The hotel is lovely. There is a big pool, lots of choice of good all-inclusive restaurants, and lots of bars with a very good range of drinks. We liked the rooftop bar with infinity pool the best. Most of the staff were extremely helpful. The weather was perfect. The transfer to hotel from airport was very straightforward and inexpensive (this was done through Booking.com and much cheaper than using the hotel’s service for this). Our trip was for 9 nights which was about perfect.

The staff were super welcoming, attentive, always willing to help or provide assistance, Jack, Emanuel, Mauricio to name just a few of the people that were super courteous upon our arrival. The resort itself is one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at, a mix of modern/Zen like feeling, with Gym, Spa, four different types of pools, one rooftop infinity pool, juice bar that you can conveniently enjoy after your workout. I mean there wasn’t anything that I would change. They even offer two jewelry stores and art stores which I did make a few purchases from each store as memory to our trip, this place was truly amazing making it a memorable place to stay that combined both outdoor and indoor living combined throughout the whole resort. I give this place 5/5 stars for the overall experience, I will definitely be a returning customer, I have travelled to Cancun over 15 times and this place has blown me away and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else moving forwards except for this place, oh and did I mention that this place is pet friendly?! ❤️🥹

Everything about the resort was perfect. We couldn’t fault a single thing, the experience from check in to check out was incredible from check in to check out. This resort is more than just a hotel, it is an experience. Our room was incredible and the private pool was heaven. Each staff member went above and beyond when serving us, they were all so kind and friendly!! The pools and beach were incredible, and the selection of restaurants was great. The smell of the whole resort was also just so luxurious.

Everything!! Food, service, activities, pool, room and the beach were all exceptional. I can’t begin to describe the spa. It was the best experience I’ve ever had. The hydrotherapy and pools were amazing not to mention the lovely massage.

I loved the infinity pool on the roof and the extremely friendly staff. Also the hotel is a 5-10 min walk from downtown which is good and bad - depends what you like

The hotel didn't offer any food at all so we had to look for restaurants away from the hotel. It was maybe a 5 minute walk to the square where most of the restaurants were so not a problem. The pool and the patio around the pool was very comfortable and relaxing. Pool water was a perfect temperature.

My room was clean and modern. it was a good size. The bathroom was nice and clean and the closet is located in the bathroom. I had a balcony which was nice. I also had a small kitchenette which I love having a fridge and coffee maker. The hotel is about a 5-7 min walk to the center which was nice because it is quieter at nite. staying in the center can be very loud well into the night 2-3 am. Last year I stayed at Sayulinda and the music is loud from all the bars around. as far as amenities the roof deck and pool are fabulous. I enjoyed the pool everyday in my stay.

The location was perfect a quick walk into the action of town yet quite at night at hotel . We asked to face jungle side which they accommodated us . The rooms were cleaned every day and there was a small kitchenette and a good size fridge to store food and ice . Also another thing I loved about this place was they left you a great amount of towels for pool, beach and bath . The pool was amazing and the roof top. The staff were so friendly and helpful . We had a great time staying here. Would highly recommend

Degner was an amazing and attentive pool concierge! We loved everything about our second stay at Haven and definitely plan to return! Paloma's poolside service, Sergio at the main pool swim up bar, and Ricardo at Olios provided top notch service.

It is a beautiful place and the staff were excellent. The pools were gorgeous and felt like a real treat for me. I'd love to return. As a solo traveller, the staff put on pool volleyball and other activities, and that helped meet people. There was a louder pool which was fun or somewhere more relaxed if you needed it. I wish I could've stayed longer.

Beautiful, impeccably maintained hotel in a tranquil setting away from the cruise crowds. Lovely little beach cove area with added areas for snorkeling where we saw pretty fish and interesting corals, and very nice infinity pool right next to the ocean. We really enjoyed our meals at Le Cap restaurant and excellent breakfast at El Caribeño, as well as the thoughtful and high quality room and bathroom amenities provided. But what impressed us most about this hotel are the people who work there. Everyone we came across was friendly, helpful, and extraordinarily hospitable - which is actually not so common in the hospitality industry!

The property was beautiful with a private beach/cove that was easily accessible from the pool area. We dined on property during our entire stay and the drinks/food were all wonderful (Breakfast buffet at Caribeno, Le Cap for lunch and dinner, pool side service and Dinner at Alfredo di Roma). There was also a variety of water sports offered on property and we rented a Jet Ski, which was easy and fun with kids. We had a beach access room and that was prefect for our family of 4 with little kids. Room was big with a spacious bathroom and lots of closet space.

All was clean except the big swimming pool. We could see the bottom of the pool was dirty. Great breakfast, best location in the island, great staff: David at Faro restaurant, Krishna is the best scuba instructor, Adriana from Scuba Du was friendly, Karla at the concierge desk was very helpful. We’re looking forward to stay there again.

Plenty of space but not a horribly long walk anywhere like some resorts. Nice that scuba and snorkel tours can pick you up by boat right at the hotel's dock in front of the restaurant! So convenient. Concierge and taxi stand were helpful and friendly.

The location was perfect- right on the beach and within walking distance to multiple great restaurants and bars with an Oxxo (convenice store) just across the street and down a bit. There was an adults only infinity pool with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Pros: It is in front of a nice beach. The staff was very friendly. The hotel had many fun activities for kids and adults. I love the adults only pool. The hotel offers fun planned excursions at good prices. We walked on the beach to eat seafood and coconuts. Cons: The pool open until 9:00 am (I wish you could swim earlier). And you have to wake up grab a seat by the pool early because it gets too crowded and later you won't find any place to lay down by the pool or the beach.

Our experience at Viagio Resort was excellent. The restaurant and pool side waiters were very attentive, gracious and kind. The activities coordinator had lots of fun activities planned for the pool area. The ocean view rooms have a beautiful view. The location to the beach was wonderful and the resort is close to many restaurants and a Fresh Market Grocery store. I highly recommend this resort. My husband and i will definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we love it. Just a few steps from the beach and the pool area is so much fun. Staff and the pool waiters are great they treat us, the national tourist with respect and kindness. Good vibes, clean hotel, lots of security around the property, everything is great in beautiful Mazatlán.

Great location! We had two deluxe rooms with private hut tub on the 2nd floor with a family of 5. We stayed 4 nights. The rooms were very comfortable, although the beds had very weird feeling mattress and pillow covers (like they worry you will wet the bed). Nice bathrooms, good shower and fresh towels. The pool is lovely, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast! They offer comfy pooltowels and towels for when you head to the lagoon. Free drinking water refills in glass bottles was a big plus!

What an absolute treat to stay at the Agam. The breakfast which was included was delicious. I opted for the avocado toast every morning which was so delicious, as well as the coffee and fruit, granola and yogurt. Nestor was brilliant as he was so helpful and friendly. The room was small but cozy and the pool and surrounding areas was lovely. Our stay was perfect! Do not hesitate to book this hotel. We loved it.

It was walking distance to everything! But better yet they allowed you to use bikes for free! That was a highlight to be able to ride my bike around and visit different restaurants and go different places. It was super quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome but the best part of this entire stay was the staff, Carla, Nestor, and Amber were amazing. I felt like I was staying at my friend’s house. The pool area was so cute and a great place to read and relax They also booked me with the adventure, lab another company for my excursions which did an amazing job as well

What an amazing stay at TRS Coral! Everything was perfect from the quiet, luxurious style of the pool and rooms to the special restaurants. The employees were the BEST! Guillermo remembered all of my family’s names and was amazing at making our stay special and fun. Carlos took great care of us at our bali bed by the pool and anticipated all of our needs. Pedro at Capricho was a wonderful server and so nice. I lost my phone and Henri drove all over the resort to help us find it.

Resort was lovely but not perfect. Beach clean. Butlers Mel& Linda amazing and helpful. Roberto from el dorado restaurant couldn’t be more attentive. Jesus at members pool always made sure we had a drink and remember our name. Carlos juarez pool butler always made us welcome every morning. Food and service at la adeltie and el gaucho needs improvement as left our meals. Builders right outside room had noise all day

We have enjoyed our time here over the past two weeks. Ulises - the waiter at the TRS pool bar - has made trip so relaxing and went out his way to ensure we always had anything we needed. He also made an effort to get to know us and have conversations each day. We really appreciated the service and friendly face by the pool each day!

Excellent resort with excellent service. We had a group of 6 people - 2 adults, our two college-aged kids, and two of their friends. From Carlos, Ulises, Noemi, and Alex taking care of my family at the pool. To Meg and Christopher as butlers. To Guillermo running all the pool exercise activities, remembering everyone's name. And Henry Damian the bellman who happily drove me all over the resort at 3am to find my daughter's phone.

This hotel was great the service was great the staff were very friendly. The pool felt amazing. Although construction was going on across the street you could still see the ocean from the rooftop pool. The rooms were spacious, and the private rooftop hot tub was a bonus. There was also a wet bar. Lounge chairs and a long table. Full kitchen with an oven. Washer and dryer are all great. I will recommend and return to this hotel. Also, the Bartender was great he brought the drinks up to the pool and checked on us for refills.

The rooftop pool is excellent! We had great cocktails delivered to the pool and the bartender was really kind. It’s a lovely reprieve from the very tourist centre of Playa del Carmen. I did also like that the hotel was a close walk to a great local restaurant.

This is a lovely hotel! The room was a great size with two double beds and big bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept. There was a small balcony too. The rooftop pool and terrace are great, with views over the coast and a range of sunloungers, sofas and beds. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach and Main Street of playa del carmen. It’s also not far to walk to the ferry port to Cozumel.

The roof top pool was amazing! The staff were lovely and friendly with a great tour guide in the reception area who helped us book 2 amazing days out. Our room was beautiful and clean, lovely facilities with luxury shower.

The two bedroom suite was very spacious and beautifully decorated, had excellent Aircon and all kinds of amenities. Very near Quinta Av so very convenient for everything: beach and restaurants and clubs. Swimming pools on the roof were very quiet but maybe it was the time of the year.

