/bar onsite without having to go anywhere in the middle of the day if we didn’t want to. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the parking across the street. It was very confusing. Other than that everything was great!

Great family resort, very clean and well kept. Several options for pools/hot tubs for the days the beaches were closed due to double red flags. Could easily walk straight from the resort to the beach. Parking was great and easy to get in/out.

If you’re looking for something budget friendly, clean and on the beach this is your place. All of my kids enjoyed the place and asked if we can go back.

Access to the beach was very easy. They also had games for the deck if asked for. We would stay there again. P.S. Has a great sunset but buildings cut into the sunrise.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was awesome, parking great!! Elevator’s are quick, pools are very nice, everything is super clean, our condo was perfect. We will be back here for another vacation for sure.

I highly recommend this Long Beach Resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and it was in great condition. The pools are great and it's on the beach.

We just got back from a 5 day stay. There was a hiccup with our room keys not being activated and it was annoying that after driving for 19 hours, we had to drive back down the street to get our cards activated. But the condo we had and the funny man at the security gate more than made up for it. We stayed in room 204 and it was amazingly clean and very spacious. Had two bedroom suites with separate bathrooms, and amazing ocean views in all rooms. Everything was furnished with linens, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. The only thing we needed to buy was paper towels and nicer toilet paper:) We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Didn’t swim in the nicer looking pool as it was not heated. The beach was immaculate. Enjoyed taking long walks in the mornings.

The property needs some updating but was kept fairly clean, pool was clean. One pool was very warm so that made it so handy since it was cooler weather. The room itself needs updates. There was no quilt on the bed and the one guest services brought up smelled like mildew along with the extra pillow cases that were requested. Kitchen and bathroom can use updated cabinets. Headboard on the bed was very loose and kept making noise every time we turned over in the bed. Several Plug ins missing cover plates. Shower curtain and balcony/window curtains had black stains i am guessing from dirty hands. But all in all we had a good time and enjoyed our visit.

Since they’re independently owned, you can’t request extra toilet paper, towels, etc. You have to buy your own once you use the original ones they provide. It was close to the beach and shops , and was clean with friendly staff . If we had a longer stay, we would have used the pool . We will use this hotel again in the future.

The location of this motel is perfect. Not too far from all the fun stuff and very close to a beautiful state park. The pool is new and the beds are comfy.

Had to book this property last minute (in the AM) as our previous room at a different condo was a disaster. Was able to get parking passes and wristbands for the pool immediately, even though our room checkin wasnt until 4pm. That gave us a place to relax and wait for our room to be ready. Two different buildings, one beach side and one across the street, but still gulf view. Was able to enjoy both pools and Tiki Bar. The room was ready ahead of schedule and was blown away with the cleanliness and how well kept it was. Will DEFINITELY visit this property again.

Overall it was a good week. Good-views in tower 1 amazing! Room was big and plenty of room and nice kitchen. Bad-parking sucked barely any garage parking at night at all. Toilet paper was low, no soap, fees are high. Ugly-fees, everything in Panama beach is inflated prices. Weather is rough. Pool closes when it may rain haha So there’s a lot of options on the beach!

The property location..,looby,pool excelent...but the cleanliness on the Room they need to improve...bathroom curtins ,soooo dirty and couches also the owner need to change couches and sofa bed to old .

Spacious comfortable and close to the beach. Great view. Wonderful eating place. Family oriented. Water park was awesome. Lots of fun and games. Had a blast at Dave’s and Buster

Great resort, nice staff, good central location that's convenient to most all needs. Unit is well kept and decorated with a very nice gulf view. This is our 3rd or 4th stay here and it's still fantastic. We've always rented a 1 Bedroom unit with Gulf view and never disappointed. One issue only (and with just this stay). The blower unit for the Air-conditioning is located in the bedroom in a closet next to the bed. It was disturbingly loud and interrupted our sleep at night. It was only common to this unit and not the others that we have stayed in.

Well Hotels had it rated as a 10, the price was fantastic, the location beautiful. The rooms view and closeness to the beach were marvelous, parking was great. The room was a disappointment panel missing on ceiling, water just warm, bedding, pillows, mattress, and furniture plus curtains all old and not nice. Pool and elevator were not working. None of the doors would close correctly. But can't beat the location right between Senior frogs and Sharkys.the beach was beautiful

I love the location of my room. I got Beach level it was wonderful walked out one door was the beach walk out the other door was the swimming pool

the only thing i can complain about is the water randomly shutting off without warning or anything, and the ac being broken. other than that, the view is so beautiful and you cannot beat the prices for the room. the pool also has a weird baja blast color, maybe from the beach or rain but it was really weird to see.

Customer service and reaching anyone on the automated phone was impossible. The TV didn't work it took 2 days to get someone out to get it going. There is no Management in the office while I was there for 4 days had to go in the car to another motel seahaven down the road to get toilet paper trash bags more towels etc. I loved the room I picked Beach level walked right out the back door to go out on beach very close. And then walk out front door was the swimming pool. Even though you couldn't swim in the pool it was so green and unclean. Did not look safe to swim in.. I loved the rate I got for the days that I was there through expedia. I loved having a beach level room. Just wish customer service was better. But I will return I love the convenience of it all. Able to walk right next door to sharky's and on the other side walk right next door to Senior frogs.

