BOG Hotel is awesome! Great service, clean rooms, and a safe area. I will definitely be back for the rooftop bar and pool area. The room was amazing, too! And breakfast in the restaurant. The massage in the spa was incredibly relaxing. Again, I’ll be back.

Incredible hotel! The staff was the best and super friendly. The indoor/outdoor pool is amazing, even if the weather is not prime, the terrace is equipped with heaters. Awesome shower too! Close enough to Zona T and Parque de la 93 to walk everywhere, but just far enough to not be bothered by traffic or city noise during evenings.

Elegant hotel with great taste in decorations. The room was very quiet despite facing a major road (Ave El Dorado - Av 26). The room was spacious, clean, bed very comfortable. Bathroom big, clean and great shower with really nice toiletries. Breakfast buffet was very generous with great variety. Most staff was very friendly. We did not use the pool area but visited and it looked great with several pools and jacuzzis

We stayed here for a day on the way to La Paz. Our room was modern, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The toiletries were very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent - diverse, fresh and delicious. Room service was great. The pool/sauna/gym complex is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed twice on a trip to Colombia modern hotel and rooms comfortable and well appointed staff friendly and helpful. Huge indoor pool and gym. Goood restaurants. Really nice coffee shop. Well located for airport and getting to city centre. Also impressed that on our first trip we left a coat but this was returned to us on our second visit.

This hotel totally exceeded our expectations. The staff was very professional and helpful! Our room was clean and spacious and the rooftop pool and gym were a little peace of heaven with an incredible 360 view of the city! The breakfast was delicious and the team went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Cassa Luxury Homes is the perfect alternative to a hotel. The rooms/ apartments are so spacious, generous and beautifully decorated, and also very well equipped with kitchen, kettle, big Tv, desk etc. The location is perfect, in front of a park with playgrounds and restaurants and shopping nearby. The personal is very kind, super attentive and made us feel again very welcome. Another nice plus are the gym and the heated roof top pool. The breakfast is delicious with a vast choice of cold and warm food, rather a brunch! this was our third stay at Cassa and we can highly highly recommend it!

Great location next to a park and short stroll to main avenues/supermarket/restaurants and bars. A spacious twin room with super shower/bathroom and lovely complimentary bath products with a sofa/tv area and kitchen. Staff were absolutely amazing and breakfasts each day downstairs (but there is the option to have breakfast brought up to the room). Gym and pool available to be booked for exclusive use.

The apartment was spacious, clean, very well maintained. The shower was delicious, and don’t forget the 35 deg heated pool on the roof. The Bogota weather is perfect.

It's a beautiful hotel next to the Virrey Parc with friendly staff that is around 24/7. You can easily walk to the most recommended areas like Zona T or Parque 93. The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices of pastries and fresh tropical fruits and eggs and arepa's on demand. The hotel offers bikes to explore the area, wonderful to mak use of the closed roads on Sunday for the Ciclovia. The warmed pool with an amazing rooftop view of Bogota was an extra plus!

There was an ARA grocery store nearby, there’s crêpes and waffles along with a couple other restaurants the room service menu is excellent especially if you are getting there very late in the night. It’s 24 hours. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious. Everything feels modern. The breakfast is awesome! They have eggs, fruit, cheese, assortment of bread, coffee and butter. The staff is very helpful for whatever you need. I really appreciated the help of Jonathan, Leonardo, and Javier the rest of the staff was excellent as well. Whenever I needed something, they would be very accommodating. The hotel offers transportation for an additional cost, which was very reliable and very convenient since Uber does not work very well in this area. My husband and I are from the states and we felt very safe there. I highly recommend coordinating transportation from the airport to the hotel. It took away a lot of stress.

Our trip for the Linkin Park concert was extra fun due to our stay in the GHL. The staff was very friendly and on the vibe (they've got Linkin Park songs playing and cupcakes). The hotel also saved us by providing the COP $10-pesos shuttle to and from the Coliseo Medplus (it was chaotic to go and exit the concert). Plus, the restaurant appears to be open 24/7, and their food is delicious - we were starving after the concert (around 1ish am).

