Everything was above and beyond. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft and fluffy. The sheets, bathroom and bedroom were very clean. I can’t forget about the breakfast. It was delicious and the variety was great.

This is a wonderful hotel, transporting you back in time. You feel like on you are on a 1950s film set! In a peaceful lake setting, this hotel has a great pool and very obliging staff. The beds are large and rooms clean, with balconies. The breakfast was excellent and included. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in the city.

This hotel is a historical sight, an institution. It’s a an honour to stay at building designed by Oscar Niemeyer himself - and also it looks amazing. The pool-area is very chill and the bar service was convenient.

Everything! The hotel is beautiful, and its architecture reflects Brasília’s design vision. It offers the experience of staying in a building designed by Oscar Niemeyer and inspired by the Plano Piloto, surrounded by nature, wildlife, and the lake, all while enjoying the comfort of a top-tier hotel. It is my favorite hotel in the city. Additionally, it is the BEST breakfast and the pool is amazing.

This was easily one of the best places we stayed during our time in Brazil. The bungalow pool side room was stunning and well-equipped. It had plenty of space, and just out the sliding back door we were right in the pool. Pool-side service was excellent. We even enjoyed the onsite restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. For dinner, I was very impressed with the offerings, and the risotto was one of the best I tried during our trip. And the caiparinhas were absolutely delicious! We are already looking forward to our next trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The pool is a short walk but a great size and plenty of room around to relax. There is also a gym for those so inclined. Would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers.

Very good breakfast. The hotel had free car sevice to the airport which the other hotels did not offer. Room was clean and modern. The staff was very helpful.

I only stayed a few hours during a long layover and the accommodations were fine. I liked having transportation provided to the airport and dining at the nearby mall. The Easter Breakfast Buffet was exceptional! I didn't like the difficulty I had attempting to contact the hotel on my Expedia reservation to request transportation upon arrival at the airport. I had to take an Uber as no one from the hotel answered the number on the reservation.

The breakfast buffet was awesome. Nice variety of fruits, breads and hot items.

The rooms are comfortable, breakfast and wifi are good. Good views from rooftop terrace (but hard to say is it open every day or was I just lucky). Friendly staff - arranged late check out for us at no cost.

The hotel was comfortable by name and comfortable by nature. Helpful staff and a really good breakfast. The toilet in my room was not flushing properly, I reported it to reception and they sorted it. Note, most tourist attractions in Brasilia close on a Monday so try to avoid visiting then if you can.

O quarto é pequeno, mas atende as necessidades. Possui um local de estudos, cama é Inclinável, ar condicionado, a Tv não é smart, mas tem os canais principais. O banheiro é pequeno, mas muito bom e limpo. O chuveiro é perfeito, a pressão é tão alta que faz massagem, a água e bem quente. O local é bem silencioso, então dormi tranquilamente com o ar ligado.

Hotel muito bom para quem vai para Águas Claras. Quarto de bom tamanho, com mini cozinha (pia e bancada) e mesa para 2. Vários compartimanrentos para guardar roupas, malas, sapatos,... Cama e Tv boas. Banheiro adequado. Problema apenas no controle da temperatura da ducha.

Atendentes na recepção bem atenciosos. Hotel muito satisfatório. Sentimos falta, a exemplo da maioria dos hotéis onde me hospedo de uma água e cafezinho na recepção para os hóspedes. Custo irrisório para um gesto simpático ao receber os hóspedes.

Ótimo lugar pra estadia rápida em Águas Claras. Não muito longe do metrô, dar pra ir a pé, nos arredores tem comércio, padarias, farmácias etc!

The breakfast was not fabulous but it was a nice breakfast which is enough and practical. The location is also good, not in the center but maybe 15 minutes to the center by car. For a city like Brasilia, the hotel is more than acceptable.

The location, staff are great, amazing room service, the breakfast also pretty good. Some of my guests from my wedding were staying there and everyone love it. Special thanks to the bar downstairs amazing drinks and food was spectacular.

The Golden Tulip was an excellent choice for our family vacation! Our room was incredibly spacious – truly apartment-sized – with all the amenities we needed. The tennis courts were a major highlight, looking brand new and allowing us to play every day. Breakfast was superb, offering abundant fruit and food options. The staff were amazing, always serving with a smile and even helping us practice (and improve!) our Portuguese. Highly recommend!