This resort was absolutely gorgeous! Stunning views from all over. We came for our honeymoon and actually booked a different resort but when we got there, the other resort was terrible. We immediately booked this one and couldn't have been happier! There were 5 or 6 different restaurants and the food was outstanding. There were several pools to choose from but our favorite was the party pool with a live dj and an infinity pool over looking the ocean. They had a night club on site and the service was exceptional.

We visited three hotels in Cancun, and Breathless was our second stop. The welcoming experience at this hotel was exceptional. We received priority check-in and were given a detailed overview of the hotel and its activities. Our room was very nice—clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The evening activities were a highlight, especially the fire show and jazz music, which really enhanced our experience. The food was also excellent; we tried two of the restaurants and were very satisfied with both. The rooftop bar was amazing, and the view from the infinity pool was breathtaking -truly one of the best parts of the stay. I highly recommend checking it out if you enjoy stunning panoramic views while relaxing. Unfortunately its also for the xhale club members. If you take a stroll down the beach, you can catch some of the most beautiful sunsets in Cancun. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Breathless for its great service, entertainment, and breathtaking views.

I thought the food quality and variety was excellent. The location of the restaurants were ideal as you could see the beach and pool. The staff were attentive and the layout practical and easy. The pools were a lot of fun and modern, especially the main rooftop pool. I loved the cabanas and pool chairs. The liquor was mostly name brand and the drinks were strong and flowing. I will absolutely go back

This is a beautiful, modern hotel. The location is great - just a couple of minutes walk to the main avenue where the shops and restaurants are and not near the louder part of the street. The rooftop is wonderful with two infinity pools, sunbeds, sofas and a bar. The main pool has music playing but if you want a quieter space to read or listen to your own music you can go to the smaller pool. There is a lovely, friendly vibe on the rooftop and we usually got chatting to people! The rooms are nice and clean with large beds and good wifi.

This hotel is very nice. The location is in close proximity to restaurants, stores, cafes as well as the beach. The rooms are spacious, very clean & dry ( some hotels have humidity & AC issues). We stay at this hotel for the location.,very closer to la quinta avenida in playa del carmen. Rooms are clean,very comfortable beds,roof top and swimming pools are are great with bar and music Great service incthe swimming pool area from brian,clavel,in the lobby front desk alma is very helpful and polite, in the lobby restaurant santiago was really friendly and great waiter. Definitely will stay here again.

We really enjoyed the size of the room with nice seating and a table! We also valued the large windows and balcony with a city view over the soccer field. We liked having a fridge in the room too. The best amenity is definitely the roof top pool. It was really spectacular with great views. We also used the gym and it was well appointed and better than almost all hotel gyms that we have used. The staff was very friendly and happy. Dino, at the front desk was especially helpful at check-in. The location is central to great restaurants and activities in Playa Del Carmen.

The hotel was lovely and the rooms were upgraded. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the food—especially at the restaurants—was excellent. The kids’ pool kept our two children entertained all day, which was a huge plus. However, the beach was not swimmable due to heavy seaweed, and unfortunately, the hotel didn’t make much effort to clean it up. If a great beach is important to you, this might not be the best choice. That said, we were only there for three days and our kids were happy with the pool, so overall, aside from the beach, everything else was perfect.

Many options for restaurants and friendly service around the pool area. Special mention for the kids club and their staff. Our kid wanted to go there every time and stay in the activities proposed. Amazing overall experience for families with kids.

My family and I had a great time at Sensira this past week. There are so many activities for the kids to do and even the kids club to drop off so you can have adult time. Daniel was amazing with Zip lining & all the kids activities. He remembered my kids by their first name which they loved. Francisco by pool side was always right on time with our drinks and such an amazing help with food and anything we needed poolside. Such great employees all around that made our stay seamless and we would love to be back. The restaurants served delicious foods and the spaces were always clean.

Hotel B has been a wonderful hotel stay. From the views to the staff. It is an excellent place for a quite stay. Our main waiter, Gabriel took care of all our needs and wants! The views from anywhere on the property are spectacular and the sunsets from the infinity pool are breathtaking.

I love B Unique, the ubercomfortable bed with seaview, the generous balcony with seview, the sleek infinity pool with seaview, the design of the hotel. Unique B is definitely my favourite hotel in Cozumel and one of my favourites worldwide. Maybe the best asset is the staff, very friendly and competent, they really make us feel like friends. Unique B is lokated on a small cliff, the sea is only a view meters away and invites for swimming and snorkeling - priceless.

Lovely hotel very modernistic in design. The sea view rooms are spacious , comfortable which a large balcony overlooks the pool etc. Fully stocked mini bar with iron and board, complimentary shower gels, hairdryers and the hotel provides a laundry service. Tea and coffee machine etc provided. Infinity pool , jacuzzi, steps down to the sea, small beach inlet. Use of Hotel pool next door which I believe is the sister hotel. Hotel set in quiet part of the island about 10 mins taxi ride to the main town Cozumel, 30 mins by push bike or a good 30 minute stroll. In the other direction some really nice restaurants again about same taxi journey or walk. Recommend The Lobster House - excellent menu - great steaks.

Overall we had a great stay, the room was clean with air conditioning, awesome pool/beach, food was pretty good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is calm and mostly quiet which is great, and the spa treatments are 10/10. Only downside was the wifi didn’t work very well unless down by the restaurant.

The resort was beautiful and very relaxing! Our butlers Duran & Gerardo were so helpful and very friendly! They helped my husband to decorate our hotel room for my birthday! The food was good.. the only thing that I was upset about was the romantic dinner on the beach.. it was by the pool. I was disappointed because we were promised by the beach but when we got there they said Nadia plan for the pool and it would be an extra charge. When I contacted Nadia she told me “it was supposed to rain” but other than that everything was great!

Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

The most beautiful resort I’ve been to, the staff was so welcoming, nice, helpful; our room was not only beautiful but it was clean and cleaned daily, the sheets smelled amazing not like other hotels where the bed sheets smell like bleach. Beach was amazing and a walk out. All the food was amazing and drinks were packed and not watered down at all. Everyone from our butler to our housekeeper to the restaurant personal and pool boys were so helpful, nice, and courteous.

The property is super clean and the landscape is very well kept. The pools are amazing and the staff is very nice. The beach is walking distance and even on the beach the staff is super nice.

It's a newer hotel with all the latest features and it's in a great location near the cruise ship docks. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfy. The views of the ocean are great. Staff went above and beyond! I was in Cozumel for a wedding on Isla Pasion and the front desk girls got me a scooter and jeep rental, both were delivered to me with ease. As a woman traveling solo I never felt the least bit uncomfortable, I felt I was completely safe walking freely like I lived there. Snack bar is very nice with the infinity pool right there. The restaurant next door is amazing. The only thing missing is an ice machine. Oh and did I mention the staff was fantastic!! I Definitely recommend Puerto Libre for family or solo travelers!!

The location of the hotel is good, close to everything. The pool area is excellent, as is the beach area. The food at the pool is excellent and they have happy hour at the pool bar. The service is excellent.

The room was very nice. Our suite accommodated a family of 4 with a sofa bed and a separate fold out cot so that our teens didn't have to share a bed. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Our view was a pool / partial ocean view and it was lovely. I liked the hotel facilities - the quantity of pools, restaurants, and bars. The sushi / sashimi / ceviche options were excellent. The beach is very quiet and immaculately clean, although you have to go to a nearby beach if you want to swim in the ocean. They throw weekly parties on the beach and ours was a blast - great entertainment, good food.

The resort is great, with nice rooms, great views and several pools and spas. Staff was friendly. The size of the property is just about right walking to the pool, beach, and back to the room. The location is nice, within walking distance to the marina and restaurants. We bought the Breakfast Included package. The breakfast was great, with nice selections of fruits. However, you can either select eggs / omelets or french toast / pancake, not both as listed in Bookings.

They have a Starbucks in the lobby for those Starbuck drinkers, walking distance to liquor store, bars, clubs, restaurants, exchange money.

The property was nice but there was mold everywhere above the bed in the shower around the bathroom vanity I would have preferred to have been able to get the ocean view because the street view was very loud from 8pm to 4am I was able to get some sleep after 4 am it was quite it I did like the pool area it was a beautiful view in the pool side

The hotel was clean, our room and especially the bed very comfortable, fabulous views. Great pools and lounge areas. Location is fantastic-walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Our housekeepers Liliana & Madera were very friendly and made sure our room was spotless every day. The general manager Ben greeted us while going through the lobby one afternoon and took the time to chat. Good happy hour margaritas. Appreciated the filtered water filing stations in the hotel. We will be back.

I’m happy I stayed at this property. It was safe, clean and had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was great, pool area is nice, I could get my laundry done, there are water filters everywhere, cleaners are great, all doors double locked, there is a large safe box in everyroom and it’s right near everything including the elaborate Shekinah beach club. I’m from Australia, and I would say it has all the western comforts I needed and wanted, but it’s a more of a modern experience than traditional - sometimes I felt like I was in the Mediterranean.

This property is wonderful! The staff is so friendly & helpful. The food is great and available at all times. The pool is huge! It’s always clean and ordering drinks is easy (too easy!). Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. There is a really cool kids pool and lots of activities available (yoga, zumba, aquaaerobics, beach volleyball, etc) Although everyone was nice, some staff members made our stay even better: Alvin (beach concierge) & Stefani (pool waitress). We stayed at Secrets Maroma in April. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and clean. The staff was very friendly. There are many restaurant choices, although we only ate at the Italian, French, Asian, and breakfast buffet. We also really enjoyed the pop up food and "ice cream truck" options by the pool. We loved that they had fun things to do that you could enjoy on your own at any time, such as mini golf, hammocks, and lawn games (favorite was the giant pool table with mini soccer balls). They had many activities each day, including a tuna snoring and behind the scenes kitchen tour. There is a bar/pool area that was lively, as well as a chill infinity pool. We also had a swim out private pool that is shared by only 10 rooms. The beach was incredible. We rented a cabana on the beach and it was totally worth it. Definitely recommend Secrets Maroma.

First time here and will definitely be back. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to the most amazing service! Our building’s concierge, Heriberto A, was so friendly and responsive. The meals were delicious- plenty of variety and beautiful presentation. The whole experience was exceptional in every way. The entertainment was wonderful- again, great variety, and we especially loved Martha and Coco’s acoustic music by the infinity pool. Carlos served us drinks all day at the pool and was very attentive. Lobby bartenders were efficient and knowledgeable. Some of our favorite servers were Sergio at the French restaurant and Salvador at Oceana. We loved this trip and hated to leave!