The property itself is very well kept, very clean and comfortable. The staff could not be nicer and more helpful. Breakfast has a bit for everyone, you can definitely find something you like. The hotel and the people are really, really good.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the 24/7 room service was very convenient. I booked this hotel to attend a concert at Coliseo Medplus. If you’re planning to visit Bogotá, they offer tours and transportation, including to and from the airport (for an additional cost). Special thanks to Luis and Don Ivan, our driver to Bogotá—they were both very nice. My stay was wonderful; thank you!

This is a beautiful heritage hotel run by Jairo, who is a lovely and kind man. We were shown true hospitality staying here. The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms renovated, the bed very comfortable, and the decor has clearly been carefully chosen over the years, with great attention to detail. The breakfast service is delicious, served with fresh fruit, homemade yoghurt, fresh juice and other dishes prepared every morning by the owner. The location is also incredibly convenient, in a safe and quiet location in La Candelaria. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough and I would definitely love to stay here again when we return to Bogota one day.

I loved staying at Candelaria House Boutique. It’s a beautiful colonial house located in the heart of La Candelaria. I requested the room with the balcony, and it was perfect — featuring a very comfortable bed, plenty of space, great privacy, nice decoration with a table and books, and lots of natural light. The room was impeccably clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even keeping my luggage for me when I returned to Bogotá for a few hours a few days later. The breakfast was delicious, and the room where it is served is absolutely stunning.

Our stay at Candelaria was great. The hotel is located in the old town, very convenient for exploring Bogota. Camillo was very friendly and super helpful, he took time to show us top attractions. Checkin was very convenient. The room was comfortable with a mattress heater. Breakfast was delicious and Lucia, a great cook and very friendly.

I really liked how cozy and well decorated it was. It felt like coming to a family home. It is very quiet and peaceful, rooms are decorated very well and the patio and breakfast room are lovely! I really enjoyed the kindness of the staff member, Jairo, with whom I had very nice conversations and he was really kind in accomodating my requests and making me feel at home. The location is very easily walkable to all tourist attractions and is perfect for 2-3 days of doing touristy things on foot. La Candelaria is safe, as long as you dont act recklessly. I had nothing to complain about.

Wow what an amazing home to stay at while in Bogota! Camilo did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, from helping us with a very late check in (after a delayed flight) to a home cooked breakfast each morning. The rooms are comfortable with a private bathroom and the dining room and sitting area is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious with options for bread, fruit, eggs and cereal - all prepared fresh. The location is great - all within walking distance to La Candelaria however just out of the hustle and bustle of the town. Could not recommend highly enough! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Location is great with lots of incredible dining options nearby, Try the sushi and italian restaurant they are out of this world! Staff were attentive and caring making sure we always felt safe. Windows are huge making you feel like you’re in a modern tree house. 9/10 because no pool and facilities are limited. Overall would recommend and would stay here again next visit to colombia

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Everyone was genuinely friendly and professional — from the front desk team to the restaurant staff at breakfast, and the housekeeping team. You can tell they care about good service. The rooms were a pleasant surprise: very clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, the lighting was great, and the layout made the space feel open and functional. Everything worked well, and it was quiet — which I always appreciate when traveling. Breakfast was another highlight. There were plenty of options, everything was fresh, and the service was quick and polite. Whether you’re someone who likes a light start or a full breakfast, you’ll find something that works for you. The location is also excellent. It’s close to everything you might need — restaurants, shopping, and major attractions — but it still feels calm and easy to get around. Whether you’re in town for business or just visiting, it’s a great base. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. We loved our stay at EK Hotel in early January. We arrived ahead of normal checkin time but were given a room straight away, with lovely views. The bed was really comfortable, great shower and spacious well thought out room design. Breakfast felt very relaxed, in a much more boutique style than the average large buffet. Although the selection was a bit limited there was good changing variety every day, always good coffee and wonderful fruit, hot and cold options and attentive staff. The area around Parque 93 is safe and walkable and with a good variety of restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend EK for a leisure stay in Bogota.

We had a wonderful stay at the EK Hotel in Bogotá. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We don’t speak much Spanish, but everyone went out of their way to help us communicate and feel comfortable. A special shoutout to Raul in the dining area—he was incredibly attentive and even remembered our breakfast orders from the day before. Speaking of breakfast, the complimentary spread was amazing: beautifully presented, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail really stood out. I’d definitely come back here again.

