What didn’t we love about this place…!!! Such a beautiful palace very well decorated and detailed. The room was lovely as expected, pictures and real life were matching. Breakfast was amazing and the pool was amazing.

Breakfast was delicious, the pool a real bonus in the city center but the real highlight was our room - exceptionnel.

Design, location, facilities, staff - all was perfect. We slept so well! Highly the appreciate attentive and modern communication via whatsapp - much better than outdated emails or booking messages The private spa was spectacular and great value too Breakfast super tasty, with good variety. Maybe only the coffee could be better

The hotel was perfect! The stuff, cleanlines, comfort.. all of them. The view of the hotel is incredible... It was especially enjoyable to swim in the infinity pool in the afternoon as the sun goes down and It was one the best breakfast we've ever eaten!

Having stayed at multiple 5star boutique hotels world wide, this hotel just amazed us and exceeded all our expectations! The location is out of this world, with serene and beautiful views, the service is impeccable with love to detail in every sense, the interior design, an amazing spa, an infinity pool and direct beach access made our stay even more perfect! We will definitely be back and want to thank the amazing staff once again for the great service!

Everything was amazing and it felt like a true luxury experience. The infinity pool was a delight and all the staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was so tastefully decorated and we really enjoyed all the amenities provided. We went for a couples hamman treatment which was excellent and I highly recommend it. I would highly recommend Allium. Wonderful staff (Specially Ineesa) and fantastic service. The room is very clean and constantly being maintained by kind staff to a high standard. Staff very nice and helpful. Nice and varied breakfast but note that it's all vegan.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Situated in a quiet area, yet you can use a public transport station nearby. A great staff. Literally everyone I met was trying to make my stay as comfortable as possible, always with a smile and class. The gated parking free of charge. Tastefully furnished soundproofed rooms with modern design. Everything is new and spotless. The restaurant offered a generous breakfast and other meals through the day. Swimming pool. 5 days were not simply enough, did want to leave.

Staff very friendly and service-minded. Very nice and clean pool/spa area. The hotel is clean, new and modern comfortable ... a perfect place to relax and combine with a city-trip Budapest.

The spacious room, the staff were kind and the breakfast was delicious. The fact that is not in the city center, it's quite convenient to get there by car; the parking was free which was really nice; the view and the calm neighbourhood were great points. The view on the garden and the pool were great and were also offered a spa session if we wanted to.

The hotel Staff is exceptionally kind and helpful- Whether at the reception, restaurant, pool or beach, we found very hospitable people. The breakfast and overall quality of the food was remarkably good. The beach is also very nice, never too crowded. The pool is well protected from the wind. It's an ideal place to relax in Mykonos.

The staff at the front desk, transfers and pool/restaurant are absolutely amazing. So helpful with anything we needed. Around the pool and restaurant they all pitched in and we’re constantly checking to make sure everything was perfect.

The beach and the service were heavenly. The main swimming pool is nice but the additional 2nd second pool made our day. The breakfast was so delicious especially the cooked to order omelette, the fruit platter and the pomegranate pan cake. Chora is walking distance away but if available the hotel provides a private shuttle to downtown. Also included in the price is free to and fro airport transfer. The staff are super friendly and strive to please. They serve with their heart, especially towards children. I will recommend staying here at a heartbeat.

Fabulous hotel in an ideal location in Southern Corfu. Only 35 minutes drive from the airport. Fantastic reception from the staff. Given cool flannels and welcome drinks on arrival. All the staff were exceptional. They were friendly, professional and delightful throughout our stay. Our room was superb!! Super outdoor spa pool on our terrace. Amazing panoramic views over the Ionian Sea and we even saw dolphins swimming nearby ! Bed was super large and comfy and incredibly clean and very well stocked including an Nespresso coffee machine. Buffet breakfast had a fabulous selection and amazing cocktails on the terrace! Good local tavernas in walking distance. Super large infinity pool with a wide selection of seating and loungers. Attached bar was great for drinks and snacks. Although the hotel had lots of guests, it never felt full at all. The Wellness suite had a great selection of gym equipment with a beauty therapy area attached. I had a full body massage which was wonderful. We highly recommend The Nido Hotel - a wonderful relaxing experience and in a superb location.

The view, the pool and the staff makes it worth the money. The staff and the general manager were very kind, attentive and helpful! They made the stay a really great experience! They had a lot of helpful information about trips and when I got sick they offered to drive me to the pharmacy. Amazing service! The pool area is very relaxing and the views are amazing. The location is quite far up which makes for a nice view and busses are going down to the coast regularly during weekdays. The hotel even offers a shuttle.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom, changing lights in the bathroom, beautiful pool and sea view room. Breakfast had so much variety and everything was local and so tasty. The staff were so warm and welcoming, made us feel at home straight away, I wish I caught their names ! Great cocktails by the pool and superb views. Lots of lovely restaurants close by with local food and organic produce - fantastic.

It was a beautiful place on the hill with stunning views. The pools was so nice to lay by and relax without the crowds of Amalfi. The staff from before we got there helped with our questions over message and then were attentive to our every needs when we got there. Eg towels for the pool and the beach, hiring a scooter and recommendations for where to eat. We really felt like one of the family staying there. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and a huge highlight! Great way to start the day

My 13 year old son and I had a fantastic stay at the 3HB hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The hotel is perfectly located in the town centre, clean & spacious rooms, breakfast offered a great selection of food, we loved the infinity pool at the rooftop and fire pit in the evenings. The pizza restaurant at the bottom was delicious and super convenient. I particularly enjoyed the white sangria cocktail at the pool bar. Staff were all incredibly friendly and efficient. We didn’t use the spa facilities but they looked very nice. We would 100% recommend and hopefully come back.

Immaculately clean hotel that is based right in the main area of Faro. The bed was comfortable and had a choice of pillows. Nice breakfast and Lucas our waiter on a couple of mornings was a delight. It has a beautiful roof terrace and restaurant with an infinity pool. Cheerful and helpful concierge staff.

This hotel is very nice with super friendly staff. We spent 4 nights in Sevilla (2 adults and 2 kids at age 5 and 4). The room was spacious and luxurious. I really like the design of the hotel which is really a nice style. The hotel has a lovely pool with a nice pool bar. The hotel restaurant is also great with good food. We loved the breakfast! Again, all staff was super friendly! For Sevilla sight seeing it’s easy to travel by taxi or tram. We used both.

The property is gorgeous with an amazingly delicious restaurant. The room itself (junior suite) was spacious and had a shower and bathtub which is not overly clear in their descriptions. It was a pleasant surprise. The room decor was cute and the bed was comfy. I noticed the patrons were younger (and by younger I mean mid-30s+) which was refreshing. They also have a smedium sized pool (by my standards) lol. It’s not a plunge pool but it’s not as big as I am used to but, it was a perfect respite from 93F heat.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in while traveling. Spacious bathroom had great stand alone tub and stall shower. Some strange things for an upscale room- wall stains and torn towel? There is a grocery and bike rental stand just across the way, very convenient. The pool is beautiful but the day we visited was very understaffed and pushy guests were getting service ahead of us. Ultimately we left the pool area because we were hungry and thirsty!? They need more staff there.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. Having the pool was amazing, especially on the very hot days. Our room had a small terrace, which was just perfect for reading our books before the pool area opened at 10am. The room was very clean and well equipped. We loved the breakfast, so many choices and freshly made coffee by a barista. It is a bit of a walk to the city centre, but it was definitely worth it.

The view was incredible - cannot be beaten. beautiful view of the sunset too. The cleaners were exceptional - they do such a good job and were always smiley and friendly. Our blonde cleaner for room 315 was so lovely and did an amazing job keeping the room spotless and clean all the time. Breakfast was amazing, a great selection and an amazing view. Infinity pool and pool area was clean, beautiful and the staff were attentive and polite. All amenities were modern and clean.