Incredible experience from arrival to departure. Celebrating a special birthday, the team went above and beyond to make it so very special! We upgraded to the romantic beach dinner which was so worth it! Going to miss that swim out pool and secret box coffee delivery each morning! The pool and restaurant servers were fantastic, very attentive! We truly look forward to going back again!

Awesome place for a nice getaway. Great pools, beautiful beach, engaging entertainment, fantastic staff all around! Look for Dario at the pool area for drink service, he's fantastic. Nice buffet, restaurants, bars, evening shows, and relaxing atmosphere. The staff here is above and beyond anywhere else we've stayed. From check-in, to the concierge, to the bartenders, waiters, maids, and everyone we came in contact with were super polite and ready to help in any way.

This resort was excellent! Every staff member was super friendly and always anxious to assist with whatever our needs happened to be. The resort grounds and the pool areas were pristine. Our Junior Suite was in excellent condition and very clean. The food options around the pool areas was outstanding. Amazing Hotel , we stayed for 4 nights and if it wasn’t because we had to go back to work we would’ve extended our stay. Food and drinks were delicious but what we liked the most was the service and attentiveness of the staff. Alberto was one of the staff we got to interact the most, he was the one bringing us our beverage to the pool during our stay and honestly he was amazing, very attentive, friendly and just amazing overall. We will definitely be coming back to Mi amor 🤗

Our stay at Mi Amor was extraordinary. We had amazing views whenever we ate at the restaurant and also our room was equipped with a private plunge pool. The food was marvelous and never disappointed. I also liked they had a-lot of options for cocktail drinks and non alcoholic beverages. We loved whenever Ana or Chanteca were our servers because they provided top notch service. Samuel provided great service and recommended me what drinks to get next. The only complaint i have is that our hotel didn't have access to the beach.

Amazing place. Absolutely gorgeous location. Feels like you have the resort to yourself due to only having 20 rooms. Cabanas are always available, pool is never crowded, and restaurant is delicious. In addition, the staff is friendly and overly helpful. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Beautiful hotel. Great view. But no beach access and no parking. 2 things that were very important to us. We will be back if we are without a car and just looking to relax by pool or amazing views.

It was our first time to Tulum and we loved our stay at hotel Ma’xanab. The food quality was amazing, staff were very friendly, and we loved the calmness and the design. The pool was small but had a unique shape and a nice ocean view. Our room was super clean with new furniture and we loved our small pool in the balcony with partial ocean view. The only thing that could make it a 10, is offering Yoga or meditation classes. Definitely recommend.

Worth every penny. It is tucked away in Tulum, close to some delicious restaurants. But if you never leave the hotel, you won’t be disappointed. The staff is so friendly and attentive. The service is quick and reliable. Let me tell you about the food…so delicious. Free breakfast in the room every morning, divine! Had a small pool and bed outside, which was amazing. Excellent staff and beautiful beachfront location, with just 16 very nice rooms! Breakfasts at the beachfront restaurant/bar were tasty and cooked to order. Our balcony had a generously sized daybed and very clean plunge pool, heated in the evenings. The hotel is very good about providing clean drinking water in the room -- both cold in the fridge and at room temperature on the counter.

We stayed in the rooftop room with plunge pool and it was amazing! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and extremely well decorated. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to give you nice recommendations about what to visit/see. The breakfast is also really tasty. If you are looking for a place to relax for a couple of days, this is the place!

This place had everything we’d ever dreamed of for a perfect vacation 10/10. Favorite parts were the lagoon style pools and water features, minimalist design, hot tub on the balcony, pool/ocean views, amazing food.

The options of the 5 pools. You could choose a quieter one if need be . Perfect temperature of the pool water . The asthetic look and feel of calm and serenity throughout the property. Butlers service was very efficient.

I recently stayed at Viceroy Los Cabos, and it was an incredible experience! The architecture is stunning, blending seamlessly with the ocean views. The staff was attentive and made sure every detail was perfect. The rooms were luxurious, with modern amenities and breathtaking views. We were very impressed with this property. Many food options around the pool and for dinner. The pools and grounds were very clean. The wait staff were excellent! Always checking if you needed a drink around the pool which is where we spent most of our time. The only somewhat complaint i would have is the entertainment staff needs to come up with some different games. We were there for 7 days and it seemed like they only had a couple of pool games and were repeated daily. Overall we are already planning our next visit to this lovely property!

We enjoyed the pool and clean beaches that weren’t rocky. There are many dining options available in the resort, but beware that the restaurants do not take reservations for dinner so you could end up waiting upwards of 2 hours for a table. The food was ok for an all inclusive, there are upgrades available in the menus for an additional cost. Room service is quick and convenient, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet options as well as the pizza place by the pool. You do have to get up early to reserve pool chairs as they are limited by 8:00am.

Food was amazing… it had everything! Do not miss out the seafood restaurant or the sushi corner. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Service was quick, and all staff were friendly and always offering drinks no matter where you were sat. Gym was modern and had great air conditioning. Pool area was good and lots of options to eat, drink and entertainment all day including cooking classes, pool sports and quizzes.

Decent food options, location was good with a lot of variety, daytime dining was in the pool area or the one main restaurant - all others were closed for lunch, worked out ok for us. The hotel is on an amazing beach. the water is so blue and nice. The staff is nice and welcoming, they are definitely working for tips. The pool is nice, nothing amazing. Drinks were all included in all inclusive but were definitely watered down.

We were here from July 26 to Aust 2 . I can’t say enough about how the staff treated us this week . Everyone was amazing . Breakfast time you were greeted by Eladio so sweet pleasant and very accommodating. They went out of there way to celebrate my son’s birthday . The servers Erick, Ramiro Orando Nayer David and Candido were outstanding. They remember us everyday . Julieta made the best omelette Drew did an amazing time entertaining us at the pool . I wish I remembered the bartenders at the pool bar . They were outstanding We had a great time and looking forward to coming back .

The food options were great, and the spa amenities were also very good. The pool area is the best place to be in the resort, with dolphins swimming past while you sit in the infinity pool.

We stayed at Hotel B for our first anniversary. The views and staff are outstanding. The sunsets from the infinity pool overlooking the ocean are amazing! With 2 restaurants and bars onsite, there were plenty of options for food and drinks without having to go in to town. David and Marco in the front were very helpful and informative about the area. Claudia and Juan provided excellent service with our food and cocktails. We can't wait to go back!

Entire property was designed in boho style which is typical for Tulum. We really felt a zen vibes there, especially in their garden. The rooftop pool was great, during hot days maybe way too warm water in the pool but that depends on the individual preferences:) Each day we got fresh towels and HSK made a bed as well (this is in regards of some reviews I had read), so cannot complain. Location is good too - obviously you’re paying way less compared to beach front hotels in Tulum, but hotel is basically among the last ones in the town area on the way to the beach side (15min by bike).

I will stick to the basics . Upon arrival greeted at the front desk by Christopher he was terific . He filled us in on everything we had to know .Parking for a small fee under the building was convienent . The Two roof top pools were outstanding . The rooftop restaurant clean and tasty . If you plan on eating breakfast daily at hotel prepay for a better price .The area was quiet and safe . 7 / 11 down the block and many more chain stores plus locally owned nearby . Room clean daily to our satisfaction . Overall the Naala Talum lived up to our expectations . PS our AC worked well .

Very much liked the pleasant surroundings within the hotel, its central courtyard garden layout and appreciated that the room had sufficient, thoughtfully located electrical outlets and lighting. Plus enjoyed the rooftop lounge areas and pools. The restaurant directly in front of the hotel is extremely convenient for breakfast through dinner serving lovely dishes at reasonable prices. Location was great and walkable to other restaurants, a large supermarket, shops and 7-Eleven and OXXO for quick grab and go items.

Great rooms and decorations. The front lobby felt like a jungle without mosquitos! The rooms were comfy and air conditioning was great. The area felt safe and dispute having lots of underground parking, I did not want to pay so left my car parked out front and it was safe. The pool at the rooftop was clean and pleasant, the breakfast was good, and overall the room was comfortable. The sheets did have a humid smell to them, probably due to the air conditioner being left off. Overall a great stay!

The breakfast room was gorgeous, with river views and a spa pool. The rooftop infinity pool was perfect for morning length swimming and had spectacular 360 degree views. A a bonus pool and sun deck was just above our room. The location was perfect, next to the river and Coale Islsnd, plus loads of small restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. Our stay was made extra special by the hotel staff and the two rescue cats, Elizabeth and Josephine.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa del Rector. It's a beautiful hotel with lots of lovely details. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff provided us with complimentary champagne and chocolate for our honeymoon. Additionally, we loved the quiet/not very busy infinity pool + the rooftop bar (amazing views of the city/hillside). Not to mention there is a yummy bakery in the lobby and the restaurant is great too (had it for breakfast one morning).

The hotel is charming and beautiful. It's located in the historic center, within easy walking distance of most of the sights. It's in a series of old buildings that were superbly renovated into the hotel, the interior and exterior spaces are lovely and photogenic. There is a rooftop bar from which you can see most of Guanajuato, as well as a lovely infinity pool.

Everything! The food was amazing! The staff were all very friendly. The mini fridge was stocked with extra drinks. I would highly recommend this location. The view was amazing from the pool and bar upstairs. I loved our room with balcony and our visit could not have been a better experience!

It was right in Guanajuato, easy to navigate and a quiet, lovely boutique. We booked the Master Suite and it had a lovely balcony area above the courtyard. The pool and sky bar had wonderful views and it was a lovely trip. The included breakfast for us was also quite delicious.

We had the 3 bedroom penthouse, 3 flights of stairs, 3rd flight is the rooftop patio that has an excellent view of Cozumel and the beach.. 5th avenue is right outside the property which makes it so much better when looking for food, drinks or just a nice stroll on the town.. seems like they only turn on the fountains for the pool on weekend which helped water get colder. Water was warm in pool Monday-Thursday. Overall I really enjoyed our stay here. Staff and cleaning lady were great!