Loved this wonderful hotel perfectly located within 10 minutes of El Retiro and Park 93. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The room (junior suite with king bed) was large, great view, and well laid out for our 3 night stay. Comfy bed, great air con, terrific shower. Nespresso in room and bathrobes. Very quiet at night, right in the middle of a garden area with lots of restaurant choices. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices (including eggs made to order). We checked out at noon on our last day and had a late breakfast. The chef was so nice, making us omelets and chatting with us. Everyone made us feel welcome. And the location superb!!

Clean, comfortable hotel. Clean, cozy hotel. There is a hair dryer. You can take an umbrella at the reception if the weather is rainy. Reading and comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Location was very convenient since I travel for a music festival held at Corferias. Room was pretty modern, good isolation from noise on the street but not the noise of other rooms. Bathroom were pretty nice, well lit, modern and comfortable. TV had youtube and even apple music.

Had an amazing stay! The hotel is close to so many things to do and in a really nice area. Pool and hot tub are great. Hotel service was excellent especially Paul the bellman. He was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Can’t wait until our next stay!

The hotel was so beautiful and comfortable in any way! We loved our stay! The bed was amazing! The shower and bathroom perfect. The breakfast was super super nice and tasty. Staff were all friendly. Super clean. Quiet. Located in a nice area of Bogot. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. But more like an expats- feel. So safe as well. A bit far from la candelaria. We stayed here for 9 days and booked a spacious room with 2 double beds on the second floor. It was very comfortable, quiet and had all the amenities we wanted. I used the gym 4 times and really enjoyed it as it was usually empty and all mine. The service was excellent. When we needed something the staff didn’t delay in obliging. The breakfast was varied daily and fresh and tasty with good options. The area felt safe and was within walking distance to many restaurants.

Lovely hotel - not a chain so you get a more authentic and 'local' feel. We had a superior room with jacuzzi which looked modern, was large and had everything needed for a good stay. No significant facilities like you'd find in the chain hotels as it's a mid size hotel but the location just down from Parque 93 was great - very safe and a number of restaurants in the area worth visiting. Storia D'Amore was our favourite. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Airport pickup worked well and was reasonable (pay driver rather than it being added to your bill for reference but you can pay in USD if you dont have COP). Return transfer also worked well and was cheaper. Takes around 20-30 mins to reach the airport depending on traffic. Did a great city tour with Gran Columbia tours which was superb and they picked us up and dropped us back to the hotel too. Handy little supermarket at the end of the street for snacks and drinks. Breakfast had cook to order eggs and a good variety of hot and cold dishes in a buffet format. For the price, the stay was very good value.

Excellent 2 night stay in this hotel! Well located and friendly staff, our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge and we really enjoyed the spaciousness. All the staff were friendly and always helpful, even with my bad Spanish. The breakfast was very good and plenty on offer. Highly recommend this hotel when in Bogota!

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how clean and modern the lobby looked. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries.

It was very pleasant. There was a store on the corner to grab snacks and water. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold options fresh fruit, different breads/rolls, smoothies, eggs, fuit juices, coffee, cheeses, cold cuts etc. The breakfast area was actually where you could grab pastries and coffee outside of breakfast hours which was very nice! Staff was Awesome very welcoming and polite!!!..there is a washer/dryer that guests can use and front desk has laundry pods for purchase (very convenient) There was security guard desk at entrance 24/7 who pleasantly greeted you as you entered and exited. Gym was nice and bright with several different machines. Hotel was very well kept and only 15mins from airport.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good shower. Overall it was quiet (I was on the 8th floor), with good restaurant offering a variety of food for breakfast (included in the room) and also for dinner. The staff, despite not proficient in English, made all the effort in understanding my needs, so greatly appreciated.

I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place. All aspects were superb. I can not give enough praise to the housekeeping personnel, the front desk was attentive and helpful, security was top notch. The buffet breakfast was a real treat. The Placery restaurant food was tasty and a good variety. I'm a smoker and would have liked to see a couple of benches outside of the hotel to be able to sit and relax on days I didn't venture out. I would stay again.

The Salvio has an understated elegance. Modern yet warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and each room has a balcony with stunning views of Bogota. The location is convenient to fantastic restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff is what sets the Salvio apart as each member is professional, friendly and attentive. They make you feel welcome and important. The Salvio is one of the best hotels in Colombia.