It is a five star luxury resort with spectacular views and finely appointed rooms and amenities. The celestial twinkling star infinity pool lit up at night is beautiful. The welcome lounge and upstairs bar, dining room, day spa, gym, bar and private beach and pool area all enjoy views out to the Aegean Sea.

The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent The pool was nice with great service from the young waiters ..the only down fall was the biting bugs during the day laying by the pool..but that is no one’s fault that’s nature! Overall this hotel gets a 10 out of 10

The stay at the hotel was exceptional. They upgraded our room from a standard room to a suite because we informed the hotel staff that we were coming for a honeymoon vacation. The room was clean and tidy. The pool and spa area is pleasant, clean and fun. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant which is in the basement of the hotel which is actually a renovated castle. It was a special experience thanks to the look of the restaurant and the delicious food. highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. I truly can’t say enough about the exceptional service — every team member made us feel genuinely special and cared for. The spa was incredible, the pool was dreamy, and the location was ideal — close enough to walk to town attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious, too. We’ll remember this stay forever!

Location is ideal. Ten minute walk or drive to sites. The rooms are modern and spacious and well-equipped with exceptional bathrooms and amenities. The breakfast is superb, a vast selection with many high-quality, local, fresh choices. The pool and sauna are top notch experiences. Very relaxing week in this quiet and spotlessly clean hotel right by the beach. The gardens and infinity pool area were very well maintained. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the good variety of buffet food at breakfast and dinner. Conveniently within walking distance to Puerto Del Carmen town. More ideal for couples than families with small children.

We recently stayed at Hotel Fariones and we honestly can't say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The location is unbeatable – right on the beachfront with stunning ocean views and easy access to both the beach and local shops and restaurants. But what really made our stay exceptional were the facilities. The infinity pool overlooking the sea is absolutely breathtaking, and we spent hours just relaxing and soaking up the sun. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with elegant decor and a luxurious feel. Waking up to the sound of the waves and such a beautiful view was a dream. The hotel also had a fantastic gym, spa, and multiple spots to unwind, all beautifully maintained and peaceful. We were especially impressed by the staff – every single member of the team was welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really made a difference. Whether you're looking for relaxation, romance, or just a stylish escape, Hotel Fariones ticks every box. The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic. It is in a fantastic location, perched right on the cliff edge, it offers fantastic vistas right across the ocean and has access two the main public beach in Puerto del Carmen and a smaller beach that is slightly more secluded. The infinity pool is fantastic if not slightly cool and the two hot tubs are really relaxing and as always, afford great views. The hotel has been recently renovated and it is truly lovely. The public areas, the restaurants and the rooms are all exceptionally stylish and the staff are friendly and attentive. The Asian styled restaurant Kaori offered delish Japanese food and the staff again were fantastic, well worth a reservation. The breakfast were as you would expect for a buffet, but executed very well. The rooms are replenished daily with bottled water and there is a turndown service with Lindt chocolates which is a nice touch. The rooms themselves are very spacious, plenty of storage, exceptionally clean and offer all you need, especially a gigantic comfy bed. The views from the rooms are the norm for the hotel - astounding. For the most part it’s a fantastic hotel and really should be be recommended.

This was our second visit to this wonderful hotel. We requested a room in the same section as our last stay, as the sunrise views are superb and the balconies overlook the beach, with the sound of lapping waves for the rest of the day. Apparently it was the first hotel built on the island, so it has the best location. It looks new as it was renovated about 5 years ago. It has an infinity pool and two jacuzzis, all with fantastic views. The gardens are beautiful and well looked after with lots of palm trees. There are lots of sunbeds plus a secluded beach. We like to eat out locally as there are so many restaurants but the evening buffet was superb last year. The buffet breakfast has everything you could want with tables on the terrace in the morning sun.

Vila Vita Parc is exceptional! It exceeded our expectations! Stayed at the apartments - event though located outside of the hotel walls, it is a 5 min walk and always can request a shuttle if needed. Apartment was as luxurious as the hotel grounds! More spacious! The breakfast and the food is excellent. The pool and the beach very relaxing, always free loungers and no kids allowed at the main infinity pool. Will visit again.

We have stayed at many 5 Star accommodations, but Vila Vita Parc surpassed them all. Starting with the welcoming staff, moving to the beauty of the rooms, the beauty of the grounds, the utmost care shown to guest comfort, several restaurants to choose from, a divine breakfast, transportation around the large property. The pools were inviting and sparkling clean. There was also an adults' pool (under age 12 not allowed) which is appreciated. Beautiful views, beautiful everything.

This is by far the most beautiful, relaxing and hospitable resort we have ever stayed at. Every bit of food and drink we ordered was a 10/10 in artful presentation and delicious taste. We loved all of the pools, the dreamy beach and beautiful grounds. The staff was absolutely lovely - we especially want to thank Osvaldo for the incredible hospitality, kindness, and pool side service. This was our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond with a welcome surprise in our room when we arrived - rose petals on the bed, champagne and a tart. WHAT a dream of a place!

Beautiful property! We stayed in the apartment adjacent to the property which was really more like a townhome with two levels and private entry. It was very spacious with a wonderful rooftop patio with two day beds. We finally made it to the health club on the last day of our trip and wish we would have made it there sooner. The indoor pool has a swim through to an outdoor pool with a patio and lounge chairs that were not very busy. The sauna, steam room, cold plunge and freezer room were great! All in all, great service all around, wonderful amenities and a fantastic property!

Absolutely fabulous in every possible way!!! From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, friendly and very attentive! The rooms are beautiful and all have amazing views of the lake, mountains and the infinity pool! A picturesque trail along the lake leads to the pretty town center of Limone Sul Garda...we loved the walk (only about 1.3 miles) but shuttle service always available if desired! The panarama terrace was perfect spot for a glass of wine before heading out for dinner! Could go on and on....5 stars!!! We will be back!! Thank you!!

Fabulous hotel, everything was wonderful. Staff are amazing and did everything possible to meet your every need. Beautiful location with fantastic views, the hotel is set beside a busy road, but due to its clever design there was no traffic noise. Outdoor heated infinity pool was lovely and the spa was super. We had a room with a balcony and great view. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus into nearby Limona Sur Garda. We absolutely loved it and will go back.

We saw the hotel on a travel programme a few years ago, and bookmarked it for two celebratory events. The hotel architecture is superb, it blends into the park land, and the corridors inside make you think you are on a cruise ship. We stayed in the Grand Sea View Room which has great views of the town ocean and parkland. The room was well furnished comfortable, good air con with a wrap round balcony equipped with loungers chairs table etc. We ate at a number of the resturants which are reviewed seperately but Cap Aureo was our favorite The pool area is one of the best we have been to, large infinity pool, large indoor/outdoor pool. You could order drinks and food from app, and beds were not really fully occupied till midday which is when sun hits the area. The spa is well equipped and provided good service. Finally many complements to the staff, on our third night a heavy storm hit Rovinj which snapped and uprooted mature pine trees around the hotel, run aground many boats and damaged many roofs and terraces in Rovinj, the staff were comendable and profesional during the storm and were a pleasure for the whole of our stay, and supplied gifts during our stay. Hopefully the park land trees will recover. All in all a fabulous place to stay that exceeded our expectations and somewhere we will return to.

Overall great as 5 years ago but: Little baby’s in the pool without diapers and many couples with dogs is a big downgrade for us! Spa is packed in the evening and breakfast at certain time completely full. Besides that still great Hotel, views and outside pool top notch, rooms are awesome especially the beds are amazing! Not sure coming back a third, especially if there is not a change with small children in the pool and dogs! Same with the Spa, maybe better to make a reservation 2hr policy!