Great hotel centrally located in Playa Del Carmen. Easy walk away from local shops and restaurants, right next to 5th avenue. The hotel in itself was beautiful and well kept with a massive pool area, which we loved. The room was perfect, very clean and spacious for a family of 4. The beds were also super comfy. While not a beach front hotel we were able to go to asi beach club (2 minute walk away from the hotel) by showing our wristbands, so we had the best of both worlds. The staff were so friendly and accomodating, I would 100% come back and stay at this hotel.

I was in the pool everyday and it was so perfect. Beach is a walking distance. I would say that there are no restaurants in the actual property but right across the street, u have an affilated restaurant and bar called El Gubernador(sp?) And Carlotta Bakery. The property was amazing- fitted out to a luxurious standard. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the organic toiletries lovely. The view of the trees in the courtyard from the pool was lovely and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. The location was great and the staff really helpful.

The grounds are so beautiful and peaceful. The large crew of staff were so kind and genuinely friendly. The breakfast buffet was delightful. The grilled food at Fuego was great. The beach near Fuego is gorgeous and peaceful, and never too crowded, with amazing beach beds. The Las Olas infinity pool is gorgeous, with easy access to the bar and great service. We can't wait to go back!

Mahekal is beautiful and well appointed, it truly felt like a luxury resort. The pools and grounds are very well maintained, we particularly enjoyed spending time lounging on the beach on shaded chaise longues. Calle 38 is a few steps from the resort and has incredible charm, great restaurants, and the benefit of being a bit more quiet than fifth avenue (which isn’t a far walk). We found the staff to be very helpful and kind throughout our stay, and the food and drinks on site were top notch.

The staff was so friendly and absolutely amazing at meeting our every need, many times before we even realized what we needed. The facility was beautiful and clean, we loved the pools and the white sand beach. Great food, many options at every one of the different places to eat. One of the best parts was how central it was to Playa, it was incredibly convenient to just go out on a whim and walk around town.

Water is tuned up and murky the dock is not great and the pool is more like a wood Len box that could use an upgrade The restaurant was a really nice setting and the food was excellent.

I loved the details made in the outdoor area. Private beach with a pool, restaurant and comfortable "beds" on it. Many activities for guests to enjoy. The bus stops just outside the accomodation. Would come back here again. Also preferred the beaches on Isla Mujeres from the ones in Tulum, Cancun and Palma - there was seaweed, because the season of it already started, on North and Central beach of Isla Mujeres there was none, so it was another plus to stay in this accomodation.

This beachfront property is absolutely gorgeous! I would come back here for the location alone. A private beach where you can enjoy your breakfast, lay in the hammock, or jump in the pool. Absolutely stunning!

Me and my partner stayed here for a few days and we really liked it here! There is a beach in front of the hotel and a cool pool. There is also a really good restaurant! If you want to be able to move a little bit around the island you can rent a golf cart. It’s not really fast but it is safe! The staff is really nice too. Our shower door was broken when we arrived and when I told them they suggested to move us to another room but we said it was ok if they just fixed it. They were really nice. The room we had: a jungle room was really clean and the lady who cleaned it was really nice. Every day we were excited to see what she made out of the towels. We once had a heart, a swan,… it was so pretty. I put some pictures so you are able to see it.

Although this resort is tierd it is clean. The people are fantastic. However there were NEVER enough sun loungers and no quite pool.Vacation weddings took up space around pool, dining room ans beach. You need to have space just for weddings. Oscar in spa was amazing.

The hotel is very well located, just one block from 5th Avenue and one block from Mamitas Beach. The staff is wonderful—very respectful, friendly, and kind. We only purchased the breakfast option, and we could choose between the Mexican restaurant with a delicious menu or the buffet, which offers plenty of delicious options, including fresh fruit. I am allergic to gluten, and I would have liked the buffet, being part of a 4-star hotel, to have more gluten-free bakery options. They only offered a small slice of bread and a muffin. It has a rooftop with a pool and good music.

What did I not like? Lol Beautiful selection of food every day, just make sure to ask questions. Restaurants offering Asain, Italian and Mexican cuisine. Food is very delicious. Rooms are clean, mini fridge stocked. Rooftop bar and pool with delicious menu. I definitely recommend. Great staff! Beautiful location right next to 5th Avenue! 4 min walk from public beach equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas (grab your towels). Multilingual staff. I could go on, but just book it! Lol

Stayed in a master suite on the jungle side - one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Was so quiet and peaceful. Pool area was amazing. Beach area very picturesque, but would personally prefer to spend time by the pool. Loved the roll out bed, spent a very lovely morning lounging on the bed on the balcony! No request was too much. I would say drinks / food is a little pricey, but in the context of the Tulum hotel zone was actually pretty reasonable. And plenty of food / drinks options within walking distance. Would recommend.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, we stayed in one of the cheaper garden rooms & I was a bit worried the room wouldn’t be that nice but it was perfect. Lovely outdoor bathroom, & plunge pool outside. V private & quiet. The hotel is located a bit further down from the big beach clubs so quiet at night. Beach is stunning, as is the pool. Staff will sort anything for you, all via whatsapp. A real 5* experience which was a relief as we had a few disappointments in Mexico.

We loved everything about this property. It was so relaxing and peaceful. The food was impeccable (especially the French toast). The staff was so friendly and if you needed anything, then they were there for you. One day we had to leave before breakfast for an excursion and they made us a to-go box of food. The room (on the jungle side) was perfect. We had so much privacy and everything was clean. The pool was also so serene. The spa was also heavenly. We had the best massages of our lives there.

The property is beautiful. Both the beach side and jungle side are incredible and the whole hotel has an awesome feel to it. The staff are super friendly, very helpful and responsive. The shower was amazing and the room was very comfortable. The pool on the jungle side is a dream.

We saw lots of cute animals during our stay, the nature was right outside our room doors, loved it. The subtle lights in the room were perfect. Wifi worked great, even at the pool and on the beach. The pool is simply amazing, one of the best we have ever seen. Delicious food and friendly staff, with direct access to the beach at one of group hotels across the street.

Overall, everything was great. The customer service was great, along with the room, pool, etc. The food at Radhoo was good, but food at their restaurant Nu was amazing, along with the food at the sister resorts Nest and Encantada. The best thing is that if you stay at Radhoo, you also have free access to the other sister properties so you get to enjoy the beach (Radhoo is on the jungle side of the street and has the amazing pool. Nest and Encantada are on the beach side of the street. We didn't have an opportunity to visit the last property La Valise.)

My wife and I loved our relaxing October babymoon at Radhoo. Pure chill by the pool with books and sunshine for a week. The incredible staff, complimentary breakfast, and thoughtful manager (who surprised me with homemade tamales!) made it perfect. Beach was lovely, but the pool area stole the show. Stay here for serene Tulum vibes, to recenter, refocus, or whatever floats your boat it was well worth it!

Property is at excellent location in front of main square, our room was very clean next to gathering area and pool.

Modern property in the middle of old town charm! Clean and felt safe at night. Right in the plaza, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. They have a lovely space called Tierra Maria with a vineyard, lavender and rosemary fields. They are very eco friendly and investing in sustainability.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Casa Astral. Almost right next to the beach (less than 20 meters), also far enough outside of the main centre to be quiet at night, but close enough that you can walk in within 10/15 minutes. Also a good selection of bars and restaurants close by. The rooftop bar with infinity pool has possibly the best views on the whole island.

Gorgeous unique hotel. Lovely spacious room with big comfortable bed. Good AC, piping hot water 8’ the shower. Very close to the beach, like a 30 second walk. About 15/20 mins walk to town which didn’t bother us. Town was very busy at night so it suited us to be further away. The rooftop pool was fabulous, we were the only two people in the pool for sunset one night. That was special. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Located a bit far from the center which we like. The room we had was so pretty and nice and comfortable. The beds are great, everything is was super clean and they tidied the place every day and provided fresh towels. The internet was good, which I didnt expect in Isla Holbox. The rooftop bar and pool was amazing hangout place!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They often checked in and offered us complementary services when we had difficulties. The manager, Ilse, and Aurelio in particular was great to us when we struggled. Thank you especially to Ilse for all of the restaurant tips and for making our stay more comfortable! The view from the roof pool was objectively the best in the whole island. Go during sunset!!

The hotel is really comfortable and clean. Our room was perfectly prepared for our arrival. They even remembered to cool it down :) The stuff was amazing: every day ladies in the lobby greeted us with a smile and a little chat, so after couple of days we felt like home. Our room was being perfectly cleaned every day. The hotel has a nice pool on the roof, with hammocks and nice chairs. And the place is just 100 meters from the ocean, and in 2-3-minutes walking distance from a beach. We had a great staying!

We liked the friendliness of the staff, everybody was very helpful. The location is perfect, all the good restaurants were within walking dustance in a very nice area. Hotel room was nice, a refrigerator in the room would he perfect. We were there for business & added a few days as a vacation.

The stay was great !! The bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious ! Overall very satisfied!

- 1 out of the 5 rooms that I booked was not ready and I had to wait for around 30 min. - The breakfast area was so packed, waiting on the line for 40 minutes and I decided to have breakfast out of the hotel. - No hot water and the shower was broken. - Rooftop bar was closed and bad quality on the alcohol drinks served on the lobby.

This hotel was very nice. Located next to a couple restaurants. The shower was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. I asked for reception to get me an airport transfer the night before I had to leave. They called the next am to let me know my car had arrived. That convenience was nice.

I loved the Hotel! it was so much better than what I though it would be like. When we got there Rodrigo checked us in and was very friendly and attentive. The beach was a 1 min walk away (maybe less) and we had access to the beachfront hotel and rooftop pool/bar. The breakfast was really tasty and Alberto was very friendly, GREAT COFFEE. The room had AC and was very very clean. The bed was so comfortable and the towels were in excelente condition and good quality. The hotel has 2 pools that are very refreshing and they lend you towels.

