Pay a bit more to have a room overlooking the sea. It's definitely worth it. The outdoors pool is a memorable experience as it overlooks the beach. In season, one may also use the hotel's private beach. In winter, the indoors pool and spa are fun. Breakfast is very good, but I expect more from Four Seasons. The staff is excellent.

Saline pool was great idea Kareem from the pool bar was very attending, helpful and soooo kind. Last not least Juliana smile And great service made our breakfast experience to remember despite quality of the food.

room was quite big. comfortable beds. walk in closet, spacious bathroom with a bath and a seperate shower cubicle. nice quiet terrace leading to one of the swimming pools and jacuzzi! room always clean.staff always available with a wonderful smile! nothing is too much.they go out of their way to make residents happy. amazing buffet breakfast. we also had dinner twice at the arabesque restaurant! delicious food with quite big portions. amazing staff we enjoyed the sandy beach of the hotel! again staff see to every need!

-staff were phenomenal - location is superb - you get quiet beach and bustling city in the same location, never been anywhere like this before - beach is amazing, sand is smooth - breakfast is amazing - spa was amazing, best massage I’ve ever had - free water bottles provided at the beach and pool was nice touch It’s absolutely a luxury resort where the customer service is above and beyond.

We went to Alexandria to get to know the fiancé of my daughter and spent 4 nights at The four seasons Hotel. I felt very safe there and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. We had a lovely suite, a well sized bathroom and a comfortable bed. Fresh fruits and biscuits awaited us when we arrived. The breakfast and dinner was excellent and I could use the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Wonderful experience, I would love to come back!

I had the best massage of my life, made by an Egypcian girl, named Asa. The location is perfect! The food of the breakfast and from the Olives restaurant was amazing! The view from the Infinity pool was really nice!

Breakfast was amazing. Stuff very kind and helpful. Fateer house restaurant was incredible. Infinity pool was marvelous. Amazing spa and great location it was so magical. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return back.

I loved the welcoming staff. The infinity pool was very relaxing especially at sunset. We only stayed one night but it was very nice.

The Crowne Plaza, West Cairo Arkan is one of the best Hotel I have ever been. The room is very spacious, well cleaned and very comfortable. The hotel facilities are fantastic and there are two great restaurants with bar. Infinity pool at the top of the building with a great view. Breakfast and food in general is super good. The staff is wonderful! Very friendly and supportive for any of your needs. The check in experience with Mirette was superb. She was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

This hotel is beautiful and amazing. The staff are fantastic. I had my laundry washed and they came back looking brand new. The front desk staff are so amazing too. Silly me thought I'd booked for 3 nights and I'd only booked for 2, she did her very best to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable and allowed me the extra time to pack and check out. Words can't express my gratitude and appreciation to her (I'm sorry I've forgotten her name) the staff are so polite professional and have a great sense of humour, especially in the restaurant by the lobby. The Armenian and Pan Asian restaurant is to die for, the food was mouth watering. The infinity pool overlooking the city was gorgeous and all the staff on the rooftop were amazing too.I'll definitely be back. The house keeping (shaymer)kept my room immaculate and there would be cute little sweet treats left in tge room for you. They have All of your essentials and they are part of Arkan plaza, right in the middle if sheikh zayed and so close to all amenities. They have all towels, shower gels, shampoo (all vegan) coffee machine, robe, slippers, conditioner, mini bar, teas, all in your room. I love this hotel thank you all so much ❤️

It was very clean and the staff were so kind and amazing group of people. Everyone at the reception were welcoming and kind people. The life guards and staff at the pool were so helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to go back!! There are lots of cafes and restaurants and boutiques just outside the hotel & one of the best hair salons that we went to daily. The hotel is only 20 minutes drive away from the pyramids too!

The staff were extremely helpful, especially Mohammed at the reception desk. He recommended suitable accomodation for me and my family and we really had a wonderful stay! My son loved the pool as well, and staff were very professional with safety measures. The hospitality is excellent, and the plaza around the hotel is one of a kind!