Grand Park Hotel Rovinj is absolutely stunning. The views of the old town and sea are breathtaking, the rooms are modern and spotless, and the spa and pool area are perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and professional. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are excellent. Especially the outside pool where the views of Rovinj are amazing. The hotel is so cleverly designed. The view from all main areas of the hotel are perfect. Our room was a great size for 3 and extremely peaceful. We will definitely stay again. 5 star can be applied fairly broadly sometimes but Royal River is absolutely top class. We were pleasantly surprised by how large our villa was (three rooms - living room, bedroom and very large bathroom and dressing room). The private patio had two nice day beds next to your own pool and there was also a small private roof terrace which got the sun most of the day. The small pool joins a "river" which you can swim along. Surrounded by foliage it is a really unique feature. One of the two rivers also has a hot tub at the end. The hotel itself has two pools. The larger is on the lower level and is very pleasant and a little more shaded. The other is a small infinity pool on the roof terrace with great views out to the mountains. Both have poolside bars. The facilities are all excellent, very new and very well kept / clean. The spa is nice and relaxed and my wife and I enjoyed massages there. There is also a small gymnasium which is slightly limited but well kept. It is the staff that make the hotel however. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly helpful, polite and ultra-responsive and they couldn't do enough for you. From reception to the restaurants and bars and even the maintenance team who all greeted me when I saw them on my way out for early morning runs. A special mention for Marina in the spa who was always on hand with a glass of cava and a smile. Rafa was also very helpful. We loved the peaceful, adults only vibe and would highly recommend Royal River.

We had an incredible time during our stay at Royal River! Lydia, the manager was very hospitable and ensured we had a fantastic stay. Samir at the reception helped us with a smooth check in and had excellent recommendations of restaurants around the island. The rooftop restaurant was gorgeous with views of the sea and mountains, we really appreciated that they had a special vegetarian menu for us! Also enjoyed the breakfast spread especially the Churros and violinist by the pool on Sunday. The real highlight was of course the stunning blue and green river combined with our private pool! Absolutely loved the relaxing jacuzzi and infinity pool too. Cannot wait to come back and stay here! Luxury at its best.

Everything. The infinity pool, the river pool, the villa pool, the jacuzzi, the spa, the views, the garden, the decorations, the restaurant that has fancy food that not only looks great but actually tastes amazing. The staff is just so nice from the moment you step out of your car. They are so friendly and nice never grumpy and greet you from far away. Never met better service. It was built only 1 year ago so everything is fresh and clean. Thanks to the breathtaking decorations and plants all over the hotel it feels like a tropical place with the sidewalks indulged in flowers, palm like plants and butterflies and dragonflies flying around you. I was even amazed by such small and ordinary things like the wonderful smell everywhere, the beautiful lift or lamps in the shape of giraffes. Overall it felt like designed in every detail to make you feel like a tropical paradise.

Royal River was probably the best hotel stay in my entire life. The hotel and service is top notch. The private pools, the Spa, rooftop pool and restaurant, the two amazing river pools (really unique) are all stunning. My and my friend couldn’t believe our eyes when we arrived. We’ll be back for sure.

Amazing hotel. There is not one thing that could have gone better. The rooms were beautifully decorated, beatutiful bathroom, beautiful terrace. The infinity pool was amazing, there are seperate terraces created for the louger chairs, so they feel more private. Also the restaurant was very good.

Everything — the breathtaking view over the Douro Valley, the infinity pool at sunset, the delicious food made with fresh garden ingredients, and the unbelievably kind staff (especially with our baby!). The hikes, the peace, the wine, the quinta, the museum… paradise in every sense.

The hotel is very clean, every detail is considered, check in was a breeze, room (Hamburg) was very well prepared, cleaned up and refreshed daily. Absolutely amazing experience at Pan Pacific London. Every single touch point with the hotel was incredible and service was top notch. The rooms were spotless and provided a comfortable home base during our travels. We arrived super early in AM and had a late PM train hours after check out - the hotel was very accommodating with holding our luggage and allowing us access to the lounge in both occasions. We felt so welcome and well taken care of before, during, and after our stay. We stayed with our 2 children (aged 7 and 10 years) who loved the property, including the infinity pool during family hours, which we noted and worked into our schedules. It was a perfect way to break up the days of sightseeing. The hotel air conditioning is also very strong, which really made this property a standout in the summer. I want to give specific mention to Antonio at Straits Kitchen, who memorized my children's many food allergies and gave us brilliant service during Sunday Roast and subsequent breakfasts each morning. He went out of his way to make them feel special - bringing out feasts of allergen safe foods that were not on the menu. Not only were they kept safe from allergens, they had the best meals of their life! Can't say enough about the experience. We hope to be back!

Note it is a long way from Heathrow airport so take the underground to Liverpool Station which is just over the road.

Stayed in the family room, was beautiful and lush. The amenities and products in the room have been meticulously thought out, from the best brands! Diptique products and shower gel was definitely a plus. Will be back ! Pool was lovely! Only downside is in the day, the pool is very busy with kids specifically which is understandable with summer time. So had to result to taking a swim in the morning! Thank you

Hotel is beautiful! We stayed last year and loved it so much we booked again this year. We chose a suite and were looking forward to an amazing experience . However we were disappointed in this years visit. Hotel staff seem new or untrained. Each one was confused when asked questions or gave different answers. Pool was freezing. Only used once for an hour. Family swim was a joke. They gave two pool noodles and a kick board. Will try another hotel next year.

I was upgraded to a cabana with it's personal, private infinity pool with a view facing the Temple of Hera. The breakfast was excellent - and the staff serving were very friendly. The location is midway between the Valley of the Temples and Agrigento - both very easy to access by car.

We loved everything! Everything from our suite with a private infinity pool, to the swim up bar where we enjoyed drinks, snacks and conversation with new friends, to the wonderful dinner in the patio with the ruins in the distance. Excellent, friendly staff. If in Agrigento, you must stay here!

This hotel with fabulous views of the Valley of the Temples is amazing. Beautiful setting with infinity pool soft music and modern tasteful decor creates an oasis of calm .Everything is done in imaculate style.The staff is wonderful and breakfast was sooo good with house made pies and more.I cannot recomend this gem more highly.It is good for romantic getaways snd also child and pet friendly.i loved every moment there and will definitely return.

Have just returned from a 10 night stay at Amanti. Fabulous hotel with one amazing restaurant that offers exceptional themed nights from around the world and another 3 a la carte restaurants that are to a very high standard. Lovely outdoor pool area, with a choice of sunbeds for your entire stay and friendly, helpful pool staff. Rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean, as is the whole place. The entire staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and go out of their way for you on a daily basis. Best hotel we have stayed at and will definitely return again.

Staying at The Yeatman is like gaining access to a secret club; you’ll feel like royalty. The facilities are fabulous, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the view is unfeasibly lovely, especially from the infinity pool. Oh, and the best restaurant in Porto is right there on site.

The facility was exquisite, best views of the city of Porto. Food was great and staff vey helpful and polite. Infinity pool both indoor and outdoor was amazing I also used the gym and it was super clean. I had a fantastic stay

We love the Yeatman! This is our third time and we plan to keep coming back. The hotel is beautiful, very grand and well maintained. There are stunning views over the river and the bridge. The indoor and outdoor pools are both immaculately clean and well maintained. The pool loungers are comfortable and generally in good supply. Clean towels are always available. The pool bar is great for food and drink, although rather expensive. You pay for the privilege of eating lunch by an infinity pool with stunning views! Staff are always helpful and mostly speak good English. The rooms are very large and clean, with very big comfortable beds. Good soundproofing from other rooms. Breakfast does not have a particularly large selection but everything is fresh and well prepared. There are lots of fruits, salads, breads, cereals, omelettes made to order and hot food eg sausages and bacon. There are also luxury items like caviar, fresh honeycomb and champagne. Rooms are equipped with kettles and fridges - request fresh milk if you like to drink tea. Overall we had a fantastic time and highly recommend this hotel, especially for couples or other adult travellers. Also good for solo travellers, very safe and welcoming. It probably isn’t ideal if you are travelling with small children as there isn’t much for kids to do and the facilities all have a pristine air to them that doesn’t feel very child friendly! Although there were some children there so it’s it as if they’re not welcome.

