The location is superb! got swimming pool for kids' section and adult section. convenience stores and restaurants available at the ground floor which is very convenient for guests. Also got treadmill for exercise at the top! No need to wait for property keys collection.

I like how comfy the room is. Parking is also easy because it is using automated parking system. But my favorite part of the hotel is the heated infinity pool. Overlooking the hills, Tanjung Aru Beach and airport, perfect for plane spotting and sunset viewing. Some people find the sound of airplanes too loud at night, but that has never been an issue for me—I sleep soundly. My husband is a light sleeper and still able to have a good night rest as well. This was my fourth stay here and will definitely be coming back.

A very big space with all amenities for a longer term stay, such as washing machine, big kitchen, good air conditioning, couches, storage shelves, nice bathroom. Also, a marvelous infinity pool and sunset balcony. Very good security too, and quiet despite being close to the airport. All very good value for money. Our favorite accommodation so far whilst traveling Malaysia.

The unit was neatly decorated and check-in process was simple. Ample space to move around and comfortable beds. My unit can view the planes landing at the airport. This is also the same view you get at the swimming pool. You can to see planes landing while enjoying your pool time. Despite that, the soundproofing is very good and the airplanes did not disturb our stay. Location wise it is very near to the airport but some distance to the city center. Overall, I think this has really good value with a comfortable sleep. Lastly, one free parking is provided.

Tastefully furnished room with IKEA like feel. Very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and sheets were very clean. Balcony with view of KK International Airport runway - great for plane spotters. Fully equipped kitchen. Lovely swimming pool with great views located on the top floor. Very convenient location just a short distance from the airport.

Staying at this suite above a mall was super convenient—everything I needed was just steps away. The accessibility was fantastic; my mother-in-law needed her wheelchair, and the overall experience was great. The space was clean, the hot water worked perfectly, and the air conditioner kept the room comfortable throughout my stay. The outdoor pool was a nice addition to the suite. The property lady asked for the deposit in Singapore dollars. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at unbeatable convenience!

It was located at Loft A. Below is the imago shopping mall. There’s a swimming pool. Close distance to loads of restaurant at the mall and around the mall. It was so convenient. Parking for one car was provided. Ms Wong, who looked after the place was friendly and accommodating. She made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. I will definitely book with AJ Suites when I visit KK with my family again.

1. The apartment was spacious and clean. 2. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. (We were able to rent more beds to accommodate more family members that came by later) 3. Easy access to shopping malls below the apartment and areas close by. 4. Really appreciate the safe parking spot was included during the stay. 5. Swimming pools were just nice.

The house is located at Imago Mall, in the city itself. Very spacious and well decorated house. In the vicinity itself is a garden park, a pool, gym and playground. Security is good with guards around the area. Carpark and lift is available. Not to mention a big mall is just a doorstep away. Bonus: My kid accidentally broke 1 glass plate, informed the owner but the owner give back all my deposits (really sorry for the plate)

This property was a good size for a family and the location wasn’t far from the main city.It has beautiful rooftop swimming pool, garden and gym. Rooftop restaurant and club. There was many restaurants nearby too to choose for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are convenience store nearby available too. The security for this property are pretty good too.

The rooftop pool was amazing. The location was good, it was a short grab ride from both the beach and ferry port to do island hopping. There was lots of restaurants and cafes just below to choose from too! I told the owner it was my partners birthday and they did a cake and some decorations for him which was lovely.

The place very nice, they had all around securities around the clock, easy food shops at the ground floor and convenient 24hr shops. The facilities like swimming pool and laundry shop was good. All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay for us as family for a long stay.

This is a nice apartment in a mall complex, so you can eat and get what you need in convenience stores on the ground floor. The wide windows were great, and though the balcony was not somewhere to hang out on, it was a good touch. The kitchen was great and I wish I had more time to make use of it. The study desk was very useful. The pool had a fantastic view, but unfortunately I did not have time for a dip.

We got the unit on highest floor which is really close to the pool but too bad it rain during our stay so the pool got closed.

there is a place to cook, there is fast wifi, a very interesting view of the swimming pool, and a very safe parking place, everything is ready, and There are many shops under our accommodation,I am very satisfied with everything. the owner very fast respond and always alert,very good service.

Very good price / quality, ideal for a temporary one-stop for a rather late flight. Needs to have WhatsApp to connect with the host but if you have, the host will answer fast and provide good instructions to find the keys in the letter box (no reception, full self-service). Did not have time to jump in the swimming pool but had a look, very long and big, many locals inside. Very convenient for food, many restaurants and convenient stores just down the residence. We went to a local one, very good and affordable.

Rooftop swimming pool is just wow - overlooking the South Chinese Sea, with the airplanes flying over our heads just before or after landing/take-off. Really great at sunset. Apartment spacious and clean, with easy check-in process. Finding the keys was probably the hardest thing we had to do during our 2 days here :-)

Great location, with lots of restaurants in the same building. Very clean and washer and dryer are in working conditions. Beautiful swimming pool.

Free parking and spacious parking lot, easy access to location, my room is near the lift which is so nice and excellent sea view. I always enjoy my stay at jesselton quay bcs it has 5 elevator, which is very very convenient. Don't need to wait too long to go to your room. Near to suria sabah, easy to get grab car and food delivery. The apartment got 5 beds suitable for family, wish the bed wheel has a stopper so it won't move so much, clean and comfortable.

we got the seaview. beautiful! nice to wake up to the view each morning. place was clean and well equipped for a comfortable homestay. self service laundry, convenience stores and food below made the stay really convenient and comfortable.