Wonderful friendly staff especially the guest relations woman. They planned us an anniversary evening. Was a surprise and was great! We were upgraded to a suite with sea view. Spectacular beach and pool view, very large room. The pool and the aquapark was very good. The restaurants were ok. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping did a great job! Clean and a surprise towel animal everyday. We loved it. Thanks everyone.

Our stay was amazing the staff was so friendly specially merry, a cheerful and welcoming person, made our stay way more comfortable than the usual hotel service you'd find anywhere; There were so many pools that you could pick from, even when the resort is fully booked you'd find a private spot, the aqua park was also fun, so as the market, and the safari activites around the hotel, and i have to say that when at first i didn't like the view of my room, it was so quick that the hotel changed our room with a better view.

The staff are so helpful starting from reception to the swimming pools to the Restaurants. The beach is clean and everyone is very kind and helpful . I can not mention enough about how good the staff are here . Mohammad akawy in reception is amazing and again I can not mention all the staff names as there too many , they make your visit so relaxing . The spa is good and staff are so helpful.

Perfect hotel with exceptional staff especially Merry who went the extra mile to make us happy and satisfied. She upgraded our garden view room to an amazing pool view suite for free and kept taking care of us during our entire stay there. The food was so yummy and the aqua park was just thrillingly fun.

Stunning view from the panoramic room. Elegant staff members and professional guest relations team. It was one of the most memorable stays ever. Perfect kids show. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly neat and clean as well as very capacious. The beach has a lot of joyful activities and music shows. The beach is also really clean, and the ocean view is unbeatable. There are a lot of pools. The infinity pool was great. I like the heated indoor pool the most. The view is perfect the whole day for professional photography sessions. I enjoyed the whole stay and for sure will revisit again soon. Thanks a million for the unbelievable resort on the North Coast.

Everything was very exceptional , manna Samir from customer care was very helpful , kimo from the pool was the best at preparing cocktails , took care so much , sfeeena also , and salsa . All the staff is very nice and always smiling . The pool and beach are great . We got upgraded with the room and it was wonderful .

This is the best hotel in the world, i highly recommend Rixos to everyone. Very clean, very big hotel with huge facilities, the pools designed to be perfect for kids, the beach is amazing and you can go by walk, there is an amazing mall you can go by walking. There is amazing animation team who have nice programs through the day, and at night they have very nice parties. And of course special thanks to Abdulrahman in the reception area who made our stay amazing and wonderful i will never forget his assistance and support. I will definitely go again and again to Rixos all over the world.

Very clean and lots of English speaking staff. They were all helpful and friendly. The beach was beautiful and there were plenty of towels and chairs at the beach and main pool all the time. The buffets were outstanding. Great food. Lots of choices.

Beautiful, new hotel. Got a great deal due to the soft opening. Gorgeous pools, very spacious and good restaurants. Staff was very friendly, rooms are spacious and all have ocean views. The adult only pool was perfect for a swim, some rest and a drink. Also requested the free shuttle, was easy to request and friendly drivers.

Loved all the pools and every room is near to one. So many restaurants and good options. The room was enormous and very comfortable. Also love that each room had privacy and it’s designed really well. The pool stretch class with Anna was a lot of fun too. Slept well, ate well and had a great time. Thank you. I had laundry done too and I was very impressed. Exactly how I requested it to be done. The buffets and food was amazing. Great selections and really well done.

A new hotel with extremely pleasant areas, excellent infrastructure, and always clean pools. The room was huge, very clean, and comfortable! It was deeply peaceful and quiet, allowing us to have excellent nights of sleep. Compared to other hotels in Egypt, the buffet was certainly superior. The staff was very kind and attentive, especially the two Ahmeds, the elder and the younger, from the international buffet restaurant on the right side.

As always, we had the best time in the Oberoi. It’s exclusive and luxurious. Everything is of a very high quality, the food, the service, the facilities… etc. we booked the grand sweet with a private pool, it was such a treat! Nothing is too much trouble and all staff are focused on giving the guests the best possible experience. All staff have the same care and attention to detail. Nabendu the chef, was there at breakfast and dinner ensuring everything is to our liking. The food during our stay was an exceptionally high quality. Maher, one of the managers was always around answering any questions and receiving feedback from guests, ensuring guests experience is always positive. The infinity pool is gorgeous and they have a jetty to walk on to swim in the sea and snorkel. If you are looking for a relaxing couple or a family holiday, this is where you need to go. It’s such a quiet peaceful place even by the main pool.