Amazing view looking across the river to Porto. Very comfortable rooms. Walking distance to Taylor's port lodge. Outdoor pool was a little chilly but indoor pool was very warm. Food and drinks were very good. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Parking was 20 euro's per night.

The restaurant by the pool has very reasonable prices, so it is unnecessary to go to the city far from the hotel. We are glad to have discovered this hotel.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. The standard rooms are a decent size with a larger than expected patio area looking out onto a well kept garden. There is a pool with a life guard in attendance as well as a pool bar/restaurant. The evening meals were good quality.

The room was very clean and the stuff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool while we could relax at the bar near the pool.

Perfect place after long trip . Pool was clean , pool bar and restoraunt if you are hungry .

really special hotel. love the location, looking out over the ocean, no other houses in sight. the staff were exceptional. so friendly, helpful, patient and understanding. the rooms were great - beautifully and simply decorated; very comfortable beds (and even decent pillows which is often not the case!); plenty of hanging/shelf space - with a private deck with warm sitting pool. the dining area and bar were also very tastefully and beautifully decorated with some of the owners' private collection of arts and crafts collected from around the world. the food was very good and made relaxing and spending time at the hotel worth it, which helped cuz we had a few lazy rainy days. but best of all were the cocktails made by a clearly very talented bartender working from a very well-stocked bar. the spa area was almost brilliant - love the indoor salt pool, the outdoor infinity pool (great cold plunge after the sauna!), and the sauna was nice and hot (easily customisable; tho cedar wood would be nicer than pine). the spa treatments we had were all good (tho mine could have been deeper), and the setting and attention we received were top notch.

Amazing boutique Hotel & SPA with beautiful views, comfortable rooms and great staff. The outdoor pool is so beautiful and great for a sunny day. They also have a indoor pool and sauna for cooler days. It’s not far from Sete Cidades and some hiking trails around that area. The restaurant is great and the bar views to the sunset are great. It was a very relaxing stay and I would definitely stay there again!

From the moment we arrived we were impressed by this aparthotel with the warmest of welcomes from host Barbara who showed around the resort and to our apartment. The resort is modern, well designed and spotlessly clean with glorious swimming pools including an infinity pool on the rooftop. The apartment was well equipped for our family with a welcome pack and beach towels provided. We stayed at the beginning of August and the pool was never very busy with ample sunloungers available at any time during the day. The Balinese beds on the rooftop were a treat too. Extra touches like complimentary beer by the pool at a certain time on certain days and cava and ice cream on the rooftop made it special, as well as the free 10 minute massages we were offered plus a facial class. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and the rooftop bar very reasonable. The resort is in an excellent location next to the beach and a 10 minute walk along the scenic boardwalk to the centre of town with lots of restaurants and shops including supermarket. It was the perfect holiday for our family.

This accommodation is exceptional in quality, cleanliness, comfort and facilities. It is located opposite a huge stretch of sandy beach which runs right through to the centre of Alcossebre with its variety of restaurants, tapas bars and shops. All rooms have sea views even those to the side and have a balcony or terrace. The garden has a large swimming pool plus a children's pool, lots of sunbeds and artificial grass; this not only looks good it is also kind on the feet to walk across. The roof terrace has an infinity pool (cold!), Bali beds, sun loungers, tables and chairs and a bar staffed by two friendly waitresses expert in pouring gin and tonics. From here you have a 360* panoramic view across Alcossebre and a stunning view of sunset. There is also an indoor gym and Spa facility. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful which makes such a difference when on holiday.

We loved everything The staff were fantastic and so so helpful (they directes us to good local restaurants), the rooms, hotel and pool areas were spotless at all times Housekeeping came everyday to do a quick clean too The rooms look exactly like the photos, modern, clean and the views were amazing (worth paying the extra for the sea/pool view) Well equipped kitchen area with oven, washing machine and all the pans, plates etc you need. Highlight was definitely the sky bar on the rooftop with infinity pool and great cocktails The spa was well worth the €12 as you only have to share with a few people Definitely be returning next year but will hire a car to explore the area better Gracias!

Despite being affected by the recent tragic floods in Valencia (around 1.5 hours away) we still managed to have a great time. It was out of season late October-November. We were there for Halloween/Day of the Dead festival and the hotel made a huge effort with the children. My 3 daughters had a wonderful time. There were a few bars and restaurants along the sea front that were still open. One tapas restaurant in particular was incredible and also a gelato/ice cream place serving really delicious treats! Kinder bueno ice cream OMG!!! Sooooo delicious. All staff were great but Barbara in particular was so sweet, kind and great with the children. We used that spar and even though it was cold we had to try the beautiful infinity pool on the roof! So nice. I couldn’t leave without trying it, it has spectacular views of the sea and a bar (the bar was closed due to the weather) we will definitely return. Thank you everyone at the hotel for a great time.

This hotel not only looks stunning (day and night) it is exceptionally well appointed with good comfortable beds. From the minute you arrive, Barbara and the team at reception make you feel very welcome. This new hotel is amazing g as are the staff and all facilities. The pool area has new equipment and laid to grass, it looks incredible….. Upstairs on the terrace, you can enjoy a relaxing day by the plunge pool and be pampered with drinks - as you can tell, we were blown away with this hotel and how proud and attentive the team were… We’ll be back….

Beautiful place and really quiet. The staff is very welcoming and makes you feel like home. Provided breakfast is a wide assortment of foods in a buffet style. Dinner service needs to be reserved separately but provided food is exceptionally well made and tasty, the steak was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. The resort includes daily access to spa, which offers 2 pools and different saunas and steam rooms. So anyone can find something they like.

A well thought, well designed - unique resort, on the mountain area of Paphos called Tsada. Amazing services. I would definately classify this hotel as a 5 stars 🌟. The great experience included free pick-up from airport, welcome drinks 🍸, early check-in, tour of the facility, free towels to use by the pool but also to go to the beach. It is located 5 min walking from Jackie O'. Breakfast A La Carte every day, delicious choices. Very clean place in general, room is cozy and the staff extremely friendly. Our room was cleaned even twice a day if needed. The hotel is situated high above Super Paradise Beach and that creates amazing views which is complemented by the 2 pools available ( 1 infinity pool ).

Hotel was perfect, the rooms, the views the pool area all make this hotel feel special; but it's the staff who are amazing! The breakfast was good. The pool side menu was ok but given the hotels somewhat isolated location a better value and more varied offering would be appreciated.

We loved the rooms, so spacious and comfortable. Bedding and towels changed daily. Pool area was very comfortable and pool at perfect temperature.