The location was wonderful, with many places to eat around the park and even a drugstore in the block. It felt safe and great to walk around. I was working remotely from there and the hotel provided great working space on the bedrooms and on the 4th floor. The views from the rooftop bar/breakfast were also great to work and get a fresh view of the mountains. Also the hotel is near zona T with many bars and even more restaurants. I definitely recommend it. Great beds and shower by the way.

An extraordinary place, we absolutely loved it. The hotel’s location is great, no more than a half hour’s drive from pretty much everything to see in the city and located right in the middle of one of Bogota´s main shopping and restaurant centers. There’s even a bunch of restaurants sharing the building with the hotel itself – we tried the Mexican place on the top floor and it’s a total must go for anyone staying in the hotel, awesome food and drinks and stunning views of the city’s hills. Breakfast was also held on the top floor and was really good – shout out to Rodolfo who always made the utmost effort to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is also really well equipped for anyone travelling on business – great Wifi signal all over and a number of computers and printers available for guests to use also make it an ideal place to work, not to mention the many conference rooms the hotel has. The room itself was extremely comfortable and spacious and everything related to cleanliness and room service was always spot on. Very cool place, we will definitely be coming back.

We were in a superior twin room with two balconies. Pros: - Rooms are HUGE, new, clean, and very well equipped (full kitchen, coffee machine, big TV, couch, two beautiful terraces with chairs and lovely plants) - Breakfast is phenomenal and there’s a big variety of everything (even freshly made egg dishes) - Tons of restaurants and shops around (this might also be a con bc of the noise) - Staff is nice and helpful - Great WiFi - Fitness center and spa within the hotel - Transportation to/from the airport (for a fee) is excellent Cons: - Staff at the reception should speak a better English - It’s quite far, about a 30-min Uber/taxi drive from La Candelaria, the old town where ALL the must see/do things are (in the evening you might not find Uber at all to come back to the hotel and your only option is the taxis that are more expensive, somewhat sketchy and you’ll need to negotiate the price before the trip) - Lots of restaurants/bars around, as well as multi-lane roads all around the hotel so it’s very LOUD because of the traffic and drunk people yelling, and even with earplugs it was a challenge to sleep - Very soft beds (uncomfortable for us)

Arrived after. 7 hour drive. Garage security less than helpful when we couldn’t find our way from the garage to the lobby (3 different elevator banks). Room in good shape, but our was on the 5th floor with a view to exhaust fans from a restaurant 1 floor below. The balcony was huge, but we couldn’t use ours because of the constant smell of hamburgers grilling below. Only 1 hinge of the toilet seat was attached. No one cleaned our room - even after we mentioned it to the front desk. The mattress was uncomfortable because our feet were higher than our heads. Aside from the above, the room is spacious, living room furniture is comfortable, and hotel is convenient because of restaurants nearby. I might give it another chance, but I might now.

We always choose to stay at the Sonesta when we visit Bogota. This was our 7th visit and each time our experience has been marvellous. The staff are always friendly and attentive to your every need. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean. The bathroom has a wonderful rain shower and the breakfast is outstanding with excellent and attentive service by the staff and a wide variety of wonderful breakfast options to choose from. I also highly recommend the restaurant Cook's Porterhouse for dinner that offers a variety of perfectly cooked steaks and has a good selection of wines. The 12 noon checkout makes for a perfect stay for couples. My only criticism is that it would be nice to have a better entertainment selection on the TV such as Netflix that has a greater selection of English language entertainment international travellers. We will definitely be back next year.

During my stay in Bogota, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sonesta. The location was perfect for my needs. Close to local restaurants, and right across the street from the mall. The service at Sontesta is beyond 5 stars. From checking in, to the room cleaning staff, to the amazing breakfast buffet, laundry service, and the cleanliness, everything was perfect and beyond my expectations. A hotel Operator named Alejandra was such an amazing, refreshing and energetic resource for all of my needs. I don't recall her last name but she spoke English which made it very easy for me to communicate with her. If you have a need for business or general travel to Bogota, Hotel Sonesta should be your choice. It's about a 30 min or so drive from the airport. Upon my checkout, Alejandra coordinated with the front desk staff and had a lunch packed for me free of charge for my travel back home! I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and not once have I had this experience. This was such a simple, yet considerate display of their absolute amazing attention to customer service. Everything about my stay there was amazing. Very clean, comfortable, and service oriented. Such an amazing experience and I cannot say enough about the staff. It was a very pleasurable travel experience that I highly recommend staying at Sonesta.