It's a very nice hotel in a quiet part of Holbox (15 minutes walk to the center). The beach is 100 meters away from the hotel and very nice. There are also two nice pools to relax. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast with fresh fruit and different egg dishes is very good. They have a a partner agreement with the neighbour hotel "Spirit Holbox Hotel & Rooftop Restaurant". There it is possible to use the Rooftop restaurant with pool and the beach chairs. We had a great stay at Soho Boutique Hotel. This hotel is about a 100m walk from the beach club. It is a part of a group of hotels all next to each other. There is a building work going on next door but we never had any issues with noise. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean on arrival and were cleaned each day. Food at the beach club opposite was good, and there is a great Italian restaurant nearby. Quiet location with plenty of pools and of course the sea to cool off in. Perfect to watch the sunset from the beach.

Close enough to walk on the beach into town and to all of the bars and restaurants, but far enough away that is very serene and quiet. very comfortable lounge chairs on the beach. Right next to this hotel is the spirit hotel which has a rooftop pool and bar And restaurant that you are welcome to use. Beautiful place for the sunset. If I returned to Holbox, I would certainly stay here again.

Host was excellent and attentive to my requests. Close to 5th Avenue, shopping and ferry to Cozumel, nice view from pool, convenient OXXO at corner and taxis readily available at door. Also liked the cocktail bar just outside the entrance. 1st level room makes coming and going, a breeze!

The rooftop was great. Chilled area with seating and pool and jacuzzi, totally free and can take your own alcohol. Gym was basic but fine, with AC. I slept well in bed each night although it's NOISEY! construction starts before 8am and goes till 11. I was on floor 5 and you can hear ALL sounds in the corridor etc, but it was fine. Room a little small but it did the job and shower etc totally fine. The AEREOCAFE down stairs is cool! Got morning coffee and breakfast HOWEVER behind the library wall they have a secret speakeasy bar. It's super cute, GO! have a mescal old fashioned.

Very nice looking modern and spacious apartment in a quiet street. Fully equipped so we had everything we needed. We also loved the rooftop pool which came in very handy since the beach was not at its best when we visited.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the beach, market, farmacy, ADO station. It looked good and the swimming pool is a plus. I had a bad experience when I arrived in a small room with dirty bedsheets, but the staff was very helpful and offered me a flat for the whole time. The flat was very big, fully equipped and the bed was just amazing. Great shower pressure, great internet, polite staff members.

Reception very modern. Efficient staff.

A very clean and comfortable hotel, located 10 minutes from the main square in Palenque There's a nice pool area and some stylish social spaces. There's an on site restaurant which is where the breakfast buffet is. The buffet itself is limited but has the usual items (toast, eggs, fruit). Annoyingly, the WiFi here only works in public spaces and not in rooms. This is not a premium hotel, but for a 3-star it's pretty good.

Convenient location for driving to Palenque ruins. Nice warm pool. Well appointed room, with good quiet air conditioning. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Car parking was available at the front.

Beautiful grounds and great villas with private pools. A little outdated though. However, they are renovating. Our check in process with Jose was so warm & welcoming. He continued to check on us everyday . Juan from the front office was great too as I needed something from the pharmacy and he has it delivered within an hour. Pool side on the beach, Edwin and Otelieo were incredibly attentive and didn’t miss a beat . Service was 10/10. An unforgettable vacation. We will be back.

Alot of new people, but the service & warmth of the staff is the same. In the process of all renovations & the pool & lagoon villas are absolutely gorgeous. the showers, pools, & ladies the make-up stations are rt on point. the other villas closer to the front are almost done but are done in light wood and are magnifico! Food hasn't changed & they don't know what to do to make your stay rememberable You can't help relax & if it's your first time, I know you will be back.! We have, for the last 15 years.

Deferred maintenance. Pool lights wiring very visible in the pool. Villas seemed dated and deferred maintenance. Bike paths were narrow and dangerous to share with speeding golf carts with staff members. And unknown hidden tax per person per room for eco tax.

Loved the room with the outdoor pool. Unfortunately they few days we booked it rained so we did not enjoy the pool how we wanted.

My partner and I loved our stay at Villa Divina - after looking at about what seemed 100 other places I decided on this boutique villa and I'm so glad I did! My partner and I were visiting from San Francisco we wanted a quiet, beautiful place to rest and relax and this was just that- incredible views, an amazing infinity pool, a comfortable room and caring and attentive service from the staff. The view, the sound of the birds, and the food/drinks are unbeatable. Pasquel and Omar were our primary points of contact, with Omar going above and beyond to provide tip-top service and Pasquel making the best passionfruit margarita I've ever had, hands down! You can tell the effort that all staff put into making each guest's experience amazing, everything from the food to the cleaning services was done with care, and I so appreciated the kindness of each person and the time they took to check in on our needs. I highly recommend this place for couples and folks looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to recharge.

From the moment we arrived, Carmen, Rueben and the rest of the staff treated us as family. Whatever I needed, they responded quickly. We felt as though we had our very own private Villa. Located in the prestigious Concha Chinas area, the view is spectacular and is a short walk or cab down the mountain to the Romantica area. The villa is beautiful with a panoramic view of the pacific. The beds were comfortable, the room spacious, Roman showers and a huge bathroom with all the amenities. The infinity pool and hot tub were amazing. We will never stay anywhere else in Puerto Vallarta. From the outstanding chef inspired food creations to the over and the top service, we absolutely loved villa Divina and the people that made our stay and trip so special. ❤️

We only spent one night here before a flight so didn’t get chance to see too much of the surrounding area or spend too much time at the hotel (we went to Isla Mujeres for the day). The main areas of the hotel are very clean and spacious. It seemed there were activities throughout the day. The breakfast is really good with loads of choices. If you just want to spend time at the beach, the location is good. Our balcony was spacious and looked out over the pool/sea.

Would stay again. Would have given a 5 but, I didn't know about all the construction that took place every morning about 8:30. Lots of hammering, grinding and such. Other than that the food was 5 star. Pool super clean with a great bar. Restaurant next to pool. Dinners were to die for. Breakfast super cool with fresh cooked eggs and omelets. Downtown close to shopping. Only a short city bus 1$ to anywhere. Bed comfortable and clean. Yes the hotel is a little dated, but bargain and a little diamond in the rough would stay again.

The hotel is small and located on hotel corridor. Room was comfortable and a little noisy on the lagoon side. The staff and service was great throughout the hotel - pool service, beach service and dining experiences. Shout out to Andres for superb service keeping us hydrated while lounging at the beach. Also Juan Jose at the poolside bar was great too!

The whole place was very clean. The pool was very inviting with a lovely rooftop deck. The food was very yummy, good value.

The staff is very friendly and supportive. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable. The Internet worked most of the time really well. I had a 5 hour Zoom call with no trouble. The pool was clean and breakfast on the rooftop was tasty. With the bike you can go easily through town.

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop terrace and pool were nice spaces to use as well. It is an easy walk to get to to the beach access at calle 44 or 72, where the wider and quieter part of the public beach is. We ended up getting there at 1am for checkin and it was not a problem as reception was staffed at that time.

The location is excellent, and you have the beach in front almost completely by yourself (but no swimming due to the current). The room was superb; the bed was super comfy, and the view was stunning. The staff were great and always made sure we stayed hydrated by serving us water whenever we came down to the pool or bar. They also served us lunch by the beach, which was great. The food in the restaurants was really good, especially the ceviche. Great and fast wifi in the restaurant/pool area.

Elegantly designed property, amazing pool and beach access. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had some of the best food we’ve ever tasted at the on site restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a trip to Puerto Escondido.

We enjoyed four days at the property which is beautiful. It is a nice place to relax.The rooms are large and well appointed, and the pool is wonderful. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Because the hotel is a bit far from town, we ate three of our dinners at the hotel. The food was delicious and the menu varied. They also have a nice selection of wines. I look forward to returning one day.

Fantastic reception team, they were so kind and helpful. I had my wallet stolen on the bus to Merida, and lots of fraudulent charges were made and they helped connect to the police who brought us to the right place to make the theft report I need for the bank. They also had great food recommendations. Location is fantastic, and the pool up top is such a nice lookout point.

The toilet wasn’t working properly I did reported it to the front desk but no one never fixed it. The front desk said that it was breakfast at the lobby and we never saw nothing, the pool was always empty regarding services. Great location tough

There's no gold member benefit or anything from expedia perks but this is a great room for the price. There's no window or view but for Mexico, it's really clean and everything touristy are walkable distance from the property. Amazing coffee places right across from the hotel. Would definitely stay again if I go back to Merida

The service we received made us feel like royalty, and we are just regular old people and we felt so bougie. 🤣 very quiet hotel, the beds were amazing and even the pillows were fantastic! Our butlers Billyjoel and Rodrigo were the BEST. So helpful and so friendly! Always making sure we had everything we needed and even suggested things we didn't know we needed. The room service option was great for days we needed to be up and at em early for excursions and it was always delivered to the room fresh and precisely on time. We came in July and the seaweed was too terrible to swim in the ocean, I didn't know that was a thing, but the pools were really nice and made you feel like you were in the ocean with the infinity edge.

Great food and the staff was so friendly and hard working. Laura at the pool works her butt off and is great to everyone. Supplying suntan lotion at the pool is a great perk!

The pool and the beach were great. We didn't find a spot at the pool for the first 3 days, but on our last day we got a spot.

The service is amazing! Every single employee goes out of their way to offer the best experience. You can tell the staff is very well-trained. The beds are comfortable, and the included Spa hydrotherapy was very relaxing. Love the view from the main pool. The French restaurant Lumière was by far our favorite. Each dish was impressive and delicious.

Peaceful, relaxing, serene. The best girls trip I’ve been on. Food & service were above and beyond. Pool side head and neck massage with Lacinda is a must! Daily hydrotherapy included is amazing. Staff is attentive and go above and beyond. As a 42 yr old mom of 4, this was the perfect getaway. I told my husband I feel like my stress had melted away. The aesthetics are beautiful and I cannot wait to return.

It was clean and bed was very comfortable. The view was excellent we were top floor with terrace. Hot water was good. Nice pool in the fifth floor with excellent view. Having an elevator is a plus when you have luggage.

The room was cleaned every day (if you wish not to you can hang a sign by the door). Very hygienic. Lovely hotel staff and amazing pool. Exactly as the pictures on the website. Rooms were modern and all the furniture looked brand new. Lots of storage place and a safe. The restaurant downstairs has great food!! Really recommend.