It was a beautiful hotel.I loved everything about it.From meeting Barbara on the first day .The wonderful apartment with hot tub and such lovely extras.The pools ,the infinity pool was just lovely. The breakfast every morning was so fresh and varied from day to day.Alot of effort was made,no rush or panic to finish.Lovely relaxed atmosphere throughout our entire stay.Costo made us very welcome in the bar and served yummy Mojitos and really cold beer.Very reasonably priced drinks too.We had great help from Hope(her English name).She was so sweet and kind to us helping us find the outdoor cinema and treating us to a local shot.The lady who looked after our room came every day and we had great comfort.Our hot tub was checked regularly and it was just amazing. We had aircon,fridge, Nespresso coffee and complementary water when we arrived.Toiletries were provided and pool towels. We had robes and slippers.And a fab shower. We had our own sun loungers too.The location was perfect, a minute walk to the beach, really good restaurants so close by and only 10 minutes from the airport. As you passed in infinity pool the scent of fresh herbs was just lovely. There were fruits and vegetables also growing. Hotel was over at Kamari Beach so when we landed in the Port we took a public bus into Fira where we got a second bus to Kamari Beach (€2 per trip). Hotel was right beside the Beach a short 600m walk from the bus terminus. It has two lovely pools. One an Infinity pool which our room looked out onto and the other out the front of the hotel. On arrival the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Although the rooms were not ready they treated us to a cold beer while we waited. The rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was excellent with a tear drop shower head as well as a hand held one. The sun beds were cushioned and we didn't have any issue getting beds during our stay which in fairness was short. Breakfast was from 8-10:30 and buffet style but lovely with a little variety each day. Coffee machine with proper coffee pods was a lovely touch. Bathroom sink was in the room outside of the Bathroom which was actually very practical with a large mirror. Hotel was around the corner from the main Beach Front Strip.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast with a variety of foods, including freshly baked cakes and pastries. Beautiful pools and the whole hotel is kept very clean. The cleaners and reception team do an amazing job. Drinks and food around the pool are very reasonably priced, definitely recommend the club sandwich. The location is pretty much the middle of the long strip. It is just off the strip too which is a bonus. There are many bars and restaurants and mini-markets too right next door. We have now stayed two years and would return again.

Amazing feeling to take shower while seeing the sea and the palm trees! Very polite and professional staff that truly listen to you and look at you in the eyes. So genuine and kind. Great food at the buffet restaurant, some food is made in front of you from some of the best chefs in the area. Very quiet hotel, full of light and small details that make your stay comfortable. 2 swimming pools, one smaller at the terrace with the caffe bar, other infinity pool below near the a'la carte restaurant. Beach is just in front of the hotel, the view at island Hvar.

2 pools available, comfy and spacious rooms, gorgeous view from the outside seating area in the restaurant. Food was slightly repetitive but tasty and plenty of it. The setting is beautiful, right on the beach, can see the other islands from the hotel and both pools look out onto the beach. Quiet hotel, at all times, which makes for a peaceful break and restful night sleep.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The view was AMAZING from our balcony. The TWO pools were also beautiful, and the beach was easily accessible. There were even robes to wear and sunloungers by the sea and by the pool. We used the sauna, while was great, and we ate the buffet dinner which was also great (though the desserts could have been better). Breakfast was also great. Staff were all friendly. Had a lovely stay!

Amazing hotel with amazing facilities. Breakfast and dinner were amazing, and the pools were perfect. I really don't know what I didn't like during our stay. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is truly attentive to your needs. For me, at least, Bluesun will remain a hotel I will always want to come back. The beach near the hotel is perfect and is almost never crowded. Totally recommend.

I liked that the staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the breakfast and the beautiful view from the terrace. I like the room, the interior design of the hotel, the singers in the evening, the infinite swimming pool but especially I liked the beach & the beach bar where the food was great. A very peaceful place; no noise at night. Any time we wanted a lift to the nearest village, the staff would take us there. There was a choice of good restaurants in walking distance, especially Da Gisella was wonderful. The thermal sea waters are very close but the shore is big rocks and pebbles so it’s difficult to walk on.

Very good location with friendly staff, fantastic view from a standard room. Good spa with heated (vulcanic water I guess) outside pool in April, which we enjoyed much, together with the free spa with hot spa pools. A great place for a calm and relaxation vacation, with great food in the hotel's restaurant which serve own grown vegatables.

The views are amazing! Every staff member we met was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is very clean and the room was spacious and modern. We had a balcony overlooking the 3 pools. The spa was relaxing and private-we were able to use the sauna and Turkish bath. Massage options were available, but we didn’t get to use. The buffet breakfast provided many different options, and the on site restaurant was so delicious.

Great place to relax. Hotel is beautiful, room was spacious, clean, shower was great. We loved the pools and the spa treatment. Staff are very friendly and kind, and could not have done more for us. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and enjoyed the great choice, quality and taste. Highly recommend this as a great place to relax in very peaceful surroundings. We used the free shuttle bus to go to Citara beach which was most enjoyable.

The breakfast was fantastic, homemade Marmalade and breads with veggies from their garden. View from room was exceptional, the pools were beautiful and all thermal outside, the spa area was great and we enjoyed our massage and facial treatment. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Views are beautiful from deck, from yard, from restaurant patio. The lunch & dinner were fabulous and especially enjoyed the seafood dishes & fresh bruschetta with home grown tomatoes.

We had a great stay and we will definitely use this hotel again. Great location, stunning views, amazing breakfast buffet, fun pool. One piece of feedback which I’d like to give is that we were disappointed to find out that having spent so much on a room here we were told we’d have to pay extra to use the fridge. At this time of year we had lots of bottles of water which we’d like to chill but the fridge was deactivated unless we paid a fee for it, this was disappointing and unexpected in such a nice hotel.

Fantastic hotel. The children had great fun in the pools. Friendly staff . Super location for the front and beach. Probably the best. I searched so many hotels and read so many reviews , ignore negative comments . Just book it , you won’t be disappointed.

Spacious rooms, clean and well kept, great service, excellent breakfast buffet, lovely spa and pool area. Nice green neighbourhood a short walk from the city center.

The rooms are simply WOW -- I would say it is the best hotel I have stayed in Europe. It is so modern and hi-tech, and the shower is great. It is a really nice property, and also enjoyed the breakfast and pool. As long as I can get the room within my budget, this is the place I will plan to stay when visiting Hamburg.

Staff and service were excellent. We stayed in the apartment side of the hotel which was nice to have a little kitchen and a bit more room whilst still being able to use hotel pool and amenities. We didn’t feel the need to brave the crowds and eat in bellagio too many times as the hotel restaurant was fantastic and the pool bar and view so relaxing and quiet.

Gorgeous views from the pool and our balcony. Our apartment was extremely spacious and well equipped. Everything was modern including AC. We really enjoyed the pool area and spa. Such a short walk to town but out of the hustle and bustle. Best of both worlds. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We can’t wait to come back.

A perfect location in Bellagio at the top of the hill with an easy walk to town. A large comfortable room with our own sunlounge and table and chairs out the front. This is a gem of a hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. From the moment we arrived the staff welcomed us so warmly and they were so happy and friendly towards us. The location is great, you can easily walk around and find your way around the city. The facilities are amazing especially the pool area which is like an oasis in the city. The restaurant and bar serve amazing food and drinks. Breakfasts were delicious and the room was clean with an exceptionally comfy bed. Ambiance is top, infinity pool overlooking the valley with 180° views, room with patio very cute and spacious. Everything is of high standard. Breakfast also very wholesome. Honesty pantry is an excellent idea because apart from selling drinks of all kinds including extensive wine cellar and snacks you can also make free use of water dispenser, ice machine and a variety of glasses, bottle openers etc to enjoy by the pool. Also prices are just slightly higher than a normal shop so people don't hesitate to buy.

The property and surroundings are absolutely stunning, you can relax in different areas of the garden or by the infinity pool, the views are beautiful yet it feels very private. Breakfast was included in the price and was delicious, staff super helpful, location great - Selva is a small town, but offers unique, almost boutique experience.

immediately upon arriving we felt at peace. great breakfast, nice rooms, beautiful pools. we stayed in Palma for a few days before coming here and as soon as we arrived we entered a tranquil location to enjoy and rest. the pool and all of the lounge areas are amazing. the staff is so friendly. the rooms are clean and comfortable. there are great places nearby for dinner and you can pop up north to the beach! ideal.

A little oasis on the way to Verona. The pool, food, and cocktails were all very good. The room was quiet and comfortable and the bed and pillows were comfortable. the resort was beautiful! especially the infinity edge pool. looked like it was connected to the ocean. breakfast was delicious and the view while eating was sensational. just wish the pool water was slightly heated as it was very chilly to get in. as was the pool with our room. everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful. note: wish the bath towels in the room were a little more luxurious for such a high end resort.