The hotel and staff itself was very enjoyable. The breakfast staff and front desk were very helpful when needed. The continental breakfast was very enjoyable with a good variety of choices. Juices, fruits pastrys, dishes, sides, and coffees, made for a fantastic breakfast. There was shopping that was in walking distance that made the stay nice. The pool, sauna, and weight room was definitely an added bonus. The only critic I have about the facility was that the rooms air conditioning system was not able to keep the room at a consistent comfort zone. This made for some uncomfortable times while in the room.

The hotel is really good, breakfast has everything you could crave for, staff is very attentive and helpful, altough I don´t speak portuguese and had a lot of trouble comunicating in spanish. The pool is nice and it is next to a small gym that can help if you don't want to loose track of your training while away from home. There is also a sauna. I was there for business and the meetings included the hotel lunch which was a buffet, it had food for every taste and was as good as breakfast. Rooms are very confortable and location is great, just walking distance from a mall and food court, also near fogo do chao if you want to eat nice meat.

Short stay for just one night. The bed was decent -not super soft, but still OK. Water pressure ridiculously good. Big room, separated workspace. I liked the two free water bottles, the little complimentary chocolate, free bar soap (though shampoo was still in the big bottle in the shower). Breakfast starts at 6:30 for those who want an early start to their day, and it's a good one. The pao de queijo was a bit stale that day, though. Still, overall very good stay. Just what I needed. A good night's sleep, good breakfast, and no problems.

Perfect option for airport lodging, 10 minutes walking distance to the airport. The sidewalks are still not good (it's been 4 years that I use this hotel for the same purpose every year, and the sidewalks are bad since then) but this is not a problem from the hotel, it's from the city. The hotel could take the matter on it's hands though.

I was received by Wellington. He was awesome! He welcomed me and he made sure that my room was ready. I appreciate the staff very much! The location was perfect for my early flight out to Sao Paulo, as well.

The swimming pool is clearly worth enjoying! If you like doing some laps, it is a warm, covered 25m swimming pool! Other than that, employees are gentle, breakfast is good, rooms are cozy, clean with new furniture, and the hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance to a shopping mall. In particular, we got a room with a balcony with astonishing sunrise views.

We really enjoyed the heated pool and was nice they were doing by schedule making sure people are safe during COVID. The gym was also nice and the breakfast was really good as well. Rooms were conformable, but the window in our room was cracked. We called and asked was told it was double film so we would be safe. We were there briefly, but staff was friendly.

pros: staff very polite, friendly and effective. Breakfast above average for this category of hotel, above my expectations. The lane swimming pool is a big plus for me. cons: I was not expecting the rooms to be this small, for a hotel this size, category and city (it's Brasilia, not Paris. They have plenty of space to build!). I got un upgrade on the last night but I found the upgraded room equally small. The only difference is that the superior category has a small antechamber that does not make you feel that you're in a larger room.

I have stayed here several times, and I’m always happy with that decision. This time the pool was finally open, plus the sauna room and a small gym. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

O quarto estava muito limpo e isso faz um grande diferencial, fomos muito bem recebidos e o café da manhã estava ótimo, solicitei que fosse reservado um corte de solteiro com duas cama mas me deram uma de casal, quando fui na recepção mencionar este detalhe eles prontamente e rapidamente resolveram a pequena confusão e me deram um quarto conforme o solicitei, um ótimo atendimento.

Excelente hotel, passou por reforma a pouco tempo, tudo novo! Somente a chuveiro do quarto 107 que precisa de alguns ajustes, demora um tempo para esquentar a água.

We visit family who live in Brasilia yearly and this is the 2nd year we have stayed at the St. Moritz. It is well situated for us, is a good value, has big rooms, good staff, and a good breakfast buffet on the roof with stunning views of the city. It has everything we need. The rooftop pool is small. The shower is powerful. We always ask for a quiet room and get it. We will be back to the St. Moritz next year!

We visit Brasilia every year from Washington State, USA, and the Saint Moritz has become our favorite hotel. The wonderful rooftop dining room for breakfast and the friendly and professional staff can't be beat. We really do love staying there, and it is conveniently located and not far from our family's apt.

The room was a little smaller than I thought, but very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful, they even printed some documents for me at the reception.

Just excellent!! Great view of the city from the 20th floor, good food, clean room, comfortable, close to the city centre. Will definitely stay there again.