Plenty of swimming space and activities. Food was surprisingly good during breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. Overall it’s worth the money. Pool parties were fun also but the pool is so shallow

The staff was awesome: Very laid back, no hard sales pitch on any tourist activities. Accommodating and friendly. The VIEW is amazing - the cobblestone road up the mountain to reach the property pays off when you can see the entire bay and enjoy a private sunset. The small pool and hot tub were an incredible way to end a day - watching whales breach from the edge of the infinity pool was more than I could ask for!

The view was off the charts, from the balcony you could see far out to the ocean, the hillsides and bays north and south, and the landscape below. The room was beautiful, the bed so comfortable and the amenities classy yet reasonable. The infinity pool was spectacular. Staff were so friendly and helpful always, especially the manager. They were willing to help out in any way. I loved it there and it was the best stay of my vacation.

This hotel has an infinity pool and hot tub on its rooftop that overlooks the ocean, making for beautiful sunsets for a fraction of the cost of the nearby Grand Miramar hotel. It might take a long time to reach the top of the hill where the hotel is, but it's worth the view. Because there wasn't always someone at the front desk, I requested that a staff member be present at 3:30 am for early check-out (as I had a 6 am flight). The staff member went above and beyond, knocking on my door and offering to book a taxi for me. ¡Gracias por la hospitalidad!

The location was fantastic. The front desk personnel was very accommodating, friendly and personable. Hotel looked and smelled clean. Including washrooms by the pool area. The pool/ deck area was better than expected.

The property was very nice. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It is far enough away from the action to be able to walk to and from and also have privacy. Not noisy at all. There is only air conditioning in the bedroom (not the bathroom) and the bathroom window would not close fully but it did not prove to be an issue. The pool is quite small and the service is okay in terms of timing. It takes them really long to make a drink and prepare food because the kitchen is downstairs and the pool bar is all the way upstairs. If I had to, I would stay again.

My room was modern and big enough for the purpose of my trip (which was exploring the Mexican Caribbean rather than relaxing at a hotel). The breakfast was good and staff at the restaurant and bar were super friendly and helpful.

Everything was wonderful from the Food, Adult only pool, wait staff (Yesenia and Marco!) and María at the taco bar, the comfort of our room and room views, the activities at the main pool and especially the NYE production, show, fireworks and set up with ample staff to serve drinks! It was a great party & the 90s theme was fire!!

We liked how closed it was from the airport and downtown. It has a beautiful view and great pools for kids and adults. The staff is very friendly, Alejandro, Juan David, nany(at the kids pool) sr Aguilar (the one that helps with the luggage)

Great location on La Madera Beach and easy access to the centre. The pool was wonderful overlooking the beach. Many restaurants in the area. Units had a full kitchen. Internet was excellent. It was a wonderful place but does have many steps.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had the King Suite and the patio area was HUGE.Also enjoyed the outdor kitchen that is well equipped. The only drawbacks are the stairs! About 75 in total from the street dawn to the rooms and beach. You have to be in good shape. Also the steep hill getting up to the property (Heart Attack Hill!) The other big problem for us is that there is no pool.Sal, the manager, was absolutely amazing. Always asking if we needed anything and so kind. Would I recommend Arena Suites? Absolutely !!

Lovely hotel and wonderful location. Only problem was the pool had done issues and was clearly not totally clean each day but I suspect it was a filter issue and they tried to drain and clean daily. Other was a wedding happening on the back side of hotel where every single room is, quite an odd choice given the noice and echo. But the rooms were lovely, showers were great, drinks were fresh and tasty. Best of all you can people watch the beach from the pool and not get bothered by the walking vendors.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blater! We struggle to speak Spanish and the staff were more than willing to help. The upstairs pool is a great viewing area of the beach and its distance is convenient to both ends with a short scooter ride that are close by for hire. The beach front reclining chairs are perfect for chilling in the shade and shower to wash off. Food available Street side of hotel and a beach bar and food accross the road. Highly recommend this place overall

The location was beautiful. Beautiful beach front, pools, property. Well maintained and amazing views. We saw whales every single day just 300 yards from the property. Amazing! We had access to the spa through our Bonvoy gold status. That was also so nice and relaxing - cold plunge, 2 hot tubs, sauna. Daniel was an incredible attendant. Guadalupe on the beach was also wonderful. A $10 tip goes a long way. Pitahayas was our favorite meal. Tahona had great tacos. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with an oceanfront balcony. It was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable.

We had a fantastic room with a private pool and we LOVED it! The property was a a calm and pleasant place to stay, perfectly located to some bars and restaurants that were walkable in the evening. A private beach and on-site amenities meant that there were plenty of places to sit and relax. The main pool was lovely and the beach bar was a fun place for a drink and snacks. Gilbert and David were great hosts and all the staff were helpful. The location was great - so glad we were on the beach and not in town.

The staff (especially Coco) are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms, beach, pools are incredible 👍 In my opinion, this is an affordable 5 ⭐️ property and not a $300-$400 all inclusive overpriced tourist trap. Food and drink prices are reasonable, which is great for those who only drink lightly, and don’t need a 24/7 all You can eat buffet. If youre happy lounging at the pool/bar steps to the white sands beach, eating fresh guacamole, grilled fish tacos and drinking a few cervezas 🍻? Then this is a place for you 😎👍

We booked a room with the jungle view and a private pool and upon checking in we were immediately upgraded to an ocean front room, private swimming pool right outside our front door with lounge chairs and the beach was literally 10 feet away from the fence on the front of our own private yard. It was an amazing experience, the hotel was fantastic, I don’t have one negative thing to say about the entire stay, the staff and everything were amazing. 5 out of 5 stars

The rooms are absolutely stunning. You are located right on the beach which is amazing. If you have a private pool it makes the room even better. The pool area is very nice with a beach bar. It is a very stunning hotel all in all. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Hotel and suite we selected was phenomenal. We stayed in suite 1, king room with private pool, a hot tub, and on the water. Front desk was super helpful, answered texts extremely fast, and were pleasant to deal with. The seaweed mentioned is a problem everywhere and not just a this hotel problem. We didn’t even smell it in our suite, or while in our pool. We will absolutely stay here again, just be aware that the restaurants around are very pricy but there’s very reasonable pricing on the local food delivery website.

We traveled with a large group of 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 9. The restaurants were very accommodating and friendly. There was a kid's center that allowed the adults to relax on property for a few hours without the kids. And there were multiple very nice pools with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The pool area is nice. The gym is decent. Could use more lifting equipment. I was there in the low season, in high would get crowded. The breakfast buffet was my favorite by far!

Location and facilities- excellent. The poolside band in the afternoon (1:00-3:00)was a bit loud would have preferred more relaxing music.

Immaculately, clean, beautiful architecture and materials. Great room great pools.

The attention to detail in the design and development of the property is outstanding and so creative. The hotel is in gorgeous location and has an attentive staff. We liked having some meals brought to our room. Our private swimming pool overlooking the bay was fabulous.

Had an amazing stay at Villa Lala with my wife. we were celebreating our 14th wedding annivasary . location is great, breathtaking . very quiet and cozy. room were big and bed was comfy. good facilties. Got checked in my 3 amazing receptionist Alba,Helen and Maria. who also gave us a tour of the other rooms in the hotel and helped in getting us taxi and resturent reservations. i would like to give a huge shout out to 2 serivce/bar/resturent girls Carrolina and Citali gave us amazing service went above and beyond . giving us a surprise cake on our wedding annivasary and decorting the our room. i would defintely recommend this hotel for couples for having a private time away from the city defintely will have great time and memories.

Small hotel on lake front, with pool with lake view. The lady at front desk was great. She helped us with restaurants and reserving a bost trip. The gardener brought us a coconut he had chopped of to drink from.

Very small property, private, and very quiet. We were told that the hotel was full during our stay and we always had the pool to ourselves, were well attended to, etc.

Loved our room #105, ground floor at waters edge, close to dining area, pool and waterfront seating. During heavy rain we watched Netflix in bed. Room was spacious and very light with good window shades. Felt tranquil. It was very quiet, no drifting music or late night motorcycles. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was fruit, boxed cereal, eggs of choice, toast, coffee. Free parking inside gate. They had a double kayak and a SUP for guest use. I particularly enjoyed the mangrove trees and stromolites at the waters edge. Water was so clear! Pool was lovely if you didn't want to climb in and out of the lagoon.

Beautiful accommodation on the beach, pool access 24/7, very friendly and helpful staff, good food, even self grown veggies and great drinks. Carlos from the Bar was a gem. Extra beach towels and coffee machine in the room. Free yoga class in the morning with jungle view was a highlight! And we could even watch turtles hatching on the beach in front of the hotel while we were there

Everyone that worked there was so sweet and helpful. Great service, clean beach, clean rooms, pool, air condition rooms. It was great! Local/walking distance to all the shops and restaurants we wanted to go too. Have bikes you can use to go any where further! Was over all amazing!

it is the most adorable detail oriented hotel situated right in the center of the viral restaurants and clubs on the main beach strip. the property has everything you will need for your stay including the pool, beach, restaurant, breakfast included, daily yoga and gym equipment. it was perfect.

Unbelievable place. Extremely helpful staff, delicious food and drinks in a very intimate restaurant which isn't overdone, and the small private beach is the best on the beach. There are places in the trees for shade and you can go towards the front if you want all sun. The rooms are a bit small but who cares with a property like this. The pool adds to the vibe. Also, the price is extremely reasonable on a relative basis. Will definitely go back.

staff was super friendly, room was clean, bed was very comfortable.my room had a complete kitchenette. i got a complimentary upgrade because the hotel was not too full so i had a fantastic ocean view. the pools are clean and well maintained. all in all a great value. cerritos is away from the hustle and bussel(which i love) but busses and taxis are right outside the door if you want to find the nightlife. i would stay there again.

Room was nice, large and updated. Bathroom window broken, sliding door handle missing and broken. NO American TV stations. All other resorts have American TV. Pools are worthless. No restaurants there. No umbrellas on beach nor beach chairs.