Very comfortable, pools in the hotel are very nice, very private, quiet and serene. Perfect spot to decompress and enjoy the beauty of nature. We had an amazing time. Staff was off the charts, food, grounds and facility were superb. Pool is spectacular.

Well we have been back 4 times to I suppose that says something. If you like to snorkel the hotel has a beautifl reef offshore, to use whenever. (also diving).. Really a spectacular experience. Add to that a huge huge swiming pool and spa and amazing restaurants with great food (and food plans), add to that the wonderful rooms. But most of all the staff is beyond amazing, so friendly and working to make everything wonderful--they stay for years. This is a kind of magical place.

The service was great. Mostafa in particular ensured we had everything we needed and were having a good time.The place was huge, and each room had access to his own pool. The aquapark was great, with toboggans adapted to all ages, so our son had a great time in the pool. The beach was huge, and we could see a lot of fish around the coral reef. There were multiple restaurants, and even in each restaurant the food was changing every day. We will definitely come back!

The place is exactly like the discreption and the photos or better , may be the photos cant describe the wonderful of reality, i booked a bungalow with sea view , The view was magical both in the morning and at night , Great value for money, lovely beach , clean pools, joyfully aqua park, and VR Game's The staff is exceptional trying to please you in every professional way, especially Mr. MOSTAFA ADEL who was making sure during the whole stay that everything is just perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with clean pools and many restaurants offering a wide variety of dishes. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff is very attentive. Large resort with variety of attractions, especially for kids. Lot of pools (including heated ones) and restaurants, huge aquapark. All of these you can find on hotel description but what is important the most is service and people working there. Very friendly and helpfull. Special thanks to Mohamed (manager i guess) who served US at the beginning and supported during all stay. Tasty food, large modern rooms and adjustment to people's with disability needs. As one of them i felt really comfortable there. Strongly recommend visiting Pickalbatros Resort.

Everything was exceptional From Reception, Restaurant, room service and Beach/pool service. Special thanks to Nuha Guest relations. The suite was amazing. Good choice of restaurant music and good poolside DJ. Good distances between beach, pool, suite, and restaurant. Attentive lifeguards given the dangerous waters. The food options could be more diverse especially in lunch and dinner and the taste could be improved in some dishes. The hotel has little activities.

Friendly staff, clean, newly decorated, luxury rooms, quiet hotel, I would say it is more suitable for adults with no kids. Massive pool, beautiful view, lovely shore. We were able to use the Gewan resort facilities for free, which was a massive positive point, as they had a water park, a calmer sea, and many pools, plus Gewan Resort had a good variety of food to purchase if you went with breakfast only in the Gewan palace. The palace had a massive gym, with brand new equipment.

Rooms almost new, in excellent conditions, pool party everyday, and nice DJ throughout the day at pool area. Free visit (Voucher) to aqua park ( small one) at nearby Gewan resort. All staff are great, Noha, Ahmed, & Nabeel at front desk.Hassan & Ahmed from concierge and Mohamedfrom Housekeeping mad our stay perfect and hassle free. Thank you all.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. Special thanks to Ms. Nada, Mr. Salah, and all the staff for the warm hospitality. They even upgraded us to a bigger suite — truly a 7-star experience The pool was amazing, and the beach was calm due to rock barriers on both sides. There are some rocks at the shore, but with swim shoes or Crocs, it’s easy to enjoy. The breakfast and dinner were excellent . Highly recommended!

The staff is simply amazing, from the reception, the restaurant staff and the cleaning team. All are very nice and professional. The rooms are very luxurious, big and clean, the pool is marvelous and the beach is beautiful, although rocky.