We visit Brasilia every January to be with our son and family who live there. We have stayed at the St. Moritz at least 5 times and love it. We have tried a few other hotels nearby and they were good but do not have complimentary breakfast on the rooftop with fabulous views of the city. The strength of the U.S. dollar makes the stay economical. The fine staff know English.

I've had better breakfast in 3-star and 4-star hotels in Brazil, so it didn't meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel. Spa was the best, but again the showers need some repairs and lighting needs renovations. Overall, good location, pool & landscaping, friendly and welcoming service, but could be better with some remodeling.

Great view, pool and beautiful facility right by the lake. We were traveling with a little one and enjoyed hanging by the pool, one of the best features in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked farthings like warm mineral water or for helping making a pure for our eight months old. We will definitely come back if in Brasilia again.

Clean place, staff in the pool are great, view and place are amazing. Nice place to rest and have good time. Food is not cheap but it is very well served. Breakfast is amazing with nice view. Opportunity to improve playground and better use of the stairs to move between floors. Good value for vacation or business trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Tulip. The hotel is super clean, has a beautiful lake view, breakfast was INCREDIBLE, and the pool is really nice as well. One of my favorite parts of staying at the hotel was the spa!! My husband and i got a wonderful massage and the whole experience was lovely. My messeus was Marleta and she was incredible. Overall, highly recommend! And we would come back and stay at the Royal Tulip when were back in Brasilia

This was by far the best breakfast I had at any hotel throughout Brazil. It is a great start to any day when you get started with the right food. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I arrived in the early hours of the morning (around 6AM), and I was given breakfast and an early check-in that was all unanticipated. The location was within great walking distance of many areas of interest, restaurants, and shopping.

Safe deposit box did not work and was not replaced or repaired.

The location of the hotel was fine. The rooms were big enough. Breakfast was quite good. The rooms could have been cleaner. The blankets weren't good. The staff was helpful. The number of staff who spoke English was minimal.

The staff, the breakfast and the location were excellent. Both the common areas and the room were clean. My room was very quiet and had a good view of the TV Tower of Brasilia and of a nearby park. While I was in this hotel, I was in urgent need of medical help: the staff members on charge during Sunday 20-07-2025 in the afternoon helped me find a hospital and behaved fantastically towards me.

Good location. Decent room. Decent breakfast. Very good for business.

O hotel apesar e antigo, parece que foi reformado há não muito tempo, e está em ótimas condições. A limpeza é ok, mas pode melhorar. Passando papel por sobre a pia do banheiro, ficou vermelha de poeira. Os travesseiros são bons, eu gostei. O colchão é ok. O ar condicionado estava limpo, é algo que sempre olho. A Internet do Hotel é lenta e a TV antiga. O café da manhã estava ok também. Simples, mas suficiente.

Hotel muito bem localizado, o quarto em que fiquei era novo e muito confortável, banheiro espaçoso. Café da manhã bom. Único ponto negativo é que a TV do quarto não era smart, mas isso não interferiu de forma alguma na estadia.

Fiquei pouco no hotel, entao nao senti muito, mas as instalações precisam ser atualizadas o quanto antes. De diferencial real, acredito que apenas a cama, que era bastante confortavel. O chuveiro do quarto em que fiquei precisa de manutenção para a o fluxo de agua sair mais bem distribuido.

I stayed here on a research trip. What impresses most is the desire to help and do a great job on behalf of the staff. Alex the doorman was great, the bar staff friendly and the concierge team outstanding. If you have a problem to solve, speak to Mafra in guest services, she is superb. This is really a business hotel so while they have a pool area, is it small and mostly unattended. Perfect if you need a quiet moment. The gym is extraordinary. My only critical advice is to ensure you stay on a renovated floor like the 12th. If I had a wish it would be for barstools at the bar for solo travellers.

I liked everything about the hotel, the breakfast was nice the rooms were beautiful and large. The customer service was really good and people are helpful. I liked that I could get room service in the evening for dinner but I didn’t like that there wasn’t a restaurant in the hotel that I could go to for dinner. I liked that Internet computers were easily accessible and the staff was helpful when I needed to use the computers. Overall, I thought the hotel was a really great hotel and the room quality and size exceeded my expectation as well as the customer service!

O hotel me atendeu muito bem. Fui a trabalho, era bem localizado, o café da manhã era bom, tinha variedade. Friendly, competent, English-speaking staff, big clean comfortable, quiet room with good urban views. All it lacked was creamer for the coffee which is pretty minor! Great complimentary breakfast at a really nice cafe next door. Great value because of the strength of the US dollar. We will return next year!