I liked that The Pool was next to beach, which was convenient for us. The kids loved it

The hotel was excellent. Very relaxed and peaceful. Extremely clean. The food and drinks were great. I love the Miramar buffet area with many choices of meat, seafood, pasta, vegan, desserts, etc. The Sapporo Restaurant is one of my favorites. Employees are very attentive to cater to you. I had so much fun at the music and pool bar so did the beach.

Sadly our trip came to an end. It was such an amazing experience and it was beyond our expectations. The resort is beautiful and perfectly maintained. The service was 12/10. The staff go above and beyond. I wish I could give a shout out to everyone but there were a few staff that made our trip that much more enjoyable: Maria (server) and Gabriel (bartender) from pool bar, Maria from entertainment, Isaac from Miramar buffet and Gustavo from reception. Thank you to everyone at Barcelo AO for the amazing holiday!

We had a two beds room for 4 people, it was good size, not very big but still spacious. You can borrow snorkles for free at the beach. Nice bathroom, everything very clean. Extra bath towels. We loved our stay at Jashita! Feels Luxurious.

Everything at Jashita Hotel was pure perfection: the setting, the service, the food, the attention to detail. The staff made us feel truly special, always caring and professional. This hotel is exceptional! Everything from the staff, the rooms, the hotel grounds, to the food, was great. I came with my family, including 3 year children (6 / 4 / 1). The staff was unbelievable in how friendly and attentive they were. There is a specific pool for children, so they stay out of the adult pool, but it is serene. The overall vibe of the hotel is pretty chill and even though there were a few other families with children, it seems to still be fairly low key. Our room was a 2 king bed with a massive terrace and private pool. The room itself was a great size, super clean and offered everything we needed. The grounds and design aesethic at the hotel are gorgeous. I'd highly recommend checking Jashita out.

Casa Del Jaguar was in a perfect location, on a beautiful beach and near town so easily walkable. The hotel is well kept, our room was clean and comfortable and well appointed with robes and slippers, and a nice balcony overlooking the beach club. The food in the restaurant was very good but service was a bit slow. The cocktails at the bar were perfection, absolutely delicious. The service on the beach was also terrific. We loved the beach club, the beach and then dipping in the pool at the end of the day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice property in a great location on North beach in Centro Isla Mujeres. Easy access to the beach, with a really nice small pool that was also right on the beach. The beach itself has day beds, and is pretty busy. Room was okay, maybe a little dark but nice modern decor and pretty comfy. Staff, especially Lucia at breakfast was, awesome. Good food and drinks available for a cost at lunch from the Oceans Beach Club on site. I would stay again if visiting the Island.

Lovely clean rooms, drinking water provided. Quiet pool area (we had it to ourselves pretty much every day so the kids could enjoy themselves and make noise). Huge portions for breakfast (which is included). Great location - 100m to beach and short walk to the town. Lovely beach beds including service from the bar and restaurant. Reception staff are incredible - very helpful and can arrange all sorts for you.

We loved everything about this hotel! The location cannot be beat, the rooms are spacious and clean, the beach clubs have some of the best food on the island (a special shout out to Oceanus for their incredible dinners), the pool and beach areas are lovely and the staff is exceptional. Kudos to the management team for putting together such an amazing group of people. If you like large all inclusive hotels this is not your place but if you want an upscale boutique hotel that caters to your every need and treats you like a VIP check this one out!

Beautiful design. We had 2 rooms, one was a beachfront with dip pool, the other was in one of the off beach blocks. Both rooms were beautiful. Helpful staff, happily parked our car down the road daily. Attentive, especially Rigo on the beach. Lovely breakfast which can be taken on the beach which is stunning. We were there in seaweed season and they worked hard to manually reduce its impact.

Everything. Right from the check in with Anda to the check out, we don’t want to leave. Besides it being absolutely aesthetically beautiful, it’s so quiet and away from the party zone, it’s like we had our very own Villa. They upgraded us to a room with a plunge pool, and the water was tepid. The beach is beautiful. The food is tasty. Housekeeping was spectacular and so thorough. We’ve already booked our next two vacations at this place as it is so good.

Loved the private pool on my balcony after I was upgraded. The staff was awesome and treated me like royalty.

We came to get away for a long weekend for just the 2 of us. There was amazing staff in the restaurants with Nestor at breakfast and Guillermo at Zen were standouts! We spent most of our day at the pool overlooking a perfect blue ocean!!! Angel from the pool staff and Angel at the pool bar staff were great… look for them for a great day enjoying the all day party! Finally, Jessy our butler made everything perfect including amazing dinner reservations… if you get a choice: Ask for Jessy :) We can’t wait to go back… great food, fun, and amazing staff!!

The hotel is very comfy and with very good food and beverages. It is not big, they have just one space with pools and the beach. They have 4 restaurants and one food bar in the pools. The staff are collaborative and all the bedrooms have a tube, air conditioning, shower and a very comfy bed. They have some activities during the day and night and some payed activities as well (tours and spa). We liked our stay there, but it was the first all inclusive resort that we have been, so we don’t have much to compare.

Best poolside food in Cancun. Barely have to go to the buffet, the options poolside are fantastic.

The towel/pool guys; Angelo, Tacho, Willy, and Tony, made our stay great! The staff is the Hard Rock's greatest asset. They went beyond their duties to make us happy. The room service department and all other departments were excellent as well. The food was good. What we didn't like were the low-quality drinks. I'm concerned that the cutbacks on drinks will lead to Hard Rock's decline. Many customers were complaining about the low-quality drinks. Also, most spots around the pool were reserved for Hall of Famers that often didn't even show up in their spots.

Overall it was a lovely stay! We got upgraded which allowed us to some additional perks. Pool was amazing, beach was amazing, food was amazing! Service was great—quick drinks, friendly & kind. We had an ocean view room—typical hotel style room. The jacuzzi looked old and we did not use. Getting reservations for Toro & Zen were kind of a pain, but worth it! Sometimes we found the resort to be too loud and had to search for quiet places. The spring breakers were arriving! Great place & would stay again!

Love the coffee shop I'm not a coffee lover but they made me LOVE the carmel frappis. Room was great, pools were good. Outside bar with tables we used every night to play cribbage. Beach was amazing, staff was great.The only thing is if you want a drink by the pool you have to get it yourself,they dont come around and serve you.

I love how clean they had the beach area, the pool areas were always very clean. I loved the whole variety of drinks that bartenders were able to make to us. The food truck by the pool was very good. The hotel room was always very clean and the A/C worked very well. The restroom we had in the room had an extractor which helped keep the humidity out of the room always.

Had a lovely stay. From the upgraded room to the very end with a late check out. The waitstaff around the pool was top tier. I did not catch her name but it started with an E. Ramirez at the restaurants. Alex from the entertainment team. Food was good. Pool was great. Location was great. Only complaint was the 4th floor was musty smelling in the hallway but may have been due to the recent hurricane.

Service was wonderful. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived early in the morning, they let us check in early once a room was available. Food was good. There are two buffet restaurants, five or six other restaurants , BBQ stand, pool side bars, and a 24 hr cafe whenever we want a cookie, ice cream or a coffee. Different dining restaurants are booked for us once we arrived, and amendments can be easily made afterwards. There is always something going on if you want to be busy like ball games, pool exercise, bingo, dance shows, stages shows etc. The property is large, lots of area to walk around, and several pools and the beach to swim in.

The hotel is beautiful- the reception, the bar, the restaurant, the pool and beach area. The rooms are also fantastic, incredibly spacious and light, and the views to the sea from all rooms are amazing (we were on one of the lower levels and we loved the view from f the sea). The jacuzzi bath on three balcony is a great addition. The staff are great: Ty, Maria, Terisista, Fernando, Irma, Yoania- all couldn’t help enough. The drinks and service at Coral Level are fantastic, as is the restaurant on site. Some of the restaurants at the main site are great, we enjoyed the Steakhouse, American Bistro and Hibachi restaurant. Room service is included, 24/7. The entertainment team are great at keeping things fun during the day- we especially loved Fernanda.

Beautiful resort and extremely clean. Rooms were really nice, especially bathrooms. Best shower ever! Service was so good. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate any need. The food was by far the best of any all inclusive we have stayed at. Fresh seafood every day at lunch and dinner. Buffet was top notch, great selections and high quality. We also ate almost every meal outdoors looking over the pool and beach. Entertainment was also good and one of the entertainment directors Alex was lots of fun and so good at his job. We traveled with 2 other couples and we loved this resort so much we are all returning next year.

This resort was dreamy! The landscaping was lush for desert plants, the grounds were pristine and just walking around gave you the feels! The infinity pool made you feel like you were in the ocean. The room was beautiful and the cleaning staff was wonderful! Seeing the whales was also fun. Our favorite part though was the staff, they were always genuinely kind and so helpful. They make you feel like you are family. I felt so comfortable there and truly felt spoiled!!! This is paradise!!!

Amazing Resort, Service, View, Cuisine & Drinks! I went here with my brother for an early birthday celebration & it exceeded our expectations. The service was top notch, the overall atmosphere was amazing & the food / drinks were all top notch! Benjamin our butler was great & helped us locate some desired items for the stay. The museum was a nice touch as well & the landscaping is amazing. The pools were all great as well especially the swimming infinity pool! The only issue was the hot tub had a bit of a tripping hazard sticking up that caused a stubbed toe, so be careful entering the hot tub. Other than that everything was amazing! Great staff, views & drinks! Also a better beach than some of the other resorts I’ve attended in Cabo. Overall a 5 star experience & would come again!

The atmosphere was so beautiful. The staff is so friendly and have wonderful customer service. We were always taken care of. We are Titanium Elite. Upgraded to a plunge pool room. Had an outdoor shower, hammock and chairs to enjoy outside. The grounds are serene. We used our welcome amenity for breakfast. Which had anything you could want. So delicious. The gym offers a lot. The adult pool is perfect. We had no problem getting loungers. Went off site for dinner. We will definitely return.

We had an excellent spring break stay at Solaz. Our Bonvoy Platinum status was recognized with a room upgrade. Easy and smooth check-in process. The butler service by Raul and Rafael was attentive, professional and courteous. Thanks guys! The hotel pools and seating were very nice. Poolside food and drink service was among the best we’ve experienced. Ground transportation into Cabo and San Jose via the hotel’s company was safe/clean, but more expensive than we expected…….