From the pickup at the airport with the Range Rover to the massage at the spa, this resort is the most amazing experience you can have on a greek island. We arrived very early in the morning and Antonia (from the front desk) worked so hard to get us into our room 4 hours early. She is a gem! She helped us out with reservations, extra towels and just about everything we needed. The infinity pool at the resort is a true infinity pool, not the fake kind you see everywhere now. Speaking of pools, we had our own private pool in our room, and it was just the best. The restaurants were top notch, as we had an 11- course dinner seaside that was so great (but long, like 3 hours). Constantina was the best server we had the whole trip, and maybe ever. She was so attentive and kind. You must book this hotel if you stay in Zakynthos. They treat you like family, the royal family!!!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We were welcomed with cocktails and given a tour of the hotel by Konstantin. The hotel itself is stunning, but the rooms are truly on another level. We stayed in a garden room with a pool, and it was incredible. For my birthday, my partner had arranged balloons and a cake, which made for such a thoughtful and beautiful surprise. The room looked amazing, and the staff were all so attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We’re already hoping to return next year! A big thank you to the Aeonic team 🤍

The most amazing hotel. Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon and was not diappointed. The hotel is exceptional and the rooms are on a different level. We had a pluge pool with a sea view and i would highly recommend this. The breakfast at the hotel was brilliant with many options. Staff onsite are helpful and help plan your day or evenings with great local sugestions.

Absolutely gorgeous and functional design of the property, exceptional and extremely helpful staff and very comfortable, well appointed rooms. Having a private pool was just awesome. Orsa Maggiore is beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Anacapri Within it’s lush surroundings there is an infinity pool that relaxes you the minute you lay eyes on it. It’s close enough to all of what Capri has to offer but far enough away from all of the madness. More importantly, the lovely owner Antonella has exquisite taste, no detail has been overlooked. She and her entire staff are warm, attentive and thoughtful. Silvia the concierge is exceptional, she is multilingual and you can be sure any of your needs will be well taken care of. Their friendly driver Luigi picked us up from the ferry, helped us with our bags, and comfortably delivered us to the hotel. Nicco and Franco took care of us at breakfast and lunch, which might I add had plenty of wonderful options. We have been to Capri many many times and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. We have finally found “THE” perfect place to unwind and enjoy this magical island .

We loved this hotel! The staff made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed here for one night - Luigi picked us up from the port and we spent our first day chilling by the pool area - the bar service was excellent and the drinks and lunch at the pool were gorgeous. We walked into Anacapri town for an evening meal which is an easy 10 mins away. The room was super comfy, spacious and clean. A lovely breakfast was provided on the terrace. Thanks all for making our stay so wonderful and we’d recommend this place to anyone that is looking to stay in Anacapri!

Absolutely amazing decoration and facilities. Very exclusive but also comfortable and not excessive - the hotel conveys a truly Capri spirit. The pool facilty is quite unique with infiniti pool and view over the sea. The garden is amazingly decorated and extremely beautiful. Room are stylishly furnished and very clean. The staff is extremely polite and professional. Further, the hotel offers shuttle to Capri / pick-up from the port, which comes quite handy. Absolutely recommended!

Loved the pool and rooftop area, it was so gorgeous and the views were exceptional! Franco was the best and took such incredible care of us both at the pool and breakfast the next morning. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Grigory and his wife were very welcoming and helpful giving suggestions and directions. They welcomed us with raki and cake the first day, and his wife gifted us different homemade cakes the following days, even if we didn't choose to have breakfast.

A delightful stay in a beautiful valley. A very welcome cold plunge pool/jacuzzi at the end of the day was a pleasant surprise. Eleni and her family were welcoming and served us the most delicious breakfast with enough for a packed lunch.

This apartment had plenty of space, the bed was comfortable and there was a huge downstairs area. The salt water pool out the back looked great (I didn't get a chance to use it) and it was really close to the beach and to local villages and Tavernas. Gregory was really welcoming and helped me with some extra pillows.

Booked 2 units for just 1 night. Amazing hosts and we had rhe entire place to ourselves. Too cold and windy to use the pool but that was expected this time of year. Hosts treated us with a dessert on arrival. Was a perfect spot to stay to visit Elafonisi. Wish we had stayed longer

This was my second time at Amira resort. I came back because I had a very good experience. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing place - this is it. Every aspect of our stay was "luxury". The team was eager to make us confortable: since the check-in that was made sitting at the sofa with a drink. We really enjoyed the indoor pool, and the jacuzzi in our balcony (it was too cold to use the outdoor pools or the wonderful beach). In the room we found plenty of sockets to charge our phones, including USB output. There was a hdmi input near the bed, so you can bring your streamer.

- The hotel facilities are very good - pools, beach, etc. Everything is beautiful and you can see they really take good care of everything. - The food in the buffet restaurant was good, with a lot of options for breakfast and dinner. - Our room (with jacuzzi) was also nice - very clean, nice decoration, and comfortable beds. - The beach is pretty and, on lucky days, the water is super clean and calm.

Absolutely everything! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The hotel design is elegant and calming, with beautiful whitewashed architecture and a stunning infinity pool that overlooks the bay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the vibe was peaceful yet luxurious.

The hotel and facilities look even nicer in real life than in pictures. For Breakfast there is plenty of choices, great coffee, croissants, very delicious homemade eggs and fruit. An excellent hotel, the attention to detail is astounding. I want to thank the amazing staff for making us feel at home during our entire vacation! We've never been to a place with so many friendly and warm people, especially Elefterios (Terry), Dimitrios, Alex and Florian. ❤️ We stayed in a room with a private jacuzzi. The sea view is amazing, you can see the sunrise right from your balcony. I loved how spacious the room was and the bed and pillows were super comfy. Cleaning was always spotless. Regarding the location, the hotel is basically right on the beach and there are plenty of sunbeds available for guests right in front of the hotel. The sea is amazingly clear and it's usually very still, it's perfect for going for a relaxing swim with great views. The beach is pebbly and narrow, so make sure to bring water shoes. The hotel also has a small-ish pool which is located perfectly so that when it gets too warm during noon you can chill at the pool in the shade. The hotel's restaurant is great, be prepared for huge portions of delicious Greek food and very good drinks!

A classy and artistic hotel that oozes style and attitude with warmth of amazing staff and service. From the beautiful decorated rooms, lovely pool area, stylish dining room for breakfast each corner of the hotel is beautiful. The staff were helpful with all our needs and booked restaurants and taxis as we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and not your regular buffet. The room was large, stylish and sophisticated with amazing artwork and bespoke furniture . Just beautiful

A perfect stay in this fabulous boutique hotel. Its location is great, we walked for miles every day to all the sights we wanted to visit. The pool, albeit small but perfect for a dip, was a very welcome respite from the heat of the day. All staff were friendly and professional. Our room was very comfortable, both aircon and ceiling fan, great shower room, lovely towels, I could go on. The breakfast was probably up there with the best, the Spanish omelette a great start to the day. A wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Incredible views, close to so many amazing restaurants and extremely helpful and nice staff. I loved all the little touches the hotel had to offer and the amenities (specially the infinity pool overlooking the ocean) were incredible.

The location is perfect, right by the lakeside with beach, and a 6 minute stroll up the promenade into the town. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the lake. Great aircon to keep us cool, a fridge and kettle in the room too. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive, and went to great lengths to provide vegan options for breakfasts and meals for me. Lovely pool area with great views too.

Breakfast was great with lots of options. The room was nice and big, clean, very comfortable beds. The location of the hotel is perfect. Right at the beach, short walk to town. The arhitecture of the hotel is impressive. The restaurant has the best view of the lake and so does the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall it will be hard to find a better hotel than this. We had a great vacation and will be back.