The staff was exceptionally nice. The breakfast staff even remembered how we like our coffee by the second day. The breakfast buffet and fruit choice was amazing, very varied with something for everyone. The beds were very, very comfortable with good pillows, and I'm picky in that regard. The shower pressure was great with nice, hot water. The room had all facilities and kits you would need. We required a different room, and the reception staff was also very accommodating. Laundry service was also great! I know Bogotá, so for me the location is perfect for what I needed. It's not central per se, but it's a safe and quiet neighbourhood with a great mall on front and lots of nice little vendors and shops around.

Everything is great about this hotel. Staff is nice and friendly. Room is big, comfortable. Bathroom is big and comfortable, great shower. Breakfast was amazing, many options, specialty yogurt and juices, holiday specialties too, egg station for any eggs you like, coffee right to your table. Really enjoyable. The area is great and safe, I knew I had the mall very close with supermarket, movie theater, shops. First day I ordered room service and had an issue, they IMMEDIATELY resolved in the best possible way. Absolute First Class Customer Service. I was impressed. Loved this hotel, you won't regret staying here.

The hotel itself is wonderful; clean and modern. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious, great variety of fruits, breads, rice and drinks! The Staff were very attentive from the reception to cleaning personnel, restaurant staff and room service!! Unicentro Mall is just steps away and there is an exito supermarket that is open 24hrs! There are a few dining options right next to the hotel but close early even on weekends unfortunately! Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay and are looking forward in staying here again!

We love this hotel! We enjoyed a clean and up-to-date, large room with a king sized bed and a view. Good breakfast in a well kept, comfortable salon. Helpful, polite and friendly staff - we left a jacket at the hotel previously and they kept it for us for when we returned. Hotel is near shopping, in a safe location (American Embassy nearby) and fairly close to the airport. The staff can provide airport transport if requested. The future roof top patio and possible restaurant is as yet unfinished but when completed will give a wonderful view of the city.

Wonderful, clean, up-to-date hotel, close to the airport in a safe area. Excellent room with modern fixtures. Super helpful, kind staff (note: they do not speak English). Excellent breakfast with fruit, juice, coffee, arepa/toast and eggs cooked to your liking. Staff communicated with us that we had forgotten an item of clothes and coordinated with us for its return. Highly recommended - we will stay there again.

We stayed two nights at this hotel in May, and other than a few glitches with the wifi, we were very pleased. The bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds we've ever had in any hotel. The room and bathroom, although not large, were completely adequate. The staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very close to the airport, so it's quite convenient, and it is a very short Uber ride to the beautiful Centro Comercial Gran Estacion Shopping Mall. Additionally, there is a supermarket in the next block, and four blocks away was the wonderful restaurant, Soy Carnivoros!

A terrific gem of a hotel. Brand new, very stylish in a modern, minimalist way, great staff, very safe neighborhood with excellent restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity; and also a very short walk from the financial district. Staff was fabulous. Although none of them were totally fluent in English, they were tremendously friendly and accommodating, and all of my requests were figured out very quickly; they also were on duty and attentive 24/7, which gave a much appreciated feeling of safety and security -- even in a very safe neighborhood was reassuring to have an alert and attentive staff.

nestled on Carrera Quarta (4th ), you are close to some of the city's best shopping and dining. If you ever have visited Bogota, you know how bad traffic can get so being able to walk safely from your hotel is crucial for a pleasant non stressed day. The lobby is a bit more funky hostal than luxury but the staff is very attentive and eager to please. Beds are fantastic, great linens. Loved the raised marble floor shower. Stayed twice recently with work. A wonderful well presented Hotel, with professional and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was particularly good with a great selection of fresh and cooked foods available. Naturally the coffee and choice of fresh juice was also amazing, which is the standard for a visit to Colombia. The hotel is close to the airport in a safe and secure Embassy area. City centre is 20 min taxi ride, which costs €10 approx by Uber . The hotel is adjacent to a plaza, which contains numerous eateries, coffee shop and a fully equipped gym with a small pool area. Really enjoyed the simple comfort of this hotel. Try and get a room with the view of the Mountain that surrounds the city, it's an amazing view to wake up to during your stay.