Excellent location - walk out the back of the hotel, and you are right on the beautiful white sand beaches and the ocean. There’s also a pool, if the ocean water hasn’t warmed up yet. Each room has a nice little balcony (or patio on ground floor) to enjoy the view. The hotel is sandwiched between two theme restaurants: Sharky’s with karaoke and Señor Frog’s with live DJs and cover bands. Both of these can be heard from the rooms, so if you’re hoping to go to bed early, you’ll probably want to avoid the Spring Break season. The parking lot is fairly small and shared with the two restaurants, but I only had to circle a few times to avoid parking next door or across the street (where additional free hotel parking is also available). Plenty of food and souvenir shops in walking distance. (attached pics are from the balcony of my room)

TV in living room had no sound. No clean linens for 2nd night; we ran out of towels. We needed extra cover for one of the guests (old and got cold). Check-in too late and check-out too early; feel cheated out of leasure time. Mutiple pools & hot tubs was nice although always crowded to very late at night. We mostly just stayed in our room and just enjoyed the scenery from our balcony (which was amazing view). All things considerd- would book again.

Our room has been recently renovated. Was spotless when we arrived. Easy access to the beach. Pools were very nice. Tiki bar and bikini bobs was awesome. Not a complaint but kitchen faucet has a leak.

This complex has only 2 elevators for 450 condos. There was always a long line to get onto an elevator so we climbed 11 flights of stairs several times a day. Also, the garbage disposal did not work in our condo. The pools and beach were great though and we did enjoy our stay.

I love this place so far it has been my favorite place to stay. The staff is extremely nice the rooms are clean and decently updated especially for a motel. Some of the TV's in the room are slight less quality but they do work. Never run out of hot water and they keep the pool clean. Convenient ice maker with great location. Not all rooms have a freezer area in the mini fridge but the ice more than makes up for it if you ask me. AC works the absolute best here compared to other nearby motels. Great location friendly staff/neighbors, and clean rooms; I couldn't ask for more.

We stayed for the weekend and we thought when we pulled up it looked sketchy but our room was clean and the pool was amazing. The bathroom was very clean and was probably the best looking bathroom we have seen in a while.Only complaint was other guest would sometimes be loud at night and around 8:30 in the morning.

The ladies are wonderful. The rooms were clean and the kids loved the pool being right outside to swim anytime. Take blankets!! If you need an affordable place to stay with your family this is it!!!!

It was amazing the people around , the service , the pool everything was outstanding i will definitely be coming back for another stay!

Pool is awesome and people are friendly, great location.

This was our first time staying at Sunbird. I really liked that the parking lot is gated and requires a code to enter as well as the pool area and beach access. I felt this cut down on the potential for thieves or vandals getting in and causing havoc. Our unit was very clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. Despite ongoing repairs from last years Hurricane Michael, we had no problem accessing a pool or the beach. Each unit is arranged so you have some sort of view of the beach. We were in unit 101 in West Tower. My only complaint is the pedestrian gates in the parking lot were pad locked so we were unable to walk next door to Pineapple Willy's for dinner unless we walked the beach. Not sure if this is a temporary thing or not but it doesn't make sense to padlock a gate that requires code access to open it. Overall we had a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again. We booked through Resort Collection.

The condo was nice but did need some updates. There were some tiles loose and the stove burner and microwave both had issues but overall it was a beautiful place. The cleanliness on the other hand was definitely lacking and should be looked into! I don’t know if the resort there was responsible or an outside company but we were extremely disappointed and there were no supplies in the condo for us to clean up before we used anything so we had to purchase items from our own pocket after paying a cleaning deposit! Extremely unhappy about this. We did stay over New Years and an owner/resident there at the Sunbird had a ton of fireworks that he sat off on the beach for hours on end which kept us from traveling to the piers for the county and city shows which made us extremely happy and very relaxed! Overall we had an amazing time after we got our room clean so that we could feel relaxed. We will stay again but look deeper into the cleaning details if possible! We felt extremely safe on the gated property.The codes were changed daily and there was a guard on duty. Multiple pools but one closed for construction and several trails to the beach. Parking passes were required at an additional charge and all tenants were required to wear a bracelet like at an amusement park to clearly show that you belong on the property and all others could easily identify you! We loved that!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was much better than I was expecting but the air took a coupleNJof days to work. The first 3 nights we were there we burned up, had to go buy a fan. I loved that it was gated in, loved the 3 pools, and that it was right on the beach. I got a gulf view room, and the view was incredible. My biggest complaint was the staff. I was charged extra 189 dollar free, 85 of which was for a cleaning service. A maid never once cleaned our room. Never got anymore towels then the 4 that was there when we got there, and we were there for a week. A maid did try to stop by Wednesday into our stay, but I was in the shower, my boyfriend was getting dressed so we had the chain on the door. She pushed the door so hard she ripped the chain off. My boyfriend asked her to come back in about 15 minutes to clean since we weren't dressed for company so to speak...no one ever came. I was going to complain to the checkout lady but no one was there to check us out, there was only a drop off checkout box for our key cards. Overall I enjoyed the area but I ultimately ended up paying for a maid service that never got used...I call that a RIP off.

Great ocean view, very nice room. We had an AWESOME time. This was our 2 year anniversary trip. We enjoyed the trip to shell island with captain Anderson. Would like to go and stay there all day our next trip. Pineapple willys was yummy!!! There is a gate that connects to the condo so you can just walk there and not have to look for parking. Good prices too. The Wharf seafood buffet was delicious!!!! It's 39.99/adult 12 and over but we splurged for our anniversary. Very friendly workers too. We will come back to visit here for sure!!!! Thank you