Vyonne's are especially helpful with the instructions. Love that we didn't have to worry about parking. It's easy to access the shops. Especially travelling with little ones, our rests were adequate and we got to tick off our shopping list with ease. Especially love the home design - minimalist, yet functional. The view from balcony is great, facilities are clean and equiped with laundry area. The communal areas at the Loft are quite examplar - lush greens, gym, swimming pool and even playground areas.

Fantastic location in KK. Close to the water, markets and a shopping centre with supermarket opposite. Pool was awesome to cool off at the end of the day. Our apartment was perfect for a family of 4 with good air-conditioning to come back to and keep us cool during the night. Basic cooking facilities which we didn't use as we at most meals out however it was good to have the fridge and plates, cups, cutlery etc so that we could have breakfast and snacks between the meals that we ate at the markets.

Great location, right in town and opposite the market. Lots of restaurants, shops at just a walking distance. Nice big pool with ocean view. The staffs are wonderful.

The hotel made the most positive impression! We were two families and we rented separate apartments. Everything was at the highest level. The spacious apartments are equipped with everything you need, everything is of high quality. Large swimming pool, a lot of green plants, everything is very clean and tidy. But the most important thing is the friendly and helpful staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this garden unit! It was clean, well-equipped, and offered direct access to a stunning garden and two swimming pools. The garden spans over 2 acres on level 6 above the mall and includes a kids' playground, a basketball court, and beautiful water features. Plus, it's conveniently close to Imago Mall for easy shopping. Highly recommended!

Beds are extremely comfortable and location is great. Apartment is spacious with a lovely outlook on the pool and city.

The stay is good, the place is clean and lived up to our expectation. The easy access to the pool area is +1

booked the penthouse for family. really surprised by how big it is. great space for big family and kids. great view overlooking the islands and sunset. very near to the shopping centre as well which is only 5 minutes walk. swimming pool has a heated jacuzzi which is great.

The unit is spacious, modern, and clean. The furniture is well-maintained, and the bed is very comfortable. The small but fully equipped kitchen is also useful for those who prefer to cook.

The staff are so friendly and fast response. I requested for early check in because we bring along our 9mnths baby. They also provide the baby cot. Facilities overall are so comfy, clean. Thanx for the assist and fast response

Very cozy place for family to bond. A spacious apartment. A pleasant 2 bedrooms with a great 3 bathrooms. What I like the most about this aparment is that a good natural lighting from the windows makes the apartment feels warm, bright and cozy. Overall it’s worth every penny spend on rented this apartment! ✨

Great location, right by the night market and fish market! Rooms are very clean and have a nice view.The pool is located on the 6th floor has a great view as well! Moses was amazing and really flexible with our travel, our flight was delayed and we were able to check out much later for a minimal fee. Moses was quick to reply and very friendly! Very convenient location, clean, spacious. It was also a pleasant surprise that the view from the window was exactly what the photos showed - straight to the pool!

- Spacious place - Have washing machine, microwave, fridge. - Suitable for 2 small family. - Have playground and swimming pool. - Shopping mall just below the place. Really convenient. - Helpful host with clear instruction. - Clean place

The apartment is situated at Imago mall which is great for shopping and plenty of food choices with a good sized supermarket too. The staff answered queries promptly. The building had security and felt safe and quiet. The pool areas, gym, basketball and playground was just ideal for a family base. The place had a washing machine which was a bonus for our family. The ferry points are close so we used it as a base to go island hopping.

Prime location, comfortable stay with great facilities - swimming pool, playground, gym. The apartment is located on 6th floor, the same floor level with the main facilities as well.

Location. Staff was friendly and efficient. Size of unit was good. Good washing and drier machine. Nice gym and pool area.

Great location and nice view oversee the city centre, with close to the pier , city , shipping centre and everything, there’s no more can ask for. We can also access the pool facility which is great.

I like it very much! Reasonable price and convenient for small family with 2-3 kids. It was so clean.shower heater works well..my kids enjoyed and happy with the FREE wifi provided.Overall, i'm satisfied.

The view and the location are very nice. It's walk close to the port if you need to visit the small islands. There is nice coffee shop and some restaurant in the building floor. Isolation is good, so you don't hear the street noise.

Clean with comfortable beds. Nice pool on the roof with places to lounge. Good selection of restaurants on the ground floor of the building. Mall across the road. 15 min walk to the centre. Easy to get a grab.

Cosy and it's a pleasant place for family vacation, also convenient with shops nearby and the children love the swimming pool.

the pool is very family friendly and the building has 24 hours grocery store on the ground floor

The building and the room is very new. It’s nearby downtown you can easily get a Grab to the city center and it only costs around 5RM. The staff cleaned our room every day when we were out and gave us clean towels. And the swimming pool is really nice. We contacted the staff on WhatsApp when we arrived the airport. And when we arrived the building, we still waited a round 10 minutes until the staff came downstairs to pick us up and do the check in. And because our flight of leaving was in the early morning, we need to check out around 4am the staff promised us she’s going to come to checked out around 3:40 but she didn’t show up until 4:10... so make sure you do a great arrangement with the staff. But the stay was really really nice 👍

I recently stayed at Sutera Avenue, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The property is clean, modern, and conveniently located, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. From the moment we arrived, Shahrul went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was providing local tips or helping us with our requests, Shahrul made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend Sutera Avenue to anyone visiting the area, and a special shoutout to Shahrul for his outstanding hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