I do recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly, clean hotel, a perfect buffet breakfast and delicious a la cart dinning options. Spacious hotel room with airport shuttle. Around the hotel are also good restaurants available. Shopping Mall at 10 minutes walk. I will for sure stay again at this hotel.

Modernized building and updated rooms. Great services and friendly staff. We were upgraded to the Executive Floors which breakfast and evening snack bar are served on the same floor, included in our room rate. Clean and spacious room. Although, not located in the very center of the town, it is a safe area and a short taxi ride to the Bolivar Plaza.

I only stayed for one night, but it was great for resting. The best thing I enjoyed was the breakfast; there were various meals for all tastes, and all the food was delicious, at least what I tasted. I used the room service to ask for dinner in my room; it was fast and tasty, too. My room was clean and comfortable. This hotel has a privileged location in the city near restaurants, pubs, and malls.

I stayed at the Wyndham Hotel in Bogotá for a month and had an overall great experience. The hotel is very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional, although English is only spoken at the reception desk. Breakfast is at a satisfactory level with a decent variety of options. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, which was important for me during my stay. While the hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, I would say it’s somewhere between 4 and 5 stars. Some details in the rooms are slightly worn out and could use an update, but that didn’t take away from my overall positive impression. The laundry service works well and was very convenient, but I would recommend that the staff pay closer attention to washing instructions. A few of my clothes shrank due to being washed at incorrect temperatures. All in all, I would rate my stay 4.5 out of 5. I had a fantastic time and would gladly return.

The location is great! The area is safe and secure. The hotel itself is easy to find and is located near restaurants and other establishments. It is close enough for walking but far enough from the noise. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and complete what we needed for the stay. The room was also spacious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has a gym and sauna. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. It had variety and was tasty. The restaurant was kept clean by the staff. Also, the kitchen staff kept on refilling the buffet area. It was a nice experience here. Highly recommended!

The staff is their biggest asset and made us feel really welcomed. Everybody has been extremely nice and responsive and helpful to every request. We spent 5 days at the hotel and we felt so comfortable and at home. From the reception, to the hotel manager, to the people at the restaurant, the cleaning staff.. we loved it here. In addition the hotel is in great shape, clean, modern, comfortable. Good bed, good shower, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast (they don’t have thousands of things, but what they offer is very high quality food). A special thanks to Juan Camilo from reception who has been the nicest in every interaction and the hotel manager for welcoming my family and let them park with their motorhome in the hotel, that was an extremely nice gesture 🙏🙏🙏

top notch location in one of the best areas in Bogotá, very safe to walk around, plus very pretty and cozy, property is kept in the best shape, it smells amazing all the time, very modern and chic decor, rooms are very clean, spacey and comfy, staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, all in all to say, my fave spot to stay in Bogotá, I never want to leave

Awesome place, I loved it. It is elegantly decorated with objects selected and arranged with good taste from mixed periods and places around the world, nice single rugs decorate the floors; my room had a nice rug. The bar is cosy and elegant, great for drinks and a nice conversation. The service impeccable, courteous personnel, always ready with a smile for whatever you need. Clean rooms, well equipped, wi-fi, modern clean bathroom although a little bit small for my taste. Restaurant is very good, elegant, quiet, warm and the food is good, almost homey. It is located 2 blocks away of the official Zona Rosa where you can find nice stores, elegant shopping malls, good restaurants, parks and plazas, Starbucks, etc. It is a safe area, we walked around at several hours every day and night. Nice houses and expensive looking buildings fill the area. You can see, 4 blocks away, the beautiful mountains that surrounds the city. Plenty of big trees on the clean streets. I would say this place is a must for romantic getaways. Highly recommended

I had a great stay. This hotel is about as perfect as I've experienced anywhere. The location is great -- a few blocks from the Zona Rosa but in a quiet upper-class residential area. Buses to everywhere half a block away. There is some noise on weekends, but the sound-proof windows in the room blocked at least 80%. The common areas are stunning, several sitting areas with fireplaces. The staff was universality friendly and helpful. The room was large and everything worked and was perfectly clean. It was a little plain but comfortable with tons of closet space, drawers and outlets. The wifi worked great -- about 40 Mbps available. The only negative is there doesn't seem to be heating in the room and Bogota gets chilly. The bed is a bit hard but I slept well and warm under the substantial duvet. Breakfast was very nice in the attractive restaurant. The second breakfast I was offered eggs to order and they made me a fantastic ham and cheese omelet. All in all a super weekend and I will prefer this hotel in the future.