Lenilson check me in He was very helpful and kind. Only saw him on my arrival day. But he was excellent! Stanley was also a great help at the front desk and One of the bellman Joao Pedro help us with our suitcases!!! The breakfast girls were awesome and sweet! The breakfast buffet was good , I wish I had the detox juice everyday!! The fruits so real was my favorite, the lil baked goods were a lil dry, but over all my 4 nights were great! Unfortunately I never say the pool or the spa…and the gym made you wear masks which is outrageous to me since in Massachusetts we don’t do that anymore. So I only worked out once during my stay. I would definitely go back if I come to Brazil again and want to stay near the malls.

Overall the hotel is decent, minor things make it look not too good. The Lobby carpets are stained and don't look clean, the furniture on the way to the elevators should be replaced. I got a superior room and the room must have been very nice when it was new. Today the carpeting is stained and or dirty and so is the living room furniture. The bathroom has mold between the tiles, I think I caught athelete's feet at the hotel even though I wore flip flops to shower. The view to the fountain is nice the breakfast is great. The hotel needs a little cleaning up and it could be a great place to stay once it's cleaned up.

My stay was nice. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The service response was a bit slow and needs to improve. I would recommend this hotel to a friend

Compreendo que a estrutura do prédio seja antiga, mas alguns aspectos poderiam ser melhores como a iluminação (com sensores nem sempre funcionaram passando a sensação de medo) e os elevadores (precisamos descer duas vezes pelas as escadas). O quarto onde estivemos era muito confortável, mas infelizmente nossos travesseiros Tinho cheiro de suor. O café da manhã poderia também ser mais diversificado.

I have allergies so my non-negotiable when staying at a property is immaculately clean rooms, and Ramada is great for that. I always have a great night’s sleep when staying there. The breakfast buffet could be a little better and the pool area could benefit from a umbrella for shade. But the staff is wonderful and facilities really well-maintained. The Ramada will keep being my hotel of choice when in Brasilia!

Very clean and safe. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. My wife and I visited Águas Claras fir a family reunion and staying at S4 was a perfect match and experience.

Stayed during the World Cup, as I went to Brasilia to watch a second round game between France and Nigeria. Hotel is pretty close to the subway station, so you can go by subway to downtown area (30 minutes) and the Stadium. There is a mall near by the hotel, so any urgent need to shop you can find it there. Hotel had just started operations, so it was impeccable clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful (no exception!!!) and I could see they communicating to foreigners in french and english. The room: furniture is brand new! However it is the most narrow bed I have ever seem (that is my only complain)! Get tuned: it is far from the city (Brasilia) and its landmarks, but well connected thru subway or express way (by car).

I have friends living in Aguas Claras and used this Hotel twice while visiting them. The front staff speaks excellent English and check in is absolutely convenient. The building itself is relatively new and so are the rooms. Each room is like a "mini apartment" with bed, sofa, table and kitchenette. However there is no supply in the kitchen (cutlery, plates). The room service is good; beds are made and towels exchanged upon request. The room has a big wardrobe with a safe. I would also recommend to use it; during my last stay my friend's jacket got stolen. This was a bit disappointing. This is why i subtract one point from my rating. Other than that a very nice stay.

Breakfast was varied, including gluten-free and sugar-free options. The staff is kind and helpful. It is entirely recommended for tourism or work travel, alone, in couples or families.

Very clean and comfortable and easy to navigate. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. The Premium Club with all its amenities is very convenient. 24-hr assistance from staff was also very convenient!

I like the location it's close to the mall. The facilities are modern and clean. Breakfast is delicious and the staffs are friendly and polite.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, even though the equipment for cooking is quite limited. The location is OK - the "setor hoteleiro" is not the most exciting in Brasilia but it is close to everything, and the hotel is newer than many of its competitors in the neighbourhood. There are two big shopping malls nearby (Conjunto Nacional and Brasilia Shopping). The price/quality ratio is quite good. Breakfast is good and affordable, even though a bit more variety would be welcome. The staff are generally speaking friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is very good, nice options, fruits, chesse, ham, good coffee, milk. I don't like the egss very much, it could be better, lots of dressing options, cakes, the whole package. It's up in the highest floor and you get the city view