We enjoyed fine dining at Flor de Lis on our first evening. We loved the infinity pool on the 9th floor. A luxurious experience.

GM Mencucci's welcome gift (champagne and charcuterie plate) was a wonderful touch that complimented our amazing suite view! I recommend Suite # 1028 every part of the suite (bedroom, living room and the bathroom) all had incredible views of the city! Nightly turndown service with quality chocolate treats, slippers left bedside and curtains drawn. Daniela Anceriga front desk receptionist was personable, informative and super attentive during our entire stay. She would greet us every time we passed by the lobby. Food service manager Jose Figuerida and his assistant manager Lilliana were very proactive when we had a relatively minor inconvenience (with eggs benedict) on a busy morning. After they acknowledged and apologized for the miscommunication they both took responsibility and provided personal attention to insure that the rest of our dining experiences the rest of our week were 5 star quality service. Rooftop pool and bar area staff manager Phillipe , Bartender Goncalvo and staff member Marya provided great service and created a cool vibe to the rooftop area dining and drinking experience, plus you couldn't beat that amazing view from the heated infinity edge pool!!The spa and indoor pool area was serene and relaxing, we enjoyed the hot sauna and the massage therapies. The entire staff and hotel lived up to the Five Star rating they have earned. We Loved it all! This hotel really "Wowed" us! We would gladly stay there again.

The décor was tasteful, and the city views from the room added to the ambiance. The semi-open bathroom design might not be for everyone, but it felt luxurious. Breakfast was truly a highlight. The spread was extensive, with something for everyone—fresh fruit, warm pastries, local cheeses, charcuterie, and even healthy options like chia pudding and fresh juices. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and replenished regularly. The rooftop infinity pool and bar offer stunning city views, perfect for winding down at sunset. The wellness spa was serene and professionally run, and the indoor pool was a great touch. The fitness center was well-equipped and clean. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. From check-in to restaurant service, everything ran smoothly and with a smile. EPIC SANA Lisboa is exactly what its name suggests—epic. Modern, comfortable, and perfectly located, it ticks all the boxes. And with a breakfast like that, you’ll leave every morning satisfied and ready to explore the city.

Large stylish hotel with wonderful staff who couldn't be more helpful. Large rooms with super 'bath'room - an excellent shower. A nice touch -when you leave the room the curtains shut automatically (to keep the sun out) and open when you check back in (even if nightime!) The infinity pool on the 9th floor has great views down to the estuary - it is shallow and mainly used to sit in rather than swim. There is a pool in the basement too (I don't go there). Breakfast offered wide selection of choices with attentive service. The hotel is a little way from anywhere - 10 mins walk to M de Pombal metro or a brisk 35 minute walk downhill to the old town.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooftop pool and bar was amazing with views over the city out to the river Tagus, with a mix of nice cabanas and sun loungers, and the indoor pool and wellness suite had the most relaxing vibes. Would visit again in a heartbeat. The hotel made a weekend in Lisbon truly memorable.

The setting of the masseria was stunning. The views from the property were just beautiful. The infinity pool was perfect and so very relaxing with a small bar - drinks served with a smile. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable outside seating area. We ate dinner each night in the restaurant where they offered a la carte or a set menu which were of high quality and prepared with great care. Breakfast was equally enjoyable offering an excellent selection of regional produce. Lovely. A very special thank you to the exceptional staff, Prab & Denny who went out there way to make our stay memorable and look after us xx

The service is excellent. Staff is courteous and create an relaxing and home-y vibe. Breakfast is actually a full meal that offers sweet and savory options, local and international, with views of the Adriatic Pool is excellent. Good for swimming and also relaxing. What we liked the most is the property, the building is beautiful with a nice swimming pool. What we didn't liked was we felt that we being watched by the owner all the time. In the swimming pool, the lobby, bar etc. he always would show up. Also the first night we were there for dinner he and his family sat in the middle of the dinning room and had a much different and better meal than anybody, we felt that was not appropriate at all.

This masseria feels like paradise ! We stayed in the junior suite and our son in a comfort double. Both rooms were very nice, very clean and comfortable. The service is perfect, all of the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the swimmingpool very much with our daily cocktail at the poolbar. The views from our room, the terrace and the swimmingpool are fantastic. Food and service at breakfast and dinner were TOP. We can't wait to return to Masseria Panareo next year !

Took my wife as a birthday treat. This hotel surpassed my expectations. Everything about it was first class. From the check in experience, all staff very friendly. Food at breakfast in the restaurant and for dinner was all high quality. Servers all very friendly. Room was fantastic with a great view of the sea and had all the amenities of a.top hotel. Spa and swimming pool were very nice and enjoyed using them. Clearly this is high class hotel and is an expensive choice but imo well worth the treat.

Had a great half term in one of the cottages on the course..and what a place! It had everything we needed and gave us a direct link to the hotel via shuttle bus, which allowed us to use the pool, spa, gym and all of the restaurants as we wanted, along with our own living room and a separate bedroom for the children. The hotel itself is amazing, really well fitted out, and the leisure building was great. The golf courses were lovely and we spent alot of time in the clubhouse where they do great food and drink. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trump Turnberry to anyone!

The whole experience and stay was fantastic. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The only negative I could say was the pool area and spa was being renovated so we couldn’t make use of it. We were told about this in advance however we were still charged full price for the stay rather than be given a discount.

Amazing breakfast! The pool, the garden - it was like in paradise. The personal was very helpful and friendly and the hotel modern - newly renovated, modern and clean rooms.

This is a beautiful quiet hotel with gorgeous garden and pool area - there’s a lovely rocky bay with bars and restaurants 10 mins walk down the hill too. All the staff were lovely and helpful and chef Angela went out of her way to accommodate me being vegan and gluten free (not always easy to do!). The delicious vegetables came fresh from the garden and were perfectly cooked. We really enjoyed an hour in the private jacuzzi too - would really recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our spa session, beautifully set up for us, and had two excellent dinners in the restaurant. Breakfasts also impressive and the charcuterie and cheeses plate which we ordered for our late arrival was varied and delicious!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are super friendly and attentive. We spent a good amount of time at the infinity pool relaxing and meeting other guests. The pool area bartender Sabbas and waiter Alex really took care of us and were so much fun to to talk with. The restaurant waitresses were wonderful and my wife really enjoyed interacting with them. The morning breakfast is great too. The hotel location is super convenient as you can walk right into town. When we return to the island this is where we will stay again.

This hotel has everything you could posssibly need for your stay, walking distance from Mykonos town, great infinity pool with a gorgeous view of the town and sunset. The staff is friendly and polite, clean and quiet, daily breakfast fresh. Penelopi was the person welcoming us when We arrived and She was simply amazing, just like the waiters, cook, cleaning ladies and rest of the staff (wish I could remember all their names). Located slightly uphill from the coast, the Vencia hotel is a truly lovely jewel with a very attentive and friendly staff, delicious cuisine, immaculate rooms and breathtaking views. It is a premium place to relax and take in all Mykonos has to offer. Our most memorable time at the Vencia was sitting by the infinity pool, watching the ships coming and going with the delightful Savos, the most personable and affable bartender. Also worthy of mention was the surprise visit from our teenaged daughter and eight of her friends that piled into the restaurant for an impromptu dinner. The dining staff were so courteous and accommodating to our every need. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our airy room with a large en suite. The hotel has a small number of rooms and is well appointed with a good breakfast and wonderful pool area. The location was amazing, just above St Paul de Vence, a beautiful town. The pool was clean, plenty of loungers available, no having to bagsie a bed! The towels were huge and there were lovely shady areas in the garden which was well looked after with beautiful planters and trees. A truly tranquil spot. Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

The hotel was only a shot walk to the old town and has a pretty awesome rooftop infinity pool and bar. The hotel staff were absolutely excellent and made you feel right at home, and the sea-view room was modern and quite impressive.