The hotel was situated in an extremely quiet and safe area!! It is possible to walk around without any issues. There are lots of restaurants and shops at a walking distance as well as the Andino Mall. The hotel offers breakfast (extra fees) and it also has an in site restaurant. The room was spacious, clean, it has a fridge and coffee filter, internet, tv, huge clean bathroom. It is one hour away by bus from the historical center.

Hotel Porton is an amazing experience! The property is beautiful and the staff is excellent. My room was modern, sanitary, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet is a delicious feast. The location is on a quiet and safe street near the Centro Comercial Andino--an upscale shopping/dining/entertainment district in Bogota. There are plenty of nearby dining options, including Soul Burger, where I ate the best hamburger of my life. Hotel Porton Bogota gets my highest recommendation.

We didn't have time for the breakfast but did purchase the lunch of the day. It was very good. The staff was wonderful the room was large, comfortable and clean. Location was perfect for the airport and also for a day-trip to downtown. Good restaurants close by. Secure building and the neighborhood felt safe.

Convenient location if you want to be close to the airport, in a quiet neighbourhood. The hotel is comfortable with clean bedding and room ok for 1 or 2 nights. 24h reception is convenient when arriving late. Check out at 1pm is great

The hotel is nice, comfortable bed, great shower, nice terrace to sit outside at the sunset. I haven’t tried the breakfast.

Location, near Centro Andino, near Bagatelle Restaurant, great area, feels peaceful and relatively safe. There are always taxis in front of the hotel. I really appreciate the staff in the hotel, they are very friendly & attentive. The restaurants are great also. There is a restaurant where traditional breakfast is served, but at noon and dinner has Arabic dishes. The other restaurant has delicious sushi and oriental dishes...I could almost eat there every night. The rooms at Bioxury have some of the best showers in Bogota. I stayed in a room on the 5th floor once, and it had wonderful water pressure and very hot water in the shower. I recommend this hotel, for its location, food, tranquility, and hot showers, and for the availability of transportation at most hours of the day.

This hotel is in a very beautiful, quiet and safe location. The staff were very nice and helpful. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! There were varieties of delicious food at breakfast. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. Thanks

The room was clean, bed super comfortable, with an amazing shower. The staff was excellent. The free breakfast was amazing. The location is a short walk to an upscale shopping area and there are many restaurants relatively near. The old part of the city is a bit of a car ride away (20 min), but its much nicer to stay in this area. It was a good value for sure.

This is a very good hotel, the customer service is amazing, it is clean and modern, very conveniently located in the zona rosa/zona T lots of shopping and dining, very secure area. Very good included breakfast and 2 restaurants on property. Only complaints are: no coffee machine in the room, the bed is a bit too hard,also no bathrobes like the website says and no Spa, they can call for room treatments. But I was very happy overall and I definitely will come back.

My kids and I stayed at this hotel for a couple days and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Great location close to the airport and in a safe neighborhood. Shoutout to Adan who made sure my kids and I were comfortable and had everything we needed during breakfast. We had a great time there. It was certainly an excellent choice as the hotel fulfilled all our expectations. Lobby and restaurant areas always clean. Staff always kind and helpful . Our room had a great view of the city, clean areas, cleaning was done every day, towels and sheets smell clean. Breakfast was really good (variety of fruit) offering great different options to guests. TV wasn’t working.

This was the perfect hotel to stay at after arriving on a late flight. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was super easy.The vehicle was luxurious and immaculately clean and the driver polite and courteous. The hotel itself was superb and I could not fault the room in any way and it more than exceeded my expectations, the bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very good with plenty of choice. The staff at this hotel were excellent and they made my stay very enjoyable. Thankyou.

This property was amazingly clean and modern. We were blown away by its indoor appearance from lobby/restaurant to hallway to room and inside the room. Room was spotless and modern. It was a ten min cab from airport. $10. Next morning there was a shuttle on the hour but we wanted to have provided breakfast first. It was a decent spread including cook to order omelet. The hotel has taxi on sight. $10 Highly recommend if stopping over for night as we did or a few nights.