I liked it a lot, and extended my stay for one more day even. I had half board menu and breakfast was nice but dinner was even better! Very delicious and fresh food. Staff is very friendly and over all very nice hotel. Rooms kind of old and not perfect but the structure of room is so amazing, really enjoyed it. Pools are filled with sea water.

The room was overall comfortable, and I especially appreciated the bubble seats near the beach and the pool — they created a lovely spot to relax. The seafood and breakfast options were quite good, and the staff were consistently professional and friendly, which made the experience more enjoyable.

The staff, the staff, the staff. very friendly, helpful and professional, the beach and the pools, the landscape and facilities, the food on the first day wasn't that good but the days after the food was great and the chef used to welcome everyone at the restaurant. and the animation team was great and energetic all the time.

I know the place from the time it was LeMeridien, it's a huge resort, many pools, fresh and salt water. Almost all rooms have a beautiful view of the sea, The rooms are well planned, with a big bath, open to both the room and the back porch which has a separate shower and a magical atmosphere. The room is generally clean and the beds are very comfortable. The food was mostly traditional Egyptian, and had substantial diversity.

The rooms are nice and spacious and the ocean view is amazing. The pools are kept really clean. Cleaning came every day with fresh towels and flowers on the bed.

I spent 4 nights in a sea view room & had breakfast only. 1- First impression was how clean the resort was. 2- View from the room was outstanding. 3- Breakfast was delicious & Ramses restaurant was clean. 4- Infinity pool is great. 5- Beach has a lot of coral reef & nice for snorkeling activities. 6- There is an escalator staircase to take you from the ground floor to the top floor.

The hotel location is very nice for swimming and snorkeling and the life guards is always watching and taking care of customers and very friendly , the pools is very clean and nice and there is a nice jacuzzi infinity pool and also the all inclusive is very good as food is available all time as open buffet and a la carte at the beautiful sea view restaurant and the materials of food is very high and clean and the hotel is using high quality juices and materials for all beverages in compare to other hotels in Egypt with similar cost. everything is very good at this hotel and the animation and shows is everyday and always entertainments.

Everything is perfect , starting from welcoming staff, beautiful views , room in first building was perfect sea view ! The resort offered so much activities and events , we had lots of fun with the Villains team ! The pool party was great . Mustafa from the pool bar great boy. And all the staff in general is very professional and kind. We will def come back here sooooon.

The reef was exceptional—perfect for snorkeling and enjoying the vibrant marine life. There were plenty of available lounge spots both by the beach and around the pool, which made relaxing even easier. The food was delicious, with a good variety to choose from. A special thanks to our housekeeper, Islam, who kept our room clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout our stay. He was incredibly welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. Don’t miss the foam party—it was a lot of fun and a great way to have an afternoon party.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good size rooms and good views. Loved the pool and pool area. The only thing we were disappointed with is that the private beach that belongs to the hotel was under construction.

Overall hotel is very nice with great sea view. Pool and spa are great. Breakfast is excellent. Sara is a brilliant manager , she is very welcoming. She also upgraded our room. Habiba on reception is very helpful.

The location is quiet and serene, and the pool and aqua park are really nice. And the hospitality is great. The seating arrangements and options to dine at the beach are all great facilities. Breakfast here actually made your day. I've never seen such an elaborate spread with itmes added every day. The hotel also has an Olympic swimming pool with addition to its normal pool which is a plus. The shows they've come up with are very unique. The fly board , fire show , and Cobra show were AMAZING.

This is truly the most beautiful thing about the resort. Mr. Wael, thank you very much. I would like to thank Chef Hussein, Ahmed, Hamada, and his title is (Barakat, the King of Movements) and the master of the pool bar. The beach is clean and the swimming pools are beautiful and fun. The room is renovated. Great reception and quick accommodation.

The hotel has excellent facilities: nice beach, great reef for snorkeling, many pools and aqua park with many slides for any ages. We had a great time, the kids - 12, 16 years old - enjoyed every minute and was not bored although the Wifi was not working in the room, only at the reception. We booked a family room that was really spacious with 2 separate rooms and 1 bathroom and it was in the quiet area that we really appreciated. Due to the daily room service, everything was really clean.