My recent stay at Grand Velas was a bit of a splurge—but absolutely worth it. From start to finish, the experience exceeded expectations in every way. A huge thank you to Claudia, our personal concierge, who went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary trip was both memorable and joyful. Her attentiveness and warmth truly made a difference. The service overall was exceptional. Every staff member—from the bellman to housekeeping to the pool attendants—was professional, friendly, and eager to help. It’s clear that service is a top priority here. The resort itself is stunning. The adults-only infinity pool was a serene oasis, and the gym facilities were top-notch. And the food—just wow. Every meal was outstanding, but a special shoutout goes to Cocina de Autor. As a Michelin-starred restaurant, my expectations were high, but the chef delivered a world-class experience that rivaled (and in some cases surpassed) other star-rated restaurants I’ve visited. Thank you to everyone at Grand Velas for an unforgettable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

This resort is fantastic! We stayed for a long weekend and never left the property. Amazing views, beautiful suites, great service.. probably the best food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive! Maria is poolside server at the adult serenity pool and she was the absolute best.

Extraordinary service. Catered to our every need, including dietary restrictions. Lovely pool area. Grand class corner suite had stunning view and private plunge pool. On-site restaurants were generally very good, and Cocina de Autor was outstanding.

Excellent all inclusive resort, with lovely staff. 2 family friendly pools, amazing restaurants. We had such a relaxing time and the ocean facing room had a beautiful view.

The Grand Class Corner Suite was beautiful and spacious. The oceanfront balcony with private plunge pool was stunning! The food and drinks were excellent. Our concierge was attentive to any needs, especially coordinating a whale watching tour on short notice. The DJ played our favorite songs and provided excellent service as well. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Grand Velas. We highly recommend booking Grand Velas Los Cabo’s. The whale watching tour was amazing!

Great stay , everyone was friendly and welcoming, clean at night you could sleep very quiet , family oriented beach access, that was awesome, pool area was good , very attentive with service , good restaurant near by, overall it was a great stay 👍

The staff was great. The room was very spacious with the living room and bedroom. The staff was very friendly, especially Geraldo and Angelo, the 2 Doorman. Great assistance and direction. They made you feel at home. The front desk was nice and helpful. I spoke English, and they still tried to understand and communicate. I lost my driver's license, and they called the three restaurants for me to try to help me find it. The breakfast was ok. Take advantage of the rooftop lounge. The beach is not great, but there is a pool. It was worth the price.

Lovely property. I would have liked a coffee pot and small fridge for medication in the room. Other than that it was great! Clean, excellent staff. Well maintained. Beautiful pool area with restaurant and right in the beach. I will book again.

Pool was awesome, beach front. Close to restaurants and bars, walkable distance. I would've liked to see more umbrellas on the beach, provided by hotel. Other hotels have shaded huts. Overall it was a great hotel and I would stay here again.

Staff very helpful, Breakfast was really good, warm water in swimming pool and very clean.

Just a dreamy experience altogether. Stayed in the adults only area and got a beach view and super close to breakfast buffet. Staff were impeccable and friendly. Beach and pool service for drinks and timely seaweed cleanup everyday. Very clean rooms and public areas.

I have nothing to complain about as far as the hotel is concerned. The complex was amazing, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money and I would not hesitate to go back. So much choice of food with restaurants and buffet... something for everyone - plenty to do - beach and pool were gorgeous - fantastic place to stay!

Lots of beach access, there was always a chair available by the pool or beach. There was always someone nearby ready to bring you an ice cold drink!

The whole expeince was amazing. From the food, the shows, the pools, spa and the employees. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Traveling with kids and want a budget friendly option. Your at the right place. Walking distance from the cancun sign. Buffet food could be better, dinner reservations are the better options. Adult only pool sections and recreational room. Kids section & daycare available. Indoor shaded pool area and 2 outdoor pools. Basketball court thats wonky, tennis court. However, some activity open at 1pm witch is late for me. Pools close at 8 witch is too early and I've been to other resorts that close until 10. Over all if your looking for budget friendly this is a really good option.

We had a great time at the resort. It was clean and well kept. Reyes at the pool was awesome! He took great care of us all week long! The pool activities we're fun and the sports and entertainment team was great! I really wish they had poolside tacos or Mexican pop-up stands, and some inside activities for when it rains or in between dinner and the show. Overall we had fun!!!

I loved the hotel itself. The rooms, pools, the entire hotel was beautiful and always clean. I loved the way the hotel has entertainment shows for the guests at night and different activities during the day by the pool.

Everything was good, quick and easy check in, staff were nice and helpful. Lots of food choices although not all restaurants were a 10 ( everything at the Steak restaurant was good except the steak, weren’t big fans of the seafood restaurant at all, all other restaurants and snack bars were great ), cleanliness and nice pools with easy access to the beach. The balcony was nice and beds were comfy. Lots of fun activities for the family We had a great time and would come again.

Incredible views over the Pacific. Coffee by the pool in the morning was a highlight for us. We chose to have breakfast in town but breakfast options looked great. It’s roughly a 30 minute sweaty walk to town so perhaps factor that in. Taxis and collectivos are readily available though. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Wifi was good

Its not a hotel, more like a small Villa. Stunning views on the Augustinillo bay from the pool and the rooms with view. But also the other rooms are of great quality and you can see the sea. Well designed and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Personnel very helpful. Its 30 min walking in humid heat to the beach, better bring car or moto.

The house is located on a hill, which provides a beautiful ocean view. There’s a swimming pool overlooking the ocean, and our room on the top floor had a terrace facing the ocean as well. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly though if you don’t speak Spanish, it could be a challenge to communicate with them. Overall, great place to stay!

That VIEW, out of this world. Pool is amazing. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. (Opt for rooms 1, 2 or 3 for more privacy, the extra money is worth it) The way down to town is a 15 minute walk and to get back up, taxi is easiest. Not complicated at all, but be aware.

Especially the girls at the reception. They made me and other people smiling every day. They let me to chill at the pool after checking out for hours & did whatever I wanted to make my stay there unique. Definitely gonna come again.

Stayed for a week, loved it. Big spacious room with a great view. Comfy bed, nice strong shower. High-speed, stable WiFi with the router in the room.The pool and terrace are awesome. Liked the neighbourhood, had more local feel away from the madness of 5th but still close enough to check it out. Coco Beach is quiet and just a few blocks away. Lucas and all on reception are very friendly and helpful.

This is a very new hotel in a quiet area, close to the main street and close to a parallel street with nice restaurants - not so noisy ones as on 5th Avenue. On a top roof there is a pool and you don't even need to swim there in order to enjoy a quiet time in the evening with a glass of beer. Our kitchen in a room was lovely equipped. Everything was clean, a lot of nice lights etc. Staff is friendly and helpful. Taxi to the ferry or ADO station costs 130 pesos (April 2024). For a stay in a city centre it is really a good option to recommend.

Very spacious room with the essential equipments for the stay! The staff is so nice and helpful. The rooftop pool is amazing! We loved that the location is in a quiet area compared to the Main Street which is the 5th avenue. It’s only a 5-10 minute walk tho, so you’re not far from main attractions. The beach is also along side the 5th street!

Staff incredible. Very accommodating. 10 min walk to beach. Right across the street from fresh pressed juice/ fruits, local eats- fish tacos, empanadas, plenty of vegetarian options. Short walk to the popular 5th street (has everything) Beautiful 5 story high pool top. I didn’t drive but wouldn’t recommend using the parking garage, street seems safe enough- a guy got stuck while I was there. -But that didn’t impact my accommodations- room was clean, kitchen had all the basics, bed/pillows comfy. I’d certainly return! I definitely recommend Mare.

We came to Secrets Bahia Mita to celebrate our wedding anniversary AND host our daughter’s wedding. Patricia Sanchez was our wedding coordinator and went out of her way to ensure our daughter’s wedding events went flawlessly. She was a god-send when our own family travel logistics went sideways and she helped us ensure our family who booked the wrong hotel were able to come on property and join the celebrations. Stayed a full week and were impressed by the level of staff service, how beautiful the wedding turned out and fantastic food and drink all week. We upgraded to Preferred Club and were pampered to the nth degree by our butler Ramses. The wait staff everywhere we went were friendly, responsive and on top of exceeding all service expectations. Skybar staff were phenomenal - Sheyla, Julio, and Alejandro were fantastic and made our time spent at the rooftop infinity pool an Amazing experience. Martinez the Skybar manager ensured we were well-cared for on our anniversary when we booked the Golden 1 cabana. Lesley in the Spa was also very helpful in booking all our services and accommodating schedule changes that happened. So friendly and helpful. Bottom line - we can’t wait to come visit Secrets Bahia Mita Surf and Spa again!!!

Out of all the all inclusive resorts we have stayed this was had the best food by far! Loved all the restaurants Portofino was our favorite. The spa was absolutely worth every penny! Only complaint I have is the beach was underwhelming, very rocky with lots of seaweed, it made for a fun surfing experience and the pools make up for the lacking beach. The sky top pool and bar was so nice. Would definitely recommend this resort!

The property is beautiful, our room was nice with a view of the jungle. The hallway by our smelled like ammonia or cats if you will so that wasn’t great. Pools were nice but water was a bit murky so felt unclean. Beach area was quite nice as well as gym and activities all great. Food wise the breakfast buffet was very good and lunch by the Manatee pool was great. The dinner dining options varied from not impressive to decent. Overall a nice stay.

Overall great resort, food, bars and options were great and everywhere, cleanliness of the resort was very good for the most part and above average as staff is attentive in that area. Pools are adequate but for adults only they are just too shallow, did not visit family pools, ocean basically was swim at your own risk and not enjoyable because of rocks. If your looking for a true adults only experience, this is not the place...kids are everywhere and had we known in advance would have never stayed here.

The property was beautiful and relaxing. It was our first experience at an all inclusive resort and it was exactly what we needed. I would say the only negative thing we have to say is that it’s not really adults only. The Dreams side is family and the Secrets side is adults only. But the family pools are in the middle. Some restaurants are adult only but not all of them. Our room over looked the family pools. There were a lot of children on the property. I don’t think it should be advertised as adults only.