The interior design of the hotel is really modern and stylish. I personally loved it! The room had a big shower, closet and the bed is super comfortable. On the rooftop, there's a large infinity pool with the most amazing view on the sea and Chania. The staff is also very friendly and they make very good cocktails. We also liked our big balcony with space to dry some clothes. It was really the perfect hotel for a stay in Chania, as it's also located right next to the town with many nice restaurants.

The location was excellent, 5-10min walk to Old Port. Room was clean and everything looked fresh and beautiful. Staff was friendly and offered nice alcohol free welcoming drinks immediately at the reception. Breakfast was also good. Infinity pool and the views there were awesome. Also GREAT sea views from room 301.

Very comfortable and well appointed rooms with a balcony and Seaview. Rooftop infinity pool with 360 degree views was fantastic. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets seen everyday. The hotel is in a fabulous location and a few minutes walk to the Old Town and local beach. Front office and back of house staff were outstanding especially the front of hose staff: Anna-Marie, Renata, Spyros & Zoe. Great recommendations and very quick communicating and assisting in our holiday planning. Beds were comfortable, a very nice breakfast with variety. I highly recommend SanSal and would definetly return.

There is nothing to ‘not like’ about this beautiful, exceedingly well situated, clean and awesome hotel. The staff are incredible. The rooftop infinity pool and bar are so comfortable. The staff go out of their way to treat you with kindness, compassion, excellence and competency. The balcony view was exquisite. The hotel staff are ever- present and greet each question with a smile and a solution. We have been in many hotels throughout Europe. This ranks at the top of that list.

The view from the infinity pool is hard to beat! The rooms were beautifully decorated and super clean.

Breakfast is a lovely spread. Overall the hotel is very beautiful with a gr8 location. The infinity pool area simply awesome. One has to be there to feel it all.

This was the perfect hotel for a visit to Malta. It was well-located (just a few minutes' walk from the main sites and restaurants in Valletta) and had great facilities. It has beautiful gardens and a lovely, decently sized infinity pool. We really enjoyed the complimentary granita served at the poolside. Staff were friendly and attentive and the breakfast was amazing!

Suite was spacious, hotel was spotless, pool was excellent, breakfast offered such a diverse choice and also bubbles for mimosas. Excellent location. And above everything else the staff were fantastic! So helpful, polite and friendly - this includes the reception, front of house, bar/pool, table staff and housekeeping! We couldn’t have asked for anything better- they couldn’t do enough for us! thank you to everyone!

The hotel is central 20mins or so walk to the parliament, and 20mins or so to the other direction. No need for a car. Facilities were really good. Breakfast is amazing. Staff were very friendly all the time and quickly cleared the table during breakfast time. I loved this hotel. The swimming pool is really good just didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the pool and we were out and about

Fantastic beautiful hotel. We are here at the moment for 4 nights cannot complain other than the air condition isn't great but with a phone call to reception they had us sorted with a fan. Rooms are lovely, clean, fresh & cleaned every morning. Pool is great, patio is lovely with lovely sights of the city at night. Breakfast has a good variety. With 5 kids at home it nice to come here and not listen to kids in pool and around hotel. Ps tea and coffee machine available throughout day and evening. Plus lovely chocolates at reception that I took a fancy to every time I came and went.

Had a great time staying in this beautiful hotel. The hotel is a 15min walk to the old town & 5 mins to the edge of the lake. Bus stop 2 minute walk from hotel. Hotel is lovely, small bar in the lobby which serves drinks at the pool if you want although pool bar had opened the day before we left. They do not have a restaurant but there are plenty places within a couple of minutes walk. The breakfasts are amazing, everything I could think of & more. Would love to go back.

Lovely room with air con and really comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing! A large choice of food and drinks including Prosecco. The pool area was lovely with pool side service.

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the park and surroundings were beautiful and relaxing, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – everything you could possibly wish for, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and great coffee. Pool towels were available, which made things even more convenient. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

So glad that we chose this lovely hotel. Relaxing environment, beautiful elegant surroundings, each member of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful - we would definitely recommend the Parc Flora to friends and would love to revisit some day. We visited the Spa which was peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was extensive in choice and you could eat on the verandah if you wanted to overlooking the well maintained gardens and swimming pool. Overall, a really great stay.

Perfectly placed cosy nice hotel at the upper end of Garda lake, with a wonderful garden and well looking pool, spotless clean. Perfect communication before arrival, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, safe parking. We had only an overnight, and could not try the spa. Departure gift with water an apples :)

OMG!!!!!!! This was heavenly, I never wanted to leave. Room was so spacious, free mini bar, breakfast was AMAZING, the thermal pools were relaxing and the gym was so clean. After check out, I could store my luggage here and was welcome to continue to enjoy the infinity pool and rooftop area to sunbathe which was ideal as I had an evening flight and wanted somewhere to chill for a few hours. Staff were so friendly.

WE DID LOVE THIS HOTEL. ITS RECENTLY OPENED ,VERY MODERN,ROOMS ARE BIG PLUS SO COMFORTABLE BEDS AND PILLOWS.BEAUTIFUL INFINITY POOL WITH NICE VIEWS ,WE DID USE THE INDOOR POOL WHICH IS AVAILABLE TOO. BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD WITH A LOT OF VARIETY. STAFF ARE HELPFUL TOO ESPECIALLY THE ITALIAN GUY AT THE RECÈPTION THAT WELCOMED US. WELL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

Everything was spot on. Great Breakfast buffet, one of the he best. Staff were excellent, very attentive. Rooms were very modern, large and clean. Value for the money was outstanding....it was the offseason. Highly recommend. Unfortunately the infinity pool on the roof is not heated. Limited use in the winter. Very few English TV Channels and limited channels in general.

We liked almost everything. The room was amazing, the bed was so comfortable, two amazing balconies and bathroom - loved it. The spa was super and loved the infinity pool and all the extras that came with our stay. (Only a small suggestion, you could make like a small hanger space for longer clothes.)

Werdenfelseri is a brand new hotel and beatifully decorated with wood everywhere. It is very close to the pedestrian zone. The spa and infinity pool, is located on the third floor and gives amazing views of the Zugspitze. The restaurant has a charming deck which is beside a small stream - and gives access to a wonderful park. Parking in basement garage is a little tight but it is doable for a mid-sized SUV.

Thoughtfully designed room with a beautiful balcony, standing tub, and modern amenities. The stunning rooftop pool with breathtaking views. Exceptional breakfast spread and delicious cocktails. Cozy charm blended seamlessly with modern luxury.

The breakfast was way better than expected, all the food was fresh and perfect and the staff was always able to improve the experience. The room was perfect, perfectly clean and spacious just as in the pictures. All the staff was pleasant and friendly. The sauna and the pool (with a view for the mountain) were the cherry on the top!

Very friendly and warm service from every single staff member. Beautifully built hotel with alpine views all around with an amazing outdoor pool and cosy spa areas for lounging in. Well worth the nightly rate if you make use of the facilities. Each room also has its own tap of fresh alpine water for drinking. If breakfast is included in your rate then you are in for a treat. Reasonable range of high quality breads, juices, cold cuts, cheese, coffee and tea, waffle station and eggs cooked to order.

We had a wonderful stay at Werdenfelserei! it is absolutely 10/10. Cozy spacious stylish rooms with a view on mountains, nice pool with a view, amazingly high level of service everywhere (reception, restaurant, spa), restaurant with exquisite dishes. You as a guest feel really taken care of! For the price we paid for a long weekend there we enjoyed every single euro spent for the stay and will be definitely recommending this place further. For those who are coming by car there is a possibility to enjoy free parking at the hotel
